Well, it's actually the offseason for the PGA tours, but we did have a little golf, the Australian Open down at two beautiful golf courses, which I have had the pleasure of playing. Kingston Heath, Victoria Golf Club down in Melbourne, where an American, Riggs-Johnston, who I actually just learned about when we had David Pugge in here a few weeks ago. They were roommates at Arizona State.

This kid is a stud, apparently. Obviously, got overshadowed a little bit down in Tempe with all the studs he played with. Tough team to get some shine on by the ASC. Just went through all three stages of DP World Tour. Didn't even know if he was going to, DP World Tour, Q School. Didn't know if he was actually even going to get into the Australia event, decided to go, got in, and wins the whole damn thing.

Made three birdies on 15, 16, and 17 coming down the stretch to end up winning by three. really cool from Libby Montana gotta think that's the first PG or not PJA but first World Golf win maybe for the great city of Libby Montana 3,000 people. Is that the pop? 3,000 nice. Pretty sick.

That's not. It's only second DP World Tourist start like you said now in the Open Championship. Clearly this kid's got a ton of game. It's hard to make your way and on any tour right now at the level of talent. But about a nice launching pad for him and yeah, he's the guy like, I mean we're around here. We know the ASS.

you guys. I didn't know anything about him until Pooge brought him up and clearly he's good as shit. Yeah, be interested to see what he does now. I mean, traveling around playing the DP World Tour, try to get in that top 10 at the end of next year and get a PGA tour card, but he's in a major championship. Congratulations to him. And by the way, I don't know

if you got to watch any of it at all, but they had some rough weather down there. Like, he didn't even play a practice round at Kingston Heath. I like that. I think that's a good idea sometimes. So it was really wet. I mean, the bunkers were basically flooded. But Kingston Heath, if you ever get a chance, that place is all time. It's in my top five. It's my number one, if I could take any golf trip anywhere, it'd be that side of Australia, play all those down there.

They're all close, too. But the people that I talk to that have played all of them in Europe, all them in the state, you know, these guys that travel the world, like, they all come back from there just raving about it. I love the bunkering. A firm and fast, like less, just feels less cookie cutter than a lot of the golf you get over here, where it's through the air, stop it, land soft, all that. There's more creativity. Maybe we'll have to do a little destination subpar. It might never come back from Australia if I get down there. Melbourne, okay. Margo Robbie, ever heard of her?

Yep, decent looking. Pregnant, though. Cheated on us. Ugh. But whatever. Disgusting. The Crown Casino, right there in downtown Melbourne, you like casinos? They like me.

They got a lot of amazing restaurants. They like me. And then you're just a short, no more than 20 minutes. You can probably play five of the best golf courses in the world. Roll Melbourne is 15 minutes from the Crown. And right across street is Victoria. Another 10 minutes down the road is Kingston Heath. Those are the three I've been to.

I mean, if you just played those three, you would be in absolute heaven. I've heard there's some others that are just up there with them, if not even better. It is a cool place. And the President's Cup is going to Kingston Heath in 28. I love that. They need more marquee golf down there because, like, live guys show up down there. That's their most attended event. That's the loudest.

That's the best turnout. The President's Cup down there was awesome. I just feel like they got great golf fans. They produce great golfers. They love it, but they don't get much of it. It's kind of far. It's not the easiest joint to, get to in the world. But, um, huge fan of Australian golf. It's like that. That spot's kind of like

the Long Island down there. Like, dude, we're 15 minutes from some of the best in the world. It's cool. But congratulations to Riggs Jocelyn on that big win. Um, interesting week in the, did you watch any? Did you watch any? So by the way, happy Thanksgiving. Hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving. Thursday, Slees, I swear to you, I didn't miss one single play of the three NFL games. 11 a.m. here local time. It kicked off. We ate lunch right before the start of the cowboy game, and I was on the couch. My bottle of Sincoro. Damn near finished the whole thing off by myself. I hate to say it, but had the big styrofoam cup, and it just kept getting refilled. Yeah, it happens. And we had a special guest, Mike Commodore at the house. Yeah, that is special. That'll make you give some thanks.

It was. I haven't caught me in the house. An awesome day. Tons of football. We go on a little heater. Comey picked all three NFL games. Cormy's running hot, unbeaten in fantasy also. Working on. He's lost once. He did lose? This week? A week before. Oh, damn. He won't turn in a row to start the season.

Yeah, he's working on a dynasty. Yeah. I beat you this week. Sorry about it. What a bunch of bullshit these mathematics are on this app. I'd turn it off. I leave the house for the first time, no bullshit in three days. I watched every single snap of football.

My wife came in and she's like, this is your third day where you're going to watch like 13 hours of football. I was like, yeah. Tell me where the problem is. I finally leave like a two-hour stretch. I look at the thing. Most of our guys had played, and I'm an 80-something percent chance to win. I'm like, oh, burnt an app, see you later.

I come back, forget about it, watching the game last night in the snow, which was awesome. And I was like, oh, let me see how this thing shook out. Click it. Lose by a million. I pounded you. Lose by a million. Nice math. I can't have an 85% chance of winning and then lose by 25.

Math's wrong. I'll recalibrate that. All I know is I won, and I'm happy. But anyway, the football was awesome. My SMU Mustangs, now up to number seven in the country, after beating the shit out of Max Homas, Cow Bears. Heading to the ACC championship. I hope you feel good about yourself.

How do you feel about that? I mean, it looked like Miami. 21-0 up there, Syracuse, blow that thing. Now Clemson gets in even with the loss. Do you like having Clemson or would you rather Miami? I don't know. I haven't watched either team enough. Obviously, Miami is who it looked like we're going to be playing.

Was it Cam Ward? There's a freaking stud. I can change a game by himself. He's a little terrifying. Clemson, I watched the first game of the year. And I was like, these guys aren't really even that good. Dabo's been under all kinds of heat. And somehow they're in the ACC Championship.

And I hope we go out there. We're two and a half-point favorites in Charlotte. So kind of a home game for them. But we're going to go out there and take care of business and get ourselves in the playoffs and get a buy. You might be in with an L. But then you enter into the night you're working against Ole Miss and Alabama's, the South Carolinas and the small brands. Trust me, normally get screwed on that deal.

I think y'all are in regardless. But yeah, go ahead and just win that just to eliminate any of the bullshit. Sounds like Miami. and all of Miami got a little distracted up there in Syracuse. So we had the mascot spitting a little game over at one of the reporters there in Syracuse, asking for her phone number in the fourth quarter when they were losing. You got to stay focused, man. When you're dressed up like an enormous bird,

wearing a helmet and you're like, I'm going to go shoot my shot. Sebastian, the Ibis just over there spitting game asking for phone numbers. Still has not been confirmed if Ashley, the reporter actually gave in and gave the number out. If that worked, then God bless the man. I think, you know, the first thing you look at when you meet someone is like, what do they look like? Physical appearance. You don't know anything about the person, so that's what you go off of. Like, this dude's in a full-on bird costume. Unless she's a big bird watcher.

Yeah, there's that fluffies or whatever those things are? Furries. Furries, yeah. Fluffy. Same shit. It's not my thing. I might try it, but it's not really my thing. Also, big weekend for fighting.

Yeah. It was every rivalry game. Now the flag planning, which apparently has just become the biggest ordeal. in the world. Every team's doing it. And believe it or not, the losing team doesn't appreciate it much. The Ohio State Michigan game, that was just, that was a mess. You don't want the other team to plant a flat on your field? Don't lose.

Score some points against the team that can't throw football. Ohio State, Ryan Day, what is happening? This is four straight losses to Michigan. Michigan pretty much has called it a season. They don't even have an offense. They're 21-point underdogs going to Ohio State. It's like, cool. They threw for like 12 yards.

They literally can't throw it forward. The only pass that was wide open all day. The dude threw a pick. All he had to do is throw it in the air. That's one of given like where Ohio State is, national championship ambitions, 20 million they've spent on that roster this year. The whole thing is like be Michigan win a national title.

That's everything. And then Michigan coming off the natty, but like way down, don't have a quarterback. Literally have zero offense, but they got the number one kid coming in next year. This was like, okay, this season's a throwaway. For them to lose that game. I've talked to some Ohio State buddies.

And they're like, dude, even if we win the national championship, which they still could. It'd be like, dude, it's like a hollow season. It's like, we'll never hear the end of this. Which is why I called football sweet. And I really think Michigan was just like, yeah, we got the national championship. We've beat y'all three times in a row. Y'all can have this one. I mean, they were just like conceding it.

It was almost like, I mean, the whole thing was they're going to run up the score. What Will Gordon said going in is like, if I can go for three, I'll go for three, you know. He's in the old quote. I mean, game day. But it was like they were like not going to call off the dogs. And then they just lost. Normally you kind of expect game day to be at that game. I mean, it's the game.

And now they're at Texas, Texas, Texas, A&M, which was also a rather large game where Texas won and is going to play Georgia in a rematch for the SEC championship. That's the only game that sucks where you get two teams that are in. They're already in. They've already played each other once in the regular season. Now they've got to play again. And like, we're both going to the playoffs.

You're playing for the buy, sure. But it's like, don't get anyone hurt that matters. You know, it just feels like a weird. That's the only negative, I think, about the 12-team playoff is like, you can get situations like this conference championship with two teams that are in. And then it's kind of like, what are we doing? Who wants to buy? All we want to do is try to win the national championship.

You're playing for the buy. But I mean, there's a world also where they play three times this year. They can meet in the playoffs too. Of course. Which would be weird. They just don't want to run into SMU. No. Nobody wants any part.

Stand up. Killing it. Nobody. They're in Dallas. It's a beautiful thing. I can't wait for this Saturday. We have some big time golf happening this week. Okay, first off.

Some of the biggest. Pros and Joe's down in Cabo, which I'm headed to on Wednesday. Pretty much the biggest pro scratch ever. The biggest international event, I would say, in the world. If everyone finishes, it would be a damn miracle. It's not about winning down there. It's about having a good time. But you are taking your talents down the road here to grass clippings.

My immense talents, yes. For a little par three shootout under the lights. Two-day affair. Two-day affair. I'm a member of the Minnesota Muskees, and I will be playing with my four-ball partner, Drew Kittelson. I played that golf course. I played it twice, but it's been like a year.

I played it when it first opened. Went out with the Bob does sports guys. Had a great time out there. That was a little bit more of a loose environment. But might need to sneak down there and just check the join out. It's a lot of like nines, wedges, eights. It's not a ton of like sand wedges and lob wedges. And there's a few that are like over 200.

It'll be fun. Who else is on the muskies? The muskies, we have Andrew Medley. We'll be playing on the team. Brian Hopps. who goes to who okay hoops okay hoops who i thought his name was hoops for like 15 years

Our guest this week is not, in fact, a doctor. Could be. But he is a beautiful human. He runs the show there at my favorite place in the world, Shadow Creek. He's the GM, and it's been an unbelievable ride for him. And this guy's got so many great stories.

I mean, basically, started a UNLV, worked his way up through Shadow Creek, and now he runs the show there. We got Monty Montgomery joining us on subpart. This one is special, y'all. Okay, folks. today this is a privilege. This is a privilege right here. We have a very important man in our midst.

The GM of Shadow Creek, one of the most phenomenal properties in Olive Golf, not to mention the 1992, 1997, in 2013 Rocky Mountain Open champion Monty Montgomery. Did nobody play in 2013? What an event? You had a dynasty.

I tell you what an event that was. The Rocky Mountain Open Championship. I never knew this actually until yesterday when Sleece told me. It's a nice Colorado jick. I tell you what, every tour player, I'm surprised they don't know about it. Tell me what the first place check was at the Rocky Mountain Open. In 92.

92. I think it was 4,000. That's a nice week. Yeah. You ever had a put out here for more than 4,000? Maybe. Maybe. Possibly.

Yeah, what are you, a cop? You know, you and I have known each other for quite a long time now. We've had many of battles out there on the golf course. I tell everyone, this is my favorite place in the world. And it's not because of you. It's because of the golf course. Kidding. No doubt. No doubt. No, it's not.

Let's go back to the beginning here. You're the GM at Shadow Creek, one of the most prestigious golf courses in the world. Tell me about the first time you ever stepped foot on this property. Well, it's real easy. I mean, it's just like today almost. I mean, I'm just, I'm blessed. I'm lucky. You get lucky in life and a few things, and I consider that one of my luckiest things. I just got on the UNOV golf team, and of course, Steve Wynn at the time made this our home course. Wow.

I had no idea. Yeah. And so here I am, a little redneck coming out of Colorado, and I walk on this property, and I instantly fell in love. It's like being in Colorado, but it's fantasy land out here. You know, I mean, it's just, you don't see this in the desert, and I don't know. I fell in love with it. met some great people along the way, which kept me going, and I never wanted to go anywhere else.

It's weird. I mean, it's like being married, too. You know, I've been married for 35 years, great wife, and it's kind of the same. I just never wanted to leave. Micah is so lucky, as is Shadow Creek. But tell us about, like, I wouldn't ask crew that. Tell us about, like, what was your first role here? So when I came out, I just played on the UNLV golf team.

And so we could come out of it. at any time, which was remarkable at a facility like this. It was just, it's really unheard of in today's times to have a revenue golf course or something big casino golf course and having the UNOV golf team be able to come out and use a facility, do what they want and act like a member. So, you know, when that happened, I got through school and tried to make it on tour. It didn't work. and I just kind of stayed here and caddied for a while and tried to make it on tour doing that, never did,

and met all the great people in Las Vegas and all the people that used to come out here. And when you're a kid, you don't know how lucky you are when that's happening until you get older, and then you look back and go, wow, that was just, it's just luck. I don't know if it's luck or if it's just maybe,

I don't know what to call it, but it worked out great. Yeah, it worked out great. How long did you chase it after you and OV? Well, I had Taylor in... And how close did we get? So I got out of school in 93. I didn't go to Q school.

I should have went to Q school in 92 when I got out, but I went... I had another 15 credits I had to take, so I decided not to go to Q school in 92, 93. I turned pro, and then I had Taylor in 94. All Taylor's fault. Yeah, yeah. And then you know what happens after that, you know, the golf game. kind of goes down so I gave it probably tell 97 to play but I was terrible you did play the 1996 Buick Open if I recall yeah I remember watching it on TV and being like

who is this Monty guy great time how do we do at the Buick open yeah pretty good finish 19th right now 20 and your only tour start yeah slightly different than yours Lee so so the cool part of it I made five grand each yeah oh made a nice little 9700 he's he's doubled up played one tour event yeah Monday qualified Got offered $5 grand to switch equipment, and he took it. And then missed the cut. They didn't have strokes gained back then, but dude, it would set an all-thage. It's the narrowest golf course on the PGA tour at the time.

Windy, all you got to do is hit it low and straight, which is what I did at the time. Got this new club, it hit it in a fucking miles offline. If there was strokes gain stats, then it would be like, this is the most strokes lost ever off the T in the history of golf. If you had your dark... Sevee by Astero's in his prime to shoot like 74-70s. What the hell driver? Did you switch to it?

It doesn't matter. Do they even exist anymore? No, I don't think they really do. He switched to Adams. If you had your cobra at dark speed, my dark. You'd still be here to start. Yeah, see.

If I had my cobra out. You probably wouldn't be sitting here. Lethal. Yeah, with a one. You'd be at the RSN with Taylor. I'd be having to grind it out, which I'm not about. Well, now, you're still a stud. No.

I mean, just ask him. What does, what does Colt give you? Or do you, does he get two aside from you? I need it. He's good player. He would take it. He would take it. No, no, we just go straight up.

100% I would take it. You know what's fun, Moncy? is we got some guys that are pros back in Scott Still. They've been on the PJ tour, played great golf, and now they're kind of getting towards the tail end, maybe shutting it down or waiting on champions toward those type of guy, and now they're taking strokes from the current pros for the first time, which I've never seen.

That's when you know it's a rap. It's real easy. I mean, that's what you do when you start getting older. They're asking for like one and a half a side, like significant amount of shots. I guess I'm just different because I'm like, yeah, I need strokes. Like, you're much better than, by way, I needed strokes when I played on tour. Yeah. But you're much better to me.

I don't mind taking it. Now these guys, they get a stroke for the first time, and you would think they're on the 72nd hole of the Masters. They are so fucking nervous. It is unbelievable. A full panic when they get a stroke, because they're just trying to make a four for three. Well, the thing is, too, they're so good.

And then when they're getting shots, if they lose getting shots, it's embarrassing. It is worse. You know what I mean? It's not great. And you think I get embarrassed with you all the time. I get two aside from you. Yeah, but I used to be an embarrassed.

You know what I mean? Like, we're shit. It went up. Yeah, of course. This is how wonderful this man is. I started off, me and him battled quite a many times. I started off, and I think I beat him the first ten times. Straight up.

This one is a straight up game? It went straight up, and then it went to strokes. And we're in Aria, high limit one night. And he goes, you know what, you some bitch? I might be 10 and 0, but tomorrow we're going to be 11 and 1. I said, do that math real quick. I start talking a little out of my head when I have a few cocktails. That's for sure.

But you've been in Vegas for a long time. Like, for people that don't get here as often. Like, how often does a local, like, actually go down to the strip and get involved in all the madness that is down there? Well, there's a lot of crazy people in this town. I mean, that's what keeps the lights on. There's no doubt. But, you know, I don't go down very often, so I can only kind of look at myself or my friends. You just go down when family's in town or if it's function or if you want to have a nice dinner, you're going to go down there.

Give me Monty Montgomery's favorite restaurant in Vegas because there's probably not many other cities in the world that have better restaurants in here. Well, I just took up eating sushi probably four years ago. So by far right now, Yellow Tail is my favorite. By far. What took it so long to get into the sushi game? It just, you know, it never grew up that way. And then all of a sudden Taylor says, hey, I'm going to take you to get some sushi. And I'm like, yeah.

I'm like, I don't think I can eat that kind of stuff. And we went down there and it's just the restaurant is, it's extravagant. I mean, and the service there, it's just, the food is just remarkable. He would have never took you if he wasn't sponsored by MGM, by the way. Oh, that's no doubt. You know that. We all know that. I'm still waiting on him to take me dinner once.

Well, I told him, I said, do you ever take cold to dinner? I'll never talk to you again. Fair enough. It's good parenting. Yeah, that's actually the best advice you ever giving it. got to have some rules. Yeah, that's very. Little structures good. I actually don't really eat in this town.

I just drink everything. Well, that's true. Well, that's why I told him. I said, if you take him to eat, the food bill's going to be $100 and the bar bill is going to be $4,000. I think it's nice. Charged to the room. A lot of good deals here, too. A lot of things on discount down on this trip. Yeah.

Go back to this golf course for a minute because for the people that haven't been out here, I've gotten a chance to see it now with a couple of matches and tournaments. FJ Tour has been out here, LPJ. Describe this property, though, because there's a picture inside, which get and put it up. There's nothing or like you would this place is the like sticks out more than anything it's it's so different than anything that's around here. It's just a very cool property and that's why I fell in love with it but you know when it was first built it was 20 miles outside of town and flat country sagebrush just totally flat they came in and at the time they moved more dirt than

than ever on a golf course I think it was 26 million cubic yards and then uh They just dug a deep hole and formed it just by, you know, building up the perimeter and everything else. So when you're out here, it's just, it's so unique. And I don't think you could build a golf course like this anywhere. Now it's just too expensive. But back then they could do it. And now the city is basically by the golf course in a matter of 30 years. But as far as what they did, it was just remarkable.

and like I said, you can't do it nowadays. But when you're on this property, it's the same with people that's never played here and want to come out. It's just, it's an experience. And obviously, it's Las Vegas. So it's, I call it fantasy land, Las Vegas. And this is just part of that experience. When you come out for the first time, you're like, you think you're lost. Like the driver's lost.

You're like, there's no, like, dude, we're in a corporate or like, you know, industrial warehouses. There's no way we're about to turn on to a world-class golf. It's honestly. obviously one of the cooler things ever. Then you turn on and you're like, oh my God. Like you're in North Carolina or Colorado or something. It's wild. Yeah, that's what makes it such a unique place.

People are, and we try to keep this kind of on the down low. We don't, like you don't see a whole lot of marketing, you get on the internet and go Shadow Creek. The only basically things you're going to see is from other people posting stuff. Other than that, you get on there, you don't have one through 18 or, you know, this is going to happen. It's kind of like we, well, What I've tried to do and what we've tried to do for many years and I don't want it to change.

But one of these days it probably will is to keep this place very spontaneous. And what I mean by that is you don't know. You don't know what you're going to get when you get here. It's like that's why we call it a mystique. So, you know, your confirmation number is this. And when you get there, it's going to be this way and that way. No, in your mind you have no clue what you're going to experience out here until you get here. And I think that's what makes it very cool.

Or who's going to be out here, yeah. It is heaven on earth. I mean, I believe they asked Tom Fosio, the designer of this place, like, what golf course? Like he goes, what golf course could you build with no budget? He goes, I already did it. It's called Shadow Creek. I talked to Tom at least two, three times a year. We just put in a bunker and I'm never going to do anything without Tom's guidance.

Or we're not going to do anything without his guidance. And he still says it all the time. His most precious place is still Shadow Creek. I think a lot of people probably saw it the first time the Tiger Phil match, right? Which is strange. Like, how did that come to be? Do you guys lobby for that? You just said, like, look, we don't do a lot of marketing.

We're not trying to be all over social media. Like, it's kind of hush, hush. But then all of a sudden, popped up. We're going to host at the time the biggest spectacle golfs probably ever seen. Well, it's real easy now. You've seen Vegas change over the last 10 years, and it's becoming more of a sports town where, I'd say 15 years ago, it was all about to gambling and all about to.

entertainment down there. Now it's becoming a sports marketing mecca, a Super Bowl, you're seeing hockey. That never happened. I think hockey changed like everything because they had so much success right out of the gate. Yeah, and I just don't think the hotels back then wanted anybody. I'm going to go and be transparent here. They wanted you gambling. Yeah. And nowadays, they want the entertainment. They want you coming in. They know that it's just everything, shopping, food. food, concerts, everything now, golf, everything. I mean, you're seeing it. Look at the people that have residencies here.

Yeah. The performers, Bruno Mars, Adele. Adel. I mean, it just goes, it's nuts. Well, in Vegas is such a, you know, people are scared to move here and live here. I think it's been fantastic. I mean, I grew up that way, though. I grew up, you know, kind of being in action since 10 years old, just the way I grew up.

So I always wanted to live here. And I still love it here. I love the action. I love the lights. I love being able to go out at midnight, you know, and seeing people and having good time. Get weird. Yeah. I wonder why we get along so well.

Yeah. I like that. I don't know. I mean, they're able to get out there and do it with no loss. All right. So you said you like the actions. It's you're 10 years old. You're in a city where some people's action are different than others.

Yeah. When was the first time you got in a match? you're like, oh boy, this is actually really for something. Out here? Yeah. Oh. We don't have to mention names. Yeah, you can keep it anonymous.

I've been in a few. Listen, I've always tried to stay out of trouble here. You know, to keep the mounts at a level where I can't get in trouble or make anybody mad. And I think I did that well. And just to be able to hang out with them and let them have fun. give them lessons or just make the day better for them. And, of course, I've been to some matches that I'm not going to talk about. But, yeah, I mean, no matter what, I mean, and it's just not here.

I mean, we went to other golf courses in town or around the country. But, yeah, I've always liked the action. So if somebody says, hey, let's do this, you know what I'm going to do. I'm going to name the place time. Let's get it going. Let's get it. If you walk through the locker room here at Shadow Creek, I mean, there's not that many lockers. And the names on those lockers are rather special.

Tell us about some of the guys that really like coming out here. I mean, I know MJ is a massive fan of Shadow. He would probably play here every day if he could. Yeah. Wouldn't be that profitable in the casino for him, though. No. You know, and M's been here for a long time. I mean, he started coming out a long time ago.

I remember when he was with Steve, when he was still playing. a lot and he'd come out here and he just was a golfer and this when he came to Vegas, if you're going to do some gambling or whatever, you're going to come play golf. It's just the way it is, but most of those guys that have walked in there

it's just part of Las Vegas, you know? I mean, this place is iconic when it comes to back when it opened all the way till now. When people come to Vegas, they want to come out to Shadow Creek and play golf. And most of your staff, I mean, it's been here for a long

time. I mean, does anybody even get starstruck anymore? Well, I think if you get starstruck, you're probably going to be, the job's going to be very tough on you anyway. So I think you just got to let them do their thing and not go crazy. And that's the way I've always been. I've never been starstruck with people. And I think I'm never going to be that way because I don't want to make it, they're supposed to come out here and enjoy themselves and get away from all that. Thank you for treating me so normal. Yeah. Well, And besides you, I did, today I'm going to try to put the beat down on you, and I know what's probably going to happen, and I'm going to probably get my ass kicked.

We were partners last time. I love talking shit. And that didn't work out too well. I do love talking shit. I try to talk shit, even though a lot of times it doesn't work out very well. I'm harder I found, too, as a guy who loves to talk shit. As you get a shit. Oh, you still got to hit them.

You got to do what you're at. Wait when you're like, I'm about to knock you out and you can't really throw a punch. That's when you talk more shit. See? Because that makes you feel better. You don't have to play great. You just have to make them play shitty. That's what I always say.

Yeah, you got to try to get into that dome, you know, and that's the hard part. And you can't get into Colts Dome for some reason. I don't know if it's just because it doesn't have anything in there. Or if it's just full. And, you know, you just can't get in there. Well, in our game, obviously, the goat is Tiger Woods. I mean, that's who we grew up watching. And I know your son, Taylor, he plays on the PJ Tour, who I don't know if I want to say the privilege of caddying for him at Phoenix Open last year.

But tell us a little about Tiger coming out here, and he actually hung out with Taylor at a very young age. Yeah, so Tiger, Tiger, MJ, I've seen him pretty much everybody. But when Tiger was young, he came out here, and I still remember the driving range. We still had kind of the trees on the driving range, which was cool. and Tiger would go out there. And the reason he'd come out is because he could get away from all the hoopla. I mean, he's a superstar. So he couldn't go anywhere without anybody attacking him.

So the cool part about when he came out here, he could kind of come out here and get away from that. And I think that's so cool. Like our short game and everything else is cool. But I think those guys come out just so they can have a couple hours of meantime. And so Tiger's been coming out for years. And we used to go out and watch him on the range from afar. We'd never bug him. And I think that's what I've always tried to instill in the staff and everything.

It's like, just stay away from them. They're here to have a good time. Just if they talk to you, they can talk to you. If you want to talk to them a little bit and they want to talk to you back, that's fine. But just kind of let them have their time because, you know, they're always getting bugged. But I think Taylor, as a golfer and watching me, I mean, And Tiger was his idol. He'd come out, oh, it's Tiger Woods.

Tiger Wood, you know, when they're young, 10, 11 years old. And that's a huge thing as kids get older. And Taylor's had the privilege of being out here. Not a lot of kids get to see this. And so I'm going to go ahead and say it. You know, it's helped him make it on to it for sure. Yeah, he's like desensitized. There's nothing that's like deer in the headlights for him ever.

And I'm like, it's, it is a privilege. And I'm not going to take that away from anything. It's something I've done. And I've always made him part of that. Just like my daughter as well. I used to bring them out on Sundays or whatever, and we'd hang out here, take pictures, go play golf, go fishing. You wouldn't let her use my clubs, though.

Well, they might not be long enough, you know. Oh, here we go. Yeah. So the first time his daughter, the first time I ever met his daughter, she walks in, and she's awesome. I never met her before at all this. And she wanted to go hit some balls. I was like, oh, you can use my clubs.

And he goes, McKenzie, you stay the hell away from that guy right there. Great piece of advice, by the way. I don't have a lot of rules, but this is one of them. My daughter's great, and I've tried to keep her away from everybody in this town. That may be the only hiccup in this town is if you have a daughter and you better pay attention. Yours looks like you, but different. Yeah, a lot different, a lot different. I don't know what happened.

I think my wife did a pretty good job there. Yeah, thank God for Michael. It might not be mine, but she did a hell of a job. That's all right, yeah. Yeah, same last name. Might not be yours. You didn't get with your boy, too, by the way. Taylor's a stud.

He's awesome. When did you know, Taylor? I mean, he was running around here. I know he didn't get into golf until, like, a little bit later, though, right? He liked all the other sports before. But obviously, being out here every day, I think you kind of gravitate towards it, I would think. So I got a great story about Taylor, and he was, I'll go ahead and tell it real fast. So we had a guy come out.

He used to come out all the time. It was a Sunday. Didn't even know he's going to be here. He was a big comp player. And he was friends with our. assistant back then and he's like hey you and Taylor out here let's go play the back now and we'll play a scramble $50 a hole I'm like okay at the time Taylor could give rats ass about golf he was a baseball and football and everything

else and we went out there and we were playing $50 carryovers and we got to 18 and we were just he was 11 years old and I still remember it because I know this is what turned him around to golf it's amazing how money does it but we get 18 and we got like a 15 footer. We're trying to get him to win. We don't care about the money or whatever. And he said, all right, Taylor, get up and hit this putt and make, make some money. And he gets up and he makes this putt and runs around the green like, what's his name did when he went? Hey, Earl Irwin. And just was going crazy. And the guy comes out and hands him the money at the end and he takes all the money. And from that point on, mom, take me to the golf course.

Mom, take me the golf course. And it was over. All the other sports were over. And he was a fantastic baseball player at the time. And I'm like, yeah, he's going to play baseball. But after that day, he gave a rat's ass about. Yeah, they ended out cash after baseball games. They're 11 years old.

I think it was adrenaline. Unless you're from the Dominican. Yeah, he got handed money. Right. And then you're also not 11. You're 19 playing with the 11-year-olds. By the way, the man can roll the rock. I don't want to, like.

I still don't know. Who's better you or him in putting? Where did he get that from? The putting. Is that another one of those? Can Mike a putt? Who? Can your wife putt?

My wife don't play golf. So where did he get it? I mean, the guy's number one on tour this year in strokes gained putting. It's scary. I mean, he can, there's a lot of wagers out there that people want to get done about some of the best players in the world playing Taylor Montgomery out here. And there's not many that can beat that man around here. By the way, back in your day,

I heard, not many could beat you. Well, I could never putt. So you have to be able to putt in this game. If Taylor learns how to hit his driver, he's going to be scary. Because, I mean, I've watched good putters. I've watched you. I've watched Warren Scooter my teammate, which was unbelievable. The old scooter.

And then Chris Riley. Chris Riley was sick at the time. I mean, so sick when he was in his prime. But watching you for 10 years, just roll the roll. Rock, I'm like, is this the way you really have to putt to play this game? I mean, I would have quit a long time ago. Have you seen me hit it?

I had to put to do anything. It doesn't matter. You hit it dead straight. You hit it on a golf course, but it's just scary how you can go day after day with never three putting or missing under six feet. And that's kind of what Taylor is. I watch you do it for 20 straight time. Do you want to tell them a story about

number nine right over here? No, because I'll throw my clubs in the lake right now. Again? Yeah. How many clubs he donated out here? Hold on. We're going to, oh, stop. We're going to get to that. Hold the phone real quick.

There's got to be a good, did you? He had me one day he thought on number nine, and then I made about a, what, 80 footer? And I was talking shit. On nine? Yeah, 80? The pin was all the way back and I was on the front edge. Good approach. Also a nice spot.

So was I one up? I think you're a one-up. I think I was one-up. I hit it in there 15 feet. The toughest pin on the green. He's on the very front edge, and I think it's more than 50. this thing's like 80 at least, maybe 90. And I'm like, I got your ass finally.

I'm going to whoop your ass finally. And he hits his putt in halfway there. He starts walking towards it. And I'm like, no way. No way. I still remember it's like it was yesterday. And I mean, it fell in perfect. And he just looked at me.

And of course, I get up and miss, break even on the front. And I think I got killed on the back. because I just, I can't handle it. Got it in that dome. Can't handle it? There's not much to get in this dome. This dome's easy to get into because it's pretty... Yeah, open door policy.

Monty's dope. Let's get some stories going about this place. I think people will, give me the best, it doesn't have to be the course record, the best round you've witnessed. Taylor has the course record. Yeah, Taylor's got it. But there could be a day where it was blowing 100 or something.

Well, I'm telling you, Taylor played awesome that day. It could have probably shot in the 50s. but we had a UNOV player right before overseeing. I can't remember what year it was, and I won't put out any names, but literally we didn't mow the rough, and it was all Bermuda, and you hit it in the rough, and it was 50-50, you found your ball. So they're out here qualifying. And I think the next best score was 75,

and this kid shot 62. Oh. And so when I was out there, and I'm like, That has to be the best round, I think, probably ever. Had to be Ryan. Was it? No, he's trying to make an on tour right now. I don't want to mention many names.

But he shot 62, and all the players and coaches came in and said, there's no way anybody could have shot that, not even close that day. And I was like, wow, that's pretty remarkable. So that's probably the best round. I've seen a lot of good rounds, but as hard as this golf course, if you're, you know, as well as I do, the golf course is hard. if the greens are really fast and firm and there's a little bit of wind. But if there's no wind, yeah.

If there's no wind, you can eat it up. Because there's a lot of, like, feeder pins. Exactly. What they shoot 20-under- here? I called Coker. Cotech shot 20-under, didn't he? Yeah. And we set that up very difficult.

The problem with that week is we, the golf, the greens and the fairways were running about the same, you know, they're probably running a 14th. Coch-crack hit wedge in a game. Yeah, so. Yeah, that was crazy. You could always make the golf course harder by making it longer, but the thing is that there was not a breath of wind. Yeah.

So if someone's listening right now and they want to come play Shadow Creek, how do they do it? It's real easy. I mean, it's very difficult to get a tea time. It's like going anywhere, a nice golf course in the country. But we've got our golf reservations. You can get online, find those numbers. Or you can, if you're a gambler, you can go down and get a host at the casino. But Sunday, basically the weekends are reserved for comp players only.

so you have to have a host. They're the only ones that really can make the reservation for you if you're a cop player, which means you've got to have a credit line and gamble. And we'll give you out those host names here shortly. We'll give out a lot of, but Sunday through Thursday, not every Sunday, but some Sundays we open up, but Monday through Thursday you can basically call and if you stay at one of the MGM properties minus New York, New York, Excalibur and Luxor. There you go.

And you probably won't need the lights until they, they, they, they, they, they, they, they, they, hit three or four, but if they tee off at four o'clock. And they're teeing them off at four. It gets dark at 4.30 here. Yeah, it gets dark before. They're going to be out there until eight, nine o'clock at night here. It'll be cool. I hope it's not freezing freezing.

I hope not either. To see this place under the lights and just kind of a, you know, little one-off event like that. Nine o'clock's past Scotty's bedtime. Uh-oh. Well, you might want to bet the other way then. That's 11 Dallas time. Yeah. You know?

That is a fact. And you got Bryson, who's one of the best entertainers in the world. It's going to be really cool to watch. But coming out here, as long as I have, I've gotten a chance to meet quite a few interesting characters. A lot of poker players. Like yourself? Yes, yes. A lot of professional gamblers that obviously like the action.

They are shit at golf. But they love the action. Take us through some of those guys. Because, like, I've heard about matches with Phil Ivy and Michael Jordan, where it gets into some uncomfortable numbers. And Phil is not a very good golfer. David Benamine, who I've had the chance to play with quite a few times. These guys are crazy. Well, those were some of my and our staff and everybody in town's greatest times

because back then you had full tilt poker, all of them coming out. I mean, money was, it was water. So they didn't care about it. So they were just throwing it around in town. And a lot of people in the service industry had a great time during those. times but Phil feels a feel was awesome and my greatest story I'll tell it how it is well I kind of gave it up I wasn't gonna name names but you know I show up in a parking lot one night there one it's probably noon and this I hear this hot rod

coming down our main road and I'm like I wonder who this might be the boss or somebody comes around this gray exotic car and I'm like I was with Taylor and I said let's see who this is, Taylor. And a guy pulls in and, you know, the doors pop up like a Lambeau and whatever. And Phil pops out. So I'll just go ahead and name Phil. And I said, Phil, what's going on? What are you doing on here?

He goes, ah, I'm, I'll go ahead and name names because it doesn't matter. No. Because it was such a cool story. Well, him and Lingren, David, Lingren were friends. And they've been playing a little bit trying to get better. And I said, nice car. And he's like, yeah. Hold on real quick.

Is it David Lindgren or Eric Lendergan? Eric. Eric. So it's Eric. So Eric Ling gets out or they had been playing a lot and I didn't know. But he gets out and I'm like, man, nice car. I'm like, when the hell did you get down? He goes, well, I just went down and bought it this morning.

I said, shit. I said, how much something like that cost? He goes, I had just spent like $7.50. He goes, but it cost me anything. He goes, I beat Lingering last night for, well, I don't even want to get into the last. But more than the car. And he goes, but I just wanted to, we're playing again today,

and I just wanted to come out and show him what I bought with his money. Wouldn't that be so nice? And back then it was brand new Mercedes McLaren. Yeah. So I was like, oh my goodness. That'd be so nice. It's just pleased to dude for whatever and just show up the next day, playing against him again.

Yeah. And like, hey, thanks for the whip. I'll take the story a little farther. Okay, go, go. Oh, yes. So he throws the keys at Taylor. He goes, take a first pin, Taylor.

I'm like, Taylor's 11 years old. I'm like, he's not driving that thing. I said, do you care if I take it for a spin? He goes, do whatever you want, Monty. So back then, our side road over there, Washburn, there was nothing there. We had no commercial anything. So I'm like, all right, Taylor, let's go. So this thing had, I think, 74 miles on it.

I had it going 150 down this side street over here. It was the coolest thing, and I pulled it in. It sounded like a spaceship. You know. He's a beauty. He's a beauty. I pulled it right back in. Nothing ever happened, and there he went on.

I was at, uh, we're at a nightclub here in Vegas. It was an, it was an aria. And he was at the table next to us. I was with Darren Woolard, who used to caddy out here. And him and this other unnamed person were trying to flex and be the guy. So Phil gets, you know, whatever, 20 bottles of champagne. Well, and this guy gets 21 bottles and this guy gets 22. It was insane.

I mean, the way they used to. run back in the day. And drank at all, too. Hell yeah. Did you get in the mix? I didn't really. Did you buy 23? I don't know the extra drink.

I was like, yes, here's 100. Yeah. We'll call it even. And I remember going down there once in a while. Phil loves sake. So he'd sit at the dice table. And I mean, by the time, I tried to stay out of trouble,

but there was a lot of guys there and we'd hang out and watch because it was literally entertaining watching what these guys did, what they gambled and how they gambled and it's so interesting. Those are stories that you'll never forget. And most people don't get to see that kind of stuff.

And it's so interesting and scary at the same time to watch it. And you feel sorry for them and then you're happy for them. And then you feel sorry for them. And you're like at the end, they don't give a shit. No, I'll never forget. It's fucks up your perspective. Yeah, it's weird. That money, like, it's just a chip, but it's like, that's a ton of money.

That's why I call this place. That's why I call Vegas fantasy. It really is. I mean, as a, you know, 21, 22-year-old, like, I was a huge. That's when poker was booming Chris Moneymaker, not Ben Lamb. Let's get that straight real quick. Not Ben Lame. Does Ben still play poker?

Apparently he does. He thinks he does. I only is as good as he used to be, by the way. But anyways, I mean, obviously, a huge Phil Ivy fan. Yeah. And I remember, obviously, seeing him out here, and I never really knew him at all. And I was walking through Belagio one day, and it was like 6 p.m. Like, it wasn't late or anything like that.

And there's Phil. And he's got all the stack of white chips three feet long. and I don't know what they are. And all of a sudden I look and they're $5,000 chips. And I'm like, this dude's got over a half million sitting in front of him. And I'm just sitting there watching. He goes, hey, man. He goes, if you're going to sit here, he's like, you got to play.

And I'm like, oh, dear God. I was like, Phil, I think I'm going to leave. I'm actually going to play. So hold on. I got another real quick Phil Ivy story. We had all the time in the world. So he came out one time and all of a sudden he comes up to us and goes, hey, I lost my chips. And we're like, what are you talking about?

What do you mean? He goes, yeah, I had like 350,000 chips. I don't know where I put them. I can't find them. And I think I put them in my locker. So obviously, all of a sudden, entire staff, we're on the golf course. We're looking in his car. We're looking in his locker.

We're looking everywhere, right? Can't find him. It goes all day long. He comes in, he doesn't give a shit. He comes in, you find my chips? I'm like, sorry, bud. And we went out there every five, six holes. We can't find them.

Can't find them. He goes, well, here's something. somewhere just keep looking so he comes in we spent six hours he's out here that day trying to look for these ship can't find him he goes out don't worry about it he goes to put his shoes on by his locker and they're in his freaking shoes yeah the whole hundred thousand dollars shoes and a couple a couple blacks and whatever but he left him in his damn shoes that it ever happened to you just like where did i leave that three-fitty yeah i swore it was right here oh well can you believe that shit I'll make some more.

I'm just going to leave $350,000 in my shoe. No big deal. In the middle of the locker room. I'll tell you going, I don't know if I've actually shared this with you, but I play the member guests a few years out here with a, I'm not going to name him because he'll get too excited because I know he listens to the show. But we get paired. We know he's on right now. We get paired with MJ and Ben Herman.

Okay. Special. And this guy, you know, he's acting all fucking cock of the walk and all this. Marks his ball with a $25,000 chip. So MJ sees it. He's like, cute. throws a little $100,000 chip. behind his ball.

He goes, cute. You know, whatever your name is. And I go, him, you keep throwing them $100,000 chips behind your ball. I'm going to take one. He goes, that's fine, fat boy. I got 17 more. I'm in the room. I was like, this doesn't happen anywhere else.

Cool. So I'm actually going to take it, though. I'm like, so does that mean I can take it? You said it's cool. He would have never known. Oh, he would have never known. That's cool, fat boy. That's cool, fat boy.

Maybe I had 16. By the way, who's, like, I know who it is. But trying to, like, you're going to flag. on Michael, on Jordan, you know what I mean? Like, that's the wrong guy. Like, you just sit down with Bezos and be like, ah, let me tell you by my money. This is Vegas.

Everybody tries to do that. That's why those lights are so bright down there, buddy. Who got the biggest hammer? We were pulling in one day in the limo, and MJ was on four, the par three right here. So I saw, limo, I was like, stop. So I get out. I was like, him.

He turns around, he's getting ready to hit a shot, and he chunks these shit of it. He goes, that was my colt, no shot. Fat of shit. I was like, believe it or not, I actually liked it. I was like, never in my day that I think I'd get hated on by Michael Jordan. No, that's a feather in your cap. Yeah, that's incredible.

That's a feather in your cap. Well, as you know as well as I do, that guy is, he's like you. He's very witty and, I mean, quick. You can't talk shit to him. You can't. You know Michael Jordan. He's a lot like Colt. I think Dr.

We know you're not. No, but I got to give that to Colt. Colt is very witty and quick, and it pisses me off. and that's that's why I know and I'm like I'm just going to shut up because I can't I can't beat I can't over talk cold but you still try yeah but you still try anymore I used to try it I just try to shut up we're out here with uh during one of those events one time and there's a big white tent right here we had DJ and everything going and they play that Drake song and it says Jordan game six and he looks right and he goes that's right motherfucker I was like yeah can't really flex on that anymore

Drake's rapping about you. That's pretty sick. Yeah. I mean, just the cool stories out here. I mean, you and I and Sleaves could sit out here for the next week and have some drinks and tell so many stories. I mean, it's been a... It's a special place, man. It's one of the most special places.

For a guy like you who's been here for your whole lot, even in college you were out here, like, does it... When you go other places, is there any place that can kind of, like, impress you or you just get... I don't, spoil is not the right word, but you're like, you know what the coolest place looks like. Well, I think. It's hard for something else to stand out. I think what makes this place so cool, too, it's just non-pretentious, you know? I mean, you can come out here. Nobody's going to scream at you for wearing your hat or talking on your phone or we try to keep this.

As soon as they walk in there, it's like, this is their best day of the year. So they're all here to just have that. And I think. And you know,

But if you look at it, if you look at Discoveryland or even MJ, I think a lot of, and I'm not, I'm not going to come out and say it, but I think a lot of their courses were based off shadow. You know, golf it 20 years ago, it was all stickler.

I mean, you couldn't do anything. You walked in and you were scared to death to do anything. And I think that's where golf has changed. Now it's becoming more of a fun sport. Kids are liking it. Adults are liking it. Hey, you know what? I want to walk in with my hat backwards and have a cocktail or, you know, not be scared.

You shouldn't be scared when you go play a round of golf. I say that all the time. And I give this place credit, the Discoveryland places. I'm like, you're a successful businessman. You bust your ass five, six days a week, suit and tie and all this. You go play golf? You just want to relax. Have a good time.

And that's what it should be. I agree. And I think, like I said, I'm not saying anything about discovery. I don't know what there is, but their game plan has worked. Yes, 100%. It's all morphing that way. Like, it's kind of going through that. You've got the courses now.

You can play music. Yeah. the lights on, you know, these par three courses. Yeah, there's certain places that do uphold the tradition. And that's great. Yeah, that is fine. Keep it down. Yeah.

These old northeast courses that are the best. I'm like, yeah, dude, I want that experience when I go to that. But I don't want it to be like this. But then also it's the places that aren't those spots, aren't those venues that try to be that same way. I'm like, you're taking yourself a little too seriously. Well, and that's the thing about, it's tough about my job because, you know, I run in and I got great, MGM is awesome.

And I've went through some different. bosses over the last few years but is trying to explain that theme on and it's worked and they've they've allowed it but one of these days that might change you just never know but I think you got to keep this place fun and if if you keep golf fun like Vegas is fun so just keep it fun yeah I don't really like it that much sometimes it can't be fun yeah you go crazy it ain't fun but you know you got to keep it fun and that's what we try to do on it's the best And you've done it for a long time. And it's one of those beautiful, well-manicured golf courses. You ever see a huge shout out to MGM for letting us come out there, putting us up at Aria. It was a hell of a time. Yeah, that's just as good as it gets. I'm actually to see what this thing looks like. It kind of broke news, I think, for both of us. Like the whole thing with Bryson and the, you know, the Rory match, all that, it's going to be under the lights, which it's going to be, it's going to look awesome. It could be Arctic for that thing.

It could be freezing balls at, what are they going to play at eight at night? Well, it's dark at the middle of December. I mean, it's going to be brisk. But, I mean, how about the day we had out there? It was, you can't ask for better conditions than what we had. I mean, it was 65 degrees sun and hardly any wind. And the place is always in mint condition. Ben Lamb just putting on a stripe show out there.

Yeah, turned into a little baby Hogan. out of nowhere. Never seen him hit grass, much less fairways over and over. From baby Huey to baby Hogan. Yeah, he's been working hard, you know? He's actually down in the Bahamas at a little special event down there. Big gambling match. Is that right?

I lost last week. I took the lions against the bears. What a fucking disaster that was. I mean, I think we handled everything right. Yeah, I liked the way we handled that when I had 34 seconds and didn't get up. I got off one play and the game ended with a timeout in my pocket. They were absolutely murdering. I was like, this is going to be the easiest win I've had all year.

And then the second half, Caleb Williams looked good. Bears look like kind of, I think what a lot of us thought they would look like in the second half. But it's one thing to botched into the game happens way more than you would think it would happen in the NFL. but to get up there and be like, have no second guessing of what I did. That's by the book, what I just did. It took 40 seconds to run one play on the fringe of field goal range and then games over. You know when Phil made triple in the last old wing foot? He's like, I'm such an idiot.

That's what he reflure should have done when he went to the press cars. What do you think, coach? Well, I'm an idiot. I totally messed that one up and that one's on me. Yeah, I don't know why saying I handled it the right way. I'm like, what do you think you're getting out of that? You think people are going to be like, oh, you know what? I thought he botched it, but he just said he handled it right.

So back your shit. This week, I am going to go. The lions are involved. But I'm going the other way. The lions are banged up. They are so good. But we were just sitting and doing our serious XM show.

McAfee showed the list of all the injured lions. Like, It's nuts. They got like 11 or 12 or something on defense. I don't know who's playing D-N for them. They're missing five of them. It's working still. They're still so good.

But they're going up against a very tough Green Bay Packers team. And I know it's at home, but the Packer catching three and a half. They're sneaky good. If Jordan Love doesn't just turn the ball over, I think they're going to be right in this game. Give me the Green Bay Packers plus three and a half. Okay. I feel like the pack are kind of like the sneaky good team that nobody was expecting to be that sweet at the start of the year. They're good.

Yeah. Legit good. All right, I'm going to stay cold. I had Kansas. I said they're dangerous. They've been fucking up everything in the Big 12 for a few weeks. Lost by 100. Baylor just smashed them.

Baylor was playing some good football right now, but that was a huge miss. So I'm going to just, I'm doing my job, though. I tell you, I'm cold. Just fade me and you'll come out on the right side and it's working. I'm going to take the local product here in the Big 12 championship game. Give me the Arizona State Sun Devils. Minus 2 and a hook. Who would have thought they'd be faked?

favored in the Big 12 championship game at the start of season. Over Iowa State, bet them hard. That was one of my rare wins this weekend against Arizona. They're rolling. And the coach people love. How about this? He got like a $200,000 bonus for winning his ninth game,

just won his 10th. But he got a $200,000 bonus when he won nine. Without telling anyone that this is the way he was doing, he went to all the off-the-field staff that works at the football program and said, hey, you're all getting $5 to $10,000 bonus for Christmas. That's cool. But he didn't say, I'm paying you. It's coming from me.

It was just like, you know, he wants no shine. He just loves that program, and he's a stud. So I'll take the Devils. I'm sneaky devil fan and support the local product here for the remainder of the year. I mean, this team was projected to finish last in the Big 12. And now they're leading the Big 12 and heading into the Big 12 championship game. Yeah, I think they had Colorado like second. Whoever is picking the Big 12 preseason.
