We FINALLY Know what he HID…

00:00 So there was this misperception that there's this separation and independence between the Department of Justice and the White House. And everybody likes to champion that. And they accuse me of not suffering from independence. I don't. I work for President Trump. Wow. Wow.
00:18 I cannot believe more people aren't talking about this. This was a few days ago. Did he call it a misperception? Misperception. The way the executive branch has been set up for all of the. modern American history based on the interpretation of the Constitution has just been a giant misperception up until right now, places like the DOJ, the FBI, the CDC have been largely independent from the presidency, shielded from political pressure, at least certainly on a day-to-day
00:47 basis. Obviously, the president, you know, appoints different people to these agencies and has goals for the agency, but day-to-day, really shielded from political pressure. The thought process being that we don't want, you know, agencies like, let's say, the CDC or the FDA, who are focused on very specific things, to have to worry about political influence or whatever's going on in the election. It may, I don't know, hurt Americans when the DOJ or the FBI is trying to seek justice, the Department of Justice, and they are unable to do that because of political influence. That's how it's been up until right now. And now we have these people saying it out loud. Todd Blanche saying, you're right. You're right. I answered to President Trump. And the reason I wanted
01:32 to play that is because we got some massive new news relating to the Epstein files. New Mexico has taken things into their own hands as it relates to Zorro Ranch. And here's the thing. People have been pushing for accountability and justice for so long. The survivors have shown so much. courage and every single day, people keep pushing and pushing and pushing and pushing and we are making real progress. So we've got to keep pushing. And some bombshell news, the New Mexico Attorney General made an announcement that he was going to be suing Epstein's attorney and accountant and accuse them of abuse and cover up at, or of a
02:14 cover up, excuse me, at Zorro Ranch. New Mexico's attorney general filed a lawsuit Wednesday against Jeffrey Epstein's attorney and accountant accusing them of concealing his sex trafficking operation at a sprawling Santa Faye area ranch where the disgraced financier entertained guests. The lawsuits seeks to stop attorney Darren and Dyke and accountant Richard Kahn from accepting any payments from Epstein's estate estimated at more than $100 million. They serve as co-executors and New Mexico's attorney General Raul Torres said they quote stand to benefit substantially from the estate unless a federal judge intervenes. And I showed you this tweet a second ago. He also mentioned, again, this from
02:54 October 21st, so just three days ago when they had this press conference, the fact that, you know, they're still actively suing the Department of Justice and Todd Blanche accusing them of withholding files relating to Zorro Ranch. And here's the thing. You know, Todd Blanche told you in the beginning. He worked for Donald J. Trump. And the New Mexico, New Mexico is the only one currently with an open investigation into Jeffrey Epstein. And they have said over and over and over and over again, we have requested help from the DOJ. We have requested help from the feds.
03:24 We have requested documents relating to this very sprawling ranch that crimes were absolutely committed at. And they're shutting us down on every opportunity. They won't help. Of course, when Todd Blanch has asked about it, he says, oh, I mean, we'll help them. Just send us an email. We'll help.
03:39 It's like, I think an email's been sent, Todd. These people are so, it makes me mad. They pick Donald J. Trump over the Constitution. They pick Donald J. Trump over survivors. And so again, they hold this press conference. They say, here's round two. In August, we started suing the DOJ for blocking access to unredacted files in the Zorro Ranch Criminal Pro. This website, let me just scroll down a little bit, the New Mexico Department of Justice. And so they say, round two. Now we're going to start, we're going to start the lawsuits. against people related to Zorro ranch and people who knew about this very clear trafficking that was going on specifically relating to this. And right now at least, again, step one, just trying to stop the fact that these two individuals who clearly knew about what was going on, according to the New Mexico Department of Justice, they're making, or they stand to make tons of money from this estate. and so we need to make sure that that does not happen. And then we need to make sure we get some documents from the Department of Justice.
04:52 And here's the thing. Zero Ranch, it's not talked about as much as it should be. But, you know, there was a point in this where there was enough coverage around it that even Fox was talking about. When Fox News is talking about Jeffrey Epstein and things relating to it, you know that, like, we've gotten to a certain level. Because people like Jesse Waters and Brett Barron, they're covering for pedophiles. They're covering for Donald J. Trump, who was best friends with Jeffrey Epstein. Take a listen to this from a few months ago.
05:17 Investigators are swarming Jeffrey Epstein's notorious New Mexico ranch. After an email in the Epstein files claims two foreign girls were strangled to death during rough fetish sex, and Epstein ordered the bodies to be buried on the ranch. Like a lot of things in the Epstein files, that report is unconfirmed. But authorities are now searching the property, thousands of acres. The ranch has been a dark mystery for years, and people are finally talking. A New Mexico state rep told the Daily Mail this, quote, we have people coming forward saying they were drugged,
05:50 had sex organs and sperm harvested from their bodies, and woke up around medical equipment, not knowing where they were or what happened to them. And it's shocking to think that we have gotten those reports for years, and nothing's been done at this estate. Nothing. The DOJ stopped investigating. The DOJ closed all their investigations.
06:14 into Jeffrey Epstein, the DOJ is stonewalling at every opportunity the New Mexico Department of Justice saying there's nothing here. It's like there's certainly something here. What, what is going on? Epstein's most disturbing property wasn't the island. Reservo Ranch, 7,500 acres in New Mexico on public land, at least for $200 a year. It had a private airstrip, underground tunnels and rooms, and a six-foot nude portrait of Galane Maxwell with a gold dagger. Galane Maxwell is currently in a minimum security prison living, frankly, her best life. She gets to do whatever she wants because the DOJ basically put her there in exchange for her saying, oh, I love Donald Trump and Donald Trump's the best.
06:53 And I'll clear Donald Trump. Again, the DOJ, all these people just work for Trump. That's all they do. And you see how when the executive branch starts operating like this, it's called unitary executive theory, This idea that the Constitution somehow is saying that the President of the United States is in complete and total control of the executive branch and he or she should be able to wield the DOJ, the FBI, the CDC, anyone in the executive branch to do whatever they want, it does not matter. And when you have extremists who have, you know, this has been a theory for a long time, the idea that that is the way the Constitution was meant for a country to be. be set up. You've had, you know, conservatives for 20 or 30 years who were seen as very, very, very, very fringe, pushing this idea for a long time, this concept. And now we're here.
07:46 And those fringe people are in the White House. Those fringe people have, have executed this. The entire vision for it was Project 2025, basically arguing for unitary executive theory and arguing that if that is your interpretation of the Constitution, that then you can achieve all of these conservative goals by taking the FDA and the CDC and the DOJ to just basically boom, boom, boom, go after your political opponents, make sure that abortion drugs are not being mailed, pressure states into giving up voter rolls. And you see how this interpretation of the Constitution is incredibly dangerous, because I'm describing to you a scenario where, you know, we have this property, Zoro Ranch, and Galane Maxwell is currently in a minimum security
08:29 prison, and justice is not being given to anybody, including the survivors, because the DOJ is so hyper politicized they work for Trump. So whatever Trump wants. It's not about getting the facts and going after people who broke the law. It's not about that. It's about what is beneficial to the president? Well, the president wants this go away. So Galane Maxwell is going to go to a minimum security prison and we're going to tell Galane Maxwell, if you tell us, tell us that Trump had nothing to do with this, we'll help you out. Same with, you know, Zorro Ranch. People deserve accountability, people deserve, excuse me, justice and accountability needs to be served. But when Donald J. Trump's in office, we're just going to act like this doesn't exist. Victims testified
09:10 abuse happened there. The ranch was never raided, and the investigation eventually stalled, quietly sold through shell companies, not a ranch, a crime scene hiding in plain sight. And so again, that's the goal of this new New Mexico lawsuit from a few days ago to stop these individuals from benefiting substantially financially from this ranch. Quote, none of this could have been done by just one man is what Torres said at his news conference. This was something that was facilitated that was made possible by handlers, by lawyers, by accountants, by others who have yet to face real consequences. And those real consequences are coming if we pass the Epstein Files Transparency Act 2. Okay, we've already passed one. We got a massive amount of documents.
09:53 We still don't have all the documents. The DOJ breaking their own laws. And so this was from a few months ago when this Epstein Files Transparency Act was first introduced about how it could help specifically in relation to Zoro Ranch. Take a listen to Thomas Massey. Bill's been very successful. We've got three million documents released, but there have been some dragging of feet by the Attorney General and the acting Attorney General. And so, you know, this is to spur the next level. Specifically, the main thing that this new bill does that we've introduced is forces the U.S. Attorney General to cooperate with state attorneys general that want to prosecute Epstein co-conspirators under state law.
10:38 And it turns out in New Mexico, that's where the Zorro Ranch was. You hear a lot about Epstein Island. You hear almost nothing about Zoro Ranch, but it was expansive. It was massive. People were going there all the time. Crimes were committed there. And some of those aren't barred by statute of limitations. And so the Attorney General in New Mexico would like to prosecute those crimes.
10:59 And so we're making it easier with this bill. That's one of the things it does. Exactly. And so this Epstein Files Transparency Act 2 is not just forcing the release of more documents, but also putting Todd Blanche in a hard position, assuming it is passed again, slowly getting the votes it needs. If you make sure you go out and vote in these midterm elections could make a huge difference for justice for the survivors. Todd Blanche would then technically by law be forced to cooperate with New Mexico. I assume he wouldn't, but again, that would be borderline constitutional crisis. That would be the DOJ not following the law and would create even more outrage and pressure for them to do something. And the outrage and pressure has already led to a lot of information that we've desperately needed for a long time.
11:47 So again, each step makes a difference. Take a listen to this from just the other day. Todd Blanche being asked about the elections. action from the Justice Department in terms of certification process of states. Is there any scenario in which DOJ would weigh in on that certification process or try to block states from certifying? I mean, is there any scenario? Yes, of course there's scenarios that we could all come up with hypothetically, you know, some doomsday scenario, for example, right? So I don't think it's proper to make any kind of conclusory statements about what's going to happen in the future because I have no idea what's going to the future.
12:22 It is not DOJ's intention to, and it's never our intention, to improperly interfere with elections or the state confirmation process or certification process. But, you know, to say that there's no circumstances that we would ever do that. Of course, I'm not going to say that. But am I planning my days around the election to be somewhere to not certify? Of course not. No, not at all. First of all, that was a really, really, really, really weird answer. second of all
12:47 also confirms that he is only doing, he only works for Donald Trump. He doesn't work based on the facts. He doesn't work based on Justice, the Department of Justice. He works for Donald J. Trump. And third of all, there is quite literally not a scenario where the Department of Justice has any
13:06 authority to do this. I tweeted this and I was so mad about it. These people are anti-American to the core and the only thing that slows them down is their sheer incompetence. I fully believe this. But again, There is nothing in the Constitution that suggests that the executive branch has any authority or has any authority to do anything related to elections in states, certifying state elections. Nothing. I mean, they could file like a lawsuit in a court, but that's it.
13:34 They have no authority. He said, oh, well, if there's a doomsday scenario, there is literally not a doomsday scenario where that would apply. And they're not only incompetent, but that is a very, very scary answer. are they willing to do to cover this stuff up, to cover up Zoro Ranch. Thomas Massey just set a trap for the next attorney general, Todd Blanche. Again, the video I showed you, the bill would require the U.S. Attorney General to cooperate with state attorneys to help prosecute Jeffrey Epstein's top clients under the law and aims to provide maximum disclosure of all the crimes against children that took place at Epstein's Zoro
14:08 Ranch. Again, it's going to be so clear that we get out there, or it's going to be so important, excuse me, that we get out there and vote and make our voices heard. And right now they cannot get away from this issue. Donald J. Trump and J.D. Vans are struggling to get through rallies because they're getting heckled so much. Donald Trump in his last three or four rallies has gotten heckled each one more than three times. There's several where he's gotten heckled four, five, six times. J.D. Vance, same thing. Just the other day. A protester behind, right behind J.D. Vance,
14:39 stood up and screamed, released the Epstein files. This says 4.8. million views. And then of course, J.D. Vance suggested, you know, he was an illegal immigrant. But shout out to this young man who's using his First Amendment right here, right in the line of the camera, too, which I absolutely love. But he stood up and the first thing he says is release the Epstein files. They're covering up fruit pedophiles. It's genuinely disgraceful. And people like J.D. Vance, people like Todd Blanche, people like Donald Trump, will go down in history, be remembered as truly disgraceful and just bad people, bad people who don't care about, you know, the horrible crimes that Jeffrey Epstein has committed, but clearly don't care about our country or our Constitution
15:22 and are more obsessed with Donald J. Trump and protecting him from accountability. Let me know what you think of all this in the comments down below.
