Starting point is 00:00:00 Hey KFC radio listeners, you can find every episode of KFC radio on Apple podcast, Spotify or YouTube. Prime members can listen ad free on Amazon music. And Vince Vaughn kind of like pulled us into a huddle, not like a tight huddle, but kind of like gave like that little motion. He was like, alright boys, right? He goes, now the stakes say the same, remember that? Stakes say the same. But then we riff, then we riff boys. And I was like, yes sir. I said it because I had just the best corn muffins yesterday. Oh, I love corn muffins.
Starting point is 00:00:36 I love corn muffins. That's good. Never like even heard of that. Oh, are you kidding me? Are we recording? Corn muff, I actually had this thought the other day when we were in the airport in Texas. I walked by a barbecue spot and I didn't want barbecue.
Starting point is 00:00:52 I just wanted cornbread. Yeah. Cornbread, one of the most underrated things of all time. Good shit. Good shit, right? Corn muffin, cornbread, any of that. You know what I also like? Cornmeal pizza like
Starting point is 00:01:06 Never even heard of well like the cornmeal crust on a pizza I don't know. I don't know if that's the same like usage of corn I don't think it's all I think cornmeal is what make I don't know what I don't know what I'm talking about But I feel like you know muffin with cornmeal corn muffin. Yeah, right bread with cornmeal corn. Yeah But it is dude. There was a time I don't think KFC has it anymore, but KFC way back in the day, their biscuits are still, I don't know whether to eat them or fuck them. I love them. They also used to have corn muffins, cornbread, but like in a muffin shape.
Starting point is 00:01:38 And I used to like just get that, like just give me some mashed potatoes, some biscuits and some muffins. That's all I needed. Potatoes and cornbread sandwich Just put it and now like anytime I can get a Boston Market has good ones Even like and then you can get the really good ones But like the chains and like the you go to like a gas station. It's wrapped up in like plastic all that still is all that's delicious So good exactly. That's exactly what I just like a bodega wrapped in fucking saran wrap. You ever put butter on it? Put butter on it? Yeah, that that feels a bit excessive, but I do have time
Starting point is 00:02:08 I'm pretty sure that like the essence of a corn muffin is like here's a muffin with a ton of butter on it Slathering it on there again corn muffins raisin bread muffin Underrated to really brand muffin. I love raisin brand the cereal. Yeah The only problem with raisin bread cereal is the buoyancy of it. It just like goes to the bottom. It doesn't float in the milk. I've been doing it, you know what I do? I put it in, I just do yogurt. That's disgusting.
Starting point is 00:02:36 I use that instead of granola, I put raisin bran. Actually that makes sense, instead of granola, yeah. I like the kind of scavenger hunt. it's like the same thing with grape nuts too. You get in there and you're like, did I get a... Yeah, exactly. My no free shout out, no free shout out, whatever the week is just like locks that just slide instead of little button locks like on doors. What's a button lock? Like just like you don't actually know if it works. I know what you mean. You see it.
Starting point is 00:03:03 When it's just like a sliding thing and you could physically see it and you don't have to have anxiety like while you're being with someone to walk in. Are you one of those girls when you go to the air, go to a hotel, you like lock everything and barricade everything? Oh, no, I don't really. There's people who like put tape over the door and put the coat hanger, like wrap it around the handle and all that.
Starting point is 00:03:17 No one in reality does. I've seen the clips. No one in reality. Well, I don't know, I asked the women cause maybe every time you guys go to a hotel room, you're like, yep, this is going to happen. I'm going to get kidnapped. But like that, you can't possibly do that because you're just...
Starting point is 00:03:30 You're living in a... That's not reality. A chamber of fear. People are just going to walk up and down the hotel hallways and pick your room and come on in and get you. I'm going to get raped. You're in a fucking holiday inn, dude. Chill out.
Starting point is 00:03:44 Very good. It's not the nicest hotel in the world But you'll be just fucking fine Place in the world no higher percentage I want to guess per capita you can go frat houses No houses I would go like crack houses. Yeah, I was gonna say crack houses. Crack house, frat house. Wait. John's house. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:04:09 Just fucking threw me to the wolves. Oh, I was thinking when you were talking about like the gym, how you were like, oh, I was hoping I was just like walking in and Jackie wouldn't notice. That was such like a man or something, cause as a girl, like you gotta be aware of anybody who's walking in, Jackie wouldn't notice that was such like a man or something cuz as a girl like you Gotta you gotta be aware of anybody who's walking in I'm not just gonna be alone in the gym These girls were I just had your headphones in and just didn't see me sneak behind you
Starting point is 00:04:38 No, I I'm on guard Dude I was still thinking about that the other day I'm on guard Dude I was still thinking about that the other day You thought you were like training for a fight like I was like, why is she in this sweatshirt? Gym and like like like I've gone to like put a weight back by Jackie That's a weird sweatshirt move and then I'd go work out It's so cuz that gym the gym wasn't on one of the floors. The I was like, that's a weird sweatshirt move. And then I'd go work out. I'd be like, it's so, cause that gym, the gym wasn't on one of the floors. The gym was like between two floors.
Starting point is 00:05:09 Huh? There was no AC in that gym. There's no, it was a hundred degrees. And it was the hottest gym I've ever been in. And I was just like, what is this? To be fair, if Jackie, if there, you know, there's one like trait about Jackie, I could say it's that she does weird sweatshirt stuff. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:05:21 Yeah. Weird sweatshirt girl. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Weird, weird designs, weird, weird sizes, weird times, weird places. You're a weird sweatshirt stuff. Yeah, yeah. Weird sweatshirt girl. Yeah, yeah, yeah. Weird designs, weird sizes, weird times, weird places. You're a weird sweatshirt girl. Oh, okay, well I wouldn't like go as far as like.
Starting point is 00:05:31 I mean, me sweatshirts. You requested like a double XL for me. Weird design, yeah. You have me sweatshirts. Yeah, I'm a little unpredictable in my sweatshirt game. Okay, that's a nice way to put it. I'll take it. Anyway, we're starting off this show so stupidly
Starting point is 00:05:44 about corn muffins and all this shit when we can finally talk about your acting debut. Let's just fucking get back on track here. We teased it last episode. We didn't want to talk about it until people had a chance to watch it. Now I'm sure pretty much everybody's watched season one and seen John's episode. If you haven't, it's episode five of Tires. 420 mark. Season two, episode six. Season two, episode six. Sorry, not episode five. Season two, episode six, four minutes and 22 seconds. John's scene begins. And this motherfucker gets his first real acting gig, right? I mean, he did music videos, maybe a couple other things. He's been doing some auditions. But
Starting point is 00:06:21 this is the first... Yeah. All right. First audition John goes on. No, no, I'm sorry. No. First, first role. First role John gets is with Shane Gillis and Vince Vaughn and not just any Vince Vaughn, Vince Vaughn doing Vince Vaughn. Because we all, you know, Vince has done a whole bunch of stuff. And sometimes you get swingers Vince Vaughn, you know, and then sometimes he's doing other shit and you got like swingers Vince Vaughn, like Vegas baby, you know, like the Vince Vaughn being...
Starting point is 00:06:50 Let me appreciate you. Okay. Appreciate it. And I said when this first happened, because we obviously have known about this for a long time and waiting to talk about this, those are the type of stories that if we had a guest on the show, a comedian, an actor, whatever, and they said, like, you know what my first role ever was? It was on that show with Shane Gillis and I ended up, you can tell the story about how it all unfolded, but like that would be the story of like, we would be going like, whoa, let's make that a clip. Let's make
Starting point is 00:07:18 sure that goes out on social. Your first role ever was with Shane and Vince Vaughn and it all like unexpected and all this stuff. It's unbelievable. It was really cool. It was like the coolest day of my life by far. Better be! If there's something cooler than that, please fucking tell! It was it was insane. It was it was really really. And it was all really not even supposed to happen. Yeah. Do you actually know what your original role was going to be? Yeah it was it was one of the guys he talks to in like when Shane's going on looking for tickets. Okay. And like so you still would have had some action with it? Yeah. It was
Starting point is 00:07:50 part of my disappointment was that I so I guess yeah explain explain to people. So I got I auditioned for the role, got a role on tires obviously and so that was also a little bit. Wasn't it like, didn't you think you didn't get it at one point? And then Shane was kinda like, I'll see you there, and you were like, wait, what? So I said on ron.com that Shane had texted about out of order, and he said he liked it, and all that shit,
Starting point is 00:08:17 and I remember staring at my phone at that text, being like, I don't know how to reply to this. Because obviously my mind went to, I'd love to be in Tyrus one day. But I was like, but that's too forward, you can't do that, and blah, blah, blah. So I just said, thank you so much, that's really nice of you to say,
Starting point is 00:08:33 or whatever, something like that. And then a couple months later, I guess Tyrus was filming. So you were considering being like, thanks for that, and by the way, if you ever need somebody, yeah, yeah, yeah. That is a scary text to send, and Shane's not, you know, it's a scary thing to do that.
Starting point is 00:08:48 I was just like, again, obviously that's my dream. My goal would be to end up on tires, or comedy, something like that. And I was like, I can ask, I can ask, and I was like, I'm not gonna ask. Because I'm sure he gets 10 million fucking people to ask him. Right, that's what I'm saying. And it's like, yeah, no kidding,
Starting point is 00:09:03 I know you wanna be on tires. Yeah, yeah, right. You and every person I've met. Oh, want to be on the biggest comedy in the world? Congratulations. Everyone I've known since middle school has been hitting me up saying the same thing. Dickhead. So I just said thank you. And then I've done a few auditions.
Starting point is 00:09:17 I actually, I thought we can talk about them when they come out. Because there are a bunch of them that are about to come out that I did not get, but I have a bone to pick with one Do you have footage of that or no of the audition yeah Yeah, like I should have gotten the role for happy Gilmore to that's that's the only you didn't tell me you did that you Motherfucker supposed to be The only one who knows cuz he runs lines with him or whatever. But he'll be like, yeah, you know, I was on an audition for like, I don't know, where Happy Gilmore 2 took off.
Starting point is 00:09:50 What? Share with us. That one? He's painting his eyebrows without me. He's doing Happy Gilmore auditions without me. There's nothing to tell if you don't get it. That's what you tell. Alright, anyway, back to the time. So I done an audition.
Starting point is 00:10:04 Did you do like audition tape or audition? Well, so I got an audition. And then I just screen-shotted that email and sent it to Shane. And then I was like, I'm coming for that ass or whatever. And he was like, oh shit, they never listen to me. I guess like casting or whatever. And he's like, oh, that's fucking awesome.
Starting point is 00:10:23 They never listen to me. And then I think he assumed I got that role because I didn't and And like he texted me like maybe a couple weeks later and was like why the fuck aren't you here? Like that we're shooting that role. There's some other guy here and I was like, I don't know I haven't heard anything and he's like, oh that sucks I was like, yeah, it does fucking suck But they were in Philly and it was that day and I was like, oh, that's a bummer.
Starting point is 00:10:47 I didn't get it. Wait, which role was it? Oh, it was actually in episode three, I think. Two maybe. There's a guy who's investigating. Oh, yeah. He's in the vest. The mold guy?
Starting point is 00:10:59 You would have been the mold guy? Yes, the mold guy. That's a cool one. Yeah, that one was great. Actually, it was really cool seeing all, because auditioned like three or four roles, I think Seeing all the roles I did in one shot. What's that in one thing or you kept going? I did I Did well, I guess it was I auditioned for two roles and then I got more on set But it was cool to like see the things I auditioned for and be like, oh they did different things than I would have done. And this is for like McKeever and those guys?
Starting point is 00:11:28 Or these are people you don't know? Oh I feel like I don't know. Who the audition goes to? Like a casting department. Huh. I guess that's just an interesting, so when you see director of casting or whatever, that person decides and then they'll go to McKeever and Gillian and be like, here, this is who we picked. I do not know. I would guess they have final say. Yeah. And like, a casting department gives them a smaller number of people, but
Starting point is 00:11:52 I don't know the answer to that. Interesting. But anyway, so the day is like mid-December, probably we shot it. And I auditioned as like a local hire, so they don't put you up or anything like that. So like I bought my own hotel. I was just staying in that hotel that they're in. Yeah. And the day comes and I get I go downstairs and I was like, it was it was chaos. Like that was the biggest thing.
Starting point is 00:12:18 My takeaway, not even chaos, but it was like it was such a production. And also this episode, if you haven't watched, is at a tire convention at a hotel. So it's like it was kind of an onset. It wasn't just like in the shop. It's probably a bigger production trucks. Fucking. They were. I didn't count exactly, but like I would guess they were like 10 to 14 box trucks outside
Starting point is 00:12:41 the hotel. And like they were probably like three. I mean, it's a total guess again. between two to three hundred people there I would guess it was it was it was like I've obviously known Shane is very famous I live in the world but I was there and I was like oh this is your own mega star on to me this is like the Shane and tires and the whole thing I was like this is this is a legitimate economy here yeah but so I stayed in the hotel and I go down. I went downstairs and I was just like, I didn't know where anything was.
Starting point is 00:13:09 And so I just walked up to someone and they sent me to home base, which was outside where all the trailers are. Got changed, went to went to H&M. Hair and makeup, obviously. Oh, yeah. One of the guys is like, yeah, just head over to H&M. And I was like, I don't shop there. I was like, I don't think it's in the parking lot. He's like, yeah, it's just right out there in the parking lot. And I was like, I didn't see an H&M out there. Am I supposed to just shop by myself when I get there?
Starting point is 00:13:46 But the, so I go and I had like a little trailer. I'll send you the picture. Like it's a little tiny little trailer, obviously. Oh, but you had your own? Yeah. I mean, it was probably like the width of your two chairs and it was like from the end of the table to the wall. Like it's a very, it's a, but it's a place to hang out.
Starting point is 00:14:02 Yeah. It's in there for like 14 hours. Yeah, just sitting there. He was texting me from it like, I got there at 7am. I think that's like, that was general call time or whatever, but I was like, the whole day I was like, I'm not fucking up anything.
Starting point is 00:14:18 I will be at any time, if people are gonna be there, I'm gonna be there. And so I went to H&M, and they, I had already changed into, I was going to be there. And so I went to H&M. And I had already changed into, I was supposed to be, this is where we're not officially telling the story, I guess. But I was supposed to be one of the tire salesmen that Shane meets on the floor and he's asking for tickets. And I put on my tire outfit and then I go to H&M.
Starting point is 00:14:39 And they did my hair very frizzy. And like very- Oh, so they chose that? I just sat down and they just did that. And I was like, okay, I don't think I really look like a tire salesman right now, but who cares? And then like I went to lunch with Foley. That was hugely important.
Starting point is 00:14:58 Like having just, I didn't know Foley was gonna be there, but it was just like, oh, thank God there's someone here. It's like if you go to like college with like, there's someone from your high school or whatever you can like make up with. Clean on. But you don't really know what's going on. But Foley is also an actor, so like Foley has a much better understanding. He knew everyone. Yeah. Foley was so good in that too.
Starting point is 00:15:14 He was unbelievable. Yeah. But, so we go to lunch, and then at lunch, people are talking about like, oh there's a big guest on set, and stuff like that. Like there was a buzz, and I didn't really know who it was or anything like that, but I don talking about, like, oh, there's a big guest on set and stuff like that. Like, there was a buzz. And I didn't really know who it was or anything like that, but I don't like people like, oh, is it Shane Gillis? Who's going to be bigger than that?
Starting point is 00:15:34 There's about one guy. And then so we go after after lunch or whatever. I get I think it was like 2 p.m. I get sent to set and it's me Foley Brock the guy who's back and then another one of the the guys that that Shane tries to get tickets from and McKeever walked by and just kind of gave him a high like what's up dude and he came over and said hi to all of us and like five minutes later he came back and he was like hey you know I think we're gonna change your role and at that point I was pretty disappointed internally,
Starting point is 00:16:06 obviously externally and consciously. I'm happy to be there and whatever you need and all that's true. But like internally, I was like, damn, I was kind of ready for this role. Like it was just me and Shane and I've looked at the lines and I know like what other stuff I want to do. Like I just, I was just ready, you know,
Starting point is 00:16:22 I was like that's kind of disappointing to be ready and have someone else change your role. Yeah, but I was again Happy as fuck to be there. So whatever the hell you need from me and he goes I think we're gonna make you the bartender and I was like again a little disappointed because it just sounded like a background guy But whatever the fuck you need. I'm I'm here to serve and He's like, all right. All right, And he grabs slides, which are like your daily scripts, from a PA.
Starting point is 00:16:51 All my terminology, I'm sure, is not right. Get the slides from the PA. And he goes, get upstairs, change into wardrobe, and get back down here. We're shooting it right now. And I was like, OK, whatever. Sure. So I run upstairs. Keeper knows who you are? Yeah, yeah, he's been on the show. Yeah, shooting it right now. And I was like, okay, like whatever, sure. So I run upstairs.
Starting point is 00:17:05 The keeper knows who you are? Yeah, yeah, he's been on the show. Yeah, yeah, yeah, I just wasn't sure if like. Yeah, no, I actually talked to him a lot at the time. I'm always convinced that nobody knows like who we are at all. Like, you know. Who are you again?
Starting point is 00:17:14 You'd have to ask him, but I think we know each other. Yeah. And so I run upstairs and I'm like trying to learn these lines. Obviously you've seen the scene. It's not a ton of lines, but I was trying to learn like the whole scene and the wardrobe people are changing me. Like I felt like a Disney princess. Like when all the animals are, the birds are dropping their sashes on you. I'm like holding my script up like this trying to read while someone's taking my shoe off.
Starting point is 00:17:39 And I'm like trying to fucking lock in on all this and uh and they they're you know again all this nonsense is happening. I run downstairs and McKeever's waiting for me at the bottom of the stairs and he's like alright let's go and he goes sorry it's just gonna be you you read the script and I was like yeah but in my reading of it I was kind of just focused on my lines I wasn't really looking at what other people are saying and you didn't even see who was in it I did well I saw who's in it but it was the character name. Right, right, right. And so I get to the bottom of the stairs,
Starting point is 00:18:06 and he's like, all right, you ready? I was like, yeah, I think so. And he's like, you're just going to play it kind of stoned, kind of tired, and you don't want to get him a beer. You hit that perfectly. And he goes, and it'll just be you, Shane, and Vince. And I was like, word, word, OK.
Starting point is 00:18:23 Was Vince in season one? Who's that? And he is like, it's been fun and I was like what the fuck do you mean I'm going to see what Vince Vaughn right now and he we like like this was we were on the down ramp to like where the scene was being filmed and I looked down the down ramp and there's fucking Vince Vaughn standing there all like six foot nine of like he's you yeah he's on the cell phone right and and I like I wasn't eavesdropping but I was standing you know I'm here he's there we're waiting to walk on set and he's on the phone and he's just talking Notre Dame ball because it was like mid-December
Starting point is 00:18:58 and I was like of course he's talking Notre Dame ball right now and then we get on to set and we're kind of like working out what I'm going to be doing, like what would a bartender be doing before open and stuff like that. And like you should probably be cutting lemons and Vince and Shane's going to come in here and Vince is going to come in here, whatever. Like, all right, let's go. And I look to cut the lemons and I look at my hand and I realized that in the script there's a line like Like I'll tell your boss you're cutting with an open wound and then I looked at him in the fray of my wardrobe I didn't realize they put a cut on my hand like like they make up cut like a left on my left hand And I was looking down and I was like
Starting point is 00:19:43 Fuck I cut on my left hand and I was looking down and I was like fuck I cut with my left hand it doesn't make any sense that the cut is on my left hand because I that's the knife that's a hand I'm holding a knife and I won't it couldn't possibly get up there and I'm like in my head I'm like all right John you're just gonna have to cut with your right hand here like just be an athlete bro just cut with your fucking right hand and your flu game and I'm like alright and so I throw the knife into my right hand McKeever goes action and I start slicing my lemon as Shane walks in and it's just
Starting point is 00:20:16 I don't know man the knife rolls off the lemon and just goes right into my fucking like directly into my hand. Like I look down and the knife is just disappeared into my thumb and I look at Shane and we both make eye contact and my eyes widen. I'm like, huh. Yeah. But obviously I'm like, I can't call fucking Cut, dude.
Starting point is 00:20:41 This is your first scene ever. You don't get to call Cut. So I thought you'd bleed out if you're And just start leaking blood like I'm talking it's on my pants it's on my shoes I would not drink at the bar at this fucking hotel Okay, I got blood But we do the whole scene and meanwhile like I'm fucking I've already cut lemons with this knife, but in like in in the pre-show
Starting point is 00:21:10 So now I got lemon juice just coursing through my veins and I'm just saying I'm like My name is Mark And we get through the fucking scene I just hold up a bloody paw and I'm like, hey, I think I cut myself Kerry Washington and Django just rolling out your face Then like McKeever comes running off on the set the Netflix people come running on the set medics come Like it's chaos And and and Mckiebo and Kieber he's like, are you good? Are you good? Can we use this and I'm like, dude, I'm fine Let's fucking go and the Netflix job. I'll do it again
Starting point is 00:21:55 The Netflix people like he can't do a scene openly bleeding all That's the only time so far that I've been upset that tires is now a Netflix property that was still YouTube They're like, let's run with this. We got a bleeding bartender. We've got all that, you know I mean it was already in the script and now you had it for real talk about method acting But yeah all the rules Vince Vince Vaughn's like we got a method actor here and I was like fucking right Okay. Now that's where the clip ends. I'm gonna be honest with everyone I'm not positive it was Vince Vaughn I am positive it was a man somebody said it you know don't think it was Shane and McKeever and I think they were the only three men there I think it's fine it's 75% it was Vince
Starting point is 00:22:34 Vaughn I'm going with a hundred it's a better story so that's the fucking case but uh but yeah so then like they got that wrapped up and we probably did like two or three more takes. And after the second take, I wasn't bleeding everywhere, Vince Vaughn went, that one felt good, that one felt good. And we were all like, yeah, yeah, yeah. But then, there's a lot of time when cameras are shifting and stuff like that. And the whole time, I told Shane this the other day, that the whole time I told Shane this here today that like the whole time I was freaking out like freak I've only watched the scene once I hated it. I'll never watch it again Just cuz I think I can't like I can't watch it and not feel what I was feeling and I was feeling a lot of stress
Starting point is 00:23:17 And there and like it's not fun But like, you know the whole day standing there, we were just talking football. We were talking Bears Pats. I think Bears Pats played that weekend. So we were talking Bears Pats. Bro, stuff like that really is invaluable, though. Because I really think Shane knows Vince professionally
Starting point is 00:23:37 and all that shit. But I really think Notre Dame football was probably a big part of them linking up. And I feel like when you're on a set with a guy like that, especially in the acting world, the entertainment world, where probably one out of like 100 guys. Yeah. Yeah. And I feel like when you're on a set with a guy like that, especially in the acting world, entertainment world, where probably one out of like a hundred guys, you can really talk ball. Right. Right. And all of a sudden you can. He's probably like, I'm with this guy. Let's go. Um, but the, uh, so obviously I was freaking out the entire fucking time and I was internalizing that and not sharing with anybody, particularly
Starting point is 00:24:03 Shane. Cause I was like, my head head was like this is just Shane's life Like he's around I mean Vince Vaughn's my fucking guy Like there was Adam Sandler was childhood teenage adolescence was fucking Vince Vaughn and Will Ferrell and like you could have been one of The other I was both but I leaned Vince Vaughn. Yeah, I was in fun wedding crashers Vince Vaughn old school Like that's my fucking zone. And so I was I was freaking out but I was in my own head like just keep his normal like this is Shane's not freaking out this is a totally regular day for sure just a Tuesday and In between the second and third take I think Shane just leaned over the bar and he goes dude. How fucking cool is this? Thank you. Thank God you can admit that like Like not admit that, but you would not.
Starting point is 00:24:45 Cause I think he, I mean, it's weird for the, for like the comics you see, like they work hard, but then the, the rise from like, the grind from like zero to 80, it takes like 10 years, but then 80 to a hundred goes, can be like two weeks, you know? And I think even someone like him probably is still pretty, maybe, maybe by now he's getting used to it but at that point I don't know it's like when he's on set with game day he's talking to Saban he's doing this I bet you he's going holy shit or you and you know is that at home you know Phil's like holy shit you know so there are definitely people in his life I think reminding him how like awesome that is so that doesn't surprise me that he was like but like my my line of thinking was like I remember in elementary school when like you couldn't say something was cool unless the cool kid said it was cool like yeah this is
Starting point is 00:25:27 normal yeah and like that was like being on set like with the cool kid at school only the cool kid also built the school yeah and I was like just being like yeah this is regular and then once he said that I was like oh god this is the. I do screams with Vince Vaughn. And then once he said that, I was like, oh, god. All right. This is the craziest day of all time, right? This is insane. I have so much I've been trying to tell you. But yeah, and then before our last take, McKeever was like, all right, we got it. You guys just have fun now.
Starting point is 00:25:58 Just have a good, like, let's just have a fun one. And Vince Vaughn kind of pulled us into a huddle. Not like a tight huddle, but kind of gave like that little motion motion he's like all right boys right he goes now the stakes say the same remember that stakes say the same but then we riff then we riff boys and I was like yes sir whatever the fuck you say that sounds like something that should be on camera and be like gotta stakes say the same yeah probably riff that is him I mean that's the same as Drew's like let me take you in We're like, that is him. I mean, that's the same as you're like, let me take you in. Appreciate you.
Starting point is 00:26:26 OK, appreciate you. That is like his. It's also like his. I think he like invented that. Yeah. You know, like I can't even think of somebody else who does like the Vince Vaughn humor the way he does it. Dude, that was like, I was like, he's doing Vince Vaughn to me.
Starting point is 00:26:41 And like the Vince Vaughn is. Baby's being babies. Oh my god, it was crazy. It was fucking crazy. Do you, the Vince Vaughn is baby. Baby, baby, baby. Like, oh my God. It was crazy. So you know, like Vince Vaughn's, I mean, have you seen swingers? Probably not. What was they all made? Made men made, right? Swingers and made was I don't know that one. Oh, yeah, I think you do. Because they came out. Can you Google I think made Vince Vaughn? I think it's him and Jon Favreau again, because they came out
Starting point is 00:27:02 at the same time or like I think people discovered them at like the same time. and I think it's I think he's like in the mob or something that yeah made yeah What if you haven't seen this watch this? This is no, I actually recognize the cover now, but I know I've definitely what year was this Steve And what was swingers that was probably I guess yeah, cuz they're playing NHL 94 like so I thought they came out around the same time but I think maybe more that it was just maybe when Vince popped that people went back and watched, you know, you gotta put a little more clarify on that.
Starting point is 00:27:31 Google search there, Steve. It said like, swingers sexual practice. 96, yeah. So yeah, he's like a baby there. But yeah, those two movies, that, and then it went to old school, and of course, Wedding Crashers. I mean he
Starting point is 00:27:45 was like the one yeah he is the one I view him similarly as I do I always forget his name the Haymitch and Hunger Games what's his name? Woody Harrelson? Woody Harrelson because it's kind it's like such a specific role where it's like lovable hateable at the same time. Yeah. Hot but kind of, you know, like, but like really, you know, whatever at the same time. Like it's just a whole juxtaposition that makes like the coolest characters. But then it's like that in real life. It's hilarious that you call Woody Harrelson shameless from... Yeah. He makes from 100 games. Yeah, it's a big role, but it's just not... Well, because I think Vince Vaughn, I think Wedding Crashers.
Starting point is 00:28:25 Yeah, I mean, I think 99% of the world would agree. Yeah. We were just old enough that we saw, I think, first of old school. I would say his biggest role was Wedding Crashers. But when I picture Vince Vaughn, it's old school. Yeah. Might even be swingers, to be honest.
Starting point is 00:28:39 Really? See, swingers are a little pre- I've seen it, but swingers are a little before me. It's just, oh, and then he has the breakup. He has mean he has a break up dude. He has a he had a run there I went on I went on a run after the breakup of just having those fights and they'll just know why would I want? Bro wanting to do the dishes wanting to want to do the dishes I remember my father like grabbing me and being like you have to see you have to watch this Yeah, like it was like it was like it was a documentary
Starting point is 00:29:06 Like it was real life because that was I mean that I think crystallized like men are from Mars women are from Venus Yeah, that was that one scene. It was like, oh, I understand like men and women will never get along That's cuz I always think of that scene like I get that like I want you to So fucking good But yeah, I mean that is for that for that being your for all that shit Like I just said earlier if somebody came in it was like my first role ever they switched at the last second I Was supposed to be cutting with my right hand I code my love man. I come that right hand I cut myself Vince Vaughn gave us the huddle all that shit
Starting point is 00:29:44 come that right hand I cut myself Vince Vaughn gave us the huddle all that shit shit that you love the behind the scenes of yeah film behind the scenes whatever it's like I think they're all lies because they're all such good stories you like have one of those now I told them when this first happened I was like when you're you know really big you can tell this story Shane Vince and final Berg were once on a scene together. It's funny to think you're like, I wasn't even trying to act high, I just had lost so much blood. What a point.
Starting point is 00:30:11 You should have like recut yourself enough to where you had a scar. Yeah, so I'll send you that picture. The picture of my thumb. So the knife went into my thumb. I was like, I guess I could hold it like this. And I don't know how it worked, but the knife went like in that way.
Starting point is 00:30:30 To where? Like your tip of your thumb? Like yeah, in this way and down. And it was when the, I wish I could capture it, because it's so vivid in my mind, but like there's no angle that could have had this. But as it went in, me and Shane were looking at each other and both our eyes just went like
Starting point is 00:30:48 I think he saw my eyes widen more than he saw the actual knife but he was like dude I was looking at you and I wonder if they have some sort of footage of that or if that just gets like thrown out I don't know I see they'd made the cup I get almost like fucking like in a movie when you see like the character take drugs and kind of like zooms in there there pupils go yeah I could feel my eyes go like oh boy this is give me a problem good for you I would have been like kept it cool Netflix yeah I'm sure that's what they were worried about. I'll tell you what, before I was offset,
Starting point is 00:31:28 I was signing stuff that I'm not, before I was offset, I had emails of like, I got like, they were, it was a tiny little cut, like I was never gonna, they did nothing wrong, I fucking stabbed myself. That I'm not a litigious person, so I had no problem signing those. But yeah, they were quick with it. Check your email, you got some forms you gotta sign.
Starting point is 00:31:49 Unbelievable man, what a tale. Bro, I think for your acting career, I think for your career from here on out, you should just be... Videlberg. Just like Madonna. Kobe. Videlberg. Interesting observation, not observation, but interesting point. I thought about it.
Starting point is 00:32:09 Yeah? I think so. People are like, what's your name? Fidelberg. What's your first name? No, I'm just Fidelberg. People don't remember that. When you fill out the form for Netflix, you have to fill out what you want your credits to be,
Starting point is 00:32:20 all that kind of stuff. And if it hadn't been Tires, because McKeever is already McKeever, I might have just gone Feidlberg. I think from here on out, you should just be Feidlberg. I mean, literally, no one will forget that. Feidlberg. Jew. It doesn't hurt, you know?
Starting point is 00:32:37 Hollywood's like, we'll sign that guy. Give him the role. John Stewart doesn't want to take it. I will. I'll use John's birthright I mean when it's all said and done The last let's call it a year, but it's probably more like 18 months now. When did out of order start? Two years 18 months a year. What is it? I would guess like March. What year is it right now 25?
Starting point is 00:33:03 I would guess like March, what year is it right now? 25? I would guess like March 23. What year is it? All right, it's a little more than a year, two years. But like launching out of order, starting Lay Mascots, filming Lay Mascots, which will then be out, getting your first on camera roll being tires with Shane and Vince Vaughn, and wrap it up with an arena with Bert.
Starting point is 00:33:24 Yeah. Is a pretty diesel year. So solid year. It's a cool year. That's a pretty fucking. Last summer, brat summer. This summer, summer of fights. Fiddle bird.
Starting point is 00:33:34 Fiddle bird. I mean, that is, those are like, you know, those are things that one thing a year would have been good. Yeah. If you were like, I got like a five year plan, like first we're going to launch the sketch show, then we're going to do the TV show, then I want to get on camera roll, and like at the end I want to do like, you know, stand up at a big thing. And you did that each year. I would have been like, good. You were motivated and you went after it and you did it. I'm proud of you. Did you do it all in like a year? It's fucking crazy.
Starting point is 00:34:04 It is, it's been cool. Yeah, it's a cool year. It's fun. I think you're gonna, I really think that like, you just belong. I think it's, I think you're gonna thrive in all this. Like, I just feel like it's a little bit like, a little karate kid-ish.
Starting point is 00:34:20 Like, I don't think you realized that you've been like preparing for it. You know what I mean? There. Like, you've been waxed on, waxed wax off for a long time now and whether or not you were doing it on purpose. Like I think it's like even even silly things like talking ball with Vince Vaughn. It's like you're probably just like the right kind of guy to do to like people are gonna like you invite you back.
Starting point is 00:34:37 Yeah. You have a look to you. You know all that stuff that I think even being like a guy who's like on there'm there at 7 a.m. and like, I'll just bleed out here. I'm good. There's a lot of prima donnas and a lot of lazy people or late people, all that stuff that you're probably just doing the right way. And now you know enough people and enough people know you. I think it's one of those things too.
Starting point is 00:34:56 Like, it was probably people you showed up on set and they're probably like, oh, that's just like the extra. And then you see Foley walks over to you and is like, hey, and Shane gives you a hug and shit people probably like wait what's going on yeah I think that kind of those little things go a long way you know I got I hope so it was a lot of fun I enjoy it and I very much think that there is like the karate kid type thing to it what you say because like I don't know I I don't think it's very good but if people like it then I don't know what
Starting point is 00:35:22 I don't know what I'm doing you know what I mean like I don't know before you become mega, but if people like it, then I don't know what I'm doing. You know what I mean? It's so annoying. Before you become mega famous, you should work on receiving compliments. We've got to work. I'm honestly going to become Jon's manager. We're going to work on promotion. We're going to work on receiving compliments. First things first, we're changing the name.
Starting point is 00:35:39 We're legally dropping Jon. The rest, I'll handle. I've literally just been grinning for five minutes. I feel like I'm watching like a mom tell their kid Oh yeah, I'm very proud of it. When they got valedictorian and he's like, thanks mom, I'll make a video. At the end of it too, at the very end of the day, because they shot all day, I was still there and Shane was like, Wait, you're here? What have you been here the whole time for?
Starting point is 00:36:00 And I was like, dude, I'm not going to leave a set where they're letting me watch Vinge Vaughn. Yeah, I mean, there's probably so many people who take that shit for granted or whatever. It's like, I think that'll be a, and by the way, I would, if you haven't already, I would just make it abundantly clear to all those guys that you are one text away at any time to be on tires. Cause I think tires is going to be a smash. I think it already is. Well, yeah, yes, but I mean, like, I think it's going to have a run.
Starting point is 00:36:30 Yeah. Like Shane, being humble, was like, I hope we get picked up for season three. I'm like, I think I'm going to be picked up. But I was like, I think you're going to get picked up for like season 10. Because that was the first show I've watched in a long time that did give me always sunny vibes in the sense of like,
Starting point is 00:36:44 oh, I could see like, like when I watched season one, I liked it. I didn't think it was like, it didn't like grasp me. Like this one, I was like, I was taking note of everyone's names and who they were and what their roles are and what their connections are. Cause it feels like a gang that you would like follow. Like always sunny where it's like 10 years later, you're still watching Kyla and you're still watching these guys, who are, you know all the connections. They have a bunch of guest stars, and it's a little bit sunny, a little bit office,
Starting point is 00:37:13 a little bit, it's kind of an amalgam of all those things. They have their own cadence, the way that the office does, and always sunny does. That's exactly what I'm saying. It feels like a show that's like, oh, you're watching tires. Season two is so good. I mean, a major leap, which makes sense when they filmed the old one a long time ago, that's like, oh, you're watching tires. And, uh. Season two is so good. So good.
Starting point is 00:37:25 I mean, like, a major leap. Which makes sense when they filmed the old one a long time ago, and like, it was before everything popped off, and before they had a budget, and confidence, and all those things. But like, I mean, that was, when you're in it, we watched the first three episodes
Starting point is 00:37:39 in the theater at the premiere, and that's a very infectious and group hive mind type thing. But like, the first mind type thing but like the first I want to say like the first joke was maybe the gun or something like that. Yes. And the crowd went bonkers. I was like, yo, that was a pop for a TV show, you know, I would really I mean, that was funny enough that I think I would have been at home by myself like laughing out loud.
Starting point is 00:37:59 Yeah. Which is always kind of my my like barometer of like, did I just laugh by myself? And I was like the whole time looking around Just being like this show is fucking it It is I would hold on to that for dear life if I could man. That was so funny We hope we get picked up for season three. I mean, I guess it is It's probably like me on Thursday where it's like yeah, it's 99.9% Like yeah, Shane and Vince like talking at the bar. Maybe they cut that but I never thought sorry I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like I did no one sees final cut like except McKeever and Shane Yeah, I don't think anyone really knew what it was gonna be right?
Starting point is 00:38:47 I was I I knew I was gonna wait cuz like you never you never know you never know Yeah, you're smart to wait on it, but it is funny. Just looking back. It's like yeah. Yeah, I Pivotal see I was pretty I wasn't like actually worried. I wasn't I really don't know. I was pretty fucking sure Yeah, but there was always a chance. Yeah so and now Mascots next Little drops in August we decided now we moved it up August. Yeah, there's a scary big bad football Yeah, football going toe-to-toe football doesn't you know work so don't work out too well

Starting point is 00:41:12 But I think- You guys have some special guests of your own. Also on Mascots. We got a lot of special guests on Mascots. I think that's, I think Mascots can be really good too. I hope so. I think it's funny.
Starting point is 00:41:24 I still, that was one like, we shoot is funny. I have seen almost nothing. It just feels like one of those things that, like what I just said about tires, where like, you kind of have like a built in fan base who's already fans of you and everyone on the cast and like, it's just gonna be a fun thing to like follow
Starting point is 00:41:44 and dive into and like, as a fan, like, it might be a fun thing to like follow and dive into and like, as a fan like, sink into. It might be a fun thing to watch, be a train wreck. Also that. Like, We're gonna work on this. Yeah, yeah, yeah. I wanna make sure expectations are balanced.
Starting point is 00:41:55 Imagine if it was an absolute train wreck and it's like, well, we've got like, like people watched the first couple episodes, like we got six more to watch. Yeah, yeah. We're gonna roll this out over the next six weeks, you guys hate it. Buddy, if you don't think that's having a hard time sleeping,
Starting point is 00:42:08 like what if episode one just sucks? And then we have six more weeks of being like, check out our show! That's gonna be terrible. In the best way. That's gonna be so bad. These are things, again, if someone else came in here and you were interviewing them and they just laid out the year that I laid out that you're having, you would be like, this
Starting point is 00:42:31 person's like on their way. They're doing it, you know? And guess what though? People fall a lot. No, but also like the way that, I mean, I am trying to think about life too and I think it's so true. It's like There's no there's not really like wins and losses like even if you guys lose like season Okay, then like you make a season two you make it better than the first oh
Starting point is 00:42:56 Subscribe you know that yeah, like that's why I'm I want my expectations are accurate Yeah, I want to make sure everyone else's are like it could be a mess and I Think I think there are wins. I don't think there are losses. Yeah Cheesy way to take it because of course there are losses where like you could just really get like I think there are losses Like I got fired. I fucked up something I go to jail. I like real bad shit. I Don't think that like I tried this thing, I wanted it to be a massive success and it was not is really a loss. Yeah. No, I don't. Or I should say I think you have to work hard enough and long enough and be a little bit lucky enough to earn your place in your field to withstand the losses if that makes sense.
Starting point is 00:43:44 Yeah. Like if you if you just have you have like, if you're a nobody and you get one shot and you fuck it up, like that might be it. You might have lost and like that maybe you're not going to get back here. But we have done enough. You've done enough to like set the scene for yourself where it's like, I have this podcast that I do. I have, but you know what it's set in the scene is, is your
Starting point is 00:44:01 graveyard of losses. Well, that's what I mean. Yes. Yes. Right. Right. So you just need to kind of like lose along the way in such And the scene is, is your graveyard of losses. Well, that's what I mean. Yes, yes. Right, right. So you just need to kind of lose along the way in such a fashion that does not kill your other opportunities.
Starting point is 00:44:11 Again, so it's only the massive problems. The rest of it is as long as you have enough longevity and enough of a fan base and enough whatever, work ethic, all that shit that combines to just be like, I will be here. Whether this hits or doesn't hit, I'm going to be here. Then the losses really do just become like, I will be here whether this hits or doesn't hit, I'm gonna be here. Then the losses really do just become like experience, knowledge, stories, a funny, you know, pivot. You know what I mean?
Starting point is 00:44:31 If you guys fucking hate this show, there'll be another one in 2026. You know what, honestly. If you guys hated that much, it might be a different one. But like, we're gonna try again. So I'm not like that, I'm not that worried about it. You know what life is? Life is just booking a bagpiper for 35 minutes
Starting point is 00:44:49 before your live show, where you go, this is a good idea. And then you do it, and immediately go, this is not a good idea. And then five minutes into it, you go, this is a really bad idea. And six minutes into it, you go, this is fucking awesome. This is great. As long as you can just pivot and laugh about it and be like, well, it, this is fucking awesome. Yeah. Yeah. This is great. You know what I'm saying?
Starting point is 00:45:05 Because you can just pivot and laugh about it and be like, well, it's going to make a good story. Like, 100% it is. I was watching David Sedaris the other day talk about his, I think it was his boyfriend at the time, but I think it's his husband now. And I forget what- Who's David Sedaris?
Starting point is 00:45:21 He's a writer. His sister is Amy Sedaris. She's Amy Sedaris. He's a writer. I know his sister is Amy Sedaris. She's Amy Sedaris. She's in like more shows He's like he's a he's like he's been my favorite writer since I was a kid He's so fucking funny, but he has he was telling a story about kind of what we're talking about and he's talking about his husband and I don't know what country he's from but he's a country that has faced war and he's like, you know I think of names escaping me, but he's from a country that has faced war. And he's like, you know, I think of,
Starting point is 00:45:45 his name's escaping me, but let's call him Tom. And he's like, I think of Tom. And you know, Tom had that horrible experience where he's been shot at and he's been chased down by guns. And he's like, but also how fucking lucky is he? You know, he's like, none of us are ever gonna have an adventure like that. And he's like, that's, but he's like,
Starting point is 00:46:04 and I was like, yeah, he's really, once you get out of it, you're really lucky you had it. I've said that before, when I was really in the thick of all my shit, I've said it before, I was like, it's not great, and I prefer it didn't happen, but when it's all said and done and I'm on my deathbed, there's gonna be some stories that I can tell.
Starting point is 00:46:17 I fucking lived life. I went high, I went low, I went through the fire, there were times that were easy, there were times that it was a nightmare, but like, I I lived it because there really are so many people who like and again It's probably better to just have an easy life and be like I'm happy. It's good I think that's pretty rare But if you have blessed enough to have that happen like all good, but it's a little boring It's a little bit like like a lot of times when people would be like why should I listen to you like you know?
Starting point is 00:46:40 Why would you why would I ever listen you talk about relationships or something? It's like I think I'm the person who should talk about it I think I've seen all who should talk about it. I think I've seen all different angles of it and know what's wrong and know what's right and know how to fuck it up and know how to fix it and or try to fix it and all that shit. I don't want to hear from the people who are just like, yeah, I don't know. Like I got a good job and a good life and my friends are good. My family's good. And I just like, I am happy all the time. Yeah, you're, you know, you are, you're a coward
Starting point is 00:47:07 And a happy life at 20 Honestly, I don't I don't think a person like that can have like real confidence That's what I mean, you don't know you haven't seen that like the world won't kill you. Yeah fucking fine In terms of like okay Pilates like with the reformer the more resistance the more stable you actually are and it's a lot harder But that's how you like build reformer, the more resistance, the more stable you actually are, and it's a lot harder, but that's how you build muscle, is like the more resistance. But then there's some people who like, they're like, I don't want that much resistance. So then you'll see that they'll just have like low resistance and they'll just go for it. And you're like much more likely to hurt yourself and fall off the reformer if you do that. So then I just always think about it like this. It's like whenever I feel like anxiety and resistance, I'm like, all right, make me strong.
Starting point is 00:47:46 I mean, there's a million examples of that, but I mean, that's, I really had it like this. It's like whenever I feel like anxiety and resistance, I'm like, all right, make me stronger. I'm like, crack that reformer up, man. I mean, there's a million examples of that, but I don't know. I mean, I really do believe that, though. I mean, or- I saw a tweet the other day that said, like, by 25, you should have blown your net worth twice. That I wholeheartedly agree with. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:47:57 You've got enough time to build it back. You should have blown your net worth twice. Like, you should have spent all your money twice. You did it. You did it. Yeah, done. Keeps passing it. Six months this year. It's like, I'll money twice. Did it. Yeah, done. Keep spending it. Six months, six years. I'll do it three more times.
Starting point is 00:48:10 Those are the times. But what's funny is like, it really just keeps going. When you're like 31, if you were to talk to a 21-year-old and be like, oh, you didn't get a job out of college or something like that, like chill for the summer, fuck around, try to like start your dream, whatever.
Starting point is 00:48:27 You got time. But when you're, but you're 31, given that advice, you know, and you probably feel like I can't do that now. And a 41 year old would tell you the same thing. You know, a 51 year old would tell him the same thing. And like, so it really is just like, there's no better time than now. And like, you're only at your youngest
Starting point is 00:48:40 and stupidest and least. I mean, I guess it depends. Like if you really, if you just want to be like a lifelong bachelor or whatever, maybe you will have like a life of no stress. But I've learned that like it just keeps getting harder. Like I keep feeling, well, we'll get through this phase and then it'll get easy. And it's like, well, the thing that I thought was hard did dissipate. But now something else popped up and just keeps getting more and more complicated.
Starting point is 00:49:01 And I'm going through old clips. I forgot that like Burt Crusher at 36 was like just starting his like TV. Bro, Burt Crusher at like 46 was like breaking his back on the travel channel for peanuts, relatively speaking peanuts. You know, like I think that a lot sometimes about like, at least I will like compare us or put us on the same level of like contemporaries.
Starting point is 00:49:25 I'm like, we should be like them or let's chase them down or let's be as big as them. And it's like they've got a 20 year head start and they also came, they're an athlete, previously a professional athlete or a rapper or you know what I mean? It's like things that the fact that we're even playing in the arena as some of these people it's like we got a long way to go and all and and like what when you have and everything when you do your comparisons what are you comparing to like like like what like are you comparing to and I mean this is for you as well like who do you compare yourself to like are you you like, do you go Alex Earl?
Starting point is 00:50:05 Or do you like, do you have a person where you're like, that's the kind of career I wanna have? Why'd you both snicker? But you're like, you can be Alex Earl. You're gonna be the next Alex Earl? Yes, well yeah. Like I don't know, that's just a name, I don't know, is that a good name?
Starting point is 00:50:19 That's the name I would think. I fucking love Alex Earl, are you kidding me? I think people like Alex Earl and some of these influencers kind of prove that they're talented. I hate when people like try to diminish it. I'm not doing that, but it's like, it is more just like right attitude, right place, right time kind of all coming together. Like, I don't think there's anything. But like when you're looking for someone, you're like, that's kind of my vibe.
Starting point is 00:50:39 Like if things went like, like I, that's how I think of it. I guess what? I'd be easier if I just explained mine. I try and think of someone I got a similar vibe to, and I think if you did things right, you could kind of have that kind of career. Or do you just go right to the top? Like the reason I'm saying all this is the first person who I was ever like, that's the kind of career I'd hope to have, Steve Levy.
Starting point is 00:51:06 Just seems like a good dude. I used to do that. I didn't do Steve because he was a hockey guy but all of the ESPN anchors were like those were my first I want to be that was the first realistic this is what I want to be when I went out. But like like Steve Levy I thought that like five years ago. Yeah I was like if I could have Steve Levy's career you'd be happy. Like he's just like he does cool stuff. He's not the I don't want to be the big guy He's not SVP. Yeah, but he's like he's around and he's always been there and he just seems like a good guy Yeah, I like Steve what he was the first once I was like Past I want to be a baseball player and an astronaut and a ninja the first time I ever was I like what would you actually? Want to do it was be a SportsCenter anchor is's like Steve Levy, then Bill Simmons, then... Yeah, Simmons was probably a big one for a lot of guys. For me, it's a lot of the radio people.
Starting point is 00:51:50 Radio, yeah. Princessa and Boomer and Carton and those guys. I went sports until I was in 20s and then... Yeah, and then so then I guess it kind of changed to... I don't really think... I don't like want to be anybody else but I just think of like I look at like their success they're like yeah yeah I don't want to be you but yeah you're yeah but even their success is like if I listen to a
Starting point is 00:52:13 show or see somebody else shows like I don't know what their numbers are and I don't know what our numbers are right but I can I know when someone's more influential bigger just like drives the conversation more than we do whatever it is it's like I want to be like that. But I couldn't tell you, there are probably some people that I was like thinking, feeling that way. There are people who I feel that way about that are probably bigger than, you know what I mean? Like, quote unquote, bigger than. Especially in the radio world. I think local sports radio is a funny thing for a lot of guys where it's like, you kind of like put these people on a pedestal and like revere them, you know, and it's like, I don't know,
Starting point is 00:52:47 they're working like the midday shift and they're probably like, I wish I had, you know, I was working at a internet company or whatever, but to guys around here, it's like WFAN is the end all be all. And so it really is all about like perspective or whatever. But I don't know. I go back and forth on like, you know, comparison is the thief of joy and like, it's not healthy and it's not good. I don't, I, I, it's also, I think, I think it's a little healthy too, to like aspire. I strongly agree with that, but like it's, I, I, whenever I think about it, I'm never like comparing. I'm just like, like, oh, that's, it's just someone forging a path. I'm like, that's a path I could follow. Right. Well, that's a path I could follow.
Starting point is 00:53:22 Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. I'm not like comparing like followers or bank accounts or anything like that. But I'm like, that looks like something I'd be interested in. Yeah. Well, they've done some cool stuff over the last five years. Like, that would be pretty cool to do. Yeah. Yeah. I'm not trying to be like an Oscar winning, like not the career wise, but Emma Stone, I love that she like talks about, cause I just feel like I'm like crippled with anxiety and like, I like to see people who are also crippled with anxiety be successful and she's like a cool personality She's like everyone likes her like I like her but that's a good goal. Yeah, she's Not many people out there who are like fuck it was
Starting point is 00:53:58 So, yeah, I mean I think it's good to like pick people out that are like doing well and like you aspire to be but not Be like I'm not like this or I can't do that or yeah yeah yeah those are things I don't have it's like yeah you'll get there to borrow a phrase from uh Meghan Markle the power of yet did you see that clip no it was super corny but it's kind of true she was just like you know I haven't I didn't like meet my five-year goal yet I didn't do this thing yet like you still have time to do it all it's a long life yeah she said it in a super insufferable way and her co-host was like, yeah, yeah, yeah. And everyone hated it. But it was, I was kind of like, that's not true. Yeah. So, Meghan Markle lover. Yeah,
Starting point is 00:54:35 I was wondering, like she must have a lot of fans too to be where she's at. But I mean, I have never seen a positive thing about that woman. Yeah. Everybody fucking hates her. Okay, well, she's Montecito pride. So, I'm. that? She's she's a Montecito. She's a fellow neighbor. Got it. Got it. Got it. I mean, she got crushed over that, like dancing in the delivery room. And I was like, I don't know. I think it was pretty. Yeah, it seemed harmless to me.
Starting point is 00:54:56 It's a little like weird and goofy, but it wasn't like, I don't know. My mom said something like, did you see this like this Meghan Markle? She hates Meghan Markle. So anything was good. She called it twerking. And I was like, she you see this Megan Markle? She hates Megan Markle. So anything was good. She called it twerking. And I was like, she was dancing around with her husband. It's not twerking, man. I was watching the tennis yesterday.
Starting point is 00:55:16 Got real jacked up on tennis. I love tennis. You know what? I was watching wheelchair tennis. I was getting jacked up on that. You know how fucking hard wheelchair tennis is? I can't imagine. And they like, they have, the ball's moving a little bit slower,
Starting point is 00:55:29 but otherwise it's the exact same like amount of rallies and shit. Were you watching, was it like Roland Garros? Was it at French Open? Or was it just like... Yeah, I think it was at the French Open. Really? Because it was like the clay courts. I mean, I wasn't watching it. I was watching a clip. Yeah, yeah, yeah. But I was like, I saw it and I was like, this is gonna stink. Like this guy's gonna, this is gonna be an ace after ace.
Starting point is 00:55:43 Like no one's gonna get to, they just Roll around and get it. It was crazy. How do they you know, I feel like your hands have to be not preoccupied Yeah, they can they roll with one somehow Big soccer guy a big tennis guy now it's So I go hubs hubs is a great tennis mind and I talked to him about it I'm I'm far as it hubs is a tennis mind By my standards, right? I was saying in my mind Hubs is the expert of all experts hubs knows tenant. He like like tennis people know hubs hubs is good as an expert so he I've gone probably
Starting point is 00:56:17 three four years to the US Open we go to an Alcaraz match and And then I just talked I got the big matches. I watch I not dying hard or anything like that but I knew this Saturday was a big match it was center versus Alcaraz so I woke up at 9 to watch it and we shot mascots at 3 yesterday and I was an hour late because I was watching the tennis. You couldn't peel yourself away? But I started at 9 a.m. Go go go it goes it was a five and a half hour match Yeah, it was unbelievable like it was it was it was honest to God I I know we say this when as a company or as a people like it's always like nothing beats playoff hockey And nothing beats blah blah blah and like they have a lot of tennis when you add
Starting point is 00:57:00 The stakes I think it's hard to be a better sport than tennis. Like it's just, it's one on one. There's no one's coming to help you, dude. No one fucked up. It was no one else's fault. Like it is you. And it's also golf is the other like. But golf, you're playing a course. And also it's not like there's like a real athletic element.
Starting point is 00:57:20 Yeah, there's no one preventing you. But there's like you have to be in shape. You're running. You're like, you know, there's a lot going on there. But like yesterday's match, so Sinner had match point, which is just like, if he gets one more point, match is over. Sinner had match point three times in a row. And then the match went on for two more hours because Alcara has dug himself out of a hole. And I was like, I was just trying to put myself in sinners head because it was just like I'm right here
Starting point is 00:57:45 All I have to do is take a knee like the game the game is over Yeah, there's nothing left to do games over and all I have to do is take a knee and then Somehow the other team kept beating you for two more hours Yeah, and like I was just thinking like that meant that mental of like the mental aspect of like dude nothing I can't do anything. I'm trying my hardest and this guy's hardest is just better. That's what's interesting. There's no one else to help me. There's no one else. Like I just, his bow, his artist is better. Tennis and baseball, no clock is a whole other world.
Starting point is 00:58:16 It's like there's nothing to protect you. Like you, this, this inning might go on for if you don't get this out, they will just keep hitting. Marty was saying that this morning where he was like, because he's been doing obviously Marty verse and he's been with a lot of the tennis guys and he's beaten Alcaraz or he's returned to serve for his Alcaraz. So go watch that. But he was like, yeah, you don't know what to train for. Like hockey, you know, it's a 60 minute game.
Starting point is 00:58:39 It might be about three hours of stoppage. But I have to be able to play a five hour match or like a two hour break. One hour. Like there is no clock. Right right it was just a fun sport to watch and I bought tickets to Wimbledon go to Wimbledon next month I was like fuck yeah new tennis rules and there's a little more to it is when we were in Texas I met up with a buddy who Was going to Wimbledon. He said you should come with me and then I got jacked up. Yes. I was like fuck it common Seize the opportunity bro. Oh, we should do a
Starting point is 00:59:18 Praises oh So late, but we can try to squeeze it. Yeah. Well, what do you got a list? Yeah, I have some stuff. We got Una's list. Well, Una, Una made a name for herself. I did over over last year. Really on purpose. But well, you know, it's an interesting it's an interesting. I was like saying to fights like as a joke, I was like when I watched tires,
Starting point is 00:59:43 I'm just going to turn up his scenes and turn down Francis's Francis's I'm glad you brought that up actually Francis and sees episode 5 Francis is the star of the episode He's incredible yeah, they're they're doing he Punches the table at one point and he had the veins coming out of his neck. I was like god damn Frankie get it, bro He really was he was great. like, god damn, Frankie. Get it, bro. He really is. He was great. Really, really, really good.
Starting point is 01:00:09 But anyway, what's your deal with Francis? You don't like him? Well, yeah. So Uda hates Francis. Can we hype him up next? Uda and Francis are beating me. No, I like Francis a lot. Yeah, I don't know.
Starting point is 01:00:19 He went on the Yak and read. I got this job from DMing Kevin. So I have no shame in DMs. But he went on the Yak and just read I got this job from DMing Kevin, so I have no shame in DMs, but he went on the Yak and just read the DMs I've sent him, which is kinda like when you DM to get the job here. It's like, you don't necessarily want to hear them on a, like, whatever. And then he also said I bought him a drink,
Starting point is 01:00:39 which it's important to note that that never happened, because I don't want guys to hear that and think I buy them drinks. I never bought Francis a drink. Important footnote, you will be buying me drinks. Yeah, so don't get that to the sun. But this all originated because you did the video with Rhone and Tommy where they were kind of hazing
Starting point is 01:00:56 and grilling the interns. And they were going through your DMs for that, right? And you had DMed Tommy, but deleted the picture so it looked like Tommy reached out to you. And so Tommy was like, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, that's not really what happened. And that's why Francis came in with the DMs being like. Yeah, they also edited the intern interview
Starting point is 01:01:18 in my favor, kind of. Tommy and I talked about how it was a picture and that was addressed, but they kind of made him look worse in the edit. Obviously, so Francis was like, I need to come to his defense and I think he was fine, but I'll just say like the only thing is like, read whatever, like post whatever.
Starting point is 01:01:33 I haven't said anything I'm necessarily that embarrassed about, but it was more like I'm like sitting there deleting like old Instagram pictures from the KFC account. And then I'm getting texts that are like, he's live reading your DMs. The live thing where I was like shit, so I called Jackie and I'm like where are you? I need to come to where you are right now
Starting point is 01:01:49 and Jackie's probably like thought I burned down this place like six times with the way I call her and I'm like where are you? Yeah, so I just like went in there and I never listened to what he said. Like I didn't want to hear it but Nick came in and was like they want you on the Yak. So I was like. This is about as good as it gets though for, I mean, we,
Starting point is 01:02:08 I had spoken to her when things started being like, it's a very tough thing because you, if you want to get a job here, you have to stand out, but it's a super fine line between standing out and trying to stand out and looking like the asshole or, or like stirring the pot or, you know, we or... We've definitely had interns who come in and they're like, you can tell that they were like, I'm going to bust their balls and I'm going to like... And it's like, I know what you're doing right now and I don't like it. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:02:33 That was my biggest... But that's also how you get embroiled in a little bit of drama is how it starts. So I don't think the best case scenario is to get involved in some drama that ultimately even if let's say you're in the wrong, or let's say people are on Frances's side, or however you want to characterize it, still not that bad. It's not like you did anything.
Starting point is 01:02:51 And then it also sounds like, hey, you held your own on the Yak, and now you're in the Barstool Summer House. Maybe, probably. Yeah, I don't know. My respect for her went up immensely. She was shaking. It was so scary, dude.
Starting point is 01:03:06 Nick comes in and is like, hey, they want you on the act. I was like, you don't have to do it. You do not have to go on the act. And she just pulls it together. I was like, no, I'll go. Because three seconds before Jackie was like, you can cry. And I was like, I might.
Starting point is 01:03:16 And the phone call I got, I was like, I think this girl might have killed somebody by accident. I keep accidentally doing that. Right after we got off the phone, Jackie was like, the way you picked up like you made it seem like you did something. Yeah, yeah, yeah. You were like so, oh.
Starting point is 01:03:30 And I was like oh fuck. You seem like a person from my limited experience. You wanna be in the mix. And that's gonna be like you're gonna have more situations like that. Sure, yeah. I also am like very wary of like going on the act. like, I don sure there are people cooking up all sorts of like, this is why she did it. Or like, and it's like, well, that's just not real life. You know your intentions.
Starting point is 01:04:12 So that, like, but seeing all those, you're going to start being like, oh, no, they think this. I got to act like this to make them think what the real thing. That's not your problem. You act your way, and then they're going to act your way. Other people's opinions are not your business. Yeah. Yeah yeah, I mean I if they're like the DMs were like bad or embarrassing or something and be different story if if
Starting point is 01:04:35 you know you crossed a line like if you were fucking around with Tommy, but I don't think it was like a They were fucking around with you. I think that was yeah Also Tommy and I like right after the interview we like talked about it Like it wasn't like I stormed out of there and Tommy and I hadn't spoken it was like yeah chill Yeah, but so I mean I thought you were in on the summer house. I think I am It's kind of just like no, but I think you will be I know that it's not a matter It was a matter of like you know enough beds enough space enough room all that sort of stuff It was not like yeah, so He's like you're in I'm like okay, I think'm like, what do I do now? He's like, you're in. And I'm like, OK. I think that means that you're in.
Starting point is 01:05:05 What do I do? Yeah. If he said you're in, I think you're in. Who do I DM next? I think it would take an HR being like, actually, we can't legally have this many people in the house or something like that. But if that's not the case, I think you're in. I think that means I add another guy, too.
Starting point is 01:05:18 Yeah, I think they wanted to add Danny. So I think they wanted to make sure it was balanced. So it's going to be the summer of Jackie and Una. Hell yeah. Yeah, everyone, like all the KFC ready people were like doing shit, like whatever. I was like, I have to do something now. Yeah, well, that's what I mean. It's, you know, it's just kidding.
Starting point is 01:05:34 You have to get in there and you have to like make your own way. Do what you do. What, you know, people want or do what you're told, but also do come up with your own shit and find your own angle and found yourself on the yak and on day four or whatever. Like Nate came in after. I remember Kevin calling me like I don't know what to do I don't remember exactly what you said but I was like Una's gonna be in trouble and never mind. What? Nothing I was to try and set up my line. Ah! Oh my god. What was it?
Starting point is 01:06:07 You got to say it now. You going to try it another time now? Uh, OK. All right. Take two. Uh, man. Yeah, Kevin called me, and he was like, he's like, yeah, Una's in trouble.
Starting point is 01:06:17 And I was like, I don't know, man. The interns, not my circus, not my monkeys. Right? Ah! I probably would have got that, but it wouldn't have worked. I stumbled too much and I was like, I'm not going to get in that fuck. I'll get my fucking hairs out here. Damn, I meant to get the tweezers.
Starting point is 01:06:36 I hate that this is the punishment. You can thank your girl for that. Yeah. It's a Jackie idea. Nate came in after and he just sat down on the floor and was like, I I promise you're gonna feel like people hate you like people hate me a lot. I'm like, yeah, I know Nate oh, yeah, gosh and like It was so funny. No, I don't I mean I don't think people hate if that was enough for somebody like hate I don't know it sounds like it was just a regular fucking interaction. I mean I'd like like
Starting point is 01:07:04 backlash first of all as a girl like I was saying a regular fucking interaction. I mean, like, like backlash, first of all, as a girl, like I was saying, like literally if you have your face on camera and you're talking, there's going to be backlash. And also it's just like, that is the tax that you have to pay for getting in the mix. It's, it's, it's, it's the mud. You get dirty. The most important thing in kind of what we were saying earlier, it's not going to fucking kill you. Yeah. Like we might have a stressed out day. But guess what? Tyler, the creator has the best tweet of all time. It says the n-word in it
Starting point is 01:07:29 But the it's like the fuck do you mean she's all about you're getting cyber billy shut the cyber billy Yeah, close the laptop. Look away from the screen bro. All of these things that you feel and you're like I don't want people to be thinking like they're not your business. I know the worst case scenario is I go with the guy He's like so you buy me a drink, right? They're not your business. I know the worst case scenario is I go with the guy and he's like, so you're buying me a drink, right? Yeah. No, I'm not.
Starting point is 01:07:46 Well, Nate and I told her to not. We're like, stop reading. Stop reading. I know. She continues to read every single one of the tweets. People are like Simone Biles and me being like, and she looks like a man. I'm like, wait, what?
Starting point is 01:07:55 But it's like looking at the web. You have no control over it. All you have control over is what you do. And freaking out about that stuff is not going to be helpful. I have not been around you as much as Jackie so I can't really give you the same speech but if you fucking those guys in the house it's probably not gonna be a good idea. No yeah I'm not. Speaking of Simone Biles and that that whole drama so what's what the girl she's fighting with is one of those
Starting point is 01:08:24 like trans people should not be in sports Yes, Riley Riley Gaines. Yeah, so she's a swimmer Riley Gaines She got beat by that swimmer was trans. Well, she got beat by four other women as well Yeah, she came in she tied in fifth yeah, but there but the girl was in first was you know a guy so she has a problem with it and so She and so Simone Biles said like, stop, stop hating Transnical. I don't even know what I'm aware they're in a beef. I don't know where it started. I just, there was a tournament recently, Track and Field, and I thought
Starting point is 01:08:59 they just came up with the best solution for a situation that is complicated and ultimately will not please either side. So let's figure out a solution. They just put multiple people on the podium. They were just like this, this trans person one, she was in first place. And here was the second place girl. She also gets first place medal. She stands on the podium with the first place. I don't know. Yeah, it's not great. It's not perfect. I'm people still gonna be mad but it's like you got the gold medal. You're going down in the books as first place. Maybe there's a little asterisk or something like that with another first place person and the whole world will go. Oh that
Starting point is 01:09:35 you're biologically female. You're a trans person like okay. Yeah, that seems like we should at least start there. Let's at least just make that a thing. I I feel like let's make that a thing for like the one athletic event every 5,000 that involves a trans person. I feel like that when you're like doing discussions on the internet, like everyone, everything has to be perfectly pleased. Yeah. And it's like, I don't know, man, trans people exist. They're going to keep playing sports. So figure it out on an individual level. I don't, I, I, it doesn't have to be a national federal mandate. Like, when it, when it
Starting point is 01:10:08 happens, one every 5,000 events, that one's gonna be different. I don't know what to tell you. I, I always just, you know, think about it in an individual level. Like, I was thinking if, if Shay was playing in sports and she was getting smoked by someone who's trans, I would probably feel away about it. I, I do ultimately feel like it's, it's, it's a nuanced, nuanced issue, but like, if there's someone out there who I do ultimately feel like it's a nuanced issue, but if there's someone out there who's just dominating
Starting point is 01:10:27 and it's a physical sport and it's something where it's clearly being a man, being born a man is really a benefit and my daughter was losing, I would probably feel away about it. But I feel like if she were to tie or something like that and win the medal and be on the podium or whatever, I think that's like an easy conversation to have. Yeah, I think I would just be like, so here's the deal.
Starting point is 01:10:49 Like, you know, you're competing against someone who like biologically might have, you know, it might be stronger or faster than you, but you know, they've made a choice that they wanna live this way. And you know, I would just talk her through it. I don't think that's that, if it's just like you lose, you don't get to play again, you're out, whatever, that sucks. But if it's just like you lose, you don't get to play again, you're out, whatever,
Starting point is 01:11:05 that sucks but if it's just like someone who's like made a different lifestyle choice than you is playing alongside you and you're both gonna like be at the finish line or the podium or whatever it is. Like, I don't know, that seems like a, there are times where I'm like, I don't know what I would tell my daughter or my son in these situations of all types.
Starting point is 01:11:24 I'm like, I don't know how to parent this. I think I could parent my way through that one. I think, and this is very easy for me to say as a non-parent, but like, yeah, most of the things people get worked up about is like, it's a parenting thing. Yeah, right. And it'll be a little weird probably. It'll be a little uncomfortable. It'll be a little different for you.
Starting point is 01:11:41 Right. That's the way the world is. Yeah. And also, by the way, like for, let's say there's a hundred people in a race, like ninety nine of them are usually going home crying that they lost and their parent needs to parent them through that. Like sometimes you lose and now you know it's a little bit different because you lost to someone who might have a competitive advantage. So you got to parent your way through that too. I don't know. It doesn't
Starting point is 01:12:02 seem like it needs to be that big of an issue. But again, I don't want to be like hypocritical because I feel like if she was like getting, you know, she was really disappointed or really getting blown out or something, I would probably be like, this is kind of unfair, you know? But I feel like I could, you know, explain my way through that. And hopefully, like, I don't think my kid would come out hateful. They would probably understand. And especially if there was like a, you just are going to be next to her, or you both win, or you both whatever.
Starting point is 01:12:32 I don't know. This was a thing when I grew up in my hometown. A man played field hockey. Or a boy, I guess, in high school. Because there weren't. There was no men's teams? There was no men's field hockey. And I guess part of school because there weren't there's no men's teams there was no men's field hockey and I guess part of title nine is I was a kid I wasn't in high school I was a child so I kind of was like remember it but um
Starting point is 01:12:54 since since because of title nine since a man's version wasn't offered he got to play and he wasn't trans he was just a guy right but he got to play field hockey he just fucked shit up I don't remember but it wasn't trans he was just a guy right but he got to play field hockey He just fucked shit up. I don't remember like it, but it wasn't like a major It wasn't like a scandal like that. It was just like yo is a guy on the field hockey team, right and it was Because you know what like whatever field hockey team you're watching It's just a random girls feel like that. I guess listen if there was a world where like Shay was a high school Like that, I guess, listen, if there was a world where like Shay was a high school prospect trying to like get a scholarship or something, and there was a trans person that like somehow denied her that, I don't know, maybe then we would have a bigger
Starting point is 01:13:33 issue, but almost 100 percent of the teams and competitions and competitors we're talking about are like, don't matter. Yeah, kids are not going on to college. They're certainly not going on to pros. This is just something you do to fill the time. It's almost as much as it's a trans rights issue, it's to me like 50% how much kid sports has gotten out of control.
Starting point is 01:13:56 Yeah. Because it's like, why the fuck are you even? Why do you even care? If you asked my dad growing up, who's even on my teams, he would have no fucking clue. He's like, that's something that Kevin does after school for fucking fun. If you if you ask like my dad growing up like who's even on my team No fucking clue. He's like that's something kid. Kevin does after school for fucking fun You know like simulates life more like there's always gonna be somebody with like an advantage You know like a nepo baby or something like nothing right? That's not fair. It's just like you gotta deal with it There's just like and you just like you do the best you can and if you lose cool puts hair on your chest like
Starting point is 01:14:24 Or it raises the bar in like another way. It's like when somebody breaks the four-minute mile I'll be like I also just think it's a as much as I would be like this is bullshit and I think this is unfair I think it's like okay I have an opportunity to parent my kid to either just say that to them and instill like this is unfair let's stomp our feet and cry about it. Or use it as an opportunity to teach some empathy and some life lessons like you just described. Be like, you know, I know that you feel like right now, like it's unfair, but also that, I don't know, that person is like going through something personally
Starting point is 01:14:56 and through their sexuality that is difficult for them. So let's just give them grace and whatever, whatever message it is. That feels like a better way to handle this than to just like. Sc scream about it on the internet every year no like you're like it is all just again parenting really you don't think I played older kids in hockey right you only got played in baseball fucking don't think that was a kid in high school. I was like who the fuck is this kid? Let me see that in 96. Yeah, when were you born bro? Let me see the fucking ID. Yeah, I mean that's it's just and it's ultimately like
Starting point is 01:15:32 Yeah, your daughter's fucking swim meet Doesn't matter at all bro. And it also is like like I think people put the pressure on the kids like I don't like whenever I got beat I was just like, whatever, that kid's fucking good. You know what I mean? That's the other thing is again, it goes back to the care, the kids sports thing. Like the kids don't, very few of the kids really care. There are times I'm, you know, and again, I'm not trying to be hypocritical because I will like get invested in some of these sporting events. So if there was somebody, if there's, there's just a regular girl beating my daughter, I'm like, fuck this girl.
Starting point is 01:16:05 So if I thought there was an unfair advantage, I'd probably be, you know, motherfucking her under my breath. But I just don't think I would make this like public spectacle of it, because it's just like the kids are gonna like, 99% of the time, Keegan lost in the playoffs the other day, which unbelievable by the way, I couldn't believe this team lost.
Starting point is 01:16:21 I was like, we were away, I got the score. I was like, what, they lost? I thought we had a champ in the bag. He was like, I was like, how to go, man? Like, I'm sorry you lost. He was like, yeah, I don't get to play again till the fall. But did you, did I tell you what happened in Roblox? Right back to what really, what they really care about. You know, I played hockey against girls before the, was the biggest box that was the biggest advantage That was the single biggest advantage I've ever encountered on the ice. Yeah, I didn't know what to do with that There was trans like a the opposite direction we can women They're tricking our boys talking about their boxes
Starting point is 01:17:02 They're tricking our boys talking about their boxes Opening face off What the fuck was that dude, that's not fair right like foul two fouls She was really she played a BC she was really, she played a PC. She was really good. That's great. Let me see, let me just run through a couple things before we go to Una's list. We did some of the battles.
Starting point is 01:17:32 Oh, this is a little bit morbid, but did you see the Vegas shooting with the influencers? No. These two YouTube influencers, both based in Vegas, I believe had words over the internet earlier this week. I'm not gonna to, I don't remember their names, so I don't want to butcher them. One of them is named Finny, I think. Anyway, it's a testament to how there's so many fucking influencers. It's like, I don't even know who these people are, but I think they were big enough. And this guy is on the strip filming like at the Bellagio, I believe. And whoever
Starting point is 01:18:02 the person he was like talking shit about, like Saw him live or knew where he was just like rolls up on him and on the live stream pulls out a gun shoots him and It was it was crazy And I just feel like there's gonna be like YouTube repercussions and ramifications of like You know drama and beef and fights always do numbers and people love it. But when it results in something like this, I feel like YouTube
Starting point is 01:18:29 who already takes a lot of steps to language and intentions and all that, I just feel like there could be potentially big rule changes or more strikes or whatever it is to control shit like that. Not that they really should have to worry about that and not that that's really indicative It's obviously a pretty extreme outlier, but I just feel like it went from a direct like this youtuber was saying this about this youtuber to like
Starting point is 01:18:54 It was a youtuber who shot the other two youtubers. Yeah, or at least like influencers and one was on YouTube I don't know what their main platforms are. Yes to influencers in Vegas I think one guy said like that kind of you know, who did we fucking interview? She's kind of like the mother of true crime. We interviewed her at serious studios. Mother of true crime. Sarah no, I honestly Sarah Kane. Yeah, no no it wasn't Sarah Kane again so okay
Starting point is 01:19:27 because I don't know if she was the fucking prosecutor in oh oh uh Marsha Clark Marsha Clark yes yes and I remember talking her and being like she was literally she was in true crime she was she was a lawyer in the case and I remember we were talking about just like how big true crime was at the moment. I hear it mentioned much more rarely now, but at that time like true crime was the biggest thing in the world. Yeah. And I was like, is there like a chance that we basically just start live streaming crimes? Because like we're so infatuated with this. And she said something
Starting point is 01:20:04 like that. She's like, I hope not but like yeah, like that'll be a Certainly. I was like, I was like why wouldn't someone to see like like we care about little like squid game ish You know what? I mean? Yeah, like we like we love murderers and killers and rapers and like why wouldn't someone Why wouldn't someone see that and be like, I don't know why why would I buck off I get famous after I die why don't I just do it right now it's like that jack doherty kid I'm surprised he has a glock out on the yeah that kid's next he is such an asshole I know him he's the kid like he crashed a car right yeah he's always just he just like has his security behind him and he just picks fights and then runs
Starting point is 01:20:39 behind them yeah it's like yes and then the day that like he gets snuffed in the face or something happens it's gonna go mega viral. I'm sure Yeah, that's why I'm saying that I think YouTube will like have to take measures just to like prevent anybody was even thinking that yeah Because they're out there thinking it already, you know But it was I mean the video was crazy people like you got to do like a video on this was like no, I don't We're not going down this snuff. We're just going to use snuff films. We're not doing snuff films. Did the guy die? Oh, yeah, I think so. Oh, I'm pretty sure he's dead.
Starting point is 01:21:10 I mean, if he didn't die, it's a miracle. I mean, it was like point blank. Crazy. And then to two, I guess, hypothetical situations real quick. One, I don't think I knew I knew that 50 cent and Diddy had beef. I didn't know that 50 cents baby mama was like fucking Diddy. I was pretty she was currently or well she was a part of all this like all the freak offs and stuff. He paid her to go on vacation with him and not a lot of money
Starting point is 01:21:40 for someone who's you know, Diddy paid her. Diddy paid her like 10,000 bucks to go like on a week long vacation with her. For Diddy money? Like, and your baby daddy is 50 cent. She's on trial for being a bad negotiator. Right. I was like, I don't lie to you,
Starting point is 01:21:58 they're freak ops, but it needs to be like $100,000 a night or something like that. It's Diddy, Just name your fucking price. He's clearly a sex-indicted freak. Like, you know, the more you said no, the higher the price, he would have just kept going, you know? But I always saw 50 Cent, like, he was kind of one of the only guys who was ever honest about Diddy.
Starting point is 01:22:16 Not even fully honest, but he would always allude to it, and he would talk shit on Instagram and all that shit. And I always thought it was just because it's like, 50 doesn't give a fuck. But that would be a tough one for me. I feel like I really try to be pretty understanding of people's past and stuff. People, you know, when you talk about body counts and exes and all that, I think it's all pretty childish and immature. But if you told me that you like that you had sex with Diddy for money and his freak off,
Starting point is 01:22:40 that would probably be hard for me to get. I think that might be immature or whatever. But, you know, if I I was totally in love with you and then found that out, I'd be like, wish I didn't know that, that one's gonna stick with me. It's one of those ones that's going one of two ways. Either I'm really into it or I'm really not into it. I won't know when to do that.
Starting point is 01:22:57 So what exactly did happen? I also want to be clear, I don't really follow the news. I don't know how serious these freak offs are. I know they're not good I would say everything I've heard about the free actually now if we're gonna really go down this road if some girl was like I was in Diddy's freak offs. I love the freak offs They're in like the courtroom saying freak off Yeah, I like Diddy and like Cass like Cassie would text him like like it's
Starting point is 01:23:25 almost like they put the little trademark emoji there. When's the next freak off? Like it's one thing if that's what you refer to it. I don't know, I found 10 grand to give this fucking lady. Yeah people like that comes out to like 750 bucks a night. That is not enough. You're not wrong. But it sounds like these things were all always way more intense for like Diddy and like like if if if He's not himself in he went like Kevin spacey and seven. He's like I just want to hear about this I feel like the worst thing that you your girl would be like I I rubbed come on did he's nipples like I don't know that's weird. Oh, yeah
Starting point is 01:24:03 His own come or someone else's? Someone else came on, like, a girl. I think it was Cassie, but I don't know, allegedly, because I don't know what the exact details are, but somebody came on, like, a girl in a different room, and then, like, she would go into the other room and take the cum and rub it on Diddy's nipples. So Diddy would sit there, different room, wait for the cum. And then someone would sit there and they would just rub his nipples with cum. That's how I that's my understanding of it situation yes and
Starting point is 01:24:29 maybe this is one of those things where it's like I guess I should try that I don't want to know anything that happens at these parties because I'm like, it must have been doing something for it. I don't know. I mean, you know what? It all depends on timing. It all depends on timing. Because listen, in the heat of the moment, if I'm mid freak off and I'm still going and someone's like, should I rub a cone on your
Starting point is 01:25:01 nipples? I'd probably be like, I guess so. But talk about post-nut clarity after the fact. If I'm sitting in the room and I'm done, and someone comes in with two fingers that come, and they're like, are you ready? I'd be like, get out of here. Get out of here. Five minutes ago, I'd be like, yes.
Starting point is 01:25:18 Two minutes later, get away from me, you freak. What's wrong with you? It's got to be terrible finishing and being like, guys, come still on my nipple. Yeah, I didn't think this went through. I didn't think this went through at all. I've always wondered that about the people who get really extreme. You know, water sports and all sorts of weird stuff.
Starting point is 01:25:34 As soon as you're done and there's just smells and feelings, you're just like, what have I done? What have I done? Also, just like the cleanup of cloth and beds and all that Oh the baby oil and all that it's just so yeah I mean but like it's not like you know the girl was like he's come on me and all this stuff it's like I don't know this guy hired a bunch of gay guys to like come fuck him and I rubbed cum on him sounds like you were more like a liaison of like a facility, you're a point guard basically
Starting point is 01:26:05 with the freak off. Any sex situation, sex scapade you have that ends in being like, I don't even know who's comes on. Could be mine, could be his, could be hers, I don't know. Every time I've ever had sex, one or two people come. You know what I mean? Like, who's come is this? It's a great call. It's a crazy thing to ask. There's limited suspects in the room. Alright, where did this fucking cum come from? Alright, and last time I thought I'd go ahead. It's something I was thinking about in court.
Starting point is 01:26:38 It must be so... I wonder if he feels uncomfortable in court. Well, he almost, they almost kicked him out. They almost kicked him out. They almost kicked him out and they almost declared a mistrial because apparently he was staring down jurors, ominously, threateningly. Which is... You got come on, you nipples bro.
Starting point is 01:26:57 I find it very hard, I know he's a dangerous person, he'll blow up your car, he'll kill you and all that, but I also feel like it would be very easy easy to be like fuck off come nipples you know what I mean like you and your cumming nipples can take a fucking hike dude you're getting fucked by a guy named the Punisher while girls rub cum on your nipples you're not exactly the most intimidating guy anymore you know did you see Cameron interviewed the Punisher the Punisher was like the main the main escort that they hired and Cam was just like talking about Cassie. He's like, how's that cat though? Oh my god Like that's a lot bro. This is like an abuse victim and just pregnant. How's that? How's that kitty? Oh my god
Starting point is 01:27:35 Oh, but how was it? The putt even the Punisher is a man nicknamed the Punisher who gets hired for freak-offs and he was like, I don't know what I can say. You know, Cam, you know, a big thing going on. It's a whole production. Yeah. And the last, the last, the last hypothetical I got, I saw was an interesting one. It was, if you were, let me get the exact wording right. I think I took a screenshot. Okay. You get put in a room exact wording right I think I took a screenshot okay you get put in a room with an absolute identical clone of yourself memories and all only one of you is allowed to leave how would you defeat yourself I mean yeah you know your clone would just roughhouse that would be until the death yeah just like yeah we just fight to the death.
Starting point is 01:28:26 Right? Yeah, and then honestly, whoever walks out is like you walk out. Yeah. It's an identical cone. If I lose, I lose. We fight to the death. There were some comments being like, can we both just die? It's like, if we do truly share a brain and share emotions, we're both fighting over who
Starting point is 01:28:39 dies. Wouldn't that be fun? This is the most fair fight imaginable, Yeah, and we're gonna kill each other It would have to be like Rocky and Apollo like Both break your neck and die on the same spot. I actually I see what that recently watch I forget what I was watching Maybe it was the last of us where I was just like I can't imagine Like genuinely either running for your life or fighting for your life Like, you know, you've been in fights before like adrenaline you get a fight with like the thought like if I
Starting point is 01:29:07 lose it like he's over he's gonna kill me like you know what I mean like I've been in like fights outside bars and stuff like that but like never with the thought of like I might not I live I if I like lose my like lose my footing here I think more about running than fighting fighting I feel like I would get adrenaline and you don't feel pain and hopefully you just get lucky get some shots in But if it was ever like yo the volcano erupted like the lava's coming you got to run I think about a mile in I'd be like I'm done. I don't even know I'm out of gas I would give it a fair assessment where I'd like I might just I'm not gonna make this far. Yeah
Starting point is 01:29:37 I mean like you're the tsunami like just Well, I might as well enjoy these last three seconds Why why why spend possibly run? You know, I'm just gonna enjoy these last three seconds. Why spend them? How long can I possibly run? You know, I'm just going to enjoy my last three minutes here. I'll put some come on my nipples and call it a day. No, but getting to fight yourself? Do you think that you would be able to out think yourself? Like, if you told me, OK, this person's
Starting point is 01:29:58 going to have your exact inclinations and all that, so use that to your advantage. I don't think I even know how. I would like to. I don't know what I'm going to do. I don't know what I would do. I just sit there I'm gonna I would be like I'm like I don't know how to think so like yeah, we've established that I would know he's in go mode Yeah, he's just gonna he's a gorilla
Starting point is 01:30:20 Like I just yeah, I don't know how to fight he doesn't want to fight. He's just gonna go. Let's go. Yeah, like I died. I just yeah, I guess I don't know how to fight. He doesn't want to fight He's just gonna go let's go. Yeah, I Would just tie my clone up and then be like I'm gonna cut off one of your legs And then the clone would just kill me Cool I would just psychologically torture myself until she bread begged for suicide I would just like bring up like moment moments that like I cringe over Just to kind of like weaken myself and throw But then your clone would be like you did that too Oh, what the hell is so weird? Why are we so weird?

Starting point is 01:32:41 See site for details. Before we do Una's's list the judge threw out Justin Baldoni's countersuit Case totally dismissed the judge granted motions to dismiss Baldoni's lawsuits Don't know if it says why on Monday the judge granted the motion to dismiss the 400 million dollar lawsuit Against Lavely which alleged extortion and defamation as well as the $250 million defamation lawsuit. The judge noted that Baldoni's legal team can still amend the claims for breach of implied covenant and torturous interference with contract if they choose to. The wayfarer parties have alleged that Ryan Reynolds and publicist Sloan made additional
Starting point is 01:33:27 statements accusing Baldoni of sexual misconduct and that the Times made additional statements accusing him, but the wayfarer parties have not alleged that Reynolds... I don't know, this is not really a great explanation of why it got... The judge added, the wayfarer parties' additional claims also fail. So here was the one thing. They seriously doubted these statements were true based on the information available to them and that's what's required to prove defamation. I feel like one side of the story has to be true,
Starting point is 01:33:56 no? If somebody's alleging assault and you're saying it's not true and it's defamation and that gets thrown out and then when that imply that that had happened I don't know I don't I don't I guess I guess I don't really know like a legal like it could be a legal basis as opposed to just like what occurred yeah but it just feels like if one side we so they're saying everything on Bell Donnie's side is not like I feel like this whole thing was wrapped up pretty quickly At the premiere when no one took a picture with the guy that guy's clearly the asshole. I know you always say that but like
Starting point is 01:34:34 But but but like he you know There's like he was in the basement with a whole bunch of people for his side that were like this is so fucked up that we're not a lot apart allowed to be in there and people were saying like also Like Blake Lively had such a yeah, like I think people were afraid like she was so like vocal amongst Like with the whole cast members like she she got close to the cast members I think she kind of got in their ear being like he sucks right like a little like that's what I heard I have no idea what I also feel like I think so I think people are adults Blake Lively is powerful. Like, I'm...
Starting point is 01:35:08 She's on set with a 35 year old and you're gonna be like This guy's a fucking asshole because Blake Lively mentioned to me one time. But I think it was such a such a like again, there's just so much money that goes into movies that she was not saying like a loose cannon, but it seemed like she was threatening to blow the whole thing up and everyone
Starting point is 01:35:24 was just like, we have poured so much money into this, whatever. He doesn't need to be at the premiere. Nobody to take photos with him. Nobody like, like, also if somebody was threatening that there was a sexual, whatever assault, harassment, abuse, whatever it was, like I wouldn't go take a picture with him. But if that's not true, then it's like, I think it was an ass. Yeah, he's, he's, I think it's a perfect storm. He's an asshole Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds are so beloved that they could have used You know a fitting of the herd or like, you know being brought down a peg or two and I think that's why everyone was quick to be like fuck them I obviously don't know but like that all that makes sense that like finally someone spoke out against Blake like we've been wanting to hate
Starting point is 01:36:04 These guys for a while, but we never had a reason I have no idea what happened, but that all like Checks out to me. I don't think like Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds are powerful enough to have like an entire movie Mega guy because they asked Yeah, well Your individual responsibility like you know what I mean like well, I don't like your individual responsibility. Like, you know what I mean?
Starting point is 01:36:27 Like, I don't know. It's just me, maybe. But like, if I'm an actor on a movie and I have my own successful career, as many of those actors did, and someone's like, hey, fuck that guy. And I'm like, why? Because I said so.
Starting point is 01:36:38 I don't know. Probably not going to fuck that guy. I know you would. But I think the vast majority of Hollywood would be like whatever the Marvel guy and Blake Lively and the Book people like I think that's probably more like well if he's like if he if he if he wasn't an asshole and like I Would I don't know you would do that like I are I think you are a better person than you know the vast majority of people out there
Starting point is 01:37:01 I think most people like protect their best interest and again for a guy who like, I wouldn't want to stick my neck on the line for Justin Valdoni. I don't I don't believe that he sexually assaulted her and deserves to like get dragged for that. But I don't like the guy. So I'm not going to, you know, it's like I guess I would actually stick up if it was like I know for a fact that you did not commit this crime. I would stick up for it. But if it was just like, I don't know what the fuck's going on here.
Starting point is 01:37:24 This guy sucks. I'm not going to like be in trouble with these people because I'm going to go the fuck's going on here. This guy sucks. I'm not going to be in trouble with these people because I'm going to go hang out with the guy who sucks. But there's a very big difference between sucking and being a sexual deviant. Wouldn't you be somebody to be like, OK, the path of least resistance here is, I'm just going to do whatever ruffles
Starting point is 01:37:40 the least amount of feathers. And if that happens to be like, it's essentially like two versus one with Ryan Reynolds and Blake Lively. Well, three if you conclude your dragon, Taylor Swift. Yeah, that but like, if you're just like, just Maldoni also seems like he has like some weird shit going on. And I don't want to like, you know, jump on a grenade for him. So I'm just going to kind of go with the pack. And then then, you know, then it kind of like turns. I don't know. Wouldn't you see yourself also doing that? I kind of you kind
Starting point is 01:38:10 of lost me there a little bit. Just I guess in terms of not saying like nobody coming to Bellody's defense, right? Yeah, I just I remember from the premiere night, like it was I remember Keeks talking about like no one has taken a picture with him. Like no one's walking the red carpet with him. Everyone's together except him. I'm like what that's that's that was good he got blackballed from it he was in the basement of the premiere with like all his people and they were like they if you read through all the
Starting point is 01:38:33 text messages of him and the producers and stuff they were like this is so fucked up but like kind of what Jackie was saying that we just got to get through this so like and he was like I want the project to be a success so like I'll just disappear during the premiere. You guys go do your thing. And I don't want it to impact the project. And so there's pictures of him. It's such a sad scene.
Starting point is 01:38:53 It's like his family. It's a big table of people. It's not literally alone, but it's in a fucking basement. It's not a green room or something like that. They stuffed him in a closet. not you know it's not like a green room or something like that it is like a they stuffed him in a closet but yeah I I just feel like one I knew I knew surviving emotion to dismiss is almost impossible most never make it I don't know that's just somebody I think I think there's probably a much more legal this this
Starting point is 01:39:23 just as we're doing this right now, it came out like 20 minutes ago, so I'm sure there's not much being reported other than headlines, but it will be interesting to see why that. So I guess the best way to sum it up here is the judge found that Lively's accusations of sexual harassment were legally protected. From my pre-law background,
Starting point is 01:39:43 I'd say like the defamation thing being thrown out doesn't necessarily mean it wasn't true, but it more I think would point to like the judge would take like, saw the defamation suit as more like he's just saying this to have a counter suit and there's not enough like standing in evidence for it. Yeah, because I guess you go down a very dangerous slope I'd imagine of like if I if I want to speak out as a victim And I have to worry that if it doesn't if it doesn't get proven sufficiently that it's then defamation Yeah, that's probably what you saying by legally. It's legally protected to make those accusations because you need to
Starting point is 01:40:19 But I guess there's also a difference between like defending yourself and a counter suit for defamation versus there's also a difference between like defending yourself and a counter suit for defamation versus But it will be interesting because so many people like turned on them that if this is like a legal win if people will Either accept that or just be like whatever we still fucking hate them Yeah, like I think people have made up their minds that they hate them are not gonna this doesn't really matter You know, I think that I think this is just like Culturally, oh, I guess how we act like they were perfect. They were the perfect couple. They were both megastars No shit, we wanted to tear him down. Yeah, the way the world works. Yeah, and I think everyone's probably Like fuck yeah, we got our ammo. I again. I haven't read anything so I don't fucking know what's talking
Starting point is 01:40:58 Yeah, I this is I guess the best way to sum it up judge Louis Liman found that Blake Lally's sexual harassment claims were protected and thus protected from a lawsuit. Justin Valdoni's suit also alleged extortion, which the judge ruled to not constitute civil extortion. So I don't know. Like, I'll be honest, I don't even really like them. So I was like, eh, fuck them. You know what I mean? You don't like them or him. I don't really. I wouldn't say I'm their biggest fans. I don't dislike them, but like they were they were so propped up by
Starting point is 01:41:26 The outside like I was gonna say America, but it's even bigger than that Yeah, the world with Deadpool like they were beloved no shit. That's just the way it works like now. We got to tear him down I Don't I don't think it's a good thing, but it was just oh wait a minute This also this also includes like the New York Times, so it's like the reporting so there's a lot more like kind of going on here There's honestly just like so much information about this case. I can't even keep track of like who side I'm on anymore Yeah, I mean that was fucking 40 updates ago. Yeah, exactly like I The whole day I'll say this about the three of them. They like to fucking talk. Yeah. God damn.
Starting point is 01:42:07 All right. We got. Well, the first thing I wrote down, big one, Elon and Trump breaking up publicly during Prime Month. I feel like the ultimate, it's not even about those two. It's like if you were one of these people who were a fan of either one of those sides and then subsequently became a fan of the other person because you felt like you basically had to. And now you're like left with your dick in your hand and you're surprised by all this. You're the biggest asshole. Like the amount of people who are
Starting point is 01:42:38 like, no, like don't do this. Like don't do this publicly guys. I was like, this is not the biggest example of like, yeah, these people don't give a fuck about you. They don't give a fuck about the company. They don't give a fuck about anything other than their money and their power. And like, they will do, even like, if what Elon's saying is true, it's like,
Starting point is 01:42:57 okay, so then you were knowingly doing business with the guy on the FC list. Or like, there's all this talk about the EV mandates and the subsidies for solar powers and all that. It's like, well, it sounds like you were probably getting a bunch of preferential treatment. So there's conflict of interest. There's corruption. And then there's, you know, it's like every every angle you look at it from business and politics,
Starting point is 01:43:17 like this is what's wrong with everything. And it's also like they can't believe it. You know, you're saying he was on the Epstein list and you have your own kid on his shoulders. Right. So why were you associating with him at all in the first place? The fact that this actually very luckily happened because we were flying home from Austin when it happened and we were on a plane with no televisions. United, you motherfuckers.
Starting point is 01:43:39 United, I'm not an airline complaining guy. This is the first time I've ever done it. They didn't know how to board the plane they Had no televisions They didn't even have the thing where you could like put your phone in lunch on your phone and their Wi-Fi was like spotty And shitty the whole time and I played for a first-class ticket that let me tell you was not worth it Not a first-class beer $1,500 lunch lunch. It was crazy. I was cooking with the hot dad on that flight. You were? Yeah. Homewrecker or like single dad? Single dad. But the uh so since we had no TVs and anything like that we spent a lot of time on
Starting point is 01:44:15 Twitter on the flight and it was entertaining. It was nice to have something to do but like the fact that a single person is surprised is come on you put two people in a pen Two toddlers in a pen And the only thing these toddlers have in common Is that they enjoy being an asshole And you're like I can't believe they're being assholes right now
Starting point is 01:44:35 The only two things Donald Trump and Elon Musk have in common Is they like being assholes That's about it That's just the fact of the matter They both have a career and a long history of going I kind of like being an asshole and you had these two hang out and you're like, oh, I can't like no fucking No fucking kiddies guys are all talk. They're all hat. No cat. It's it's it's just fucking It's very weird how quick we as a society just throw a pedophile now
Starting point is 01:45:04 Yeah quick we as a society just throw out a pedophile now. Yeah, yeah, yeah. And it's perfect that Elon Musk did it because he's of that corner of the internet that just loves calling everyone a pedophile. But the president's right-hand man called him a pedophile and we're just like, yeah. What else is up? I don't know.
Starting point is 01:45:22 We should probably figure it out. I don't believe it. I don't think he is. You know what's gonna happen, and this is kind of a cliche when people say like this is this minimizes all the people with like real claims but like someday there's gonna be a pedophile. Someone's gonna be like, that guy's a pedophile. And everyone's gonna brush under the rug and he's gonna be like, I'm, no seriously. Like I've seen a fucking kid before. The president's right hand man tweeted to a hundred million people, president's pedophile. And like we just carried on well that's FC list almost became this it's like such a silly thing
Starting point is 01:45:48 that like you can throw it out there and people just go has not real but it's like if it what if it is true although also I thought we'd like to do that we talked about we were like if he were to be on that list I don't think that that would discourage as many people as if somebody were to say that it would rally that like he had gay sex with somebody or like he was gay rub cum on his nipples the best part of this whole reaction though was some of the people trying to by the way just for the record I don't know if people really heard it, but I just snuck all hat, no cattle in there. Ah, I didn't get that.
Starting point is 01:46:29 No cattle. All hat, no cattle. I said those guys are all talk. They're all hat, no cattle. Is that what I mean? Is that a made up one or is that a real one? I don't know. It just says Texas slang.
Starting point is 01:46:37 Yeah, that's a real one. All hat, no cattle. Did you hear that? Or because you had started talking. So I don't know. Did you hear? I didn't hear it. I did not hear it. Like it was, I also was going to cheat. We like it was I also was gonna cheat and say that it was the name of a restaurant in Austin.
Starting point is 01:46:49 Oh that's a lot. But I had to... Can I say mine was... well I'll say it. The people like scrambling to kind of like this is okay this is fine this is how it goes there was a couple tweets from the right, from right wing conservative or at least, I don't know. I don't know who they are. I don't know.
Starting point is 01:47:08 But seems like right wing influencers. Some of you all can't handle too high agency mails going at it and it really shows. This is direct communication and then in parentheses, fallocentric versus indirect communication, gynocentric. I understand you aren't used to it. And then there was another one. Trump and Elon aren't attacking one another
Starting point is 01:47:31 in a way that won't be fixed. People forget how men with testicles spar. You're watching two people with balls the size of the moon debate an issue. This is what masculinity looks like these are like the gayest tweets for Brian they make sense because Trump is the gayest guy he's so gay
Starting point is 01:47:52 if he tried to kiss me it would have been done Trump is just like an old Jewish woman did you see that? there was a gay influencer who went viral recently Trump's comments about I think it was about, I think it was Arnold Palmer. I think it was Arnold Palmer. He was in a locker room once and he got a big dick. And Trump was telling that story and he was like, ooo baby. Is Trump Waze the biggest? He was so gay. Oh, he did. Trump's so gay. He was one of the crazy gays.
Starting point is 01:48:18 So, like, it makes sense. Dance at the YMCA, bro. He's like, I'm dancing to the YMCA! I'm gay guys! I'm spray tans! Once a week! I'm spray tans and I like the YMCA! You guys are surprised? I like the YMCA, I spray tan, I do my hair, and I have a house made of gold.
Starting point is 01:48:36 I'm Nathan Lane baby! Fucking Liberace over here! Yeah that is so, the people being like, this is men what real men do is fucking get in Twitter spats Yeah, this is the peak masculinity Donald Trump and Elon Musk the like it's two UFC fighters or something the fuck was I just gonna say I Forget but next up. Yeah with the Okay, um
Starting point is 01:49:02 Yeah, wait, the, no, nevermind, next up. Okay. I don't know if anyone's listened to Addison Rae's album, I haven't, but Pitchfork. I think you could just stop right there. I don't know if anyone's listened to Addison Rae's, I mean, no, actually. Well, listen to this. It's probably like platinum, but like.
Starting point is 01:49:15 I actually, I have not, but I have seen people whose music opinions I usually like go, it's not so bad. Listen to this. Really? Pitchfork gave it an eight and for reference views by Drake got a six point eight Taylor Swift reputation and 1989 got six five and seven seven respect his force of eight pitchfork. They're like motherfuckers though. They're like trolls
Starting point is 01:49:39 No, I've never seen like I feel like I've never seen girls ride for Addison Rae more than anyone, like, recently. That's kind of taken me by surprise. Well, that might be true, but does that mean her music is good? The singles I've heard are fucking fire. Yeah. She does seem like a smart person who, like, I don't know if she can sing or has, like, musical talent,
Starting point is 01:49:57 but I think she knows how the fuck to be popular and market and, like, what Lil Wayne just did, like, put out an album with like shit production and like Like I feel like if you have talent Enough talent and you're popular. It's really not that hard to put out music that's successful Do you know if you got me not me? but if I if I could sing a rap or something and you and I was like I got to put out an album and I Had connections or money or status enough to be like I'm gonna call this producer this engineer this
Starting point is 01:50:25 Songwriter all that shit like we could have a hit Yeah, if those people put their their effort into me we could have a hit let alone someone who might have talent dude I was I just put on actually I put on some warren savan yesterday and It accidentally my libraries on shuffle and so the next song it played was and a song that k marco sent me a hundred Years ago, it's Ansel Elgort And it's a banger. Yeah, no, he had he had some songs. Oh, go ahead supernova. Yeah, that's a banger. Yeah It's like if you just have a smidge of talent and the right people you can I'm not saying you could put together like a Classic album not gonna say, you know, Steve's not gonna be listening to like a springsteen
Starting point is 01:51:02 But like but if you need like a pop hit They can manufacture those like that. So it's almost like, yeah, I think Addison Rae is going to have the backing of some smart people in the music industry and if she can sing a little bit and she makes a good music video and all that, she'll probably be successful. Yeah. I remember having it explained to me once where I really got it, where it was a musician was talking and they were like, you know know how like you know how to write a blog and I was like, yeah, like, you know, it's like really easy for you And like you just know like you've done it so long you can just do it they can do it
Starting point is 01:51:32 I was like, yeah, that's how it is with music. Yeah, I was like, oh I can make a hook I can make a yeah chorus like no problem. I just know how to write like this Yeah, which is awesome by the way, cuz it's like that's a more Talented thing to be able to just make a song. Yeah, so go go do that you know did you did you listen to the quarter six at all no there's a song on there produced by lin manuel man lin manuel miranda i'm offended by it i can't believe anybody works with lin manuel miranda what do you mean he's not likable at all oh but he's popular you know but he's not likable at all. Oh, but he's popular, you know. But he's not even popular, I don't think.
Starting point is 01:52:09 I don't know. I find Lin-Manuel, I saw Hamilton after he stopped. I do not like Lin-Manuel. No, I don't either. But I also, and I think it's weird for little Wayne, but I think if other people wanted to work with him, I think people would. Well, I don't know.
Starting point is 01:52:21 After hearing this, I would be like, I'm not working with this guy ever again. It is offensively bad. He had his thing in fucking like I Obviously Hamilton's a humongous success But I've never seen him in something after that where I was like I'd like to see him in something Yeah, like he was in his cameo in curb. Oh terrible. Yeah, but he's being an asshole Yeah, but I think he's Hamilton is fire though Some people try to hate on Hamilton because of him. Like he sucks, but Hamilton is yeah
Starting point is 01:52:45 I didn't I didn't like I know in the rap world. It was kind of like this is like corny rap It's like yeah, listen, I'm not telling you that this is like Fucking you know gonna go toe-to-toe with like the gangster rap of the 90s, but like it's an awesome music It's a musical. It was a good time. Yeah. Yeah. No, I I did not Dislike Hamilton as much as some people I really liked it. But the but Lin-Manuel Miranda. I did not dislike Hamilton as much as some people. I really liked it. But Lin-Manuel Miranda, I do not like him. Yeah, and for him to like in this song, it's insanely bad. Does it sound like Lin-Manuel Miranda?
Starting point is 01:53:16 No, I'll play it. I know you have to take it out, but just so you can hear it. It's like it doesn't even sound like a real song. It sounds like it would be like, I don't know, like in a, just like a internet video or like just something where you're like playing music. Have better sex with Bluechew. Also, I can't imagine whatever you think about Lin-Manuel Miranda at least he Is a musical person and so for that to be like you were just like dun dun dun dun dun dun dun Like here's my beat. I don't know It's so bad the production on this album was so bad and but little Wayne still can rap and it's like
Starting point is 01:55:24 Just for someone like that. You could just be like, I want to work with like Pharrell and Timberland and Kanye and remember Kanye. But you know, get all the best beat makers and just do your thing. Actually what he should do, what Lil Wayne should do, and this is when he was at his best, is just do mixtapes. Yeah, everybody loved him because he would just take the biggest songs out with the best beats and best music and then he would rap better than them. Just do that until you're dead. I would guess like that probably like a thing like we run into do I would guess that that's harder to do legally now Yeah, I'm sure it is like I think the mix sure in that era was like the law hadn't caught up to yeah
Starting point is 01:55:55 How we share music online? Yeah, you wouldn't be able to like put it out and like make money off it but just like He is someone the most like and maybe I'm wrong cuz I don't know I'm talking about but he is some of the most like maybe I'm wrong because I don't know what I'm talking about but he is some of the most like fun funny double entendre oh yeah that yeah invented the genre that is like you know his his claiming he can still do that he's still rapping but it's just like the songs are like oh so maybe I was so that's in Ray yes so. Um song Addison Rae by the way by Magnolia Park banger. Mm-hmm Oh, is that the pop song that was like in? popular a few years ago
Starting point is 01:56:33 Yeah, shit don't play it guys Um, I went to a weekend concert this this weekend. Oh, you're a medlife. Yeah, was a medlife First of all got chicken tenders. I'm back on my life yeah it was a mad life first of all got chicken tenders I'm back on back on your 10 what back on your attendees bullshit attendees bullshit the best that was that was like American like the most American thing yeah just like I fucking love America do um I really weekend I've never heard you mention him I don't know seriously beats me I paid two hundred sixty dollars for a ticket I game time yeah you shout. Shadow game time. I should have done
Starting point is 01:57:07 a game time. Yeah. I didn't do game time. I should have done game time. Yeah, I know. Um, I, I just like, I cannot get on board with the weekend. I don't know why I respect him and like that's you don't like the weekend. I'm, I'm, I'm with you. No, no, I'm fine with that. But you just paid $260 to go to his concert. Yeah. Well, so I thought I was like, not going to have to pay people like that at all. And then then I realized I have to pay because I like my friend. It was like literally like a last minute. Like my friend, I hate the weekend was like, yeah, I just like some of the songs are fine.
Starting point is 01:57:39 But him as a person, like when I see him in his mask and his weird face, he's wearing like cloaks and like all this shit that's like I know you're a star you have to make this a weird thing it's like he just like didn't I he just like was not like looking that good that night was like, put that mask on, you ugly bitch. You, where was he? At MetLife. MetLife, I mean, he's big, man. It's crazy. He was huge. And that was like his third night at MetLife.
Starting point is 01:58:11 And like, it was full. I can't believe that. Like, some of the songs I know are big. I think he has like, literally the biggest song in the streaming era ever. But like, the fact that he's selling out, like, tail. I guess he had the Drake co-sign in the beginning, but like, I want to like him so bad. I just don't like him. I don't even want to like him. I don't want to like him. He's also the cosign in the beginning, but like... I want to like him so bad, I just don't like him.
Starting point is 01:58:26 I don't even want to like him. He's also the worst actor in the world. He is so bad. I was also at a concert this weekend. I went to see Jack's mannequin at Pier 17. If you were at that concert this weekend, and you were over 6'2", can you DM us? I'm pretty sure I was the tallest person at the concert. Wait, what concert? Jack's Mannequin.
Starting point is 01:58:49 It was Pier 17. I don't picture many tall fellas going to that. Dude, I was in the back of the crowd, very back of the crowd. King of the whole thing? I was with people and I was like, I think I'm the tallest person. And they were like, yeah, this is crazy. Like, I'm not a tall, I'm a tall-ish person. ish person. I'm not like you wouldn't describe as a tall person Yeah, and I was like I did there wasn't anyone close
Starting point is 01:59:13 I was like this is nuts, right? Like like I could just see the full thing in the fucking world I was six nine. It was it was insane. I've never seen anything like it my whole life. That's crazy What fan base do you think in general has the shortest fan base? Like, of all, not even just music. Like. Obviously, we're like, rolling out Teletubbies and stuff. Yeah, children are out. Like, do we rule out like, Snow White?
Starting point is 01:59:37 Yeah, I think you got to rule out all kids stuff. Well, I was just talking about dwarves. What? I was just talking about dwarves. I didn't know if like. Oh, wow. Like, there's a whole bunch of dwarfs who love it. I don't know.
Starting point is 01:59:47 I feel like that's kind of their shorties. It's just the first movie they're showing as a kid. And they're like, yeah, I think this is for us. Whatever has all chicks and then little dudes, what would that be? Like K-pop? K-pop. Yeah, that's a good answer. Great answer, Runa.
Starting point is 02:00:02 It's K-pop. Sorry, Tali. That's a really good answer. I feel like it's coming at you. You go to a K-pop concert, there's just 250,000 people who are like 5'1". As far as the eye can see, little Asians. I genuinely ask, if you were over 6'2", at that concert, there was one guy I saw leaving. He was behind me. He was like 6'9". He was humongous. So he was taller than me for sure.
Starting point is 02:00:24 Aside from that, I might have been the tallest person at that concert. It was insane. You're not small though, dude. There's probably a lot of places you go that you're the biggest person. Not many. I don't think any. I think so. I think you could walk into a bar right now and you'd be the tallest guy.
Starting point is 02:00:37 Small town maybe. I'm small town tall. But like, New York... One of the great things about New York is like you walk down whatever you think you are You're not you walk down the street in a block. You'll see so there's so many people It's good like you're doing good. It's like that guy over there. Oh, just like walking. He's a billionaire Oh speaking of that Access when I said the tennis
Starting point is 02:01:04 What do you think the could they were showing the crowd at tennis and I think Bezos was there and Spike Lee and The US Open has really become that it's a status thing for sure What do you think the highest net worth at an event is? In recent years, I bet the US opens up there. I would say I think by the Masters I think the Olympics take it. I think I think worldwide thing I think like an Olympic like at a Usain Bolt hundred meter or like a gymnastics event in the crowd though You know, I see that all do you see like I don't know I guess maybe they don't they just don't I'm just assuming But yeah, I guess if you want to get technical you're just talking about in in a building the most money
Starting point is 02:01:41 It might just be like the Super Bowl because of the players on the field but then then Oscars but I was I was meaning sporting event though maybe I just want a listener maybe then World Cup because that's just like the Olympics but with like the soccer because I think you need to choose a an event because I would agree with that the Champions League I just feel like I've never you don't see it do they not show it like I feel like when I watch the US Open they do like celebrity row it's like bam bam bam all over the city it's like major people and I just don't have memories of that in the Olympics although I don't either but could be um could be I guess like in recent Olympics
Starting point is 02:02:22 they're like all in China and Russia so So maybe they're like, I'm not fucking doing that. I would say on a smaller level, but maybe just like for America, like a big, high profile Knicks game. Yeah. The Knicks make it to the finals. You're going to see big money, man. That's a good question, though. I think it is one.
Starting point is 02:02:42 It's the Olympics are like a premier sport like yeah tennis or golf not that it's a premier but like they give premier advertisers F1 Monaco. F1. Those guys have the the yachts pull up. Yeah. F1 is the answer. That's it. F1 Monaco. It's probably Monaco is the right one but yeah you could pick any of the F1s. Those guys have big money. There was an influencer on Instagram who does luxury planning or whatever, and he just shows himself making plans for billionaires. And one guy, it was a week out of Monaco, and he was like,
Starting point is 02:03:15 I want a yacht in the marina. And he was like, that's going to be pretty hard. He's like, whatever it takes. And he was like, it's going to be like hundreds of millions of dollars of whatever the fuck it was. And he was like, yeah, let's do it. It's pretty cool to watch people operate like that. They're just like, OK, I'm just gonna get you
Starting point is 02:03:26 the biggest yacht in the world in a week. Yeah, pretty easy job, I imagine. I know, I know. That's one of those things. That's gonna cost you a lot of money. Good, I have it. All right, then. I think that's a great call.
Starting point is 02:03:35 I think you have to probably do a ton of work to get to the point where rich people trust you and all that shit, but then once you do, you're on easy street the rest of your life. I think that's most careers. Yeah, it's just like rich people trust me. I stay quiet, I know where the bodies are buried, you can trust me, good.
Starting point is 02:03:49 Most careers I feel like you're underpaid for five or 10 years and then you're overpaid for 30. Yeah, yeah, you put in the work and then you, and then as soon as you can be deemed like on the inner circle of somebody who's rich, ride it forever. Like obviously like laboring and stuff like that is different, but like if it's a career, you're probably underpaid for a while.
Starting point is 02:04:06 And then you just cruise control. Yeah. I want to get my hands on a billionaire and just. It's going to be a pretty small billionaire with those hands around. I think I could just like flirt my way to like $20,000. Have them give me $20,000 be done with the situation. Let's aim higher. You said a billionaire.
Starting point is 02:04:24 I'm not saying. Because I don't want to like, I'm not saying, you sneeze is too much. I don't wanna like, I'm not gonna like do anything with these billionaires, but I think if I get my hands on a billionaire, you give me like 10 minutes, I could just like, I could flirt my way, get a quick $20,000 leave,
Starting point is 02:04:34 not have to do anything else, no dirty work. Why don't you do the dirty work? And it's nothing to them. Well, yeah, I mean like. I swear to God, if I was a hot chick, I really would just fuck a billionaire. But that's a partner, like the billionaire's on. Just find a billionaire and like have, but like filthy sex with him, Yeah, I swear to God if I was a hot chick. I really would just fuck Just find a billionaire and like have like
Starting point is 02:04:53 Sexy sex with him and get that money that but then you're then that's prostitution But you're gonna be a prostitute for some schmuckin Murray Hill. Anyway, what were you just saying though? Like New York like you walk down the block you find someone better than you. Yeah, like you're a hot chick Guess what? There's a hotter chick out there who's gonna fuck a billionaire. Sure, but I would try to, I'll be, all right, then I'll fuck the hundred millionaire. But that's why it's like, I don't know if I can even fuck a billionaire.
Starting point is 02:05:12 What you just said though, sorry. You walk down the street and it's like, here are the guys you can hook up with and one of them might be a billionaire, do that. Fuck that guy and just do what it takes. But the, I don't know what I mean. I think a lot of people have that outlook and then we just end up with people who will also fuck us You know what I mean like yeah, oh why my whole life
Starting point is 02:05:31 I was walking down the street going if you're a billionaire woman get the fuck away from me I'm not banging any billionaire woman I think a girl can like make an effort to I think you could get in a room with a rich with with rich people Do what you gotta do Jackie I'm curious what you do in this situation that happened to me this weekend because I feel the same way we're like off billionaire Like if there was one, you know, you're gonna do it takes a dude came up to me at a bar where the cover was Very high for guys. He was by himself wearing very expensive clothes He came up to me and basically offered me a lot of money to talk to him. And I was like, ah, I have to go.
Starting point is 02:06:06 How much is a lot of money? He typed in my Venmo into his phone and just handed it to me and said, however much. Just like, what? And I- These are things I would be doing if I was real. I freaked out though. See I would-
Starting point is 02:06:20 And I wouldn't even let him buy me a drink. I was like, I can't do this. I would, it's obviously extremely different. Me being a man and if a woman did that to me, but I would be so incredibly intimidated. I would not do it. I was so scared. I would do it.
Starting point is 02:06:32 I get what you're saying, but this is what I mean. So next time that happens, be prepared and do it. No, there's seriously no such thing as a free like. No, yeah, you're going to fuck these people. Yeah, I bet. I don't think I would have had to. You almost blew that dude at the fucking wine bar who's just nobody oh my god but you yeah you have a much higher chance at getting
Starting point is 02:06:52 me to blow you if if like social anxiety reasons rather than like blow you because the implication then money if you tell me that you're going to be mad at me, if I don't blow you, I will blow you. I've said that most of the sex I've had in my life is just so I don't get in a fight. Yeah. Seriously. All right, you're going to yell at me if I don't do this, so fine, let's just fuck, and then we'll move on after that.
Starting point is 02:07:21 Next time, I mean, I think the problem is when you don't have money, you can't even fathom someone being whatever you want. Where it's like, you could have put in $25,000 and sent it, and that's like. He literally was like, two zeros, three zeros. And I was like, I have to go. It would be like a little kid runs up to you, and you're like, here's a dollar.
Starting point is 02:07:42 And they're like, oh my god. And you're like, whatever, it's a dollar. Also, now that you're talking like like this this dude didn't have any money I don't think I know I think he did because he was The way he he did he just did the way he looks and I don't want to make any more comments that could be taken in an offensive way today But I just thought he did and he was by himself and the cover this bar was so absurdly high for you to be a Middle-aged person to pay to go sit in there by yourself and then I saw him talking to
Starting point is 02:08:07 girls after and kind of doing something but also no offense I don't know if you're in the same room as some of these why were you there because it's free for girls but what is was like a billionaire. But it's like, if he's like, if I'm even holding someone's phone to vetment myself, it's like $100 is more than I'm making. What if you run that as your racket and you're like, here, put it in. And then you try to send like $100,000 yourself, you're like, oh, I didn't say it was going to work or anything.
Starting point is 02:08:42 I just said, like, what would you do now? That's just my icebreaker. I didn't. I mean, I didn't say it was going to work. I just said, like, what would you do? That's just my icebreaker. I can't imagine. I guess you can never really grasp douchebaggery. I was going to say, this guy is not a good guy. He sucks. That's why I have a completely opposite take as you. I would never in a million years.
Starting point is 02:08:58 Just because you have to be around that person. And there's no amount of money. But there really are. You find the right angles. If Miss Findom over here just played her cards, right? She would just be getting money to send a couple videos and like then you're living like your dream life But like your life is like it's their life Like you're if you have to like really commit to them
Starting point is 02:09:19 I get it but I really think there are situations where it's like you're going to work a job or your boss is like, you know, your master and you have to do whatever they say and you do these things that you don't want to do in the first place. And it's like, you might as well get off fuck ton of it from this guy. Yeah, I wouldn't. I just don't like it. But if you got it, do it. It's also like I was talking about pedophilia with my friends. Nice. But it's so funny that like, because I was like, why don't you see the main girl pedophiles and like but
Starting point is 02:09:49 It's obviously like the little boys. They don't make any money. They don't like have like they're not jacked You know, they don't have a good body. Sorry No, no, no six pack ever raised They don't have like any kind of emotional maturity. Like seriously, they're looking for like, it's none of the things that I'm looking for, which then makes me think that pedophilia. They just want someone mature. Yeah. Pedophile.
Starting point is 02:10:18 Wait, what were you saying about the little boys not having jobs? It's just like, yeah, they don't need like these 30, they don't have a job, they can't buy me canks and bars And that's why you're not fucking them? Wait, so you're, oh, I'm sorry, I thought you were saying I'm all mixed up too I thought it was the reverse, I thought you were saying that's who is a pedophile is people who are not in good shape and don't have good stuff
Starting point is 02:10:40 You're just saying that's what little boys are Yes, little boys don't have jobs, six packs, all that. Yeah, no offense to little boys, but like I just... Yeah, no offense to little boys. You guys aren't even fuckable. Emotional maturity like there, but... But yeah, these are the reasons why you're not supposed to fuck kids.
Starting point is 02:10:57 Well, that's why I like I'm saying I don't have any interest in it, but like... But then, you know... Confirm Jackie. Yeah, yeah. Thank you. But um, but like guys, like I don't really know what my point is here But it's just interesting like it is just like pedophilia isn't a thing for girls because that's not what we look for I get no I I I like a power dynamic and a control thing or something that where girls are women
Starting point is 02:11:18 I understand like protection and That little bitch ass boy. Yeah Bills he can't you know know, protect me in a fight. Whatever concert. Jack's short. Yeah, I think I don't know. I think that's biologically women look for like a protector and a care and men look for like a caregiver or I don't know. I don't know. But yeah, I can see
Starting point is 02:11:42 how what guys look for is more prevalent in young women. Yeah, I didn't mean to call all men pedophiles. Seriously, there was not really a point there. It's just more an observation that it makes sense why girls aren't pedophiles. Yeah, and also, it's harder to rate what happens. It's funny, though, because I know you and me are both hooking up with guys who also don't have jobs
Starting point is 02:12:03 and also are mature, and they're our age Oh my god Kids that's me by the way, there's just a I Suppose a master class in podcasting that I think we went for Madison race Album to that. Yeah, was there a question in between that? Oh, no, you I mean you did explain that you were in the in the bar yeah that's where I came from yeah it is crazy anyway you guys should start hoeing yourself up we good that's it anymore all set also cool see you Thursday sounds good shit I didn't say my what was it built different but not in a good way.
Starting point is 02:12:47 And I was gonna- You could have easily said that during your pedophile thing. I know, I could have, yeah, I know. And that was what was- Especially now that I was making sense. You could have just been like, hey, little boys are built different, not in a good way. I was like, yeah, you're right.
Starting point is 02:12:55 Dude, Jackie, you were built different, not in a good way. So mean, guys. And right. I was gonna try and say during the transgender, transgender thing but then I was like wait. I'm going to go ahead and put this in the fridge for a few minutes. I'm going to be using a Thanks for watching!
