Back to one-on-one with D.P.
Sponsored by the Downtown Lincoln Foundation on 93-7 the ticket.
Your attention, please.
October 2nd, Friday, October 2nd.
Opening night, presented by Shields, the tip-off for the 2026-27 basketball season.
October 2nd, Friday night at the Rail Yard.
This year's event will take place at the intersectional.
of Arn Canopy directly in front of Pinnacle Bank Arena.
The event is free and features both the men's and women's Husker programs.
Opening night will feature introductions of both Husker teams' remarks from coaches
Hoyberg and Williams and some of the players with contests with players and fans
and more, the event, which includes an autograph session with both programs.
It will take place between 7 and 8.30.
Now, I'm just going to let you know.
If you want autographs, you probably should get to the haymarket around 3 o'clock.
Bach, if you try getting in the line at 645, you're going to get Herbys and Little Reds.
That's because you track them down and you move quicker than they do.
That's it.
That's it.
Bach identified that there are some specials going on, some things.
some added value things that have been added to availability.
Bok kind, sir?
What do you have?
Yeah, keep in mind, this is just for the Ohio game.
So prices might change if there are bigger games going on.
But if you want to, you can get into some more experiences here,
Game Day experiences.
An Osborne Legacy Complex tour, it'll cost you a pretty penny for most of these.
$3,500 bucks.
Yes or no?
No.
Okay.
Not for me.
okay yeah i would like to take it to her at some point but i've got other things you would take it but
yeah rent rent over going to yeah yeah cool experience but i've got other things that can run
yeah uh first half sideline experience as well as the second half 1500 bucks
okay now you're talking you're talking you're talking my language because
i'm okay with that if you had a a
spare $1,500,
would you do it?
I might, to your point, I think of, you know,
I've just done so much in Memorial Stadium, I might
would want to do that on a Celtics game or like a Cardinals game
or something. Would you do it at Oregon?
For a big time of game? Husker game.
Yeah. In Oregon. Yeah.
Would you do it
at Nebraska versus Indiana?
Yeah.
Big house. Yeah.
Yeah, there's some, right?
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Right, that if you would do that.
Now, I, it doesn't say there,
but I would imagine that that rate is going to go up when it's not Ohio.
Right, yeah.
So I don't know, I don't know what, what,
what the magic number is if there is what.
But what would be the number for you to be on the sideline against Ohio State?
I mean, again, you get to a point where, you know,
the diminishing returns, I got some other stuff.
but, you know, probably like two grand.
Yeah, I mean, in the space.
Yeah.
Right?
Yeah, when you think about getting a ticket to that game is going to be,
depending on the,
also, you know, you don't want to buy it too early.
That game, I've said before,
I've gotten to an Ohio State and Iraq game.
You're so funny.
I might want to hold on and see what the same looks like.
That's not happening this season.
Oh, let's hope not.
No, it's not happening this year.
That was that the COVID year or the year?
That was the 2021, 3 and 9 season where they were losing.
You described, remember pregame with you?
Oh, you described it as a funeral.
People were walking to a funeral.
Oh, no, they knew.
They were going to the dentist that day, man.
Jackson and Jake had like 200 yards receiving at a half time.
They were going to a funeral, man.
It was not, there was no celebration to be had.
But yeah, 10 bucks on a secondary side.
It was a great deal.
I think I saw the get in for Saturday on the next level ticket was 60 bucks.
I think that's the get-in.
I don't know what it currently is.
Looks like at least,
let's see here,
this is vivid seats,
at least can get in for 24.
That's before fees.
Shut up.
After fees,
usually gets up a little higher.
Really?
Again,
that's getting in,
so you're not going to get the best ticket.
Normally,
normally when I was doing one-on-one on Fridays
during football season,
that was a feature that I would do
is I would go up and down the ticket prices.
Like,
it would cost you to go see various games.
Pretty interesting.
NFL's next week.
Patriot, Seattle.
What do you think the get-in ticket is?
This is in Seattle?
In Seattle.
The cheapest seat.
$3.375?
$2.90.
Yeah.
It would be expensive.
Here's the thing I don't understand.
The Bears traveled to,
Carolina for the opener?
What do you think that the cheapest ticket is?
Well, this is a surprise.
Carolina low.
Let's say 40 bucks.
$206.
Ooh.
Carolina's ready for this.
Okay.
They were, listen, here are the numbers for all the games for the NFL.
Lowest ticket, bills and Texans.
I'm stunned.
It's only 160 bucks.
Commander's Eagles, 208.
Bucks Bengals in
Centinetti 1.44.
Saints Lions
222.
Here's your winner.
If you want to go watch a cheap football game
in the National Football League,
the New York
football jets and the Tennessee Titans,
you can get in for a 20 spot.
Really?
You can get in for 20 bucks.
$20.
$20.
$20.
Man, what a life.
What have you done?
What have you done?
My goodness.
Bach, what are y'all doing next?
Well, I see Todd Euler, he is waiting in the wings to come in here.
So 20 bucks.
20 bucks.
Maybe we'll find out other things we can do for 20 bucks.
I don't know.
20 bucks.
Wow.
Don't go anywhere.
