Starting point is 00:00:00 Entitled woman doesn't believe in private property. Okay. All right, that's stupid enough. I'd be willing to watch this. That's fine. Hello. Hi. Hi, what's going on?
Starting point is 00:00:12 She can't be on the property. Okay. Hold on. Hold on. Does she have no stress passing right now? No, but there's no loitering. So there was four of them back here, three of them left. She didn't want to leave.
Starting point is 00:00:26 I just, like, is it a law to not? This is private property. private one. Okay. Right. So you can leave now or they could do a no trespassing. So if they see you here, you get arrested. Yeah. Okay. So it's up to you what you want to do right now. Do you want to leave or? Am I getting the no trust? No, no. So hold on. So hold on. Why do you want one? Well, listen. I didn't say I wanted one. Okay. So do you want one? So I'm asking the next time that I come and I'm sitting on this property, right? Because I, for whatever reason, sometimes I sit here. So listen, if I'm sorry, if I'm sitting here next time, am I going to, get arrested? No, but... Okay, so then... But they can ask you, can you please leave, and then they could choose right now to no trespass you right now. Okay, that's their choice.
Starting point is 00:01:10 I'll walk away. Right, that's what I'm saying. Do you want to work with them, or do you... I'm probably going to come back later, because I chill here sometimes. But then they have every right. Yeah, I'm probably going to chill here. I'm not going to, like... I don't want to have any of the world... What?
Starting point is 00:01:26 I'm not trespassing. I'm chilling. Just want some chill. leave or go. She's talking herself into no trespassing. Talking herself. She's talking herself into a new trespassing
Starting point is 00:01:36 right now. They immediately clock this. I love it. So, so let me know. They don't want to do one, but they just want her off the property. All right.
Starting point is 00:01:47 That's all they are. That's all they. That's what I appreciate. That's what I'm trying to work with you. This is a private property. Am I violating a law right now by Stanley? Yeah. How so?
Starting point is 00:01:57 So this is what? Will you say? He just goes, yeah. It's the private. property right. I'm not sure. I'm not sure if this is. I'm telling you. He's not yelling. He's not yelling. He's not. I need to use the bathroom. I want to make sure I appreciate this. Dude, it's literally correct. It's amazing. It's obvious. Yeah, they're trying to help her.
Starting point is 00:02:15 They do everything they can to help her. All right. Sorry. Excuse me. We're good. Let me get to it. It could be civil. They have to leave. Just go somewhere else. Or we go to the No trespassing route and then you must like to spend the night and jail. Right now, when I don't know. Which law? Which is that law? Which law?
Starting point is 00:02:42 Which law is that law? Which law is that? So right now I'm trespassing. Yes. Do I have no trespassing order already? They can put it on you right now. So right now I'm trying to avoid you getting in trouble. Not breaking the law.
Starting point is 00:02:55 Yeah, but let's say when we do have one, yep, then I will walk away. You guys are going to have... It's not really on you guys. It's on choice. You guys want to do that? She won't leave. Yes.
Starting point is 00:03:05 Okay. Whatever you guys want to do. She talked herself into it. Yeah. All you had to do was leave and then come back later, but that wasn't enough. You had to misunderstand it on purpose. They were perfectly fine with you, Gawlins. You guys are putting the no-trial house.
Starting point is 00:03:22 Because you're not leaving. They're trying to be nice. I'll walk to the stationing with you. Wait, but why are you doing? Like, you don't even have to do this. You know, I don't have to do this. I don't even care. I think she's on probation.
Starting point is 00:03:37 I think she's on probation. Being trespassal on probation may violate the probation leading to a required arrest. Uh-oh. You got idea on you? Nope. No, I'm going to need to grab your name. Why?
Starting point is 00:03:52 Because you're involved in a call. There's a call for service. I need to know who you are, all right? And I'm just going to give you a fair warning. If you give me a wrong name, you'll be arrested for officer. I don't care. So first name, last name, date of birth. I'm on probation, though.
Starting point is 00:04:05 Is this going to violate my name? We don't know. We're going to find out. Yep. You talked to ourselves into a no trespassing, so what is your name? I'm not going to, what the hell? What the hell? What's your name? Where is, no, that doesn't work like that.
Starting point is 00:04:21 What is your name? We need your name. So you guys are put in no trespassing? That's because you're giving me no choice. Okay, just to clarify, after, and I have no problem giving me my name. So after. I give you my name, Beau, but how is the execution of this no trespass order? You don't leave.
Starting point is 00:04:38 If you don't leave, if you don't leave, then you get out. And if they see you on the premises. How do you not know this? What do you think happens? Like, I mean, really, like, what do you think? They tell you to leave. And what if I don't leave? Well, then you get arrested.
Starting point is 00:04:53 Duh. Like, like, Correct. Correct. And I'm literally, I'm going to hand it to you. They see you on the property. They call us. Do I meet you for this to happen?
Starting point is 00:05:02 Right. here. Okay, so you're going to go to your car, print it out, and hand it to me on here? Correct. The thing is, they see you on the property, you're getting arrested. Okay. Name, date of birth. Well, they're doing the no-trust house order, right? We need your name, please. So they can give you my name. We need your, this is a law. Like, I don't know what your name. So you guys want to do a no trust-fuss, give them my name. They're not working you. They're asking you. What is your name in data-birth? This is like- I know your name. I'm running low on-case.
Starting point is 00:05:32 Fucking paste Please, bro Please I'm going to I'm going to ask Literally one more time I don't know Oh you do have your ID
Starting point is 00:05:46 But um Why would I identify myself Put your purse down Put your purse down So why would I If you don't idea yourself You're gonna be done of you I will arrest you if you do not give your name
Starting point is 00:05:56 You're literally obstructing you right now I'm not obstructing you are That means you're not literally not listening incriminate myself. We need, I'm asking your name. That is it. That's making me. That's making me. One more trial. That's it. Give you an arrest. You need to listen to him. This is crazy. Well, I get arrested for not incriminating myself right now. What do you mean? I'm just going to, listen, I'm just going to explain one more. I'm going to explain this one more time to you, right? Why do I have to you? This is a call for service. No, I'm not backing up. Why? I'm going to explain this one more time to you, right? I'll back up. You are involved. You are involved in a call for service.
Starting point is 00:06:30 You need to know who you are. If you don't identify yourself, you're going to be getting arrested for obstructing what? The call of service? Yeah. Because we don't know who you. And she goes, uh,
Starting point is 00:06:41 and not knowing who you are, we can't do our investigation. That's not my problem. It's not your problem. It's about to get in handcuffs. So I'm giving you one more try. Give us your idea or are you going in custody. Can you please just listen to what he said?
Starting point is 00:06:56 Can you please listen to me as well? No, you're not. No, no. I'm not. I'm not. I'm not. Look at the way that you. You guys are for what?
Starting point is 00:07:02 Turn what? We're not doing it. Get on the ground. You're not off a fucking resistant. Don't you fucking stop. This is fucking wrong. If you kick me one more time, you're doing it for. Watch out, watch out.
Starting point is 00:07:23 I'm a motherfucking dumb bitches. What's wrong with you? Sorry, sorry. Let me just try. I didn't. Stop, stop, stop. I can't. Oh, they give them the George Floyd.
Starting point is 00:07:33 You're not in your neck. You're fine. Look it up. Get up. What is wrong with you? Now what? Now what are you going to do? There you go.
Starting point is 00:07:41 One custody. Now what? Now what? For what? For what? What am I in custody? What did I obstruct? What did I obstruct?
Starting point is 00:07:49 What did I obstruct? They just can't listen, bro. We're not giving you my name? We give you plenty of change. That's not a law. How are you going to spend a night in jail? That's literally not a law. What am I spending the night in jail for?
Starting point is 00:08:02 Because I didn't give you my name? Yeah. Nobody's around to do that. No, what am I in cups for? They're so stupid. Search me. Search me. What's up? Go ahead.
Starting point is 00:08:13 Relax. You relax. No reason. And then tell me to relax. I will tell you that I've never met a single white girl with dreadlocks that wasn't a problem. Never in my life. Yes, this is a stereotype. Yes, it's racist.
Starting point is 00:08:36 Am I wrong, though? Sit down. Sit. You're putting your hands on me. Get it. fight. Get the knife. Sorry. Get the knife. All right.
Starting point is 00:08:59 Get off my chest and sit up with human and sit down. You don't fucking treat humans if you want them to act like humans. This is not how you treat people. What if I did this to you? What if a man? What is men should have put their hands on women? And people shouldn't put their hands on people. I did not put my hands on you. You shouldn't be putting your hands on me.
Starting point is 00:09:23 You shouldn't be. It's wrong. This is wrong. This is wrong. And if someone puts their hands on you, she's not about to start going to be right to put your hands back on someone. But as I'm concerned, you put your hands on me. Look at, look, look, look at my wrist.
Starting point is 00:09:40 Look, look. Literally, this hurts, dude. Can you please loosen it a little bit? No, why? No. Okay, let's go to the station. No, no, no, no. Oh, no.
Starting point is 00:09:49 Oh, no. Look at my wrist, they hurt. Go, fix my fucking pulse. Fix my fucking cloth. Fix it. We're not. Kixit! It hurts! I'm sorry.
Starting point is 00:10:02 So what? You hurt myself more because you're on this? You're fine. You're doing this. It hurts. You're fine. You're fine. I'm not fun. Don't you fucking get up. Oh, my God.
Starting point is 00:10:23 Remember I told you guys, like, this is why we had the Salem Witch trials. This is exactly why. It makes perfect sense. Stop! What is wrong with you? Literally, what the fuck? The human mask is slipping. The demons are coming out.
Starting point is 00:10:42 You're fine. I just moved it. You're fine. I moved it. Look, you fix it at the station. We're not doing it now. You're going to get the car. You good? We don't want to put the car over here. Let's go.
Starting point is 00:10:57 You're now going anywhere. This is ridiculous. People are watching. Do you need something? need something? Do you just have no one go over there, please? Everybody else just gets to watch it happen. Front row seat.
Starting point is 00:11:16 Just confirm you guys are off that. We have an innocent civilian calling stating that you guys might need assistance that there was a disturbance. Yeah. I'm ringing my cruiser around and I will have one in custody. Uh-oh. That's a hospital? She's crashing out.
Starting point is 00:11:54 He's going to be He's smiling. He's paid for this. I'm not going to be able to pay for this. He's smiling. I don't get paid enough for you. He's right. We need to pay police officers more money. We do. We pay them more money. And that way they'll deal with this in a bit in a more complete. way smiling for you. I don't get paid enough for you either. You're not getting paid at all. You don't get paid anything. You literally talk yourself at this.
Starting point is 00:12:36 Girl, you don't know me. You don't know me. Fix my fucking copper. I'm not getting in the car. Oh, we'll get in the car. Oh, we'll get you in the car. Oh, we'll get you in the car. You know now what's asking you.
Starting point is 00:12:50 No. What are you moving? Fix my cup. I'm not going in the fucking car. We're going to the station right now. Just cramps are in there, bro. There we go. Fucking God of...
Starting point is 00:13:11 Bro, what a professional. Jesus. Good job, yeah, bro. Like, he actually just, like, he took care of that in like 10 seconds. The whole guy, he can also get a little chance. We'll have another cruiser come and do that. We, I have to get her. Okay, I figured, but I just wanted to like that.
Starting point is 00:13:32 I just wanted, I'm like, I'm so sorry. I did not want her. She talks herself in with this. Elmer and I can handle her. She's just very, very uncooperative and is not afraid to be squirrely or, like, hit us. I'm about to go on my cruise around and she's screaming in the back. I'm going to go an ambulance. She's just trying to claim hospital right now. Yeah, I do.
Starting point is 00:13:53 I need it. Yes, sir. I'll be there right now. I'm going to go over the air. Cut my hand. Oh, no. She's crying? Oh, God.
Starting point is 00:14:01 Do I get an ambulance? Please. You're bleeding for it. In addition to being trespassed from the property, this suspect, Haley, was charged with prohibited possession of a weapon other than a firearm, which was discovered in her purse, disorderly conduct, obstructing, and resisting. She pleaded no contest to the charges of prohibited possession of a weapon other than a firearm and resisting, while the disorderly conduct and obstructing charges were dismissed. She was ultimately sentenced to 15 days in jail and 350 days of probation. Her shirt said, Chase your dreams, not approval. Nice slogan until she started chasing her pride
Starting point is 00:14:33 I was turning to catching a charge. I've seen this many times on the street, but I don't think someone wakes up thinking, you know what, today I'm going to fulfill my lifelong dream of getting arrested and riding in the back of a police car. I hate these endings, bro. I really do. I hate it. A request, a simple out.
Starting point is 00:14:45 A person can walk away with her dignity attack, but ego, ego has to win. You can hear it in her voice, not fear, not confusion, commitment to being right and commitment to not backing down. Every time the officer gives her another chance, she doesn't see an opportunity, she sees a challenge. That's the trap, though,
Starting point is 00:14:58 because some people would rather win an argument than win their freedom. And once pride grabs the will in these situations, logic gets thrown out the window. Now it's not about leaving anymore. It's about proving something to the cops, to strangers to herself. This is how minor disagreements
Starting point is 00:15:09 turning to handcuffs paperwork and a record that lasts way longer than the actual moment had to. That's life, though, because big consequences don't always come from big crime. Sometimes it come from small moments where we just refuse to realize we're not the ones in control.
Starting point is 00:15:22 Fucking based. I love it, bro. I really do. I fucking love it. And she used to get right with Jesus. I think you got put a bitch like that in a mental institution for three months.
Starting point is 00:15:32 That's what I would say. Like, how would I handle a person like that? I'd say three months in a mental asylum. Three months. They got to zap you, give you a few pills, you know, maybe a cattle prod, something like that, straight jacket, padded room, and gets you straight. Only three months? Well, that would be the minimum, right?
Starting point is 00:15:52 And then, you know, you can zap them and do what you need to do. A lobotomy? Yeah, no shotgun. I like to see that, right? An exorcism. Yeah, maybe have her, you know, like go to a church or something, something when he's like, then he's app him. Convert more of the jails than the mental institutions. I agree with that. I do. I would be putting people in institutions like crazy, man. I would be. And be honest, she probably just needed a slap, get her grounded. I mean, like, if I was like, it's dude, like, I don't even know what to say, man. Like, it really, it is crazy that they act that way. Like, I don't understand it at all. I'm going to think y'all the video tax orders don't want to pay for that.
Starting point is 00:16:26 Well, I think that it's okay to pay for it for a little bit, right? But then, like, if they keep crashing out, you've got to put them in an institution or something where you can make money off of them. Like, I'm a big fan of mandatory labor. Like, that's what I'm really a big fan of. It's like, so we capture somebody that's a problem, and then we put a shock. Like, I would put a shock collar on them or, like, maybe, like, an entire vest on them. That the vest, like, it delivers signals to your body. that like gives you like a pain signal.
Starting point is 00:16:59 And if you don't do what you're supposed to do, like a shock vest or something or like, I think a collar is good because it reminds them that they're animals. But fundamentally, I'd be okay with a vest or another monitor somewhere else too. I just, I like the aesthetic of a collar the most, right? And so, uh, place. Exactly, right? Does it count, though?
Starting point is 00:17:21 Implanted shock chip in the brain? Well, I don't know about that. It'd probably be too much work, right? and that's like a whole fucking, you know, like a surgery for that. I mean, come on, guys. Let's be real.
