Starting point is 00:00:00 What's up y'all? I'm back, man. It's T.R. Back doing it up. I'm here with my boy Chu Carr right now in his interview, man. It took me a little bit to get him. You know what I said. I got to get my schedule on the round, man.
Starting point is 00:00:10 I had to talk to my boy one time, you know. Yeah, I'm trying to talk to the ghetto, man. I appreciate you for having me. I just want to say that first and foremost. Yes, sir, man. Yes, sir, man. My boy is a Watts baby. You're a Watts baby, the baby kid.
Starting point is 00:00:25 Out of Benet. Watts baby, man. But, look, one thing. I don't want to ask you, man, you're a watch baby, but you are non-affiliate Watts baby. Man, how the hell did you dodge? I ain't even going to laugh. I ain't going to lie to you. How the hell did you dodge?
Starting point is 00:00:44 Not gang banging, bro. I said, look, check this out. This is the real answer, too. Like, people would be like, really want to know. But it was like, my uncle was, like, doing this thing. And it was to the point where he ain't want me in a situation that he was. And my brother was already getting to it. I wasn't blind to it.
Starting point is 00:00:59 I seen what was going on, so I'm familiar with everything that was going on. But he put me in sports at the time, like middle school type shit or elementary. So right at that time where people really lock it in and be like, this is what I want to do, I was already playing sports. Yeah, I was playing sports too, but, you know, as I got older, I still didn't give a fuck. I still went outside, yeah. That's where it goes to the point where that sports shit kind of dead down, like, you feel me, like after eighth grade, you feel you feel me, I'm still familiar with us.
Starting point is 00:01:29 that I'm familiar with, you feel me. So I end up doing, like, the regular stuff I was doing because you ain't getting the support that you're getting from, you feel, me, playing the sports. So I went to go do it elsewhere. Yeah, usually when you younger and you were like, man, they want to play sports. And usually, the response be like, man, I used to see the niggas with the big chain or I used to see the niggas selling dope or, you know what I'm saying?
Starting point is 00:01:52 They had the big card. I'm like, fuck sports. I'm out of here. That wasn't like that for you? I mean, it was like. that I'm getting money. It wasn't to the fact that I wasn't trying to go get no money, but it was to the fact that I ain't had to join nothing to go get no money. I can go get on something without having to join
Starting point is 00:02:09 something. Yeah. So on, and Watts, I know you got your two sides. Yeah. And I know, you know what I'm saying, you're affiliated by association all the time. So, is it the blood side or the Crip side? Blood side? The blood side. The blood side.
Starting point is 00:02:25 Yeah. I love the blood side. They swacked out over there too. How much with the blood side too? Yeah. So that's what big bro and uncle, that's what they was doing their thing over there? Not my, my uncle, he's from Hoover real talk. I ain't going to lie.
Starting point is 00:02:42 But it's to the point where it's like he don't give a fuck about like what I got going on because I'm on business. No nigger control like what I got to control my narrative to the point where a motherfucker's switching or picking which way I got to go in my life. You feel? Yeah, he's from who. That's where I'm from. That's crazy.
Starting point is 00:02:59 How do he end up in what? Shit, my people from Watts. He just ended up like, you feel me, you know, people be a L. world in the city. Where was mom and pops at? My pops from Detroit, my mom for Louisiana. Yeah. Then we all just moved to L.A. type shit. So everybody was just locked in, and then Uncle was just like one of your, you know,
Starting point is 00:03:19 closest people that you looked up to or what? Yeah, hell, yeah. I mean, like, he came through and played the father figure type shit. Oh, okay, okay, okay. Oh, yeah, because I was. I was. I made sure we had the paper in our pocket type shit. Yeah, because I was looking, you know, I kind of, you know, I did my research on you and shit like that.
Starting point is 00:03:36 So Pops kind of was like, was Pops on drugs? Hell, yeah. Yeah. So he was on drugs early? Shit, when I was young, for sure. You know, it was times of like, we picking up my Pops from the park. And I'm like, why the fuck are we at the park? I ain't picturing, I ain't knowing what's going on.
Starting point is 00:03:54 But when I get older and I'm in high school and I'm just walking past the park or something like that, I'm like, it's where people would be coming and getting high and shit like that. You know, I already, my mom's arguing about that type of shit. So when I'm getting older and I'm seeing them, I'm seeing other people on that type of time, I'm already knowing, like, the imposter's fucked up. So you were seeing this shit at high school. I was sitting in middle school, too, but I'm just saying, like,
Starting point is 00:04:16 that's when you put it in your head. Oh, you picked up on? Like, yeah, niggas is fucked up, I guess, you feel? Damn, cut, you know what I'm saying? So he, that's a crazy, but that's a crazy story, you know what I'm saying? Yeah, pops had you, and then he's just like, you know what I'm saying? he turned the drugs and was like this is this is where it's at it was up yeah and moms didn't never did moms ever like hey man it's your pops man he's having a problem whatever the case
Starting point is 00:04:41 me no no mom studded out like she at that point moms took pops roll yeah you know me so she thugged and out with me like she had football games basketball games or ones that she can make you feel me in the cold part i'm good at the sports and stuff like that but like i said i wouldn't get in that support so a niggas gonna go do elsewhere yeah i mean a lot of us from the ghetto we never have our in our life, but I feel like... Never make that an excuse, though. Yeah, it ain't their excuse because I feel like all the homies that did have their father
Starting point is 00:05:10 and they just had their mother, they're stupid, strong. Like, they are strong, individuals. They're strong males. You gotta be that for your mom. You see them, oh, we're going to hold it in for moms for what? You feel nobody right here.
Starting point is 00:05:20 Because you've seen mom struggling and you've seen them doing it by herself and that gives you the motivation for show. Yeah. Yeah, on everything, man. I was looking into your story too, man. And that's just like, you got a real, like, story to tell like and I got four kids like and the situation you was in like with your kid and
Starting point is 00:05:39 you know what I'm saying your kid passing away um like when I when I heard you say it I'm like I almost shed a motherfucker tear you know what I'm saying like some hard feel type shit that I can explain like to the point where that's what that's why I rap about what I rap about like real stuff because I end up feeling the type of way when that when that situation So I'm rapping about real stuff, but when that happened on everything, it took a toll on to me, but it took a different type of toll. Like, it made me go harder because everybody around me was already down. Like, you know, your baby mama, she crying. You can't even ask mom what's like what this feel like because she ain't had no kid that passed away.
Starting point is 00:06:17 You feel my brother in jail, an unc out of state at the time, you feel me? So I was just like thugging it through like, shit. If it's a show, I'm about to go do the show still. If it's some rapping I'm about to do, I'm about to do all that shit still. Yeah, how long was your child going through that shit? three months the whole time she was alive brain bleed, what is called like aneurysm or something like that?
Starting point is 00:06:37 A grave for hemorrhitch. Oh, hemorrhage, I said aneurysm. That's crazy, bro. Like to see your baby suffering like that and that was like at three months. And you can't even do nothing about it on everything. You just fucked up like, what the fuck? She's shaking and she like, that shit was fucked up.
Starting point is 00:06:53 I ain't go lie. That shit would have fucked me up. And then I ain't go lie. It was like to the point one day, we had to what that shit called? we at the hospital. We leave or something like that. They call us back like, hey, come back.
Starting point is 00:07:07 We got to tell you something. I'm like, all right, we come back. And we had the whole meeting room. I'm like, why we ain't in the, uh, where are we supposed to be at? They're like, all right, this is what the deal, you feel? This one I hadn't had no money like that at the time. They, like, put the paper on the floor. They like, if you got this amount of money, you feel me, we could do another surgery.
Starting point is 00:07:26 If not, then we got to cut it short. I'm like, man, I'm younger the motherfucker. I'm like, what? it came out of the nigger's highway you know we black i mean not even just because we black but you know anger get built up in us like that we're gonna get mad i ain't swinging on none but i'm talking crazy and stuff like that but really that just made me like be like on everything i gotta go crazy was that like a county hospital because y'all didn't have no no malinda oh my god bro that's that's probably like the number one for the children hospital yeah yeah that's that's that's super
Starting point is 00:07:59 crazy so after that moment you know what i'm saying and and that happened that should just like lit a like super sparking you to where it's like never give up on myself i can't give up on myself because if i ain't want to give up on my daughter for so-so whatever my daughter seen me going through like you see me at the time whatever i was doing at the time i'm gonna keep on doing it that's why i got all the tat folk you feel my all the tat my that's super crazy so what were you you say your mom and dad you know your dad was from Detroit. My mom from Tennessee. Like, where you living out there?
Starting point is 00:08:30 Oh, Louisiana. And I, yeah, no, I was going back and forth type of shit. Like, say, like, summertime, we'll go out there. I'll be out there. But it was times, like, I went with my uncle. We had probably stayed, like, seven, eight months. We really out there. And then we come back to L.A.,
Starting point is 00:08:42 I'll come back to the city, come back to the I.E., because, you know, at the time I put a time, like, when I got to middle school, we had moved from Watts. We had moved to the I.E. So. So during that time, and Watts, you was the only out there from middle school, and then you bounced. Elementary.
Starting point is 00:08:57 Elementary. Yeah, yeah. And then you bounced to the IE? Yeah, and then were you graduated? Oh, okay, you graduated high school from the IE too? Yeah. Oh, okay, yeah. That's when you started rapping out there?
Starting point is 00:09:10 Yeah, one of my Spanish homies that took me to like some thing called like paid dudes or something like that. You feel, we went crazy at that. So I'm like, we in the crowd and they're madge pinning this shit, you know, we're from Wives. I'm for Wants. They start my husband and I ain't used to that. You know, we gotta be on the stage or working for this motherfucker. working for this motherfucker this one I ain't rap so I'm like man how we work for this motherfucker yeah I work fucking I ain't about to be getting stepped on this
Starting point is 00:09:32 niggins and shit out of nowhere yeah damn bro so from that so from Watts and you went to the IE you learn how to rap then once you got the you know I'm saying the rap you know what I'm saying you bounce back the Watts or what nah it was already like you know my people are my people are in Watts regardless so I'm out the air week I I was out there, yeah, weekend, even when I'm in high school, even when I'm in middle school, like, I'm going back, eh, we're out, air weekend, you feel, I'm back in the city type shit. But it was like, after high school, you see me, I had the baby that was the baby that passed away. So I'm chilling right there in the I for a little bit right after that.
Starting point is 00:10:10 I go back to Watts. Then I get a place, like a little apartment downtown type shit. I end up losing that motherfucker. But then I had moved back to the IE. I ain't even moved back to the I, you know, real shit. I just moved into a studio, like, so I can record. That's when I made the outside shit. I was living that motherfucker for a year.
Starting point is 00:10:29 Oh, you made outside out there, you know what I'm saying? That's crazy. How did you come up with your rap name? Shit, my last name, car. And then true because I'm going to just keep it 100. Yeah, that's hard. When you was recording outside, you was like, damn, this shit going to be a hit. Did you think like that or what?
Starting point is 00:10:46 I didn't expect it. I ain't know. You see me, I'm just dropping shit at that time, for sure, because nothing went like how that one went. The speed of that one was like, all right. You see me, I know this one. moving different than the other one. So you just dropped it on YouTube.
Starting point is 00:10:59 You was like, man, you know what I see what it? It was on all platform. I put it on all platform. That's how Wack got to see you. You know what I'm saying? Shit, me just putting in the work, you feel me, you're going to be around the whole city. If you're just putting in work around the city,
Starting point is 00:11:10 people are going to show, be like, who the fuck is that? And then it was like, to the point, Blueface just heard the song, I guess. So I ended up doing a feature with, bro. And then, you feel, I'm in the studio with Wax, so the being this got involved. Man, how is it? I just want to ask you, how is it being signed?
Starting point is 00:11:25 to whack. One of the craziest niggas right now. Yeah, he's a dog so you gotta be a dog right behind that shit or know how to play with this shit
Starting point is 00:11:33 or know how to do this shit, you feel me? Don't put yourself in no situation I'm saying for show for show but off the bin that you feel me
Starting point is 00:11:39 you know with a person like that behind you he don't go all the time so you know you just got to be on go too yeah like as an artist and you sign as a
Starting point is 00:11:47 are you signed to his record label or are you signed to like a management deal a management deal that shit cold and that nigga this nigga got the most rap beef
Starting point is 00:11:55 and he ain't even the rapper. This is a nigga called, bro. And he don't give a fuck about what he say because he ain't a rapper. That's what people got to know like you're talking about. He ain't a rapper,
Starting point is 00:12:03 so he don't got to watch what he say. None of that type of shit. Oh, God, he don't. Do you be like kind of cautious with different shit now because he'd be in a gang of shit? Like certain shit you don't speak on. Like you got to leave that shit for where it is.
Starting point is 00:12:15 It's not my business for sure. I'm my own man. He is on a man. Yeah, I rock with my nigga. But certain shit, the nigga just say sometimes. No. He'd be saying some wild shit.
Starting point is 00:12:27 But hold up. Sometimes I'm going to be 100 with you. Not even sometimes. If it's about some real, real shit. Yeah. You feel me? Besides him, just talking shit, if he's just talking shit on you, like about you type of shit on everything. He's going to state the facts.
Starting point is 00:12:39 Even if it's going to make you mad or not, you feel it? That's what they really don't like. You feel me? That is the facts. So he ever got at you with some facts? Like, you know what I'm saying? And it made you kind of uncomfortable? Nah, I'm going to type of nitty that'd be like, you feel me?
Starting point is 00:12:53 A nigger tell me by myself, I got to just take it for what it is. and move with it so I can be able to be better I ain't never just I probably like look at him like damn it's crazy motherfucker but then again you know you always got to step back again and be like shit the nigga probably getting at me for the right reason yeah you see me he ain't telling the nigga
Starting point is 00:13:08 nothing for no reason for me fucking with that nigga you know what I'm saying because he do be he be doing this thing he do be speaking facts he'd be he be telling the truth man he'd be doing this thing but I know fucking with fucking with him he didn't brought a lot of relationships to you yeah yeah yeah brought a gang and shit
Starting point is 00:13:25 your way. So fucking with him, did you ever, you know, what point did you was like, you know what? I fucking made it. This shit is crazy. Nah, I ain't even saying that I made it, Jack. I still feel like I'm putting in work, and that's what I'm going to keep on doing, you feel? So, you feel, I appreciate everybody that
Starting point is 00:13:41 look at me like I did my thing, but you feel, I'm still working, working progress. I'm going through shit just like the next motherfucker. Yeah. Because I know motherfuckers you see your chains, you know what I'm pulling up and don't whip, you know what I'm saying? I live in this little shit and I'm doing it up. You know what I'm doing that. You know what I'm doing that. You remember you're looking at the wrong shit, you feel you.
Starting point is 00:13:57 Pay that shit wrong shit, I'm going to tell you something about yourself. Now, do your family, do your family ever get at you like that? I got a brother. My brother's going to get at me for sure. Yeah. Shit, I can say from him. It's going to be blatant in the motherfucker like, he's going to be like, he going to say that motherfucker like, disrespected.
Starting point is 00:14:17 He's going to come at you. It don't matter how you feel. So I get it for sure. Hell yeah. I get the heat. Yeah. I don't give a fuck about comments. or the net type shit,
Starting point is 00:14:27 but my close-fow type shit. Yeah, yeah. Because, I mean, do they be in the studio and they're giving you that raw, like, raw shit like, bro, you know what I'm saying? That ain't it. Yeah, they're going to keep it 100. Yeah, you can.
Starting point is 00:14:39 Your brother. Yeah, I'll have to be in that. Because then again, at the end of the day, they rocking with me. So if you see in here, let me record some bullshit, you're bullshit too. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:14:50 Like, why you let me do that? I probably were lit at the time. Yeah. You said to tap me. You were going to let me keep on. doing that though because you ain't give a fuck yeah but you know you've been doing so far a new art especially that's hot and you got a hot-ass song that first year you working working working you doing your thing like and it and it do change your life but when that
Starting point is 00:15:14 second year yeah second win man don't even say second year because you got to understand this shit come with time so it might not be that second year for those folks out of there you got that understanding it might be that first win like not even as a win as an dub I'm talking about win as in, you feel me, how this shit go? Like, as in my, how outside went. That was the first win. Like, all right, that blue past. That was how it was supposed to go.
Starting point is 00:15:35 All right, now, let's see how this second win go. And then you get that second win, you feel, me, we already went through the bullshit. I already took here our, you feel me, experience how the first win was. So you think we ain't going to get right back on that second one. You feel, me, I'm making more than what it was the first time. Yeah, because I'll be, I'll be feeling like it's a little pressure trying to get back on that second win, like you're saying, like,
Starting point is 00:15:53 trying to get back. When you got bullshit around. like bullshit energy. You'd be feeling like you gotta get that hit again or do that shit again? Because you feel me, I just had fun when I did that. So all I got to do is go up and then and do me. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:16:08 Because I'll be feeling like, man, these artists, when you get that hit, I'll probably be, if I was an artist, I would want to, like, you know, gradually do my thing, you know what I'm saying? And get here. Like, it's kind of scary when you get that first hit and it blow in it.
Starting point is 00:16:24 And it's really like a staple in the city. You know what I'm saying? And then people are expecting you to keep going Because they want you to keep going They see like the They see the potential all that And they like do it again After being that
Starting point is 00:16:35 But that's what I'm saying Like I'm still a working progress Motherfuckers gotta understand that Not even just me It's other motherfuckers out here Still a working progress Don't think or just hold them to one point And be like that's just what it is
Starting point is 00:16:46 Hell nah they're still putting on You feel me Motherfucker probably still Trying to figure out who there is Not me but I'm just saying Other motherfuckers You feel Other folks
Starting point is 00:16:53 Because I be sad And a motherfucker be looking at your numbers and looking at this shit like, oh, his shit dropping or he doing this or, you know, like what music he put now and, you know, trying to judge a nigga, you feel me? For sure, but then again, when I get to that point, like I said, this motherfucker's a step in stool, you feel me, you try to jump from stair one to 50. It's never going to work, champion, you feel me? You got to go one, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight, nine, ten.
Starting point is 00:17:21 Might be that tenth when, you feel me, when you get to that tenth step, you got to keep on throwing jabs, you feel me? I'm jabbing right now And I like your style I like your style I like your sound Because you ain't like the traditional LA sound Like you know what I'm saying
Starting point is 00:17:36 We put ourselves in the box We'd be kind of like a regional We can't do nothing We can't go nowhere And like you got that You got that whole You got another sound to where You can reach these other markets
Starting point is 00:17:48 And you kind of like don't even care You feel me like I'm gonna do What I want to do You know what I'm saying And you got to do it's best for I gotta do what's best for true car, just like the next person gonna do best for what's them,
Starting point is 00:17:58 you feel me? But not like that, but on a real note, on some music shit, like, how you just said, I'm saying that shit. I got my own motherfucker fucking out here,
Starting point is 00:18:07 you feel me? I ain't copying nobody's shit, you feel me, I ain't nobody just, I ain't got nobody, nothing, you feel me? I'm doing me, ain't nothing from nobody,
Starting point is 00:18:15 you feel me? Off the bin at, it's all true type shit. You feel me? My swag, how I rap, anything, you feel me? Just how, even how I'm saying a motherfucker might think,
Starting point is 00:18:22 like, My people are from the South. You feel me? I'm tired of saying that shit. So they got to understand that shit, too. And how I get this voice, I don't know. I didn't buy it, though. So it's just what it is.
Starting point is 00:18:34 Yeah, because he was like, he got a little action. He got this. Like, where are he from? Like, is he this? He ain't traditional L.A. Feel me? Like. I just grew up.
Starting point is 00:18:43 I ain't go out of. We grew up listening to Boosy Lil Wayne type of shit like that. So I hear stories when I was rapping, like, when we rap, they're rapping about life. So out here, I feel like we raping about swag. I put my life shit on a swag beat. But did you know what I said? If you ever look at our podcast or me and AD interview this nigga who had a little LA report car shit
Starting point is 00:19:01 and the nigga had to, yeah, he had the report car but he was kind of like, you know, shaking it down the niggas who wasn't like traditional LA. You feel me? Yeah. Kind of niggas like you. You feel like me? And I'm like, everybody ain't like that.
Starting point is 00:19:14 Niggas got a different type of artistry, you feel me? Like different type of music, why you want to, you know, down and why you want to put us in the fucking box? I mean, shit. I don't get a fuck about it. It's a person opinion. The motherfucker's going to have a million opinions.
Starting point is 00:19:27 Shit, think what you think. As long as this motherfucker is still moving, I can get up a fuck about what you're saying. Right. But do any of these motherfuckers, when you be trying to do music with them, do they be acting funny? Because I know these L.A. artists.
Starting point is 00:19:39 Yeah, they know people acting funny like a motherfucker, but it's how I see it on everything. Shit. Even if I hit you up, G-O-D, you better believe it's all love with me. So if you don't get back with me, then fuck you on everything. Straight up.
Starting point is 00:19:52 Who kill? I don't give it. I'm not gonna hit you keep hitting you or none of that you feel me when you see me a public don't say what's up none of that you feel me you see me going up don't say what's up just keep that same energy you feel me I like it because if you keep that same energy that was real if you try to come up and say what's it that's on some face shit because I know your goof had seen my DM yeah yeah you feel like and I was telling you and then they like you but I understand what you saying but at a time you know when I was dealing with the shit in the industry and I was moving
Starting point is 00:20:20 around I was leading with emotion and I'm like nigger it's not with emotion. It's just like... Real shit. It's just real shit. I ain't... Because I ain't gonna never just reply in the motion.
Starting point is 00:20:33 Like, I ain't gonna just say, fuck you or nothing like that. I'm just be like, shit, it is what it is. Like, you see? Certain shit, like, when you're saying, fuck you,
Starting point is 00:20:40 it just be like, it is what it is. I ain't even gonna say nothing about it is. I'm just leaving on the table. I ain't about to hit a nigga up and be like, hey, bro,
Starting point is 00:20:47 why you ain't post my shit? Or why you ain't doing a nanny and all that's female shit? I ain't doing none of that. You feel? You can have that. I'm about to go move on with the next situation.
Starting point is 00:20:55 It was like what Sorge Boy was saying. When I see a young nigga coming up, I'm doing the songs for you niggas. You know what I'm saying? I did the songs for little dergo. I did the songs for you niggas when you niggas didn't wasn't signed. But when y'all niggas get signed,
Starting point is 00:21:07 you feel I'm like, niggas don't want to hit me up no more. It's kind of like. And niggas be weird about that shit, bro. Like hitting the nigger up and doing all of that shit. Like, you gotta hit the nigger back. My fucking can't never feel like he's bigger than the program.
Starting point is 00:21:18 Like, even me right now, I still fuck with anybody that's just coming up to the city. Like, it ain't always got to be to the fact that about some money, but if you putting on, so if you putting on everything, I'm going to fuck with you. Just as long as you're doing your shit. But if you ain't doing a motherfucking thing, and you just try to come in and use what I got going on, I'm going to put the tax on you.
Starting point is 00:21:36 Yeah. I mean, how much are you taxing for a verse? I ain't going to say that. I'm not trying to get a verse. A motherfucker might want to give me more than what I say. Yeah, I might want a verse, dear. We're going to talk at this type of shit, You put the motherfucker I might want to get me more than what I say, so I don't never, you feel in me.
Starting point is 00:21:52 Yeah. Man, you came in this motherfucker by yourself, rocking by yourself, bad. That's cold. That thing with me, you feel me? It's like 15 motherfuckers with me, actually. Oh, yeah, okay. Yeah, I get you. You feel me, yeah.
Starting point is 00:22:04 Deep as a motherfucker, you just don't see it, man. Deep as a motherfucker, you see me, that's all. Yeah, I mean, you signed to the same label as Blueface, nigga, you ever went over that that nigga house, a nigga with them holes or what? Yeah, yeah. Been over there to keep a player and shit like that. You know, but that shit is a motherfucker with that shit go out. That shit like...
Starting point is 00:22:25 That shit is a distraction. Something like that too. That motherfucker will be going up, though. I'm going to just say that. That motherfucker be going up, up, man. Kind of got that shit on OnlyFans or what? What's that shit on the only fan? Man.
Starting point is 00:22:39 I feel like they should put that motherfucker on stars. It's coming soon, you feel me, or whatever they want to put it on. B.T. Rock on my boy, you feel. Yeah, on everything. Man, man, so where you be recording that, you know what I'm saying? Like, how is your recording process right now? I just punch in, really, but I ain't allowed.
Starting point is 00:22:55 I'm about to start writing shit because I'll be having more shit to say, and I probably want to, like, take my time and just get it out of whatever I'm in. And when I'm in the movie, if I'm going to get it all right. When I'm writing some shit, if I write some shit, I'm going to take my time with it. I probably have more to say. Like, with the punch-in shit, you just be trying to get shit, like, done real quick? Nah, it's not the fact that I be getting done shit real quick, like shit. I don't really care how long you take.
Starting point is 00:23:19 It just be the fact that play a beat. If I'm feeling that beat right now, I got to go do that right now because this is how I feel like I feel like I'm going to say like whatever. You feel, me the beat talking to me. It's there and they're going to put the words in the place. Yeah. You got a lot of big features on your shit, man.
Starting point is 00:23:35 Shout out to all them. Yeah, you got a lot of big features. Like, does do whack like, is he a part of that? Or niggas just reaching out? I ain't going to say majority, but majority of them are that's me. Like, you feel? Like, I meet the motherfucker, I bring her to the stew, you know. So when I bring her to the stool, whack at the stew already.
Starting point is 00:23:54 A motherfucker would be like, he gonna clock in with everybody. Shit like, niggas like Kevin Gates, he brought Kevin Gates. But Kevin Gates had to be okay to be able to fuck with a nigga, so he wouldn't go fuck with no bullshit in him. Or, uh, Coil-R-Ley 2, like, she wouldn't just go fuck with no bullshit in here. I got some other, Kevin Gates about to be on the next tape that I'm about to drop life of a baby a kid, true forever, life of a baby a kid.
Starting point is 00:24:17 about I got Mazzie on that motherfucker who are Sean Sloan Jay Rock Ray Vaugh We're going crazy Oh Jay Rock Cole Shout out to Mackey too He's been on the production

Starting point is 00:25:23 I ain't never seen a nigga do it like that You know what I'm saying But that's one of the only niggas I was fucking with the In front of the projects but I ain't never seen A nigga do it like that just bringing it up For sure He was doing it like you know Niggas was on their thing
Starting point is 00:25:36 You know the stove going You know what I'm saying Niggas was shooting dice in there And niggas everybody had a pocket full of money I'm like on that give money time and for sure i'm like these niggas balling you're saying like that that shit was crazy coming from watchman that's that's a that shit got to be inspirational for sure for show for show for sure and then you know coming home for sports and then you might see some shit
Starting point is 00:25:59 like that like yeah they got money nigger carrying his hook nigger carrying his helmet with the shoulder pads walking through like damn niggins all right money and shit young as what why you didn't stay with the sports shit like when i got the high school shit like when i got the high school, what I do? We moved to another city. I moved like from Ontario, the Marino Valley type of shit. It was like my sophomore year.
Starting point is 00:26:22 And then what happened? I think I just met some niggas that was just hitting legs. Oh, mom, mama, nigger, mess some niggas. I was hitting legs. I must have fuck around. I fell in the chat. That's all I mean, though. After that, it was just up.
Starting point is 00:26:37 You feel me? After I moved out of the city, though, I got back focused on some trying to play some sports shit. I moved back to Ontario because my brother went to jail and everybody I hanged with it and the winter jail so my aunt's I had to get me up out of there move me back to my granny shit she keep on moving the nigga around trying to keep me out of trouble and stuff like that so I get back to Ontario that's when I start playing football I try to play football again but you know that was just for to get the time pass because I ain't really
Starting point is 00:27:01 know nobody out there and there wasn't really no folks like me so I'm like shit man I got to stay busy so the niggas from Ontario was grimy god damn I ain't gonna say they was grimy but I'm I say like it wasn't too many niggasers out there are they probably went to different schools than me, you feel me. The school that I went to, it wasn't too many people like that on the time of that I was on. Yeah, I ain't going to lie to, man. The streets kind of
Starting point is 00:27:24 like influenced me to, man, to where I was like, what, what's you doing? You know what I'm saying? Oh, you're hitting that leg? All right, cool. And I went to jail for attempted robbery and like the home invasion shit and because I'm looking and I'm like, how much money did you
Starting point is 00:27:40 just pass on? Like, and I'm trying to do that shit. I'm trying to do that shit too, and that shit is like, that shit to get you called up quick. See, like, hey, man, I ain't never got caught up in other situations. Like, I probably, I'm doing my own up in my bail right now. But it's like, I ain't never got caught up on those type of situations that I ever did in the past. So, shit, hey, man, on that, I ain't even about to try to run down that type of shit, no. Yeah, I fuck that shit.
Starting point is 00:28:05 Like, because when you get caught up in that shit, then you get pulled over, do all this shit. They start judging. They start giving a homie stupid football years. I'm like, God, damn. You're the same. age you just got what they do with what the fuck like shit it's just the place where we did the situation i commend you though niggins for uh not getting caught up in gang bang it don't I'm saying but we are still affiliated by association still but this shit cool though because we
Starting point is 00:28:29 love the ghetto I'll be telling people you know that's not from out here they be thinking like niggas it's a whole crazy-ass movie like like you know what I'm saying it's minutes to society every day yeah I ain't go lie you can't just telling that because you got to be real with a motherfucker too Like certain things that y'all think y'all probably could do you can't do Nah, you can't. I don't think it's just big cool. Just like when we come to Y'all City, we can't just do everything that we just probably think we could do in our city. Because there's over there that run, they shit, different.
Starting point is 00:28:56 Yeah, because you know whacking them big on the check-in shit. You checking in, niggins with that. You checking in to anybody where you go, you know what I'm saying, when you hit out of state? Oh, shit. I ain't going to say I'm just checking in, but I'm going to fuck with people who fuck with me. Yeah. You know? Shit, shit like that.
Starting point is 00:29:13 I ain't gonna say call it checking in But if you fought with me I'm gonna fuck with you Yeah that's what I feel like that shit is My motherfuckers Like I'm checking in at home Like I ain't feeling I ain't no bark I ain't checking in like Cause the nigga hit you and be like
Starting point is 00:29:26 Yeah I'm out here What's the deal? I ain't familiar with your area nigga so I'm trying to see what they eat This might even do something for you If I'll get with you And make you look like Come on, bro
Starting point is 00:29:35 Yeah on everything Yeah I was um too I was looking into like Draco man that's actually your Was that actually your Was that actually your cousin? Well, look, this is the situation, like how that is, like
Starting point is 00:29:47 his baby mama, his their son right now, that's my little cousin, you feel me? My uncle dad, I was telling you, like, my father figure is her dad. Oh, okay, okay. I ain't going to just say, like, nigger, that's my relative, hell, no. Damn near. You been there, I've been
Starting point is 00:30:02 watching you do your whole thing, you've been at my granny house, you'd be at my granny house, all that type of shit. So when it was around that type of age, yeah, I knew a, nigga. I ain't never been like that on Instagram, like, oh, I know a I tell my nigga passed away because I really knew a nigga, though. You didn't even give a fuck with another niggas' hand, though. If a nigga at your
Starting point is 00:30:18 granny house, nigga, you're my cousin. Nah, for sure. But it wasn't just like no one time thing neither. It was like multiple times. We're doing this shit, like family gatherings, you feel me, all the type of shit. So, the nigga was always going to see him until the time that they, whatever they, oh well, that was their situation. I don't never get mad at that. That was, you feel me, with a female and the niggas got going on
Starting point is 00:30:34 that dick and pussy being. You feel me? I don't never get in that. So I'm still, I still fuck with the nigga on his end, you feel and I still fuck with my cousin. So when he, when he He was rapping. You wasn't really rapping like that. I was rapping. It was times when he was at the video shoot too. But it was just like, I'm doing my thing.
Starting point is 00:30:50 I ain't gonna ask him for nothing that he got going on just because he's who he is. And just because that's my cousin, he fucked with. You see me? I never asked, bro, for nothing. Until I ran into that nigga, like, when he first got out of jail, I didn't even go lie. It wasn't the fact that I asked.
Starting point is 00:31:03 And he had a GOD, that he told me, like, nigger, I been here. You're going crazy while I was in jail. All right, let's back. You fit me and wackers with me too. So I'm like, shit. Come to the studio. This shit broke into the studio.
Starting point is 00:31:13 You see me, everybody from Stington, Kane. I was when bro was alive, what's his name? Catchy. Yeah. Damn. So I got a song with, what? So Catchy was still alive when he got out of jail and then he tried to do music with you. Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Starting point is 00:31:27 We all got a song, me, Catchy Ralphie and Drake up with y'all, I'm saying, one. Damn, bro. How did that shit make your, like, how did your family feel and everybody when that shit happened, like when y'all got the news? Well, since, like, you feel like I said, like, since that's my cousin, baby, For us the type shit, how they look in at it is like, shit, true do the same thing, y'all. Makes your true, A-1, like, you feel me? Hey, see what true. What, what you want?
Starting point is 00:31:52 You feel me? You feel me? I feel. You feel like, family. It was hitting me like that around the time. But it wasn't really not no big situations. It's like shit, you feel me? You know what situations he was in.
Starting point is 00:32:01 I ain't got myself involved in and nothing like that. Yeah, I mean, yeah, he was going crazy. He was going up. But as far as, like, that shit happening to him, do you feel like you got to be more cautious and moving around how you doing. Not even just because, like, in every city, though, you got to play a safe. And then not always, not like that,
Starting point is 00:32:18 you can't be like always go out like you just the toughest nigger because it's like you got kids coming home too. I'm trying to make it home to my kid for show. I mean, the motherfuckers be, you know, they'll try to break down a situation and see how a nigga is. And, you know, I ain't the toughest nigga in every situation. You got to play a smart.
Starting point is 00:32:36 Like, you know, in that situation. Not saying that, bro, that player smart. or nothing like that because if it's in the situation where it already is what it is it is but i'm just saying you know in general like if some shit ever happened like that ain't that wrong with my would would me getting up out of there you feel me like as if i'm different time i'm gone that's young nigger shit bro yeah anybody do that nigga if i'm gonna what nigga if i'm if i'm if i'm in a nigga cornered or something like niggin i'm out of there we out of there not even i fuck that we ain't just out of there don't just think these we're gonna just have us running out of
Starting point is 00:33:11 nowhere at all my nigga i ain't even about to say that while we on this one fucker don't no no no no yeah yeah oh god but i'm saying like on some smart shit g-l-d don't even play with me nigga hopefully you make it home to your kids that's what i'm talking about you feel me not even just talking about me but the next motherfucker make it home to your kids fool we ain't even trying to be on that type of shit unless you want to you feel me talk to god about it yeah you got niggas around you that you've been around for a long time or you know since your childhood or what uh hell yeah but you feel me you know how shit go uh a motherfucker ain't always you know all the you're always gonna be there. You see how I'm rocking?
Starting point is 00:33:43 Yeah. So it's like, you know, you always have yourself and play your situation smart. Like, I don't put myself in no situation where a motherfucker could end up like, damn, fuck, all right, what? What happened? You see what? If I ain't moving, if I ain't going somewhere sacred type shit or to where I'm put up, I ain't about to just, you see what, me, pop out by myself. Yeah, any, anybody you close to ever act funny with you like, man, you know, since you been beer or shit like that?
Starting point is 00:34:11 I had a nigga try to talk to my baby mama a nigger day one. What? I don't mess with her, so it's still to the point where it's like respect level. And it's the baby mama that you had the situation with? No, I got a new baby. Oh, okay. But it's to the point where it's like, and I ain't even mad. Like, I'm going to be a hundred with you.
Starting point is 00:34:29 This is how I feel about the situation. It's like, about girls. She's like not even my girl or nothing. So, do you feel me? I ain't even get mad about the situation. It's just the fact she told me. So I'm going to just watch niggas. I can't even just watch niggas.
Starting point is 00:34:39 I can't even just watch niggas. I can't fuck with you at all. You feel me? So it poured it to the point where it's like A motherfucker don't got no respect for you You feel you? How do you even find out about some shit like that And then come telling a nigga like, hey, bro, you was fucking wild
Starting point is 00:34:54 You want to talk to my baby mama Because the motherfucker just gonna lie to you So you ain't gonna want to go up about it You lead shit where it is, nigga And be like, hey, fuck it. Or you know what I'm saying? You do a Will Smith did it? No, you feel me?
Starting point is 00:35:07 He's tricking. You feel like cut was wrong or what? To a certain extent Not even he is wrong Because you feel me Like I said If I'm standing next to my baby mama You feel me
Starting point is 00:35:19 And somebody say something disrespectful to her You see that's still my child mom You feel me I'm never about to let no My child see Her mom get disrespecting And I'm right there Oh God
Starting point is 00:35:28 Because that's not how your daddy is You see me Your daddy protect y'all You feel me Or protect you And this is your mother So I might have to show you what it is You see me
Starting point is 00:35:35 So nobody's gonna disrespect The baby moms If I'm right there next to her And you feel my daughter right there Fuck no nigga get up out of here what you're talking about you're gonna get the business yeah you gonna get will smith you're gonna get will you gonna
Starting point is 00:35:47 get will smith for sure like I'm telling the nigga nigga what you don't know what that nigga going through you don't know what this man going through like you feel me like you should have said that to yourself bro you can't be seeing like little jokes and little shit you feel me that shit and get your ass
Starting point is 00:36:01 what get you out of here bro but shit man that's crazy Like that's crazy man that you you know what I'm saying that this situation with you with Draco that was your cousin shit like that and like all the trauma you went through you feel me as far as you With your baby so with that situation right there you know what I'm saying still going through everything with that situation right there it made me like you feel me it damn so rarely got me for situations like that when niggas is turned bullshit because
Starting point is 00:36:34 I ain't gonna say i ain't give a fuck with my daughter left but when it when it happened it was like damn i can't even do nothing about it so when niggas do bullshit It's like, shit, my daughter left and I couldn't do nothing about this shit. Y'all niggins get on. I don't get a fuck. I'm going to be chilling. Yeah. I'm still going to be doing me. But you ever go through like any, like, those depression or, like, how you keep yourself motivated through all that shit?
Starting point is 00:36:56 Shit, my daughter watching me. My uncle is, too. The one that I said I was supposed to, like, play that father figure. He's the RIP right now. So they both watching the nigger. I ain't about to give up, man. They both hurt, nigga. If you keep going, it hurt.
Starting point is 00:37:10 If you stop, it hurt, so I'm gonna keep going. Damn, how uncle died? Man, he ain't even died from the streets crazy when he was on this deathbed. He was telling the nigga like, man, this shit crazy. Then I'm dying from cancer. I'd rather get killed. Damn. I'm on life.
Starting point is 00:37:25 He told a nigga, like, I'd rather get shot. Bro, you've been through some shit, bro. Oh, God. He's been through some shit. And then does it stay motivated, staying in the studio still doing your thing? Like, like, brother, that's crazy, man. I commend you, because a lot of people can't do that shit and a lot of people not out here
Starting point is 00:37:43 that don't have a lot of courage or a lot of people like to back them to even keep going like that, bro. You know what words you got for motherfuckers that don't got that, you know what I'm saying? That kind of support behind. Stay motivated and never give up football when nobody's sake.
Starting point is 00:37:59 You for sure got to have courage. You got to have this shit in your heart too to know that, you feel me, that you got yourself and nobody else going to hear you like you got you. So you're going to always You ain't gonna never give up on yourself type shit Once you know that
Starting point is 00:38:12 Yeah, on everything Because that'd be, you know I went to some similar situations like that too Like when I say excuse your left from then Because my hand fucked up But a lot of people don't know that Because I carry myself You know what I'm saying
Starting point is 00:38:26 With swag, you feel me Because I had a motorcycle accident I ran from the police or whatever the case may be But when that shit took me out or whatever Like my kind of confidence Start, you know, declined And I felt like I wasn't that nigger I really can fight you, you know what I'm saying,
Starting point is 00:38:41 get at you crazy. So you really got to have that self-motivation and keep going, man, and that shit is hard as fuck. Yeah, you woke up, shit. I'm going to be 100 with you. You woke up, nigga, you're still able to take care of everything. You take care of, you feel it? And I had to tell myself that.
Starting point is 00:38:54 You know what I'm saying? I woke up, you feel I'm still here. I'm still doing my thing. You got a chance, man, you're talking. You're doing interviews. You're on no jumping, man, you're going crazy. And you ain't going to stop for shit. You feel me?
Starting point is 00:39:04 That ain't stopped shit. That just opened a vision. Like, what else can I do? yeah right you know what I'm saying I feel like this shit is a blessing you know what I'm saying and I'm trying to bless all my young niggas from the streets and all I feel like I feel like I'm saying I got some type of connection too
Starting point is 00:39:17 you feel me some type of way you feel me so that's why I be hitting the people if I hit you if I hit you I feel like I connect with it or I connect with you some type of way you feel me that's on it oh god and you shouldn't just leave it like yeah I'm you got to be you see me
Starting point is 00:39:32 yeah on God and heaven I want to ask you one more thing you know what I'm saying before we get out of here I have two-one things, but what's your most like memorable, memorable, memorable? How you say that shit? Memorable. Memorable, you know what I'm saying? Moment in the studio, you know what I'm saying?
Starting point is 00:39:48 When you like first got on, man, I need to know. I think I asked that before, but I need to know, no, no. Okay, like, since my mom's was playing like the old school type shit and my pauses type on that type time, I ain't gonna lie. It was like, you know, I don't really, not like that, but I don't really, not like that, but I don't really Look, ain't nobody else like to them, shit, they big or whatever. But when I was with Swiss Beasts, you feel me, just because we really used to just, moms used to really clean up to this shit and shit like that.
Starting point is 00:40:15 That was the idolizing time where people really used to look up to people, you feel me? I just was in there like, damn, I'm really up on this, motherfucker with Swiss Beats, that's dog. You feel me? My son used to be going crazy, you feel me? Yeah. So, at Lisa Keyes, all that type of shit. So it would be like, yeah, she liked that shit. You feel me, to see, moms proud of that shit, it makes me more happy type of shit.
Starting point is 00:40:34 Yeah, see, that's that moment I was talking about when I felt like. damn I made it and this motherfucker for show you know what I'm saying that's that my mom's for sure probably feel like I made it that's something shit like that but I even probably got to bring her back to her like come on my eyes bring it now or not she's we still working we still working do she be hitting you up more because she I know she like my son doing it up yeah yeah not even just because of the fact that I'm doing it up she gonna hit me like she's my best friend like I said she a pops too so she she's talking to and they like what's you on all right you better be safe in here like you feel
Starting point is 00:41:06 Then she's getting at me like a woman too. Like, all right, you out here, protect you. So, all right, don't be out here trying to have no babies. You feel me, she's a real mind. And then if I got a hit her boy advice, she's going to tell me. If she had work, I text her. She's going to call me on break. Are you good to talk?
Starting point is 00:41:19 Ah, yeah. I might call her on the FaceTime while I'm doing the show. Like, look, look at this real quick. I'm going to do the show. If you can go crazy, she could out of the phone. She already know, I ain't even got to talk to her after I hang up. You feel me? And hit her later, like, yeah, you seen that.
Starting point is 00:41:31 You see that. one of them rappers that be doing a gang of drugs, nigger that got a rap. You know what I'm saying? I don't do no drugs. I smoke weed. So look, every situation I went through, I'm paid up.
Starting point is 00:41:41 And you feel me? Like I ain't end up like my father. I ain't saying, fuck him or nothing like that. But I'm just saying, you feel me, good thing that when I went through every situation I went through,
Starting point is 00:41:49 I ain't never choose the drugs. I chose to grind harder. Yes, sir. You know what I'm saying? So I can turn the situation into a plus. Yes, sir. So before we get out of here, man, I want you to shout out
Starting point is 00:41:59 everything you got coming up, everything you got going right now, currently, you know what I'm saying? You know what I'm saying? Plug it right now. See what it do. Oh, yeah. Thanks.
