Because I am not as comfortable as everybody else.
You got to keep the crew happy.
Yeah.
I don't know about the crew.
They're afraid the monsters might get it.
because he can't turn around too fast.
I bet it's gonna be comforting for him to know that I'm the one that's gonna try to save his life loss.
You run from your girlfriend.
It'll be me trying to talk to them sweet.
Please don't kill him, please, he's my friend.
My friend, he acts like he's on me, but he's really nice.
He likes you guys, really.
I don't want to tell him that, but he loves you.
He just, he's basketball.
He's a one of them.
If he just pop out and give me a visual without that.
a visual without sharing?
Well, if you start thinking positive things about them and how nice they are, maybe it could
go that way.
Do you ever think of that?
No, I don't.
Because we just don't get it.
You keep saying I'm negative.
Do you think about sweet dreams and bringing them candy and flowers?
I don't even know what sweet dreams are.
I know, see what I mean?
The woods, the woods don't hurt you.
And I'm afraid.
Until you find out there's Bigfoot in it.
And then I get it how that was...
But, you know, looking at it in the earlier light,
that thing was bigger than I thought it was.
What?
The thing that ran out of the back of there.
Dude, I got to walk back there.
That was way bigger than I thought it was.
It was just a different light.
It looked like a small bush.
That is not small.
I hear it standing on the end of here.
Okay, something was definitely...
Oh, it could be Chad, though.
But it almost looks like maybe a, I don't know, something's kind of walking through here.
There's a lot of something to walk.
They didn't have to come in here and chop this up like this.
Why'd they do that?
Yeah.
Then they hung a sign up for the keep out of here.
Fire didn't come over here.
Why'd they wreck the camp?
Right.
It's like they just want to keep us out here.
Yep.
They didn't have to do all this.
No fire came here.
It's all over there.
Man, this is, I was not expecting.
Oh, wow.
That's big.
taller than I thought.
That thing is bigger than I thought.
If that don't make me nervous.
All right.
It's funny that Chad was
walking back here in the
when it was getting dark.
I know.
I only wished I could shut it off in it
and not bother me like these guys.
Yeah.
Maybe I just don't drink enough
where I don't care.
I don't know.
It scares me.
Right.
I don't feel like it wants to do.
be my friend. Okay, so tell me now that we're at the area. So it, we heard the branches break from
it started over there. And then we'd listen and it'd stop moving. And we start talking and
then hear a snap over here and we'd listen and it kept doing that. And it got us, you know, another
snap and my daughter got up to look with me I was looking already and she got up and turned this
direction we didn't see nothing then but then all of a sudden crash crash crash crash crash crash
crash and I see this black shape leap out of this stuff and go that way wow I was thinking
is that a bear because it looks small right but being right here next to it yeah
Oh, that thing wasn't as small as I thought.
These are pretty tall bushes right here, buddy.
Uh-huh.
So that thing was way bigger than I thought it was.
Hey, check this out.
That's kind of a weird area.
It was kind of a weird area.
It's like, I don't know.
That looks like a little elk track right there, like a baby elk.
That just looks like it's kind of worn down.
Yeah.
I don't know why that is.
Yeah.
What to deal with it.
Maybe something digging for something or who knows.
Yeah, we usually it's only like a paw and a mushroom out of the ground, you know?
Right.
I don't usually dig a hole.
So can we find you in here where about where it came out?
And see, look, opened area right into where we just came out of.
See that?
Oh, yeah.
So, okay, so right that way is the, which area again?
where we just came out of down there.
Okay.
It's all open.
See how it opens up?
Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
I get it.
Okay, yep.
Very interesting.
I don't know how big this thing was.
I don't know.
Does that look weird right there?
That's the possibility.
Yeah.
You know what I mean?
That's a good possibility.
You know what I mean?
I do.
That almost looks like a left foot.
Yep.
With toe, toe, toe, toe, toe.
That's what I'm seeing.
Heal, that looks like a left foot.
Good.
eye, buddy. That looks like a left foot. Good eye. Which I mean would fit if we know they were in this area
they were jumping around, jumping on the ground, you would expect there to be some marking in the ground.
Yeah. But unfortunately most of the ground is so hard you can't really make it out, but there's
almost looks like something right there. Just not the full foot. Right. It's interesting. But it's
don't quite look like a bear track.
Yeah.
You know, sometimes when a bear's walking and it's muddy,
his back foot will step into his front foot and it'll look like a track.
Uh-huh.
Yeah, yeah.
You have to double step.
You've got to look close to see if there's palm marks and all that.
And if there's a bear track in front of it and a bear track behind it,
it's not a big foot track, okay?
Oh, totally, yeah.
Bear track.
There's a lot of people that, yeah.
This is where it jumped out.
of and then took off that way. Very interesting. But it, to me, it looked little. It wasn't little.
Yeah. It was just the difference in the light where the sun was at. Yeah. And not realizing how all these
hoops right here work. Holy moly. Okay, just so we can remember, I almost want to mark it.
Right there. Right here, right? Yep.
Let's, um, man, I wish I had these.
Yeah, we can just like stick it, stick out of the ground by it.
Yep.
And like, I'm a guy.
I will try to, I'll try to talk myself out of every evidence thing that I find, you know?
Yeah.
But like that just feels, that just looks like.
I do the same thing, you know.
I try to rationalize it.
I want to walk around this kind of border.
I don't want to believe in this.
I don't.
But I, the problem is, is now I'm positive.
There's no belief about it.
Right.
Not for me.
What?
What's that?
I heard something.
Is he singing?
Yes.
Cool.
So if you start to hear stuff, it's because Ronnie has started to play his guitar over to the corner,
which we'll go over to in a minute.
Feels like this is kind of a, some kind of trail.
a little bit.
We're all through here.
Yeah.
And then...
There's that other metal right there.
So, let me point out something weird.
Ready?
Okay.
All right. See that trail?
Yeah.
X.
Yeah.
Exactly.
Right.
But it's like, I don't know how far do you take it, right?
And then it's like, well, that kind of looks worn down, but I don't know if I would go that far and...
It's just weird, man.
We found that.
Big track, I believe it was right over here.
Oh, really?
Because we walked all the way around.
Oh, you're talking about the 23-inch one?
Right, I believe it was right here.
Really? Oh, man. Wow.
This is incredible.
Dude, this has to have a name.
Well, think of a good one, you know, right?
I'll give you the honor.
And with my blessing and permission, you call it what you want.
I hear a lot of bees, so I'm looking for bees nest.
Yeah, that would, that would suck to, uh, stumble.
upon those.
Yes, it would.
And it does.
I was doing
fire trial one time around the fire,
man, and you know, you're moving fast.
Yeah.
I slashed my
hoad
into the ground,
and I pulled up a whole nest
of bald-faced hornets on my legs.
Yep, and then there's one
over here, too.
Goes all over.
Which these could be like elk
as well, yeah.
Yeah, yeah. But the thing is, if you have elk in this area, then that's a solid food source, right?
Oh, they got solid food source. Yeah. They got water. You got plants to eat, animals to eat.
Yep. You got everything. I could live here. I could live here. Yeah.
And be just fine. Or at least when I was younger, I could. I could outsmart the deer and run to a top of a mountain.
There used to be a big old pile of gravel here.
Oh yeah?
That's what I used to put around my fire pit.
I made a nice fire pit and put six inches of gravel around it so it wouldn't, you know,
just blowing no chunks out and start a fire.
I mean, we had it safe.
I think it was bigger than I thought Ronnie.
Huh?
He was bigger than I thought.
What did you see?
Well, he found a track.
Yeah.
He found the track.
We didn't even measure it, did we?
No, but it's about as big as that one over there.
Similar size, yeah.
And I try to, like, if I find something, I try to be like, probably not, but this, like, the way it looked, I was just like, man.
It looks pretty solid.
It looks pretty solid.
Yeah.
Yeah.
much taller than I thought it was just a different light.
So we walked over to look and he found that track.
That thing was bigger than I thought.
Because it's right over there where it would jump down.
It's the same one.
No, the one I seen is bigger than I thought because of the height of the bushes and all
the things around it.
Yeah.
So it- Not because of the track, because of the height of all the bushes.
So was anything broken off in there?
I didn't know this.
I didn't see anything, no.
Did you, the toes there?
Yes.
The toes are there in any of it?
Yeah.
Is it good enough to cast?
No.
No.
No.
But it looks cool.
It's just kind of bumpy to get in there.
Yeah, and it used to be flat.
Man.
Man, I can't believe they destroyed my spot.
For no reason.
Yeah, it's been compromised in through here.
And then they block.
that off right yeah they blocked that road off oh that was a road right there yeah it was an old
logging road oh where's it go well i'll show you all right i want to go down there i've been down
there now yeah yeah my uh my food tree about a hundred feet from the road back in there beyond
yeah we can we can see one of the apples or hey yeah check that out and see if anything
picked that apples was set up yesterday i'm retired so
So, Dwayne, who was the person who originally found, it was you who originally found this spot and knew there was Bigfoot activity, right?
Right.
Okay.
And did you learn that from anyone else?
No.
Nope.
Just from living out here, man.
Yeah.
And hearing the weird monkey kind of sounds.
And then get red, led into...

The encounter and all the big tracks and you see look here.
Oh wow, yeah.
There's a right foot.
Mm-hmm.
Yeah, it kind of looks like someone went right up and over.
See?
Oh, yeah, wow.
I took, I'm the one that took all these branches off these trees right here.
And I use it for Kinlan.
And I wanted to be able to walk down here for, you know, sneaking up on a deer.
or an elk or, you know.
So I utilized it for firewood
and just kept breaking branches off this direction.
So I'm the one that did that.
Okay.
And that's why, you know, everything else isn't like that
because...
Oh, there's orange.
Yeah, there's the orange.
So where's the apple?
Dude, the apples are gone.
All right, so...
The apples are gone.
Yeah, so I'm gonna...
Okay, so it was on the ground.
So, um, do- Oh my God.
What?
Banana.
Oh, hold on. I need to, I need to document this. Okay, Dwayne.
Okay, so this is where, so Chad set these out, right?
Yeah.
Okay, so Chad and Ronnie set these out here.
Next day we have the orange still there.
That orange is on the ground, but the banana's been eaten.
We've got an orange there.
We've got a banana that has been, it's been peeled or eaten.
And they left the oranges and the apple alone.
Not only that, they broke the stick off.
Yeah, don't try to...
They broke the stick off, it was hanging up.
Let's leave it exactly where it is.
Just, I'm sure that...
Yeah, this is pretty... this is solid stuff, Dwayne.
Hey, Ronnie!
Ronnie!
Ronnie!
No, dude.
This is nuts.
Well, so much for the people that say they don't like bananas, because they didn't eat
This is the proof.
This is the proof.
They peeled the banana.
Everyone gives, whenever I have a show like that, everyone makes fun of it.
Like, they're like, no, dude.
They're not eating bananas.
Well, why are they not eating apples and oranges and they're eating the banana?
Right?
And they do eat apples.
So that's kind of weird.
The orange is an experiment.
Okay, so let's look around.
If we know there's got to be prints around here or something like that.
Yeah.
I don't know.
But that's weird. It's the first time.
Oh, crap, dude, this is nuts.
I can't believe they didn't eat the apple.
Wait, here. I don't know.
What do you think right there?
It's a possibility.
It's a possibility.
Ronnie, you're gonna freak out.
Maybe, maybe not, but I think it's amazing.
They didn't want the orange.
That orange is on the ground.
This apple is broke off the tree,
it's still on the stick,
and the banana is gelled.
Man it is peeled in there.
Yeah, but they don't leave peelings.
Well, why is it peeled?
Oh, that's right.
Yeah.
I've never seen one peeled.
Oh, yes.
Oh my goodness.
I've never seen one peeled.
They left the apple.
All they did was break the branch on the tree where it was stuck on and left the apple and peeled the banana.
You think that's a sign?
I don't know.
I don't know.
Oh.
So whoever said they don't like banana.
They don't like bananas are probably wrong.
Yeah.
How about the apple?
The apple's there.
He didn't touch it.
Why not?
I don't know.
It was on the tree, on a stick.
And the stick is broke.
Well, now, bears, they wouldn't have left that, right?
No, the bear wouldn't have left that.
A bear couldn't take the, it couldn't open a banana.
I understand that.
Right.
The bear would not have left the other fruit.
I mean, that takes, like, hands.
I know, but I don't know.
They would not have left that.
So that's true.
Good point.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Yeah.
If it was a bear, that fruit would have been gone.
But something peeled that banana.
Huh?
I said something peeled the banana.
I have never seen a banana peeled.
Were these the only fruit that they put out?
Yeah.
Okay.
So I can't remember if they were doing stuff over there too.
They were just looking.
Oh, Chad.
It's going to freak out.
Okay.
Is that a sign they want bananas?
I don't know what is.
It's a sign up.
Yeah.
Yeah, that is interesting.
Yeah, that is interesting.
That's weird.
I'm actually glad to see that.
I'm taking that as a positive sign.
That's incredible evidence.
I'm taking that as a positive sign.
Yeah.
God, I hope you get to experience that being or whatever he is.
If that was a sign, that also means they knew that we're going to come back to check it.
It also means they're still in here.
They're always here.
always here. I know I told you that the whole time. But I'm saying that I've heard them all my life.
Sign that it's never been there before. Hey that's weird. There's a can right there. Yeah, somebody's garbage.
That means they're expecting me to come back and bring some bananas and saying to him some more. That's what I'm getting out of that.
Oh, I'm glad you've got something out there. This could start things up again. Uh-huh. Yeah.
It could be a very positive. Exactly. To me. Yes, exactly.
Only us Romantics wouldn't understand that.
That's true.
I know, but that's a strong indication.
That's what it's about.
I don't want apples, I don't want oranges, I want bananas.
I find that strange.
And come, I'm giving the positive side of it.
And I know you're having a hard time to understand.
No what?
I don't.
That's a sign.
I think maybe, possibly very much.
So for me to come back, bring some bananas and sing them some lollabies.
They miss me.
It's so obvious, can't you understand?
Oh, wait, wait. There's orange peels over here.
What? Right there. Okay, there was more... Oh my God. It was...
That's old, but... That might have been from... yeah, because I brought...
Okay.
Some grape-foods... It does look a lot older.
And other stuff. That may be grapefruit. And other stuff in here.
But again, it's peeled. Oh yeah, good call. Totally.
Yeah, but that could have been an animal, right?
No, that couldn't have been an animal.
No?
You tell me how any animal could peel that.
I don't know, you're the expert on that.
Yeah, man, that's hard to say.
But if they rip it apart and ate it, wouldn't be in pieces like that?
Well, we think if they'd done that, they would have smaller to peel too.
But I don't know.
Yeah.
Do you remember which one the banana was on,
That one or that one?
One of them too right here.
One of these, these two right here.
This one, he was like there or here.
Yeah.
Man, almost, okay, check this out.
Because if I was gonna go for it.
That's a good possibility in itself right there.
Dude, check this out.
Okay, so Ronnie, if I'm, if I'm gonna go for the banana,
watch this right here.
Step.
Yeah.
Huh?
And it kind of looks like a stick?
I don't know.
Yeah.
It feels like a natural, like, okay, I'm going for the banana right there.
I don't know.
That's weird, man.
Yeah.
And this is where...
I have put...
I brought so many bananas up here for them, it's unbelievable.
They never left any part of the banana.
There was no debris.
That's the first time I've seen one and peeled.
So a regular animal didn't do that.
I wouldn't think so.
No.
Okay.
Dude.
I have to take it as a little.
a sign. It's on, dude. I have to take it as a sign of some kind. I'm going to assume that anyway.
This may, this is incredible. Maybe I'm getting back to these things and I know. I don't know.
I'm thinking positive. I mean, the only thing the fire did was stirred them up for a while.
Yeah. They're still, they still here? They live here. Oh yeah. Yeah. That's pretty good sign.
They ain't going nowhere.
positive sign for me.
I don't know.
Find out.
Yeah, Byron.
That, uh...
Yeah.
And I was up there, I put my food at and see, that tree was up and standing.
They pushed it down and fire stuff and everything.
That big tree right there.
That was my food tree.
Oh, okay.
I have the car back in there.
The mound wasn't there.
You okay?
Yeah, bugs were in my own.
Oh, okay, good.
And I, uh, I put the food up.
when I was trying to make peace with them
because it was after the two incidents
they tried to run us out
or did run us out the second time in the daytime
so I wasn't very feeling very secure
but I come up and I put the
food up and go out there close to the road
and sing, sat down
eventually they started doing it but they were whipping
right back in there about
150 feet or so
I could show you the area
that's where I found all the tracks
on my birthday last year
I didn't know if they were even back
for a hundred feet
always
it was covered with tracks
all the individual ones
the 23 inches
the toes were in the ground
on the big guy
so it was them
and I was wondering
why because that's unusual
for them to do that
and I was wondering if they was wondering
I was wondering if they was thinking
I might see them
because I knew that's where they were
looking for them
from when we were getting along and and maybe it was a signal that they wanted to get back
the way it was me playing and them working back in there you know yeah I don't know but I
this is not why they would leave so many tracks in one area I've never heard of that
and I never seen it in the spot it was a little one with the tracks went that way yeah
so Ron hung up some fruit in that tree there yeah and then the next time we come back
yeah the food was done and
Look at this.
The tracks were going that way.
Really?
That's why we set up camp there in that meadow because...
Wider than a person, but only about 12 inches long.
But the food was gone.
Would you estimate this is about, if it is one, probably about like, I don't know, what do you think?
Because you say that's like 12, right?
Six.
Six, okay, so six, 12.
Right around probably.
Probably, it might be the one, the 12 inch foot, probably the one that made Ronnie start putting food up here in the first place.
Yeah.
And that might be what pisses the dad off, the kid coming in here and taking food from us.
I don't know.
Just the thought.
Right.
I'm writing down stuff.
I wish I could shut it off like they do, but I keep saying I'm negative.
I'm not negative at all.
I just don't want to put my faith in what he wants to put his faith in.
I don't want to hang out with my grandchildren a few more years.
Right.
Do we know which way is north here?
Ah, man, almost all the moss has gone off the tree here.
I wonder if I'm going to try here.
Okay, so north is this way.
Rises in the east.
So this is north of the meadow.
Meadow and then south of Meadow we had the other potential track which you had
said was the one over I think that was was that a similar size yeah it was
approximately the same yeah and then the area where the weird tree breaks how
far approximately from here is that that would be to the Yards West 50 yards
about half a football field.
Bigfoot Society will be right back after these messages.

Yeah.
We could have, we had multiple twist breaks.
Twist breaks.
Not just breaks, but twist breaks.
In a group.
Man, I'm so glad Cliff is going to be here tomorrow, so I can ask him if he's ever seen that before.
I'm glad you're here, man.
It just made my day when...
I realized who you were.
I was like,
Oh, like, I know that voice, she said.
Then I knew who you were.
That's amazing.
Yeah, that's really cool.
I wouldn't expect when you until tomorrow.
Oh, yeah.
I don't know, with your voice, I was picturing you as a big guy.
A lot of people think that I always get like,
hmm, you are shorter.
And yeah, dude.
No offense.
No, it's cool.
I'm a short guy.
Um, remind me over there,
there was other stuff in that same area as the twist breaks, right?
Trying to remember.
The X on the ground, a possible maybe track, but...
Yeah.
A lot of brakes.
A lot of breaks, a big tall break.
Yeah.
12 feet of...
Oh yeah, yeah, yeah, right.
There was a 12 foot break and then we were saying maybe like 8 foot break.
About 8 foot?
Yeah.
Approximately.
Okay, so now we're seeing...
Holy crap.
That's why I stood under the tree so you could get it.
at a height judgment so somebody can't say well how do you know how tall that is because the guy that's
five nine was standing underneath of it so you got that and that was two of me tall that's for sure right
yeah you can find tracks anywhere in here man oh i bet yeah i wonder if we should walk down to the
trail that goes over the what trail that goes off the road there
I gotta get something real quick.
Have fun?
Oh, this is amazing.
Oh yeah, dude.
Can you peel and banana?
I brought a lot of bananas up here.
Still running as much as that cobbler thing being open,
licked clean and shut.
Oh no, no, that was a line mark.
Wait, can you see the say the part about what to do with the bears again?
With a black bear, if they attack you, they want to eat you.
They're stalking and hunting you, so you have to fight them.
And with a grizzly bear, you want to play dead when you get attacked.
Unless you're asleep in the tent, then they're in there to eat.
Yeah.
And that's the only time you would want to try to fight back with it, because you have
You're not going to probably win anywhere unless you can get into his eyes.
That's weird.
It's a random person's phone number.
That is really weird.
And it's on a Squatch Fest.
That is doubly weird.
I'm going to hold on to that and show Priscilla.
I got a feeling there's going to be some people show up.
Oh, I have a feeling that I'm going to use all the audio.
that I have available to record, which right now is a lot.
Did you hear anything?
No, I just thought I got a whip or something.
If it is, it's a ways off because it's a slight...
Yeah.
A slight wimp.
Gotcha.
It's got to be right in here somewhere.
Oh, there it is.
Yeah.
See, I know about where I have.
I just don't see it.
No, like I used to.
That's fun.
Look at that.
Yeah.
Is that the light?
Or is that a footprint?
That's a footprint.
Right here.
Is it?
Dude.
It's...
Is it?
It's massive.
That's a footprint.
That's a big toe.
Something happened to his other toe, and these toes are spread apart.
That's a different track, isn't it?
It looks like a track.
Hold on.
I'm going to take a picture of it.
And more brakes.
Right there. This one's not a break. Yeah, but right there, yeah, definitely.
Something's a pass by here and kick the moss off the rock, but I can't tell what.
How long a trail is this? Well, the trail is a long trip. Oh, okay, but like, yeah, I just want to know if I need to conserve battery or not.
Oh wow. It's gonna open right up.
Yeah.
These trees are massive.
Here's bigger.
I'm sure there are...
Oh, that brush is gonna block it.
What?
You can see...
Oh, right here is where you would see it?
Yeah, well, on the trail, but the brush is going up there.
Yeah, okay.
Why is there a piece of wood on a tree like that?
Check it out.
Here's some bears on them.
Oh, that, a bear does that?
Yeah, they eat the grass.
rubworms out of the rot and long.
Black bear?
Yeah.
So far,
man, whatever was on here,
somebody took off.
Oh, this is a beautiful trail.
Is this a mountain biking trail?
Yeah, they didn't see bike trails there.
Okay, yep.
Yeah, they do a lot of that.
Yep.
It's kind of dangerous, too,
because all of a sudden they come whizzing
and almost run into you.
Even during hunting season.
Take a quick look.
I'll try to go as far as you want.
I just don't know how far it is over there.
The trees have grown up so much.
But if you go up there, you can.
Or below.
Maybe we can.
I wonder if I can get my daughter to drive us in the road below.
It's a steep hill, but it's a nice flat trail to walk on.
Even though it's steep on the side of the trail,
we don't have to work to walk out to it,
which would be better for me being 61 and broken right well this is really cool
okra is gonna get a bunch of smoke yep right in time for the festival is right there
yeah yeah okay right there just don't want to step on it that's so crazy and then the day
ends right there yeah that's where we and the only time i ever seen somebody
camp there was for a couple days at the end there and then they were gone with almost all
they're still there really their car was gone but they left up is it like they left in a hurry
kind of looked that way yeah they find a lot of that in the land between the lakes too
like that martin groves guy and those guys you like that you go you're like screw it nothing
is worth me i've heard that happen in the guys in iowa too they just like
Ripped down the tent, put in the car, left everything else.
I am, I'm not going to chase one to them to the woods starting to get a picture of it.
I'll try to get what I get when it comes out, but then I'm, it's aggressive.
I'm gone.
Yeah.
If I can.
Well, that's, that's a tricky thing.
I don't know.
Like, you probably can't run with that, right?
I can't run.
Yeah.
That's one of the things that bothered me.
Yeah.
No chance.
I can't run.
Yeah, dude.
I'm stuck.
Yep.
I can hobble a little faster, but I can't run.
Isn't that just cool how this all fits together here?
No, after you get to, you see the big picture?
Makes sense, yeah.
We went way back in the woods one time where we found a cave that my friend wanted to look at,
and we had a big overhang and a little waterfall,
and we built up rocks and built this little, you know, thing in there,
so we could take a shower in the little waterfall and it was a cool spot way the hell back
it was. I wonder if it's still there. It's being lived in by something else.
I don't think it's out of the question dude. In caves like that I always you know
freak me out when people talk about going in them and especially in Bigfoot territory.
I don't want to go in caves. Dude, nope.
Yeah, I don't know how to feel about this place here, but I'm glad I got to share the experience with a few people.
Seeing the, I mean, seeing the evidence that we've seen today is life-changing for me.
Like, that whole banana thing, that changes a lot of things for me.
Kind of weird, yeah.
Yeah.
It's, it's nuts, dude.
And it's time after time after time, whether it's whoops, yells, screams, roars, tracks.
It's time after time after time.
Yeah, I'm wondering where we might have pushed them into.
But it couldn't have been far because that banana was still there yesterday.
So the thing about the banana, I'm going to bring this up to Chad, because it's his call, because he put it there.
but that banana peel probably has some kind of DNA on it.
Do you think about it where they either had to open it with their hands
or like put it in their mouth to open it?
Yeah, probably.
And there's a guy doing a, you can send in any Bigfoot evidence to this guy in North Carolina State.
Yeah, doesn't that cost a lot of money?
No, it doesn't cost anything.
Oh, wow.
That's the thing.
So any Joe Schmo can send in any evidence they have and they'll test it DNA.
And he's he's a good dude. He's not like a you know he's not like a whatever dude, but he's yeah
It's free and he's a good dude so
Don't be trying to romanticize me I went for you trust me or you'll have to say hello to a little
You wouldn't look good in the dress so don't worry about we so we went up that trail over there
Yeah, where you can see we did see what
It looks pretty close to another size track over there when you go up the hill into the woods and there's like toes
Pretty clear. Yeah dude but if it is a track because he pointed that one out
The toe next to his big toe is gone. It's weird so the toes are there. Yeah the big toes there
Yeah, the little toes on the side are there, but the toe next to the big toe isn't there. All the toes were there except the one next to the big toe. So he's been injured
Or it didn't show.
His right foot's been injured.
So this is maybe another individual?
Yeah, I've been telling you, Ronnie, my eight is more than your five.
I never doubted, John.
I just had to go by what I was experiencing.
I know, I know, but I'm just, now we're at seven different tracks.
Oh, yeah?
Wow.
For this area.
The one with the big toes, that was six.
Now we're at seven.
Yeah, there'd be two more different tracks.
We're not familiar.
And what did I say to you?
At least eight.
Right?
Yeah.
Yep.
I'm pretty good at sound, man, in the woods.
That's why I had confidence in here.
I just wasn't hearing what you were hearing.
It's not that I doubted you, Mike.
I knew that.
You doubt me more and I doubt you.
No, I just hack on you because I like you.
No.
I don't hack on people I don't like.
I don't talk to them.
I don't think you really got in you to really try to get close to these things and be a kind of...
Hey, I've been honest about that.
One big loving family.

I've been honest about that the whole time.
I don't want to be lovey-lovy with these things.
I haven't changed my mind or lied.
We're just never going to connect you.
So, oh, you're connecting, but you're good for each other because you have different viewpoints.
So it's tracks.
There's food evidence.
There's visual evidence.
There's sound evidence.
There's breakage evidence.
Breakage evidence.
There's like everything here.
Amazing.
I think the only
There's no sound recorded
Yet here, right?
That's what we need
On the sightings what people see
But Chad's got my audio recorder up there
And I would
I would guess he
I mean, how could he not capture something last night?
You know, I'm going to look into buying a parabolic hood
I don't know how much they are
The only thing is
This was unusual to have this much activity
With him all at once
Yeah
And there may not be anything again
For the next five, ten times you come in
But there might be
Well yeah, I mean they're already has. He said they were he said yesterday they were ran out of here and today that banana's been pilled and ate
Yeah, obviously. They're still in the half halfway through the day they were run out. Yeah, yeah, he said then I after that incident that you know, they probably weren't here no more
That they went off. They just went up in the brush and circled around and go anywhere.
Eat the banana. They're still around here between here and that other.
spot and...
But after that was over with, they left, I came and I sit right here for at least two hours
singing and doing my thing.
And that's when I was right behind me after...
I've been here quite a while.
In fact, a twig snapped and then immediately over in there, it was loud and like a branch
had really been snapped.
And we're probably getting close to the time where we're here...
So I think something might have been here while I was here.
And then I was sitting here after...
And I'm thinking, why in hell am I here?
Nothing's happening.
That's when I started talking out to him.
I miss you.
I wish you would get back to it.
Show me something.
Start singing or something.
And then that bird started going off.
Right.
And I almost left because of it.
And I thought, oh no, what?
That was them mimicking.
And they were singing.
So I stayed.
And that bird came up twice within two hours singing for a while.
But there's the only sound from an animal in here.
So I don't know.
But it was kind of.
I'm encouraging. And then I see that banana thing. That's another signal that's encouraging.
I didn't lie to Ronnie when I brought him. I didn't lie to anybody. No, that's one thing about
Duane, he won't lie. He tells you how he feels. Oh, yeah. And I don't lie. I have no reason.
I don't. This last stuff I would lie on, this too important to me is too serious. And I take it
seriously. I'm not going to embellish or exaggerate. If there's something you're not sure of it,
I'll make it clear.
I'm not quite sure or whatever,
but I don't put something down as
that's the way it is when I'm not sure.
You know what I mean, really.
Yeah.
No, you want to be as truthful as possible.
Absolutely.
Otherwise, it's not credible.
Nothing you're doing.
Why are you researching this for all your life
if you're not going to be credible?
You know, that's stupid.
Can you share how we had talked over there
and you were like, talk to me later about this area?
Oh, yeah.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Just so.
Yeah.
Yeah.
It was strange.
Well, there was a couple of things.
Three incidents that happened.
I don't know.
I don't know if I can remember the other one.
Right off the bat.
The first one was, well,
it was after we had our first experience.
And the first time I come up with, Dwayne,
and we stayed down in the bottoms all night.
And then we had the whistle on both sides of the tent
and the twig snap and the whistles.
Then the little rocks being hitting the trees ahead of us
when we're hiking out of there.
So the next day, I came back by myself.
He didn't even know it, but I don't think.
But I came back, and I came back with a big jar of peanut butter.
Brand new, it hadn't been opened.
And I hiked down in there and the bottoms,
and I set it up in the swampy area in a tree.
Not very high, but I set up where we had heard the whistling.
My daughter.
Where we had the activity.
Yeah.
And oh boy.
She must have missed her daddy or she comes to her to do.
No, she's trying to come in to kick Bigfoot's ass in case it was a problem.
Someone's getting it.
I've seen her get pissed up.
The Bigfoot, the latter they got, the more pissed off the Eva's getting.
See that?
Turned around didn't have to say words. I know. Oh, she's just so great.
She thinks ahead of the time. She's got her ass covered.
What are you doing out here? It's kind of nerve wrecking coming to the spot thinking, what if they're not even there?
You know what? Hello. That thing was way bigger than I thought it was. We walked out there. He found a trap. Yeah.
But we walked out there and those bushes are so tall. I don't know how big it was.
But it was way bigger than I thought.
And the track is about 18, but that's like, looked like maybe an older track.
But after going up there, those bushes are way, way, way, way tall.
So.
Well, I mean, I don't, I'm like, you're the one that seen it.
Yeah, but it was a different light.
When we got up here earlier, I was like, boy, wait a minute.
So, yeah, where it jumped, it looks like there's a track over there.
And then over here, you got to see this over here.
It's really cool.
This will blow your mind.
I saw this and I was like, it's crazy.
All right.
So Chad, put fruit over here.
Oh, yeah, that's right.
Oh, where is it?
Yep.
Okay, so see what you notice in this area about the fruit.
Some is gone.
Okay, so you've got...
That's on the ground, though.
You've got apple?
orange still there.
Orange there. Where's the banana?
Yeah, the banana's gone.
Look harder a little bit.
Oh, no, it was eaten.
Yep. So
we're not going to touch it, but the banana
was eaten and it was peeled.
Yeah. Which, that's nuts, right?
Yeah. Because that's either
like something had to have in its mouth and just
be like, or it had to
like use its fingers to peel it.
Like, that blows my mind.
Yeah, that's pretty cool.
That's the craziest evidence I've ever seen. We also over there 50 yards we saw a group of
trees that were twisted off, thank you, twisted off close to the ground, like a group of
four or five which is crazy. I've never seen that either. Yeah they do that. So this whole place
is just a different thing in the daytime. That's a different thing in nighttime too.
Yeah. We saw a potential other track over by the trail. We want to
up there too. Oh it's not a surprise. But that one if it's a track is missing the toe next to its big toe like it got injured.
Because the big toes there and then the side toes but the other tail is gone. So that's a different track of a different one. So that's the
we're up to number seven now. I'm not going to the other spot because I wasn't sure if you guys were to check that.
We went up there. Yeah we were there. I'm going to turn around and just check the spot first.
One of them will show him those tracks and the one you found with his big toes.
They showed him.
That was cool.
Those were great.
Yeah.
I put those sticks around it so it was like easier.
That was very evident.
But nothing touched the fruit at all.
But they left those on the ground except for the bananas that they peeled.
And they never left the banana peel before they took it all.
Yeah.
That's the first time the banana peel has been there.
Oh yeah.
Heads up.
I've been field recording.
your dad and um so it is on right now cool cool well just so i even though there's releases i
always try to tell people every time so there's well with us yeah i like you yeah yeah thank you
i would do nothing to hurt you at all ever and i know a lot of people say that but i truly mean it
i wouldn't try to get nothing that pull nothing on you no we're just sharing this one thing
The only problem there is I'm a third of me is more romantic than you are.
You wouldn't identify with that.
These guys, these guys have been going at each other all day.
It's pretty wild.
Bestest pals.
He just doesn't get it and I don't understand why.
They do the same things.
So you are your bartender at that bar?
At the pizza place, yeah.
Oh, the pizza place where all...
But it's a bar.
Okay.
There's a bar in the back.
Got it.
Which is, we were talking about that earlier where, like, a lot of the loggers and old timers are there now.
Yeah, they've got...
We've got lots of, like, old saw blades and stuff, and there's this really old clock,
which they finally fix it to where it works, but they didn't use the old mechanism in it.
They put, like, a newer one in it.
And so it's this big clock, and it's got, like, these...
A couple knives my uncle made, hanging on the wall.
Yeah, a couple knives as Uncle Me.
There's old saws.
One of the guys that...
He still comes in occasionally, but they move,
so don't see him very often.
It's Brock.
His boots are up there, too.
Really?
Obviously, very used.
Have you seen Brock anywhere?
I haven't seen him recently.
Well, if you do, I want to talk to him.
I want to see if he'll talk to...
I haven't talked to him in a while,
but that's the guy I was talking about.
I didn't mention his name on your thing,
but, you know, I don't want...
Nobody bothering his.
old dad or anything trying to unless they say it's okay so yeah so you said
Brock and in which and his dad yeah yeah um they got lots of stuff they got a lot
oh the the footprint guy sorry yeah sorry Ronnie go ahead we were talking we
talking about it earlier they've got lots of casting yeah and stories and stuff
they got they got they got pins on
the spots of their areas and flags and notes and professional hunter big
no research they're just professional woods people they're the guys you want to know
probably for this area said they're documenting I'm just kidding I can I can I don't
go around bragging about how much an expert he was like the mechanic in town
that did all that that's what his dad did anyway okay I was wondering before we
lose it it doesn't matter to me but oh yeah yeah it depends it was
talking about the woo stuff.
I don't like to get into that too much.
People might think I'm weird or something.
But there was some strange things that happened.
I think I got it written down.
But I got it written there.
It's not anything conclusive, the way I worded it,
whatever, I think it's all right.
But anyway, the first one was we had had the,
The first time we stayed all night was in the bottoms.
We'd add action.
In the swampy area, we had a middle of the night sometime.
Twig snap, shrill, shrill whistle, I guess you would go.
In a moment later on the other side, same thing.
Twig snap, whistle.
And then the rocks, little rocks lightly, hitting the trees ahead of us as we were hiking
out.
I come back the next day, I go down in there and I got a big deal of peanut butter.
And I sit in in the area when we first heard the twig snap and stuff.
Yeah.
And I put it in a tree and the cross thing.
I put a big jar peanut butter.
Had never been over.
Set it there.
I leave it there.
And I come back the next day.
go down there and I there's a there's a trail actually I think it's a bike trail
too what what whistle oh really we talked whistling and this starts whistling
that's an artist but uh so I go down in there and where I'd put the bean rudder I go I'm on
the trail the main trail uh bike trail
And the little trail goes off back in there.
It's 20 feet back in where I set it up.
So I go in the trail and I go back to check on the peanut.
Well, the peanut butter's gone, the whole jar.
They always do this when she can.
Don't pay any attention to them.
And it's moving.
Who's more important?
Me or Bigfoot?
Well, I'm talking.
Listen to you, it sounds like your girlfriend Bigfoot is.
Make her jealous.
She thinks I got company somebody may like me.
And she made, I'm telling you, I know how this romantic goes more than you do.
You make them jealous.
You notice, you're getting the chert, but you're not getting the other bird sound with it?
Right.
It's different.
I apologize.
If they know that we have changed and we're directing our attention to them, it's better just keep doing our thing.
Bigfoot Society will be right back after these messages.

Let's go, girls.
So you've been taking one of these little pink pills daily?
Yeah.
And you feel...
Uh-huh.
And more.
More?
Huh.
I didn't think we could feel like that again at our age.
Oh, get ready, girl.
Ooh, la la.

It is. It really is. It's like they're watching TV. It's really is. Yeah. So we can talk
about it and not like get super focused.
I just keep doing what you're doing.
Relax, be genuine, be yourself.
I am doing what I'm doing.
I know, but I'm getting interrupted with my story
because there's something more important than me.
Ronnie, go ahead.
It's really bothered my ego.
Ronnie, go ahead.
I got the camera over there.
So anyway, I go back after I'd put the peanut bear.
The next day, I go right to the trail,
and I go back in, and the peanut
butter jar is gone. I don't know anything about bears is where he would have come in handy.
There's nothing there. If a bear would have got, Duane, if a bear would have got that peanut
butter, would there have been evidence or would he have just grabbed it and walked off with it?
Well, a bear can't grab it. He would have chewed it up. So there would have been evidence there, right?
He's all his guts, teeth and claws. Even if a bear had gotten it somehow and not tore it up there
and picked it up and carried it away,
you would still see something like as if it was on the ground
and it was trying to do something too many.
You would see evidence.
And I think it was too big.
It was a big jar of being a better part of a raccoon to take or anything.
So anyway, it's gone, and there's nothing there
and no sign that it was over there.
Now get this.
I don't know that it means anything, and I explain that,
but I just happened this one.
I go out on the trail, out to the main bike trail,
and right there, stepping.
Where I had step coming in is a tablespoon, nice and shiny, like it's brand new,
sitting right there where I turned.
And I cannot imagine stepping over it coming in, but it was right there clear.
Now what was...
It was the homeless guy you were talking about, probably.
Eat your peanut butter and seen your bigger.
Oh, yeah, and the homeless guy turned and brought a spoon back and set it down to give me a sitting,
only wanted more peanut butter.
There you go
You've got to rule out all options
I'm just playing it
But I
What's the chances?
Yeah that's weird man
And it's a
A tablespoon that would be for peanut butter
Right
There and the peanut butter's gone
Which I can't explain
Did you leave a spoon with the peanut butter?
No
I didn't bring any spoon
That's a weird thing
Yeah
So I'm thinking if it was like that
If something did put it there for a sign
It's something maybe got out of a campground
Or something you know
But I don't know
Anyway, it's something that, I don't know if it means anything or not, but I'm putting an end.
Now, a pack rat will steal a spoon.
Yeah, but what a coincidence.
I doubt it was a pack rat, but it could have been.
If a packerow stole a spoon, it would probably keep it in its nest or whatever.
It would be interesting.
You put it right on the trail where it steps off where the trail connects with it, put it right there.
And the peanut butter set up there the day before.
Yeah.
That's interesting.
Okay.
So anyway, I don't know.
The second one was Dwayne's a witness to this.
We're coming out of the...
And the way I had been before, he's leading out.
And there's a big tree down, and there's room to crawl under, but, you know, it's just a big tree that's down across the path, a way to get out.
And so we were trying to think, we're looking for the ends, where we go.
He can't really get down too low and doing that.
And trying to be around or something.
So we're kind of, we take a break.
We're standing before this big tree.
And I'm looking off.
And there's like a pathway, a clearing going through where you can see.
And I don't know what the area looks like.
I haven't seen the trees in there and stuff before.
And I can see up there it's a long ways away, like a block away or something, standing right in the middle on the top of this pathway, like an alleyway just all the way through, no trees, nothing.
And this looks like a big foot standing there.
I showed him that said, come here, look at this.
And he said, yeah, it looks like a big foot.
Correct me if I'm saying it wrong.
I will.
You can count on that.
Yeah, I'll have a counter too.
But I look like the shoulders, the head, the arms are down.
I mean, it looked a big put, but just standing stoic.
I'd have been able to tell you more if it was still there when we got up there.
But the thing, yeah, I know, but don't get ahead of me.
But it's standing there.
I forget, was it the trees that were moving that were along the side?
Or was it that was moving a little?
It was the trees, wasn't it?
It was probably all the above.
No, there was one and the other
wasn't moving at all.
I think it was the Bigfoot
wasn't really moving.
Or maybe it was the Bigfoot that went,
I don't know, I don't know.
That's where you should write down.
Maybe it was a big foot in the tree.
You guys should be taking a journal
of everything that happens because there's so much.
The timing was so...
Timing of things important.
Really?
I didn't realize how important timing
is it writing timing down on certain things.
Everything like weather,
the moon, temperature, all that stuff.
Everything's important.
I didn't really realize.
I'm not really what you think I am.
So I'm seeing that, and I call him over.
He looks, and you've seen it, right?
Yes.
Now get this.
Well, I thought, I seen what you were talking about.
And you said it looks like a big foot.
I said it definitely.
Standing there.
It could be.
Now, I don't know if it was a couple of weeks later
or whatever it was,
We're back and we go down to the bones.
We're coming out of there on the same way,
and we're blocked by that tree.
So I'm looking for that.
He didn't bring his binoculars that day.
I wish you would have.
But I'm looking.
There is no alleyway, nothing.
It's all trees solid across.
There's not, no matter how you look at whatever angle,
I know exactly the positions we were in to see this.
There was no alleyway.
There was no way to look through anything.
and I asked him to come over and take a look.
What do you think of this?
Nothing there.
There is nothing to look at but solid trees all the way.
How to explain that one?
I don't know if you can.
And he witnessed that.
I don't know what to make of it.
Yeah.
That's cool you both witnessed it.
Yeah.
Otherwise, I probably wouldn't say anything.
And on one of the places where you've got to duck down to go under or over it,
It was a, you could see where, because there was moss around it, it was a handprint.
Remember, you left that out.
You didn't tell them about the handprint.
Where it was on that branch by that log.
There was?
Yeah, it was a handprint where it had used that to either go up or under.
That's why a journal comes in really handy because, like, you know, I, I write down everything about my stuff in Iowa,
and I would have forgotten half the details
because it's from a few years ago.
Like I've been writing down stuff from this weekend.
Yeah.
I'm just, I'm just dysfunctional.
I've always been that way.
There's so many things in my life
that have seen this unusual
and their one-time events
and I've never recorded, never had a camera.
And I just,
everything I've got is in my head.
I've never taken notes, nothing, and it's really kind of dumb.
Well, and you know why?
Because if something happens to you, then the legacy of this area just dies except for it's with Dwayne,
and it's with some other people now.
But, like, if you write it all down, then that's something you could pass on in Versila.
I've got this pretty much, I think I've got this completed in the book thing.
Okay.
All of this.
Gotcha.
I got a lot of stuff.
It's just about complete.
I don't know, but I think about time, right now I've probably got 300 pages.
That's awesome.
I can't wait for you to get that out.
Yeah, but it gets crazier than this stuff.
Anyway, I'm going to do it.
I don't care what anybody thinks.
But it's all down and this will be down and all of it.
So when he was telling his, sorry.
That's not.
stories are where you can interrupt me anytime because I don't shut up which I
appreciate you are the most one of the most amazing interviewies I've ever had I
am so flattered that is going to go right to my head I know it will I'm gonna have
an eagle like you won't imagine but I so while he was talking we were hearing
the same sound that you've experienced before in this area which we attribute
the whistle we attribute to the Bigfoot in this area.
Right.
Yeah.
Which you also said really tends to happen when you show up.
Why don't see on this scene.
They like her.
I don't think I've ever been here and not heard the whistle.
I think they think she's prettier than I am.
I think you're right.
She's jealous.
We were over there, right over there, and the birds were chirping over there.
And she walked from here over to the...
about 30 or 60 feet before because she was listening to them and they started if I remember
she would in a certain chirpatter and it sounded me like they were repeating that pattern and in fact
she was here yesterday when all that happened in the roar too that's the first time she got to hear
the roar but she was here that could have been why they were there and that could have been why they got
worked up like they did the last time yeah she was here
That's a possibility, I guess, but I...
They tend to like her.
I mean, we had experiences without her, but...
Man, the whistle action and shit always happens more...
People present are Ronnie Roseman, Dwayne, and Denise Dwayne's daughter.
So the group, the night we had the deal before all of this we're talking about now,
when we're back in there with a tent, when I did the sound that I guess they didn't like,
They were coming from long ways that way, hollering a scream and coming this way.
So a month later, whatever we were talking, and we come up in the daytime,
and she came up, they came up in her chief.
And over there, we're standing over there.
And after this chirping here, squirrels started coming off back in here.
Then Duane says there's something handed this way.
We all five of them with the owl, the raven,
coyotes sound with what sounded like frantic chimpanzees or something on a frenzy.
They'd haul in a scream.
There was the same sounds as the night, only in the daytime.
And when they came, and they were coming this way.
And then they left, and I stayed here.
That's when I stayed here and things happened back here.
Right.
But yeah, so where they connected the chirping, besides these five connected with them somehow.
It looks like maybe.
It's the same whistle chirps that we heard in the bottom, too.
It's the same whistle.
It's not an extravagant whistle.
It's just a...
It went...
However you whistle would have.
That's crazy.
It smells interesting.
I don't want to do that too loud yet.
The sound that you made that you just referenced...
I ain't going to do it.
I'm not saying to do it, but I'm just saying for me to remember it.
Was it the Sierra sounds?
Oh, no, no.
Because I don't think...
I don't know if you actually ever said what it was.
There's one on, yes, I have.
Okay.
There's some sounds, the more aggressive sounds on that tape that they had.
Right.
Yeah, it's like one of them.
We've heard some of them sounds on that.
Did you do it by, you did it with yourself, right?
You didn't play a recording.
Yeah, right here because Duane and his dad got in the tent.
I was still outside.
It was getting dusk.
And I asked him what kind of sounds he's heard over the years here,
and he's come off with some.
So I wanted to share that sound, which I heard right next to my tent in northern California.
Right.
And I come off with it, and what, in 20 minutes?
The whole group of screaming the hollering their head are away after I made that sound.
But the sound is, yes, like one of the sounds on the Sierra sounds.
I'm going to do it lightly, but I'm scared to do it louder.
It'll be very light, or I'm going to crack.
Oh yeah, like you got started attempting scaring me yesterday before it because you were leaving and leaving me here.
They hear the sound, no you weren't here.
You wanted to stay here.
You were making yesterday.
You need us take your friends with us.
I know, so you're going to leave those sounds that are, sound kind of agitated or something before you leave and while I'm going to be alone.
Thank you a lot.
Telling the sound.
If you want to make those sounds, depending on what we're up, I don't want to make those sounds.
You guys were making the sounds.
Oh my good, I got two of them.
Anyway, it's a, it's like that, and only extremely loud.
That's solid.
And it just.
And he did that loud.
I did loud.
Within 15 minutes, we were surrounded.
Really?
So I think the Bigfoot that was by my tent many years before in Northern California
may have been cussing me out or something.
Like he wasn't happy with me there.
and I think me repeating you here.

It was this sound like I'm telling them, like, I don't want you here or something, you know what I mean?
It's like I challenged them just like he said the next morning.
I said, I said, because of you.
Oh, yeah, he said me the next morning.
I'm trying to rationalize because we're afraid to get out of our tent.
We wouldn't going to get out of here even after they left.
Oh, hell, yes.
You'd have really had a pissed off.
here for that, that would be.
She wouldn't be up here now, probably.
Probably not, no.
No, no, she'd have got.
I already won't bring my kids up here.
Yeah.
At all.
Because of that story.
Not even during the daytime.
I'm fine, daytime, cool.
Starts getting dark out.
I just want to leave.
I don't want to be here.
That's why I sat in the car last night.
Dad's like, oh, we're going to wait longer.
I'm like, okay, that's fine.
I'm going to wait the car.
They can sneak up on as it's too dark.
I said they can't.
I said they got some night vision.
I said we can see them.
coming.
After he said that, I felt a little bit better, but I still stayed in the car.
I was getting tired anyway.
I was closing my eyes.
Hey, you don't have to say things you don't have to say sometimes.
Like what?
Like, don't count on it.
Don't count out with these guys.
Shut up.
Oh, okay, I got it.
I'm a little slow sometimes, but...
I get it.
After the fact.
I didn't get it either
The next morning we're there
And I'm like God, because we hadn't had that kind of experience
So extreme
I mean they've been benign, you know
And now they're freaking acting like they want to tear us apart
So I asked
I said to Duane
I said
Before we left we was getting out of their next morning
But I said
What was it about
Was it because of the bananas
They were gone
when the track he found there
and we put bananas up the next morning
the track was coming away from the tree
and the bananas were gone but it was a smaller track
and that's why we camped here
because of that
then that happened that night
so I'm thinking the next morning I'm trying to rationalize this
and I said I wonder if the
because it was younger
if he turned on got our bananas
took it home the old man
and maybe the old man
was reprimanded him got ticked up
that he took the fruit from the humans.
Right.
That's when I'm thinking.
And he says, no, no.
He says it was about you.
I said, what?
He says, they came here for you.
And I felt the cold, go down my back.
I said, me, he says, yeah, that sound you made.
He says, it went in 20 minutes they were headed this way.
He says, you challenged them.
And I thought, that makes sense.
make sense more sense than anything right?
It's the only thing that I can make rational.
That's the only way I can rationalize it.
And then I...
It had to have been a reason.
Well, you don't really hear a lot of people having big foot stories like that where
there's that many and they're surrounded and they didn't like really do anything.
Not a lot.
Yeah, you're right.
No, I don't hear a lot of those.
At most of the time was that, Denise, it's because the person that sees that big foot over there doesn't see the one that's there.
Yep.
And there.
I know.
And there.
You only find out that they're there if you try to take them out, and then the other one show up.
And then you're missing 4-1-1 is usually how it goes.
Yep.
You know, they've got a triangular thing.
Yep.
You're focused on one.
You don't realize the other two behind you.
That's the way.
Kind of like those lizards in Jurassic Park.
The raptors.
It's totally like the raptors.
Yeah, but these things have a heart.
That's different.
They can be passionate.
Uh-huh.
Oh my gosh, you ain't going to get it ever.
I did about three months courting with them right over there.
Cording?
Yeah.
Okay.
Yeah.
They're in love.
Well, I know you spent a long time trying to get back in good graces after.
Yeah, and I didn't know that was going to happen.
Right.
That took a lot of nerve.
They, yeah.
But I, the only thing that give me the encouragement of that was just they keep positive
and have something that might change.
dynamics and what's the simplest way and something might be effective and that's the guitar,
music, singing. And I know that's what did it. I was still bringing the food up.
That's when we would hear sounds, when we were just sitting around the campfire having a good time.
That's all we were doing and then what the hell is that sound?
Like yesterday, I, you know, I can't say it's conclusive, but after they left, I was here for a good two hours.
for a good two hours, singing, playing, nothing happened, just dead silent.
Yeah.
And after an hour or so, gosh, I'm wasting my time.
So I started talking to him.
Like, I miss you.
I want it to be like it was before.
You know, I'm just talking and stuff.
I really like you.
I love you, I miss you.
I look, somebody heard me, they didn't know I was insane.
But I'm doing this.
I'm really trying to feel it and get it back.
I'm passionate about it.
I do.
I want the relationship back the way it was.
It was great.
And we got all this turmoil.
They're screaming.
They're hauling over there and back and forth and all, you know, agitated.
And nothing happened.
I said, well, I said, well, whoop, whoop.
I started doing that.
Nothing.
I said, well, same time.
me just do something saying and that's when one lone bird and the way it was it was like singing
almost kind of but it was a bird and I thought that's it there's wild life in here that means
they're not here right I was going to leave and I thought oh it's only one son what if it's one
of them mimic a bird that's singing and letting me know that way yeah I do that all the time
Now I'm always trying to figure out whether the animal I'm hearing if I'm really hearing.
I stayed over another hour because of that.
And I was singing and then I stuff and sing and stuff and talk, try to talk.
The bird went on for a little valve when I was saying and then I stopped.
Then it was about a half hour later I was doing this.
Gus, whoop, whoop, you know, sing.
Sing to me.
And then the birds started up again, so I did it twice.
It was the only sound of an animal in here.
But I was here over two hours.
I stayed here longer because of that bird.
I don't know for sure, but I like to think positive that, yeah, they were letting me know we're still okay.
They're agitated, but we're okay.
As long as me and them are okay, I don't care.
Well, I do care.
I don't want them to have a bad time.
As long as we're okay, I feel better, you know.
And then I see that banana peel out there the way it is.
I've never seen that.
Did you hear that?
That's a raven, right?
Yeah.
Yeah, maybe it's a raven.
Maybe.
It might not be.
It sounded pretty normal.
Yeah.
It does sound a little normal, and it's up high in the air.
Yeah, it is.
It sounded a little, yeah, like it could go.
Like it could go either way.
But, you know, that high in the air thing,
it doesn't mean much to me anymore after.
that thing I've seen about him
climbing to the top of them redwood trees
in California.
So.
They could very well be one of them.
Exactly.
But anyway, the banana pill,
the waste of that.
