sexual Saturdays or not just sexual, how.
health physically, it's sexual health mentally too. So Nikita is a relationship and pleasure coach,
but she does have an interesting backstory. She was like, oh, I could talk about my birthday orgy and my,
you know, Dom sub relationship and my interest in BDSM and Kink. And she does talk about all of that.
She also made sex toys, gun dildos. Okay, when you see her gun dildos that she created,
you're going to be like, why didn't I think of that, okay? That's kind of how she got
to everything. She was an artist, turned sex toy maker, turned curious, open sexually person, turned
coach. And we go through that whole sort of story. We start at the beginning, you know,
how she came to create the gun dildos that she got famous for. And then, you know, how she, how and why
she set up her whole birthday orgy when she got into kink, you know, why and how she was
loves being a dom and how that played into her birthday orgy. She talks about her long-term
dom sub-relationships. She talks about how, you know, her journey into learning about kink.
And then how she eventually, how and why she eventually turned this all into something that she does
to help others. She is a coach. She talks about how she can help you. She does offer. She told
to have to like, wait it all the way to then and be like, oh, I do like free consultation.
So I think it's like amazing if you're looking for a coach. You can get a free consultation with her.
Their link is right in the link tree that I'm going to put in the description.
So after you hear if you want to talk to her because you're looking for a little help when it comes to relationships and intimacy, you can have a free consultation with her, like and book it right through her website.
I'll put the link in the description.
She's super interesting.
You're going to love her story.
So I'm going to be right back on with Nikita Shirel.
Hi, Nika Shirel.
Welcome to the Strictly Anonymous podcast.
How are you today?
I am doing beautiful.
Thank you so much for having me.
No, thanks so much for coming on.
I started a whole, like, new sexual health Saturdays, but it's not just like sexual health.
It's also like, you know, sexual health, physical and mental health, right?
What's interesting about you, Nika, is you do have an interesting backstory and stuff that you've done.
And then eventually we'll get to your professional life.
But I just want to give a shout out like you do have your own podcast.
You are intimacy coach, pleasure and intimacy coach.
You have courses and stuff like that.
you're going to give your shoutouts at the end.
I'll put links to all of that in the description.
And of course, all of that stuff will come up
when you're telling me your whole life story, right?
But can we...
Your podcast is called Real Talk on Sex.
You also sell sex toys.
I'm like, oh my God, I have a billion questions.
We'll get to that later.
You have a podcast too, right?
What's the name of your podcast again?
It's the It cast, Real Talk on Sex.
The It Cast, Real Talk on Sex.
Okay, awesome.
So people could hear you're talking more on sex.
But let's get like your interesting backstory,
because I know that when you wrote in,
you're like, oh, I could talk about my birthday orgy.
That's like a birthday orgy.
You have my attention.
I don't know.
You know, like, let's, I mean, listen, I would assume that, you know, it kind of would tie
in with one of my first questions, which would be like, you know, why would Nika wind up
being a pleasure and intimacy coach?
I don't know.
Which one came first, the desire to do that or your birthday orgy or, you know, or both at the
same time?
Oh, my God.
That's the best question ever.
So what actually led me to pleasure and intimacy coaching is when I got into designing sex toys.
I have a background as an artist.
I created this really beautiful erotic series.
And then people were like, I want to fuck that.
Please make it a toy.
And so that led me just splash into this world of sexuality and eroticism and pleasure and intimacy.
And so from there, when I launched the podcast.
I also launched my coaching practice. And so that's what led me into this space. Birthday orgy.
Wait, but could I just ask you a quick question about your sex toys? Like, what were you doing? I mean, they weren't sex toys. You were an artist, right? You were like, like, you're making sculptures of like phallic sculptures and people were like, oh, I want to fuck that thing. You're like, I don't understand. I need a vision. Yes. Exactly. So I was making these pieces. The product is trigger happy toy.
And so the art was these satirical pieces that combined dildos and handguns.
And it was poking fun at gender toxicity and power dominance and all these other things.
And it just became this playful, funny, like, let's be real and honest and also have some fun while we're poking at this establishment.
And so people loved it.
People had all types of experiences around it.
And then once that suggestion came about, I developed a series of toys and a whole other line of products that are erotic and adventurous that are designed to spark play and pleasure and fun.
Oh, interesting.
Gun-shaped dildos, kind of.
Yes, that is accurate.
Did you just always have like a gun thing?
Like, what was the gun thing for you?
My son is very into guns.
Like, I got to say, it's like a thing.
He would love your, and he makes him, we go into Spencer gifts.
And sometimes he's like, look at those dills.
Dildos. What's a dildo, mom? I'm like, you're a little too young, but like a gun-shaped dildo. I could imagine why you got a lot of attention.
Yes. Love Spencer's Gifts. So I actually am not big into guns. Oh, that was your thing. Yeah. Right. You were anti them. Yeah. I got it. I guess that's like what you were trying to say, right? Yeah. And so I come from a place and a family that is really big on guns and gun culture. And there's nothing wrong with it.
I actually really appreciate and respect people and their desire to have guns and their reasons why.
You never know.
But for me personally, it's not something that I'm okay with.
Like, I remember the first time I fired a gun and it was like this intense visceral experience of like, oh, no.
So I, and so that was where I was thinking about that power dominance, like that whole, that whole thing.
And it's empowering to hold a gun, but only when it can be fun, not when it's dangerous, if that makes sense.
Well, listen, you made it make sense because you made it, you know, only about fun.
I mean, this is like the coolest thing I've ever seen.
It kind of like when you look at, I'm looking at the Nikita.
I'm assuming the gold standard.
Okay.
Like when you look at this thing, you're like, now, I don't know if you're the first person that ever thought of doing this, but like you're kind of like, why didn't I think of this?
the little trigger part is right where your clit is and then the, you know, the barrel is like
the dildo and the holder is what you hold it to put it in.
It really is like, why didn't we all think of guns as dildos before?
Do you know what I mean?
It's kind of like perfect.
It's so ergonomic.
Right?
So ergonomic.
Yeah.
Were you the first person that did it?
It's kind of brilliant.
It's really good.
I'm going to put a picture up on my Patreon.
But people could go Google it, right?
It's like the gold standard big Nikita.
Yeah.
All right.
So let's get to your origin.
your birthday orgy.
Awesome, awesome.
Okay, so the birthday orgy.
So as a coach, as a pleasure and intimacy coach, I really focus on creating things around adventure.
You know, what is your fantasy?
What do you want to create?
How do you negotiate pleasure?
All these different things.
And so I was turning 35 and in the world of sex and pleasure and all these other things,
birthday orgy is actually not that unusual.
Really? But I discovered after I did mine, I was like, oh, okay, apparently I'm not the only one.
Okay.
So I wanted to create, I wanted to create this fantasy that I had, and it was called harem.
And the idea is that as a dom, I wanted to surround myself with submissives and have them serve me for my birthday.
Oh, you're the dom.
Because I know you're right, you have a Dom sub relationship and we're going to talk about BDSM and Kink and stuff like that. So you were always a DOM yourself?
Yes.
Okay, cool.
Yes. And so in the world of negotiating pleasure, when I first got into Kink, I consider myself to be a top. And I think it's important that if you are going to do something inside the world of Kink that you experience all the different sides of it.
So as a top, you know, you make sure that you bottom, you experience what your bottom is going to experience, those whole things.
And from there, I really stepped into my dominant self where I really just kind of owned the fact that I like to get my way and tell people what I want and what I need.
And it's fascinating because the dynamics just unfold on their own.
And you're talking about is this both in the bedroom and out? Because sometimes, right, someone could be very much like that in their regular life and then in the bedroom that are like complete opposite. Were you like Dom in both worlds? You know, funny enough, I am. Yeah, I've heard it before. It's more rare though, right? It's more rare, right?
When it's funny too, because the partner that I'll tell you about a little later, we were joking one time about our relationship. And when I said, I said,
something and then he just subbed out and it was so cute and I was like oh I love when you do that
I just never understand why and he's like oh you're not doing that special for me and I was like
oh I'm just bossy yeah totally and guys love that guys like to be domed okay like they really do
but I don't think and I think a lot of women like to be the sub and therein lies the problem so I think
you know you probably have a lot of guys hitting you up when they find out you're the dom
funny enough yes of course yeah I get them all on my phone I'm like really fucking
bossy and they're just like, I'll love it when I'm like mean to them and domming them on the call
even. But I'm like a submissive in the bedroom. So I think you're more rare, but guys like dig it.
Okay, guys, want to impress your girl the next time you're with her with like a huge load.
Listen, I know you do. And that's why I am so excited to tell you about the best supplement out
there called load boost. I've never had more listeners who have bought load boost.
email me. Okay, I swear to you, if you want proof, email me, I'll show you the DMs, the emails
I'm getting from guys that have tried load boosts that are like, oh my God, it totally works.
Load boost is not some sketchy supplement. Okay, it is a doctor formulated supplement that is
not only going to increase your load, it's also going to make it taste better, okay? And listen,
the good news is besides doing all that killer stuff for your jizz, it's also great for
overall prostate and sperm health with ingredients that promote fertility by improving sperm motility
and morphology. There's a reason why over 88% of verified users of load boosts give it four to five
stars. And it is also a favorite supplement of not only my listeners, but of adult film stars. They
use it to because it works. And let me tell you, it works super fast. Some people see reasons.
in just a couple of days of taking it with most people seeing full results after just
two to three weeks of daily use. Listen, that is not too long to commit to bigger volume and
better tasting jizz. Okay, your girl will thank you and you're going to thank me because I have

for 10% off. That's loadboose.com. Use code strictly for 10% percent.com. You know code strictly for 10%
off or just go to the description and click on the link.
Funny enough, yes.
Of course, yeah, I get them all on my phone.
I'm like really fucking bossy and they're just like, I'll love it when I'm like mean to
them and domming them on the call even.
But I'm like a submissive in the bedroom.
So I think you're more rare, but guys like dig it.
So you were always into this.
You're like, you're creating this harem because you realize like you want everyone to
kind of submit to you.
And now, quick question, because you say you like to talk people, are these just men, or is this men and women?
Like, what's the deal?
So, fascinatingly enough, I love women and I love submissive men.
So that was the collection of my orgy.
It was primarily women.
Oh, interesting.
And then one of my long-term partners who is phenomenal human being.
And I'm not attached to anything.
gender specific.
I'm really, really open to, you know,
whoever's body shows up as long as we have a connection
that is both intellectual,
intellectual at the least, and definitely on some level,
emotional. So, yeah.
So you're turning 35.
And now, are you at this point,
are you the, are you already the pleasure and intimacy coach, right?
This was a part of like your hazing and this is what you said you did because of that.
Is that correct?
I love that you called it hazing.
Oh, my gosh.
You said they all comparably do it.
It wasn't that normal.
I'm like, oh, that's kind of interesting.
I never heard that.
I don't know if all the coaches do it, but it's very common in pink.
Oh, okay.
It's not the coaches.
All right.
I misinterpreted.
I'm glad I brought that up.
Okay, so you're 35.
You're about to have your, you're going to do this.
But you were already a pleasure and intimacy coach at this time?
I was a relationship coach.
and I've always specialized in helping people around sexuality.
So I got into pleasure and intimacy coaching once I started really seeing the connections that people could have when it came to sexuality in the space of communication.
So it was a really nice crossover.
And again, love the word hazing.
So, I mean, you were obviously very open sexually and curious and exploring yourself, right?
so then you were able to go and now teach others.
Yes.
Okay.
So is this going to be your first orgy at 35?
No.
Oh, okay.
I mean, maybe we'll start at the birthday one.
Is that the best one?
Yes.
No, that's the best one.
Okay.
Oh, gosh, that's funny.
No, it's funny how long it took you to answer me back.
There was like five seconds.
I was like, did she hang up?
I don't know why I thought it was like,
your first orgy. But so this is like you've had orgies in the past, but your birthday orgy,
we're going to get too sorry. I keep cut. I keep like, you know, we get to the fucking orgy.
I keep cock blocking your story. Oh, I did not expect the question about other orgies.
Yeah. So, so I called it harem. And I crafted this message that I sent out to some of my friends.
And I just let them know. I was looking for submissives to come and serve me for this party.
and I wanted to have at least four people there.
Running Joke is an orgy is five people with their shoes off.
I never heard that.
That's cute.
So, you know, we needed at least five people.
So I reached out and I started looking for the things that I needed.
Like, what did I want for myself in that experience?
If I'm going to have these people show up, what's my desire?
And so I had ideas for the kind of food that I wanted us to have because if you're going to have sex for hours, you're going to want to have nourishment, I promise.
I made sure that there was someone there to, like, I was talking to a friend of mine and I was like filling roles and I was like, okay, I need someone, I need good dick and I need someone who eats ass.
Okay, because you like your ass eaten.
I mean, that's like a, I mean, that's like a, I feel like that is a very submissive thing to do to someone.
one, right? Make them eat your ass kind of thing. Yeah, that's fair. That's very fair. Right. So I'm talking to
my friend about it, not necessarily inviting her to the orgy. And then she just looks at me and she's like,
I eat ass. Oh. And you had never hooked up with this friend, like ever, like she wasn't ever a part of any
other orgies or a hook up with you? Not at that point. Not at that point. But I was really getting how
into me she was. And I was like, oh, this is fun. And it was one of those moments where,
she just like subbed out and I was like oh yay so that was kind of the way that one of the
one of the things arose when I was just really sharing about hey these are the things that I'm
interested in these are the things I'm looking for and this is the environment I want to create
so when we came together we had a wonderful conversation prior to everyone knew each other
and then the goal of the night it was my 35th birthday so
the goal was 35 orgasms.
Oh, wow.
And how many, did you get your four people and was it three women, one guy?
Like what was, how many people showed up?
It was.
Okay.
Yes.
Yes.
Yes.
And we had our goal.
You got 35 orgasms.
I did.
I did.
And to some people, that's a lot.
Some people, that's a little.
I know.
No, no.
To me, that's a lot because I'm a one and done.
Are you typically like multi-orgasmic or like, you know, like how long did it take for you to have 35 orgasms?
I personally think that's a lot in one night.
it was fun. I think we went for about three hours or so.
Uh-huh. Yeah. And you orchestrated everything. I mean, everyone was there to service you, correct?
Yes. Yes. And everyone had their role, right? There was the ass eater. Like, what were there other roles that you could talk about?
Yeah. You did say you were very specific. I was. I was quite specific. So,
Let's see. So my partner, great at eating pussy, amazing. I did want someone for anal, which was new for me. I'm sharing a lot for the record.
Most of this has only been heard by my friends. Oh, interesting. Okay.
So I did. I wanted someone for anal. So I had someone for that. As I mentioned, like the food part, I know that seems really tangential, but the idea was that I wanted that person.
and to serve me. And so while we're in the midst and the throes of everything to have them come over
and feed me something and just little things like that, it was really, really lovely. It was really
lovely. I think, and the other thing that I really love about the experience is you can't create
the intimacy of group sex on camera. Like, people were like, oh, yeah, orgies, la la. But, but,
But the intimacy and the connection between the people is so beautiful, especially when it's well orchestrated.
Right.
They're all your friends.
Yeah, no, no, totally.
Because there is an energy exchange that you're never going to get.
It's like when someone goes away someplace and they show you pictures.
It's like no matter how beautiful it is, it's not like when you're actually there, right?
Because there's so much more you're experiencing.
Like you said, in the orgy, it's an exchange of energies, right?
And you're having all of them there.
And especially because this was your birthday, these are all your friends.
And so, you know, sometimes I'm talking people that are having orgies in a swinger club with total strangers.
It's got to be a lot more intimate that you're with your closest friends.
And it's very intentional because it's your birthday, right?
So I could imagine that, you know, you'd have to be there to understand how intense it was.
Oh, absolutely.
Absolutely.
And just so beautiful.
The other thing that I wanted to point out when I talk about, you know, orchestration, negotiation, all those different things.
This is something I talk about a lot in my coaching practice.
is that everything that you do inside of sex must be agreed upon.
Whether it's the place or where you're going to have it
all the way to the toys that you're going to use or whatever else.
And when I think about group experiences,
a lot of times we'll use a threesome, for example,
bad threesomes happen.
And I think I hear about this quite frequently.
But one of the things, right?
one of the things is that before you go into any group sex experience, you have to negotiate what it is you're creating.
Right.
And a threesome people often feel like maybe they get left out or maybe there's some sort of competition that happens or just different awkward things.
And the thing I think people must agree on is who's the focal point?
What is the purpose of this experience?
Why are we here?
And it could be that all of us are working collectively together.
It could be that, you know, we are focused on this one person's pleasure.
It could be anything.
It could be, I just want to watch.
But to be able to navigate what's going to bring each person pleasure in their role in that experience.
Yeah.
And then also, because I sometimes, you know, I've had over 1,100 stories on my show and I've heard all different ones.
you know, and a lot of times, sometimes, you know, no matter how many things you, you know,
plan to happen or not happen, you know, by talking about it beforehand, you're never going to
know exactly what's going to happen until you're in the middle of it, right? So sometimes you've got
also communicate in the middle of things, because sometimes you could like negotiate everything
you want, but then in the middle of the action, you might feel a different way. And it's super
important to be able to communicate then too, correct? Absolutely. Absolutely. Always. And checking in
along the way I think is very important.
As when I mentioned earlier being a top, I was a service top.
And I recommend that for anyone who thinks that they're going to be a top inside of the world of kink,
because you have to know how to take care of your partner.
And that means a heightened amount of communication the entire time.
It doesn't mean you're always asking, you know, what's going on, but it does mean you're paying attention.
What is a service top?
What does that mean?
T-he-he-he. Okay, so I've never heard that term. I don't know why. Got it. So a service top is someone who
performs the act. So I would be giving, I would be doing the flogging or whatever it is in service
to the bottom, whoever wants to receive that experience. So I'm not controlling the scene. I'm doing
the act, but I'm not controlling the scene. The person who is receiving is controlling the scene.
Right, right. And sometimes somebody with,
think it's the opposite, considering you're the one that's doming, right? But really, the sub is in
control, is what you're saying, right? Exactly. Yes. And so, and then people often get dom and top
confused and sub and bottom confused. And these two things, they're not quite interchangeable,
but they do often overlap. Oh, really? Can you explain a little bit? Yeah. So, okay,
So in kink, there's the headspace and then there's the activity. So in a DS relationship, you're talking about dominance and submisses. And that's what headspace you're playing in. So I am going to be able to top you psychologically. I'm going to be able to tap into who, like the essence of who you are and we're going to have this exchange. In the situation of a top and a bottom, it really is who's giving, who's receiving.
So it could be the experience of, like we just said, like I'm doing the flogging, but I'm actually, like, I'm the top, but there is no DS dynamic.
There might not be any DS dynamic at all.
Oh, interesting.
You know, it totally makes sense, and I feel like I've heard these kinds of scenarios, but I've never heard someone explain it so clearly.
You know, it's separate the way you are.
It's interesting.
And it makes sense.
Thank you.
Yes.
And so there's these different layers to it. And I think it's very important before you get deep into any type of kink to know these experiences, which is why the term service top is even there, because now I know that I'm here to serve whoever's receiving. And at some point, that could be a DOM, at some point that could be a sub. But to know how to communicate those different things and interact with this person is going to be.
critical and important. Now, how did you get so educated on BDSM and Kink? Like, how far back
does it go for you that you actually even got into it yourself? And then how did you get so educated
on it? Well, so I got into, so I got into the Kink theme by way of making the sex toys. And I want to
say I was in the world of it for about seven years. Just learning, exploring. I went to different
events and parties. I took a lot of classes. I even went to some conferences. And it was all along the
lines of getting to learn the world of it. It wasn't until about seven years in that I even started
to play. Okay, guys, want to walk into the bedroom and know you're going to be able to perform,

Well, so I got into the kink thing by.
way of making the sex toys. And I want to say I was in the world of it for about seven years.
Just learning, exploring. I went to different events and parties. I took a lot of classes. I even went to
some conferences. And it was all along the lines of getting to learn the world of it. It wasn't until about
seven years in that I even started to play. Oh, interesting. And yeah, and it was, it was fact.
fascinating because I also got into it in a way that was non-sexual. And I want to point that out because
everyone's like, oh yeah, kink and sex, they're the same thing. Kink is not inherently sexual, but a lot of
people come to it by way of sex. So kink is about headspace and it's about play. Right. And there's a lot of
things that you can do in kink that you probably shouldn't even do while having sex. It may not necessarily be the
safest thing. And it may not necessarily be arousing, but it is something that falls inside of
that world. Right. So, so when I started getting into kink, I actually got into pet play,
which is animal role play, animal headspace. I wasn't into having sex as an animal. That wasn't
my thing. Yes, please, let's make that known. There's none of that shit going on in this episode.
Okay. And I just nowadays, oh my God.
Right. There are people. And like for me, it's like, I'm a cat and I just want to roll around on the floor and play with a ball of yarn and not feel weird.
Right. But that's, but, but you're, is that like, is that kind of like, like, uh, like the furry world? But just with cats?
Different. Similar, but different. Okay. Okay. Very similar, very different. And so it's, yeah, it's, it's, it's all around the headspace and the play of it. And so I got into this group of, it was a non-sumstance.
sexual pet players and they would throw parties and just have events where the animals could come
and just be animals. And it was fun. And I think it was a very safe way for me to begin engaging in
kink in a way that, you know, really worked for me. And then as I got more and more involved, I was able to
find areas where I'm like, oh, I am definitely a dom and I love my sub. And we are in this amazing
relationship where I get to walk them around on a leash.
Right. And you keep mentioning this person, right? Is this person, are you still with this person?
Is this your long-term partner? Is this someone that you were with back then, though, for a long time?
I was with back then for a long time. And beautiful human. We, it's another fun story. So,
I tell people we met laying down in the dark. And it's so, it's so.
true. Like I'd never seen him before, but it was after this conference. And there was this cuddle room at one of the kink parties. And it's one of those spaces. You go in. There's a bunch of pillows. You just kind of lay down and zone out after a scene or whatever and just hang and show. And I left my, I had this little blanket I carried with me. I left it in the room. And when I went back to get it, there was this person underneath it. And I was like, oh, that's so sweet. And so I was like,
Can I, like, can I cuddle with you?
And so he's like, yes.
And so I laid down and we just like snuggled for a bit and hung out.
And it was really, really sweet.
And then afterwards, he asked for my number.
So I gave it to him.
But then when we came out into the light, like I came out of the room and whatnot,
I walked past him later and did not know who he was because I'd actually hadn't seen his face.
Oh, my God.
So wait a second.
That room that you were in, that cuddle room was like a, like, pitch black.
right? Is that what you're saying?
Yeah. You didn't even see, you couldn't really see him enough so much.
When you were outside, you could, oh, interesting. It's kind of like, you know, they have that show.
It's all based on that nowadays. Love is blind. I mean, people meet that way. Look at you met your guy that way.
That is funny. I didn't even think about that. Yeah. I mean, like, how long did you cuddle with him in there before you passed by and didn't even know?
Right. Exactly. Exactly. And it was so sweet because he was into me immediately. The way that it happened,
It was one of those things where it's like I totally topped him. And I didn't realize at the time
that psychologically, which is how I ended up being in this DS relationship. But he was there and I was
like, hey, this thing. And he's like, yes, please. And then the next thing I asked for it. And he's like,
yes, please. And I was like, oh, he's submitting to me. Yeah. Like he wants whatever it is I'm
requesting. Yeah. And that was the start of something just so, so beautiful. No, we're still, we're still close to
this day. I definitely love him as a person. Amazing. And so then eventually did you get into like the
kink and everything in a sexual way because you're with this person now in a relationship?
Yes. Yes. And I'm trying to think back. I got into kink in a sexual way before I got into a
relationship with this person. Right. And gosh, I'm trying to think if I do the math. Oh,
it's been too long. That's too many years to count. I,
But yeah, I had gotten into kink sexually, and when I met this person, it was, I had just gone through these two really amazing experiences.
I actually hosted a conference around sexual empowerment, and then I went to this kink convention.
And I came out on the other side, and I was like, alive.
And I was like, yes.
And then I met him.
And I immediately was just taken to this, the thrill of having someone new in my life.
So we created this dynamic and it was it was beautiful.
So very erotic, very sexual.
I think since then, yes, we were together during the birthday orgy.
Like things have just blossomed and grown.
And it lasted a long time.
Listen, not everything's supposed to last for the rest of your whole life.
It's a little ridiculous.
I don't consider something that ends after seven years, even three years or 15 years of failure when it ends.
You know what I mean?
everyone goes their separate ways it's life you know so when you were taking all those classes and
you were exploring yourself and having all these relationships i'm assuming at the same time you're like
your goal is to turn this into your career and do this for living and start coaching people got it uh
no it was not you were just doing it out of curiosity in the beginning so in the beginning i was doing
it because i was pursuing the sex toys right and i was designing and developing
and I was getting used to understanding in the market and who would be interested in these things and where it could grow.
And it was very like cut and dry stuff shirt business in my head, right?
Yeah.
Over time, it really, really drew me into this whole other world where by the time I was designing sex toys, I was being invited to every kind of sex party you could imagine.
That was when a lot of the education and the classes and things were happening.
And when I launched the podcast is when I launched the coaching.
And that was about, that was six or so years after I'd started studying stuff around the toy.
So it happened in this interesting progression.
But the podcast came along and that was what I was saying about 2016.
And it just grew from there.
So after the podcast, I dove deeper into the podcast.
I dove deeper into the world of kink.
It was still in a non-sexual way, which is funny,
but I was really learning communication and intimacy and fantasy and all these things.
And after that was when I started working with people around,
how do you get to create this for yourself?
How do you get to have these experiences?
What types of toys are right for your body?
How do you learn and know your body?
just a number of different things after years of already being pretty sex positive.
Like, I've never really had a lot of shame around sexuality.
I've been very fortunate because my family doesn't have that kind of shame.
So I didn't grow up with sexes bad from that perspective.
I definitely grew up with a lot of the taboo and the world and all the things that it gives you.
but my family found out, knew that I made sex toys and they were like my biggest supporters.
They're like amazing.
Go for it.
Yeah, yeah.
That shows you how they were for sure.
Exactly.
So I really had the benefit of something that other people didn't have and being able to just
listen and create that safe space and warmth and caring for people who may have never even
been heard around sexuality or, you know, their needs or their trauma or.
their growth just to be able to support that.
I mean, I think it's super interesting sometimes when you look back at your life.
Like I know I could do it for my own and it sounds like for you that like all these things that
you were doing like maybe you didn't intend to wind up where you were.
But if you look back, it all kind of makes sense of what you were working towards, right?
That whole time.
Yes.
All the things you were doing and everything.
Like it sounds like you're like exactly where you should be.
And maybe you didn't realize like I said at the then that this would be.
that this would be the end goal, but it's kind of perfect for everything and you did in the past and who
you were and what your real interest was. Because I think there's something to say about someone who's
doing something just for their own interest and as a hobby, something that they're just interested
in doing, right, instead of thinking like this is what I want to get paid for, right? And then when
you turn that into something you get paid for, that's like icing on the cake, right? So you're doing
something that you love and now you're getting paid for it. You were doing it before for nothing,
just for curiosity. And, right?
Yeah, yeah, just for the love of the game, as they say.
Yeah, and now you're paying it forward and helping other people.
And what do you, like, you know, do you help couples?
Do you help singles?
Do you help both?
And what are people typically coming to you for and what kind of stuff do you offer?
Yes.
So all of the above, I do.
I work with singles and couples.
What I tend to focus on, particularly with individuals, is a lot of self-discovery
and a lot of creating goals around your desire.
So I have a number of clients. I have some who are discovering their sexuality for the first time. Like they just came out of the closet and they're like, oh my God, how do I exist in this new world, in this new form? I have clients that are, I've one that's about to get married in October. And when we first started working together, he was just a hopeless romantic. And now he's really, really blossomed into this wonderful human being. And I, and I
coach him and it supports their relationship. So that's something that I know I've been able to offer.
And then I also work with couples. I've got a new pleasure package that I'm offering. It is a six-week
series where we go over conversations around how to navigate pleasure, how to ask for it, how to
create it. And it comes with one couple session and two individual sessions per week. So that's one of the
things that I'm now offering for couples to help them really improve their communication and
their intimacy. Right. So when it comes to sex, right, like in the bedroom kind of thing?
Yes. Yeah. And when the singles, like, do you also get people because you have such like a
heavy kink background, like people that maybe want to get into it? And I don't know, do you help people
like that navigate that whole scene and educate them on it? I do. Yes. Yes. In fact, I have a
number of organizations that I work with. I actually don't know where you're located. I'm in the
SFA area. And so we have a number of organizations I work with that provide education and info.
I definitely do that work one-on-one with people. It's part of the self-discovery process. So when people
first start coming to me, especially in that regard, I have an assessment that I have them take.
and we look over, for example, like, you know, what are your desires in the world of kink?
What are you looking for?
What, and what people come to me for is so varied and profound.
So I love being able to sit down and just discover and help someone discover themselves.
Yeah, no, I can imagine because it's not like specific, right?
You're pretty open.
You're a pleasure and intimacy coach.
So you can really help couples and singles.
in so many different ways.
I mean, do people come to you that are just looking to, like, release, like, you know, shame and become more open sexually because maybe they're a little repressed.
I'm sure you see people like that.
Mm-hmm.
Yes.
Yes, absolutely.
I think a lot of people who come to me, come to me in that space.
Some circles refer to me as the shame coach.
Oh, okay.
Good.
I'm glad I brought that up because that's a, I think that that's in a lot of people, right?
it is it is it's one of the things that I think kind of crosses all the conversations because people are ashamed about their desires yeah or their you know they feel like they should be because it's wrong or dirty or bad or even you know if it's just weird I was speaking with someone and they're like oh I'm not supposed to feel that way but and I was like who told you that right right right right right but like go back to that
first thing. Like, why can't you feel that way is what you're saying, right? Exactly. And doing it in a way
that works for you and the people around you, that's what matters. But just because it is something
you heard was weird once doesn't mean that you're weird or a bad person or that you shouldn't be
anything. Yeah, no. And like, over time, because you've been doing this since you're, it's since
2016. And I mean, listen, I've been podcasting since 2011. And the, you know, the sort of, I don't, what do you
called the landscape, the world has changed so much over time with sacks. Like two steps forward,
five steps back, three steps. So, you know, like, everything's very different now. Like,
have you seen a shift and a change and the people you see in the things that they're coming to you
and like, you know, and patterns throughout the time? Because you have been doing it for a while. And I feel
like it's very different now than it was in 2016. Am I right? Or do you just still see the same stuff?
Oh, oh, absolutely. Absolutely. I think there's a little bit of both and, but I think the landscape
around sexuality has changed a lot.
Yeah.
Part of that is younger people are starting to age into a group of people who are more
interested in conversations around pleasure and intimacy.
They're getting, they're getting more mature, I'll say.
And their perspective on sexuality is vastly different than the people that I was working
with before where there was a lot more rigidity.
And I think the way in which people approached it was far more timid.
Now I see people approaching it and they're doing it in a way that's just open.
You know, it's just it's not, it's fun, it's less heavy.
And I really get a lot of joy when I see that.
And then I think that there are things that haven't changed.
and we're just talking about, like, you know, things that are specific to individual people.
I think that there are things when it comes to shame that, like, it's always, people are always going to have some form of trauma.
People are always going to have some form of guilt or fear or upset that's more on a personal level and less about society.
Yeah, for sure.
And, yeah.
And so those things inside of the world of coaching,
I mean, it just, that's why the work exists so that we can help people overcome these things.
Right.
And those people, when someone has something like that, I mean, you also do like one-on-one coaching,
so that person would be talking to you?
Is that how you deal with that kind of coaching?
Because I'm assuming you have like online courses that people could take and stuff like that,
but also you do one-on-ones, correct?
Or maybe not?
I don't know.
Yes, yes.
So I do one-on-one coaching.
I work remotely so I can work with anyone anywhere.
And I also have a nonprofit.
It's the International Institute for Sexual Empowerment.
We are an online virtual platform.
We have a online community center where we hold events and workshops around sexuality.
I've got a new workbook that I'm about to release on pleasure negotiations.
and so there's a few other things.
I think the nonprofit is really kind of,
it's one of the big things I'm looking at right now.
It's a membership-based model.
And I often do my coursework through there.
And then I've got some other workshops that pop up here and there with different
organizations.
So that's a lot of fun.
So the nonprofit is just like to help people and you're like,
And so that money that comes in for whatever you're giving to people goes back into, like,
educating people within that community?
Yes.
Oh, interesting.
That's amazing.
Where does that run?
Like, do people join that and is it an online community or do they have to be where
you are?
Is that like a local thing or online thing?
I'm assuming both.
Yeah.
So it's actually, it's an all online virtual community.
We're launching our virtual community center.
We've got workshops and empowerment groups that happen several times a week.
And it's, yeah, the idea is that it's online for both reach and accessibility.
Yeah.
Because everyone can't make it out to an event or a thing.
But to be able to reach them, be able to bring it into their homes, makes a huge difference.
But you also have events, though, too, right?
You do have those.
Right.
And who are you servicing?
Like, what kind of, like, what's, you know, what's the most important stuff that you
guys are doing there and helping people with? Everything? I don't know. I'm not on the site. I probably
should have looked into it. But like, you know, just explain it. Because I mean, listen, I think it sounds
really interesting. And I think that more, you know, there isn't a lot of places for people to go and
get educated on sex, right? Like, where do people learn about it? Porn? You know, it's not a good
thing. And so I think that it's great that you have this place where you are educating people on things,
you know, not in a pornographic way in a way to help people and just educate on quote unquote sex,
but not in the way that people typically are learning in the wrong places.
Right, exactly.
And so what we do is we create safe spaces to talk about sex.
Right.
That's our focal point.
And right now we've been growing our community, I would say that there's a lot of us there who are women,
or female bodied.
And we just get together and we have these really beautiful conversations about whether it's
trauma.
We've got a group that is for survivors of long-term sexual abuse.
We've got a group that's called Rocking the Ages for women who are of like menopause
and beyond, I'll say.
And we are looking at creating some other spaces.
really like to, we'd really like to launch some groups for men and trans people as well.
And it's all about just representing the different communities and having them feel safe in the
community that we're creating. We do have two free open community groups that you don't have to
be a member to join. One of them is embrace yourself. It's our Saturday group. And it's one hour
middle of the day, roughly, depending on where you're on the world, of course. But we come together and we have conversations around elevating our love for ourselves and who we are, because when we can connect to ourselves, we can connect with other people. And it's about empowerment. So how do we start there and then how do we go from there? The education element is so critical because I think we get two types of sex education. We get two types of sex education. We
or none, but we get what we get in school.
And it's medical or it's medical at best, I'll say.
Yeah, I don't think there's any more than medical in school.
And then, you know, there's porn.
Yeah.
And people watch porn and they get all these different ideas in their head and that can cause a lot of shame and a number of other things.
But beyond that, having conversations that allow us to actually be empowered in who we,
are and have our dignity and ourselves and our bodies and to be able to move through beyond
whatever fears are created from that don't do it conversation or whatever shame is created from
how you were raised or what your parents told you or what you know religion or school or fill in the
blank and so how do we unlearn that how do we empower ourselves and let go
of those hurts, those wounds.
Yeah, listen, I think that there's something to say about, like, just, you know, and this is, like,
one of the good things of the internet, you know, forget of when, you know, the internet did
bring a lot of great things, right, in that you could go online and find out that there's, like,
you know, you used to have to worry that you're the only one that's into this thing or you're
so weird because it's only you, but you could go online and see other, there's other people
just like you.
And I think that there's something to say about being able to talk to other people and be
honest about whatever it is that you are and to feel accepted by them goes a long way and can
really help people. I mean, I have a whole Fetish Friday series and I've been doing it since I started
my show 11 years ago because when I started, where I got my callers from was Craigslist. Okay. So I'm
talking to guys, a lot of guys with, you know, secret fetishes and kings and stuff. You know, and there's a lot
of shame in for those poor guys, you know, and they've been living in the dark for a long time. I mean,
nowadays, it's getting a little bit more out there and people are talking about it. But, you know,
you want to add some of the fetish people over to that.
Because I think there's something to say about like being able to like have a group,
you know, being a part of a group and a community of other like-minded people makes you feel
less quote unquote weird or abnormal or whatever, you know, and then therefore you feel less
shameful about whatever it is you're into.
Absolutely.
Absolutely.
And that's exactly what we like to create there is how do we have people have these
conversations and not feel embarrassed or like they're alone.
Yeah.
Our Sunday group is the Freedom Support Group, and it's actually a group for, it's open for
kinky, queer, sex positive conversation.
We focus on releasing and helping people move through shame, and we get, because it's sex
positive and whatnot, we get a lot of kinksters, we get a lot of people who are just,
discovering for the first time that they're into it or that they want to be into it or a number of
things. And so that's a really great space for people to come and just be seen in that way and
like not be judged. Yeah, I love that. Why don't you give your shout-outs to everything? And then,
you know, people that are driving that are listening, that want to check you out, don't worry about
writing anything down because I'll put like, you know, your website or like a couple links in the
description, you know, but give a shout out to your podcast where they could find out all this
information where they could buy a gun dildo, you know, all the good stuff.
Absolutely, absolutely. So the podcast is the ItCast, Real Talk on Sex. And we are on YouTube
and across all audio platforms. We focus on increasing diversity in conversations on health and
sexuality. So plenty of experts and plenty of juicy conversation. The products you can find
at Triggerhappytoid.com. That is the Nikita and the rest of the
Trigger Happy series. You'll find some other cool stuff there. And the nonprofit is the International
Institute for Sexual Empowerment. You can find all of our work there at IISEGlobal.org.
Okay. Awesome. So will you send me like, do you have a link tree or a one link or do you have like
one place that people could go and get all this stuff or do you or is it all separate?
I will send you a, I'll send you my link tree.
So everyone can see the extended portfolio, follow me on social media.
It's even got my fine art site there.
Oh, great.
And give a shout out to your socials?
What are you at?
Yes.
Yeah, you could give that shout out to.
I'm at Nika Shirel across all platforms.
That'll be a lot easier to read.
Yeah.
And then at Trigger Happy Toy as well on Instagram.
Okay, awesome.
Thanks so much for calling in.
This was super interesting.
I will put all your links in the description
and I'll include like your bio
and a pick in my Patreon.
I do that over there.
But thanks so much for calling in, Nikita.
I hope you get some people call,
you know, some clients from this call.
I get a lot of people that listen, you know,
and could probably use your services.
So, you know, thanks so much for calling in.
Absolutely.
Thank you so much for having me.
And please, please anyone out there,
I'm offering free consultations right now.
You can check those out on my calendar.
We shouldn't have said that right in the beginning.
I'm going to say that in the end.
intro, okay? I'm going to give it in the intro so people know that that's pretty awesome.
I love that. Listen, I think that, you know, I have one sponsor that offers like a free trial and I'm
always like, listen, I love any kind of business that believes so much in their product that they're,
you know, they kind of offer something up for free because that shows that you believe in what you're doing,
you know, so I love that you have a free consultation now and I'll, you know, I think we should
have led with that. I love that, you know. So I will say that in the intro, but thanks so much for
calling in and they could go. So if they want to sign up for that, that you have a
calendar, they could book it and you do the like a free introduction call is what you're saying,
right? Yes. Yes. There's a calendar link on the link tree. And yes, they can book a book a free
intro call. And I would love to see how I can help. Love it. All right. Awesome. Like I said,
I'm going to lead with that into the intro to you, to your episode. But thanks so much for calling in,
Nikita. Thank you. Enjoy the rest of your day. You too. Bye.
Okay. Okay. I just want to tell you,
Before you go, that my book, it's called Strictly Anonymous Confession, Secret Sex Lives of Total
Strangers, is now available not only in paperback and e-book, but you can pre-order the audiobook.
It's still not going to be out until August 25th, but you can pre-order it.
The book is basically 17 different stories taken from my show.
I kind of picked one story from each category that I talk about on my show.
Like, there's a hot wife story.
There's a cuck queen story.
There's a cuck story. There's a gang being girl story. Like I said, 17 stories. And they're all
told in the third person. And they're all true. I took the interview and rewrote it in the third person.
And I wouldn't really call it like a total erotica book. Think like penthouse letters. It's more direct.
It's not so over the top like erotica. I don't really like that kind of vibe, right? But these are true stories.
17 of them. They're really short chapters, easy read. You could read, you know, one or two and then skip
around. You could read the whole book. It's available in eback format, paperback format. And finally,
the audio book is available coming out August 25th. But you could pre-order it now. And if you
buy my book in any format or pre-order it, I will throw in a complimentary link to my Discord.

So anyway, thanks so much for tuning in.
This is the Strictly Anonymous podcast.
Okay.
I just want to tell you before you go that I do have a book.
The book is called Strictly Anonymous.
Confessions, Secret Sex Lives of Total Strangers. The book is basically 17 different stories taken
from my show. I kind of picked one story from each category that I talk about on my show.
Like, there's a hot wife story. There's a cuck queen story. There's a cuckold story. There's a gangbang
girl story. Like I said, 17 stories. And they're all told in the third person, right? So I took
the interview and I rewrote it in the third person. I wouldn't call it like an erotica book,
though there's plenty of sex in there, right? But I didn't write it to sound like erotica because that's
like the vibe of my show. You're going to learn a lot. You're probably going to get a little turned on.
It's a different way to hear these stories, like I said, because they're written out in third person.
There's an ebook available if you don't want your partner to know that you're reading my book.
Get the ebook. It's available. If you buy my book in any format, I will throw in a complimentary
link to my Discord. My Discord does not disappoint. Okay. There's no way you'll get the Discord and go in there.
