For a few years, in the 1970s, the Mr Asia syndicate made millions.
Heroin creates its own market.
It acts like a form of play.
Until jealousy, betrayal and murder brought it all crashing down.
Then he just pulled out a gun, shot her in the back of the head,
and then said to Wayne, you're going to help me bury her.
This is Mr Asia, A Forgotten History.

Welcome to A Little Bit of Pod.
Guys, I'm finally doing it.
I'm getting a new doctor.
I love this.
I know.
Well, I...
Wait, you love getting a new doctor,
or you love she's getting a new doctor? She's finally doing it because you... My beloved doctor. I love this. I know. Well, I... You love getting a new doctor or you love she's getting a new doctor?
She's finally doing it because you...
My beloved doctor. You know, I've just
never moved on from her. Thayer.
We love Thayer. We love Thayer.
So you stayed with the practice that she left.
Stayed with the practice, but I haven't had the same connection.
I felt a little bit judged one day when she was talking about
how much I drink during the week and then
it was like, oh, old women aren't on anxiety medication.
And I was like, well, this old woman't on anxiety medication. And I was like,
well, this old woman will be.
And I'll be also drinking a lot.
Anxiety medication.
That's because I think
they were just pushing it down, weren't they?
Look, I'm not having a go.
Living a miserable and unhappy life.
She was definitely
of my best interest at heart,
but sometimes I'm like,
I also know what I need
and what I want.
And fuck off.
Do you know what I mean?
Fuck off,
because that's a glass of wine.
You want a best friend that's a doctor.
I want a best friend that's a doctor.
That was Thaya.
And Thaya got invested.
Anyway, I was talking.
Also, you're not allowed to, your doctor's not allowed to be your friend, though.
I know, but Thaya's not my doctor anymore, so now we can cuddle and text.
Now you can be friends.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
So, while speaking.
Why isn't your doctor allowed to be your friend?
Because it's conflict of interest.
Yeah, because we were talking to Dr. Shawnee about this.
We were like, imagine if we came to you.
He'd be like, I can't.
And he'd be like, I can't. And then it'd be weird, like, if you had to show your dick to your friend. He also didn't want to look. Shawnee about this. We were like, imagine if we came to you. He's like, I can't. And he'd be like, I can't.
And then it'd be weird if you had to show your dick to your friend.
He also didn't want to look at my pussy.
Yeah.
Right.
He made that quite clear.
Yeah.
He had no interest in looking at my pussy.
So we were catching up with Dr. Shawnee over the weekend.
And I mentioned that I wanted a new doctor and I wanted non-judgmental.
Yeah.
And I wanted them to be aware of my things and stuff.
Yeah.
So he's recommended someone at his practice, which means like when I'm there, I'll be like,
Dr. Shorty.
It's really weird when you see your friends working.
It's so odd.
Have you ever, like when you see your friends, like, cause I've dropped some stuff off to
him and he came out and he was in like a shirt and all like, like a doctor.
And I was like.
Yeah.
I've picked up my friend from.
In his scrubs.
My best friend. And she works like corporate, corporate. corporate and I'm always like who the fuck are you like as a yeah
yeah yeah yeah Jesus Christ yeah it's like it's like seeing people like have you ever run into
anyone that you always see at the gym working yeah and you're like oh I thought you only existed
here yeah yeah it's so odd well Dr. Shawnee recommended one of his workmates and I have
downloaded the forms today which which I filled out.
Which Shannon printed out.
Shannon printed out.
You caused Gen Z anxiety.
It burnt her out.
It burnt her out.
And I mean, look, I can be honest with the podcast fam, right?
I can be honest with them.
Yeah.
It's all like, ask you the questions, and it said standard drinks,
and you were like, I can say it.
So I wrote the number.
What have you written here 30 a week well i just wrote the maximum amount that i would hurt
30 that's not good is it well no but add it up but you know add it up i saw a great meme this week
it was like every cigarette you smoke costs you 20 minutes of your life but every week you give
40 hours to a company that doesn't give a fuck about you.
Okay, here's the thing.
That's a good little lead into the real question.
The drinks thing, I'm like, I know that she'll go, that's a bit much,
and I'll go, that's fine.
And the question was the cigarette thing, because it's always like,
are you a smoker, an ex-smoker, or a non-smoker?
Now, I'm not a smoker.
Is there a packet of cigarettes in my handbag right now?
Yes. Do you know what I'm not a smoker. Is there a packet of cigarettes in my handbag right now? Yes.
Do you know what I mean?
It's confusing.
Because you just get drunk and have a rogue ciggy.
It's so weird.
Party darts.
Excuse me, they've got a name, they're party darts.
Party darts.
I like my party darts.
I smoked when I was at drama school and stuff,
and then I quit like 13 years ago.
Yeah.
And then just on the big nights, man,
I just like it to hit a party dart and so yeah
i've answered no right no smoking and then i got to another four minute ask me again it's like they
knew i lied on the first one do you know what i mean do you smoke yes no how many per day if you
ever smoke how long for how many per week so i wrote that yes i did years and
years ago for a couple of years but i just wrote do you smoke no okay so and i just might just be
like party darts party one party dart even now and then i have a little a little puff on a party
dart jesus yeah i know don't judge me you know i'm just trying to be honest with my new doctor
that's good to be honest
