01:18When a group of womendiscover they've all dated the sameprolific con artist, theytake matters into their own hands.I vowed. I willbe his last target. He isnot going to get away with this. He's going to get what he deserves. We always say that trust yourgirlfriends. Listen to the girlfriends. Trust me, babe. On the Iheart radio app, Apple Podcasts, or wherever
01:43you get your podcast. Hey, welcome to Monday show. Morning studio. Morning. Hope everybody had a good weekend.Amy, how was your weekend? It was good. Except for now I no longer can trust my son because he straight upsold me out to door-to-door salespeople. And I'm just like, I don't know what he didn't. He didn't.understand about I'm not available. There was no denying we were home, so someone had to goto the door. And he's like, I got you, mom.I'll handle it. And I said, yeah, just say, my mom'snot available. Can you come back
02:23another time or we're good? And so he'slike, okay. So he goes out there, meets himand they're like, hey, I hear it. Is your momor dad available? He's like, my dad's not. But, well, my mom's here.Hold on. Mom!Oh, no. Dang.Oh, he just. Oh, he forgot.
02:39He just like. Pressure the moment.Yeah, a lot of pressure. So it's like, dang it.Stevenson, but then my niece was right by me, and she's like, I'll handle it.So she walks out. She's 21, and I guess she acted like she was the mom.And she just said, yeah, we're good. We have internet. They were just door-to-door selling internet or something.Your name probably got out. Because remember when you spent all that money on those magazines or something?Oh, yeah.
03:01That guy came to your door and you bought, you know, you never got it.It was a farm. No, it was fruits and veggies. Is that what it was? It was a farm.It was for, it employed people that. But it didn't. I know you're saying that, but it didn't. It tricked you.No. Was it prisoners or something?Yes, they were acclimating to life and it provided work and food.I know what he said.
03:19And he had a binder with laminated packages. And then I tried to swipe my credit card and his thing wasn't working. So I had to enter it manually. No, this is honestly like lamination, right guys?Yeah, but this is why I don't make myself available anymore. Can't mess up if you're not there.Right.So if I just send my son out and say, yeah, hey, she can't talk.
03:39She's not available. But I think, I guess maybe how they asked it is,your mom here? And then he's like, yep, she's here. And then he didn't know how to say she'snot available, even though I told him that. So he straight up sold me out, but my niece got me.She covered for me. She's here, but she's said to tell you she's not available. It was basically like that. That would have been the honest way to do that one right there. Yeah, she'shere, but she does not want to talk to you and she actually is available. But she said tosay, you're not available. Guys, it's easy to deal with those people. Just get a phone and
04:04act like you're on the phone and say something like, oh, so the lawyers are there right now.I'm like, hey, I'm real busy right now. I'm like, oh, how about I just, I'm not interested.Thank you. Or just don't answer the door. No, because they say, like, can I leave a pamphlet with you?And then they start going through the pamphlet. It's too much. Why is your go-to?So the lawyers.
04:18Yeah, they think it's serious. And I'm like, so the lawyers are there right now.Hey, man, I'm really busy. The rash is going to make me do what?Yeah. The doctors say she's going to die.Exactly.You have to make it serious.
04:29I get it.I mean, I need something because clearly my kids are not going to be good decoys for me.So, yeah, I am vulnerable to door-to-door.And spoilers. Those are the two things.Giving up spoilers and door-to-door salesmen. All right, glad you guys are here. You send an email and we read it all the air.
04:47It's something we call Bobby's Mailback.Hello, Bobby Bones.I'm a new listener in Georgia.I wanted to see if you could offer me some advice. My boyfriend and I have been together for a year. When we first started dating, his ex wouldn't let us kids come around when I was there, which I understood. But now we've been together for a while. It seems ridiculous that I can't meet my significant others' children.
05:11I think that she wants him backand she knows this is the only wayshe can't control him.At what point is it no longer reasonablefor her to insisttheir children cannot meet mefor context of the kids are 8 and 10.They know who I am.
05:24We've never actually met.Signed girlfriend in Georgia.Amy, I'm going to let you go.It's not exactly similar, but you and your ex-husband are split.Yeah, go ahead.Yeah, so I would say, yeah, you've reached that point.
05:36I think she asked at what pointis it reasonable for me to meet the kidsand it's now.I think that you should be able to spend time with them. And he is half of this situation. So he should have a say.And I think there needs to be conversations. And hopefully it doesn't have to go this far.
05:52But maybe there needs to be a third party involved of like you need to now allow this.I don't know the exact custody arrangements. But I would think at this point, it's pretty wild that it's not allowed.Yeah.Also, like that's on him a little bit too.Yeah, that's what I'm saying. He needs to have a conversation.Like just a crazy ex.
06:08We'll call it that.We don't know her. It's not just a crazy ex, but I also get, hey, I would rather the kids not meet random people you're dating.Yeah, but a year is okay.A year, absolutely. It's up to him to now put his foot down and say, no, they are going to meet her because she is a definite and definitive part of my life. And if that's the case, cool. Now, what you need to maybe take a look at is, are we sure that she's not, or is he just using her as?
06:34Yeah, that's a good point. That could actually be a reason too.And once you can determine that's not the case, then,it's up to him to grow pair. And some of these conversations can be exhausting. So, yeah, a scenario could be that he's avoiding it.And it just needs to happen. And even say, hey, if she wants to meet me, I'm willing to meet with her as well
06:52so she can see that I'm normal. But then I guess if there's a thing if she maybe wants him back, that might be dramatic. And I think that's probably just her inserting that.Okay.That would think.Because I would do that.I would say, hey, if I start dating somebody that has kids and the mom is unsure about me,I'd be like, well, we can all meet.
07:10I would love to have a healthy relationship. But you need it.You need to have it.You should meet the kids.If he is in and it's not him holding it back because that definitely could be a part of it.Good point. Then it's time to meet the kids if you're going to be a definite part of his life. They deserve it.
07:25You deserve it.He deserves to have his major forces come together. So it's going to be awkward, but it has to be.This is one of those things you have to push on a little bit.Good luck with that.Thank you for listening. And thanks for sending in that to the mailback. On the phone now we have Sarah.
07:41Sarah, appreciate your call, and what can we do for you?Well, I am starting to come a school assembly speaker, and I was prompted to call a couple weeks agowhen there was, I talked a tail end to some discussion about lunchbox being a bully.Does that ring a bell?Yeah, we had on a guy who wrote a book about how to stop adult bullies. And lunchbox tends to at times overtake people, especially Abby and bully her a little bit, amongst other people.
08:07But yes, yes, that was what was happening.Cool. Well, I didn't catch what he said. So I would love to teach you guys a game about how to stop bullies. And it would be interesting to see if there's any overlap.Okay. Well, what the book author said.Let's give it a run. How do we play?Okay. Again, it's called Stop It. It was invented by school counselor Izzy Kalman. And so I would be at the school assembly and I would say, hey, I need somebody to volunteer.Who's going to be willing to be mean to me?
08:37Oh, lunchbox.Someone's going to be mean mean to me.You want me? I'll be mean to you.Do I see a hand over there, lunchbox?Yeah, yeah, yeah. You got your hand?Yeah. Why are you so dumb?
08:46Okay, so we're going to play this game called Stop It.And the way we play is if you keep being mean to me, then you win.But if I stop you, then I win. It's going to win everybody. We think that, you. What?I think the call.Lunchbox is going to win.
09:06I don't know.Lunchbox is pretty good to be a mean.I think lunchbox is good.Lunchbox.Okay.Okay, lunchbox, are you ready?Do you understand the rules?I think I understand the rules because I'm already, I'm bored.
09:16I'm very bored. You can say anything you want to say, you can just, but you have to keep on being needed toyou can't let me stop you.Okay, when do you want me to start? When do you want me to start?Okay. You're an idiot, you're ugly, you're boring. This is so dumb.
09:33This game is for losers. Why are we playing this game? This game's never going to end because you are so boring and annoying. And I mean, I don't know why we took this call. You're wasting our time all morning.I mean, callers want to hear something interesting. And that's what I'm saying is you are just so boring.Yeah, and your voice is annoying when you're going, stop it, stop it.
09:50It's very annoying. So I don't know why this game is going on.No, everybody is annoyed by your voice, so I'm not going to stop. No, see, we can't even hear you. This is what I don't understand the point of this game.Should we just hang up on her?I mean, I don't understand what you're going to stop.I don't know if he's never going to stop.
10:05He's never going to stop. He's never going to understand.Everybody take a breath.Let me hop in.How does this work?I don't know how it ends because he's.Look, how does it is?He's never going to take a breath.
10:13I thought she was just going to hang up.Okay, go ahead.I'm sorry, Sarah. So next time, lunchbox do, let's have some back and forth.Like, there was a microphone passing between us.Oh, see, he was in.Oh, I didn't understand that part.Got it, got it, got it.
10:27Okay, we have one.Like.Okay, let's try it again.Yeah, let's try it again.Okay.Okay, you're an idiot.Who won that time?No question.
10:34Who on that time?Well, lunchbox did.He never took a breath.Lunchbox one.Lunchbox one.Okay.Let's try this again, see if I can be better.time. Okay. Okay. Lunchbox,
10:43call me an idiot. You're an idiot. You know, you're right. Sometimes I dolike some silly things. I get that. Thanks for giving me the feedback. Is that the end of the game? Do I call an idiot? You're right. You're stupid.Did I stop you already? No, I was...He was confused because he wasn't...
11:02He wasn't used to that approach. We hit him with thesurprise or Sarah. No, no, I was confused because she'slike she's handing me a microphone back, but she didn't say you go now.Yeah, yeah.Sarah, what is that?Do you want to do it again? No, no, no.I don't want to do it ever again.
11:15What do we learn from this when you do it in front of people? When someone is trying to dominate you or being aggressive to you, you can respond by not getting upset and being kind. And it will shut a bully down every time.I think that's a good lesson.I think, too.I mean, even if it doesn't shut them down, at least for your mental health and well-being,like you're not giving it power.Like you're also, you're not allowing it in.
11:41You're saying thank you for the feedback and you're moving on.I like to Sarah's like going out trying to help folks. That he'd be in a position that's helping kids.Sarah, we appreciate that call.Boy, I knew once he got, we had done that for 30 minutes. He would not have stopped.Yeah, he'd have just been on.Yeah, it's probably tough on the phone.
11:57But we kind of got that idea.Everybody feel good?We learned something there?Yeah.I like that. No, I don't.But I don't react like she said to react. No, no, no.
12:03I'm not an idiot. No, sometimes it might just be quiet. But then I'm going to plan to kill you behind your back.Oh, my goodness.Maybe not kill you literally.I'm going to own you.I'm going to dominate you later.Trust me.
12:12It's time for the good news. With lunchbox.Tell me something good.J.C. Johnson's working at Taco Bell in Prior Oklahoma.Thank you for choosing Taco Bell. Can I take your order?Working the drive-thru.Someone pulls up and they drop some change in the floorboard.
12:30As they're bidding over to get it, they get tangled up in their seatbelt and can't get out.And choking. He grabbed his throat, but no.A listener could see that.Right, right.Yeah.And here's the problem. Now couldn't reach the break.
12:44So the car starts going and it's heading towards that busy street. That sounds like something I would do.I'll be honest with you.Get tangled in the seatbelt?Yeah, and then I can't stop my car.Okay.Yeah.And so JC's like, I got to quit taking orders.
12:56I got to drop the headset, throws it off, runs out the door,Ruh!Gets to the car and stops it before it rolls into traffic.Awareness.A lot of awareness.Dang.Saved a lot.I probably saved a life of a car driving down the street too
13:11that didn't even know that was happening. That's some crazy awareness. And what do you do?You open the door and then jump in and hit the brakes? You go to the window maybe? You use your hand to hit the brakes? That's what I was thinking. You dive head straight down to the...
13:21Into the floorboard with your head? That's what I was thinking. To hit the brakes with your hands.I would think the doors locked. And if the seatbelt is usually attached to the doors, you open the doors.I bet the door's not locked though because they were planning to open up and...Or they were coming to a drive-thru.Yeah, yeah.
13:36I think the door's unlocked. So you pull the door open. Then you stick your floor.foot in, probably your left, you slamon the break, and then you unchoke after that. When do you put in part? When I did it, but didn'tshare it with you guys, that's what it happened. Okay.Yeah, and when you put it in park,
13:49after you slam the break. Yeah, okay.Great question, man. You slam the break first, then you undo the choke, I would think. That's a great story.Good job. What's his name? He's got a cool name.Oh, it's a her.J.C. I thought it was a dude. I did too.So I let it got down here and it said,Her quick actions. And I was like,
14:07oh, my bad.Good job.Hey, I'm going to say, employee in the month.Boom.Employee the year.Yeah, for sure.A decade.Great job.
14:14That is what it's all about. That was tell me something good.A win is a win.A win is a win.I don't care what you're saying.Yep, that's me.Cliver Taylor the 4th.You might have seen the skits, the reactions,
14:28my journey from basketball to college football,or my career in sports media.Well, somewhere along the way, this platform became bigger than I ever imagined. And now I'm bringing all of that excitement to mybrand new podcast, The Clifford Show. This is a place for raw, unfiltered conversations with some of your favorite athletes, creators, and voices that not only deserve to be heard, but celebrated.

15:16And for more behind the scenes, follow at Clifford and at TikTok Podcast Network on TikTok.There's two golden rules that any man should live by.Rule one, never mess with a country girl. You play stupid games, you get stupid prizes. And rule two, never mess with her friends either. We always say that trust your girlfriends.I'm Anna Sinfield, and in this new season of The Girlfriends,Oh my God, this is the same man.
15:47A group of women discover they've all dated the same prolific con artist.I felt like I got hit by a truck.I thought, how could this happen to me?The cops didn't seem to care.So they take matters into their own hands.I said, oh, hell no.I vowed. I will be his last target. He's going to get what he deserves.
16:09Listen to the Girlfriends.Trust me, babe.on the IHeart Radio app, Apple Podcasts, or wherever you get your podcasts.Hello, everyone. I'm Ego Wode.My next guest, you know from Step Brothers Anchorman, Saturday Night Live, and the Big Money Players Network. It's Will Ferrell. My dad gave me the best advice ever.
16:38I went and had lunch with them one day, and I was like, and Dad, I think I want to really give this a shot.I don't know what that means, but I just know the groundlings.I'm working my way up.through and I know it's a place they come look for up and coming talent. He said if it was based solelyon talent, I wouldn't worry about you, which is really sweet. He goes, but there's so much luckinvolved. And he's like, just give it a shot. He goes, but if you ever reach a point where you'rebanging your head against the wall and it doesn't feel fun anymore, it's okay to quit. If you saw it
17:08written down, it would not be an inspiration. It would not be on a calendar of, you know, the cat.Just hang in there. Yeah. It would not be. Right. It wouldn't be that. There's a lot of luck.Listen to Thanks Dad on the IHeart Radio app, Apple Podcasts, or wherever you get your podcast. It's time for the employee of the quarter award or one of you guys gets chance to win somemoney for being the best employee here at the show. So some highlights from some of you guys.Amy, one of the strong segments that you brought was the awkward DM that you got from Rodney Ackon's wife.Because she commented that lunchbox was being brutal about Rodney Ackon's cameo prices.Yeah.
17:50And Rodney sings, make me want to take back row.Yeah.It's hard to sing with the song under there. But yeah. You've been revealing more and more details about your divorce being super open. What hurt you, though, was spoiling suits.Yeah.So that alone kind of eliminated you.
18:06Yeah.deal spoiler. That's okay, though.I know, but the good that came out of that is,I'm never going to be able to spoil a show ever again.Exactly.Because we have new boundaries around what I can and can't say, which is pretty much nothing.
18:21Bobby has to ask me a question and I can say yes or no about a show.We had a good quarter, but you can't be employee the month.Okay, thank you.Morgan revealed she had a boyfriend, brought in several big updates about her man in uniform. She did the final smell test. Her smell is finally returning from COVID.We had over 10 million views on our social media channels. It's a big deal.
18:39Like it's really done well.Morgan, you're still in the running.Yeah.That's what I'm talking about.Abby has the saga of the concert and somebody hit her in DMs,offered her $50,000 to put a concert together.Oh, yeah. Also, she offered Eddie the job and then backed out on the air.
18:52I remember that. She didn't win the sexy voice off between the ladies, but her offering Eddie the money and then backing out kind of took her from contention.Yeah, that was tough. It was a bad vibe in the room.I'm gonna like them.So Abby's not in the running.Lunchbox.
19:06He got an exclusive interview with Thomas Redd at CMA Fest.True to that.He got a really cringe worthy interview with Daughtry when he chased him down holding his coffee drinks. So walk.Oh, yeah.He proposed a new bathroom rule after claiming he can hear the ladies on the show use the bathroom.Which you can, and it's gross.Yeah, I agree with him on that.
19:23But he failed eating three pounds of food. But I tried.I did my, I mean. What was it?Walk a mollet.Oh, my gosh.I haven't looked at walk the same. And he did say he could do it.
19:33And he did fail.Big fail.also lunchbox you've been eliminated from contention. We all knew this was coming.Don't act like it's stunning. What are you doing?I'm reading my speech. You know what?
19:42I'll give you a second. If you would have won, this would have been your speech?Yeah.Go ahead. We all knew this was coming.Don't act like it's stunning.Eddie fixed his birth defect.Nobody was voting for that reject.
19:52Amy's boy.Let him go.His bald head.He fixed it.Voting for it.Voting for him as employee the month.Like I'm saying he didn't win.Okay.
20:01If you have to explain it.No, no, defect and reject? They rhyme. So Eddie fixed his birth.Defect and reject don't rhyme. They kind of sound alike, but they don't rhyme. They kind of rhyme. They sound alike, but they don't rhyme.
20:11Eddie fixed his birth defect.Okay, we heard that word.Nobody was voting for that reject.Defect and reject don't rhyme. Can we move on to the next line?Go ahead.D and re.Go ahead.
20:21But fact inject.Defect, reject. It doesn't matter.Go ahead.Amy spoiled another show. Now we all know why her ex was ready to go.Oh, gosh.As for everyone else on the show, I have to be honest.
20:33they just kind of blow.I'm just on another level, even though a lot of people think I am the devil. There he is. There he is. You did not win, but thank you for reading your speech.Thank you.Ramundo, he creeped out Sam Hunt in the studio, which was funny. He spotted a country store at the liquor store, took a kind of creeper photo. He blindly sacrificed his vehicle for two months.
20:54Yes.Blindly. Now, it came back and it was worth it.Blindly sacrificed, but great bit.Ramundo, you're in the running.Yeah! And then Eddie.Eddie got his hair system installed.Eddie ate 108 shrimp.
21:09Eddie brought a new segment. What is this crap?Oh, I forgot about this one.You had to sign a $1 million NDA to learn an industry secret.I forgot about that one too.I still haven't told anyone that secret. No, no, the secret's out.No, it is?
21:24Randy Travis AI.And Eddie, you're in.Come on.Amy, who would you vote of those three? She knows.I had had Eddie in my mind for all those reasons.Yeah, it's Eddie.Yeah.
21:36Hey, he's a winner.Okay, okay, you ready? You ready?Employee of the quarter.Oh, you're in a speech.Oh, yeah. Here you go ahead.Employee of the quarter should be easy for you all to pick.
21:48Only one of us stepped up for the best bit.Actually, there was more than one, so let me list them. The first one has to be my new hair system.Oh, nice.Lunchbox tried to eat three pounds of food, but ended up looking like a wimp. Not me.I ate 108 popcorn shrimp.Oh, good wrong.
22:06Yeah.Abby gave me.in a gig for $20,000 feewas pretty cool. But the one that brought it up to the showwas me, fool. The bomb to the votingcommittee, do what you will.
22:19Just speed it up so I can spinthat wheel.Yeah! It's good to me. It struggledwith the first rhyme. Yeah, yeah, I like to.But I got there. I got there. You are the employee of the quarter, so you havea choice here.
22:31Do you want to spin the wheel of cash?Do you want to promote whatever youwant? Or do you want to block someone fromcontention for the next quarter.Oh, dang, I forgot about that option. It's like a buck lunchbox again.Good.Or you can spend the wheel and win some money.
22:45You could win up to 150 bucks on the wheel. The highest is 100 on there.Oh, you went 300.Yeah, dude, $100, and I can spin it three times.Let's spin that wheel!Okay, on the wheel, there's all the money from $1, $5 all the way up to $100,and there's a spin again times three, which means you get all the money from thoseThree spins. Come on, baby. Come on.
23:10I think next time we add another spin again times three, but we also have one that you owe me $5.Whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa. But that's not, no, you're the employee. It's an award. All right, here we go. Let's spin that wheel.Come on, baby.Three times.Spin three times.
23:27Oh, it's coming.It's coming.It's coming!I cannot believe that just landed on that.I've spun this hundreds of times.I've only gotten one dollar.This is amazing.Yeah, I mean, that's not.
23:43I can't believe it just landed on spin again times three. So does that mean you spin three times or the next spin is worth three times? No, no, no.I spend three times and he gets that amount, then the next amount, then the next amount. We add it up.Dude, it could be one plus one plus.Dude, if it lands on spin again times three again, you get three more plus. That's what I'm talking about.
24:01So six total spins? It can go up to 100.Oh, my goodness.Okay, well, the next three spins, Eddie.Oh, my goodness. Is the amount of money you get.Come on 100.Spin the wheel.
24:14Oh, my goodness.I can be rich today. There's a hundred.Oh, ho.Oh, my goodness. It was right next to 50.$5.Let's spin it again.
24:22You get two more spans.Let's spin our wheel.Come on, Vegas.Let's go, Vegas.100 bucks, 100 bucks.Oh, my goodness.$20.That's a good one.
24:34That's a good one.This is huge.So far, you're at 25 bucks.Dude, I'm so excited.One more spin.Yeah, yeah.What do you want?Do you want the hundred?
24:41Do you want spin again times three?Well, I mean, either one would be really nice.I take the 100.I'll take the spin again times three.I'll tell you what. You're 25.I'll give you five more bucks to not spend again. What?
24:51Make it an even 30.No, no, no.Okay.Let's spin it.This is it.Mom, I'm coming home with money.$1.$1.00.
25:03Oh, well.She's taking the $30.Hey, $26.Not bad.Congratulations.Employee of the quarter, Eddie.Good job.We'll see everybody next quarter.
25:14Keep up the good work.Yeah.Step it up, guys.Step it up.And why you're right at comb that hair?It looks terrible. It looks kind of like it.It looks messy.
25:21Yeah, it looks messy.I'm very grateful for the time.We have a doctor on with us.This is Dr. Zolli from South Dakota.Dr. Zolli, thank you for being with us this morning. And you've seen the pictures of both Amy and lunchboxes rashes, right?Mm-hmm.And do you think that's some sort of contagious virus that they've been rubbing on each other?
25:42Like, what do you think this is on their body?Well, to me, it looks like a bacteria.arterial folliculitis.Like you can see,I think it's on lunch boxesthat you can see like little hairsgrowing out of the little puschules.Ugh.
25:56Did you say puschule?That puschule.That's a good word.That's what mine looks like.But it's like pus and then a chule?Like it.Okay.Okay, so go, I'm sorry to interrupt you.
26:06So there's hair coming out of his pusw wall.Ew.Don't say it that way.But it's not really super contagious.I don't think they've been likerubbing on each other.I think maybe they just have like gotten some bacteria under their fingernails, maybe scratch that area or there was bacteria on their skin and then their clothing rubbed a little bit too hard.Sometimes you can see that with waxing or shaving too.
26:31So just be careful if you guys have started to do any different personal hygiene things.Or none.Yeah, none.I've done none of that.So they had their clothes on when they were wrestling.Hey, so question for you here. How do you get rid of it?Um, it's, it looks very superficial, so it's not very deep.
26:49Just plain washing with soap and water and trying not to irritate it should take care of it.Or you can get some, um, over the counter antibiotic ointment like bathatresin or clindamycin, like what you use for acne. And that would clear it up even faster.Did you hear what she said? You have chlamydia. No, she said clindomycin.Oh, okay.Or chlamydia.
27:11Or he has, there was a theory in the room, doctor, that if, you know, she said, you know,It was something called leg herpes. And you're saying it is 100% not that.No lurpees. No lurpees.See, that's the medical term that we use lurpees.Yes.Okay, well, good to know.
27:25And did she see Amy's pictures too?So we think it's the same thing?I mean, I feel like she's sort of nailed it.I've been doing a lot of stuff around my house and maybe I got a bite and then I scratchedit with my nails and maybe there was maybe my hands were dirty or something and it caused an irritation.I did.I don't know what cream I put on it.it last night, but I did wake up and it was better of some sort of, you know, who knows what was in it.
27:50I found it in my medicine drawer.Classic.I do have a pill sometimes.I wonder if this was.It was also expired by two years, but I googled and I think that's fine.So is expired cream okay? And pills.Usually, yes, it just loses strength and effectiveness.
28:05But as long as it doesn't look dirty or moldy or like broken down, you know, sometimes creamscan have like a little bit of clear fluid, like it looks like it's separating a little bit, then it's too old.But if it still looks like it's normal cream, it's probably just not as strong as it was two years ago,but it's probably not going to hurt you.On with us now, Dr. Zolli. Can I ask you a medical question, Dr. Zolli?First of all, what is your practice?
28:30What is your specialty?I'm family medicine.Perfect.Because I'm in a family, so it works. So about nine months or so ago, I got on a medication for my OCD.It was kind of out of control.I started taking it.I started putting on a bunch of weight because of us I don't like it anymore.
28:45I'd rather be OCD.They feel crappy about myself. And so I'll probably gain like 19, 20 pounds. And I probably lost like 10 of it back already.Does different medicines do different things to different people's bodies?Because one of the things wasn't gained a bunch of weight. But sometimes does that happen with folks?Yeah.
29:00I tell people that any medicine can do just about anything to you.So even if it's not listed as a side effect, just let me know if that is something that you think is happening to you.And we'll need to see if that is,bad enough or important enough that we need to change your medicine. So, yeah, sometimes, you know, it says like, oh, this medicine will cause constipation.Well, it gives somebody else diarrhea.Well, that's still very real to them.
29:24So, yeah, you might have to change your medicine.Diary is very real.Mine was weight gain.I had to pull out all the bloated closet at a time when I'm usually summertime feeling good.Dang.Exactly.And the medicine said, no weight. But I'm telling you, I gained 20 pounds.
29:38I stopped taking it.It started working. It started slowly fading away.Lunchbox, you have a question for the doctor?Yeah, I got, I mean, Morgan sent you another picture of my hip. We're back to this.Yeah, no, no, no.No, no.
29:49But my hip has like these bumps on it and they're sensitive to the touch.Morgan sent you the second picture.Do we know what that is?If you pick at those, does it look like there's clear fluid that comes out ormuscular fluid, like yellow or cloudy?I haven't picked out of them.I didn't pick out of it from saying you can tell them. But literally, like the other night, I had my, I was, I didn't sleep naked for some reason.
30:12And the band of my underwear was touching them and I woke up in the middle night because it hurts so bad.Okay, that could be shingles.Oh, my goodness. And that is contagious as a mug.And I'm sitting right next to him and I've never gotten chicken pox.Wait, let's talk to the doctor because it is it?Because I know it's brought about by stress.Bobby's had it.
30:31I've had it before, but I don't recall it being contagious.Oh, it's very.Shingles are contagious?Let me watch.Ask the doctor. Is it contagious, doctor?Yes, because that in the fluid of those.little vesicles is the chickenpox virus.
30:44So you should stay away from pregnant women and women that have not, or anybody that has nothad chicken pox. That's me.I've never had chicken pox.Okay, so lunchbox needs to get on Valtrex.Again.Whoa.What is that?
30:58Yes, because that's what I had to get on.I had it on my face and I was in Las Vegas for Iheart Festival and I had to go to the pharmacyon the Vegas strip to pick up my valtrex for my face because I had to know. And you were getting your herpes mess.Yeah, because I was in Vegas.Oh, my God.It's unfortunate. So, once we can get that checked out, Dr. Zolley, so he's not sitting in a room with us and being pussy?
31:20Well, I mean, technically, if it's under his clothes and he's not picking at it, then it's really not as transmissible. He has his pants down right now, like, just exposed. And, Doc, I've never had chicken pox.So if I get it at 45 years old, what happens to me?You die.Ooh, that could be bad.But most people in their 40s have been exposed to chicken pox and just maybe.not had the rash.
31:43So you should go to your doctor and get the blood test to see if you've been exposed to it.And if not, then you need the vaccine.Oh.Surely you've been exposed. All of a sudden, now you're an anti-vaccine.But why do I have shingles?Shingles is from stress, right? You know, I got it when I was 49, too.
31:58It's not fun, but it happens.Man, because, I mean, and then I was wrestling with my son was 18 when he got it.Yeah, because shingles, I was wrestling with my kids the other day and he just kind of tapped my hip,and I thought he'd broken my leg.Yeah, it can be very painful.painful.One final point. So the sooner you get on medicine, the better it is for you.
32:15I would get a blood test too.Yeah, I'm going to do that. That's not good.We have one, anybody have one final medical question for my new favorite doctor, Dr. Zolli.I have one.I have one.I do ahead.Okay, doc, I broke my foot about four or five weeks ago.
32:26You fractured a toe.Yeah, but I think I tore a ligament in there, but I told the doctor, don't worry aboutthe MRI.Like, it's too expensive. And it's my pinky toe that's not moving. If I did tear a ligament in my pinky toe, am I okay?Do I need to fix that?Probably not.
32:42because you don't do a lot of weight bearing on your pinky toe,but if it continues to hurt, then you need the MRI.Cool, we're good.It doesn't hurt.Well, and also, you went to a doctor and the doctor said it's probably not that. You're just inserting that from your own brain. It's not when you thought you had cancer, but it was a piece of popcorn. You should ask that too?
33:00Yeah, yeah.Okay, Doc, so also too, and it's another question.I've had pain on my right side, like right under my rib for like months now.and I realize that when I eat a lot of popcorn and go to a movie, because we have a deal with two buckets, you get two buckets for free, and take advantage of that deal. And after the movie, my stomach hurts for like three days afterwards. What is that?
33:20You just could be eating crap. You probably just need to not eat so much grease and salt.Okay, well, that's it.But if it hurts worse, it could be your gallbladder. He was convinced it was cancer, doctor.Oh, you couldn't need your gallbladder out.Probably not.Yeah.
33:35Hey, Dr. Zoll, I thank you for calling, especially because of the first thing, which was,it's not a version of leg herpes, but it's some sort of clean yourself.Coincidentally, we both had bites that maybe we got infected. And second of all, lunchbox probably has shingles and Eddie's never had chickapox. We got them right next to them.
33:51We've got a whole drama happening in here.Doctors All right, thank you so much for calling and giving us your medical expertise.Anytime.All right. You guys have my number.Give me a call. All right, we go back.
33:59All right.A win is a win.A win is a win.I don't care what you're saying.Yep, that's me.Cliver Taylor the fourth. 34:59And for more behind the scenes, follow at Clifford and at TikTok Podcast Network on TikTok.There's two golden rulesthat any man should live by.Rule one, never mess with a country girl. You play stupid games, you get stupid prizes. And rule two, never mess with her friends either. We always say that trust your girlfriends.
35:25I'm Anna Sinfield, and in this new season of the girlfriends,Oh my God, this is the same man.A group of women discover they've all dated the same prolific con artist.I felt like I got hit by a truck.I thought, how could this happen to me?The cops didn't seem to care.So they take matters into their own hands.I said, oh, hell no.
35:46I vowed.I will be his last target. He's going to get what he deserves.Listen to the girlfriends.Trust me, babe.On the Iheart radio app, Apple Podcasts, or wherever you get your podcasts.I'm Ago Wadam. My next guest, you know from Step Brothers Anchorman, Saturday Night Live,
36:12and the Big Money Players Network. It's Will Ferrell.Woo!My dad gave me the best advice ever.I went and had lunch with him one day, and I was like, and Dad, I think I want to really give this a shot.I don't know what that means, but I just know the groundlings.I'm working my way up through, and I know it's a place that come,
36:32look for up-and-coming talent. He said, if it was based solely on talent, I wouldn't worry about you, which is really sweet.Yeah.He goes, but there's so much luck involved. And he's like, just give it a shot.He goes, but if you ever reach a point where you're banging your head against the wall and it doesn't feel fun anymore, it's okay to quit.If you saw it written down, it would not be an inspiration.
36:54It would not be on a calendar of, you know, the cat.Just hang in there.Yeah, it would not be.Right, it wouldn't be that. There's a lot of luck.Listen to Thanks Dad on the IHeart Radio app, Apple Podcast, or wherever you get your podcast. There's a train system in Salt Lake City.It takes you around the city.
37:15It's a really good one.Been on it.My brother-in-law, DJ used to take it to work.Really?Yeah, he's like one part of Salt Lake, take him all the way over to University of New South.I want to take the train to work. And it was like, it was cool.It was clean.
37:25It was awesome. Some dude got on the train and was like, okay, I miss my stop.I need to go back to that one.And they were like, no, you missed your stop. The train doesn't go backward. And so he tried to break into the cabin.Oh, to go back to his old system? To make the engineer drive them back.
37:40So he hijacked. So he hijacked. That's considered high he tried to hijack the train.Dang. Oh, boy.He was booked into the Salt Lake County Jail on charges that include felony assault with intent to hijack a vehicle.Oh my goodness. Now, my assumption will be those charges will be lessened because hijacked to me, he's like, I got a gun.Yeah.
37:55Take us to an island.I'm holding you all hostage. But that's a, if you're trying to get in to make the engineer take this somewhere else, that's kind of a hijacking. One time in Boston, I got on a train.I didn't know where our stop was, so I just went until it ended. And it stopped.I was at the end of townand it started going back the other way.
38:13Did you just stay on it?Yeah. We were on there for like 45 minutes.Didn't think about hijacking it though, ever. Not once. That's from Fox 13.Here's Amy's pile of stories. So someone wrote into an advice columnist saying,
38:29hey, I just started a new job and my manager confiscated my phone and said, hey, you'll get it back at the end of the shift.Like, what is up with this? This was in the New York Post. And the columnist was like, no way.No chance. This cannot happen. But a lawyer weighed in.
38:41and was like, well, actually, in general, and then there's local laws at play.So it could be different everywhere. You'll have to pry up from my dead cold hands, you mother. That's what I was saying.Well, that's sort of what the lawyer is saying, that a manager can take the phone, but they definitely can't wrestle it or steal it from you.
38:55And they have to wait until you put it down and then just take it.They're not children.I understand if they're morons or bad employees, but they're not children,to take somebody's property,I think you should be able to demand, hey, put that away while you're working in this place.where I'm paying you for every minute, so don't be on your phone
39:13or your phone's loud or distracting. No chance.Or put it in a locker?Like, give me your phone? No way.How do they do that for like football players?Because they can't have their phone on the side of the road. They say you can't take them out there.
39:25Right.Logger room. That's not the same thing. It is the same thing because like.Where are they going to put them?Well, the boss in their pants? But there's also a role. There's also an NFL role you can't have digital devices for cheating reasons.
39:37Oh, yeah.Yeah, good point.A little different then.Yeah.It wasn't a Joe Montana or whatever that used to call his wife from the sideline from the actual phone? You just tried it one time. You tried it one time and she answered, yeah.Oh, okay.
39:49I guess I saw that. You also seen that in a clip, something?Yeah. All right, go ahead.Okay, so half of Americans work while on vacation.I think it was last week or so that I told Joe that America was number onein like not cashing it on their vacation days, which we shouldn't be proud of.But if we do take vacation, apparently, not only do we feel guilty about it,
40:06but we just continue to work anyway because we have anxiety about not checking our emails.and that's causing mental health issues on and on.But some people choose to work on vacation because they actually love their job.And then others do it out of fear of losing their job.I do it because I don't want to fall too far behind because that means when I get homeit's going to be doubly miserable then.So I'll deal with a little bit of it.So I don't have to deal with all of it when I get back.
40:29But I also try to get ahead of it as well. But like I also love my job.And this is a performance-based job where if I do a lesser good thanwe all suffer.Like I have all of you guys to worry about too.So I kind of have the pressure-filled jobs,it's not the same as non-pressure-filled jobs. It's just not.
40:49If you want a job is full pressureand you want to try to make good money, then you're going to have to do thingsthat probably aren't the best for your mental health.Like that's your business, baby.Like CEOs of companies?Absolutely. It takes sacrifice to get anything that you want,
41:03to have it at a high level. If you just want to be a great debt, take sacrifice. If you want to be a great CEO, take sacrifice. You're going to miss out on things.in order to get extra in a certain area. So, yeah, I do okay.Mostly, I have IBS.
41:15I do it on the toilet.I'm there anyway, so let's double up.All right, go ahead.Okay, so Arkansas often is like the worst at thisand the worst at that.Easy.I know, but I'm about to tell you what Arkansas is the best at.Uh-oh.
41:26Being the worst of stuff. No, it is.We're number one of the state of being, go ahead.Okay, so there's this whole article about the worst behave flyers on airplanes, like the states that they come from, the worst states, Iowa, Illinois, Virginia, Texas, and Georgia.and then people from Arkansas, they are the best behave flyers,so they know how to act on an airplane.
41:43We're watching. We're going to take folks down.Give us any lip, we're going to take you down. We're not being a-holes.We're being heroes. And if you're traveling this week on a plane, these are the things to think about.Where is my closest Arkansas?
41:56Think about that because they will step in and save you.If you have to go to the bathroom and someone next year's asleep,do you wake them up or climb over them? What?Wake them up.Wake them up.Okay.Because you don't want to be straddling them.
42:06And they're like, huh?Yeah, yeah.Do you take stinky food on a plane?Yes.No.No.Can you watch a movie with nudity? You bring stinky food in here.
42:14Every time I'm a boiled eggs, I will not take that on a plane.Okay.So you respect them more than us.Yes.A movie with nudity. If you have a movie with nudity, you have to turn the screen. No, no, no.You can't do that.
42:25Sometimes it comes out of nowhere.I don't watch movies. But I'm saying if something pops up, you have to be like, oh God, you'll like tilt the screen.Mm-hmm.Removing shoes.I do that.If you have socks on.And then letting a kid run around during the flight.
42:37But I don't have any.Yeah.That's easy.As tornado outbreaks continue across Oklahoma,a group of storm chasers come together to try and stop tornadoes in their path and save lives. We're talking about from Universal Pictures, Warner Brothers, and Amblin Entertainment, the new movie Twisters. It was made for the big screen.
42:52It was shot on location in Oklahoma. They consulted actual storm chasers during the production, All-Star Castors,Daisy Edgar Jones, Glenn Powell, Anthony Ramos. You don't want to miss this. And the soundtrack has new music from Luke Combs, Lainie Wilson, Jellyroll, and many other great artists.Don't miss Twisters in theaters.July 19th. Get your tickets now.I'm Amy. That's my pile.
43:12That was Amy's pile of stories. It's time for the good news. With producer Eddie.Yeah, I'll make something good.Jimmy Nolan, he has two kids. And about 25 years ago, he got his arm amputated because he had cancer. And he wants to play golf. But it's okay. He only has one arm.
43:31Hey, that didn't stop him.He is one of 300 members of the North American one-arm golfer association. He's continued to play golf and is really good at it.And he's telling his kids, hey, it doesn't matter what obstacles you have in your life. You can overcome it.And now I'm telling all of America, listen to this guy.He has one arm and still play golf. You can do anything.
43:51So a couple things. One, it's a great story. Two, sometimes I think I would play golf better with only one arm.I saw a guy on TikTok.He did have two arms, but he had a one arm swing and it was crazy.Yeah, yeah.I think because sometimes my other arm ruins it.I love this guy's story.
44:05Guys, I played golf.golf with a one-arm golfer. We had a producer who had one arm.We used to play with the golf with him.Oh, really?Uh-huh.Before you, who's got two and it's life's easy.Well, this guy, the guy I played with, he had a club where he'd hit with it,
44:19and then he'd go to the ball and he'd turn it over and he had a suction cup on the other side. You know, grab the ball.So you didn't have to bend over. He'd just, whoop. But that doesn't do with an arm. That's just like not wanting to hurt his back.Oh, you're right. That's just smart, I guess.
44:30Jim Abbott only had one arm.He was a pitcher, Amy, in the major leagues. And a pretty good one, but only had one arm.So he would put his glove on his, like non-arm, like his nub to do his elbow. Not sure if that's a PC term, but he put a glove on.He would throw, and after the ball would come out of his hands, he'd slide it into the glove. That was amazing. And they made a movie about him and everything back in the day.
44:51They should redo and make that movie again. That's so cool. But he was a major league pitcher with only one arm.The drummer from Def Leppard has only got one arm.Was in a car wreck.Yeah.Almost died.Learned how to make drums with his feet, has a drum set that's feet and one-armed.
45:06Correct.titles that he uses. And I think I could probably be at times a better golfer one-armed.And how about the North American one-armed golfer association?Who knew?I like it.I like it.They're just committing and they're showing people that just because of the bad happens,
45:21like that's not it.That's right.Yeah, great story. That's what it's all about. That was Tell Me Something Good. Here's a voicemail from Shane.Just wondering if after a long breakup, I want to date someone, but I want to beexclusively single with her.
45:39Is that okay to say up front?Like, we're not seeing other people. We're not going to talk to other people. You know, we're not going to entertain other people. We're going to concentrate on us.Anyways, let me know. Thank you.I think his language about it is not the same as ours.He definitely shouldn't tell her I want to be exclusively single.
45:56Yeah, yeah.I think he wants to be exclusive with her.Yes.Yes.I think having that communication is rare and awesomeand awkward, but awesomeif you have it, especiallyif she wants to have it too, I think you just say it.
46:12I think generally in life, if yousay how you feel, generally, in life, more times than not, if you say how you feel,it's going to work out the healthiest way possible. It may not always be in your favor, but it may not be goodfor it to be in your favor. If you feel it, I think you shouldsay it to her if it comes
46:27to being in a relationship. I think the biggestcomplaint about relationships, especially in newrelationships, is that you don't really knowwhat the other person's thinking.you're curious do they really like me do they want to be with just me do they i think having those lineswhere you draw them and you say this is what i want this is what i'll do this is what we can do likethat helps so much i wasn't the best at it i love ghosting people back of the day what i meanlike dating and just disappear i mean i know what ghosty means it wasn't a lot i wouldn't like set him up
46:55for the ghosts but i'd be like you know it's not working where did he go where did he go but if youwant to be in a relationship with just her, you deserve to get her honest feedback.Generally in life, if you share how you feel, it's going to work out for you more than not. That's what I say.Date one, date two, he starts to get these feelings of love as he say.I love you. Also, don't be crazy on date one or date two.Because you don't really love her.
47:22I want to be with you forever.Yeah, you can't be psychotic. There's a fine line.Yeah, yeah. But generally, as I say, if you're honest about things, it will work out in the healthiest way more times than not.Right, there we go.Let's go now and do the morning corny.Morning corny.
47:41How do fleas like to travel around? How to fleas like to travel around.Itch hiking.Oh, that's good. What did you think it was?Itch hiking is good. What did you think? That was the morning corny.
47:55Nice one.Traveling flea circus.Oh.No, itch hiking is awesome.That's a good one.That's a good one.Yeah, it's a good one.I'm blown away.
48:04That's a good one.Impressed the crab out of me.me. And that is the end of the first half of the podcast. That is the end of the first half of the podcast. That is the end of the first half of the podcast. You can go to podcast to or you can wait until podcast two comes out. Thank you all. This is me letting you know because of all the messages that this is the end of the first half of the podcast. Thank you. All right. This is the end of the first half of the podcast. A win is a win.
