So today, I am going to be talking about how today is your day.
Starting point is 00:01:20 So today is your day. You guys have to realize you woke up today. Isn't that a beautiful thing? Did you wake up with excitement or did you just fall out of bed? You know, today wasn't guaranteed to you or me, so appreciate it. And the problem with that is tomorrow is not guaranteed either. So if today was the last day that you ever had on this earth, would you be doing right now what you're doing? Ask yourself that. What are you doing right now? Are you driving to work? Are you dropping the kids off at school? Are you working out at the gym? Today could be your last day on earth. It could be mine. Nobody knows. So if today were your last day, would you be doing what you're doing right
Starting point is 00:02:03 now? Because today is your day. Today's you be doing what you're doing right now? Because today is your day. Today's going to be a good day. Today's going to be a positive day. Today is going to be a productive day. Today's your day to tell people how much you love them, to hug them harder, to hold them tighter. Today's your day to stop following others and start doing what you want to do and start following your own dreams.
Starting point is 00:02:24 Today is your day to prove all of the people who don't believe in you wrong. Stop following others and start doing what you want to do and start following your own dreams. Today is your day to prove all of the people who don't believe in you wrong. Today is your day to prove all of the bullies that you've ever had in your entire life wrong. Today is your day to get in the absolute best shape of your life, to hit the gym harder, to eat healthier, and to realize that your body is your temple and that this is the only true place that you will ever live is inside of that body. And if you want to extend this short life that we all have, you must take care of it. Today is your day to look back and smile because you truly live today to the fullest from start to finish. And today is your day because today you're going to
Starting point is 00:03:05 do things differently. You will do things the best that you have ever done them. Today is your day to silence that little voice inside your head that talks down to you, that says you're not enough, that says you're not good enough, that says you're not smart enough, that says you're not good looking enough, that says you're not fit enough, today is the day you'll silence that voice and you will replace it with a powerful one. A voice that tells you how great you are, how smart you are, how fit you are, how pretty you are. And even though we all know that we're still on the road to improving ourselves, that you're good enough just the way that you are. Today, you will find that powerful person that you know is inside. Today is your day because you will do things differently. You will jump out of your comfort
Starting point is 00:03:50 zone and you will do things differently. You will drive home a different way. You'll act a different way. You'll be different in every way. Today, you will concentrate on self-improvement knowing that you will become a better version of yourself today and you will be a better version of yourself than you were yesterday and the day before. And knowing that it's not ever about the destination, it's always about the journey, the journey to your dream, the journey to self-improvement. Today's your day because you will follow your passion. You will find what makes you come alive inside and you will follow it with all of your heart. Whatever your dream, whatever your goal, whatever those may be, today you will
Starting point is 00:04:31 take steps closer to get to those goals and you will go to bed being closer to those goals than you ever have been. Today is the day that you will realize that you deserve to have everything that you want in this world and you will work your tail off towards getting there. Today you will push yourself because you'll never know your limits unless you push yourself to them. Today is your day. You lay your head down tonight. You'll lay your head down with a smile, knowing that you did every single thing that you possibly could to make today the best day that you absolutely could. And you'll go to bed a better version of yourself than you woke up as. And if you do this today, if you do this tomorrow,
Starting point is 00:05:18 this week, this month, this year, and your entire life, you will have lived the ultimate life that most people can only dream of.
