Let's begin by reminding ourselves that there is nowhere you need to go. and nothing you need to do. This is your time to rest, to let go, and to allow your mind and body to settle into deep relaxation. Make yourself comfortable. To rest naturally by your sides and gently close your eyes. Take a slow, easy breath in through your nose. Exhale through mouth. Again, breathe in calm and comfort and breathe out any tension you may have carried
Starting point is 00:01:54 through the day. There is nothing to fix, nothing to solve, nothing to think about right now. Simply allow yourself to be here, your awareness to the top of your head, and imagine a wave of relaxation gently flowing downward through your entire, body feel your forehead becoming smooth and relax to soften. Please any tension around your jaw and cheeks. Let your neck relax completely. Feel your shoulders becoming heavy and loose, allowing the weight of the day to melt away.
