I'm not gonna do and I'm gonna follow this path over here so it's a wonderful friendship yeah because Lou you're doing basically the two complete opposites now so Anna you and your younger ones are still older than Anna's one so you can watch both approaches and then pick your your choice Anna. Just don't do anything like me exactly. And it's and it's and it's tricky as well because I you know me I wear many different hats but one of them being you know with with me counselor hats on is children's counselor and as an NSPC and childline counselor it's really it whole different ballgame when you've got your own kids. It's so different, having your own.

It's so much easier to, you know, listen to and deal with and therapy's children that aren't yours. But when you have your own, it's terrifying. When you say you're a child line counselor, where you sat on the end of the phone and kids would phone you in distress. Not Lou's youngest, she's not allowed to, not allowed them. No, no. That's why that's why they not allowed them. I remember, I used to say to my parents and I was younger,

I'm going to call Childline. Yeah, and is that how you two met? Yes. You were really getting on on Childline. Yeah, she was our top returning client. Yeah, no, but I was, do you know, there is, there is something really quite, I mean, it's such a special, such a special helpline, but yeah, there is nothing more eye opening

than being on that phone when they are ringing in, in all kinds of situations, so it's definitely character building. It's really cold in the studio. Can we put the heating on? Do you know what? I was really hot because I'd been puking and now I've got like this weird cold shiver. We can all blame children. I mean the children have all gone back to school. They give us all their jobs. But I feel ill by the end of Easter kids have 10 weeks off in the summer. Ten weeks? Ten weeks? But honestly they're never at the bloody school.

That's true, so I say to it every time because I go to state school, they go to a nice little village Catholic primary and whenever she's saying your kids. Mine's their kids. Mine's back at school boys. Is it a boarding school or is it? Yeah, my eldest boards for three nights a week. Yeah, like, because everyone boards, it's like the culture of the school that's all very like. And I didn't go to boarding school.

I begged my parents to go to boarding school. Well, we don't have horses as a kid. I didn't own my, I've got horses now, but I didn't own my first horse until I was 15 and I had to get a job to pay for the horse. Like I wasn't, my parents were comfortable but not like loaded. And so do you two talk a lot, Would you discuss parenting techniques and stuff and give each other tips or do you feel like your... Yeah, we don't.

No, I think what's quite interesting about our relationship and people often say this to us, like some people go, oh my god, you're so wildly different, but yet there is such a thread of similarity between you to, which there really is. And actually when it comes to parenting. But I think it's really important that regard, I mean, look, let's be honest guys, you know, we all do these weird and wonderful jobs, right? And I guess we're all in a fairly privileged position. Through our own hard graft, you know, I don't think any of us have landed in, our careers have landed in our laps. We have hustled for it, right? And we all love our kids and we want to, you know, give them as much as we possibly can. But, you know, I am a huge believer in work ethic as well, because you've got to give, funnily enough actually, going back to the counseling thing. You know, and I do have a real... The father of two girls, I hate boys. But there you go, yeah, so they never wanted boys. Yeah, you don't like them. But I really didn't want a little boy because there's such a weight of responsibility, I feel, raising a boy.
