that was being played at it. Another really good, the paper line. So George Plympton was a renowned writer and sports columnists and football fans. Right? So he's a Detroit Lions fan. So somehow he convinced the Detroit lines to allow him to come to training camp and try to be like a quarterback. Oh.

And this is back in the 70s, I want to say. Maybe late 60s or early 70s. And it had a lot of the actual Detroit lines in the movie. So it started out as a book. And then Alan Alda from Mash played George Plympton in the movie. Oh. It's really good. Like, it's really good.

And it shows him they did some things. Waterboy is top 15. Waterboy's top 15. Any given Sunday's top 15. So which one is number one? Number one. Did somebody get it? 42 is number one.

Okay, so who got. That's, oh, I got to scroll down a bit. Hopefully they didn't text in again after they sent it in. Yeah. Oh, they definitely did. The last boy got it's really good. I got to find them. It's really good.

Friday Night Lights. Sten. So Sten. Sten gets the cake. Yes. Yes. Friday Night Lights is so good in the football. The football was very good.

Like the actual football playing was very good. when it comes to football movies, old school football movies, but I'm trying to think there's another one that I'm missing. Little Giants is really good. It's a great one. It's really good. Spike don't play with boys.

There's one with George Clooney, the leatherheads, leatherheads, where the football's actually pretty good as well. I just, so Mark gave me like a collection of DVDs, and that was one of them that I decided to keep. keep so I'll have to watch that please watch that please watch that if we are Marshall was in that was in what we were talking about earlier and on old school we are Marshall makes me cry I'm sorry somebody oh that's hilarious that is right here

I have not, no. With Craig T. Nelson as the head coach. Again, it's like to him being on, getting his own show with this. Yes, the Express is exceptional. and it's the older, it's the other Penn brother who played football movies. And then really good, like really good storytelling. Man, yeah, that's really good. I may have to reconsider it. That was really good. I was laughing at this unnamed text that said, AirBud's not in your top five. No, I'm sorry.

I missed that train. You know what, Fred? That one gets you cake. Fred Nott of Hoiburg gets you a cake. He goes, did anybody mention heaven can wait? Which hits me on several levels. Warren Beatty, who went to my high school. He and his sister, Shirley MacLean is his sister.

Not everybody knows that. Yeah. Warren Beatty and Shirley Maclean are their siblings. And they both went to Washington Valley High School in Arlington. He plays Joe Pendleton, who is a quarterback for the Rams, who through his training, was in an accident, but the angel pulled him from the scene too soon. He wasn't supposed to go. So they try to find a way to put him back.

into an athlete's body so he can play. He then becomes, they put him back and he becomes owner of the team who then wants to try out for the Rams as they're on the Super Bowl tribe. And the best part of it is they put, they had like Deacon Jones, Marlonosa Roosier. Like they had, they had the Rams from like the fearsome for some in the movie. And he plays a quarterback really good. Really good.

What I love is that they were, they made an effort with the football. And I actually loved the not Eagles football in Invincible. When they're just playing, what is him with his friends playing. Yeah. Was really good football. Really good football. I am absolutely an over-the-top guy. I have absolutely an over-the-top guy.

Like, anything that was, like, wrestling and or, like, arm wrestling, yeah, I'm in. Like, I'm all in. Varsity Blues is easily one of my 10 most quotable movies. I give it a 10. 10. 10. I give it a 10.

replacements because I was there in the building when they were doing this stuff. So the vouchers you can use for any game coming up. Joe says this thing on. Grit Iron Gang was really good messaging. But what's the other one that the Rock played in where he's a football player and he has like an adopted daughter? No, it's not adopt.

Miracle, which was one of the ones that we were talking about. But yeah, Ali was exceptional because Will Smith just had to kind of transform himself into it. That's what I like by him and DeNear. Boxing movies allow you to transform. Like it forces you to. A million dollar baby. Yeah. It forces you.
