the station is really just coaching athletes. it's a good way to look at it. It really, well, that's why it works. Yeah. That's why it works because we have coaches, smart people, and really good athletes. People who have a talent pool. They have a resume of talent.

They put in the work to support that talent. They never come in unprepared. They're always willing to do more. They're always willing to share the information they know and then ask questions about the stuff they don't. And I love the beauty of it. is that nobody here knows everything and nobody here claims to do. But we certainly want to get to the right question.
