Mention It All.
A Bravo by Betches podcast.
We don't say that, but now we said it.
With Dylan Hafer.
Hey, everyone.
Welcome back to the Mention at All podcast.
I am Dylan Hafer.
And today's guest is somebody.
I was very excited to find out is a fellow Bravo lover.
She is one of my favorite follows on TikTok.
You know her as at Beauty of the Foodie.
Please welcome Cody Ryan.
Hi, Cody.
Oh, my God.
Hi.
Thank you so much for having me.
I'm so excited.
I love Bravo. So this is a dream.
Of course, it's always fun for me because I spend so much time talking to people who it's their entire job or, you know, their entire existence to post about Bravo, talk about Bravo, et cetera.
And so it's always fun for me when I find a creator with like a different niche that then I'm like, oh, she also loves housewives.
And now we need to talk about it.
Yes. I die for Bravo. Die.
What was your how long have you been watching Bravo?
What are some of your favorite shows?
Like, what's your kind of Bravo overview?
You're time checking me on Bravo.
I love that.
Okay.
So my foray into Bravo, I was a big Laguna Beach girlie when I was like too young
to even be allowed to watch that.
But I started with OC because I was like, oh my God, this is like Laguna Moms.
So then, because it's like OC, same vibes.
Yeah, it's like, it's in the same wavelength.
Like, yeah.
So I started with that.
And I think that's the first housewives ever.
So that's where I'm, I've been watching ever since.
Great.
So you're like really just immersed into the, 100% into the Bravo sphere.
It's my life.
I'm curious.
So you have been, you do food videos on TikTok mostly.
And I feel like I've been following you for like over a year now.
I don't know how long.
Now that you have like more of a platform online, do you feel like any more like kinship to
people who are on reality TV or like doing things public?
Yes, and I was going to say this to you, I feel like you must have probably met so many Bravo people.
Yeah.
Right?
So don't you feel weird talking about them?
No?
Or am I, like, a nominee?
I mean, sometimes.
I try to err on the side of like, I don't like making enemies, but I also will like call it like I see it.
Okay.
Yeah.
Okay.
So we're doing that.
Okay, Gorge.
Yeah, of course.
I mean, some people online go so far in the opposite direction where they're like, this woman is evil and she should be in.
And like Margaret should be in jail for what she said about Teresa.
I'm like, look, it's not that deep.
It's not that deep.
But at the same time, like, I'm not going to pretend that I don't have an opinion.
If that makes sense.
Because, like, yes, I've been at a party once with Lindsay Hubbard and Julia from Winterhouse.
And I like, I couldn't breathe.
I was like, I can't go up to you.
Like, you weren't my favorite.
Like, not that I've ever publicly said anything, but I was like, I don't want to say anything.
I don't want to go up to you.
Like, I watch you.
So again, I, like, feel for them and I get a little more nervous.
Like, what if I ever come in contact with someone?
And I don't want to, like...
Yeah, it is funny.
I was at, um, there was like a big event in the fall that was right before Winterhouse premiered.
And I saw Amanda and Kyle there.
And I was talking to Amanda.
And I was like, oh, my God, like, it's so exciting that Winterhouse is coming out.
Like, everybody is so excited for this show.
Congratulations.
And she's like, yeah, like, I'm really dreading it being out there.
Yeah.
I was going to say, that's probably not a fun watch for her.
because I don't think she watches it or like certain episodes she won't watch, she said.
I have a feeling.
I think a lot of people on reality shows probably pick and choose which episodes they're going to kind of take a backseat on.
Right.
I mean, watching this season of Summerhouse, knowing that they are currently married to each other,
there definitely are these moments where it's like, I mean, I guess everything must end on an okay note, maybe.
Is that what you're feeling?
Like next week we're going to be talking about a pre-up and Amanda says she's not signing anything.
And like maybe next season is divorce.
I mean, you never know if Tom and Katie can do the divorce.
That's what we've learned.
Like if that could happen, it could happen to anyone.
Yeah.
I mean, I wish the best for Kyle and Amanda, but it's one of those situations where like perhaps the best long term won't be being together.
We never know.
I'm wishing the best for Miss Amanda.
She's in the trenches right now.
Like she's really hurting.
Like, it's brutal out here.
Yeah, you know, I'm, speaking of relationships that I have questionable feelings about,
Teresa and Louie is kind of the big question mark this season.
And last night there were new reports about a lawsuit that Louis is facing.
And it basically is for this, like, telemarketing law that is supposed to stop telemarketers
from essentially harassing people.
I was going to ask about this.
Yeah.
So there are, it looks.
like there are a few different lawsuits, a couple of which have been dismissed, all based on the same
statute or law, whatever, we're not lawyers here.
But that basically it's like people are claiming that Louis's company is like not following the
telemarketing rules and that they're being like bombarded by messages and things and like pre-recorded.
It's a little bit like, it reminds me of the like Jen Shaw voice recording of like, let me help
you with your student loans.
It's giving Shaw amazing.
But I don't think, at least the stuff that's come out so far, it's not like fraudulent the way that Jen's was.
It's just a little bit scummy.
As Heather would say, it's a little unsavory.
Exactly.
And I think this is, as somebody who has watched the show and taken in things online that I've seen, this is not surprising to me.
No.
Really at all.
This is giving perfect for Jersey.
Like, this fits the Jersey brand for me.
Like, this isn't out of the norm.
This sounds like, right, as you should.
Like this sounds like the vibe.
Right.
Like he's doing his business.
I don't know.
I was going to ask you if you saw there was like a blind, I guess before these came out about like, basically about Louis and like saying Teresa's going to be like a defendant or something or like a witness in one of the cases.
Yeah.
I don't know.
I feel like it's the kind of thing where I still am sort of airing on the side of like I want Teresa to be happy.
If Louie's making her happy, it is what it is.
and hopefully she's protecting herself, please sign the pre-up.
Oh my God.
She's wild for not doing that.
But it's one of those things where I'm trying really hard to be not overly judgmental,
which doesn't come naturally to me.
But I'm like, I'm like, look, Teresa's been through it.
For better or for worse, I have mixed feelings about her as like a friend,
as a, you know, whatever, sister-in-law.
But like I do want, I want her to have peace and happiness.
I just, I don't have, I don't hate Louis, but I just, I wonder, I, I lie in bed at night
wondering if this is really what Teresa is going to.
I'm picturing you in bed.
Teresa and Louis, can I see it?
Tossing and turning.
For her and her daughters.
For her and her daughters, I just want, I just want her to be good.
And like I, that's the thing.
I think with Teresa this season, it feels like she is in.
such attack mode anytime somebody even mentions or suggests that something is not a miss with
Louis and it's like I actually I feel like Margaret what Margaret is trying to communicate and I think
I feel similarly is like I don't want to ruin your relationship I'm not saying Louis a bad guy I'm
just saying like this stuff is out here it feels irresponsible not to at least you know think about it
Right. This is what I was going to ask you before we like get nitty gritty. Where do you fall? Like, I'm a Teresa apologist. Like, I fall on a sword for her. I die for her. And everyone I feel like loves Marge. And I'm a little more like, team tree. Like, Marge to me is always worried about how she'll come off. Like, I'm saying this because I care about you. And I know the viewers will get that. But really, she's stirring the pot every single episode.

Yeah, I think Teresa is obviously a super iconic housewife.
I think she has earned all of the, you know, accolades that people send to her.
I do think she obviously has a tough time sometimes admitting when she's wrong or, you know.
So I have mixed feelings about her.
And I honestly, I have mixed feelings about Marge too because I think Marge is also a great housewife.
But she is a lot more calculated.
And like you said, she's thinking about how things are going to come off.
And we saw, like, on last night's episode, she had such a nice, unexpectedly nice conversation with Jennifer, which I was really not expecting going into that meeting.
And then when they're at the ropes course before Jennifer and Teresa get there, Margaret is telling every single bit of information.
Yeah. And it's like, I think that Margaret in a way does want to be there for Jennifer and has empathy for what she's going through.
but also she can't kind of turn off the messy part of her brain where it's like, well, now we got this information.
And obviously I have to tell Jackie and Tracy's there too.
So now she knows.
And it's like you could actually like just sit with this and you can use it to inform how you move forward.
But because now all of a sudden we're back in this place of Jackie and Teresa and who was digging.
And in the clip from next week they're talking about the analogy again.
It's like we didn't we didn't need to do this again.
But that's why I knew, like, yeah, it was a nice lunch.
And the whole time I'm thinking, she's just getting info.
Like, this is what she does.
She's, like, she's very smart.
She's a sniper housewife because she'll be so nice.
Get all the info.
And then the second she's about other girl, she's like, I heard this, this and this.
That marriage was falling apart.
Hang out by thread.
And I was like, oh, my God, girl, have some compassion.
What was that lunch yesterday?
My God.
This poor woman.
She's like, Jackie, I have to tell you.
Oh, my God.
Jennifer was crying at lunch.
She was running to.
Jackie's house running like Jackie, Jackie, wait till you hear.
Little did we know those scenes were filmed on the same day.
Literally.
The camera crew just like followed her car.
It is, yeah, it's tough because I do think, you know, so Teresa is getting super worked
up over Tracy and Tiki kind of asking questions.
Who are those people doing?
Who are they?
Like, I'm getting nothing.
Tracy.
Well, Tiki is a former.
Oh, you know Tiki.
Everyone knows Tiki.
Where is Miss Tracy in this mess?
She's like, over here, over here on the ropes.
Like, I'm still in this episode.
Yeah.
Over the last few weeks, I've talked with our various guests about how it feels like Tracy is sort of like putting her hand in like the lion's cage in an attempt for relevance.
And I, yeah, like I appreciate that she's putting in the work and she's planning this ropes course excursion.
Maybe we don't go for Teresa, though.
Like, pick your battle.
It's hard because it's like when it actually gets down to it and the women start arguing, Tracy really isn't involved.
Even though Teresa was, even though Teresa was mad at her, her actual issue was with Margaret and then she's talking about Jackie.
And then Jennifer and Dolores are getting involved.
But it still kind of feels like Tracy is like, yeah.
Like, oh my God.
Like I'm over here.
She's like, come on.
I thought you were mad at me.
Airtime.
Come on.
Rich.
She's like, she's like, wait.
Travisa, what was that you were saying about my husband?
Yeah.
Weren't you angry, girlie?
I'll mention your lip gloss.
Were you dying when she was like, what's wrong with my lip gloss?
It was like, oh my God, Teresa, girl, girl, you just walked in.
A bear's going to suck it off.
Her, Teresa walking in up to the ropes course, already fuming mad with the gift bags.
She's like, I brought you some presents.
And I hate you.
Now I'm mad.
And I'm ready to kill.
That was really, really funny.
Because I feel like Teresa sometimes it feels like she's like one step behind.
And this one was like, no, she was on the attack.
Yep.
She was ready to go.
But that's why I love her.
It's so raw.
Like, this is, it's good and bad about her.
Because I love her because I feel like her intentions and why she gets mad.
Accurate.
Like, I understand.
She always goes about it horribly.
She can't communicate.
And that's why it's so easy to be like, oh, Teresa sucks.
Because she literally cannot communicate why she's angry, ever.
And it turns into.
This time last year, it's like, girl, focus.
Focus while you're mad.
Right.
And I think in terms of an argument, Margaret's brain is so quick and sharp.
She's ready.
You know, she always has the comeback.
She always has the defense tactic.
Like she rehearses every night in bed with Joe.
And she's like, okay, tomorrow, this scene.
Let's go.
Right.
That's the environment in which she thrives.
And I think Teresa's strongest suit is being unfiltered and being kind of reactive.
But then when she's in this argument with Margaret, it kind of makes it feel like, oh, like, Teresa, like, I get why you're mad, but like you're really not doing a good job.
You're losing me.
Yep.
Right.
Horrible.
We got to get it together.
I'm curious what you think about Jen and Bill's dynamic this season because we have, obviously, Jennifer gets really emotional with Margaret.
And then we have another scene where Jen and Bill are talking to each other.
And to me, I just don't understand.
why Bill, especially on camera, is so incapable of giving her an inch.
I think that's why because it's on camera and he's like so like, no, got to go.
Like, we're not doing this because he must be so mortified.
Because I keep thinking like, oh, this was like a long time ago.
Like, they probably haven't spoken about this in years.
Like, I feel like they barely talked about it when it happened, she said.
So now it's like, he doesn't want to talk about it now.
He didn't want to talk about it then.
Like, girl, you're going to get nothing from him.
It's so sad.
It's hard because I think, I don't necessarily think Bill hates her or doesn't want to be with her or anything like that.
I don't think it's that deep.
I think it's just that like he isn't, for whatever reason, engaging on the emotional level that Jennifer has kind of realized that she needs.
I've loved seeing her this season, I think really get to a place of honesty with herself where she's saying for the longest time, I've said I'm okay.
I've said everything is fine.
And she finally has accepted that that maybe wasn't the full truth.
Right.
And it's been really refreshing to see her kind of, obviously, I don't like to see
anyone struggling, but it's been refreshing to see her, I think, kind of authentically going through it.
Yes.
And it doesn't feel like.
And it doesn't feel like.
And it's so sad because it's terrible.
Right.
And it's unfortunate that it feels like Bill hasn't been able to kind of meet her on that level.
And that's the thing where I don't really think that.
they're going to like split up or anything because I just don't see that happening.
I don't see that culturally. I don't think either of them would want that. But it does make it,
it's sad because it's like if they're not going to split up, I would hope that they could actually
work through their stuff and be happier together. And I'm like, I just, I don't know, like Bill. Come on.
If he's not doing it on camera, they better be speaking off because like you can't never talk about it.
Like she is going through it right now. And it's so sad because I feel like this is the
one time we're getting her like raw in her feels genuine.
And then this is when Marj's like, oh, that's cute.
Let me pounce.
Let me use this.
And spread and twist and start the drama.
And it's like, oh, my God, this poor girl.
I really was excited to kind of get the revelation or the confirmation if it isn't new that
Teresa was kind of the one propelling Jennifer to dig on Evan last season.
Because I think this is something where whether or not we knew it.
it always seemed kind of like, yeah, that probably is what happened.
And I don't know.
I just feel like with these shows, there's always so much going on below the surface,
whether it's something that they don't want to break the fourth wall or they just don't want to air all their dirty laundry.
And I'm like, no, this is the good shit.
Like, this is what we, like, if we're going to talk about, if we're going to talk about Jackie and Evan still, we better be no bullshit.
Like, let's get into it.
Let's get down to it.
What do you think about the conspiracy theory that Marge is the one where the rumor originated from?
I don't really think.
Like, that doesn't click with me.
I'm not saying there's like no way it could be true.
But to me, it is compelling how much Jackie has said, I don't believe that.
I don't.
Because that's her team.
I'm not giving that life.
That's her alliance.
Right.
But like Jackie is clearly good with Margaret.
kind of no matter what.
And just the way she responded to Teresa and Jennifer last season,
it's hard for me to believe that she really wouldn't be upset with Margaret if she felt
like that was true.
I don't know.
I don't know.
Oh, I think that's, that has to be it.
March is brilliant.
She's brilliant.
She's like, here's this little nugget.
Time to blow it up.
Teresa, girlie, here's a whisper of this.
Go.
And she's like, what?
Me?
I would never.
You're crazy.
And Teresa can't communicate.
So it's really.
genius if that was her strategy.
She keeps that show going, just
from behind the scenes.
It's funny. One of my best friends is from
Tenafly, and she doesn't watch Housewives
at all. Like, she's not involved
with Bravo at all. That's a shame.
That's great if she knows, Serena.
I'm always like, they talked about Tenafly again.
I've never heard that word more in my life than this is in.
I'm like, there's a lot of drama
flying around Tenafly.
She's like, okay, end.
It's a lovely town in Birkin County.

I want to pivot and talk about Summer House a little bit because this week's episode was really a lot.
I believe the entire episode still takes place on the same night of Lindsay's birthday, which it's always, you always know that there's something special happening on a Bravo show when the entire episode is within one event.
If you had to describe your thoughts about Austin, what are some words that would come to mind?
I think Paige summed it up beautifully. Everyone knows you're a loser.
like the man is giving me nothing.
It's just so infuriating.
Like, why are we giving this man all this power?
We're all gorgeous, stunning, smart, successful.
This is who's bringing us to this place from Charleston.
He doesn't even live around here.
It's wild to me.
Yeah.
Yeah, it is wild.
And it's frustrating because I, I'm a Lindsay fan.
I also really like Sierra.
I don't, yeah, like I don't have.
major issues with either of them.
I like Lindsay more than I like Sierra, but overall, whatever.
But it just is like so frustrating to see both of them down bad over this man that is just
like not worth it.
And they're treating each other so horribly.
And I know they don't love each other on a good day.
But it's like none of this is worth it.
Come on, girl.
Like get together.
He's back in Charleston.
And you are very much still here in the same house together.
Like he's going to go and this will be over.
And you're both not dating him.
Neither of you are going to date him.
He's a mess.
Exactly.
I posted a TikTok about this and some people pointed out in the comments, which I thought was also a really good point, that Andrea, who I think is...
The catch.
Arguably, maybe even not arguably, the hottest person in the house is standing over there to the side, like, not even getting any attention.
And it's like, I know that like maybe CR doesn't want to hook up with like pages sloppy seconds.
but it's like, like, even just like look, remind yourself that somebody like Andrea exists in the world and then look at Austin.
Right.
And that's who you are absolutely making a fool of yourself over.
No, Sierra is down bad for him, like, simp to the max.
It's so embarrassing.
Unfortunately, like after the party's kind of winding down and she's like, how do you feel about me?
And he's like, oh my God, are you kidding?
And it's like, girl, read the room.
Like, today is not the day.
And he's not going to give you what you want anyway.
even if today was the day.
The fact that neither of them realized that he had been making out with both of them
throughout the day.
And then somehow when they find that out, Austin isn't the one who gets in trouble for it.
It's like, this is not, I mean, come on, like feminism, work together.
That doesn't exist in this house.
We're all for that peen.
I absolutely love Danielle for being the one to call out the bullshit and be like,
look, what the fuck is going on here?
Both of you are better than this, individually, and, like, as a whole, we just cannot be doing this.
Literally.
I just don't even understand, like, the...
I mean, I watch Winter House.
I get it.
He was super cutesy with Sierra.
But not cutesy enough for all this mess.
Like, I feel like he didn't give her much.
Like, I feel like they didn't end it, like, we're in a serious thing.
Like, we're going to hang out every other weekend.
Like, I didn't get that vibe, so it's wild to me.
Like, she liked Carl.
She tried with Alex.
Like, then he comes back.
back and you're like, I'm all in for Austin. It's like, girl, you're just having a fun summer.
I think your emotions are getting the best right now. Yeah. I, I mean, I'm sure we can all relate
to catching feelings for someone that you have no business in being in that situation. But it's just
like hard because I want to be, I want to be understanding. But at the same time, it's like,
there isn't really that background there where it's like, okay, you went on like a slave one date in
Vermont, I guess.
And then it sounded like they didn't actually talk to each other much in the spring.
And it's like, I just like love yourself.
Come on.
Literally.
You know, I understand maybe if you have a crush on him or something, but it's simply
not that serious.
And the fact that it would be one thing if, you know, Sierra, if Lindsay wasn't in
the house and Sierra just kind of was like annoyed that Austin wasn't trying to get with her.
Yeah.
But it's like when it is such a source of conflict, it's like, just let's just leave it alone.
Let's just all like take a break because then Lindsay went out and found a new guy anyway.
So it's really not that deep.
I did love that.
I love that energy.
It very much reminded me of way back early summer house days when I think she was yelling at Everett.
She's like, I'm going to go sleep in a guy's house in a bed with a guy.
With a guy.
And it's like, yes.
Get it.
Literally.
Hubhouse.
She just turned 35.
She's feeling herself.
And there's no reason that, I mean, look, I don't even think what's funny is that, like,
I actually think Austin is, like, kind of cute.
Totally.
I don't even.
I mean, everyone on these shows is gorgeous, point blank period.
I'm not, like, a textbook Austin hater the way some people are.
But, like, I still don't think he is all that in the way that these ladies are making it seem like.
And so I loved that Lindsay was getting some D.
Also, what are your, how do you feel about Lindsay and Carl?
Are you on the train with that?
I am so pro that.
Love that they got a car together.
They're like fully a unit.
Did you see the commercial of them for the movie that's coming out?
I died.
That was, she looked so stunning.
That was top tier, Bravo commercial.
It was actually like a pretty funny ad.
I wasn't cringing at all.
No, and she did good acting.
I was like, oh, Lindsay.
Maybe you should act on the side.
Like, this is Gorge.
Yeah, if Summerhouse needs them to, like, pick up some side hustles,
Lindsay could be, like, a commercial actress.
It's giving early Vanderpump rules when they're,
when they had to, like, pretend that they were out here doing acting gigs.
Yes, hilarious.
Sure, sweetie.
I'm a Macder.
That's what we call model slash actor.
So good.
No, but I do like Lindsay and Carl.
I think they are, like,
they should have always been together.
They just, timing.
Timing wasn't right.
Yeah.
I feel like they were,
what Lindsay thought she had with Austin in Winterhouse,
where it was like,
we've never been single at the same time.
And now we have these two weeks together.
It's like that sort of did happen for her just with Carl and like six months later.
It's Carl.
It's always been Carl.
Yeah.
I don't,
I don't really understand people who,
there are some people who are super not on board with Lindsay and Carl being together.
And they're like,
I don't know.
It's like desperate.
it feels like a storyline.
I'm like, I actually really don't because I think if they wanted to get together for a storyline,
it would have happened a long time ago.
And they, I mean, they tried it before we saw them go on those dates a couple seasons ago.
And it kind of fizzled out spectacularly.
And I do feel like, I do feel like now they're both at a point where they're a little more mature
and have maybe different priorities.
We know from last season,
Lindsay has a timeline and that time line has not those eggs are fresh that time that timeline has not been adhered to and so she's trying to get back on track carlito is like a year sober he looks amazing best he's ever looked carl 4.0 um how are you feeling this season about our newbies Maya and Alex Alex who is barely even on the show yeah also um we love Maya because I love
Kwame on Top Chef. I love keeping it in the Bravo family. I thought that was a very cute connection.
A little subtle, a little niche, because I feel like those are very two different audiences,
but I'm in both, Ob. But I actually like her. I wish she could just get outside of her head
and give me more, because sometimes I'm like, Maya, I need a little bit more from you, girlie.
But I feel like she's so outside of her comfort zone in general. So when I get anything like a little
nugget, I'm like, oh, gorge. Like when she was hanging with that guy all over in the pool,
and she said like, oh, why would Danielle think we like each other in the coming of
traction before I saw the real scene. I was like, oh, she hates him. Like, this was a flop. And then I was
like, oh, that was her flirting. Like, love you, Maya. That was a little tragic. But I'm glad she liked him and
they're hopefully going to go on a date. I think next week there, we're going to see like their date.
Yeah. She, of course, looks uninterested in the previews. But I'm hoping that's just like her vibe when
she dates. Because she's so cute. I like seeing her. I think she actually, even though she's a little
bit quiet and maybe a little bit, feels a little bit, like, down on herself.
She actually, I think, is clicking pretty well with the rest of the house.
And so it seems like she really is getting to know Paige and Sierra and Danielle.
Like, she's actually bonding with them.
Right.
And the scene this week where she was saying basically that there's like nothing she likes
about herself was kind of heartbreaking, but also, you know, relatable at a certain way.
And I really want to try her cookies because they sound amazing.
They eat them every night.
Have you seen that when they're drunk eating and there's just trays of cookies out from the oven?
I'm like, she must pre-make some for them when they're drunk and they just stick them in.
They're always eating them.
Right.
Right.
Because if it's not like a pre-made dough situation, like these aren't like Pillsbury coming out of the sleeve.
And they always look so good.
So good.
I know.
Are you so fascinating?
Make good cookies.
I'm dead.
Do you get fascinated with their drunk food?
Because sometimes it's like one of those things where I'm like, what are we?
ordering. Like, I love a muck bong. Like, give it to me. What are we getting? Well, this week when the girls had
kind of separated themselves and they had ordered pizza and they were like, should we order our own food?
And Paige was like, yeah, Carl got me a chicken bomb, but like we can order something else. And then I got Burger
King. I was like, iconic. And I love that, I love that you know Bravo is like footing the bill for what
they're eating while they're in the house. Because for me, I'm like, I'm literally like, okay, so if I add like a side
a fries on Grubhub, then it's like $30, which seems successive.
So funny.
Like that's the dream is just to be able to go on like DoorDash and order whatever the
hell you feel like eating and not be like, this is a lot.
Yeah, no.
Get it all.
It's on Bravo's tab.
Let's do it up.
Yeah.
The food situation on Bravo, and I'm sure you connect with this, it's always so fun to see
what they're ordering at a restaurant, you know, what they're serving.
at a party, all of that stuff is, it's like those little details that kind of.
Because it feels like insider behind the scenes.
Like, because they don't talk about it that much.
So when I get like an insight, I'm like, ooh, that's what's going on.
Like, that's what you're into.
Like, it feels so personal.
Yeah.
Or like on Orange County earlier this season when Heather had to shut down her nobu party.
And there were like thousands of dollars of sushi and Kobe beef going to waste.
Heather, I would have flew like red eye to be there.
That's amazing.
Such a waste.
Teleportation needs to exist.
Just for that moment.
So that you can go so that we can go to Heather Debrough's house and eat the wasted sushi.
Amazing.
Didn't you have her on here?
I feel like I listened to that.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Honestly, Heather Debrough is one of those people where I think she plays a character very well on the show.
But she's like a pretty easy, chill person to talk to.
I can totally see that.
Just very lovely.
Yeah, I can see that.
You know, she's pretty normal.
That sounds wild to say.
say.
But I feel like she, aside from the fact that she is loaded and lives in the nicest house
I've ever seen, I feel like she's the kind of person who she doesn't, her head isn't in
the clouds.
Like she, because some, I think some people that have been on reality TV and housewives and
all this stuff live in a complete fantasy land.
Tamara Judge.
There's honestly, there's varying degrees, but a lot of them are like that where it's like,
they are so, they like, buy into the bullshit.
it so much. It's like, none of this matters. I think that kind of feels like the trap that
Jen Shaw fell into, aside from the fact that she was like already committing fraud. It's like,
allegedly, it's just like you have to be able to like turn it off because that's not real
life. I don't know. They're too wrapped up in it. Yeah. Are you watching Top Chef this season so far?
I have it. No. Is it everything? Okay. You have to watch it. It's really good. It's really good. It was sad because
Like I had a crush on one of the contestants who, sadly, already went home.
I won't tell you who it is because now you got to watch.
But yeah, no, I'm like in mourning a little bit.
Oh, well, if he's hot, he'll get his spin-off.
Don't worry.
He'll get something.
Right.
That's how it goes nowadays.
I will be closely following his career.
Yeah, he'll have a TikTok tomorrow with 2 million followers just because he's hot.
I hope so.
I love that.
Speaking of TikTok, tell everyone where they can find you.
And all of that good stuff.
Okay.
On Instagram and TikTok, I am at Beauty of the Foodie.
And it's the same thing for YouTube.
Those are my three big hitters.
Love that.
I'm impressed that you're, I'm impressed that you do the YouTube because it's really,
that is a mountain.
We are blogging today.
Yes, it is.
It's a lot of work.
Oh my gosh.
Can you give us, like what's on the menu today?
Is there any, what can I?
Oh, my God.
That's gorgeous you to ask.
I love, I feel like you post a lot on TikTok.
And so it's fun because like every time I open the app,
I feel like there's like four new videos of what you eat.
I really try.
Like I try to really get everything on there because some days I'm like,
I literally ate grilled chicken dipped in mustard.
Like nobody wants to see that.
Like I can't really.
I can't really milk like a recipe video out of-
Literally.
Every single day.
But today we had sourdough toast, my usual with eggs.
I'm making chocolate chip banana bread muffins.
I don't really have anything else on tap today.
I think that's it for now.
Yeah. I love, actually, I love, I love your mix of cooking and eating at home versus like ordering out and, you know, getting takeout and all of that stuff.
Because I feel like some people on TikTok make me feel so fucking inferior because they're like, they're like, I didn't have anything around the house.
So I just threw together this salad for lunch. And it's like the most gorgeous salad I've ever seen in my life.
It's like, well, you roasted that bar, not squash today? Like, come on. What is this? Please.
But yeah. No, we love. We love that there's.
like a balance of like you cooked dinner and then you also like got pizza later.
Love that.
It's all that balance.
Exactly.
Cody, thank you so much for joining.
This has been so fun.
I had the best time of my life.
Are you kidding?
I'll come back anytime.
Amazing.
You'll have to come back sometime soon.
But in the meantime, thank you so much everyone for listening.
