that that's that's where success is really defined is your ability to get through whatever friction one there's the expectation of friction to the acknowledgement of friction and then three the dealing of the friction right how are you are you going to use it to propel yourself forward and up are you going to use it you know is it going to idle you is it going to spin you backwards some cases will chew you up and spit you backwards but everybody is going to go through the friction Ask Michigan, ask Utah, and it's a thing. But a part of talent and making decisions and making the right decisions is not having full identity of what the future holds. But what is your plan as you make your decisions that puts you in the best place, no matter what your surroundings are?

No matter what the vacuum does, what will you do? do you have a plan for what happens no matter what happens to you around you that's the difference between a lot of these programs and the difference between a lot of coaches is the ability to adapt as you said earlier in game what do you do when things that you that you plan on don't work what will you do right some will say that success is defined by when things go your way what will you do i'm a member of the club that says things are going to happen then what then what and i think good programs have an answer and i have a plan and they have a process and they have they've trained for that and then moment if then then this the best
