01:20Free of charge.BetMGM operates pursuant to an operating agreement with Eye Gaming Ontario.I don't know how.to run a strip club.So I immediately start repurposing my accounting firm employeesinto like strip club employees.I've been debanked twice. They've closed my CPA accounts
01:38and my personal bank accountswhen they found out I had strip clubs.I have an accounting firm.Basically I met a client Alex and he said,I have this deal and it's a cash flowing, all cash business. And I was like, well, what is it?He told me it was a club and I was like,
01:58Okay, well, let me think about it.I'll go look and see how much other clubs are going for. And, I mean, look at the-Do you charge for this?Oh, no, I mean, most of the time,it's if I'm going to end up investing in it, right?Okay. It's like, I'm going to evaluate something and then decide if I want to be in it.
02:17And then, like, if I want to be in it,they know that it's a good deal.Okay.So, yeah.So you went and you looked at the club?I didn't even look at the club.Like, I'd been there one time.like maybe six months prior.
02:30Like I took a gun in there.And the guy was like, oh, you're good.And I was like, I walked through a metal detector.Like, what do you mean?I'm good.And he's like, you're good.Don't worry about it.I'm like, no, but I have like, okay.
02:41Well, if I have a gun in here, God only knows what everyone else has.So they have a metal detector. You walk through with the gun.It goes off.It does not go off.It doesn't go off.So it's just for show.Oh, it's just a busted piece of shit metal detector that doesn't even work.
02:53And they're like, you went through the metal detector. It's like, I did go through a metal detector with a firearm. So like, cool story. So, okay, so you know where it was.You knew it was.I knew it was pretty shitty.Right.Like, I mean.
03:07Wasn't one of those upper class strip clubs. What's the name of the strip club?Ocean Cabaret.Ocean Cabaret. Is it Ocean Cabaret gentleman's club?Or is it say strip club?It says gentlemen's club, but that's a falsehood. There's no gentleman in there?
03:23There might be, but I certainly don't recognize them. So, okay, so you knew where it was.Did you do any due diligence at all?Or did you just say, I'm all in?I mean, he mentions it and you said, I'm all in?Well, when I found out that the license costs like a million dollars and that we were not paying a million dollars, I was like, well, fuck it.Like, how bad can it be?Why does a license for a strip club cost a million dollars?
03:48Because there are not very many of them and they don't issue new ones very readily.Unless you have very deep pockets, millions of dollars, you will not get a new, strip club license issued. So what's there? In Harris County and Galveston,Houston, in the surrounding area, specifically. So right now there's how many?Oh, fuck, I don't know.
04:08In terms of full nude, B-Y-O-B,I think there are 12 or 13 licenses in the state. So these guys can,13 in the state. So these guys can come in with their own beer. You can bring whatever you want.I don't care.Coolers full of jello shots.
04:23Like we've had people do that. There's fucking jello everywhere.it was a fucking mess and everybody was wasted.Rainbow colored vomit everywhere.Just.All right.I hear you.So,
04:34okay,so you think, okay, you're going to buy the club.So Alex is like, here's what they're giving up.Here's the price.Do you want to say,
04:43can you say the price?175,000.That's it.All cash? Are they financing any of it?Oh,no.So once,
04:53okay,so you're going to give 175and I take over the club.I got the license, everything. Is the license,in whose name? Is in the name of the club or is the name of the old owner? So they owned it through a C-Corp, but it was 100% owned by one guy.
05:05But you can take over the C-Corp.Yeah, I bought the C-Corp.Because when I was 20 years ago when I was in Ebor City in Tampa, which is just south. It's basically just outside of Tampa. There was a strip club called like Black Cats or something, right?in Anywhere City, which is kind of at the time, it was really a shithole.Borderline shithole now. But, and it was, it was basically a black-owned strip club with all black girls that were.
05:38And I remember we were trying, we were thinking about buying the strip club. And we went in there, it was rough. It wasn't, it was probably, it was, I think it was like a thousand, twelve hundred square feet.Like it was very small and I mean it was small it was tiny and they had almost no parking andPeople were parking on the street but I anyway the whole thing is we went back and forth the owner who was old manHe was like 80-something years old and they're all old there's like no yeah there's never a young owner it's like a Sith situation like likeLike you have to be like a certain age and like a creepy old man to own one of these was yeah he was something was up and listen the chick that were dancing therewas rough yeah it was
06:22It was like...There's a different flavor for everybody, though.Well, so we were like, bro, we're going to clean it up.We can do this. And we were also, there was like a vacant lots that were near there. We're like, bro, we're going to buy the vacant lots.Turn those into, we'll turn those into parking. We can, you know, like we had this whole thing.
06:38Right.We could do this.We had the big plans. And then we found out that, one, they're not issuing any more licenses. He had a license. And we kept asking and asking to see the license, to see the license, to see the license. And he wanted, I forget what it was.I'm going to say like $100,000.
06:54Like, okay, cool. And then we figured we'll dump another $100,000,000 into the building.Like, just clean it up.You couldn't really build any more square footage. They weren't going to let you do that.Right.Because, you know, the city wants these things gone.Oh, absolutely.
07:05Same situation. And what happened is finally towards the very end, we started really looking into it.We found out that the old man, the license was in the old man's name. And he was running it as a DBA.Can't transfer it if it's a social.Yeah.So it's going to die out with him.Oh, listen, I was thinking all kinds of stuff.
07:24I was like, Ro, I'm going to make, I'll make a fake person. You know, the whole thing. But in the end, it just wasn't going to be worth it.Yeah.I mean, we got lucky in that it was already in a corporation. So we just purchased the stock and then just rolled straight through.Like, it made it infinitely easier. So you decide out you're going to go into business.
07:44And what was what was your deal?I mean, if Alex is bringing you the deal, what's your percentage?Oh, well, I was going to.So I was going to be the money.I was just going to bring the money and he was going to run it.Right.Like that was the whole deal.I don't even remember what the percentage breakdown was at this point.
08:00But like that was the deal.He was going to run it and I wasn't going to have to do anything.I was just going to do some accounting.I was just going to collect some money. It was going to be a great investment. And then like, I don't know, day or two before we closed,Dmitri decides that he's the old owner.Okay.
08:17Yeah.Dmitri decides that he wants more money. So we've already given him a down paymentLike we've already done thisGive thisWhat was the down payment?Like $14,571 or something like that.So you give him whatever 15 grand
08:33You go into closing.Yeah and so we're like, all right, we're going to closeAnd then the day before he's like, you know what?I want 20,000 more dollarsLike 20K more and I meanHe didn't get the 15, the 14 something right? You put it in that you put it in NASCARAbsolutely not I gave him a check
08:50What are you talking about?Like, I told you I was impulsive. We do some, we do things. That was, that's no offense. That's just stupid.Like to me, it's like, yeah, absolutely put it in the escrow account.I let my money walk. But they wanted no escrow.
09:00They wouldn't, they refused. You got to know right then.Okay, well, fuck off then.Well, but it's a strip club for, you know, 175 grand.Even if they want 20 grand more, I don't really, like, it's still so far beneathmarket that, like, that discount, like, I'm willing to roll those dice.So a couple days beforehand, he says, hey, I want another 20 grand.Yeah, and I was like, you know, whatever, it's only 20 grand, but Alex did not, he really didn't like it.
09:27And so he went up there and they were, they were already trying to break the contract in that Alex being pissed, like they shut that shit down. They like got pissed told Alex is no longer allowed on the property, like the whole nine.So I just show up to closing.I don't understand what that means. You humor me with specifics. What do you mean? They shut that down. What does that mean?
09:52He is no longer. They, he went up there. They kicked him off the property. He said, don't come back. We're not going to sell it to you if you're involved. They shut down his involvement. So they get an extra 20 grand.Alex is out.
10:05Now you're 100% owner.Okay.And you still go ahead and close it.Oh, yeah.Because like, why wouldn't I do something like that?Like, why would I not just?Okay.So roughly, I'm just shy of $200,000.
10:18You'd end up with a million dollar license and a strip club. And a strip club.Okay.So you got the strip club.Mm-hmm.And you go in there. You said, we're going to.And it's dilapidated and fucking disgusting.
10:32So I have some of my tax clients, like, come in and do a significant amount of work.I had electricians that wanted to red tag it or, like, ban us from the building.Like, when we went in there, like, the water wasn't potable. The roof was leaking. It's potable. It's not drinkable.Like it'll make you sick.Oh, okay.
10:50But, you know, so don't drink the water.Well, that wouldn't have been a problem.Basically, Dimitri was selling this ice that would make you sick.Like, he didn't give a fuck. And I was like, well, I'm not willing to do that. And so you got to put a, buy a filtration system.Filtration's not enough.Even with filtration, it's fucking, the water is so fucked that you, like, you cannot ingest it.
11:09So nobody can drink water anymore?I mean, if the bugle, only bottles. And then I buy ice from like a buckies before, like, you know, every day.I sent my little minion to go.Okay.Go get some ice.So, yeah, so we go in there, start working on it.And it's just a fucking, it's just a shithole.
11:30It's hot as fucking there.Like, oh, God, it was so gross. It had like a smell to it.There's the girl's dressing room was upstairs.Like, it was super, super fucking stupid.Like, they would, like, throw their bags down the stairs.Like, it was just. How much do you dump into the place?
11:48I think the final number is probably like around a quarter million, I would guess. So you renovate the hell out of it?Yeah, I mean, I just, what are these? How many girls were? How many square feet is it?Oh, that's a good question.I don't know.Maybe like six or eight thousand.
12:03It's pretty big.Big, yeah, that's big. It's pretty big. It's Texas.I mean, even how many girls?I don't know.At that point, I think we started with probably like six to eight maybe.Like, because we inherited a lot of them.
12:17Like the ones who were there when we made the purchase, like they stayed because, you know, where are they going to go?Right.Pretty much.Like a lot of, I mean, we don't really get new strippers.Like there's, you don't come there to start your stripping career. This is where you go to end your stripping career. Is that it?I mean, this is where you go if you're like maybe not welcome at some other clubs or like, you know.
12:43You got caught doing something.Yeah, you have some, I mean, you have some issues.Like maybe you're like.you're like not great in the locker room and cause problems in there.Or maybe, you know, maybe customers might accuse you of stealing sometimes or things like that, you know.
12:58It's just just,just a bad luck.Yeah,I mean,really just,I mean,so they,okay,
13:05so you, what do you go and you have a little talk with everybody? You get everybody together and say, hey, ladies, you're going to have a little talk.I mean,so we left the manager in place for like two weeks.
13:15And then,uh,So like the first day we went in there, Chrissy, so my accounting firm is still running at this point. But I figured out like I don't know how to run a strip club and I don't have the people to do so.So I immediately start repurposing my accounting firm employees into like strip club employees like immediately.Like took my one of my bookkeepers and made him the DJ, took my executive assistant and made her the GM.like I mean that's it doesn't seem like a natural lateral move or or what it's not lateralit's a what do you call it when it's a lateral is it lateral move it's a lateral move it doesn't
13:59seem like a natural I mean these were definitely I mean none of us are strip club here I'veprobably been in five strip clubs in my life before before we bought this like Ithis is not something that I understood or knew or like really even had anybody around me who knew or understood. So it's like, oh, we're just going to do this and see what happens. So like we let Dimitri kind of like help us in the beginning. And he had some wild rules, man.Like strippers aren't allowed to touch any customers like can't sit in their laps.Don't touch their hand.
14:34Like you have to buy a VIP before you can have literally any physical content.Like no physical contact. If to buy a VIP, what does that mean?We have to pay extra money to get access to private dances, basically.Okay.All right. So how does the strip club make money?Entry fees, cooler fees, the girls pay tip out.
14:56Cooler fees? What's a cooler fee?Oh, well, if you, you know, you bring your own alcohol.Like, we charge you for bringing in, like, you know, a cooler full of shit.Okay.So, like, there's some extra money made there, ATM fees. How much is it to get in?the door uh 20 bucks how many people come in the door every on average oh on average like weekly
15:16like well yeah i mean i don't know probably like hundred and 25 150 i don't know honestly let's seethat's a good question do the girls pay you oh absolutely okay yeah what do the girls pay anight to dance there it depends it depends on what time they show up right so the earlier theyshow up the cheaper it is okayUm, because they basically want to come in as soon as it's the, they want to come in later when there's more people there. When the guys are drunker and, you know, there's more, like you said, more people.Okay.And they talk.
15:50I mean, they'll absolutely be like there are a shitload of people here and they'll show up.Like, you know, they're strippers. So what's the average.Yeah.What is it?50, 100?200.Uh, you know, like the early time is like 30, but I try and cap it around 60 or 70.
16:05I don't, I don't really.I prefer to make my money off the customer. We're just like, right. You know, I'm not charging the girls for water like the other clubs.Like other clubs will charge them five bucks for a bottle of water. It costs fucking eight cents.Like, I don't really see the point charging them. They get to drink the water right out of the tap.
16:22Oh, Lord no.Unless somebody's in there with a scat fetish or something, then I might.Insurance isn't a one-size-fits-all.And shopping for it shouldn't feel like squeezing into something that just doesn't fit. That's why drivers have enjoyed progressives, name-your-price tool for years. With the name your price tool, you tell them what you want to pay, and they show you options that fit your budget.Enough hunting for discounts, trying to calculate rates, and tinkering with coverages.Maybe you're picking out your very first policy.

17:48BetMGM operates pursuant to an operating agreement with Eye Gaming, Ontario.Let them hit the water out of the tab because they would, that would be a bad time for everybody. The cleaners would be pissed. So, okay, so you got, so initially it was sick. How many girls do you have now?Same thing? Was it still about six or eight?I think we peaked around like 18 or 20, and we're probably around like 12 to 15 right now.
18:14Okay.So it started getting better.Oh, I mean, I run a, I'm a fucking accountant.I run a strip club like I run an accounting firm.Like there's no fraternization amongst my employees and the girls.Like none of that.Like if you try and fuck one of the girls, like you're out.I'll fire you on the fucking spot.
18:35So what happened? And so you're there. You've cleaned the place up.You've done some renovations.I mean, I'm assuming you're accounting employees. Are they thrilled with being able to, now I get to work at a strip club?I mean, I felt, well, one of them was working both places still.Like, she was probably working 90 or 100 hours a week.
18:57It was fucking brutal. How old is she?43, I think. So she's working at an accounting firm during the day.and a strip club at night.Yeah.Is this a strip club kind of chick?Like is this,
19:12no.So she is,do you feel bad at all asking her to work at this fucking place?Like,is she like, what do you know?I can't do this.I have grandchildren.
19:21Oh,no,no.I mean,number one,like,she is a lesbian.So,
19:25like,this wasn't like the worst environment for her,you know, like, you're going to break my girlfriend up and I.Well, she was single at the time.Oh,
19:33so like,I don't,I'm not a home wrecker.Yeah.Like,I'm,you know,I'm all right.
19:36Like, do you remember, how old are you?41.You remember the TV show, Temptation Island?Mm-hmm.It was fucking horrible, bro.It was like, the Fox was just like this evil fucking pricks. They take two people that are engaged that are about to be married, and they put them on an island with other, so you got five women here, five women here, and then they have the events that they set up are like they bring in,strippers or they bring and they get the girls drunk and they they video it and then they show the
20:11guys the videos like here's your girlfriend and you know and by the end of the night she's doingbelly shots and making out with the fucking guy and this is the chick you've been dating for fiveyears and you're engaged to be married to you're supposed to get married in like two months andyour girl's making out with the guy or oh my god don't tell billy you guys and you know billy'swatching it going and all the other guys are like yeah bro sorry man likeThis is a horrible fucking show. So, yeah, that's kind of like I see you bringing in the girl.I mean, she wasn't terribly tempted, I don't think.
20:45But, I mean, she ran it for nine months and that was nine months. And that was, she hit the end of it.Like, nine months was the limit.Did she come in and say, I'm done?Or was there, or do you, there's an argument or?I mean, we disagreed about marketing. And I fucked up.So, like, I mean, pretty good.
21:02I'm pretty self-wear.I'm pretty good at owning my shit.like I fucked up like tried to try to have events like probably had fucking rappers come in thereI try to do fucking comedy shows in a strip club like it was does that I mean I didn't know whatthe fuck I was doing it was disastrous like didn't work no fuck no place had the worst fuckingreputation like which I later found out many people were like that place is still open I waslike yes I actually can't close for more than 30 days or they take the fucking license so like yesit's been open forever.
21:35Like literally like it was, they got a cease and desist for calling it porkies back in the fucking 80s.Like,I mean, this place has been around forever. It's a fucking landmark.Okay.So once you got there,
21:49like what, like after you're doing the renovation, like what kind of happened?I mean, well, the customers when we took over,it's super rough.Managers like actively prostituting the girls.
22:01Like,it's just a whole, fucking thing, end up having to fire that guy, get him out of there. And then, like, I'm constantly trying to find new managers so that my accounting people cancome back to the firm. And it just never fucking, I mean, it took me every bit of 18 months to find a managerwho is even...Why can't he run it?
22:21He says, it's not allowed on the property. What means not a lot of the property? That's, you own the property.Oh, I don't own the property yet.I have a purchase agreement.Like, that's being litigated actively.A person, I thought you bought it outright.Oh, I bought the license.
22:37So I'm the only one who can run a strip club in there, but I don't own the property yet.Because that's in litigation. So you renovated this other guy's property. You don't own the building.Oh, yeah. No, I was in.Like, I was all in.And there were things I had to do to make it habitable.
22:51Like, we took out over a mile of extension cords, like, from the ceiling.Like, that's how they're electrical system. That's how they wired everything.Like, it took.A lot of money and a lot of time. That electrical shit was fucking sketchy. So sketchy.Every breaker you flipped was like an imminent risk to burn that bitch down.
23:10So are you paying rent to somebody?Absolutely.Paying rent to Dimitri.Okay.Where's Dimitri? He lives next door.In a house? In an apartment over another building that I also lease.
23:24That also is not a strip of anymore. But like I was going to sell alcohol out of that. You know, because like selling alcohol next door to a business.B-Y-O-B strip clubs, a pretty good deal. Yeah, that would be a pretty good idea. Yeah. You bet you couldn't get the license to sell alcohol out of it? Well, they screwed the door shut and, like, barred my access for a year. Okay. Who did? Oh, I don't really know who did it. Either Dmitrior'syoungest son, Christos. I don't know which one. Right, but you have the lease on the building. This, this does not matter to these people. So, like, that happened, but, you know.
23:58So who, who, so you're saying these people, I mean, what does it matter? If I have a, if I, if I, if Ithe lease and you just call the police and you're justcrowd just crack open the fucking door what are they going to do call the police i didn'tso my key worked so i just assumed that there was something blocking the door or someshit i didn't you know wasn't wasn't like one of these things where i was like i'm at thepoint where i told them i'm going to drill the lock they scampered off and turned up withoh turns out that it's screwed shut let me let me help you with that so okay so you knowokay so i mean but contracts and uh and laws like aren't
24:31really like their strong suit.Like they just kind of do things. So when they locked me out or screwed the door shut,I wasn't terribly shocked that they did it,but it didn't make me happy.Right.So, all right, so you own the strip club.Running it, doing all right.
24:52Like, finally I've gotten rid of like,we're not having security issues anymore. What were the security issues?Oh, just people testing limits. There's a new owner.like where's Dimitri like who's the new owner because like I didn't I didn't tell anybody I owned itlike I dressed like this right I'd wear jean shorts and a hoodie in there I'm not wearing a suit like I don'tdon't look like that's it at the front desk and do tax returns like and take people's money
25:16out front like I didn't no one knew okay like even the sheriff when they showed up they asked forthe manager and I sent him inside to go talk to my executive assistant and she comes out likegoes in and talks to him then she comes back and says they want to talk to you and they atthat point they're like oh shit you're the you're the one who owns this it's like oh yeah that's me hellookay so so you say security issues what does that mean you still didn't uh people trying to pick upthe girls to pimp them like getting wasted in fighting like being fucking feisty with the girlslike you know just things like that like pulling their dick out like just just being degeneratesI don't know.
25:59So, you know, you end up, like, dragging a fair number of people out.And most of them aren't, like, super happy to go.Okay.I mean, do you call the police or do you have a fountain? No.Oh, never call the police. Why not?The worst thing that can happen to the strip club is the cops showing up.
26:15Ain't anybody else coming in that bitch if you got fucking blue lights flashing out front. So if the cops show up, then people just want to leave.Oh, fuck, yeah.Both.They're getting the fuck out of there. And, like, so I'm the cops, like, we have armed security.and I got guns in there, so, like, I'm not terribly concerned about security issues.Like, we do hands-on body pad downs.
26:35Like, it's pretty safe.Does the metal detector work?Fucking metal detector.I got wands.Okay.And I'd rather put my hands on your body anyway.Okay.I don't know what that means.
26:46Like, you can't smuggle something in if I put my hand, like, a metal detector might notpick up a plastic or a carbon fiber knife, but if I put my hands on your body, I'm going to feel it.Okay.You're not going to bring a weapon in.Okay.So you kind of get rid of some of the riffraft. So how do things go?How do things proceed after that?
27:05I mean, I'm white, obviously. So, like, we started getting customers who had not been there in many yearsbecause it was known to be a safety risk.Like, you don't want to go there.Like, Uber drivers would tell you, don't go there. That place is not safe.Like, don't do it.So, like, now I've got Uber drivers who will bring people.
27:23Like, the girls are still crazy and still do all kinds of shit.but it's not as bad as it was like i mean the parking lot still gets crazy like justall kinds of shenanigans crazy like guys in the in the sitting in their car yeah i mean doingwhatever they do either you know making knuckle children or you know or like you know justyou know juicing themselves up so to speak before they go in there you know however they dothat chemically or otherwise okay um lots of dudes sit out thereand wait to see if their wife's going to call because you can tell she tracks their phone. So they'll put, they'll like pull into the parking lot and you'll see them like staring at their phone waiting to see if their wife calls.
28:06That's a, that's a pretty common one.So what happens with the, so what happened once you got there? You said that some people try to shake you down.Oh, yeah, man.I mean, people would show up and ask for Dimitri and they'd ask, I mean, I didn't really know.Because like, again, I don't fucking know anything about strip clubs, but people would come up and be like, I have a deal with Dimitri. It's like, what kind of deal do you have?you like promote for him?
28:28He's like, no.Like, we make sure that nothing bad happens in here. And I was like, oh, I don't know what that means.I got this large black man with a gun.And I also have this shotgun right here.So like, well, you mean nothing bad happens?Like, oh, there's no, there's no money here for you.Like, I have no money for you.
28:47So how'd you go?What did they do?Well, they just came back for, I don't know, a couple of months and finally realizeDimitri was actually gone.Right.And, you know, we haven't had any issues. It's not like they burned the place down.Well, not this time.
29:02Okay.I mean, there have been attempts to burn it down previously, so, you know.Like, what?Like, Dimitri's oldest son?Like, attempted to burn it down. Why?I'm sure there were family issues involved, but, you know. So, Demetri's, I mean, hit the kids are a problem?
29:21Oh, fuck, yeah. They're a huge problem.Dmitri hated them.Like, they were banned from the property when we took.took over, like, very specifically, if this person shows up, call the police.Like, okay, never seen them until, until the Dimitri's wife died. And then that was, that was a bunch of shit. When Dimitri's wife died, these kids show up and just start causing a fucking ruckus.
29:43How long had you been running this place since, at that point?I had been there for, I guess, 13 months, 14 months.Yeah, like just over a year. And then his wife dies.Yeah, she dies unexpectedly. Is she in the United States dead?Yeah, she's like next door in the apartment dead.So there's an actual will?
30:02In Greece, but like...Okay, that means shit.Exactly, it's nothing. There's basically no will. And the kid who's supposed to get it all anyway is not coming backbecause he's a fucking fugitive. Why is he a fugitive? He ran from the cops.
30:17All he had to do was go to his court date.He would have gotten probation. It wouldn't have been a thing.Well, for what? For what? What do you do?He was just speeding. He was just on a motorcycle.
30:25He's literally just.dumb like there's no I don't really understood why he ran from him but he did so blew out his fronttire and then they picked him up like whatever he was supposed to go to court he did not go to courtso he's staying in Greece okay so this chick dies and you're saying that the kids show up for whatare they oh do they're coming to your place well so they went to the apartment right so they went in to go getas soon as she diedshe was the one who was keeping them awaylike she was the one who kept those kids away
31:02and as soon as she died they showed upand took passports, driver's licensescash like they just causeda ruckus their passportstheir driver's licensesDemetri and his wife'sdriver's license and passportsso they couldn't send the body back to Greece
31:17so what'swhat's Dimitri doingbeing an old ass manwho can't read and signing paperbecause he doesn't know what they say. They get him to sign a power of attorney. He signs it and they clean out the bank account, like shift it to a new one that they control.
31:35So you're saying they take all the money, which includes the rent that you're paying.Oh, yeah. What do they do?They say, hey, do they come to you and say start directing your rent? How much is your rent?$5,000 a month.Yeah.
31:47From now and you direct your rent to us from now on.Yeah.We have the power of attorney?Well, I say no.Is that what they, I'm saying, is that what happened?Yeah. They tried that, but they didn't have a power of attorney at that time.So they just told me to send rent somewhere.
32:01And so I did not, you know, because I'm giving it, still giving it to Dimitri.Well, at that point, they closed the bank account that I'd been paying. So I just started giving him cash because, like, that's a mistake.I mean, it is what it is.Like, I have record of the withdrawals.Like, it's fine.Does he sign something saying he received the $5,000?I have witnesses, so it's fine.
32:21Okay.Like, it's good enough. All right.Yeah.you know fast and loose like demetri also owed me a whole bunch of money for a myriad of things likei have receipts and all that shit like it'll be fine okay doesn't sound like it'll be fine but uheverything will always be fine all right i disagree i disagree uh you know so all right sowhat so what else is going on these guys come they they i mean you said you're in the middle

Yeah, man, because the kids don't want to sell me the land. Their dad agreed to sell it to me and they don't want to sell it. Do you have a contract that says that? I do have a contract. I mean, that's why we're in litigation is so I can affect the purchase of the land. No, I have a contract. So like I'm waiting on Dimitri to execute and, you know, since they hit him in Greece for me for like eight months, like he obviously couldn't execute. I mean, he's illiterate. Like he can't. They hit him. So they flew him to Greece? For the funeral.
35:22And then he just didn't come back.He was supposed to come back in like 30 days. And then 30 days turned into fucking seven months.Where do you pay the rent then if he's gone?Well, I don't because I have the rent in escrow. No, because I have a purchase agreement. And I had, I had credits basically that would cover from when they screwed the door shut.I had credits on my rent in the agreement that he signed.
35:45I mean, it's just fucking, I just need them to affect the contract. They just need to fucking, you know, I guess go with things.with the purchase agreement. So if you buy the property from him, that includes, I'm assuming,I mean, that includes the building, the whole thing.Okay.It's 17 acres.
36:01Like, it's a sizable piece of property. It's fucked up and it hasn't been maintained. So, like, there's investment dollarsthat'll have to go into it to make itnot a piece of shit. How many kids are we talking about? How do they have rights to...They don't.
36:16They don't have rights. They don't have fucking rights for anything, bro.Like, they're just fucking out here fucking cowboying.Like, again, like I said, the rule of law contracts, that shit does not matter to these people.Like, it's, they've been raised in an environment that values criminality. And I mean, I call it cowboy and, you know, just not not doing what you should or what is expected or socially acceptable.Like, they're just out there doing stuff. So, changing my locks, like shit like that.
36:47So what's going on?So is, but the club's running well. The girl, do you still have the same girls that were originally there?Okay.Oh, yeah. Are they a problem? Some of them.I mean, one of them almost burned it down.
36:59Like, she had this vision of like a tiny blue ring of fire around the pole. And she sprayed a rubbing alcohol around her in a circle. And then she lit, mind you, there's like 100 people in the club when she does this.Like sprays like her little circle and lights it on fire. But the flames, like, they turn from like not tiny like, off the ground, but like waist or like, you know, chest high. And so she's climbing up the pole to get away from the flames. And like there are people who are all watching the stage and not seeing what's happening.
37:33And like the DJ, my fucking bookkeeper turned DJ, who's also a gay man.But that's aside from the point.Like runs out there and like fans the fucking flames off and puts them out.And he just says, what are you doing? And she's like, I thought it would look cool.He doesn't fire her.He just, she just goes back to.dancing like nothing fucking happened like just right back to it i mean these girls are like
37:56fighting in the fucking dressing room like i have learned you don't the only way to win a stripperfight is whoever grabs uh gets real hair first if you get real hair first you fucking win every timeokay it's like a tenant i mean what's what's what's like what's mentally is wrong with thesechicks i mean these like professional like is this something they do on the side or that thisall these girls do uh it's a mix likeYou know, some of them have jobs. Some of them don't.What kind of money do they make?
38:27I mean, it varies.Like, there are some that make a very good living.Like, they probably have a highly hourly hourly rate than I do as an accountant. What's a good living?Like, they're making $1,000 a night. They're making $2,000 a night.I would guess my better ones are probably pulling on a good night, probably like 4K,5K.
38:48Really?Oh, yeah. No, they do pretty well. Not doing it.are they doing for that?Like, you know what you're talking?I don't know what you're doing.Like, we make sure that it's not obvious.
39:00But you have eyes on these chicks at all time, right? You have somebody that is kind of watching to make sure they're not, you know.We monitor things.Like rubbing one out in the corner somewhere.I'm not like sitting in their lap with them kind of deal. But, you know, like, and you have to give them some level of privacy.I mean, you don't want to like just stop.stare at them like we have a VIP room though oh yeah yeah so they go in the VIP room and then
39:27there's you know security'll take a peek every now and then to make sure nothing untoward ishappening but you know I'm sure they do things I don't I don't know but I mean all right so I meanI'm not touching any wieners yeah no I I it's it's why so like the striper everything wiped downat the end of the night I mean oh yeah we like Lysol wipes Lysol wipes as far as the I can see but likeyou know most of the other strip club owners like tend to own strip clubs because they want stufflike they want to like have access to the girls or whatever and like i'm very much like do notfucking touch me like don't shake my hand i know where those have been fist bumps are okay early inthe night but we're bumping elbows at the end of the night because i don't know what's like
40:12you know the cup has runneth over situation so um so what okay um umI have a question. Are you married?Yeah. So what does your wife? What does your wife think about it?She must be excited, huh?She knows how I feel about strippers.
40:34Like, I don't, why would I pay a fencing contractor to build half a fence?Like, I'm literally paying you to not finish the job.Like, I just, like, in my head, it just doesn't make sense.Like, I don't, I don't really see the point. And it's like, if I, if I ask a girl how many weeners she's touched and the answer ismore than one, like that's, you know, that's really not something I'm interested in.And like, these girls are absolutely going to tell you they went to a cookout and werehandling glizzies like it was their fucking job, you know?
41:03Like, they were the ones passing them out to the kids. What's a glissie?A glissies like a hot dog.Oh, yeah.Yeah.Like an Oscar Meyer.I mean, they're, you know, an Oscar Meyer wiener. They're, they're handling them.
41:19Um, all right. So what are what?So the girls are walking out.Like if they're making a couple,a grand or two on average, let's say the average girl's making $1,000.Oh, I don't know about that. But like, I mean,
41:31the average is making less.$500.This is one of these like mean, median mode situations.Like, I have some that'll skew the fuck out of that average.Like, they're going to, like, they make way more than the rest.Like, I mean, they're, you know, I don't know. They make way more than the rest.Okay.
41:47So you've got some that are industrious and,and some that are making a few.hundred bucks a night.Yeah, that's accurate. What are they doing with this money?Like, are they just blowing it?Oh,
41:57I would assume so.There are a couple that are very,very avid savers,actually.They're pretty...Because you're doing their taxes,you told me.You said,
42:06most of these chicks,I'm doing their taxes at this point.Well, I mean,why would I not, right?You know,I mean,they're there,like,
42:13I know how to do it.I have the software.Like, why would I not?Right. And, you know,it's a benefit.Like,I'll do your taxes.
42:19And it's,it's going to be betterthan go into H&R block or wherever.I mean, is this money, is this, is this subject, this tip money,is they putting this in the bank?I mean, is this, are they going to get a, get a benefit out of the big, the big, the big,the big, uh, the big beautiful bill.I mean, that Trump's passing.
42:36I mean, I'm sure.I'm sure they would argue this, these are all tips.Like, I'm sure that will be the, the new tax argument is these are tips.Right.Right.Not subject to tax.Like, I'd be, I'd be stunned if they don't make that argument, but.Is it all cash or guys like cash apping them?
42:52Oh,Oh, absolutely. So other clubs don't allow the cash apping.Really? They hate it, but I let it, I let it go.Because I, however they want to move money, that's fine with me.Zell, cash app, whatever the fuck.Because who has cash?
43:06Oh, I mean, there's ATMs.Do you have an ATM in the club?Oh, of course. What did you get on that?$1.50, $5.50?$4.50?Oh.I mean, it used to be $10.
43:19It used to be $10.You brought it down to $4.50.You're doing it my favor.I took it down to $8.Eight?I mean, yeah. That's like a casino fee.Oh, yeah.
43:27It's like a casino fee.And we only take cash.I don't take cards in there. You can't, your credit card's no good in this place.Really? Why?Because people cancel them?People say, oh, it wasn't me?
43:37I mean, maybe there's some chargebacks, but quite frankly, like, what bank account am I goingto send it to?Like, banking a strip club? Not fucking easy.Like, I've been debanked twice.Twice.they've closed my CPA accounts and my my personal bank accounts when they found out I had strip clubslike fucking close my fucking bank accounts that's ridiculous i mean i get it like why i don't understand
44:01what you mean because you show up with a fucking watt of 20s and it looks like you're like a fuckingdrug dealer it's like here's all these 20s i'd like to put them in the bank and also can i also get like10 000 ones while i'm at it they're like fuck you get out of here what are you doing how do you get thatmoney into the bank, though. At some point, you've got to get it in the bank.Do you?I mean, I would think at some point, at some point, you're going to, I mean, youwould think that the Fed would have some place where they're like, hey, you can come in here,
44:32we'll count your money, because that way we can tax it.At least we can see where your money's, you know what I'm saying? You don't want me to have all money.I don't make any money.Oh, I, yeah.If I was making $2,000 a day, you know, whatever, $5,000 or $10,000.a month, then I didn't make any fucking money. This guy gave me cash.
44:51Everybody's giving me cash. You guys, I can't put it in the bank. Then Matt, what did you make this month or this week?I made 600 bucks.Yeah.The minimis amounts of money.Yeah.Yeah.
45:02That's where we are.Yeah.That's fucking, yeah, that's, what, how stupid is that? It's ridiculous for the federal government. You would think that they'd have some kind of a vehicle to say, look, we understandthat banking is an issue.Bring the cash to this bank.We have an agreement where we count it and allow you to.
45:16open a banking out because we because it's stupid for us still allow a system that doesn't allow you tobe able to put your money in the bank yeah it's the same argument well i mean at least cannabis isillegal federally so they have some argument but yeah with me it's just the hate strip clubs likeif i had enough money in a bank i'm sure they wouldn't mind fucking with my strip club i mean if you don'tlike strip clubs and don't allow them to be licensed you know don't don't don't allow a system wherethey're allowed to exist you said some of thethe girls will walk in, like they'll walk out that night with $1,000 in cash. The next day they walk in and they don't have $30.
45:52Oh, 100%.Like, it's amazing.Like, their money management for some of them is just non-existent.Like, they just, I don't even know where the money goes, to be honest with you. They're literally gone for like 18 hours.I saw these two influencers on TikTok where they're having a conversation, like the girls, one girl's kind of interviewing the other one.And she's like, what are you paying taxes?
46:12And she's like, what do you mean? She was, what are you paying taxes? And she goes, when you file taxes and she goes, oh, I don't know. They take the taxes out.She was like, who takes the taxes out? She's like, well, you know, they deposit money in my bank account. They already take them. And she's like, and the girl goes, okay, no, no, you still have to file taxes.
46:31She says, what do you mean? She's like, you have to, the money you're making from TikTok.She's like, they don't take out the tax. It's at 10, 9.9.She's like, you have to pay the government. And she's like, when does that do?She's like, it was just due.And she's telling her, like, two months ago.
46:47And she's like, well, oh, I don't, who does that?She's like, you do that.She's like, no, no, I think TikTok takes that money out.She's like, no, you're not a W-Dude employee.Like, you know, and she's like, well, I'm only, she's like, I'm 19 years old.Like, I'm just a kid.It doesn't fucking matter how old anymore.It's a fucking bad friend.
47:07Bad times are coming.Yeah.No, but they. And then, and then she's such a good friend to this other girl. She posted the video.I was like, oh my God.I mean, mine are mostly, like, very eager to file.Like, they, most of them are getting tax credits.
47:23Oh, okay.So they are extremely eager to file their tax returns.Like, they're on it.I want my $9,000 refund or whatever the fuck they're getting, like, fucking, you know, some of them have litters of kids, man.Like, just, it's wild.Horrible.No, I guess.
47:40Like, I mean, even the parking lot at this place is, it's pretty wild, though.say that like people pull in there during the day and just because it's isolated and they just doweird shit in the parking lot like it's weird shit you keep saying you with these vague i know it'shumor me with specific it's so weird to me man people pull in there like meet me at the strip club and thenone of the hooker one of the um strippers comes and bangs the guy in the park yeah no so like there's alake out back a private lake and the the drop is pretty steep right so this this this fineyoung lady. Her name is Ashley.I know this. Yeah, well, that's half
48:18the fucking girls there. She was named Ashley.Well, I mean, she wasn't one of my dancers. She was justa random man who had parked in myparking lot probably to hit the pookie or something, you know? Andwho's the pooky? What is that? It's the, it's theOh, okay. Okay. So, like,
48:32she did that. The fact that you knowthese things is, did you know any of this beforeyou own the strip club? Yeah, Denison'sa shitty place. Okay. Like, you know, but so like Ashley. Are you considered running for mayor?I don't think anybody likes me enough to make me the mayor.Maybe clean this place.
48:47I'm going to clean this town up.I'm going to run this town the way I run my strip club.City manager, baby. No, thank you.No thank you to small government. So Ashley's out back.Well, she's like, so she's out front, like in her car.And she ends up locking her keys in her car.
49:02So she busts out her window because, like, what else are you going to do?So she busts out her window to get back in.And, like, I guess cuts her hand in the process. And so she's.walking around and she notices my fine lake andI mean there's a very steep drop. It's probably like, I don't know, 10, 10 feet, 12 feet. And it's just straight down.
49:24And Ashley just walks right over the fucking edge, just falls right in that bitch.Like, and this is, this is water that, like,is pretty gross.Like, I mean, prolonged contact. You're growing a tail.Like, like, I don't,there's, there are probably no gators in there.
49:40But snakes, I would bet on.But, like, this, water is like 80% Dow chemical.Like you're growing a tail. So she like realizes she can't climb out there. So she has to swim across it.Insurance isn't a one size fits all.And shopping for it shouldn't feel like squeezing into something that just doesn't fit. That's why drivers have enjoyed progressives name your price tool for years.

And so she swims across and she gets out and she's soaking, like just soaked through and through.
51:35Takes off all of her clothes, including her shoes. And there's, they're like a fucking millionmosquitoes, man. The mosquitoes there are worse there than they are.here, which seems to be a thing.Like, so, I mean, they're fucking bad.So she's, like, getting chewed up by mosquitoes while she walks, like, essentially naked, like, through a giant patch of poison ivy, just, I mean, just a badtime.Oh, it's, it's more than that.
51:59It's probably, I don't know, she probably walked like 250 yards total, like, to get backout to the parking lot.So, like, we're watching her on the camera. She gets out back to the front. And I'm like, hey, Tray, security guard, go, like, go wrangle.her. So he goes outside and she's like got mosquito bites already forming on her. She's gotwelts and like just it's a bad time. She sees Trey and takes off running across the parkinglot running away from him and then realizes eventually that she's in more poison ivy and that
52:29there's no more asphalt and she's like running into like a bamboo like a collection of bamboo shoots.Sad walks back over and proceeds to like agree to be put in an ambulance. But that's like an average day.Things like that happen all the time.Okay.There's like a bunker out back, like, you know, with power run to it.Like a bunker.Like a, like a new, like a fallout shelter bunker? It's like a like it looks like something that you would, like a duck blind, but it's concrete.
53:01And it's got power run to it.Like it looks like you'd shoot guns out of it.It's super weird.Like the whole property is weird. The whole, the place just has like weird vibes like everywhere.Okay.Crosses.it on trees, you know, shit like that.
53:17Okay.Do you regret buying it?Are you still happy, you still happy to own it?I mean, I've made money. So like, you know, making money on it, it's been fine.Like, I mean, I definitely have learned a whole bunch of shit.Like, like, I now know that telling people that you own a strip club is something that youcannot verify.
53:38Like, when I tell people I'm a CPA, like, you can go figure out I'm a CPA pretty fast.but like telling someone you own a strip club most people just assume you're full of shit right that'sit's one of those things that like guys claim at bars to like look popular or whatever you know it's likei own a strip club oh sure you do fucking guy you don't and i don't look like it i don't how old isdmitri 79 80 is in good shape no well i haven't seen dmitri in nine months so why because he's inGreece? Well, he's back now, but they hide him from me. Like, they don't, they don't wantDemetri exposed to me. So when is the next court appearance? I have no idea. Everything's abatedright now. Like, what do you mean? On hold? Why? The kids are trying to get guardianship,
54:27and I'm not certain they're going to end up with it. Because Dimitri's old attorney is, you know, basically told the state's representative, blah, that, uh,Like these kids are not the people you want like they're actively trying to sue him right now for half of his shit and they want to be his guardian like bright's wildSo they're they're trying to sue him and they're also saying we need to be in control of his legal decisionsThat's a quick lawsuitII don'tSo and and does and Dimitri has a lawyer
55:04So you're waiting to see what the state says on theGuardian guardianshipand if they don't get the guardianship, then you're assuming the sale goes through.Correct.And if they do get the guardianship, then you can still force them to,the contract is still enforceable.
55:22I don't know how it is in Texas, but in Florida.I just have to go to court.I don't really need you to sign off.I have to go to court and force it.Yeah, you get a judge to sign off and say, okay, this is perfectly legal.I mean, it's either that or they pay me to not buy it.
55:34Like, I don't really care.Like, but either let me buy it or pay me to not buy it.one of the two is the club is it insured you have like um you have commercial insurance in casethey burn down the the building i mean it's a cinder block building if they burn that bitch downthat would be that'd be that'd be a lot of gallons 10 gallons of gasoline and it wouldtake a lot right they'd be 100% but like i'm pretty obvious i don't know i mean they've tried to burnit down before it's just it's a cinder block building like there's nothing there's nothing flammableWell, and to burn it down, it's kind of stupid, too, because the license is worth something to them.
56:12They'd be burning down, like, why would you cut your nose off despite your face?I'm going to say this. The license is the only reason the property has value because everybody wants it.Right.And, I mean, there's not a strip club for 15 miles, like, in any direction.Like, I mean.I mean, you would think that would make it kind of an essential. And all the squirors and figure it.
56:30What a historical.Yeah.It's an essential part of the community. It is a landmark. It's been there for like 40 years. You should try and go in front of the city council and get it, get it, um, get it earmarked as, as historic site. This is building is a historic site. They'd be like, what are you doing, bro?
56:50We want this place close so bad.Dimitri actually incorporated as a city.Like, he incorporated the strip club and like where he lived.Like he made that Dimitri Island, like a city.I think he got annexed by one of the surrounding ones, but he had his own like city charter for a while.like there was a there was a there was another strip club on the island but they were unlicensedand the the galveston police wouldn't involve themselves so like i mean i called them repeatedlyi was told we don't we don't know the laws so we can't enforce them and i was like that's never
57:24stopped y'all before like you know what are you talking about so like they kept letting this placerun i ended up calling the texas rangers and involving them like to go investigate the police todepartment. I got the state comptroller involved over like unpaid taxes. I basically just made itan untenable situation. I threatened to go open my own unlicensed fucking strip clubbing on the island.Yeah, if you're saying you can't enforce anything, then I get to do whatever I want, right? I can sort ofselling beer out of here. Or I can, I mean, they sell liquor. The girls can be prostituted. They were taken if they're willing, I'm assuming. I mean, I would say it's a very high percentage thatthey like money. Yeah. Like, if they get to make money, they're fine with it. Yeah. I mean,
58:04clearly they're not making a lot of good decisions at this point in their lives.I mean, either that or they're looking for extra cash.I mean, you can always tell if the economy's shitty.Like, oh, there are way more strippers here.People trying to be strippers.Like, it's...And what's it like around Christmas time?Oh, it always picks up.
58:20Always.It's the wildest shit. You can tell right after, like, Black Friday's coming, so they try and hit it before Thanksgiving.Like, but, oh, dude, the girls who try and strip.Like, we've had girls, like, seven or eight months pregnant try and strip. What's the hiring process for a stripper?Yeah, what's your, what's your show up at 8 o'clock when we open, and I don't care what you look like. Are you, no, come on, bro.
58:45I mean, I'm not the one enjoying the show.I don't give a shit. Are you, I mean, you can't, I mean, I, I'm sorry.I'd have to, I'd have to be, there'd have to be, there's got to be an interview process.Like, some shit comes in, she's 30 pounds overweight.Like, what are you doing? You're not, you can't.No, that, bro.
58:59I don't, like, I don't have, like, a.I mean, there used to be a chick named one leg, like, head.Oh.Are you serious? How bad is this? One leg peg?I mean, we don't have any one-legged dancers anymore.Any more?
59:10Any more?I mean, Dimitri had a different approach to these things.Yes, but you're not, Demetri's gone.I'm definitely not.You would have said, you would have said, hey, we have to have a certain standard.I feel like it's better.I feel like you have to go.I feel like it's better now than it was when we took over.
59:28You don't have any standards?I mean, I'm sure.I'm sure that.sure that the manager would would tell you that there are standards but like the manager is this themanager that came from the the the CPA operation or is there's a new there's a new I got a I got a newone he has lots of he has five years of strip club experience his family owns you imagine that resume I meanfive years I mean he's only 23 like he's a young pup like I've been doing this as I was 18 years oldsmoking cigarettes like his family owns strip clubs like he's he's been in it like it's like it's
01:00:03like his thing.Like he's...So it's really he's the one who's making this decision.Oh, fuck yeah.Yeah, I don't...I mean, the security guard in him can...They'll make their decision.I don't...
01:00:14I don't really care.Like, my standard remains.Like, if you show up, like, before we open,I don't give a shit.Like, go on and do your thing. What's the story with Gator you guys are talking about earlier?I don't...Oh, yeah, yeah.
01:00:29So you go in and so when you show up,you show up in what a shirt and tie?business outfit you've got when you show up to run the when i show up i dress like this but you knowi don't have my chain or the rings or my gold teeth but like there is like a whole process of likechanging that mindset from like accountant to strip club chris put the put the gold teeth in script stripclub chris is based on is based on gator basically will feral's gator i mean i i'm not i'm gonna saythat it does make sense because like what he's doingand trying to do is like I need to have a different attitude about everything that I'm doing
01:01:07for the next six or eight hours. So what is, what is, what's Gator look like? He's got a giant 650 gram chain.Where's the chain? It's in my backpack over there.Come on, you wore the fucking chain when you walked in the door. You had the chain on it.You took it off?
01:01:24It's in the front, Alex.Yeah.And, I mean, the picture that you showed me, yeah, there you go.I used to have super long hair and like I normally do stupid things so you wear this chain yeah I got a chain I have a you know fancy ring but like I don't want to put that on camera I have some I have some gold teeth that I don't like wearing through airport security because I always fuck with me so like so you put in the gold teeth you got the chain on and you and you go front fangs like and people walk in and they they pay they pay me they pay me money they some people talk shit oh you work you fucking front deathof a strip club. Oh, yeah, that's, that's me. Like, obviously made great life decisions. And they're like,I see where all your money goes. Like, yeah, like, that's a, nobody ever walks in and goes.I mean, you're Chris from the fucking CPA firm. Didn't you do my taxes last year? Most of my, when myclients show up, they're like, oh, we're here to party. And you're discreet with my taxes. So I know
01:02:24you're not going to say shit about what I do in here. And it's like, well, prepare to be open afterwe're supposed to close. You don't have one of your, one of the girls do your, do, um, what do they call it?Where they, they, they do cornrows in your hair.Oh, yeah.I've had it done. You've had cornrows?Oh, several times.
01:02:40Listen, bro, how are you still married? My fucking wife would, and my wife would never let any of this go on, ever.Even if I was like, listen, I'm fucking, you know what I'm making $4,000 a night in thisfucking blow. We're banking. We're doing great. She'd be like, I don't give the fuck.I mean, I just, it's just,
01:02:59strippers aren't my thing, man.Like, it's just, I don't know.I believe you.I mean, but in general, I mean, and your, does your wife ever come in?Oh, no, she's never been there. Are you?Never.Like, is she Mormon?
01:03:14I mean, she's like, you got her locked in the back room? No, she's the same, man.She just, like, we've been together a long time and shenanigans. And she's just 100% trust you.Yeah, shenanigans have been like a thing for like, my whole life. This is a woman.Yeah.Yeah.
01:03:30You could be honest.I mean, yeah, it's a woman.We have two kids.Two kids, woman.So she's at home.Does she have a job?Oh, yeah, absolutely.Nice house and sober.
01:03:39Yeah, what about your neighbors?Do they know about your alter ego, your alter life? They do.Like, I mean, like, we were talking about, like, my hair used to be down to my shoulders, and I would have, like, chops and, like, a mustache.Like, I look pretty ridiculous. You do understand that there has never, I don't even believe this, bro. There has never been.
01:03:57There has never been a conversation. It's never been, this exchange has never happened ever in a married man's life.Baby, I got to go to the strip club tonight.I'll be back at two in the morning and walk out the door. That conversation and her say, okay, sweetie.I mean, that's never fucking happened.I'm going to be clear.Like, if I say I'm coming back at two in the morning, that's like an early thing.
01:04:22Normally I show up like whenever Chick-fil-A opens or whenever like whatever. You want me to pick Chick-fil-A up?I do. I do. I pick it up when I come back in. I buy breakfast for the kids on my way back from the strip club. Like every Saturday and Sunday.Yeah, it's home from the strip club. Do your kids, how old are your kids?9 and 3. My son thinks it's great. He's helped me load the ATM before.I mean, you can do it.Hi, Star. I mean, he's never. Hi, Dallas. Hi, Star. It's obviously not open. Hi, Porsche. Hi, you know. It's not open when he goes, but, you know, like, he helped me fill the ATM.
01:05:01It's like out front.Like, what's he got?Dad, that woman has glitter all over her body.I mean, you know, he's, I don't know, like, it's a, he, he can tell you that money has colors.Like, hundreds are blue, 50s are pink.Like, he knows, like, and he also knows that none of the other dads ever have cash on him. It's a family business.Yeah.
01:05:22I mean, he's.Little gator.I mean, he's.Big gator and litter.I mean, he's going to be bigger than I am.He's already five feet tall. He's fucking a giant nine-year-old.He'd be my muscle, if anything.
01:05:34God.Like, he's a, he's a meatball.Did you imagine?So what is, what is, I don't, listen, I.So you really like, your wife wouldn't let you like.Oh, my God.Listen, she, in her, in her, she's not here, right?No.
01:05:49Okay, good.In her mind, do you understand that there can be the other day?Ithis is howthe other dayand the factyou have timeswe had the conversations
01:06:02don't talk about meon the podcastyou understanddon't talk about meI don'tI watch ityou talk about meso don't talk about me
01:06:10I'm like okayall rightwe're calm the fuck downthis is all good thoughso the other daythe other daywe were pulling upand
01:06:17to go work out in the morningand we pulled upand I wentand then something happenedI forget and I wentand she was what I saidI don't think I should sayI said I feel like you'll get upset
01:06:30and she is no what is itI said well I saidremember when and I mentioneda chick that I had datedbarely even mentioned itand for the next45 minutes in her mindwhile we're working out
01:06:50she had all of thesecrazy scenariosthat she created.And I'm laughing.And I'm like,I'm like,do you understand that right now,I said,
01:06:58you've created these scenarios,none of which happened,none of which I told you,she's like,I know,but I can't stop thinking.Like, did you ever?And I'm like,
01:07:08but you,you don't talk to her,do you?You don't talk to,I've never talked to her.I've never,you can check my phone.The last time I talked to her
01:07:16was when she,she said,happy birthday.She's like,and that's bullshit.You responded.You shouldn't have responded.I said, I shouldn't respond.
01:07:23It was a happy birthday. What's the,but in her mind, she went through this whole cycle of,of insanity, bro.And within 45 minutes,at the end of the 45 minutes,as we're just wrapping up the workout,
01:07:35she's like,I'm sorry.I don't know,I get crazy sometimes.I don't know what happens. So the idea that I would be leavingand going to a strip club for eight hours,no fucking way.
01:07:48Like,I mean,I leave the house around like 8 p.m.8.30.We get there around 9.930. Like they already have it up and running.I can't imagine that there's a mentally stable woman that would allow that. That's like that's that that that's a, uh, a, uh, what do they call the, the, the, the, um, a unicorn.
01:08:08That's like that's like a, uh, a, that's like a, it's like a, it's like a hot 25 year oldversion. I said it's not possible. Not, not today. You're saying yes. Yeah, no, it's life.Colby?Yeah.How would you,how would,well, yeah,I've never even been in a strip club.
01:08:29I don't plan to.So it's like, what would happen if,if,would you be able to,would,my wife would thinkon drugs or something.
01:08:36If you said, hey, look,I'm going to go hang outwith my buddiesat the strip clubfor the next six hours.Would she be okay?
01:08:41Would she be like,okay?I mean,she wouldn't even think,she would think I'm joking.What about,what about,she would,
01:08:47but if you insist that I'm not joking,we're going to the strip club for next time.To get my,would that be okay?My taxes done, to get my taxes done by my accountant. To get.Yeah, I would be, yeah, that is literally not even an option.Yeah.
01:09:02Like, taxes and tedious. You couldn't come home after six hours.I couldn't come home.I'd be terrified.Oh, did you just show up?Oh, no.No, we're dating different. We're married to different people.
01:09:13This is not. This is, I, something's not.I mean. And this is an American woman.Oh, yeah.Yeah.We met in, we met in college.Like, you know, we've been together for 23 years.
01:09:29Yeah, I mean, she, she knew what she was getting into.Like 23 years? How old are you again?41.No matter when I was 18.Been together the whole time.Wow.No breaks.
01:09:40Long distance.I lived in New Mexico for three months and like in the Kit Carson National Forest, no cell phone, wrote letters.Like, you know, she went to graduate school in Tennessee while I did accounting.Like, you know. That much put each other down. It's been a long time, man.So, yeah, so she's, so she's, like, used to this.I don't want to say used to it, but, like, I don't know that anything surprises her at this point.
01:10:05Yeah, how would that conversation go when you came home and said, listen, listen to what I'm, guess what I'm closing on tomorrow? It was more like, I'm going to have these clubs.I'm going to work fucking some fucked up hours for a couple of years, and then I'm going to try and sell them. And she was like, well, just let me know when the money shows up.Clubs?Yeah, yeah.Is there another club?Well, I was, at that point, I was involved with, like, an after-hours thing, too.
01:10:27So, like, what do they call it, a bottle club? What after-hour club?It was just fucking shenanigans. That was like a, it was like a rave venue of sorts. It was, I don't have, I don't have that anymore.I don't have to fuck with that.Makes me very happy. But, you know, whatever.
01:10:41That's whatever.Like, so I had that and this, and it was, I don't know.I was bringing home a bunch of cash.Like, she didn't care.I guess it's like, you know, I don't know if you were.I'm not married.I'm sorry. You ever see?
01:10:54that there's like aTikTok where the girl walks ineverything I know is from TikTok. It mighthave been real, whatever. Sowhere the chick, she's walking with all of herbags, she walks inon her multi-millionaireboyfriend
01:11:10in bed with another woman. She's like, ohgosh, I'm sorry, my bed turns aroundand walks back out. That's right. Like, she didn'twant to cause any problems. Like she's the one with like the real job like that allows me to like do this.I had a comedian the other day who was talking about how he's. He's alike, listen, if you make a hundred thousand dollars or, no, he said, I think it was like 75,
01:12:58if you make 75,000 or less, he's like, you're, you're not cheap.Yeah.Because if you're between 75,000 and 150, he said, that's the guy that he looks, but he can'treally afford it.So he thinks about it, but he'd never do it.He's like, that's where I am.If you're above 150 and, you know, three.400,000.
01:13:21He's like, you probably, he's, you're cheating. You're cheating. You've got a girlfriend. You probably might have a girlfriend. You're cheating. He said, if you're over, he said, if you're over, if you're making over a million dollars,he said, then that's basically like, he's like, your wife actually knows your, your, your, girlfriend's name by heart, has her phone number, texts her.
01:13:41Sends her a Christmas gift, right?Right.Like, hey, is he with you?You know, like, he's not answering his phone.Let him, let him know that dinner.still on for dinner at seven you know that sort of thing so yeah i'm i'm yeah but i don't have i don't havea girlfriend i don't have any i i know i know you seem like a good i'm with you bro it's justbeing recorded it's a very um i hear you i mean i hear you see even me joking about that gets me
01:14:08in trouble she can't like my wife can't hear that she's like like she heard that she's like what doesthat mean well what are you saying what do you mean like you like you understand oh i understandAnd you did this. What is this? What is? And then in her mind, it'll be a whole thing. Now you're going to be buying a strip club next week.No. I'm not. I'm not. And the problem is the crazier she gets, the more I laugh.Oh, that's not good.Which makes her even more bad because I don't even have a car. Like, I never leave the house. You know, like the other day we went and looked at, we were looking at office space to move to this, the podcast to an actual studio.
01:14:44Like, you know, like Colby has to drop me off or I have to take an Uber. I'm, I've, I've,my struggle is like, well, how am I going to get there?I don't even have a car. Can I borrow your car?I'm asking my wife, can I borrow your car?Sweetie. Can I, can you drop me off?I mean, my wife normally drives. My wife drives too.
01:15:05It's horrible. It's actually, initially it's a little emasculating, right? But then eventually you get to the point where it's like, I don't want to draw.Like, I like kicking back.I get to play on my phone.I get to text people.I love driving too much.Yeah.
01:15:17I'm like,And I don't get to do that the whole, hey, hey, hey, he's turning. He's turning.I like to do that.Like, what are you doing? Is this how you're going to park? You park like this?Intervene all the time.
01:15:27Back up, get in between the lines. In between, God, you're horrible park.Like, I get to be that.I get to do that.Like, how am I supposed to get out?Look, if I open the door, I'm right up against this guy.I don't even know how you got this close.I like that.
01:15:41Yeah, I get to, what are we doing? What are you doing here? This is how you drive?Yeah.I get to be that.So like, I guess that that is a thing.Like, I don't know.Like at this point, my wife seems to just be like, well, when you sell it, it'll be good.
01:15:55It's like, okay, cool. This is nuts.Yeah.I'm more shocked at the marital relationship than I am in anything else you've said.Oh, I believe that.I can believe that.I'm terrified of my wife.I mean, I'm not terrified of her, but like, I definitely, she is not someone I'd like to piss off.
01:16:15Yeah, well, I mean, like, my wife was a whole.hog hunting tour guide for six years. She's killed pretty muchevery kind of animal there is andskin them. So they didn't like shoot the hogsfrom a distance. They shot the hog, threw them in the back of the truck, and these thingsweigh hundreds of pounds. Oh, they're huge.
01:16:31Gutted them. Skinned them.Took the gut, put them in coolers, and then gave them to the people.I got pictures of her with like a hoghung up. Yeah. And she's holding the hog like thatlike she's biting it. Like, ha, how like it?Disgusting. Disgusting.
01:16:47Disgusting.Yeah. Yeah, she's, that's pretty cool.She's told me, I like, they'll never find your body.She's like, the gators will eat everything.Oh, that's true.I don't even know, like, how that came up, but I do stuck in my mind.Yeah, she's, she's, yeah, she's not, she's, it's, it's, it's not a good situation.Like, I kind of laugh, like, and she didn't, I go.
01:17:10Heavy eye contact, it's supposed.Yeah.Yeah.So, so, so when next time you do this, like, remember, that.I'm going to watch you go into a gator's belly.Yes.It's a bad time.Yeah.
01:17:23Yeah, I've said this before. One of our date nights was she got the ticket that you get tickets. Some kind of tickets for gators. You can kill gators.Yeah, tags.Tags, tags. That's it.So she got tags.
01:17:36Order the tags.Pay for the day.Got the tags. And then we went to like Lake Okeechobee. And in the middle of the night, we got on the boat at like 8 o'clock at night. It's dark. And for like four hours went out and hunted Alex.alligators. When I say, we,
01:17:49I mean, I sat on the topof the airboat and watched herand the guide killgators and bring them, pull them in the boat.Like, like 12, 13,14 foot gators. That's a big ass gator. At one point,
01:18:05I got up the courage where I was holdingthe light on my cell phone for him,and I got the courage and I said,do y'all need any help? And I swear she kind of went.I saw her go. She is,No, you just hold the light. She said, I got this.
01:18:20Like your dad working on a car?Just hold the light. And listen, I've never been so happy that she said no.Because I thought she was going to like, yeah, get down here and get that tail. And I was going to like, you know.I don't want to touch this thing. And they move, by the way.You have to take a knife and cut into the back of the thing to cut like the spinal cord
01:18:43because they're still moving, even though they've been shot. It's fucking horribleHorribleIt's not that badAnd if I kept thinking of myselfIf I fall off this fucking boatI'll never find my way out of this fucking lakeLake Ocotechobie's massive
01:19:01And the grass is like 10 feet tallOh you're fucking doneYou knowCrispy critterYeah there's no way you're making itAnd there's alligators everywhereThere's alligators everywhere in FloridaThere's alligators every pond
01:19:15The man-made pondsthat there's alligators.Every one of these. How many, how many alligators are there in the little creeks of pond right here?Every single pond has an alligator.Yeah, you just assume every piece of water has.We were wondering that in there. That's how it is like where I am.
01:19:29They're every body of water.Like if you get in there, you should assume there's a gator.Did you, you know, always feel horrible.I've mentioned this before where the people went to, you know, people say this. And people like, oh, you're exaggerating.I'm not exaggerating. There's a fucking alligator. You can go right now, there's two or three allegations.
01:19:47In these little ponds, like this one pond we go and there's at least three alligators in it and they're not big like this is what's so funny. I'd say they're not big like they're five or six feet. Yeah, and I'm like, oh, they're not big in comparison to I mean at eight or nine they remove them typically. Well, here's what. There was a couple with their little kid that went to Disney World. Do you hear about that? I remember this. And there's signs all over the place. It's like a toddler. Yeah, there's signs all over the place and they're they're a long distance away. There are hundreds offeet away and the toddlers down by the water.Stupid.And I'm sitting there thinking to myself when I heard this, like, why would you let yourtoddler go close to the water? But if you're from Maine, like you're not thinking, and they're like, oh, they see the signs, but to them, they were probably thinking, like, to people in Florida, like, you see the signs, the signs fucking mean something.
01:20:39There are snakes and gators in the water.Do not go close to the water. That means something. But to them, they probably thought, oh, they just put those up.That doesn't mean anything.Fuck that. No, that does mean something. And the gator jumped up and grabbed their little kid and dragged them in.
01:20:53And the kid's fucking gone. They found him eight hours later when they found the gator and caught him open. And that's it.It's over. It's over.Horrible.And they're at Disney World. Then, of course, you're thinking, oh, it's the greatest place in the world.
01:21:05It's safe.No.They're everywhere.No.Anybody of water. You ever hear a couple, like a year, a couple years ago, somebody was on a bike trail. And if you ever go through L.A.?Oh, the community.
01:21:17Cougar.A cougar. You're riding a bicycle. It's fucking jumps on you.I mean, I believe that.Like, cougars, I mean, they're stalking animals. They're, and they always attack from up high, so it makes sense.Insane.
01:21:31It's dangerous, bro. It's a dangerous world.Yeah.I mean, the strip club's pretty safe.I was going to say, I don't know.I don't know about the strip clubs.I mean, we've had, like you could be dangerous. Those girls fight.
01:21:41I mean, those girls fight all the time, bro.Like, and they, some of them punch like dudes.Like, I have.I have some pretty good videos.Like girls spearing each other through doors that are locked.Like one girl while she was fighting another one threw up on her.So she's like punching her and vomiting on her at the same time.Like girl tore a cartilage piercing out of another one's ear.
01:22:05Like I mean, and then vomited on her while she was doing that.Like there's a lot of vomit actually now that like I like think about it.Why do they vomit some? Are they drinking?Because they're fucking wasted. All the time.Oh, fuck yeah.I mean, you can't do that job sober.
01:22:19Like, I mean, I mean, at least they're not pissing in my trash can.Yeah, I was going to say, your buddy's a savage.Oh, you know that.Yes, I know.Okay.I'm not surprised. But your buddies, somebody in the bathroom with the door open, taking a piss.I, I'm unfaced.
01:22:38Like, you know, this is like, I don't.This is supposed to be a classy. And this is, just so people know that this is the buddy who brought you this.deal yeah yeah yeah yeah and then got himself kicked off the fucking property yeah yeah and made mehave to run it like i would like you need you need to rethink your friendships i mean this is a badsituation it's definitely inequitable yeah yeah yeah like well we'll go with that's not right yeahyeah i mean but yeah so running this place has been a just a fucking barrel full of monkeys so what's the what'sthe ultimate goal i don't know man like either sell the club like maybe well the buy
01:23:17the land.Yeah, buy the land, sell the club.Because the license is worth a ton.And if you,the license and if you own the, the, um, the 14 acres. So if you bought, what do you buy in that for?
01:23:29Uh, 1.5 million.17.17.17.So whatever.17.Okay.A bunch of acres.
01:23:37Yeah.He's a detail person, right? He's all about the details. It was he's talking, you're talking about the bunker. He's like, oh, it's facing northwest.I was like, what?I mean, I should be the, I should.be the fucking detail person but like that's not typically how this goes so you but if you buy the land
01:23:53now that is that license transferable somewhere else like can you transfer it to another locationwithin three miles or something got to be right there because I have a buddy who has a gym and like he cantransfer like within he can transfer all of the contracts within three miles or something they have tono it's got to stay right there it's just going tohave to be. I probably do some kind of RVpark, maybe like a, you know, set up, if Texas ever legalizesgambling, put a gaming hall out there, some
01:24:25shit like that. You know, juststart selling alcohol. The next Vegas. Oh, maybe.Gal Vegas.Something like that anywhere near Dallas.Gal Vegas, I don't know.Like, it's a, I'm sureTillman Fortito would be fucking thrilled.
01:24:41I don't know who that is.Guy who owns the Houston Rockets.Yeah.Yeah, if this is a little tiny, town like can't you get gamblingapproved or does that have to be approved at the statelevel it's state and countylike I mean but
01:24:54they just pass on it on this lessonbut I'm not I'm not in a citylike I'm in unincorporatedlike justthat means you can do whatever you want for much yeahlike there's no realoversight other than the county and they're money hungryI'm sure that you go to the county and get them
01:25:09to approve it just you knowit's that easy I mean they get some Indians in therethat's what you do you get some Indians in there get themto buy it and say it's a fucking because it'sIt's a, what do they live?Reservation. This is a reservation.I don't think that's how that works.
01:25:23I feel like it should work like that. No?There's no reservations in Texas.Oh, no, there's no gambling in Texas.Yeah, we got like Seminoleville County. Are we at Semino, Hard Rock Casino. It's right next to our new studio.Yeah.
01:25:40Yeah.I mean, you can see the Hard Rock from our studio.Yeah.From our new studio, you can, one,you can look out the window of our studio. There's like a Hyatt or a Hilton hotel. You can walk. And then if you lean in a little bit,
01:25:56you can see the hard rock casino too. It's a good location. It's going to be good.I mean, if you feel like gambling, you can always come to Ocean Cabaret. And in the lake outside, there's a gator.Yeah.
01:26:12There's a gator in the lake. The woman told me, she said,oh, we've got a little gator out there too.I was like, oh, it's nice. You're showing me that, yeah.Louisiana's supposed to see that.Get a tag for it.No, no.
01:26:25I'm not, I'm not a kill a gator.No, he's fine.He's in the little lake.He's probably five feet.He's probably fine.It's cute.It's nice to have a little gator out there.Yeah, because people fly in from L.A.
01:26:34and, you know, across the country, they want to see it.I guess. Most people do.People come to the strip club for the same thing, right? They come there because, like, there's something they want to see.You got to, you know, that's, you know,You know what your thumbnail needs to be a picture of Gator. There's pictures of...
01:26:53Little Farrell, yeah, yeah.Doing the, with the grill.Yeah.And in the middle, and then it is something about, you know, running a strip club. We'll probably do a picture of Will Ferrell dressed nice and neat in a suit, and then a picture, Arrow, a picture of Gator, you know, something.I mean, sure.Gator.
01:27:14I mean, it's been a ride.like for sure.Like I don't,you asked me if I would do it again, like,I'd probably do it again.Really? When you purchase this,
01:27:23do you think these people, the,I forget the name of the peoplewho owned it previously?Like, do they,do you think they had it,like they were planningon causing issues from the rip?
01:27:33The kids, yeah, for sure.Like, they were waiting for Dimitrito die or Matina to die.As soon as one of them died, they were always gonna fucking cause a ruckus.
01:27:42Like,I think they've been planningthis shit for 20 years.I mean, they sued fucking,Mitrien 91 trying to get his shit.I mean, like, this isn't their first rodeo trying to access his, his wealth.Or the lot.
01:27:56Oh, they're just awful, awful humans.Yeah, you know, can't win them all.We good?Yeah, I think so.Yeah.You got anything else?I mean, I have to post, don't get aid signs, stop aid signs on every doorway.Like, I mean, the county.
01:28:13Would they make you stop AIDS?that like stop a is big fucking signs like like on every doorway in the club galveston county saysi have to have these fucking signs so people will walk up is aids a problem in galvinson apparentlybut it's fucking hysterical because like people will walk in and you can see they're like i meanthese signs are on literally every doorway they'll like see them they're like hmm okay like i donot need to go to VIP anymore i'm going to go sit in this chair and touch nothing like it'sSo you make archways.Yeah.
01:28:48I tried that. They got very mad about that. And they said, no curtains because you can't see through them. They're fucking, all the rules, man.Like, all the rules.Beads.You know, my concern would be that the beads might start sticking together at some point because like.Oh, all right.
