To one-on-one here, 93.7, the ticket, Ticketfm.com.
One more quick segment here on one-on-one with DP
because we're sending it out to take down Tuesdays from Alumni Hall,
just down the road, literally just down the block.
You continue to walk and you'll have all of them as where as well.
Yeah, it'll be interesting as well to see, you know,
Ridge Lovett and Company alongside Jalen Ray's for Servant Valley.
So if you don't go hang out with them, see them, get some gear,
whatever it may be, they'll be out there.
But real quick, before we get out of here as well,
Nebraska is taking on Bowling Green.
You have the Bowling Green Falcons from the Mac
in the same conference as Ohio.
They started their season with a loss to Tarlington State and FCS team.
This was the first FCS over FBS game.
Not to be confused, UMass is not an FCS team.
They are a part of the Mac as well.
So an interesting week for the conference as well with the Mac.
So you had Bowling Green coached by Eddie George
and they fall in this game.
Starting quarterback Jay Kastinick, he put up a solid numbers, though, 24 of 30, pretty good accuracy there, 626 yards in that one.
However, a loss, though, down the stretch by the Falcons losing 2013.
Dorian Pringle, one of their linebackers anchoring the Falcons.
He had 16 tackle performance in that one as well.
So they start the season with a loss.
The thing is, this is the part I love talking about college roll.
Any given Saturday is the big talking point in this one as well.
because you have any given week in college football is the best part of this sport.
Year ago, we saw Florida State beat Alabama.
How did that season go the rest of the way for both of those squads?
They went completely different directions as well.
So you always have to be, you got to take every game like it means something.
Yes, every game matters, especially in this college football playoff format,
but you have to handle business, whether you're playing the number one team in the country,
or whether you're playing an FCS team.
in Bowling Green is a team that probably did not expect to fall in that matchup,
especially with that being a team that is Tarlington State in the FCS level,
who had a solid showing last year as well.
But still, as a max school, you should be able to win that one in its entirety
and handle business as you go through the college football season.
So keeping tabs on that.
That game is on Saturday.
Remember, post game, pregame as well.
Nebraska's second crack at a Mac team already beat one.
Bowling Green with that loss, yes, they're 0 and 1.
They're looking to pick up a win, but they're playing a Nebraska team who,
you know, you saw what happened.
You saw what happened in college football.
And Bowling Green coached by an NFL legend, a legend in the sport in Eddie George,
this is a team that did not have a great year last year.
They were compared to Ohio, very different circumstances.
I did not go to a bowl game.
We're kind of in the bottom of that conference, but any given week,
It was Ohio this week.
Now you're on to beat Bowling Green Week.
And then you move on to North Dakota and so on and so forth.
So thanks for everybody stopping by.
Come up next, though.
Alumni Hall, Ridge Love it, take down Tuesdays,
followed by serving volley with Jalen Reyes.
Go check them out.
Go get some ticket gear as well.
A lot to talk about as that progresses.
And we'll be right back here before the girls club and the rest of your ticket weeknight
slate right here on 93.7.
The ticket and the ticket.fm.com.
