00:11And good morning. This is D. Program with Ted Raul and tomorrow, Thomas, for Tuesday, September 29th, 2026. And here's what we've got for you today. The, a shiny, a criminal hacking group called Shiny Hunters has stolen information. It's hacked into the FBI and stolen personal information and contact information for tens of thousands of former and current FBI employees.one of the biggest breaches of government information ever.As usual, Cash Patel looking awesome. And yesterday, if you watched or listened to Deep Program,we called this one.We said that the arrest of five guys in Great Britainfor the crime of driving vans near an airbase
01:01where it's likely to be bullshit. It looks like bullshit is exactly what it turned out to be looking into that.We alluded last week to the fact that Benjamin Netanyahu allegedly had received pretty clear warning signs of the October 7th attacks and had failed to pass those on to the Mossad. Now we have confirmation via the New York Times that is sourcing first persons who spoke to the president of the UAE, Sheikh Mohammed bin Syed. And these people have confirmed that, in fact, Netanyahu did receive these clear warnings and decided to have.ignore them. And last, we have an executive order that Donald Trump signed when he first becamepresident in his second term, saying that trans women who are in federal prisons would be placedin men's jails. Also, it prohibits federal prisons from giving transgender inmates, gender
02:01transition medical treatments for gender dysphoria. That executive order has been on hold due tocourt cases winding their way through the courts. But now Trump is going to the U.S. Supreme Courtto try to make those policies come real. Please like, follow the share of the show. We are hereMonday through Friday, 9 a.m. Eastern time. We are, we go until 10 on Tuesdays and Thursdays. This is one of those days. So we are here till 10. TMI show comes up after that.Good morning, Jamil. How are you doing?I'm doing okay. I can't complain.Good, good. I don't know if we're live on YouTube or not.
02:45It's hard to tell from the interface here on...Yeah, I mean, three. And good, and we're live on Rumble, too. Okay, good, good.Okay, good. All right, so that's all good to hear. And I'm trying to think what else is going on here.Okay, so please, if you have a comment, go ahead and put your questionor whatever into the live chat.Producer Robbie West will put it up.
03:12We will take those throughout the show.Priority goes to the paid ones. The superchats in the Rumble Rants.Don't forget to become a live member, sorry, a regular subscriber to the showat the $5, $10 or $20 a month levels.I'll put up the info on that. One piece of housekeeping that you need to be notable about,
03:36and here we go.This is the merchandise URL.If you were having any problems with it,that's on us, it's not on you.So this is one of those URLs where you can't do theWWW, right? So I'm putting it up here. It's HTTP colon slash slash deprogram.
04:00Dot my spreadshop.com.Or you can just go into your browser and just to godeprogram.Dot my spreadshop.com.There you'll find T-Shredshop.shirts, you'll find mugs and all sorts of stuff, D-program-related. I promise you this one works.Just don't do the WWW. I know we have been through this. It's ridiculous. It's like trying to get,you know, trying to pay off the national debt to get this thing to work. We've got some good stuff here.
04:27Oh, we do. I love that. That's a great shirt.Take lifting neighbors up to higher standards. Bad neighbors make good fences. And they do.they do indeed and for my non-history nerds that is my patron saint if i was catholicvlad jacul teppis love the guy yeah have y'all ever studied the night attack ted nohe damn near captured methman at the second like he found his tent he took hispillows well because what they did was he out taking a piss what happened no so what they weredoing so basically what they want to know in history how many famouspeople were spared death by being by pooing or peeing instead of being where they were supposed to
05:11be no what he was doing no what Vlad did is that he had his men nail their horses shoes on theirhorses backwards so it looked like they're going they're going the other way so the artramins aretracking them because Vlad had pissed them off like to no end lured them into this valley they attackedthe middle of the night which is something you just did not do back then just killed thousands oftook the Sultan's tent, captured his harem, took his stuff.I've no idea where he was.But Vlad damn near captured or killed the conquer of Constantinople. After whom Sultan met the neighborhood in the historical district in Istanbul is named after.
05:54Okay, let's, let's, what do we want to talk about first?Jamarly, you always get a choice. That is awesome.the Nanyahu one.So, the AP is reporting that Nanyahu travel to the UAE to have a conversation to basically tell him, deny, deny, deny.Do not tell them that I had a conversation with you about October 7th.Now, obviously, he didn't deny this.
06:22As you pointed out, the New York Times is reporting that this is being outed pretty heavily, that indeed Nanyahu knew about October 7th.He was told by October 7th that he didn't necessarily relate that information to other security services in Israel. Now, of course, Netanyahu, the implication here is primarily the Israeli elections, which are coming up later, basically exactly one month from now.And so for the Israeli voting public, this has to be a major issue, right?I mean, it's like, okay, so if you knew that October 7th was about to happen, but you didn't do anything about it,then all this misery and pain
07:05that was inflicted on our hostages and our troopswas on you. That obviously would be their concern, because we know they don't really careabout the people of Gaza. You know, just how serious,I mean, I mean, I guess, okay,I want to give the devil its due, his due in this case, right?
07:26So this reminds me a little bit of the August 6th,2001 memo that went to George W. Bush from the CIA that said it's our assessment thatAl Qaeda is preparing to launch a major attack against the United States. But there was no detailif you read the memo, right, like if you're George W. Bush, assuming he was capable of reading it,he would not have known where, when, what. I mean, in other words, even if it was just somethingas simple as planes are about to be hijacked, well, then you can notify the FAA to beef up security. You know, he didn't know it's going to be planes. He didn't know it's going to be in September. He didn't know. So it's kind of like if I say, hey, Jamarle, be very careful. I think something
08:14bad's going to happen to you. And you're like, God, Ted, thank you so much. You're my best friend. What's going to happen? What should I look out for? Just be really careful. And you're like, what am I supposed to do with that information? So is that, I mean, I'm playing devil's advocate here, but.I know you are. This is completely different. This would be like, if I said, Ted, the people that you're keeping in the open-air ghettoare staging a revolt considering an attack.
08:45And you know the location. You know the group.I know the where. You know the where. And I know the who.You know all of this stuff, right?Like as opposed to some randos may hijack a plane in the entirety of the United Statesand a country of 300 million people.
09:07Okay, Israel is a country of 9 million people with like hundreds of thousands of Palestinians, but they're localized in one location because you got them in an open-air ghetto. So when you're getting that information and you choose not to relate that information, and I suspect you choose not to relate that information for reasons. Those reasons being you want your reason and your rationale for your greater Israel project to kick off.And you believe that this will be the thing that would allow you to implicate that project in a greater sense.Meaning you want an excuse and you want the pretendant of you didn't know anything about that excuse. And honestly, there's parts about the story that are mind-blowing.
09:48Like the idea that Yaya Simwar was the person who released the information that they were relaying. And you say to yourself, what? Why?Yeah.Like that part is mind-blowing if that part is true. And I don't know if that part is true or not.So I'm going to put a pin in that part.Well, there is this, we've talked about it here.
10:09There is a culture among Islamist jihadism that you are supposed to warn your intended victim of a pending raid or attack. It's insane if that's true.Yeah, you're not supposed to necessarily be specific. It's usually more like straighten out or I'm coming to get you.And it kind of like gives you the moral high ground because you gave the person warning like shape up, cut the shit. And then they didn't, they chose not to do that. And now you have the right to kick their ass. There is no such thing as morality.
10:47Well, there's culture though. They're culture. But it makes no sense. It puts in the matter of the British, right?A lot of shit doesn't make any sense, you know.True.No, that's true. But it puts me in mind of the Brits when they were fighting the Americans.
11:04And they're like, you know, they're...It doesn't make any sense to put people into an open-air prisonand then not, and think that they're not going to try to bust out and kill you.I mean...Well, I do think, I mean...No BS.I think Nanyahu was looking at this kind of in the way that the Americans were looking at it,going after the Native Americans.
11:23or even, oddly enough, in a similar way that Hamas was looking at this.Like, meaning, sure, we're going to get attacked. And we know Israel is going to get attacked. However, we're going to create greater Israel. And in a hundred years, when they look back on Israel that goes from the river to the sea, that is parts of Saudi Arabia, that is parts of Syria, that is parts of etc.,then they're going to be okay with this because they're going to have engaged, they're going to enjoy the fruits of my psychopathy.
11:59Meaning, yes, I'm doing really bad things, but I'm doing bad things because...For a good reason.Right.It's a perversion of the SPAC thing, right?Like what benefits the greater number of people?Right.I may get people killed now, but in 100 years...
12:15That's not going to matter. Those people would have been dead by then anyway. And Israel will now be bigger.I think that's what he looks at.Oh, 100%.Yeah.I mean, it's like one quote that I've always heard, you know, Jewish Israelis say is like in the Middle East, life is very cheap and land is very expensive.Yes.
12:36So, you know, you, and that includes Jewish Israeli lives, which the Israeli government does not care about.Even if we lose a thousand Israelis, but we create greater Israel, what does it matter?I think it's that.Yeah.No, I mean, I think for sure.Yahoo knew specifically and beyond this Emirati warning, you know, reported warning, let's assume it didn't even happen, right? Like the point is that Mossad had to know what was coming. You know, they had incredible surveillance and tracking. They know the addresses and phone numbers
13:09of every citizen, well, they're not citizens, of every resident of Gaza and the West Bank. They know their occupations. They know their ID numbers. They know everything about them.that's why they were in some cases able to call them before their building was bombed and said you have you know 10 minutes to get out your building's about to be blown up um so yeah they know they the uh not to mention um i forget which socials it was but uh maybe it was instagram or facebook but humas was posting the practice sessions for the raid online so if if yeah a year ahead of time so clearly doing this stuff online so they were kind ofKind of, yeah, so like basically, I think the people, you know, the Hamas fighters who got into Israel on October 7, you know, they were shocked at how easy things were. They just walked in and basically, for example, there was an army, an IDF post where the door was open. And basically they just walked in and no one was there. It had been abandoned.Clearly, the IDF was told to stand down.
14:15And as the New York Times reported, do not take my word for it.Google it yourself if you're a Zionist. They literally, the IDF, did not respond in some cases for well more than eight and a half hours to Kibbutzim residents who were calling desperately for help from their safe rooms. And they were like, you know, these people are here, you have to come.I mean, Israel's minute. It's the size of New Jersey. It has good roads. There's no place you can get from anywhere to anywhere in that country in under three hours.
14:49and, you know, taking your time.I mean, this is the idea if they have helicopters. You know, they have planes.I mean, come on.It's like they deliberately let the attack unfold. And they wanted it to happen because they knew it was going to be a pretext to allow them to indulge in this massive land grab, which incidentally, by the way, the Times is also reporting that the Israelis have gone even beyond the control of70% of the Gaza Strip, they've gone beyond the borders of the ceasefire and started encroaching
15:25even further into Gaza beyond the points of the ceasefire zone.I mean, historically, now, there is premise to doing things out in the open to lull youropponent into a sense of complacency. Now, armies have done that throughout history, go out to maneuver at a certain time of the day,all the time, for months on end, and then you just kind of just build that routine into yourenemy. This is a surprise me how Moss is doing this because Israel's looking for somethingthat's abnormal. How you make it abnormal by making it normal? And you just do it over months orweeks or in this case a year. And then you're like, oh, they're playing with their paragliders
16:03again. Yeah. No, I hear you. I mean, I think it's like, it is weird because obviously likeif General Thomas and General Rawl are planning an operation, we're going to enforce secrecyat the point of a gun, right? It's like, yeah, you know, nobody's going to talk.Nobody's going to be posting on Insta. You know, it's like if they do, they're dead.So.Totally, totally.
16:31It's like, like, I hang this guy upside down. It's like, that's what happens when you talk. It's like, all right, everybody shut the hell up.Yeah, shut the fuck up.All right. So, all right, let's do some comments and we can move on because we only have an hour.So we've got to be a little faster than usual.Okay.
16:47Macadon, I would have thought Robbie would disapprove of someone who was so into a mall penetration?A mall or anal? It's because of Vlad.I mean, he's impaling people.Yeah.All right.Listen, I like lawn ornaments.I have no problem with that.
17:07Exile the Knights of Kamalta now.Ted, it's come to my attention to flirt auto-incorrect.We should just call him fuck Fauci from now on.Okay.Dudliss, yes, you're all, but have you considered that Pisrael has God on their side?Oh, the Wonder Woman? Is that what you're talking about?I think it's just like Israel has every always claims to have God on their side.
17:36Like, God gave this to us, you know?Well, I thought he made.Thousands of years ago, it was ours. The ADA or whatever name is, the Wonder Woman character.By the way, if God gave you, gave the.Jews, gave to Jews Israel, the modern state of Israel or Palestine, right? They were pretty ungrateful for it.I mean, you know, they didn't, they were like, they were like,
17:58fuck this place for 1900 years.I mean, they could have come back.I mean, you know, they chose not to.They were gone. It's like, sorry, dudes. It's like, you know what this is like? This is like when that whole narrative is kind of like, you know when you go to the barand like there's a drink like at a table, but there's no one there.
18:17And then you're like, there's no place to sit.So you sit there. And someone's like, hey, that seat's taken. You're like, no one's been there for 30 minutes. And my ass is sore.I want to sit down. That's like, that's what the Israelis are like.Oh, yeah, we weren't here for it.
18:30Well, look, we put our glass there on that stool. So we were gone for 1900 years, taking a shit and smoking. But now, you know, like, we want it back.Like, no, no, no, no.There's a limit.Like, I don't know what that limit is.but it's 1900 years is past that limit well if god gave it to you why you need to fight so hardit's god right true it's because you be able to smite anybody who tries to sit in your seat
18:56it's because you took it away that's what they don't want that's what they don't want to that's apart of it in the old and new covenant so they don't want to acknowledge all throughout the biblestarting deuteronomy said there are blessings of their cursings if you do what you're supposed to doIf you keep your end of the covenant, this is where you're going to be.It's going to be a land of milk and honey. You'll be alight into the nations. If you don't, I'm going to destroy you, scouting you all over the world. As a matter of fact, I mean, if you go through, if you read,
19:26I want to deasperate your ass.If I want to say Sturrami 23, like, like he describes a nation who will come from a,he'll come from far off with wings of eagles speaking in language you do not understandwith a yoke of iron and they will destroy you.Robbie, you got to do that Bible talk show.Well, I think I'll take it will.Yeah, we should talk about it.You've got to be talked into it.
19:50I think I think I'll do that with you if you want me.Mr. A. Lee, Hamas was in talks with the Israelis. He was Netanyahu who was stalling on the deal, hoping the Abraham Accords come first. That's true.Yeah. That's true because Israel had no reason to negotiate. Like this stuff is not about like you would want people to be there is a rational reason to be credible when you're dealing with people because if you're credible, they know that you're credible. Okay, this person's being honest in negotiations. But that's not really Israel. Israel is never really honest in negotiations because they don't feel like they need to be honest in negotiations. It's like Kamaas from that point of view has nothing. It's like if we're not honest in negotiations, so what? What are you going to do about it?Yeah, nothing.
20:45Like, there was nothing. As our guest Ben Moser said the other day, you know, it's a standard ploy on the part of the Israelis and the Zionists to, they, to pretend to negotiate. That's like a standard tactic, but they're never, you know, they'll make a deal and then break it or they'll just like cut off negotiations right before a deal was about to be.I mean, you know what that's like. They never want it.I mean, they wanted...No.Palestine.
21:14They wanted the West Bank. They wanted Lebanon, meaning they want these things. So these are things that they're pushing in order to get...They're not making a deal about it.They don't feel like they need to.From their point of view, the US...We got rated by Kim's Coffee Talk.Thank you so much for rating us on Rumble, Kim's Coffee Talk.
21:30We love it.What is a rate again when people in and then tell people to go to the show? It's a misnomer, right?Because it sounds like different from what it is.It's like literally they're sending their listeners over into our chat.It sounds like the opposite, right? It sounds like we're taking things away. That's what a rating.
21:47Well, they're attacking you. It's no, kind of like Vlad again.Like, no, he raided Mehmet.Well, please attack me.Please attack me this way as much as you want. You know, I mean, the more looks are great.Yeah.That's a good problem to have.
22:02But no, what you do is I know at the end of your stream, you just, you and your entire audience goes to,the channel of your choice and y'all go say hello whatever it helps with the old level metricsthat's what it means to read okay yeah Douglas hobden comrade robbie knows his guerrillatactics he will make a fine leader when the revolution comes I agree with that um and I'll playthe role of Che he'll be Fidel because Che had asthma too and he was like you can'tcroaking in the in the jungle but Che killed uh people of different sexual orientations I don'tthink that you could be a Chee.
22:37you're too liberal for you.No, I wouldn't do that. We'll be talking about the trans prison thing shortly.Okay, so Zola Rosa, RIP to Mr. Belding from Saved by the Bell, free Palestine. And thanks for the $5.I never saw Saved by the Bell.It was like a-
22:56Really?I go through periods where I just don't watch TV.Oh, but see, you are much older, well, like when I was going through it,I was a teenager watching Save by the Bell. You were probably an adult.you're in your 20s.Yeah, yeah.By the way, I was just reading,
23:11this is the second reference to Saved by the Bellin a 24-hour period. There was a reassessment in the New York Timesof the 1990sfilm Showgirls, and the star of, I forget her name, she was from Saved by the Bell.Yes, she was.
23:27And apparently Showgirls completely ruined her career. It was Paul Berhoven's movie. It was a horrible movie.I mean, like, well, for one,at the time,It was big because it was kind of like, oh, this is very risque. And she's being in a movie that is very risque after leaving this child's show.By the way, Joe Estherhouse, who was the screenwriter, was paid more money for that script at the time than had ever been paid to a screenwriter in Hollywood history, like one and a half million dollars.
24:00And so the thing is now the assessment is that this was, you know, satire.and that, you know, Paul, like as Tarantino said,Paul Verhoeven was in on the joke, but Joe Esther House was not.I think it was a terrible movie in a lot of respect.Even little, there's little tells, like, for example, this will sound stupid, but the street signs don't look right. You know, it's like they look tiki-taki.
24:24Like, you didn't hire a real designerwho knows what things actually look like in Vegas and stuff. And it's just like, but now I'm saying this as a huge fan of Paul Verhoven.I mean, I think the man is a god.I think he's one of the best, finest film directors of all time. What is another movie he directed?Robocop, Starship Troopers,Hollow Man.
24:51Oh, what's the one on Mars where they go?Total Recall, the original version.Yeah.He did, he did She, which is amazing.Oh, Black Book, which sort of is an inversion of the traditional Holocaust narrative. It's so cool.I mean, Paul Verhoeven's a genius.I love him.
25:15And it's like, I'm like, of course it's satire. His tongue has always been planted firmly in cheek in everything that he does.So it's kind of like, oh, but I don't, I still am not going to go to be.But I don't want to want.I think that's their point.I think it's campy and I don't person.I don't think it works because, and one tell is it has Kyle McLaughlin in it, right? And he didn't even use Kyle McLaughlin correctly.
25:43Now the thing is he's, if you fuck up using Kyle McLaughlin, that's on you because he's great. You know what I mean?Like it's just sort of like idiocracy with, what's her name in it?What's her name from SNL?You know what I'm talking about.Maya Rudolph.Like it doesn't use Maya Rudolph, right?I mean, Maya Rudolph is like, if you didn't like make the most of Maya Rudolph, that's on Mike Judge.
26:10I love idiocracy, but that's a fuck up.Mike Judge doesn't do well with female characters. He's like he doesn't do well with female characters. What do you think?Yeah, the female characters are always like, they're always like very like sort of their sex objects or their romantic interests.Oh, I see.Everything's always told from the male point of view.only the male point of view.
26:32Like, you know, Jennifer Aniston is in office space. And she's underutilized.I mean, she's kind of like, you don't really get what motivates her.You know, she's just like the cute check who workswho works at TGIFs.I see.I see.
26:48He gives a male point of view.Yeah, only, right? And like, that's okay. He's still a great, you know, he's always worth watching. But you just know that's like one of his, you know, one of the things that goes wrong. We should move on.Should we talk about the transgender thing?
27:05Yeah, let's talk about the transgender thing, because I'm curious on your point on this. So, yeah, I'm curious about yours too.So shortly after he returned to office in 2025, Trump signed an executive order sayingthat imprisoned trans women have to be housed in men's prisons, not women's prisons. Also, he tried to prevent them from receiving gender transition medical treatments, which basically, mostly for the most part, involves drugs, which are very expensive in federal prison.Lower court, there's a lawsuit. There's a class action lawsuit representing 2,000 trans women and its three main plaintiffs.
27:45That's been winding its way to the courts. And so far, the administration has lost at every single level. Now it's gone through the federal appellate court system where they lost again. So Trump has filed a writ to the U.S. Supreme Court.asking to be able to carry out those terms.I mean, I want to just cut, really,I have a tendency to bury the leave. It's one of my major problems.
28:09And I'm going to say, my main take here is that this is a distraction.I mean, at a time when the American people, no American people right now,Democrat, Republican, anything else, are spending any time thinking about trans women in prison. They are thinking about an administration that does not seem to care about them, lining its own pockets and sending money to countries overseas while we are in deep shit and are, you know, we're starting wars that are destroying the economy.I think that's what the American people, that's what their minds are on right now.And this is all about, like, Trump doesn't care. This is about like, look, squirrel.
28:51The even in I mean so it's also cruel right I mean like basically trans women I mean it can't be an easy life to be in prison and you want to send them like I understand how that might make women you know cis women inmates uncomfortable but there's got to be a way to put them in their own section of the prison or whatever make sure that you know they're housed with people who are okay with them but like there's got to be a way to do.deal with this other than putting in the male general male population. And finally, I'm alsodeeply concerned, I mean, in terms of the, I mean, I think there's an argument to be made that, you know, gender affirming care and hormones are optional. And obviously, it's also weird thatprisons do not, as John used to say, they don't provide dental care. Like John had a cavity. He wentto the dentist, they said all we do, just try to tough it out because all I can do is pull yourtooth, which will only, by the way, hurt your overall health even more, right, after I do itbecause you're much more prone to infection. Your gum health is really important to your general
30:06health. So it's weird that they won't, like, provide you with the $200 that you need to fill a cavity, but they'll pay $20,000 for gender affirming care. But that said, it's like when you thinkabout all the stupid shit that the federal government spends money on, including theseaforementioned wars, and you think about the, you know, we don't know what's going tofucking happen if, like, these trans women are cut off, then they might lose their mindsand commit suicide. It's kind of like, my tendency is like, I don't even pretend to understandgender dysphoria. I don't. But like, it's kind of like, why are you?picking on these fucking people.
30:49Like, just leave them alone. It's complicated, right?I agree with you about the distraction part, that they don't, I mean, nobody in Americaset there and thought to themselves, man, we really need to do somethingabout these trans people in prison.Nobody thinks that, right?
31:14There's two percent of a population, maybe three, that really, really, like, where it getsuntil it riles them up.This project 2020 stuff, right? This is rape meet for its base. This is not something that ultimately matters. It's a wedge issue.
31:32There is no such thing as cis women. They're just women.I understand why trans women would like to addsome kind of other moniker to, they're just women.Trans women in this case is the,is the distinction, not women, if that makes sense.Like meaning women are just women.Transwomen are something else,
31:58are people who, as you might say, gender dysphoria,or basically people who are men who consider themselves to be women. There's an honest argument to be made on whether or not men who call themselves womenshould be put into a woman's prison.Absolutely.There's a valid argument.valid question about that. Yeah, I think that's a valid question. And this goes into the wholewoman's bathroom stuff. Should trans men be allowed into women's bathrooms and women's spaces
32:30or in women's sports? The sports thing is another really good example. It's a valid question. It doesn't affect the whole shit down of people. Because they're, I think the answer to be no.How many trans people does anyone even know, right? Like, I mean, I would love to know what is the averagenumber of trans people that the average American citizen knows? That's a fair point.Zero point zero one, right? But it obviously becomes the thing when it's like, okay, trans people want to play sports. And I got to be honest with you, I took a left wing position on this until I start talking
33:03the other women and women were felt some kind of way about it, where they were like, why is it right for them to be able to take our spaces?Like, we're in our own space in regards to women's sports, women's volleyball, women's whatever and they already are disadvantaged like they receive less funding lessattention exactly and that was that argument right it's like why is this fair why are they able totake our space it's not fair if you had a a friend who was competing look i look i dated anolympic fencer in when i was in college did you um and uh she i mean you know look she couldn'thave compete she was a kick-ass fencer man there's no fucking way she could have like fenced against
33:42she said like she would lose to mejust simply because I have long armsyou know simpleit's just physicality she was like ashort little thing was another big onewhere it was like I watcheda trans womanbasically a man
34:00as a womanbeat the living shit out of anotherof a real woman and I was likeno this is a nolike this is like the first time I saw itwas like this is nothis is justa man beating a woman to death.
34:14Yeah, I saw that. It's just it was hard to watch, man.Yeah, it was hard to watch. And you never see it the other way around. You never see it where it's a woman who goes as a trans man and gets into boxing or gets into mixed martial arts. And you only see it in one direction because that's where the advantage is.Right.Like, meaning there's, I understand what trans people will make the argument where it's no difference.
34:39I mean, you take the estrogen and everything's the same.nonsense. Let's just say this. Let's just say this. It's far from like widely accepted that that's true, right?Yeah, I don't accept that to be true. I mean, especially after watching that. And at some of thepoints, especially like when the people were taking it like after a military career, they're adults. And then they're like, okay, now we're taking estrogen and now we're going into sports. It just seems outrageous to me. And so surely there must be a, I guess my point, I mean, all those things are true. But I also think, like, you know, in the federal prison system, the same logic applied to the criminal system.
35:14The federal prison system is vast, right? It's the Gulaig archipelago of our time.I mean, surely it is possible in the United States, this is to have one prison that is dedicated to trans women and trans menand has a wing for them, right? And that's the place where they are sent. It's in Oklahoma, the middle of the country,so it's, you know, as easy as less hard as possible for people to visit.
35:42And surely that's not hard to do.I mean, just cut off Israel for like a couple of hours and build that facility.Yeah, because I don't want them to be an abuse in either case.Meaning I'm not going to be in a situation where they've been abused, nor do I want to be in a situation where they're in with other real women.Yeah, it's just not, it's not good either way, right?I don't like either. One thing I got to say, J.T.
36:05I just, thank you.Because as someone from the lefty, I know you're going to take a lot of crap for what you've said. And I appreciate it because I have a daughter.Well, because a lot of people are going to say, you know, Ted are going to say that you're marginalized the trans people that you don't think that that guys, that chicks with dick shouldn't be in there with other girls. And listen, I know how it is.And seriously, I just want to say thank you because I respect people. Not to mention, they're sharing cells, right? They literally are taking a shit.
36:42They have to dress and undress in front of each other in the same, like, tiny little cells.I mean, it's like, no, I mean, it's just, it's not a good idea, right?I just don't like the idea of, like, even, look, I, I respect the hell out of a trans community in the sense of the shit that they take on and what they have to go through. But the same token, I have to also look at it from Sam.point of, okay, these are women in prison and these are guys who are calling themselves womenwith penises, as you point out, taking a dump in front of this other woman, getting dressedin front of this other woman. I understand many of them see themselves as women. That's fair enough. From my point of view, it's an X, Y, chromosome. This is not an issue of what I think or what I feel.
37:27It's just the issue of what is. And so it's not, like, this is not me marginalizing or me or me.I was just trying to come up with a solution, but what troubles me is, okay, so the prison thing seems to me like it's a problem that is easily resolved. All you need is a facility for them. The end. Now, women in sports is far more tricky. It's far more difficult.I don't know how you fix it because there aren't enough of them to create a league for them as a separate category.I mean, if, you know, if one out of three American citizens was trans, well, no problem.
38:05have a separate league for trans women and for trans men and for cis men and for cis women. The end, you have more leagues. We should not, like, marginalize or there should be no, like, racial animosity, not racial animosity. There should be no animosity towards trans community at all.I want them to have all the rights and everything else that everybody else has.And they should be protected, just like everyone else, should be protected, but is not in prison. The compil, right, but the cop, and that's the complication.Because it's like, it's, women will feel some kind of way.
38:37Because regardless of you telling women, well, hey, they're, they're a room.Like, because on the left, they would say, well, they're real women. And it's like, but they're not.Yeah, no, on the left, I hear that too. It's like, oh, they're just the same as regular women. It's like, that's nonsense.Well, first of all, if that were true, they wouldn't need a separate name. They wouldn't be called something different, right?
38:57Right.I mean, I guess buzzards and vultures are the same. But you know what I mean. It's like sort of, it's, there's a distinction, and we all know the distinction.Do men watch trans porn?Right. Some might. And most trans women who were born men are, they, you know, self-identify as lesbians, right?
39:20Because they're still attracted to women, most of them.Right.Yeah.Yeah, it's a different category. That's also a part of the problem.Yeah, it's a different category. It's complicated.I mean, but as you point out, creating a different wing for the prison might just be the...
39:34But also, fuck Donald Trump, right? Like, you know, like, you know, I, nothing pisses me off more than when rich, powerful, the most rich and most powerful people in the country decide to target the poorest and most vulnerable people in the country, which trans people are.And so fuck him. Like, it's just...It's just political reasons. It's disgusting. Political experience. Yeah. It's so foul. This has red meat to the base.Nobody woke up thinking to themselves,we got to do something but the trans prison population.Yeah.Nobody thought what I got doing that, except for his end.
40:08No, no.It's just like, it's just, yeah, Robbie, do you,how much time do you spend worrying about trans women in prison?I mean, well, for one thing, I mean, I've already said this.I reject, I reject the category at large. If you look down, if you, if you have external plumbing, you're a dude, you can cosplay whatever is that you want that's fine some people get it cut off you knowthat's fine but genetics is still a thing but to answer your question uh not even a moment of
40:39time this is all the distraction right right as far as prison goes i've always assumed is thatyou drop your pants if it's flapping in the wind you'd go with the dudes if it's not if you haveovaries you go with the girls i mean i don't know why this is so complicated i don't get itYeah, no, it's...I mean, biology is...Well, I don't...I think it's complicated because, like, obviously a trans woman, for example,is going to likely be targeted in, you know, for violence by...
41:09Well, that's a condemnation on the prison system at large. How many men are raped in prison every single day? It's not nearly as common as people think.Well, the prison system should also be...Is that as common as people think?Yeah, it's not.Listen, the prison system needs to be abolished. It does not work.
41:29It is a for-profit institution that has no purpose in existence. This is coming from a Ritey.Yeah, no, it's a, it's disgusting. This has nothing to do with the dude who wants to wear a dress or somebody else. It's a total. What it is, is a fucking waste of American potential is what it is.It is a griff. It's like literally there's who knows how many fucking points of GDP could be released.
41:53If, you know, you released 99% of the prison pocket.population and you were able to get them into productive work. Can you imagine?I mean, what a fucking waste of, of, of, of, of, of, of,there's probably people who could invent a cure for cancer rotting in prison right now. It's fucking stupid. The entire point of prison is the brutality of prison and to make people rich who put people in cages. Not in that order.
42:19I mean, that's, that's the goal. The entire prison system should be.Oh, and for politicians to look tough.on crime when they run for reelection well that too i mean you know i'm sorry i mean we overcriminalized stuff way too much it has to be a matter of restitution i mean when justice needs to becalled on it should be swift it should be sure and that doesn't mean that she locks on to a cage for 30years well i think justice the system never takes into account the system itselfno no crime like meaning when they're when the judge is sitting up there and she's banging
42:55the gavel about this person who's did something. And I'm not talking about murder and stuff like that.Maybe I ain't talking about murder on some level. But, you know, people are human nature as water and a boss. And if you put people in certain situations, crime becomes a rational act. And meaning from a societalstandpoint, crime becomes a rational act. And the system or society itself never takes into account, the things that society does to push people into crime. They always make it as purely an individual act.you as an individual did this, not you were born in a particular context, in that particularcontext in this particular society pushed a person in a particular way where this was a rationalact, whether it was thievery, robbery, robbery, thevery, same thing.
43:40Or crime in general, like better societies, like for example, James Baldwin made this pointof saying about schools that are in disrepute, schools that are basically failing miserably. And it made the point of saying, look, you can't make a great school in a bad community. It's like it's impossible, right? It needs to be other way around. You have to have a good community in order to have a good school.Beverly Hills is not going to have a failing school because it's Beverly Hills.Compton will have a failing school.
44:10It would be very difficult to make a successful school in Compton because of the neighborhood being in disrepute.Yeah.I think it's the same way in general about our societies. Now, I agree with that.I used to tutor at a school at an intermediate high school, which is basically a junior high school in East Harlem. And these were the best of the best. These are kids who literally volunteered to stay after school for extra math tutoring.Okay.
44:33So how dorky were they? And those kids, they were, you know, the stories that I would hear like, oh, like I come here because if I go home early, I'll be, you know, that's three hours of extra meetings.I'll be getting at home. It's like it was, you know, just bone chilling.Yeah.I've said this numerous times. You know, it comes down to a matter of restitution. If someone's a thief and if they get caught for thieving,
45:02they can't pay back the person they stole from if they're locked in the cage. What you would do is that that person would go working a chain gang, like in a cotton field, whatever, whatever he earns goes towards paying restitution for the property that he stole.and once that's done, you're free.Go on your way.Yep, it might be in jail forever. You make like 10 sin on the chain game.Oh, can you imagine if Sam Altman were sent to prison?
45:28Holy shit. He's lost to live five million years. To pay off for all the IP that he scraped.Let's do some comments.Melissa, they are men. They are men.Kilroy says, Teddy, you missed yesterday in my manifestothe Kami wealth redistribution plans to fix the system.
45:44Only caught the immigration stuff.Okay, I'm sorry, I just don't follow.Phileas Fab, one out of two,I don't know why new information. It was reported in the days after October 7ththat Egypt had warned Israel.Yes, but this is the UAE.So syphilis says...
46:00The new information is that Nanyahu tried to get pressure him to lie. That was the new part of the story, that Nanyahu went to Abu Dhabi to try to get...What is his name?I can never...It's like he has like five names.of UAE.Oh, that's Mohammed.
46:22Fairly Prime Minister of Ben, yeah, who went to UAE on Sunday to ask PresidentMohammed bin Saigon.Right, to defy, or to deny that he had warned himabout October 7th.So basically, the new part of the story is that he went thereto try to say, hey, don't tell anybody that you want.Yeah, cover up for me.
46:41And then, of course, asking for the cover up,got itself exposed.Oh, my gosh.back like that became the story in and of itself oh the tangled web umcare for what just wear the dress and makeup okay so there's a difference between transvesticismand trans sexuality and trans uh so yeah that's i mean come on it's look again i don't pretendto understand this um you know or relate to it but clearly it's a it's a documented by professionalpsychiatrists and psychologists, it's phenomenon. And I guess the thing is my sympathy, I have to have
47:22sympathy because this is a population that has the highest suicide rates in the country. So, and I careabout that, and I don't want that, and I want that to be fixed, right? So it's kind of like, okay, I'm not an expert on this, but I'm going to go with what the experts have to say. They might be wrong at this point, and we might learn more. But, I mean, and obviously, I do haveproblems with the idea of like, oh, you know, gender affirming care for 12-year-olds or whatever. But it's very almost basically never happens. So it's, so anyway, all right. All right. So Democrats with that all the time. It's like because they wouldn't, becauseit sounded like Joe Biden was on board for it. And it sounded like the Democrats were on board
48:06for it. They were fighting for it. And Republicans would hit him with it constantly. Constantly.Phileas at the same timeNow it's the furriesThey're after the furiesFirst they came for the furriesBut I said nothingBecause I did not like to dress like an opossumWhile I was having sex
48:23Oh GodYeahThe furriesI leave the furies aloneIt's also weird tooBecause I heard about furriesI think of the 80sAnd it's like all these years
48:35It's just sort of been like this thingThat I knew existedAnd like suddenly it goes into politicsLike how'd that happen?Yeah, it's still a thing. It's like people dressing up in costumesand having sex in costumes.Which is wild to me.
48:47That's funny to me.Like, that's badass.Oh, it's hilarious.I mean, at Comic-Con, it's a big thing, right? And, like, I went to Comic-Con probably, like, 25 years in a row. And, like, here other cartoonists of all striped, they would talk about, like, Comic-Con,they'd be like, and then the conversation of furries would come up.
49:06And they'd be angry. They would turn into, like, right-wing conservatives, like, you know, fucking fur-fewers.like, you know, fucking furries are disgusting.Like, you know. Why they fuck them. And I was like, why are they disgusting? Are they hurting anyone? It's like, it's just so disgusting and foul.
49:22There was something about it that rubs the cartoonist mind the wrong way.So what do they do?Like cut out a little dickhole.I believe so.I have not.I swear to God, I've never been present when this was happening. But I.You've had an interesting life.
49:39Ted Ra, I can't believe that you have an experience.I've experienced some wild shit, but not that. No, it was like, yeah.I mean, I was like, all right, whatever. You guys do you.You fucking weirdos.Enjoy.Yeah.
49:53I mean, I mean, I'm the only thing, just make sure you wash off those, wash off those costumes when you're done, you know.It is.Yeah.Must not be easy to keep them clean.Golden Talent says men can't become women.Women can't become men.Ellen Page is not a man because she cut her tits off.
50:09Agreed?Well, I mean, okay. You disagree? No, you can't be, you can't change your genetic coding.By the way, that's probably going to be possible in the not distant future that you will be able with CRISPR to alter your, your, your gene, your basic genetic code. And people, I think would consider other people, women and men.Like, I, I mean, look, maybe in the future, right, where you can switch over and everything is different.where you grow a vagina, your penis.
50:43Yeah, yeah.Well, at that point, then there's no difference, right?Really?I mean, at that point, the only difference is going to be your psychological, which is not a small thing, your psychological memories of having been the other sex.So you are, that's definitely going to change you and make you different if you grew up one thingif you changed to another.Yeah, I mean, there will be a, there will be a lot of work.
51:09it'll be subtler. They'll be like altered carbon, like the television show, alter carbon.Right.Maybe Bluth Funk says,if you give a shit about women, maybe listen to women
51:19instead of projecting your bizarre, save your fantasies on them.Hey, I don't know about you guys, about you,but I'm not trying to say,I mean,I think that like I'm putting my mind in the,you know,
51:29trying to project myself into,God forbid,if I were in charge of the Bureau of Prisons, you know, how I would handle this.I mean, where you're in chargeof this population of hundreds,
51:39of thousands, millions of Americans, what do you do? How do you, how do you, I mean, even the,I mean, honestly, there's an argument to be made for co-ed prisons, right? No. Really? No.Co-eat? I think there is. Yeah, because a single-sex environments are toxic at work. Why wouldthey not be toxic in prison? I mean, think about, and not to mention, it's not a single-sex,It's not a single-sex environment anyway because the guards in women's prisons are men anyway.I would give you that if rapists are executed because why would you put women in a cagewith a guy who has a history of forcing himself on the women?Yeah, I mean, or just violent in general.
52:19That's a good point.I mean, I wouldn't dare McQuitt.Yeah, I wouldn't do that.Ted, that's dumb. You got to think that one through there, brother.I don't think it through. It's just like literally just came up here on the air, spitballing. All right.
52:36Okay, Andre, Robbie, in Alberta. They banned rainbow flags and propaganda in schools.Thankfully, my kid isn't being suggested things. But I heard a few U.S. states banned it as well lately.I doubt that rainbow flags are causing anyone to cut off their dicks and become girls.I don't buy that.I think people are what they are.I mean, truth, that may be the thing of people experimenting.
53:03where they might be confused, but I think people are there.I mean, certainly there is such a thing as what the right would call social contagion.I mean, you know, sort of like lugs like lesbians until graduation.I observed that.I mean, that's definitely a thing.I had a roommate who he, all his gay, he had a lot of gay friends, and they kept telling him, dude, you're gay.And he was like, and I was like, dude, you're not gay.
53:27You're not gay. It's cool if you were gay, but you're not.And then he was like, so anyway, they were like, come to Miami, you'll see that you're gay.So he went and spent like a long weekend in Miami Beach with his gay friends. He came back and I was like, so how was it?And he was just like, I don't really want to talk about it.And I was like, okay.
53:47And then he was like, and then finally over drinks, he goes, I'm not gay.Yeah, yeah. It's like, did you enjoy that ass ringing?I did not.I did not enjoy it.I am not a gay man.I'm not a gay man. It's like I have evidence.
54:04I have proof that I am an anti-gay man.How also so we may be fucking up with the trans argument because it's like it is it's like scary. It's a scary subject to talk about. But we did, I do want to take a victory dance. We did call it yesterday. The five guys who were arrested by an air base in Britain for a possible terrorist explosives act are now out on bail very clearly. They didn't do shit. And very clearly they're going to drop all the charges.
54:37And it'll just, and we said that yesterday, we were like, this smells like the usual, like, Gretchen Whitmer kidnap plot.Like, probably didn't happen. It's just like some Karen dropped a dime. And now, you know. They needed to show that they were doing something, hence they rounded up five guys who are probably.Yeah.Yeah.
55:01So that's deprogram.next time you hear about a terrorist plot, check us out.Nine times out of ten, it's bullshit.Everyone is guilty of something. They should have held them on jaywalking. They could have got them. They could find something. It's wild, right?
55:19I mean, they've been doing this.Facebook profile.Did they make an offensive post? It's wild.I mean, like, the idea that we are sitting here and like, yeah, those guys are probably innocent, they tend to round people up and come to find out that's exactly what happened. They round to these guys.guys up. Who knows if they did anything or not, but obviously if they believe they did something,
55:38they wouldn't be letting them go. No. And I mean, the thing is, your rights as a criminal suspect inthe UK are much more circumscribed than those in the United States. So it's like the fact thatthey let them out so quickly, I guarantee you those charges are being dropped like post-haste.Yeah. It's an embarrassment. Honestly, they shouldn't announce, if I were them from acommunication strategy point of view, I just wouldn't even announce this shit. I would just like, let it go. I'd just be like, let's look, bring them in, ask them some questions. And if we chargethem and we're sure, then call a press conference. Don't say anything until you're sure. It's so embarrassing. I mean, I assume they have other reasons for doing that. Like either, hey,
56:26look at what we're doing. There was a bomb thing. And look, we've rounded people up for it.Meaning it makes it look at something. Maybe people don't. Maybe people don't.see the second story of we let these people out a date later. Like an hour later, right? Speaking ofnational security states, you know, fucking up, we got to talk about the I spy for the FBI.So a criminal hacking group called shiny hunters basically dumped reams of personal data on thedark web. The New York Times found it. And they reviewed it. Tens of thousands of current andformer FBI employees and agents and contacts, all of their shit, social security numbers, their assignments, all of their shit that can burn them has all been exposed.
57:12The group is giving them until Tuesday, the only demand, which is by tonight, in other words, they want the FBI to basically stop fucking with them because they basically make moneylike hacking into thingsandthey're going to do it.Yeah, leave shiny huntersleave shiny hunters alone and wewill not expose your people.
57:40But then shiny hunter said we were never goingto burn everyone. We justwanted to threaten them.Okay, but they put the shit on thedark wet. I know. It soundslike it's a lot of very young people.I know. I know. The belief that the FBI is not
57:56going to mess with you now that you've exposedall of these members of the FBI to potential death is.I have to admit, I kind of wish it was more of a political thingwhere they had just done it and been like, the FBI is a surveillance mechanism and should be exposedand fuck them and here it is.Instead of just like, it's just a business.Yeah, just stop messing with us, we'll leave you alone.
58:18Unless could we be, could this be a misdirection?Could it be actually a political actand it's being mischaracterized by the media?Wouldn't be the first time.Everybody already knows.Everybody already knows that the government's spying on us.There's nothing to expose. We all know it.
58:34There's nothing to expose on that front.I mean, so it seems like it may just be, leave us alone so we can continue to rob and make money off of people through scams and whatever the hell we're doing from the scam for packing. But the FBI is never going to do that.Like, meaning they're never going to look at this and say what they're going to, what the FBI is you're a threat. We're going to.Yeah.Now there's a task. We're going to create this task force, and we are going to find you and put you out of business.
59:01Yes, it's going to be that, meaning they got this wrong. If that's indeed what they are, if that's indeed their plan, this is kind of like Europe, like if we just keep pushing, the Russians will come to the table and negotiate. No, they're not.No, they won't.They're going to be more brutal. The FBI, meaning you've just put all of these people's names on a list.As you point out, some of these people may be in threat of death, depending upon the position
59:26that they're in or whatever they're doing, regardless of their spy work. And you think the FBI is going to look at thatand say to themselves, oh, we need to leave these guys alone.No.I don't know what they are things. It's kind of like the same misapprehension. It's the same mistake that like the Imperial Japan made
59:42when they had talked to Pearl Harbor. They thought they were squatting a dog on the noseand that we would just go away and leave them alone. You know the baby in the crib.Yeah.You're not doing the, no.It's not going to work that way.Like, yeah, you just don't know.
59:52You just don't know. The U.S. has like a thousand different three-name.organizations that are going to be looking at you now in order to dismantle that particular groupand come out to that group.Yeah, they're not going to stop and they have endless resources and more than you do.And as smart as you are, they're bigger than you are. That does it for today.TMI show coming up with Manila and I in just a minute.
01:00:16Stay tuned on YouTube and Rumble. And thank you for doing that. We'll be back with the full two-hour show tomorrow, Wednesday, 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. Easternin time. Thanks, Robbie. Thanks tomorrow. See you later. Have a good one, guys.
