Hi everyone, Judge Andrew Napolitano here for Judging Freedom. Today is Friday, December 2nd, 2022. It's about 1.45 in the afternoon here on the east coast of the United States. Yesterday, Ye, the rapper formerly known as Kanye West, was on InfoWars
with Alex Jones, and Alex Jones pressed him on his views about the Jewish people and about
Nazism, and what he said was deplorable and reprehensible. In fact, some of it we can't even show you because it is so offensive and
incendiary. He must have hired a graphic artist, or maybe he's a graphic artist himself, I don't
know, to blend a Nazi swastika and a Jewish star. He posted that on Twitter, whereupon Elon Musk banned him from Twitter and said,
now you've gone too far. Should Elon Musk ban him? I don't think he should. Elon Musk said he's
making the marketplace of ideas, the public square of ideas, and every idea can be expressed,
including hate speech. Well, this is reprehensible hate speech. This
is a challenge to Elon Musk. It's a challenge to listen to. One wonders what's wrong with Ye,
that he suddenly is attacking the Jewish people, manifesting extraordinary hatred for them, exaggerating things about them. And then he said
he loves Adolf Hitler. So we're going to play a tape from a portion of his interview with Alex
Jones. Listen carefully, because he says right at the very beginning, his feelings about Hitler,
and then he goes on saying the Nazis did wonderful things things we may have to play this twice for you but here's yay with alex jones yesterday i'm just saying i don't like nazis and
i don't like what some of the mafias are doing either hitler whether it's the zionists or hitler
it's not the person it's satan using the people that are controlled by demonic forces.
But what I'm going to say is the Jewish media has made us feel like the Nazis and Hitler have never offered anything of value to the world.
Meanwhile, there's all of these things that are happening.
And Planned Parenthood is New World Order population eugenics that is happening to this date boy he has no filter
uh and as one of you just texted me he is pushing things to the limit maybe his his life his life
with his former wife his life as a rapper uh is collapsing uh around him one wonders if he has
uh any ability to reason whatsoever. I'm going to play
the tape for you again, because I want you to listen to the first thing he says. Ye says,
after Alex Jones's more or less intro, more or less challenge to him, take a listen. The first
words out of his mouth, he says it very quickly. And also, of course, he's wearing some sort of a bizarre, bizarre ski mask.
Most ski masks, you know, there's an opening for the mouth and there's an opening for the eyes.
Sometimes there's even an opening for the nose.
This appears to have zippers over the eyes and the mouth and the nose.
It is definitely yay.
But why his entire head and his entire face
is covered, who the heck knows? He appears to be out of his mind, but he does have the freedom of
speech. Hate speech is free speech and it is protected by the Constitution. This is truly
hateful, utterly repugnant, and should be condemned by all
rational people, but it shouldn't be silenced. Listen to him again. I'm just saying, I don't
like Nazis, and I don't like what some of the mafias are doing either. I like Hitler.
There you go. First thing out of his mouth, I like Hitler. No human in his right mind,
knowing what we know about the Nazis and the Holocaust,
could say, I like Hitler.
But it's an opinion.
It's an irrational opinion.
It's an absurd opinion.
I've never heard anybody else express that opinion.
But it's an opinion, and it's protected free speech, Mr. Musk.
You who have championed free speech. So this is a
clash of ideas. Yay, a madman, truly mad to say that he likes Hitler and the Nazis did good things.
Elon Musk being challenged. I bought Twitter to make it the marketplace of ideas in America. I'm paraphrasing what he said.
But if there's speech that he, Elon Musk, hates,
he'll repress it.
Don't know where this is going to go.
I defend free speech, even if I hate the words,
and I hate and condemn the words that Ye used,
but I will defend to the death his right to say them,
to utter them. Judge Napolitano for
judging freedom.
