The following podcast is a dear media production.
Welcome back to the not skinny but not fat podcast.
I'm your host, Amanda Hirsch, and I still can't believe that I get to chat with some of my
favorite stars on my very own podcast where you'll feel like you're just talking shit with
your best friends in your living room.
Hi, hi, hi, hi.
How's everybody doing?
Happy Tuesday.
Welcome to a new episode of Not Skinny Bonafat.
It's your girl.
Amanda, it is so rainy in New York.
Save us from New York City weather.
want to complain. I don't know what's happening around the world. And I always say this. It's like New Yorkers,
we complain about weather. But like, I mean, do people in Chicago and like Michigan and Canada complain all
day like we do? We do have, I did see a post that we have some weekend curse of rain in the summer,
which is crazy. It's like, wow, thank you. Thank you, New York. But I guess you can't get it all.
You can't get it all. And the city gives you everything. So it doesn't want to give you.
you everything, everything. Anyway, I hope everyone's enjoying their summer. I was the only New Yorker
here on July 4th weekend. Well, maybe I was the only New Yorker here on July 4th weekend, but I wasn't
the only one in New York City in July 4th weekend because the Taylor and Travis wedding happened,
happened in Madison Square Garden, like rumored. Like, I mean, it wasn't a rumor. It wasn't a rumor. It wasn't a
rumor. I love how we were all like, she's throwing us off. She's doing album release.
You know, she's doing, you know, it's a decoy. And then like, no, bitches, they got married
on July 4th weekend at Madison Square Garden, where I swear to God, you guys, I, when I go to
concerts at Madison Square Garden, like I like it because it's close to my house. It's not like I have
to go to MetLife in New Jersey. But I hate it because it's fucking exasement station. And it's
dirty and it's smelly and it's like the worst part of town along with Times Square, okay?
So just you know that if you don't know that.
Then it was the hottest day of the year.
It was 128 degrees literally.
Okay, not literally.
It was 100.
It feels like 105.
And then seeing like Bradley Cooper in attacks, seeing Hugh Grant attacks, I mean, you guys,
the amount of people that were there, I think for me was like Hugh Grant, seeing him,
I was like, I'm done.
Like, I'm done.
I'm done.
Like, I could have been there in some world.
You know what I mean?
It wouldn't be crazy.
Like, Bethany Frankl could have been there.
You know what I mean?
Like, and I know, I did post everyone there.
And then it's like everyone but Blake and Ryan.
It's funny because there were those, you know, sources say Taylor extended an olive
branch to the couple.
And then it was like, no, sources say they're not attending.
So.
And people were like, maybe they were invited and decided not to come.
I was like, believe me, they would make it known if they were invited.
They would not miss that opportunity.
However, I mean, I know they weren't there because they were paparazzied somewhere else,
which is, again, like, how does that happen out of nowhere?
Is it planned?
Is it like, prove they weren't here?
However, we couldn't see everybody.
Like, for me, I have more interesting questions.
Was Sophie Turner there?
They were really good friends.
Taylor was there for Sophie upon her to divorce from Joe.
We know that Kelly and Miles.
Teller weren't there.
That friendship breakup, I mean, I need more details.
Like, didn't Kelly?
Kelly spelled crazy by Taylor, this like crazy rank.
They were like this.
I mean, what are these friendship breakups and why are they happening?
And like, I need all the details.
I didn't, I don't even know the Carly Clause lore, who was there, by the way.
Listen, there were a lot, a lot, a lot of people waging on who will attend Taylor Swift and
Travis Kelsey's wedding.
So on Polly Market, obviously, the Mahomes couple were up at 99%.
Obviously, however, we didn't see paparazzi of them.
Did they post yet from the wedding?
I'm not sure.
Obviously, the Heim sisters, Gisliana Gomez, did post.
We know she was there.
Jack Antonov, I don't think I saw anything from him and Margaret Qualley yet.
I didn't see anything.
Did we see Gracie Abrams?
Did she ring Paul Mescal?
Mescal, take a shot.
Sabrina Carpenter.
I don't know if that was AI.
Lana Del Rey, was she there?
only 32% given.
I mean, by the people that she invited,
like if Lana was in there, it'd be crazy.
She invited literally everyone who walks the planet.
She invited the dad from modern family and not Eric Stone Strait was there.
I mean, how random.
Blake Clively got 1% on Polly Market for going.
Connie West got 1%.
Andrew Tate.
No, they're equating Blake Lively with fucking Andrew Tate.
This is crazy.
I mean, listen, the wedding was.
so insane. I heard they were auctioning off
items, which is, I mean, okay, and I'm going to say this
just here because I'm scared. And I'm like, no one will hear
this. You guys, it was tacky. You guys. I mean, they had
a marquee outside. There were thousands of people
invited. How was nobody saying this? This was a tacky event. I'm
so happy for their love. I got goosebumps, like, every video
watching of their love story. But, can't
And we say from the outside, the wedding is tacky, like to invite that amount of people to do it at Madison Square Garden, to have a marquee outside, to do auctions of items, like cars and shit.
Like, why is that needed?
I mean, I saw like an embroidered napkin was already being eBayed, which is crazy.
Which of those guests needs $90?
Like, I must know.
Oh, my God, you know who else?
Was there Rebecca Tillie and Haley, her wife?
We could have been there, guys.
could have been there. J-Lo! Who knew Taylor Swift overlocked with J-Lo? We did not know that,
you guys. I'm freaking out. Anyway, we took it. I mean, I think we were okay. Like, we, we breathed
through it and they're married, and I wonder if they're going to do something smaller for just
their closest friends. Now that they're married, and I did post this, I was like, I love this
love story. Like, I love that they're married now. Yala, babies. And I hate to be that.
guy, but I just can't wait to see them having a family. It's going to be so cute. On Polymarket,
though, only 14% of people think they're going to be pregnant by the end of 2026. I agree. Like,
people like to enjoy being married. Like, let them have their married life and enjoy that time
before a baby comes. Okay. Anyway, this is so fun. I love going on Polymarket and exploring the
culture section. Polymarket is now available in the U.S. App Store. You can trade on culture,
entertainment and more all in one place, download the app and use code not skinny for a free
$50 to get started.
And let's move on to today's podcast.
I'm so excited to have Nia Sanchez from the Valley on the show.
I mean, Nia and Danny have been carrying the show on their backs.
Basically, they have been getting all the heat.
They have been getting, I mean, their storyline is everybody's storyline.
Danny's drinking, Nia's 4 under 5.
You either ride for them like Kristen and Zach or they trigger you in some way.
And we try to get into why she thinks that is and what is going on if she has any regrets coming on reality TV since it has been,
they have been kind of front and center in the drama.
And we get to, you know, nitty gritty in behind the scenes.
And we learn more about Nia.
Who is this?
Who is this lady?
Who is this lovely, lovely, nice, kind, very on reality TV, yet in the center of all this craziness, which is wild.
We had such a lovely conversation.
So I hope you enjoy it.
Nia, I'm so excited you're here.
Thanks for having me.
I'm so excited to, like, meet you and hang out with you.
That's so fun.
I've been following you for a while since you were a little creator back in the day.
Back in the days.
Yeah.
What about you?
Were you like doing Instagram kind of before all of this?
Yeah.
When I was Miss USA 12 years ago, I was one of the first Miss USA's that was like, oh, no, social
media is going to be a thing because this is 2014 and I didn't get an Instagram to 2012.
So it was like right in that beginning window.
And I was like, no, we need to build this up.
This is going to be a way to like have business and, you know, your media and all that.
So I've been social media for a while.
Oh, yeah.
Okay.
So you had like a.
following before all of this. I remember my goal when I first won my state title of Miss Nevada. I was
like, I want to hit 10,000 followers. It was like a dream of mine. And then I hit 50 when I got Miss USA.
And I was like, oh my gosh, dreams come true. So it's been a while. And you celebrate those
milestones. I had the 100K balloons. Oh, yeah. You know? Yeah. All of it. Wait, so you're originally
from Nevada? I'm originally from like a whole West Coast because of my complicated family life
situation. So I lived in California, Oregon and Washington growing up. And then I had family in
Nevada and I wanted to get to Miss USA and I couldn't win California. So I went to my family in
Nevada. I was like, I'm living here now and competing for Nevada. And that got me to the next step of
Miss USA. Where did the interest in pageantry come from? It was so random and kind of out of nowhere
because I actually grew up in martial arts. So I've grown up very like tough and like wear no makeup and
pull your hair back tight. So you look intimidating and you like scare the other person.
That was always my goal.
But I love competition and I've always been girly, even though I grew up in more of like a tomboy kind of sport.
So I was watching Miss USA one day on TV randomly and I called the recruiter.
And I was like, can I do this pageant thing?
And so I did a preliminary.
How did you call the recruiter?
I literally looked it up on my computer as I was watching Miss USA 2009.
And I called the recruiter because they have it on the website.
And she was like, I'm watching Miss USA.
Can you call me later?
And I was like, oh, like this is a big thing.
Like people really, like I had no idea about the past.
Did you, did people growing up were they like telling you how beautiful you were and that you
should like do this kind of a thing? I got some modeling offers in like my early teens 13 14,
but I'm so grateful that my mom kind of put her foot down and she was like, I want you to grow up a
little bit more know who you are before you get into like that world or that industry.
So my mom didn't let me really participate in any of it until I was older and I could make
the decisions for myself. It's so funny because I'm sure for you like,
when you were offered that, it was because you were beautiful.
But I do feel like in our era, like when you grew up, we got to, like, so many girls
got approached for that.
Oh, yeah.
I, like, I remember being like, mom, just let me do a, but I don't remember.
It was called like a modeling book or whatever.
And it was like, you would be offered and you'd have to pay for it.
And they would, there was a lot of scams.
There were a lot of scams out there.
And every girl kind of like wanted to do it.
You know what I mean?
I wonder if that happens today.
I don't know if it's such a thing.
But I remember there was like the big like entertainment where you could go and you could model or like act and like see if you could make it.
But then you had to pay a lot of money to like get to the next round.
It was like a whole thing.
So you said you grew up tomboyish.
I mean, I've always been girly girl, but in the tomboy sport of martial arts.
Yeah.
So when did the interest in taekwondo happen?
My dad forced me into taekwondo when I was eight years old because we had moved to a new city and I was so shy and so introverted.
and my dad, he worked at a prison.
And so he saw all the worst.
What was he like a warden?
He was a sergeant, originally Folsom and then Chino.
So Wholesome's like really intense.
And then Chino is also intense.
So he saw the worst of the worst people in the world.
And then he saw his little girl be so introverted.
I would stare at my feet when I walked down the street.
Like I didn't want to talk to anybody.
And he was like, we got to get this confidence built up.
So, yeah, he put me into martial arts.
And I told him I wouldn't join unless he did.
So then my brother and my dad joined and we all train through the ranks together.
So now you have like a black belt?
I'm a fourth degree black belt in taekwondo, which is, you know, took so, it was like over 20 years of training and all of that.
But then I also now train in jiu-jitsu regularly and I'm obsessed.
What are, what's the difference?
Taekwondo and like Muay and things like that are more kind of trained in moitai as well are more stand-up fighting like punches, elbows, kicks, knees.
Whereas jiu-jitsu is almost all ground.
In women's classes, they do also a good amount of-
Like you're on the ground. So like as a woman, I feel like it's so much more realistic because
God forbid like something happens. You're in a physical confrontation. It falls to the ground.
Someone's on top of you. A man is on top of you. Like that's terrifying. But in jujitsu, you feel empowered.
You're like, oh, you just gave me your arm as you're trying to like, you know, I'm getting like real
graphic in this, you know, podcast. But like if someone's like trying to choke you and they're sitting on top of you,
that's actually a really empowered place to be in jiu jiuitsu because there's so many tools you can work with to, you know,
flip the situation. Have you ever had to use your moves? The only thing I've ever had to use
is like a creep at the bar comes up and tries to grab you and you like, you know, release their
wrist intentionally or like I mentioned it once on the valley. But when Trump owned the Miss USA
and Miss Universe organization, there was one time where he brought like all of his golf buddies
to come watch all of us rehearse. It was actually kind of creepy and none of us felt very
comfortable because we were in middle of rehearsals and he brought all of these like older men
in to like watch us perform.
Yeah.
And there was men that would be like, come take a picture and then just like grab your body.
And I definitely intentionally like grabbed and released one of their hands very specifically.
And I was like, don't ever put your hands on me without asking.
Like, excuse you.
It must feel so empowering to like know that you're strong.
Oh, yeah.
It absolutely does.
And I feel like every woman.
It's just, I feel like it should be provided in high schools like self-defense.
And it's not even just the physical escape, but even prevention and awareness.
I feel like that should be provided for all women, unfortunately, like the world that we live in.
Yeah.
But why not make us feel more confident and empowered in uncomfortable situations?
Can you, because I saw that you grew up with your dad a lot of the time?
Yeah.
Can you tell us a little bit about that?
Like, how did that happen?
Yeah.
My parents separated when I was about seven years old and moved with my mom to Oregon,
the state of Oregon, where her family was.
We kind of bounced around before that.
That's when we were living in a women's shelter.
and we were the sleeping on couches or tents in people's backyards for a while.
And then my aunt was like, you can come stay with us.
So we went.
Was it just you and your mom or your brother?
It was me, my mom, and my younger brother were two years apart.
And so we went and stayed with my aunt and uncle and two cousins.
And then they sold their house.
So we moved in with my mom's step grandma for a bit.
And we're all like how many, six, seven of us or more were living in that house.
And then they had built a new house.
And so we moved into the house with them.
So we're kind of bouncing around a lot.
but eventually moved back to California as their divorce proceedings continued.
And to this day, we still don't know why exactly my dad got full custody because I've been to a lot of therapy.
And that was one of the things that therapist is like, you need to ask.
Like, why did your dad get full custody?
That's not typical, especially in the 90s.
My mom's been to therapy and her therapist said, you need to figure out why your husband got full custody.
Nobody knows.
Like I think everybody blocked it out of their memory, but my dad ended up getting custody of us.
So my mom actually moved out of state.
She moved to Washington where her mom was to live with her mom.
So it was a really hard time.
And you kept in touch with your mom throughout at all.
Absolutely.
And so we ended up moving to Southern California to live with my grandparent,
my dad's mom and dad.
And I went to a year-round school.
So every three months, you got a month off.
So every three months, I got to spend time with my mom.
So we had a more frequent relationship than if I was just in a traditional school where I would
see her on like winter break and summer break.
So I'm grateful that it worked out that way.
But yeah.
So growing up.
with a dad as your kind of full-time parent.
Yeah.
How do you explain how you got to be such a like kind of motherly mom?
Like that you're so into having kids and you're such a good parent and like where did that come from?
I feel like it's just like intrinsic.
It's just like something inside of me.
I've always loved like my little baby cousins growing up.
I remember Daniel and I actually got into it a little bit more.
I was just like speaking out of.
kind of fear and anger once, but I was like, I've always wanted to be a mom, but I'm afraid to
give birth. And like, I had never had that conversation with him. I was like, I want to get
pregnant, but I'm terrified of like the next step. But after that, I'll be fine. Like, once we have
the kids. And that was like a whole conversation of his like, I've never heard somebody talk about
that. But I think I've always wanted to just, I've always had that like, I love kids. I've
volunteered in Sunday school, growing up in high school. I then worked at Disney where I got to
spend time with little kids all day long. I taught martial arts to all.
all the little kids, like the little toddler classes.
So I've always loved kids.
So when you finally give birth to your first,
so your son, did the first kid?
Yeah.
And you were scared of giving birth and getting pregnant and all that.
Well, did it prove to be harder or easier than you thought it was going to be?
Oh, I read so many books to like try to like conquer the fear.
Like books that were the intention was to like help you not be afraid of like giving birth.
It makes you more afraid.
It made me more calm actually.
I was like, okay, I can do this.
And I had a doula and she was like so supportive and really walked me through a lot of it.
The birth was decent.
It was pretty good.
I would say.
And, you know, I survived.
Did you have badgeral deliveries for all your kids?
Even for the twins?
Yeah, epidurals and vaginal deliveries.
Yeah.
What do they do with twins?
Like pop.
Let me tell you.
The second one, do you deliver it just like you do the first one?
Yeah, but I told my doctor, this is again, probably like way too much for your podcast.
It's not.
It's not.
It's not.
For all girls here.
I was like, I was like, you don't let that baby turn.
You get your hand up in there.
and pull that baby down because why did you think he was because they say very often the second one now
that there's more room they flip around in there and then you could go into a sea section right after
your first vaginal birth no thank you don't they try to steer twin births away from vaginal
deliveries a lot of doctors do a lot of doctors are afraid of it because there's a lot of possible
complications but we were we had to be in the OR just in case and the room was full of people I had
two or three OBs, like four nurses, the anesthesiologists, two anesthesiologists. Because it's twins.
Because it's twins. And then there's a full team for each twin because twins also have more
complications because they're typically born a lot earlier. So there's multiple nurses and doctors
were earlier for you? We were full term. So 37 weeks and one day is full term for twins.
Yeah. And I had, have you heard of pups? No. It is a miserable pregnancy rash that starts in your
stretch marks because a collagen is breaking apart too quickly in your skin. And then it just spreads.
And so my full body was covered in a rash and I was miserable.
And my doctor was like, you've made it to 37 weeks.
Get in here.
We're going to induce you just like once the babies get out, the rash will go away.
So it didn't.
It got worse.
But the rush was supposed to go away.
The amount of things that can go that can happen in a pregnancy and birth.
Yes.
That's why I was saying, like, if the books stress you out.
And this is like for the listener, like there are two types of people.
Read about it the more you can.
Yeah.
And maybe it'll calm you down.
for me was like read nothing.
Yeah, you don't want to know.
I don't want to know.
Just like let me just show up and do it.
Yeah, let me show up, not know what's going on and just like lean in because I've seen things can go in a lot of different ways.
But twins always scared the shit.
Like when my sister told me she was pregnant with twins and it was a spontaneous, how do they call it?
Like no twins in the family.
Right.
Was an IV.
Were they identical?
No.
A fraternal girl.
Oh, okay.
What about you?
How did the twins happen for you?
It was just one egg that split.
into two, so they're identical twin girls. And it was, there's no twins in the family. It was nothing
that we... So it was also like you weren't aware it came in. There were like two heartbeats.
Uh-huh. We were, we had one and we were like, we want two kids really close together and
age. We'll go for one more. And then found out we were having twins and it just rocked our world.
And we were freaking out for the longest time. And then you had... And then I had one more after that.
We'll be right back after the break.
I hate to break it to you, but if you're sleeping, um...

how, you know, how much that is to handle and tackle.
And we saw that on the show.
Like, you guys were showing it.
Yeah.
We were saying how hard it is with three kids.
And then you're like, but I want another one.
And I was like, what?
Like, I was trying to get into.
to your headspace of like you're going through such a hard time tackling three. Yeah. What in
your mind, like I, let me, let me connect to that feeling that you were having. Like,
you're, you're in it. You're in the brunt of the three. Yeah. But you're like,
one, another one. Yeah. I don't know. So I remember I was holding the twins. I think all,
two, two trains at that one. I remember holding the twins at like five weeks old, both of them
after like nursing them and being like, oh, I want one more. So I'm a little bit of a crazy person.
And in that sense, because they're like literally newborns.
I'm like, just one more.
But I think also the twin pregnancy, I guess three trains I thought, the twin pregnancy was,
there was a lot of like traumatizing things.
There was a lot of health scares.
And they were planning or preparing us to like induce at 28 weeks to like have to like do injections to like develop their lungs.
There was a lot of like scary things happening.
So I didn't get to really enjoy the pregnancy.
I didn't get to kind of wrap my mind around like, okay, this is my last pregnancy.
and I didn't feel like our family was complete.
Daniel and I had always said before we ever had kids,
we said we either want two or four.
We never said three.
We said two or four.
Like we know we want everybody to have a buddy, even number.
And so we went from one to three.
It was kind of like inevitable that we were going to have another one.
And I know it was hard, but also someone commented on one of my posts.
And they said, like, people work out to like change their bodies and get stronger and they're sore.
and people don't look and go, well, it's your fault that you're sore.
Like what, because people comment that to me a lot.
Well, it's your fault you had one more and you're overwhelmed.
It's like, I still want it.
I still love it.
But that doesn't mean it's not hard.
Like working out to get, you know, changes in your body.
It's hard.
Or like going to school and getting an education and you're not sleeping and you're burning the
midnight candle and you're exhausted.
And maybe you're complaining about how exhausted you are and it's difficult.
But like you still want the education.
You still want like that goal.
So it's like, I want to, I love it.
women go through with pregnancy and birth and postpartum.
And I remember you said that to Danny, you're like, I'm the one that has to be pregnant
when you were talking about it.
But you also mentioned, because he said it was a threefold answer, but maybe fourfold.
You did say something about a mom, like, you were like, let me get the baby making ears
bod, like kind of out of the way.
Like you didn't want, you didn't want to like, you wanted to kind of get it over.
100%.
Yes.
Yeah.
I always like the idea of having kids closer in age in general, but there's that other factor of like, I'm 36.
I don't want to wait like five years until I'm in my 40s to have my last baby and have like gotten my body back and like felt good.
I'm like, okay, let's do it all again.
And especially because my body type, every single postpartum, my body holds on to fat while I'm breastfeeding.
Same.
And yeah, everybody else gets skinny.
And you're like, how are you wearing a crop top and you delivered two weeks ago?
No, everybody else.
Yes.
Yep. So, I mean, I'm sure there's a, like, we're not the only ones. But yes, you hear a lot about, don't worry, don't worry. It all come, it all melt off. Melt off. No. No. Yeah. Not for me. My body homes weight. So every time you stop breastfeeding, that's when you start kind of getting back to yourself. Yeah, exactly. And how long did you breastfeed for your kids? I never really stopped, really. I, like, I guess weaned a bit, but I breastfed my son, but I got pregnant at 10 months postpartum with when I was 10 months with my son. So he nursed until about like, like,
13 months and he just stopped by himself. I remember seeing some of your stories back in the day and you
had like your oldest and you were like, okay, we're trying to wean now. Yeah. You know, and it's such a hard
thing to wean, but I've never done it. Well, I'm wondering when it's going to happen with my last baby
because every time I've gotten pregnant, I think the milk changes. And so the babies are like, no,
thank you. They're over it. They wean themselves. Yeah. Oh, that's how it happened with here.
My son just never wanted the boob again. And I never even had like a last moment. It was just done. And I was
like, are you sure you don't? Okay. And same. Well, that's what? Well, that's how. Well, that's how.
But the twins, isn't it harder to breastfeed because, like, what are you double?
I had a massive tandem feeding pillow that they would, like, lay on and it wraps all the way around.
So I did breastfeed them.
And then once they're bigger, you know, they're crawling around and you're just like, here's my body.
Wait, so now, how old is the baby now?
She turned one a few weeks ago.
She just turned one.
Oh, my God.
So she's still going.
She's still breastfeeding, but she's also not as interested.
I feel like me and my kids are just like, eh, it's not so great after here.
So we'll see.
Does it make you sad or are you okay to be done with that?
I'm sad.
I'm sad and I'm sure I'll be happy about it.
But like when it's finally done, but I'm savoring every baby moment.
Because now you know it was the last one.
It's my last one.
I'm like, you don't have to walk.
You'll get there eventually.
Don't rush it.
Like I'm savoring all the cute little baby things.
Did Danny get the sniff?
Oh, yeah.
Oh, he did.
Oh, yeah.
You'll see it on the valley.
He, yeah.
I mean, I have the video.
I should like post it someday.
The day I told him that I was pregnant, that day I said, and you're getting a vasectomy.
It's funny that it.
came from you.
Oh.
I thought like he would be more like,
and he was like,
not one more.
I know he was joking.
He was mostly joking.
He was mostly joking.
And I was like,
what?
I was like,
don't.
And like,
I think that people project.
Like,
I know for me,
I'm like projecting
because I have two
and I have that debate
of if I want a third or not.
Yeah.
So that's why for me
when I saw you
struggling and still deciding
on a fourth.
And I was like,
how did she decide that?
Yeah.
You know,
from that place.
Yeah.
It was for me.
Because I'm like, I, even like when I had my first one, it wasn't until he was three where I was like, I'm ready for another.
Yeah.
And I'm not there with my two-year-old.
Yeah.
But everyone has a different experience.
Like my sister, who I don't know, like I'm trying to be solely happy for her.
But sometimes I'm like, how is she having such an easy fucking postpartum?
She has a girl and girls, do you, did you see in your experience that they tend to be a little bit easier or not?
No.
No?
Yeah.
I mean, I don't know because I went from a boy to twins.
Yeah, that's true.
So, like, twins is just so hard.
But she's having...
This baby's easy.
Oh, yeah.
This last baby.
Although she wouldn't take a bottle for six months straight, but now she's easy.
So...
Well, my sister is like, fucking cruising from the beginning.
Yeah.
And I'm like, this is not the typical experience, you know?
Yeah.
So I'm like, could it be like that for me on the third?
Hey, could.
Both of my weren't.
Yeah.
Weren't easy.
Yeah.
You know?
It could be like that.
I was like struggle, like, bouncing, you know?
all those things, which I feel like I see you on the valley.
Like, you're going, seeing you in a fucking safari, no, like, I, I was having secondhand
anxiety.
Like, at that, what was it, like 90 degrees?
It was so hot.
And you're with this fucking baby.
Oh.
arriving to all the schedule of everything with filming,
there was not a moment for me to stop and feed her.
So the only, I was like, she's 20, she should have fed 20 minutes ago.
I have to nurse her now.
She's not taking a bottle.
Oh, she wasn't taking a bottle.
So there was no way I could just hand her off to, the babysitter was there.
Because she can't, she would starve.
She would not take a bottle.
Yeah.
And I'm like, if I don't have to put my kid through like the crying, the stress, the like
cortisol of it all, like, and if I can just feed her.
And we tried a bottle almost every single day, multiple times a day.
for weeks and weeks on end.
And she didn't give up and she ended up being able to take it.
We hired a lactation consultant who came over three separate times.
And I had to leave the room, of course.
Like we all know that.
Like if mom's around, they want the boob, not the bottle.
If they're struggling with that.
But finally, she actually, because she was old enough,
she started taking milk through a sippy cup instead of a bottle first.
She never went straight to a bottle.
It was a sippy cup for like three weeks before she finally like ended up taking a bottle,
but at six months old.
So tell me how this feels like everyone's on that.
Not that it looked fun for everyone.
I'll be honest. Like that's a farmy trip. It looked hot. But what does it feel like to you? And I feel like you maintain such a composure and like a resiliency. But like I would be like just annoyed. You know, like not at the baby. Yeah. But just that I'm in the situation right now. Yeah. I'm having a deal not only with my mood, my whatever, but like being in the with the baby and this heat. So how do you, did you? Did you? Did. I'm in the situation right now? I'm having to deal not only with my mood, my whatever, but like being in the, with the baby in this heat. So how do you? Did. Did. Did you? Did. Did. I'm having to. I'm. I'm. I
you handle filming and being with the cast and talking about like dumb shit or whatever you're
dealing with while you're like having to take care of your baby.
Yeah.
I mean, I do remember like throwing it all the way back to like season one when like Michelle
was like trying to film me in with her drama.
And I just sort of crying.
I'm just like, I don't have time for your like petty drama.
And like this time around I feel like I was more in almost like survival where like almost like
head down just like focus on getting through the moment.
because it is exhausting and overwhelming.
And, like, I am the type of person to just be, like, take a deep breath, be like, I got this.
Like, whatever it is.
And just, like, keep putting one foot in front of the other.
So I just, I don't even have, like, the time or energy for all this drama.
Like, obviously, you have to because it's your job and you're, like, stepping into it.
But you're like, oh, y'all are crazy.
Was it sometimes nice?
I mean, not nice, because I know you went through a lot this season and last season, by the way.
But to kind of escapism of, like, let me.
fight over this thing
rather than only thinking about boobs,
bottles, babies spit up, sleep.
Yeah, to an extent.
And I'm really love that I actually had Kristen
with me through a lot of it.
So I feel like we could kind of like lean on each other
and get each other because we were literally in the same space.
Like three months postpartum both of us while filming.
But yeah, it was just like you could kind of almost
disconnect for a second and be like, what are you talking about?
And then like back to boobs and baby.
What?
So your relationship with Kristen really grew,
strong. Was that throughout your pregnancies because they were at the same time? And even before,
like, I, you wouldn't know it now because I have four kids and they're all close in age,
but like it, we really struggled to get pregnant the first time around. We went through fertility
treatments. We did like the whole thing and it took us 18 cycles. Like we tried 18 times. Like
get pregnant. We went to I.I's. We like did all the injections, all the shots and like nothing was
working three-filled IUIs and all of that. So when Kristen was trying and then lost to pregnancy,
and, you know, was going, wanting to figure out, like, what's next step?
I felt like we got really close through the, like, fertility journey as well.
She came with me to a fertility appointment with her to one with the same fertility doctor.
She ended up getting pregnant through an IUI with my fertility doctor, which was incredible.
IUI is one step before IVF, right?
Yeah.
So they do, like, you do all the shots to, like, make sure everything is producing properly.
Then you do a trigger shot to release the egg.
And then exactly, I forget how many hours, like 18 hours later, you inject the.
sperm with like a, you know, like a turkey baster, essentially.
Instead of doing it in a...
Instead of a petri dish.
But the syringe that they put in goes through the cervix.
So it's as close to the egg as possible.
So you're just giving yourself like the best chance.
So what are you not doing?
You're not doing the egg extractions.
And then they like put it in the petri dish, put it all together.
And then insert the egg back in.
Okay.
So you're not doing that part.
I understand.
Yeah.
So you had to go through that for your first pregnancy.
ended up working that way.
Well, we did three rounds of IUI and they all failed.
And so we were getting ready for IVF.
I was looking it up in Mexico or Australia or Spain because it's like $5,000 in Spain and it's
$40,000 in the U.S.
For like, if you hear someone saying I went through two, three, four rounds of IVF to get
pregnant, they're spending sometimes hundreds of thousands of dollars.
It's mind blowing.
And we did the, with three rounds of IUI, we were preparing my body, kind of being like,
let's detox and just like relax a little bit.
And then in a few months, we're going to do IVF.
And then a few months later, I was doing fertility acupuncture and this, like, really incredible, like, Chinese doctor.
And he was so confident.
He was like, give me a few months.
Tell me exactly what day you are on your cycle and I'll get you pregnant.
And like, he did.
He did.
And I went back to him one time.
And then the next month after Asher went back to him one time, like, okay, well, we want to try again soon.
One time told him where I was at my cycle.
He did all his, you know, all the shots and or the needles.
and then I got pregnant with twins.
And Daniel's like,
dangnav it.
He like really amped up your fertility.
I know, it's like AI.
Like you need to tell him exactly what you want.
Like you should have said end.
No, but I mean, obviously you're happy with your twin.
Yeah, exactly.
So you meet Danny in 2013.
13.
2013.
2013.
And at that time, he's acting.
He's acting on camera and doing voiceover.
He's doing both.
How did you meet?
We met, depends on who you ask.
According to him, we met at a friend's,
engagement party. And technically we did because there was a giant group photo of like all 70 people
there and we're both in the group photo. But I was focused on the bride and his friend was the groom.
So we met through mutual friends. But then he volunteered one day at the church that we went to.
And the first day of him volunteering was my like second time checking out the church and seeing if I liked it.
And so I walked in through his door that he was volunteering at as he was greeting people and he recognized me.
So he was like, hey, Mia. Seenches. Oh, you recognize you from the engagement party. But he
I know like my first and last name.
And I was like, who was this really handsome guy that knows my whole name?
Like, what is happening right now?
Looked you up.
Oh, he found me on Facebook because he didn't even have an Instagram because this
2013, like back in the day.
So he pursued.
Yeah.
I was having actually a book club with a friend and there was a few going on in our community
and he had already signed up for one that was down the street from his house.
But he asked me, he was like, are you doing a book club?
Is it co-ed?
Well, you guys are so wholesome.
Like volunteering a church and book.
Club. It was, yeah, but then he was like, he's canceled his book club. He's like, I'm coming
years, even though it's 20 minutes away. And so he asked me out on a date before Book Club and took
me to Runyon Canyon, which have you been, have you done running? Yeah, I've done. Yeah,
and I was not really working out at that point. So I was like, this is not hard, right? And I think
he was like putting me through a test. Like, can she keep up with me. But I did it. I survived.
And he passed my non-negotiables questions. I had a first day. I pushed all my non-negotiables
out there. See if what were they?
Well, they're non-negotiables of a 24-year-old.
I have to warn you because this is what is important when you're 24.
We're, you know, where people are face?
So it was like, do you, you know, are you a person of faith?
Like, do you love God?
That kind of thing.
And then number two was, will you go with me to Disney and never get tired of it?
Like, this is so embarrassing.
24-year-old.
I worked at Disney.
I love Disney.
But are you still?
Are you a Disney adult?
Would you call yourself?
Well, yes, but I have kids so I can, like, hide behind the mask that I have children.
But how often do you go?
We go. We have passes. So we go, like, at least once a month while our passes, like, it's the summer. So our pants passes are like, we have the cheap ones. Okay. So we go whenever we can. So you're standing on the lines and you don't wait in lines. Oh, really? Yeah. I mean, there's no lines for the first two hours at like 8 a.m. And then you like rides. Like, I mean, the kids do. We don't, we don't go on all the fun adult rides anymore. We go on tune town rides. Yeah. Or in Fantasyland. Will you not get to hire at Disneyland? Yeah, exactly. And then. And then. We don't go on all the fun adult rides anymore. We go on. Like, we go on Tune town rides. Yeah. Well, okay. Well, so will you not get to hire to Disneyland. Yeah. Exactly. Exactly. Exactly. Yeah. And then. Yeah. And then. And then. Yeah. Yeah
And will you at least be like tolerable of cats?
Because I grew up with cats.
I was like, I definitely want one at some point in life.
And I don't want you to be like allergic or something like that.
And he did say, he was like, I kind of fibbed on that answer.
I said, yeah, I was fine with cats.
But he's like, no, I never want a cat.
So we don't have any cats.
Does that make you upset?
No, we will eventually.
Okay.
You know, I feel like in a relationship, like the woman is really.
You give a take.
We decide things.
So how did coming on the show happen?
That all just felt like it was.
kind of out of nowhere. So I was very pregnant when Daniel went to a football game and like
reconnected with Jacks. They had similar friend groups through like the years like in Hollywood. And so
they knew each other but they weren't really close. Well it's Jacks's show. So it's all. Yeah, it's
Jacks's show. Exactly. He's, it's all his. But yeah, so they connected at a football game and they're
both from Michigan and it was a Detroit versus the L.A. Ram. So, you know, he was like, okay,
this is like, they just had a lot of fun.
And then Jack's, you know, there was no show.
He wasn't on Vaynerpump.
There was no The Valley at the time.
So what he told Daniel was like, you need to meet my wife.
I'm in a new season of life.
Like I have a son.
You guys are pregnant with a boy.
Like our kids are going to get along great.
He's like, I'm just focused on being a dad and being a good dad and like being in this like
new stage of life.
And that's like kind of how he kind of got us all connected with the friend group.
So I was very pregnant first baby.
I don't want to meet anybody.
They were like, let's all go out to lunch.
But I was literally about to give birth.
So they had a New Year's Eve party at Brittany and Jacks's house.
And I was six weeks postpartum.
I had just given birth.
So I remember bringing the baby.
Ash was wrapped all up on me.
And that's when I met everybody from Vanderpump.
Like, how do you would watch the show?
Never had watched a show.
Didn't know who anybody was, like, at all.
So I had no background on anybody.
I didn't know anybody's story or history, but like Stasi and like Katie Maloney.
And like, now I know who everybody is.
And, you know, Janet was there.
Every single, like the whole cast was pretty much there at the New Year's Eve.
like cooking something up. Do you think Jacks? Well, from there, maybe a year or later, he was like,
hey, I've been talking to Alex, because it's his show, you know, talking to Alex about a show that I have
an idea for. And he was like, we want to, you know, you guys are our friends. We've been friends for a while
now. Like, I want to have you on the show. I think it, the way it was sold to us was, it's not going to
be that crazy Vanderpump drama. Like, we're in a different stage of life. It's instead of popping
bottles, it's popping baby bottles. Like, you know, he's like, you know, he's like,
And you're like, perfect.
Uh-huh, perfect.
He's like, the drama is going to be like, the girls go to like a weekend in Palm Springs
and the dads are like trying to figure out how to change diapers.
And so we were sold a different experience than we got.
You were not prepared for this.
We were not prepared.
And I had maybe, you know, maybe in like high school watched like Orange County Housewives.
And like I've seen some New Jersey or New York Housewives, but like 10 years before.
Like I wasn't up to date on the drama.
Did reality TV ever spark any interest for you before?
before this?
Never. Like, you never thought you would be on reality TV.
No.
And here you are thrown into it and already season one, you and Danny are in some drums.
Oh, yeah. I mean, it really started in season two, but there's drama all the way through, you know.
Wait, what season are we on now?
We're no season three.
Season three, right.
Yeah.
Okay.
So season two, it started.
Yes.
With the Janet and Jasmine of it all.
It did.
Yeah.
But I remember the phone call in between season one and two because I heard Jacks on speaker
phone telling Daniel, I'm coming after you. I'm going to take you down. Why? Why did he hate him?
His specific words were, you got a good edit and I got a bad edit. So I'm coming for you.
Those were his words. So. And Daniel was like, man, we're, first of all, we're friends. I thought
we were friends. And he was like, and I have a family. Like, I have a livelihood outside of this.
I have a career outside of this. Like, why are you saying this? And Jack's just kept like doubling down.
And he was like, I don't think you got the right edit. I'm going to show people.
who you really are. I got a bad edit. This is not who I, like, the whole. So he just had it in his head,
you know. We'll be right back after the break. I am so honored to be a merit ambassador because
I just feel like the coolest people work with merit and use merit. Like, Jemima Kirk
just did a whole thing with them. And I'm like, give it to me. It's just made for us cool,

and just went to this restaurant and he was like, yeah, there was like the schnitzel.
It was so good and it came with the sauces like, the sauces.
However, since I became a healthy girlie, I'm like, what's in this?
Soybean oil, oh my!
So finding primal kitchen, and they are on a mission to change that stuff, okay?
They are the first brand to bring avocado oil to sauces and condiments.

I just am the type of person that needs to see and feel comfort.
Like, I don't love travel as much as everyone loves because, like, it takes me a while to adjust.
So even if I'm on, like, a block that I don't usually walk down or in a town or a city that I'm not usually in or even, like, you know, drive an upstate.
And I'm like, where am I?
And I see a Starbucks.
I'm like, oh, that's how Starbucks makes me feel.
and even more so with their Starbucks
Rappuccino drinks that you could find
in almost any gas station
or where you buy groceries,
I'm like,
hello lover.
Hello, lover.
Sorry, I did the hello lover wrong.
Plus, buying them for my fridge
and having people over and being like,
do you want somebody to drink?
They're like, no, thank you.
I'm like a water, no, it's okay.
Like a shelter?
I'm fine.

They're like, give it to me.
It's so chic.
It's so sexy.
It's in a glass bottle and it's just a sweet moment of joy in a busy day.

Farbrichino drinks wherever you buy your grass or groceries.
Listen, I know you're going out.
I know you're getting a drink or two.
I know you're waking up the next morning saying,
I used to be able to drink and not feel like poop the next day.
So I have something for you.
You guys, make Zbiotics, pre-alcohol, probiotic,
the first drink of your night for better tomorrow.
Okay, this was engineered by a team of PhD microbiologists, okay?
Pre-alcohol.
It's a probiotic drink.
It breaks down the byproduct of alcohol,
which is responsible for that rough feeling after.
you drink, okay?
Have one or two glass of wine,
a cocktail or two,
and wake up like poop and say,
I can't even have that one or two glass of wine
without feeling like poop the next day,
okay?
No, I want to have a peanut collada by the pool
and not have it affect the rest of my vacation.
Z biotics is for you,
you guys, you start the night
with the pre-alcohol drink,
and I'm telling you, it just saves your next day.
Listen, again, when you drink,
the alcohol gets converted.
into this toxic byproduct in the gut.
It's the buildup of this byproduct,
not the dehydration like we always hear about
that's to blame for those rough days after drinking.
Free alcohol produces this enzyme
to break this byproduct down.
Just remember, make pre-alcohol the first drink of your night,
drink responsibly, and you're going to feel your best the next day.
July is packed with barbecues, fireworks, late weekends,
and late nights with friends.
Keep the good times rolling in to the next day,
drink pre-alcohol before you go out
and wake up ready for whatever Sunday.

with people online saying, and they also mentioned this on this season, that Britney might have been
fighting his fight? I don't knowing Britney, but I do, like there's those little moments where, for
example, like Brittany and Jacks weren't together.
And, you know, she had called and, like, mentioned that Kristen was engaged when it was, like,
so to be private.
So I'm sure there were, like, Jacks had his plan and, like, maybe told her about it.
But I don't think she was, like, in on it or, like, intentional about it.
Yeah.
She wouldn't do it intentionally, but maybe it, like, kind of, maybe it got to her what he was
saying.
Because now that I'm thinking about it in season, I think it was too.
Yeah.
when the whole like Danny's tired versus Danny's drunk situation.
And she was like, they're not showing.
I'm showing everything.
They're not.
So I think she's been kind of heated about you guys since then.
Yeah.
Something switched then that it was like, why do I have to show my messy?
And they get to be perfect.
Yeah.
I can see that perspective.
Yeah.
So where are you at now with Brittany?
Brittany and I are good.
Good?
Yeah, we're good.
It is interesting to watch things.
back because even the questioning of like mine and Kristen's friendship.
And I'm like, girlfriend, I guess we haven't like, I don't know, like, how do you like show a
friendship to somebody else besides like if you have a friendship with someone?
I don't know.
Oh, well, she was like, how many times have you been to her house?
Yeah, all of that.
And like, you know what?
Okay.
This is not me defending.
Uh-huh.
This is me saying sometimes as girls, we get jealous when two of our friends become better
friends.
Yeah.
Then we were.
Yeah.
And like not.
Did they introduce, like, right.
We met everybody through Brittany and Jackson.
Right.
Yeah, we met the whole friend group through them.
So I do feel like maybe she has some of that too.
Yeah.
Like what's going on here.
Yeah.
Kristen is right or fucking die for you.
Yeah.
To get a friend like Kristen who's like, what does that feel like to have someone
have your back in that way?
I'm just like so grateful for her friendship and we are so close.
So I feel like if I was maybe a little bit more like louder,
like I'd be like the same for her, you know, depending on the situation.
I'm like, let me say something.
Like when I heard about the whole bathroom situation at the airport, I was like, I wish I was there.
Who knows what I would have really done?
But I was feeling like fired up about it.
So I feel like the energy goes both ways.
But like, yeah, I'm so grateful for Kristen and her friendship.
Her and Zach, I feel like we're so, so close.
Yeah, they really both.
I feel like with you guys, you bring up a lot of emotions and people somehow.
Yeah, we do.
It's either they love you, die for you.
will get run over for you,
Zach and Kristen.
Yeah.
Or they are triggered by something.
Yeah, I feel like it's the people that we spend the most time with
that know who we are on like a daily basis when there's no cameras around.
Like when we're just at home or if we're out,
if we're going out and we ho together or if we're like going to the farmer's market
together, like when they see us in everyday life.
And so I do feel like they are like, what is happening?
objective over you.
Because they, I feel like they're similar headspace to us, but they like speak up more in a
different way of like, hold on, but you don't know them like me and Daniel like that.
And so I feel like they're like, they feel defensive in that way.
But because it's people that like don't spend time with us and don't know us in that way, you know.
Yeah, but why like what is getting under their skin then?
Who?
Like Zach and Kristen?
No.
Everybody else.
Everybody else.
Everybody else.
Like why is not everybody.
Yeah.
Janet, obviously, there's mega underlying because nothing happened specifically with her,
like she was being defensive of Jasmine, and now I don't know who she's standing up for.
It's still that situation.
This drama took over two seasons.
Two seasons, yeah.
Did you have it in your mind, like maybe to not come back because of it, not wanting that toxicity?
I didn't think that the same conversation would be happening a second season in a row.
I was like, oh, well,
people, I imagined, like people have other things going on in their life.
Other dramatic things or other stories to tell, like, you know, to know more about other people.
I'm like, we have enough, like, drama and things going on in our own life.
We have a whole bunch of stories to tell us with, like, kids and homeschool and, like, the juggle of it all.
And I didn't know the baby wasn't going to take a bottle and, like, trying to juggle everything.
So I was like, I'm sure other people have other things to talk about.
But it's still us.
But it became, how did you navigate that being postpartum?
and so much toxicity around your husband, your relationship.
I feel like my first instinct naturally is just kind of pull inward,
almost like a protective thing of like, oh, I don't like this,
and just kind of like kind of protect my heart a little bit.
And then there are moments where I'm just over it.
So those moments are this week's episode and next week's episode.
I don't know when this will air, but like the Mexico episodes.
The Mexico, yeah.
Is when I'm just done.
I could tell because Janet,
was crying at the lunch.
And I feel like at that point,
I saw you for the first time,
like, they're like, she's crying.
And you were like, yeah, you know?
I feel like at that point,
you had had it with this conversation.
Yeah.
What did it feel like?
I mean, to me, at this point,
it feels like we're being a little gaslit
because I do agree that there was that episode
where you guys were having that tension.
And listen, you've been married for many years.
You have kids.
You're going through postpartum.
their emotions.
If we put cameras on anyone, like you'd see moments of a couple fighting a little bit,
not getting along, talking about the drag episode.
Yeah, yeah, yeah, I know.
First of all, what did it feel like when Lala intervened?
Because I remember in your confessional, you said there was a moment where you were like,
oh, I'm happy.
She's having my back.
But now looking back, seeing that she kept going with it.
Yeah.
And bringing it up.
Yeah.
And that's the part that was like a little tricky for me.
Because even in the moment, I think Daniel was like, you're going to let her talk to me like that.
And I was like, well, you.
you know, if you're not listening to me, maybe you'll listen to her.
So in the moment, I was like, eh, okay.
But then looking back on it, realizing the conversation continued to happen,
Daniel had actually, like when we were all in the wait room, which I do, the editors are great
because I'm like, Jesse's sitting there getting his makeup done while Lala and Daniel are like going at it.
And it's just like those cutaways are hilarious to watch back.
But even in that moment in the wait room, you know, there's only so much time that you can put
everything together.
But there was an apology and a resolution then.
And then he apologized the next morning.
And so I don't know.
I don't know if I'm cut off for reality TV sometimes because I'm like, in an adult world,
you apologize, you have resolution, you, even Lala was like, let's hug it out.
Like, we're good.
Like, let's hug it out.
So when the conversation kept going for weeks and weeks later based on the same thing,
I was like, oh, we're doing this.
Okay, we're still, this is going to be like a whole thing.
Does Danny get upset with you that you don't stick up for him enough?
I know he mentioned something like that.
Yeah, recently.
in the Mexico episode.
I mean, this is who you are.
Like, you're not going to become a Lala overnight, right?
Or a Kristen.
Yeah.
Like, but what is it, like, in those moments, do you want to scream?
Are you stopping yourself?
Like, what's going on in your mind?
I feel like the way that I show up on cameras, how I'm showing up in every day.
So, like, I'm not the one to, like, be yelling or to, like, this or that.
Like, I just kind of, like, I don't know, keep it a little bit more grounded.
And even like with like me and Daniel, like there's moments like in Mexico where he was like,
you know, you didn't stand up for me.
I'm like, well, this is what I was doing.
Like I feel like I know so deeply who I am and how I choose to show up and treat other people.
It's like, even when it's like Daniel or other people, I'm not easily swayed of like, oh,
unless I feel like, oh, that is a good point.
And like, I hear you and, you know, I apologize for X, Y, and Z.
But generally, I'm like, no, but this is what I was doing.
Like, I know you didn't feel like I had your back, but I just wanted to like keep the
energy calm or whatever it is.
Don't you want to scream?
Like, Danny isn't an alcoholic.
Oh, absolutely.
Like, this whole storyline of the drinking keeps going.
You know, when it started annoying me at one point was like him having to lie about the drinks,
which is making him lacquors because they're painting a picture of him as having a
drinking problem.
Yeah.
Instead of him just saying, fuck you, I don't have a drinking problem.
Here is me taking a white claw.
Yeah.
Like I'm a.
allowed to. Can we talk about the white claw for a second? Yes, please. Okay. I don't know how it all
kind of panned out how it did. It's like laundry room white claw. Bathroom white cloth. Wild that that all
panned out the way it did because at that party, that pool party, Daniel and I were outside
playing. He was actually partners with Kristen. I was standing next to him. Brittany was partners,
I think, with Melissa. And they were playing beer pong while Daniel had a white claw and was
drinking it. So I don't know why two weeks later, Brittany tells Jasmine, I know that Daniel
Tonya, he wasn't drinking at my pool party. I'm like, you were 10 feet away from him playing
beer pong while he was drinking and I was standing next to him. So I'm not sure why even things like
that were said except for we're painting this picture. Like when she found the white cloth. When Jasmine
found the white cloth in the gym in the wherever. Also, why is Jasmine going in the gym when she's
taking care of Brittany in her bedroom and the gym is a completely other room? So all.
All of that's a little interesting to me.
Because the only time, because like it's getting conflated, the different events, there
he had a drink in front of everybody.
Yes.
There shouldn't have been like anything said about him hiding or.
Right.
And the, the montage they keep playing of him walking, that's at Britney's house where everyone knew.
That's at Britney house where we were all drinking.
He was having a white claw right next to Britney and me at the same time.
Right.
So that shouldn't even be an issue.
It's the Zach House thing.
Or he felt like he had to like hide it because everybody else.
was, you know, having all these conversations every time he had a drink.
Every time we had a single drink, people are talking about it.
I don't agree with hiding it or lying it, obviously.
But you never felt to clear, like you never felt like there is a problem, drinking.
Exactly.
I'm like, and the thing is outside of when we're filming and around everybody all the time,
we'll go out with like, Zach and Sheena are like, you know, Jesse and Lacey and everybody.
And we're all drinking, we're having good time.
And there's never an issue so that it is.
such a conversation in season three
to me is just like
but I guess it's who we're around
it must feel so frustrating
to like have a truth
yeah
and like
you want to scream it
probably but that doesn't help
because like the picture is being painted
and painted and painted and painted
yeah but I do think like
I mean I can't blame how
he acted in the situation because it's like
whatever he was trying didn't end up working
hiding it didn't work
It wasn't a good idea.
I would say like, drink it in front of their face and say,
fuck you.
And that's what Jesse is like, dude, just say, I'm going to have some drinks.
And if you're passed out on the floor, like, nobody's going to say anything because
you already announced you, you know, like, don't, you know.
So, yeah.
Not that I agree with that either.
I'm like, we don't need a drink to pass out on the floor.
Yeah, we don't need to drink to pass out.
But like, like, having to like answer questions.
I was like cringed out when they were like, when he was like, I only had one.
Oh, only one.
Uh-huh.
And by the way, like, I love Lala, great reality TV.
Yeah, absolutely.
You know, but when he was being cornered about, like, how many did you have to drink?
It's like, why do I have to tell you or anyone how many drinks I had?
Yeah.
Like, I feel like at that point, and he was answering nicely, but at that point, it's like,
I don't need to fucking tell you how many drinks I had in this, you know, story that's being painted.
Yeah.
So do you have, like, a plan going forward to, like,
kill this.
We need a plan.
Do you have an idea?
Tell me what to do.
Well, this is my idea.
You are a reality TV expert.
Well, that's my idea.
Yeah.
Stop.
Yeah.
Glug, glug.
Yeah.
You know?
Where's the camera?
And by the way, if my wife is okay with it.
Yeah.
And like you guys can figure that out.
If you had a problem with it, it would be a different storyline.
Yeah.
You know?
Yeah.
But if you're like, Danny does, if he drinks, he gets a little annoying.
Yeah.
he gets a little annoying
and I'm okay with like
I don't want the little annoying
but also when he
you know has some drinks
and we're having fun like whatever
and yeah the annoying happens sometimes
but it's not like
it's something where I'm like
you can't do that you know
it's like that's not the thing
does that like worry you in terms of like
having kids and having a family
and they're young now
but like I feel like I would think about that
you know like them seeing it one day
even though they're not going to turn on the valley
in like 2035 okay
it's not going to be like let's go back
yeah but like just at
that is what's out there in the world.
Yeah, we both think about that a lot.
And, like, you know, it is hard to watch moments back.
And you're like, ugh, that just didn't, wasn't good in the moment, not good to watch back.
And then you do think about, like, I don't want that kind of stuff out there.
Yeah.
You know, we have small kids.
We love them.
We, like, want them to grow up and not know that those things are out there.
So that's hard.
Do you feel like, because now I'm thinking about it, I'm like, you guys are like, you know, I think Jasmine said, like, you're good church people.
or, you know.
That was an interesting statement for me.
I'm like, girl.
Yeah.
Mm-hmm.
Did that feel like it was like a snide remark?
I feel like it was like a dig unnecessarily.
You're good Christian.
So why leave Janet off of the group chat?
I'm like, I don't think.
Oh, the food.
I don't think anybody has to.
Yeah.
I don't think those things connect, but okay.
The food train.
Well, now is.
Have you ever had a food train?
I've never had a food train.
I've had a food train.
I've had friends send me like raw sushi to the hospital.
And I'm like, just don't send me anything.
Like, you know, like, I don't.
Like, I don't need a tub of raw tuna in the hospital.
Would Brittany do a food drain for you?
If you do a mommy makeover, you think?
She's going to pay back to pay forward?
I mean, maybe she would.
But, you don't need a mommy makeover.
Thank you.
It's just the boobs.
Oh, just the boobs.
At this point, because I'm working really hard.
I've been doing like the PT for the abs.
Thank you.
I had a four finger gap when I, after the twins,
because twins just, like, stretch you out so much.
Yeah.
So my abs, but I've been working really hard
and it's only a two finger gap right now.
So I'm like, maybe I can get it back to like nice and tight.
But it's the boobs.
After breastfeeding four kids in five years, like, you know.
I get it.
We need a little lift.
So are you, do you have a plan?
No, because even when you do that, you can't lift your kids for six to eight weeks.
So I'm like, gosh, when is this going to happen?
When am I not going to be needing to pick my kids up?
Four under five.
Yes.
Where are you out with the group?
Because I know that you went to Jasmine and Melissa's wedding.
So you're good there.
We're good there.
Yeah.
Do we need to go down the line of who we're at with everybody else?
You said Brittany.
Uh-huh.
So Janet, you're probably not.
It's never going to get there.
No, we're not.
I don't think we'll ever be best friends.
You're not.
I have a friend.
I'm going to be friends.
Yeah.
I see that there are people,
I feel like it's very teams, like in the Bravo sphere.
Yeah, it feels like that.
It's either people that hate her for what she's doing.
And I've seen comments saying get her off the show.
I haven't seen comments about getting you guys off the show,
but it seems like it's very, do you...
It's polarizing, I feel like.
Yeah.
Is it really hard to film with somebody that, like,
you feel so much negative energy from?
I never made it into any of the cuts,
but I very much in interviews was like,
I don't think about her.
Like, she's just like a tree in the corner.
Like, I don't even make eye contact.
Like, that's just how I felt when we were filming at that time.
She was not someone that I put a lot of thought towards,
unless I was forced to because of a conversation or something like that.
But otherwise, it's like it.
She's just another person there that I don't know anymore.
Did you get mad at Danny for him liking the post that they were talking about?
Okay, let's break down.
We don't go too much into the posting unless you want to.
But like, first of all, I was like, you got to stop liking posts.
Like when it was happening, I was like to stop it.
I see the likes.
I scroll past it and I see Daniel hard at it.
I'm thinking you got to stop.
He's like reposting.
Oh my gosh.
I can't.
But they said, I mean, Kristen, in her defense of you said,
We all like posts.
Oh, and a lot of people did from our cast as well.
You wouldn't like a post.
You would never like a post.
There was moments where I liked it and then I unliked it.
I was like, shoot, no, that's not nice.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Stop liking those things.
So, but that whole thing I just want to say, and I want Daniel to like do a podcast and
interviews and stuff and then speak on it for himself.
But like, because I don't, I don't love like speaking for somebody else and for him or whatever.
But I will say that the caption, the word that she was so upset.
about was like the last word in like a long caption. I guarantee you he saw a picture of her as a
snake and Jason is a clown and was like ha ha and just like liked it and I guarantee you he did not read
the caption was not like and he should have but he I guarantee he just saw the picture and he liked it
like that's all that I think it was. But it's another situation I think if you're asking for my
reality to be expert advice of like just like I'm saying own the fucking beer own that be like yeah
you hate me. I hate you.
So if I'm seeing, huh?
He said that it didn't make it in the cut when she was coming out.
And he was like, well, I don't like you.
Yeah.
He said that it just didn't make them to the edit.
Like, yeah.
Think about what Lala would say.
Yeah.
You know, she'd be like, yeah, I fucking like, even though in her confesional, she was like,
I would never do that.
That's not nice.
But.
And Janet said the same thing to me in the real moment.
She was like, you wouldn't like it.
And I was like, I don't care.
I don't care about anything you do.
But it's just like own it then.
Yeah.
You know what I mean?
Be like, yeah, I like to.
negative posts about you because I don't
fucking like you. Yeah, that's what he said.
Well, the only thing I've left to ask
is Danny didn't make it to watch what happens live.
You said he wished he would do a podcast because he can speak for himself.
Why doesn't he want to speak for himself then?
He, I mean, let's get him a podcast and he will.
He was bummed and I was bummed about the watch what happens live
because he's like, this is my chance to like respond to everybody
and like make another like public like actual on camera apology for you.
So he wanted to, he did have work.
And when he got home, I was like, I don't see an Insta story from your job.
You need to be posting like, I'm here from the studio.
And he was like, it was such a long day.
I didn't.
I'm like, come on.
You got to like prove it to all the audience.
You have to have receipts.
You got to have all the receipts.
And I'm like, I cannot believe you do not take one picture.
Oh, he had worked.
I didn't realize that's why.
So he didn't make it because he had like an incredible like opportunity like at the studio.
It's like a job like, you know, on keep.
Yeah.
Because I believe that he would want to.
I mean, you all.
love coming on, watch what happens live and also an opportunity to talk about it.
Exactly. And he was like, this is my chance to like make like a on camera like public apology.
What did he want to apologize for? Just it was after all the San Diego stuff.
Okay. So he's like, I just want to say it to like to like to the audience that I know watches, watch what happens live.
Like I want to be able to like state with my own words on camera.
Gotcha. And then he had the work opportunity. It didn't work out. And I just was like you should have at least had the receipts like posted from your job.
You're like, I'm so bummed. I'm not at watch what happens live. I'm here at Warner Brothers.
You're like a momager of.
Yeah, but he was exhausted, so I'm like, whatever.
But, you know, next time post if you have to miss something big.
So show the proof.
Show the receipt.
Well, thank you for coming.
Thank you for having me.
I appreciate you so much.
I really hope that next season will be.
