Starting point is 00:02:07 Vince start on time turtle we were waiting for you actually we didn't want to get started until you got here thanks for finally showing up geez took you long enough it is good to have a year with us today everybody we had the FBI director show up to the White House yesterday and when he did there was a mystery as to what they would be announcing And I am very grateful for the announcement that we got, which is Operation Summer Heat was, you notice perhaps Dan Bongino's Twitter account kept referencing this all summer long. And in fact, you know, at one point earlier this summer, I had reached out to Dan. And I was like, hey, you know, Dan's nearby to me, but we hardly ever see each other. And I said, yeah, I'd love to get together with you for dinner.
Starting point is 00:02:49 And he goes, Vince, I think it might have to take until something like October because I'm going to be travel in the country. I'll be very, very busy. I'm like, all right. All right. So we'll see. So that dinner's been on ice for a bit. And now we can tell why. Because these guys have been busting ass in order to bust criminals. And here's the announcement we just got from the president of the United States yesterday first. Here's cut one, President Trump. So of a sweeping law enforcement effort known as Operation Summer Heat. We were in many cities that people didn't know about. We kept it a little quiet. And it had a big impact. And you'll hear that in a second. working with state and local partners, the FBI arrested. Over 8,000 violent criminals during the course of this period in major cities like in New Orleans, Nashville. We saw 250% increase in arrests.
Starting point is 00:03:40 We got, and we really went after the bad ones. These include 725 individuals wanted for violent crimes against children and murderers. These arrests are in addition to the work of our historic federal task forces, that make D.C. Safe Task Force has been unbelievable. I mean, the job they've done, it's incredible. The job they've done this incredible. Hey, look, I want you to remember something about what the Federal Bureau of Investigation is supposed to be.
Starting point is 00:04:12 It's supposed to be an agency that investigates crime, puts the handcuffs on the bad guys, and turns them over to the prosecutors to actually prosecute them. You know, stop the criminals all across our country, stop the organized crime, stop the human trafficking, the child trafficking, the cartels, the drugs coming in, to stop the threats of violence, the actual acts of violence, all of that. That's what these guys should be focused on. And what have they been doing now for
Starting point is 00:04:35 years? Well, under the left's control, they've been targeting American citizens who voted for the other team. That's over. Thank God. And so these guys are doing the work that they were supposed to do in the first place. And what you're going to hear, and I'll share it with you in a moment, some of the great clips on this subject. But what you're going to hear is, People that you know and love have basically decided this ends now. President Trump was elected to stop this crime, so we're going to stop it. Here is Cash Patel detailing some of those victories that the FBI achieved over this focused effort throughout the summer. In just seven months, I hope the media takes a look at every one of these charts because these are the best numbers for fighting crime in U.S. history, and it's only seven months in.
Starting point is 00:05:22 And to do that, our vehicle to do it of choice was Operation Summer Heat, which the FBI architected to go after violent criminals. And in just a three-month span, you had 8,700 arrest of violent criminals. You had 2,200 firearms seized off the streets permanently to safeguard our communities. You had 421 kilograms of fentanyl seized. Just to put that in perspective, that's enough to kill 55 million Americans alone. you had 45,000 kilograms of cocaine seeds and thanks to our Department of Justice Partners, you had 2,100 indictments in three months from June to September alone. I love everything about that.
Starting point is 00:06:05 I have one quibble with Cash's presentation yesterday. It's a single concern. And for those of you in the media, and certainly my producers will share this concern with me. Cash, you got to work the microphone, dude. You got to stand in front of the microphone. you announce this stuff. He wandered away from the microphone. I think he thought that it would be easy to pick up his voice. Everyone had to turn up the room noise just to listen to the guy. President Trump knows how to work the mic. Work the mic, cash. Come on, buddy. But he announced some
Starting point is 00:06:32 great news, regardless of whether he was standing in front of the microphone. About 9,000 violent criminals have been picked up in the United States arrested, taken off the streets. All those firearms that were seized, you know, they were, you know, for those of you like me who care a lot about the Second Amendment and your ability to keep your weapons. They're not talking about anybody who has a Second Amendment right to keep their guns. They're talking about people who are using guns in acts of violence, people who should not have guns, people who are forbidden by virtue of crimes they've committed in the past, or that they're here as illegal aliens from even possessing a gun. So in other words, they're taking guns out of the hands of people
Starting point is 00:07:09 who can't have them, who have forfeited their rights or never had Second Amendment rights to begin with. legally? No thanks. So they're taking these guns off the street. Great news about that. And then the fentanyl. Enough to kill 55 million Americans. President Trump has been bragging about this. Every time they blow up these boats off the coast of the United States that are trying to bring in drugs, he says, yeah, okay, okay, we kill like three or four people who are on these boats. But we're saving 25,000 Americans every time we explode one of these things. So I like that deal that the president says. I like that deal, Vince says. You like that. deal chat says uh so i'm i'm happy with that thanks for defending us and for doing what we voted for
Starting point is 00:07:51 so they're getting all that fenton off the street the cocaine off the street and they got a lot of indictments too they're uh they're putting everybody inside of these jails and they're processing them through they're starting to get uh some indictments racked up so uh great news really great news and this this this is look i get i'm going to get to some of the other accountability issues coming up you know we talk about the guys going after james call me letitia james Adam Schiff, John Bolton, you name them, John Brennan, Barack Obama. The list is unfortunately endless. Yes, that's a huge, huge thing to do. And I've got some updates on that subject. But in the meantime, I just want you to remember, we talk about the FBI. Their core mission is
Starting point is 00:08:30 arresting bad guys and making our streets a lot safer. And they're doing it. So some compliments their direction. Thank you to the president. Thank you to Cash for focusing on this. Now, here's Todd Blanche. She's the Deputy Attorney General. And he goes, look, it's not just these numbers. I can read these numbers to you. And we can say, wow, those are an amazing numbers. He goes, it's individual cases.
Starting point is 00:08:52 You want to drive this home now? You want to drive home what this means? Let me talk to you about two individual communities that have benefited from the work of the FBI. Watch this. For over four years during the last administration, there was a hotel in a town, the middle of a town in Alaska, that was being run as a drug den.
Starting point is 00:09:11 There were over 1,000 calls to 911, over four and a half year period. There were multiple violent crimes, drug dealers, overdoses, and murders at this one hotel, ruining a community. Summer heat went in there. It's not only arrested all the participants that were controlling the hotel,
Starting point is 00:09:33 but seized the hotel. And so that's one example of what summer heat means to everyday Americans that just want to live in peace. The second example is a large narcotics trafficking group that was selling fentanyl in the state of Washington. They were shipping fentanyl using commercial aircraft, putting fentanyl pills and powder onto, in suitcases, flying them from the southwest border, mostly Arizona,
Starting point is 00:09:59 all the way to Washington. It had been going on for an extremely long time, and the entire organization was arrested. an extremely long time. Now, I don't know about you, but when I hear extremely long time, what that says to me for the duration of the Biden administration, that this just happened. And the Biden people, the Biden DOJ, the Biden FBI, they had no interest in cleaning this up. They just let it happen. A thousand calls from one hotel, about one hotel, where you have a complete den of crime and disaster that destroys a community. And so you get two really clear examples. there where the FBI has stepped up and finally cleaned up long-lingering and unattended to messes that the Biden people were letting just absolutely get worse, killing Americans in the process. And so they put up some big numbers. They have every right to be proud of this. That means the world to these communities that things are a little bit safer, a little bit more clean, a little bit less
Starting point is 00:10:57 violent. That's a massive deal here in the United States of America. And of course, there's a lot more work to do and they wouldn't none of these guys would deny that um now where did this come from operation summer heat is this the normal fare does the FBI do this all the time is this some sort of typical thing usual thing the answer to that no no this program needed to be designed and the architect of that program is a man that you and i are very familiar with here's cash Patel talking to just the news this week laying out who exactly designed this thing watch well i'd love to be able to take credit for it but uh i may have added one of the ideas but there's two groups there's one man who's responsible for operation summer heat and the architect is deputy
Starting point is 00:11:41 director dan bonjino he drew it up he put out the mechanics he went to the field and he went a hundred percent for these last seven months and the men and women of the fbi executed uh deputy director bonjino's summer heat operation and summer heat that's just a three months snapshot, by the way. That was only three months from June to September, so the numbers you just announced. Isn't that cool? You know, I wish that, I do wish that Dan was at the White House yesterday. I do think it's a sign of a number of things. One, I think Dan has a lot of humility that he's not, he's not worried about that. He's not worried about getting the credit or anything like that. I haven't seen him tweeting like, oh, I designed this. This was my program.
Starting point is 00:12:23 nothing like that. It was only Cash Patel. These guys, obviously, they maintain, you can tell, they maintain a very close relationship, the two of them, the director and the deputy director. Cash went out of his way to choose Dan Bongino, and he said, get in here. And in fact, you may or may not realize this. I don't know if Dan mentioned it at the time, but Dan had all of these. When he left his programs and stepped aside to do the job at the FBI, he took a little bit the time before he left, right? We went from an announcement, I think it was almost two months. It was there was the announcement and then he finally left. And the reason why there was a delay is because he had all these obligations to the people in his life and do his businesses and to
Starting point is 00:13:05 try and solve all of that before he went off to the FBI. And I can tell you that what I heard is that cash was just desperate. He's like, look, do whatever you got to do, but just get here as quickly as you're capable of. Get here. And Cash was desperate to get Dan in there to be a part of that team. Dan shows up and now you're seeing some of the fruits of his labor. Remember what we saw earlier this year, we saw kind of the drama of like, is Dan going to leave? What's happening? And I've talked about this a couple of times on the program. But just to remind you, I was convinced, and I just say this as a guy who's observing him like you from the outside, that now I think he wants to stick around and achieve a number of important and measurable victories before that guy ever leaves that agency.
Starting point is 00:13:51 And what I'm looking at is they've gone absolutely wild in terms of firing FBI people. They've fired hundreds of people. They've gone absolutely wild in terms of going after criminals, Operation Summer Heat. This is a massive operation. Cash is attributing it directly to Dan being the architect of this. And Dan has been traveling the country and working with all of these various FBI field offices to see this through as they're not going after like garden variety street crime. They're going after some of the most violent people on the planet
Starting point is 00:14:22 who are here in the United States of America and taking them into custody. And then, of course, you're watching as we're seeing prosecutions now coming through for people like James Comey and Letitia James, maybe John Bolton imminently, and others. So what's happened is from all of that earlier drama of like, is he staying, is he not staying? What's the FBI doing? Are they doing anything? What's going on? Well, sure enough, now it's, well, they achieve that and they achieve that and that's happening. And that's a good thing. So sort of the nothing is happening blackpilling. It's like, stop you bitching. I mean, unreal. Stop whining. Like, are we rooting these guys on to achieve things? Yeah, for sure. And I like every measurable piece of progress that we finally get to see in public. But this stuff takes real work, clearly. And they're undertaking. you. Dan did tweet the following. He said, thank you for your support and patience during this critical operation, targeting the most violent criminals across the nation. We will continue our push to crush violent crime as our summer heat operation wraps up and then says, of course,
Starting point is 00:15:26 that these are the results, your FBI personnel in the field produced. Thank you. That's not, that's not, look what I did. Look what I did. No, he says, look with the FBI personnel in the field produced. That's just, that's leadership 101, you know, regardless of the fact that this is a guy who organized the whole thing. It's the men and women on the ground who actually fulfilled it. And he's giving them the credit that they're due. Good to see. So let's let me see here. Okay, so you heard from Cash just a moment ago that Dan created a juggernaut. I love that. But in a moment, I want to share more audio for you from Cash Patel. He was talking to John Solomon about this. This is about to what extent can we expect more accountability,
Starting point is 00:16:11 more prosecutions of powerful people who have abused their power in order to hurt you, to hurt our country, to go after Trump. I've got important and optimistic updates on that subject in just a moment. That's ahead. I want to thank the great sponsors who do make this program possible. They've been supporting us through it all. I appreciate you. You ever think about aging at all?
Starting point is 00:16:36 Does aging force you to think about aging? That happens for sure. It's happened to me. And I notice as I get older, my energy definitely has gone down from what it once was. And I, just like probably you, have been trying to figure out ways to get my energy back. And I'm excited to share with you something that's been great. C-15 from fatty 15 is the first essential fatty acid to be discovered in more than 90 years. Fattie 15 co-founder, Dr. Stephanie Van Watson, discovered the benefits of C-15, all while working with the U.S. Navy.

Starting point is 00:17:53 the code Vince at checkout. These statements have not been evaluated by the FDA. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Thanks to fatty 15. So good. Hey, I've got cash betel now. And he spoke to John. Solomon. And they were doing all these interviews at the White House. Hey, knock, knock, White House, you know, have us back. We'll do the interviews. That looked like a fancy studio that these guys were all hanging out. And here's, and here's John Solomon talking to Cash Patel yesterday. And in their conversation, of course, the big question that you and I constantly have is, okay, when's the next shoe going to drop? Who's the next person going to be, have to face the music?
Starting point is 00:18:35 And listen to Cash Patel yesterday. Man, I'm loving this. Cash goes, we've got some indictments coming, like imminently. Take a lesson to cash. You are already charged. Do you think you've seen other crimes that might eventually get referred to justice? Yes, we are looking at so many different leads on criminal activity by those who are in positions of power. And we're not going to stop until every single one of those is fully exposed. The documents are provided either to Congress or the courts of law and make every referral we can in the Department of Justice. these indictments that you've seen and the ones that you're going to see coming up here in this near future are just the beginning but I have to remind the audience one thing everybody's like it's seven months what have you guys been doing yeah well they spent 20 years building this disease temple of corruption it takes a little bit of time to to defeat it and beat it down I'm not asking to trust me I'm asking to look at the work the men and women of the FBI have done so far in these seven eight months and just imagine what we're going to do come the year end he says Now, I don't know how much tea leaf reading you have to do as you hear that.
Starting point is 00:19:41 It's not like we got to suss it out. Like, what does he mean by this? What's going to happen? He just said indictments that are incoming very, very soon. Hold on to your hats. By the year end, we're going to see some very dramatic moves. And so we've already got Comey. We've already got Letitia James.
Starting point is 00:19:56 They're already in the system. They're going through it right now. John Bolton is expected pretty imminently. You know, they've already raided his house and his workplace. We'll see what happens next. but there's a there's an update you know we're always asking for updates from these guys and and to be clear you know FBI directors it's not very typical that you get a lot of chatter from FBI directors about what's happening and what's coming normally they did they detach from public commentary they
Starting point is 00:20:21 don't share a lot uh cash Patel's been unusual in this way they've been he's been offering a lot more transparency than we normally get from the FBI so that's anyway that's very good news I'll take that also VZ1 says I want to know about the January 6th DNC bomb threat too Easy one. That's a great point. And I want to reiterate something really obvious here. There's no question that that is an obsession of Dan Bongino. That's who we were just talking about. Dan's completely obsessed with the answers to these questions and getting those answers out. You think that they would be sitting on that if they had something worthwhile to share with you? No, they're not going to sit on. They're using it, whether it's for indictments or public disclosure.
Starting point is 00:21:00 There's no question about that. Ed Martin and Dan Bongino, Ed Martin, of course, the head of the weaponizations, a subcommittee at the Justice Department. Ed Martin told us this year on this program that he and Dan have been working doggedly to try and get to the bottom of that saga. So that clearly that saga is not over. I await the answers to that too. And we have every right to do that.
Starting point is 00:21:24 But the thing that drives me crazy is like the bitching, the whining, the moaning. Oh, these guys, they've been co-opted by the deep stay. Shut up, fucking losers. Excuse me my French. But this whole thing, It's like, oh, no, just let these guys work. Let these guys work.
Starting point is 00:21:40 And at the conclusion of all this, we can judge them by the efforts they've undertaken, the actions that they've taken. But what they keep asking for, what Dan and Cash have asked for us, like, hey, you know, don't just take our word for it, judge us by our actions. We've got some time in office. Let's just do it. And then you can judge us afterwards. Okay, fine, fine.
Starting point is 00:22:00 That's the way to handle it. Wow. And then this. All right, so we've got Antifa stuff going. on. And we're trying to figure out all this left-wing violence. In fact, I don't even know. Are we going to get some left-doing violence this weekend from these no-kings idiots? You know, the ones who they're mad about the results of the election where the American voter chose Trump, where you chose Trump. So they're furious about the results of elections. So they're pretending like the only way
Starting point is 00:22:24 Donald Trump got into power is because he's a dictator. Like, no, actually the voters chose him, you morons. But the left-wing violence that we've seen in the country, we've got to stop that. has been really insist and we've got to get to the bottom of it. And there's a couple of pieces of information here that I want to reflect on. One, we got to get to the center of all of this. Who's funding all of this? And you've heard names floated out there. President Trump brings them up from time to time. People like George Soros and Reed Hoffman. He's very concerned about who is funding the chaos in the country. You know, who's providing the weapons, the masks, the outfits, the shields, the lasers, the rocks, the palace of bricks, you know, whatever it is, you know, who is the underlying force that's organizing so much of this chaos and can we stop them?
Starting point is 00:23:16 And so the president has done two things. One, he's designated Antifa a domestic terror organization, but he's also designated internationally a terror organization as well, which means he's uncorked the resources of the federal government to go after Antifa to break up the terror network. work. And we just got an update this week from Scott Besson. He's the Treasury Secretary. Now, why is this important? Well, the Treasury Department handles the business of the flow of money in the United States of America. And if you want to stop the power centers, where you go directly after their funding sources. And that's where Scott Besson comes in. So Secretary Besson just sat down with Charlie Kirk's buddies on the Charlie Kirk's show and had this to say about the effort that he and the Treasury Department are now undertaking to rip the guts out of Antifa's financial
Starting point is 00:24:09 operation. Watch Scott Besson. After 9-11, Treasury became the driving force behind tracking down the networks of terrorist organizations, how they were financed. How could this have happened on U.S. soil with these international terrorist organizations, where did the money come from, who were the ultimate funders? And that was on the international side. And Andrew, I will tell you that Charlie's death is like a domestic 9-11, that we are going to find, it has alerted us to what Charlie knew that these organizations are working within our borders. And look, We believe people have a right to free speech, they have a right to organize, they have a right to protest, but they have to do it peacefully. They cannot embrace violence, and we are going to, as they always say, follow the money.
Starting point is 00:25:07 And we don't know how much of the supports coming in from overseas. We don't know how much being supported by U.S. nonprofits, C-3s that give money to C-4th. but this is mission critical for us now. Just as after 9-11 and Osama bin Laden, the ultimate culprit was captured, we are operationalizing this here at Treasury, and we are going to track down who is responsible for this. So Charlie's death has set this off. That's encouraging.
Starting point is 00:25:47 In other words, this is not some mere, This is not like a lip service exercise. If you've got the Treasury Department on the money operation, well, you've got the right agency on it right now. And the way he's describing it is not like, hey, this is some side quest for us, like some random mission that we're doing that. Oh, yeah, yeah, sure, we're looking into that.
Starting point is 00:26:05 You know, you can tell. You ever see one of those interviews where you ask where a politician gets asked about, like, hey, you ever going to get to the bottom of that? Oh, though, that's really important. Yeah, the American people are owed answers. And they kind of, they just kind of service it in the hopes of keeping you from getting too.
Starting point is 00:26:19 animated about it. That's not what Besson did. Besson said, this is like a, this is like another 9-11, the aftermath of 9-11. We're going to exert every resource available to us to get to the bottom of this. And the music to my ears was how he described, we're going to look at the C-3s and the C-4s and the domestic organizations, the international organizations, the flow of the funding. This is a massive, massive deal. In other words, this is something that not only has he thought about, but they've made actionable. It's not merely lip service. Something is happening at the Treasury Department. And there we have some good updates from the Secretary of the Treasury. So anyway, you know, I there's a lot. In the media, there's this tendency where everyone's
Starting point is 00:27:04 talking about like all the negative stuff happening all the time. You know, if it bleeds, it leads and like, hey, here's how life is miserable today. And I love any show, including this one, where we can present a series of successes and good news, and I'm encouraged. I'm very encouraged. I like the results of Operation Summer Heat. Thank you to Dan Bongino for organizing it. Thank you for the FBI for undertaking it. I like Director Cash Patel telling us that not only do we see prosecutions of James Comey and Letitia James, we're about to get another big one, he said, and he goes, hold on until the end of the year. Things are about to get spicy. And then Scott Beston says, yeah, we're uncorking every sort of vehicle for the money that Antifa's got
Starting point is 00:27:44 to right now and we're going after it. I'll take it. I'll take every single one of those victories and twice on Sunday. I love it all. Thank you. He's the founder of Early Vote Action. can find it at early vote action.com and Scott has been mobilizing voters across the country for years now doing it again this year during this off your election. Scott, great to see you, sir.
Starting point is 00:31:43 Thanks for doing this today. Hey, thanks for having events. Okay, let's just do like state by state get some updates here. The big governor's races are the ones that are taking place in New Jersey and Virginia right now. How do you score those contests? What's going on there? well i would have told you a month ago that virginia we shouldn't be focusing on it and that new jersey is the best chance for us to have a flip opportunity from blue to red but here we have a democrat candidate j jones that's running for attorney general who is the chief executor of making sure that laws are followed that people are prosecuted and he is He is on record in a text message wanting to exterminate political opposition.
Starting point is 00:32:35 And I think the polling is really indicating that Jason Mierrez, who is our current Republican Attorney General in the Commonwealth of Virginia, well, he may very well win this November. This is anyone's ballgame. And the people that are going to come out in support of Miaris, well, win some seers. John Reed, I'm asking for your vote for all three candidates. Early voting is happening right now because we do have 45 days of early voting in Virginia. I know, right, 45 days. So you can go to online type in Virginia, early in person voting.
Starting point is 00:33:14 And for example, if you're in Fairfax County, you can go to the government center, bring your ID, vote early in person. And that's the seat of Virginia right now. Yeah, that's a really big deal. And by the way, even if it's only Jason Miaras who wins. And God willing, you're right, all three of them, the Republicans win in this race. But even if it's only Jason Mierrez, that is a really important thing to have a Republican Attorney General because Virginia is becoming more chaotic and more Democratic, unfortunately, with each passing election.
Starting point is 00:33:45 You know, we've had a reprieve thanks to Glenn Yonkin and company. But Jason Miaris will be the ballwork against a lot of the insanity in the state if he can stay as Attorney General. Well, and I really just want to follow up for a second to Virginia, while it has some red areas and clearly we have a red governor right now, Glenn Yonkin, we're only a couple state legislative seats away. And if the Democrats split the governorship, we are very close to be coming to California. It is not out of the realm of possibility that overnight, just like that you could have Virginia turn into Oregon, turn into Washington, turn into the left coast values. And people must vote this November and you must vote from the tap of the ticket all the way to the bottom. Vote in your
Starting point is 00:34:39 House of Delegates races. Vote in your state senator races. Because if the Democrats get a trifecta state government, there is going to be no check and balance stopping potentially Spanberger from doing whatever she wants. So Virginia, you got to vote. And whatever she wants includes going after your ability to own a gun. She's going to go, she's going to raise your taxes. She's going to allow men to be in little girls locker rooms. These are not, and she's, she's even said that she wants to turn the state into a sanctuary state for illegal aliens. This is, it's utter chaos if she wins. And just as a reminder, you know, you talk about Jay Jones and how we wanted to put two bullets in the head of the Republican House Speaker in Virginia.
Starting point is 00:35:22 First of all, he should be out of the race for that, for that reason alone. And Abigail Spanberger is standing by him. She's not calling for him to get out of the race. This is a party that is very comfortable with political violence, even at its upper ranks. And voters need to know about this and hold these guys accountable. These early vote things. I mean, one of the downsides to early voting, one of the many, is that voters are often not exposed to the most important information until too close to election day. And they might cast their vote before that.
Starting point is 00:35:50 Look, I'm telling you, even so, we've got the information. We know how bad J. Jones is. These Democrats need to be defeated. And one last final note on Virginia, Vince. So I follow the ICE press releases pretty religiously. And if you go through my social media feed, you'll see that I just posted about an illegal alien that was arrested in Virginia for exposing himself to a child at a bus stop. and the Commonwealth of Virginia. And the reason why I'm saying this is the number one reason, in my opinion,
Starting point is 00:36:26 why President Trump was reelected is the American people are tired of Democrats in our country putting illegal aliens, putting criminal illegal aliens first, and not protecting our families. And so what you said, Vince, about if Spanberger wins, Virginia will become a sanctuary state, and you will have criminal illegal aliens being able to run free. And again, a criminal illegal alien just exposed his genitalia to a child at a bus stop. It's infuriating. It is absolutely enraging. And it has to be stopped.
Starting point is 00:37:04 And we can do something as voters in Virginia. You can stop it. Not only should you vote, but bring every single person you can to the polls to do it. Okay. Let me ask you about New Jersey. That's where we have Jack Chittarelli and Mikey Sherrill. You mentioned that that was a race that a couple months ago you even realized was a lot more realistic for Republicans to win at the time.
Starting point is 00:37:25 And it looks to me like it continues to be that Jack Chittarelli has a real base of support in New Jersey. What's the state of play there? A month ago, I would have told you that even Mikey cheating scandal, Cheryl. You know, her name's actually not even Mikey. It's Rebecca. and you know she's not even from Jersey, she's from Virginia. Do you really want the Abigail Spanberger of Virginia winning the New Jersey
Starting point is 00:37:54 governorship when this woman got $7 million while being in Congress and she won't even admit to it? The woman that was a part of a big cheating scandal and she wasn't even able to walk with her class at the Naval Academy, the woman that has no plan to cap property taxes and make life affordable for New Jersey, the woman that has no plan to lower electricity prices when people literally come showing me their electrical bill because Democrats, they only believe in solar and wind, while Republicans, we believe in an all of the above approach to energy and we want to actually make life affordable. Well, I would have told you a month ago that Mikey was probably
Starting point is 00:38:36 up, but I'll tell you right now, to anyone that's watching any doubters out there, Jack Chattarelli can win this November. In 2021, let's go over the data. I'm a numbers guy. Jack Chatterilli, that election in 2021, just four years ago, was decided by 84,000 votes. 84,000 votes. Do you know, Vince, how many Republicans stayed home in New Jersey in 2021?
Starting point is 00:39:04 600,000. 600,000. We lost the race by 84,000. So sometimes Republicans, we're our own worst enemies because we get beliefs in our head and we go, ah, you'll never win New Jersey, uh, you'll never defeat Prop 50 in California. But the fact of the matter is if every beautiful Trump supporter that voted in 2024 bringing New Jersey five percentage points away from Donald Trump winning and defeating
Starting point is 00:39:34 Kamala Harris votes this year in 2025, you will elect Jack Chatterrelli and we will make life more affordable in the garden states so people actually stay here and don't have to move to Pennsylvania or Texas or Florida. Yeah, it is a massive thing. And you're right. I remember that race for Jack Chitorelli. And I looked at that. I was like I was I was impressed by how well he did and horrified that he didn't get across the finish line for the reasons you just stated. Is there institutional support for these races? Are you detecting that? One of the things I noticed in Virginia is that it looked like Republican money started flowing in after the J. Jones scandal began. When the text messages popped up and were like, holy crap, this guy's a violent lunatic,
Starting point is 00:40:18 there might be an opportunity here for winsome Sears to win. I think the club for growth and a couple of other places, they started pouring money into advertising in Virginia to help. Are you seeing that in Virginia and in New Jersey right now? Are there Republican major Republican institutions that are helping in these races? Well, what I can tell you is Jack has the support of the people that especially matter, the voter. And I'll tell you that even going into the primary in 2025, that he was getting matching funds even before the Democrats. What that means is that he was doing really well in contributions.
Starting point is 00:40:54 I've done a lot of campaigns. I've met a lot of candidates. I haven't met a lot of people like Jack Chatterrelli that start in the morning, doing events, shaking hands, and even go into the evening. I mean, this guy, I'm not even blowing. smoke uh you know up anyone i'm not trying to say anything that isn't validated or true jack chatorelli is working tantamount as hard as i am going into this november he wants to win he wants to help the people of new jersey and i think that's why you're seeing donations come into his campaign but look at vavec ramaswami
Starting point is 00:41:31 coming as somebody that's running for governor of ohio vavek rameswami just came to new jersey uh benny johnson thank you for coming to New Jersey. Jack Posobic, thank you for coming to New Jersey. I have 14 full-time staff in New Jersey, and as soon as we won Pennsylvania last year, I said, we're going to the Garden State, and here's my promise to the people out there. This is a promise and commitment to you today. You help me elect Jack Chatterrelli, two promises. One, I will continue to hire full-time staff in New Jersey, and we are going to make New Jersey a swing state going into the 2028 presidential elections. That's promise number one. Promise number two. You help us win with Jack Chattarelli's governor this year in the Garden State. I promise to spend considerable time going to New York next year
Starting point is 00:42:23 supporting Elise Stefanik for governor against disgraced Kathy Hokel. We need states to support each other, help each other, and the domino is going to be we won PA, we're going to win New Jersey. We go to New York and who knows. We're going to then Connecticut, Rhode Island, Maine. We'll go to New England, but there must be a progression. You know, I talked about how, you know, one thing that people should definitely do is vote, take advantage of the early voting period, so long as those are the rules live by them and then bring everyone else with you as you can. Are there other things what should people do? I'm sure you get asked this all the time. And so help out this audience. What are the things that people can actually do to win these races? So how do you, what's
Starting point is 00:43:05 actionable here. Let's say that you're in one of the states I described or maybe you're in another state and you're inspired to take action right now. Well, my app, it's called the early vote action app and it's on iPhone. It's on Android. This is free. I don't make you pay for it. It's absolutely free. And you have four methods that you can talk to voters. You can come to Virginia, Pennsylvania, New Jersey and knock on doors. We have targeted registered Republicans on there. I'm not sending you into Fairfax City. I'm not sending you into the belly of the beast. I'm having you talk to Republican voters. You can also send postcards. We're still writing postcards now. You can send text messages from the comfort of your home. You can make phone calls.
Starting point is 00:43:51 These are all things that we have campaigns loaded in the app right now that you can target voters that voted last year and tell them how important it is to come out this year. And we're also talking to people that didn't vote in 2021, describing how close the election was and how important it is for them to make their voices heard this November. We're not going to let that 84,000 number happen again. We're going to make this too big to rig. We're going to beat the cheat. We are going to win. We are going to send Jack Chattarelli to the governor's mansion on Tuesday, November 4th, 2025. It's not just New Jersey and Virginia. There's other elections going on. I know that One area that I've been interested in, I know this audience is interesting, is the Prop 50 fight in California that's going on right now.
Starting point is 00:44:42 Prop 50 is basically a means by which the Democrats are going to try and redraw districts in the state. And they're trying to get it away from an independent districting commission. The state's already basically rigged for Democrats. They want to make it even more. And so voting no on Prop 50 is really important. What do you make of that fight? I am using my time and resources efficiently, which is why I've only talked about PA and JVA. So it's not that I don't love California.
Starting point is 00:45:12 But if you're in California, please, I mean, look, you got to vote, you got to send in your mail on ballot, you got to vote on election day, you got to do legal ballot harvesting, fight fire with a frickin' flame thrower. And you're not able to change the law, guys, unless you win. You got to win in order to make changes, period. We found that out in Virginia. We found that out in Pennsylvania. You're going to find that out in California. But real quick, segue. Yes, it is important to make Governor Newsom mad vote now.
Starting point is 00:45:44 But Pennsylvania, Pennsylvania, you guys have a once-and-a-generation opportunity to defeat three Democrat Supreme Court justices. And all you guys have to do, similar to Prop 50, vote no. you all you have to do is vote no this November in Pennsylvania. So let me set the stage real quick. There are five Democrats on the Supreme Court. Two of them are, excuse me, seven on the Supreme Court. Five or D, two are R. Three of the Ds are up for what's called retention. They've been on the bench since 2015. And if we don't vote no to them, they will get another 10-year term after already serving 10 years. And they will be on the Supreme Court in Pennsylvania. Pennsylvania until 2035.
Starting point is 00:46:32 These people locked down Pennsylvania during COVID, allowed mail and ballots to come three days after election day, and gerrymandered our maps in 2018, leading to the impeachment of Donald Trump, and freed Bill Cosby of his sexual assault conviction. So to any women out there, any moms and dads, any fathers, that's an easy no. All you have to do, Pennsylvania,
Starting point is 00:47:00 is flip over your ballot where the retention questions are and fire your judges by voting no to retention all the way from top to bottom. Turn over your ballot to term limit your judges. Flip over your ballot to fire your judges. And the last reason why I say that, Vince, is because in 2023, 440,000 people voted at the top of the ticket for Supreme Court and they didn't flip over their ballot. they didn't vote on the retention elections. You can defeat three Democrats in one election. All you have to do is vote now. It's such a huge deal, too. As you just described, when you laid out all the things I was thinking of is that that Pennsylvania Supreme Court has been out of control. It's been tyrannical. It's been at the center of so many of the most
Starting point is 00:47:50 glaring national controversies. And so here's a real opportunity to hold them accountable and change the future in the Keystone State. Is that message getting out? I know you're getting that message out. Do you think Pennsylvania voters are aware of the stakes here? Well, let's put it this way. For the first time in history, disgraced, well, not just because he's disgraced, but a governor Shapiro, Pennsylvania Democrat, is getting involved in the retention election. There are videos of him making phone calls to keep these justices that lock down our churches, schools, and businesses on the Supreme Court. My message is, Governor Shapiro,
Starting point is 00:48:29 you don't even have a budget for us. You haven't given us a budget and our people are not getting paid. Your schools are running out of money. Why are you spending your time focusing on judicial races when you should be focusing on the budget? And I'll tell you why, Vince, I'm a smart guy.
Starting point is 00:48:46 He's running for governor next year, but he's not just running for governor. He's running for president. And he wants the Supreme Court in Pennsylvania to rig the election for him, and he wants Pennsylvania locked in for his presidential bid. So if you at home, if you want to stop Governor Shapiro from even thinking about making it from Pennsylvania to Pennsylvania Avenue, you vote no to Democrat Doherty.
Starting point is 00:49:10 You vote no to Democrat Donahue, and you vote no to Democrat Wecht. And Vince, just say a little tidbit of information. Yeah. Kevin Dockertie is a Supreme Court justice. His brother, Johnny Dock, is a Philly Crime Crime. boss, and by the way, everything I'm saying is fact-checkable, is a Philly Crime Boss that embezzled $600,000 from the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers Local 98. Now, embezzling $600,000, do you know how much money IBEW Local 98 gave Kevin Dockertie when he was running for Supreme
Starting point is 00:49:42 Court justice in 2015? One point five million dollars. Hmm, coincidence? The last thing I want to say, I am pro-union and I am a Republican that believes that you should be able to join a union without coercion. And I believe that you as a union worker should be able to pay your dues and know where your dues are going and have choice in saying whether or not they go to political campaigns. I am pro-union. And if you are also pro-union and pro-worker, that means that I'm asking you to vote no, especially to the Doherty family that has been robbing hardworking union workers for decades. And you have the opportunity to say no this November. I ask for your vote. I've got a brother who does union work in the Philly area.
Starting point is 00:50:25 And if I found out that he was being robbed, I'd be horrified by it. I'd be working hard to help change his life. Yeah, it's just crazy. So, just to be clear, in Pennsylvania, these are three specific questions. Each person is considered on the ballot. So here's how it will say. And I actually, I have my meal on ballot back there. I haven't opened it yet, but I am voting 100%.
Starting point is 00:50:47 So when you flip over your ballot to fire your judges, each is going to be an individual. question. Should Christine Donahue be retained for another term? No. Should Kevin Docherty be retained for another term? No. Should David Wecht be retained for another term? No. Last thing. I'm not an ageist, but I am a law-abiding citizen. Christine Donahue, bless her heart, she turned 73 years old this year. We have a mandatory vacating law that you must retire. at 75 as a judge in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Why is Christine Donahue when she turned 73 years old this year running for another 10-year term when she knows that she cannot fulfill such a term?
Starting point is 00:51:36 You know why? Because Governor Shapiro can appoint a replacement. Democrats are trying to rig this. Democrats care more about power than they do the people choosing their candidates. So you have an opportunity. make Governor Newsom mad, vote no to Prop 50. Make Governor Shapiro mad. Vote no to retention.
Starting point is 00:51:59 I'm looking in our chat. There are people who live in Pennsylvania who weren't aware of the stakes here, who are grateful to you today. My people. I love you, my Pennsylvanians. Please vote. Please, please, please vote. They're grateful. Thank you. Oh, man, I'm so glad you're getting the word out. You're always so good at this.
Starting point is 00:52:13 Remind people of the app. What's the app again? Thank you. Well, number one, to anyone in all three of those states, I ask you, This is a plea in honor of especially the tragedy, the assassination of Charlie Kirk. His birthday was just days ago. It was October 14th. This is a young man that was stolen from us.
Starting point is 00:52:33 He would have been 32 years old. The least you guys can do, please, the least you can do. Number one, vote. I want you in honor of Charlie, and I see this as respectfully as possible. Call 32 of your friends in honor of what would have been his 36. second birthday and get them to vote this November. And if you don't have 32 Republican friends, you might be in Fairfax or Arlington. I'm sorry.
Starting point is 00:52:59 Then you can download the early vote action app and you can text 32 people. You can call 32 people. You can write 32 postcards. You can open the app in your neighborhood and knock on 32 doors, early vote action. It's free. It's on Android. It's on iPhone. You have registered Republicans that you can reach out to.
Starting point is 00:53:19 So please, I ask you to do your 32. Earlyvoteaction.com is where you can find out all the information. You can download the app from there. Scott Pressler, I thank you for constantly, constantly working on behalf of your country to make it a better place. Appreciate you, as always. I appreciate you. And thank you for honoring the Bongino legacy.
Starting point is 00:53:40 Yes, sir. Thank you very much. Good to see you, Scott. There is, Scott Presler, everybody likes Scott, because they're grateful that he's constantly plugging away at these things. And yeah, no, so we've got, we've got all these states where we've got elections of meaning going on. Virginia, got to get that winsome Sears and everybody else across the finish line. Chittarelli, get him across the finish line in New Jersey. You've got Prop 50, vote no in California. Let's stop more election rigging from going on in California. And in Pennsylvania, vote no on these retention questions on the back of your ballot. Turn the ballot over. Get all your friends out. Vote no on this thing. That's it. Flip your ballot. over and vote no to retain these idiots because look they've they've been a part of some of the biggest scandals in american history we've seen them play out you want to do something to stop them
Starting point is 00:54:28 you can do it to the people in the commonwealth of pennsylvania in the keystone state now's your chance you know so we keep we keep plugging away at these elections because they really matter hey um and and by the way you know people ask me all the time i get messages like well you should have it's funny i do i get messages all the time about this you're like you should have wins some sears on Have winsome Sears on so you can promote her. Have Jack Chitorelli on so you can promote him. Ladies and gentlemen, you think I'm not trying this? I'm constantly.
Starting point is 00:54:54 You know how many phone calls and emails we've placed to these offices to try and get these guys on? There's only so much I can do. I've gift-wrapped the invitation. Come on. You guys are welcome on the show. But, you know, whatever. They're making decisions here on what they want to do with their campaign time. And if they want to be on the program, fine.
Starting point is 00:55:11 It's up to them. I don't, I'm not doing it for my ratings. I'm just doing it because I want to see these guys. get across the finish line and succeed. And I want as many people as possible to know about them and support them. But you do whatever you got to do. But again, they have both of these candidates,
Starting point is 00:55:25 both wins some Sears as well as Jack Chitterell. You've got an open invitation. Welcome any time to appear before this audience. We've extended that invitation both privately and now publicly a lot. So that's the state of play. Yeah, keep trying says later, Jeff. I'm telling you, we must do it every day.
Starting point is 00:55:44 I think we've reached out like every day. I told you yesterday that there was going to be a big Supreme Court hearing on whether or not Democrats can continue to rig elections by racially profiling voters and then drawing districts through racial prejudice. And the good news is that the Supreme Court case yesterday went very well for decent people. The conservatives on the court seem to be leaning towards, yeah, you're not allowed to do that anymore. No more racism when it comes to drawing elections. But the lefties on the court, well, they were clinging desperately to race. districts designed to help Democrats. Here's Katanji Brown Jackson yesterday.
Starting point is 00:56:21 I swear to you, I'm not putting words into her mouth. You can hear her say it. She says that to be black means to be disabled. What? Listen to Katanji Brown Jackson yesterday, who Joe Biden put on the Supreme Court. Listen. You're responding to current day manifestations of past and present decisions that disadvantaged minorities and make it so that they don't have equal access to the voting system,
Starting point is 00:56:53 right? They're disabled. In fact, we use the word disabled in Milligan. We say that's a way in which you see that these processes are not equally open. They're disabled. The black people are disabled, so we need disabled districts. Do you hear yourself? Do you hear how nakedly racist and just insane that is? And she makes a comparison. It's like the Americans with Disability Act, you know. We build ramps in front of buildings because people are in wheelchairs. So why shouldn't we draw districts around people on the basis of their skin color?
Starting point is 00:57:27 They're disabled. Tell that to what? Tell that to Clarence Thomas, who, by the way, is actually smart and like brilliant on that court. I saw this is great. And yesterday, for what it's worth yesterday, was the 34th anniversary of Clarence Thomas joining the United States Supreme Court. 34 years that American Patriot has been doing that great job. And check out the Babylon B take on Kintaghi Brown Jackson yesterday.
Starting point is 00:57:56 Clarence Thomas gently explains to Ketanji Brown Jackson that not all black people are mentally disabled. Just her. I am so grateful for you, as always. A lot of fun to spend some time with you today. A lot, very nice to talk about so many great victories that coming out of the Trump administration and more victories ahead,
