Happy 33rd Birthday, Charlie Kirk! You Were Right—Your Death Spawned A Global Awakening… | Ep 402

October 14, 20260 comments♥ 0
00:00 All right, you guys, happy Wednesday to everyone except for the people in the comment section who did not believe me when I blamed everything on Skyler yesterday. Special shout out to at Eric of America who wrote this. He said, I stand with Skyler. He's being used as a patsy. Savage. I concede that you almost beat me at my own game. But for your information yesterday was actually a hearsay episode.
00:26 So Skyler was therefore guilty. The evidence was overwhelming for K-HD. Anyway, you may have noticed if you were scrolling through social media that today is indeed October 14th, what would have been Charlie Kirk's 33rd birthday. And I was thinking about that and how actually Charlie, or at least the Charlie that I knew, not the manufactured ghost of Charlie that Turning Point presents today. It was nothing like the real Charlie. Charlie was never big on his birthday. He was sort of an old soul. I have no memory of him being excited about a birthday ever.
00:57 his focus was always about striving toward a certain life goal, striving toward truth. And so today we're going to continue that. Our goal, if you will, or rather our war with everyone who continues to desecrate his memory with nonsense, fed slop. And I have to tell you that we made some fantastic new discoveries yesterday, as always, thanks to you guys back at home, which we're going to tell you all about. In other news, we are now covering this beat, America has fallen. There's evidence of that everywhere. And accordingly, I feel the need to actually weigh in on this Kelly Clarkson scandal. Don't worry if you're not from America and you don't know who she is. I'm going to bring you up to date on this original American Idol crashing out in a Brooklyn store. It is indeed a sign of the most
01:44 unfortunate times. Welcome back to Candace. Okay, foremost, back by popular demand. You guys were raving about our Pokemon cards. You wanted more of them. We have them. Some of you guys desire to trade these in the streets. You want to collect them. I want you know that we, of course, have the Brian Harpole Pokemon card. That's probably, it's a really valuable one, actually. You can see this one, he's doing the medical. He can take over medical duties from actually qualified doctors and professionals at any time. Also tattoo brothers. If you've got the tattoo, you can team up. But there is a weakness there at the bottom. What more was I supposed to do? Exactly. Then of course we have Yankin, Banking, Frank. There he is. This is, I love this
02:46 pokey card. These are the hokey Pokemon cards. They're just saying whatever. CPR, perhaps he can do it sometimes. He doesn't do it. So be careful. But he is indeed the chain snatcher. He will snatch evidence right from police hands. I'll take that. No, you won't. It's mine. The weakness is just, there's a lot of yanking and banking. Anyways, you guys, collect them. You've got to collect them all. They're in the wild. The stories are, in fact, wild.
03:16 And yesterday, of course, we introduced you to a very significant character. It was a lot to unpack. Val Peterson, the vice president of UVU, and apparently the guy, the man, allegedly feared by faculty and allegedly very pro-ERica and Turning Point USA. And we had wondered why, you know, if you're the vice president of school, why wouldn't you want to stand behind your faculty? And we, of course, had a few questions pertaining to what we learned about him just in the after-incident report that UVU had outsource the independent review.
03:51 You know, explicitly, we wanted to know where was Val Peterson on September 10th. He had a lot of duties. He oversaw EMS services at the UVU among it. So you just think that if he knew Charlie Kirk was coming, he may have been there. and the report tells us that, no, actually he was 45 minutes away, and we wanted to know where. Was he marking time? Well, thanks to you, sleuths back at home and some brave yet clearly terrified faculty members at UVU, we were able to put some more pieces together.
04:23 We confirmed from multiple sources with direct knowledge that he was golfing, actually, allegedly, out in Heber, Utah. And one person claimed that he was actually taking part. part in a tournament. We found a few clubs in tournaments that could potentially match that description, but we don't need to venture a specific guess as to which one he was at. Suffice it to say. The story that he has told is that he was away golfing. Okay. And interestingly enough, and I want to be clear that this part, we have not yet been able to independently verify what we are working on it. We were also told that he was with Governor Cox. Now, we thought fact-checking
05:06 that portion would be very easy because the governor publishes his schedule onto the website publicly. And that includes in the past he has published instances where he participated in golf tournaments. Strangely, however, we went to his website and despite September 10th falling on a Wednesday, the governor's official schedule did not list any commitments, not on the 10th, also not on the 9th. And that's interesting to me. And we can pull and show his schedule on the 9th. This is 8th to the 14th, all we get is Monday the 8th, and there's no 9th and 10th. And it's interesting. I would say it's interesting really just because September tends to be a notably busy season for politicians, for parents for everybody. Summer's over, back to school, back to work. And again,
05:56 I can't stress enough, this is midweek. Like, why is nobody going to work? Like, this is crazy to me. I would also add that as far as we can tell, which I was kind of surprised by this, Governor Cox has never stated where he was when he learned of Charlie's death. He's done interviews and he said he's gone as far as to say, you know, I got the notification on my phone and within a minute I was in the phone with the White House. But he's never said where he was when he got that notification. Again, so far as we can tell, if we are overlooking something, please send it. And the answer might, the reason why he hasn't shared it might just be because no one's asked him, where were you? Were you golfing with Val? That would be interesting. But get this, because there's something else. In examining his published schedule that week in general, we did discover that Governor Cox had a meeting on September 2nd with none other than Provo Police Officer Tyler Clancy. House of Rep, Provo Police Officer, Many Hats, Homeless Coordinator,
06:55 check this out. I can't make this up. This is, again, the published schedule on his website. You can see that at 5 p.m., he had a meeting with Representative Tyler Clancy at his mansion. Not Tyler's mansion, at the governor's mansion. Wow. What can I say? Tyler Clancy really is just so impressive. That's what I want to say. Imagine a one-on-one with the governor of the state in his mansion. And to be clear, the Utah House of Reps, they work 45 days a year. And he started in 2023. So he's climbing this ladder quickly. He's making a lot of connections here. And I'm wondering what they spoke about. Maybe it was regarding his upcoming
07:35 promotion? Who knows? I wonder if Tyler was where, which hat he was wearing? House of Rep hats, probably not, because they're in session beginning in January, maybe the Provo Police, stopping human trafficking hat. Who knows? I thought you'd find that interesting. And ladies and gentlemen, or but I don't even know how to start this, we did discover something else last night that is going to potentially not shock you at all, actually. You might be shocked initially like I was, but I feel we are now far enough into this story that in the scheme of everything that we have learned
08:13 regarding the surrounding cast of characters, you're probably just going to be like, yeah, yeah, that sounds right. And it's regarding Val Peterson, again, referred to by many, as the most powerful man in the state of Utah. We learned, that he has a brother
08:36 named Charles Loritz Peterson and this brother Charles was arrested this year twice actually in two different states first on February 3rd 2006 in Leighton
08:50 Utah okay and I'm just going to go through these charges with you because they feel significant do you want to guess the charge at home actually I'm going to actually check the chat for this do you guys want to guess the charge
09:04 what it might be related to, let's see. Let's see. I'm going to give people a chance here. I feel like people might be able to know what's going on. Expect the worst from them. Was it kids again, says Mark Johnson. Mark Johnson. Mark.
09:26 Someone said trafficking. What? How could you? What? Someone said children, kids. Children, kids. Someone is guessing that it's related to pedophilia. This is,
09:34 I am, I don't, everyone at home must be Ms. Cleo. How are you guys able to discern these things? How do you know? Well, yes, you would, you're on the money, actually. Charges were as follows. First degree charge for enticing a minor into sexual activity. And I'm going to tell you what that specific charge means in the state of Utah. It means an actor commits enticing a minor to engage in sexual activity.
10:02 if the actor knowingly uses an electronic communication or an electronic communication device to, one, solicit, seduce, lore, or entice a minor, or attempt to solicit, seduce lore or entice a minor, or another person, who the actor believed to be a minor to engage in sexual activity that is a violation of state criminal law. Two, if they communicate with any individual with the intent to solicit, to do law, or entice a minor, or attempt to solicit, seduce law or entice a minor to engage in sexual activity, that it's a violation of state criminal law, or three, initiate contact with a minor or a person, the actor believes to be a minor. Subsequent to the action described in subsection 2A by any electronic or written means solicit seduces lures or entices the minor or attempts to solicit,
10:51 seduce or lure or entice the minor or a person that the actor believes to be a minor to engage in sexual activity that is a violation of state criminal law. Also, it could include B, which they have mentioned here, develops a relationship or trust with a minor or the minor's parent or guardian with the intent to solicit to seduce lore or entice the minor or attempt to solicit, seduce law,
11:14 or entice the minor to engage in sexual activity. That is a violation of state criminal law. Also, the charge that he was charged with aggravated sexual exploitation, and what that means is an actor commits aggravated sexual exploitation of a minor if the actor knowingly distributes or produces child sexual abuse material.
11:37 Or B, is the minor's parent or legal guardian and knowingly consents to or permits the minor to be sexually exploited as described in subsection 2A? It also includes distributing material harmful to a minor, an actor commits distributing material harmful to the minor if the actor intentionally distributes or offers to distribute or offers to exhibit material harmful to minors to an individual. or two intentionally produces performs or directs any performance before an individual, that is harmful to minors. Okay. So you get it. Okay, you get it. Tells us then what defines are.
12:19 Then what happens is that in Utah, they were, decided to collaborate with Idaho. Because remember I told you that Val Peterson is from Idaho. He's from Moscow, Idaho, where his father was a, a professor at the University of Idaho. Yes to you guys who kind of picked up what I was throwing down yesterday about Moscow, Idaho, being at the center of some other crimes
12:44 that I never felt right about the story that we were being told. Anyways, Utah, back to the Peterson's, collaborated with Idaho, and he was additionally charged in Meridian, Idaho. If you're wondering why that sounds vaguely familiar to you, it's because it's the same area that Macy Crofts, the one who allegedly, according to the UVU review, insisted on having the event, wanted, she was on the call and she wanted the event to be in the amphitheater.
13:18 We talked about her uncle Kipp Crofts, who was arrested just outside of Nampa, where Turning Point USA put on their assembly. That's right there. By the way, just Val Peterson's dad, that's where they're from, Nampa. Idaho, like born in Nampa, Idaho. So that's interesting. Anyway, Vow's brother Charles was additionally charged in Meridian with four counts of soliciting a child. Here is the article, which is available on the Idaho Attorney General's website. Not a lot of details beyond this. It just tells us that Attorney General Raul Labrador has announced that a Meridian man was charged in Idaho on March 5, 2006, with four counts of enticing a child. Investigators with the Attorney General's
14:01 Internet crimes against children. IAC unit arrested Charles Peterson 52 on February 3, 2006, after receiving a request for assistance from the late in police department on similar charges now pending in Utah. The charges listed above are merely accusations. And the defendant is presumed innocent until an unless proven guilty. Yeah, it's important to note that, right? The charges listed are merely accusations. and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless he is proven guilty. But man, you guys, what do you think? Your opinion, not your fact, but your opinion. Why is this a theme that we just keep coming up against in this story,
14:51 everybody involved who we're going, why is this person like not team? Why is this person? So what are we doing? What's going on? And then we just dig a tiny little bit and you go, oh, okay. Okay, it just keeps recurring. How many people do you know just in a story, in a circle, in a friend group that you just throw a rock and you keep hitting these kinds of charges?
15:19 What do you guys think? Why does this theme keep coming up in the story? I have more questions. Why did President Donald Trump call Charlie Kirk? in July and reprimand him for speaking out against the Epstein Files. Why did he do that? Why did the Epstein Files require so many top-level meetings in the White House in the situation room?
15:49 Why, actually, why can't we get a clear answer from Charlie's wife, Erica, regarding the story that we broke, her hanging out at a modeling office allegedly in New York, people of direct knowledge, office that was frequented by Jeffrey Epstein, a modeling agency that was started by the French pervert, Jean-Luc Brunel, who was Jeffrey Epstein's partner. It would be very easy for Erica Kirk to deny that she's ever been to that office. I would do so immediately. It would be very easy for her to deny that she was in charge of modeling apartments on the Upper East side. which were occupied by young Eastern European models, as we were told, as we reached out for comment before we published the article or we published the story, why not? Why not just clarify that when people are already noticing that this theme of human trafficking just keeps coming up. It can't keep coming up. And while we're asking questions, why is it that turning point under her leadership appears to be so especially focused on access to high schools? Club America, which is being administratively forced upon students who are not signing up for this club.
17:05 It's assembly time and you got to go. And no, that was not the explicit vision that Charlie Kirk had. We demonstrated that to you via his last company pitch, if you will, that he gave in front of investors in Aspen, three weeks before his death. He said what his vision was. He wanted it to be like a debate club where kids signed up and wanted to have, wanted to show up, wanted to host people. He didn't want to mandate assemblies using the arm of donors and influence in the region. Why do they have so much influence in the region of Idaho and Utah, actually? Why was Andrew Colbett allegedly at the White House meeting with top brass the day before the Epstein files were partially released to the public, I'll say?
17:53 We know that they've been stripped. Millions upon millions of files were never going to get to. to see Pam Bondi saying that it would lead to the collapse of global economies if they released it. Two people in the White House emailed me and told me. We didn't know the EFstein files were coming out the next day, so we just tweeted it. Thankfully, I tweeted. I said, I don't know what this means, but I'm hearing Andrew Colbitts at the White House. Why is it that this administration is refusing to release them in their entirety?
18:21 What would lead to the collapse of global economies and why not just let them collapse? You know, they panicked and they pretended that it was just ludicrous when I began discussing very, elements of the Charlie Kirk assassination. And I said, hey, these are the facts. He was changing his mind. He had changed his mind regarding Israel. He was done with them. I said, hey, White House, the French Foreign Legion's presence, they were there on the day, on the ground that day. It's a fact that still has never been disputed by the White House, I might add. They presented it, though, as if I was just spewing grand conspiracies. France? Israel, the United States government, all working together, shared interest regarding Charlie Kirk.
19:10 Ha, ha, ha, ha. Let me be perfectly clear. Jeffrey Epstein would be the literal manifestation of all three of those nations. He worked directly for the Rothschilds, who credit themselves with having created the state of Israel in 1948. You can go watch those videos. They say we did that. his convicted partner Galane Maxwell was born in France. He therefore ran his trafficking operations in and through France extensively.
19:39 He owned property and businesses in France. John Luke Brunel, who hung himself, perhaps was suicide in a cell. French. Modeling agencies, French. Yeah, actually, suddenly those three states working together would make a lot of sense if Charlie Kirk was threatening to turn against Israel. And I think it means something that Pam Bondi, as I mentioned earlier, said that it would lead to the crash of global economies if the Epstein files were released in their entirety. That would mean that globally countries would have to work together to make sure that that never happened. And while he was going on about Epstein, I was going on about Brigitte and Epstein and working on an Epstein series. And by he, I mean Charlie, of course, on his show every day was hitting hard. I was talking about pedo-criminal networks in France.
20:39 And I look at this whole picture, and I know where we stand here. I just know where we stand. It is, yeah, Charlie's would be his 33rd birthday today. And I think that the best gift that anyone could give to Charlie on his birthday is not an empty tweet or an Instagram post dedicated from the people whose careers that he helped launch, but people who conveniently continue to look the other way. despite the many holes that began appearing immediately in the Fed's narrative surrounding his assassination. No, look away. No, the widow, no. This theme just keeps coming up. Everybody's involved. Human trafficking. People have pending cases. Or being into kids. It's just a coincidence. This is how everybody lives. Yeah. It makes me sick. Looking at the posts, they make me sick. I have to have kind of a substained from the internet for a day because I just go, how do you wake up every day and just choose
21:34 to be an absolute fraud. How do you pretend to care about Charlie? I don't know how they do it. Like, I struggle with that, that they're able to do it, and they don't even flinch. But yeah, I think the best gift to Charlie on what would have been his 33rd birthday
21:47 is that we just keep discussing the Epstein files. We keep pointing out what's actually happening here and that we acknowledge that Charlie was terrified in the end. He woke up one day and he realized that his life was a Truman show, that he had trusted his time. with tenants to run things, and he didn't know what was going on in his company. And he had questions, and they were not content to answer those questions, and they still are
22:13 not content to answer any questions, actually. He realized that people around him were characters that had been intentionally cast, and that the success of his company was perhaps tied to something darker than he had realized in the first place. But I will say on a positive note that Charlie knew that death was coming. He knew that his death, though premature, would be tied to a wider awakening. And as we discuss these things now, we can just guess what we're going to find. I think we can all conclude that Charlie was right. So happy birthday, Charlie Kirk. We'll be back after a brief break. 25:52 Again, that's tnusa.com slash candace. I think right now I feel like there are white walkers among us, and I look out to the audience and people, and I'm like, are you alive? Like, you know, like everyone's sort of been bitten by something. And we're the only ones, I guess, are aware of what's happening. And it's just getting more and more absurd and we're aware of it's a Truman show. And I'm like, is there a bug going around? Like, how long has life been operating like this in the United States and abroad where people are just being pulled through the ranks and put into positions and we're told that they're qualified? and they're like allowed to lead. I mean, that's what we were hitting at when I started looking at.
26:30 The Brigitte story is like, this is this person doesn't exist. This person doesn't exist. You can't just not exist for 30 years and then gaslight the public. I have enough power and resources to gaslight you as to why I can't produce a single photo of me across 30 years of my life. Like this is the Brigitte McCrone story. No one's asking for blood. Nope, no one needs to see private parts.
26:54 It's not that extreme. You allegedly had three kids. It's some photos raising them pregnant in the hospital, birthday parties, nothing, nothing. It's just a dark hole. And then they look at us and they go, you're crazy. How dare you think this? Like, yeah, we think it, we think a lot and we're just seeing more and more of that. And like we discussed yesterday, this Katie Zacharia character, who is the new press secretary, I'm just watching people defend this and pretend like, oh, this is totally fine. This is like, first day nerves. And it's totally fine that we can't confirm her background. She's been
27:31 providing commentary on Fox News. I'm sure she's a nice girl. It's something personal. Something personal against Katie. It's just I happen to notice that she seems to have no idea what she's talking about. She seems to be confused. And I don't know how she got this position. And it's a bit weird that you pretended that you passed the bar, I'll say allegedly, but people can't confirm it. And I want to. to be clear, the school she went to, Pepperdine, same school as Erica. I don't know if they're manufacturing these girls. Like Erica's credentials were all over the place. Kind of felt like they were made up, if we're being honest. But Pepperdine confirmed that she went to the school.
28:10 That's not in question. They confirmed that she got a degree. We know that she got her bachelor's degree. We know that she finished at law school. Did you pass a bar? You can't just pretend to be a practicing attorney if you didn't pass the bar. Where did you pass the bar? Here is the answer that she gave. when she was next to Trump and the reporters just asked her, hey, where did you, where did you pass the bar? Take a listen. Where did she pass the bar exam?
28:39 He said she's an attorney. Where did she pass the bar exam? Which state? What state? When did she tell her? Where did you pass the bar exam? When I moved to China, that's her answer. Her answer is when I moved to China.
28:59 That's my new answer. If you asked for any qualified... When I moved to China, that's totally legit. Like, I moved to China. Did you just go there and they gave you a... Just gave you a... said, yeah, here you go. This works everywhere.
29:14 Was it a card? How does this work? Obviously, she does not want to answer the question because she can't answer the question because she did not pass the bar. And so this is all made up. And it's massively embarrassing to Trump. It's massively embarrassing that we have people
29:30 who are so true. tribal, they won't call this out and say it's wrong. It's just wrong. Trump got duped. Why she was put into that position, I'm not sure, but you need to be honest. You lie about everything. I get so frustrated when people lie about the small stuff, okay? You're lying about everything from the Epstein files all the way down to whether or not this chick passed the bar in America. Like, how much do you hate us? How much do you hate us? That's what I feel like, can you just tell the truth about something, just like toss us a bone. Tell us a truth about something. We need to know that reality isn't slipping away from us this quickly. And on that notion, I thought it was just such a perfect
30:12 analogy for everything that has happened in America. Like the America we thought we knew is so over. And as a millennial, I feel like we peaked when American Idol, which was a show, which premiered back in 2001, 2002, and we believed in reality TV. Like, we believed that we were watching reality when we watched TV. We had no idea of this concept of what I referred to as the Midas Touch. Somebody pulled through the ranks, and it's all pre-planned. Producers are planning it. And actually, it's our reality that's being impacted.
30:44 And I just remember how I felt when Kelly Clarkson, who was the first American Idol winner, back in 2002, 16 years old, who told she was a, you know, a waitress, no connection. It's just a wonderful voice because she sang in church. I just want to go back to how I felt when she sang a moment like this when she won and she was giggling. Oh, what a sweet girl. And then there's a story that's happening today. We fast forward. And Kelly Clarkson is quite literally crashing out.
31:14 She's crashing out because she went to a store in Brooklyn called The Art of Play. And let me just, by the way, let me give you the bird's eye view of this. It's actually appropriate term to use the bird's eye view of this. Just, you know, in Brooklyn, this is not like Jay-Z's Brooklyn. Okay, this isn't like where you're running around and you're seeing crackheads. This is like where really wealthy people and their kids that have trust funds want to feel alive. So they pretend that they're thrifting at shops, but like it kind of costs like the price of Chanel bags to thrift at these stores. But they just want to know that it's like pre-owned.
31:51 It's like where Lena Dunham goes, where. where like Taylor Swift is writing an album and like I wrote this album in Brooklyn, you know, was just wanting to feel connected to people, but it's just, it's really wealthy people. Like there's nothing really happening here. There's no substance that's happening here. And everyone's kind of a trust fund baby or connected into the industry in some way. That's kind of this area of Brooklyn in a nutshell.
32:14 But yes, you can hit areas like where Jayze is. But where she went to the store called Art of Play and she walked in and she saw a bird that she wanted to purchase, an automated bird that was made by an artist. Okay? Right out the gate, this is not a relatable story. She's already lost. This is not a relay. Nobody hopped out into a store and was like, is that a $15,000 automated bird?
32:41 I want to have that. So let's just show, can we show this automated bird that she wanted to buy and she was in the store for four minutes? Let's just show the bird. One more time. Bring it on home, Molly. So that's Molly, the auto automated bird, if that's your thing and you want to buy it great. She hops into the store dressed normally as people are dressed.
33:22 And these are the people that are so rich that they buy clothes to look homeless. Do you get what I'm saying? Like that's the general vibe of like a Brooklyn hipster. Like they buy the jeans ripped and distressed and they're actually more expensive. And if you just bought the jeans normally, nobody is judging you for coming into a store in Brooklyn and having a cap on. And also, welcome to New York. Everyone kind of has an attitude, right? I'm from New York.
33:45 This is, I just, I know exactly the kind of vibe of where she was at. So she went to the store. And she clearly, I think, genuinely misunderstood when she saw Molly, the automated bird, which I have questions for why she wanted to own this. Okay. For $15,000. She saw $15,000 on the wall. And what they meant meant by that, which is you come up, happen upon this in places that are artsy,
34:08 is you can buy something similar to that. this. The artist's name is this. And for $15,000, they can make you a near idea. You basically are commissioning art at that, at that point. And so she has a very quick back and forth with somebody who's probably making minimum wage and didn't treat her like the celebrity that she is and told her that it wasn't for sale because it wasn't. It's a fix to their wall. It's obviously not for sale. It's like it's not like a shirt on a dummy. Actually, you can go in stores in a shirt on a dummy. They'll not be for sale. They'll tell you that. And you just go, okay. It's not. not that one's not for sale. It's the last one. We're not going to strip the dummy. She loses her mind,
34:46 storms out, and says that she was basically discriminated against truly like she tweeted out or went onto Instagram and immediately wrote that she had been discriminated against and said that it was her pretty woman moment. Okay. She wrote, just drove all the way to Brooklyn to check out this store I thought looked really rad and had a few things in mind to buy and literally was looked at as if I couldn't afford it and was told he could find something comparable for me. Wow, dude, you're an idiot and just lost a huge sale. But y'all should go check out Art of Play in Brooklyn if you enjoy being treated like Julia Roberts' character and pretty woman.
35:21 For sure, check it out. Humps down. She tweeted this 15 minutes after Shepisode. She's only there for four minutes, and the guy told her that it wasn't for sale. That's all that happened to her. By the way, generally speaking, if you did show up dressed like a prostitute,
35:33 he has every right to kick you out of the store if you did. Like the lesson of that pretty woman moment is like, you kind of should judge somebody who comes in dressed like a stripper at your store. I'd probably say get out of my store. But she's trying to pretend she was discriminated against. And they released the video of what's happening in the store. Everyone looks the same because it's Brooklyn. Just a bunch of Caucasian people that are shopping in a store.
35:57 She was not discriminated against. The guy just literally tells her no for a second and says that she can buy another one, but she wants that one. And so watching her, this is now, going on for a week of back and forth. Now the owners coming out saying that they're getting death threats. He's being dramatic about it. He was not there at a store and this took place. And all that happened is that Kelly Clarkson was treated normally. That's really the story is that Kelly Clarkson was treated normally and she's sort of used to having the carpet rolled out.
36:25 She definitely would not make it in New York. She wanted to, for whatever reason, purchased this bird for $15,000 and thought she would find an audience online that was sympathetic in this economy to a multimillionaire who has 15, that's a down payment on a house. And she just wants to buy a bird that I actually find generally to be annoying. I wouldn't want this in my house. It sounds loud. It sounds annoying.
36:51 I don't know what she's planning on doing with that bird. But the fall of this American Idol is another sign of the times. I'm telling you guys, America has fallen. Then no longer do we have the society where we looked up and we saw the sweet 16-year-old girl that we thought was just a waitress and probably was maybe potentially very wealthy and like prepaid.
37:10 Who knows? I could believe anything now. I wish we could go back to the world where we believed in celebrities, that we believed in their struggles, that we believed that, you know, Kelly Clarkson needed the $15,000 bird and that the store really did discriminate against her
37:25 rather than just treated her like a regular human being. But I want you guys to know that that world is gone. That world is over. And the crash out of Kelly Clarkson is indeed proof that we have stepped into a whole new reality. So I'm sorry to report on that America, but there is no stressing as an American Idol anymore. It's completely over. We will be right back after a brief break. All right, you guys, you have probably noticed that every time you fill up your tank,
37:53 it costs more than it did last month with the Strait of Hormuz still closed in the war in Iran destroying oil refineries. Those prices are only going to go up. There is no end in sight and a lot of experts are warning that a serious recession could be coming. So let's talk about protecting what you've worked so hard for, whether it's your family's savings, your kid's future, or your own retirement. You want something that holds its value when everything else feels shaky. That's why smart investors and even central banks around the world are stocking up on gold right now. Gold has held its value for thousands of years and over the last 25 years, it's actually done better than the S&P 500.
38:27 Right now, gold has dipped from the record high it hit earlier this year and major institutions expected to reach a new high by spring of 2007. So if you've been thinking about gold, this is your window. That's why I'm proud to partner with my friend Tucker Carlson's company, Battalion Metals. They make it simple, honest, and fairly priced for Americans to buy gold. So head to Battalionmedals.com slash Candace. Again, that's battalion metals.com slash Candice. I also remind you guys about American financing because simple, cheap things like fast food sops with the family have become out of control expensive. I mean, what used to cost $20 is now closer to $4.000. It's now closer to $40 or $50. If you're a homeowner and you're sitting on soaring credit card balances,
39:05 you've probably considered calling American financing, maybe hesitated because you remembered that low mortgage rate that you're enjoying. Well, hanging on to that low rate doesn't actually help if high interest credit cards are eating up your monthly income. That's where the numbers could actually be shifting in your favor. American financing can help you use your hard-earned equity to wipe out high-interest credit card debt. So instead of making minimum payments on restaurant tabs for years, you could join thousands of homeowners saving an average of $800 a month with American financing. There are no upfront fees, no pressure, and no cost to find out your potential monthly
39:34 savings. Plus, starting now could mean delaying up the two mortgage payments. So call 800-795-1210 or visit Americanfinancing. Dotnet slash Owens. Again, that's Americanfinancing. Dot net slash Owens. Okay, I want to comment on this very quickly. I saw this trending Danny Trejo, the actor, who is allegedly stuck in a Ben Shapiro project.
39:59 They kind of tricked him. into allegedly his son is claiming. Variety is reporting that people were going, why is Danny Trejo participating in this movie with Ben Shapiro and that Ben Shapiro was producing, rather, and it's a pro-ice project, which goes against his roots, his Mexican roots, and Danny Trejo apparently had never even heard of Ben Shapiro before signing on for this new movie pawn shop. And his son says that it's really effed up. He's basically handcuffed to the stupid project. The statement from Danny Trejo's son reads, for anyone seeing this ish with my dad, he was booked on a film. It's not pro-ice. It's not overtly pro anything. His agent described it as,
40:40 quote, a complicated story about a complicated time where everyone looks bad except you, the hardworking Mexican shop owner who just wants peace. He jumped at the idea of playing a good guy. About two weeks into shooting, everyone, including us, found out Ben Shapiro was involved. That is so exactly what I think happened, by the way. My 82-year-old dad said he had never heard. heard of Ben Shapiro, I had to explain to him who that is and what kind of guy he is. My dad contractually cannot badmouth him the film or walk away without being sued for breach of contract. He couldn't even release the statement that he wanted to. It's effed up. He is handcuffed to the stupid project. And so many people have instantly turned their back on him without knowing any of the facts.
41:19 Ben Shapiro got Mexicans to abandon one of their heroes, got his own name to the top of Google searches, and made us look like angry fools, lacking any nuance. He wins. Okay, so I want to let you know that, yeah, if he will sue you for breach of contract. He won't just see you breach of contract. He will follow you across states. He will stalk you. You can't leave Ben Shapiro.
41:44 I just want to give some free advice to Danny Trejo that, yeah, you can, the tricky contract clauses, not knowing who somebody is, feeling entrapped, and then being like, this is just morally wrong. if you try to get out of that contract, you get sued, sue sued. I mean, then he will encourage others to sue you with their money. Like, it is, it is balbreath, okay? It is like a blood contract oath, and the only way out is death, really. I tend to believe that. I call it from personal experience. Let me tell you, you better just do the movie,
42:21 or you're going to have to deal with a psychotic stalker for the rest of your life, who will then probably try to take your business, your kids' businesses. He's probably already plotting against one of your kids. I'm guessing he's already because he just can't be normal and realize that people, some people just don't want to work with him. They don't want to work with him and they want to move on in their lives. And that's not, it's not acceptable according to him. So stay in it, Danny.
42:43 If you need someone to talk to, I'm here. Top comments from yesterday's episode. Kimwood writes, we are going to need Pokemon cards for everyone now. Got to catch them all. Okay, we will get on it. We do, of course, have more. that you can trade. We've got to get Mike and McCoy. We've got to get Blake Neff, obviously. We're going to get, we'll get on it. We should probably sell a pack. I'd be funny if we get
43:04 a little pack to sell. I'll work on that. Lily writes, with so many people working to get rid of child trafficking, you have to wonder why there's still child trafficking. Hmm, tend to agree with you on that one. It's a thing that everyone's doing, and yet it seems like the problem is growing. How is that possible? Interesting, very interesting. Okay, reading comment. from today's episode, we have Patrick J. Carlin writes on Charlie Kirk's birthday, and since he cared so deeply about America, I propose that we trash the immoral America and elect Queen Candace as the sole ruler of it, a representative democracy only will work if you have a moral society and we do not have one anymore. Okay, Patrick, I'm not going for Queen. I'm going for dictator. I'm going for dictator. It's different, but you've got to keep up, okay? I want to be the dictator of the United States. As long as I tell you that and then you vote from me, you know that I'm never leaving office and I don't have to listen to Congress. And Tim, in can be my press secretary, and if he needs a day off, weeks off, Theo Vaughn will fill in. Then if I find my terms acceptable, we can move forward. So let me know if those terms are acceptable. Joseph writes, have you seen Tom Cruise's new film Digger? I like to think of the film as the
44:11 portrayal of what Charlie Kirk's world would have been had he accepted Beebe's offer of taking TPSA to the next level and then living in a world that is faking gay thereafter. I have not seen that movie, but I will watch it. And yeah, if it's living, that's a lot. decision coming to you that you can go to the next level, but you have to sell your soul. You can see that many people in the wake of Charlie's assassination got that offer and said yes. And it's just so shocking. I wake up every day and I'm like, I can't believe I worked with these human beings. And they just, they lie every day.
44:42 They don't care. They can obviously comprehend and understand the very many holes in this story. The common sense ones, you don't have to do any digging? Do you think he had a steel neck and this amazing thing happened from 150 yards with a bullet? Do you think bullets dance in the air? No, but we live in a world of tremendous cowardice. Melly writes like this, even though it might not be much, to yell out to Charlie that we will never give up and he is beyond loved. I think he meant like this comment or like this episode. And I think he knows he is loved. It's just not by the people that he thought he was loved by, which is sad, but more people than ever, I think, know his story. And that's what he wanted to do. He wanted to impact the world and he did. Abigator writes, did you see Ben Shapiro getting called out for serving Israel? I did not. I only saw the thing about Danny Trejo contract and I instantly just went, this is so exactly what would happen and that's what they do. It's just what they love a contract. Like I said, Balbarith. The contract lords as they view themselves. Ashley writes, birds of a feather flock together and you are known by the company you keep. Pay attention to the company that people keep. Sometimes that tells you more. than their words ever will. That is very true. And that is why I am out on politics, unless you elect me dictator one day, maybe. TB rights, Candace, you inspired my daughter to join speech and debate.
46:06 You are inspiring a younger generation of young women to speak the truth and deliver their thoughts with grace and confidence. I can't wait to see her go max. Thank you for that. I also hope that it inspires her to consider homeschooling and to take a look at the university system and to recognize who built it and what that system is about and to see if she can make it outside of it. I think we do just have to completely recreate the wheel. And the Cornell 7 is evidence of that, really. All of these conversations are just such a race to the bottom. Like Brooklyn, what side you got?
46:39 Kelly Clarkson or the store owner. Everyone's a trust fund baby. It's Brooklyn. everyone's rich. You don't have to pick a side. Everyone's fine. Okay, that they can afford to not have any sales probably at that store. Tapping into a trust fund, just having some fun, playing with mom or dad's money. If I could guess, Kelly Clarkson, her show just ended. She's looking for something to do. She wants a 15K bird. I want to know where, now that we're all in this story, where are you putting that bird in your house, Kelly? We deserve answers. Where were you going to put it up? How often were you going to use it? Who was it going to be a gift to someone? Like, where? Where actually did you see this and go, I must have this? I just, I have questions.
47:20 I always have questions. I need to know more about the bird. And now the owner is trolling her and he says the word, Molly, the bird is now worth 15 million, which I do find to be kind of funny. And now she really can't afford it. Everybody in the story is just absurd and over the top. This is, this is rich people having fun. Brittany Reddick writes, like me, my daughter is a huge Candace man.
47:41 She and her eighth grade classmates will be traveling to D.C. in a few weeks. and she is insisting on her friends wearing your CIA tea when they visit the White House. They want to go max. Yes, they wouldn't even recognize that it was actually a Candace shirt, so you'd be so fine to wear it. They think, oh, we have young students coming up that like the CIA. Like, that's probably what they would think. So she's probably totally fine to wear it, and she should wear it. Speaking of which, if you'd like to buy merch, you guys know where to do that.
48:07 Canis Owens.com, you can buy that CIA shirt. You can join Brittany's daughter and her eighth grade classmates that are going to going to be wearing the shirts to the White House. Join that experience. That funny one would be this is my second favorite shirt. They might pick up on that one. They might pick up on that one. That would be absolutely hilarious. Buy yourself a cup, a mug. Like I said, we will have more merch dropping soon. I think by the end of this week. Yeah, we will have, which is, oh my gosh, that's tomorrow. So don't hold me to it because you know how my memory is these days. This baby has to be coming soon because, guys, I can't even see. My eyesight is so.
48:44 bad and that's always my tell before I go into labor. So we shall see either way. Well, actually not either way. If I have a baby tonight, you won't see me tomorrow. But I don't think I'm having a baby tonight. So we'll see you tomorrow.
