Like 10 minutes ago, they announced it Frost is back. Yeah, we got that. Covered it, covered it, covered it. A couple of things in place. And I'd like to use this as a GPS and a reset. What should the job description be for the head coach?

What things should be included in? What should the focus? because at the top of the list, I would imagine that winning is pretty high on the list of things that a head coach is responsible for. Below that, there are several other things, and they are all things that he is ultimately being the highest paid person on the staff and the leader that he is responsible for everything, anything and everything that happens on his watch, especially when he's the groomed-up in the room.

As a fan base, as a fan base, the responsibility. the respect should be in that we will hold people accountable with that while rooting for them like crazy. Be a fanatic, but be one of integrity, be honest, be fair, and be consistent.
