You're never quite sure what you're going to get. Some days we'll read all the text. Some days we'll read none.
Starting point is 00:00:29 Some days we'll go down the rabbit hole and stay there. Some days we'll bounce back out. Back, let's do what we're supposed to do. Pay the bills. Pay the bills. That's right. This hour of the show here on 937, ticket is sponsored by Hamilton Telecommunications, bringing you the latest quality technology

Appropriately saw, friends from Lincoln, Lancaster Health Department, send some information. They're on a campaign. And based on some of the text from last night, I think we need to read it. I think we need to read that as well, Bach. Can you grab that read and go for it?
Starting point is 00:01:10 Yeah, credible mind plus overdose awareness. The Lincoln Lancaster County Health Department has launched Credible Mind, a free confidential online platform to support your mental well-being. You can find it anytime at myhealthymind.crediblemind.com. Here's why it matters. Starting point is 00:01:56 an analysis. We appreciate you listening. We appreciate you adding too. We appreciate it. We certainly like it when you listen. Timmy V says, we have won our last two one-score games. When was the last time we could say that?
Starting point is 00:02:10 Facts. All facts. Facts. He also says, I don't see how you could be madded with the results. We played with an NFL against an NFL defensive tackle, and E.J. ran over the most of the game. Shut down the passing game. Struggled with likely the best quarter.
Starting point is 00:02:26 running quarterback we'll see all year. Also to the text line, 4512 says people are worried about we beat a middle of the pack, big 12 team by three. How are we going to handle winning 50% during the Big Ten schedule? Again, appreciate it. Ron says this, I'm fine with winning
Starting point is 00:02:44 by one point every game. So as long as the player selection committee and poll voters feel the same way. They will talk about teams that win one point games. They will not talk about teams who do not. that's how that work. Corey says this.
Starting point is 00:02:59 People forget that in 2017, barely beat Missouri. Just look at it that way and be happy. We're still on our way to a championship. Whoa. James and Lincoln says this. D.P. speaking truth today. Insert Michael Scott. Thank you, Jeff.
Starting point is 00:03:13 Here, you are correct. Appreciate you, brother. Well done. D-Train says a one-score game against Ohio State, and they are national champions. It happens to the best. Ohio Husker says this. Yeah, people need to back.
Starting point is 00:03:26 up from the ledge. It was a win and we should celebrate that. Everyone forget that Notre Dame played in the national championship game after a loss to Northern Illinois early in the year. Facts, those are all facts. Tommy says, I left the building happy. Then I had to walk through Arrowhead's nightmare parking lot.
Starting point is 00:03:43 It is the 10th circle of hell for sure. Block is that a statement of truth. That is a statement of truth. We did not budge. We did not move whatsoever for the first hour, I think, in the car, trying to get out of there. Yeah, I mean, I think Arrowhead was a, I think they'll do it again.
Starting point is 00:03:57 I think it was an awesome experience. I think Kansas City mayor or, you know, one of the electorates already tweeted that out. But interesting, interesting, I'll say. Because it was, you know, Arrowhead was my first NFL stadium. So kind of adjusting to the parking prices and the chicken strips that I bought there. But it was. How much were the strips?
Starting point is 00:04:19 I've got chicken strips in a bottle of water that cost me $38. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Do you get fries with them? those? Yeah, we did get fried. Yeah, it's, come on. This is, come on. You, are you? You want to play an
Starting point is 00:04:34 arrowhead, do you? Bring on Memorial Stadium in the Runzes. Yeah. I think they did have like a makeshift runs. I didn't see it, but I saw it online of a makeshift runs to stand in there somewhere. Oh, man. You know, and it was good to have the future, uh, Cincinnati Bearcats, football GM in the building, uh, with his new fiance. That was incredible. It was weird because I had to note that too. It was like, my mind was hurting because I was like, okay, the best football player in the world, maybe of our generation is in here. And I haven't stopped looking for Taylor Swift. Like, I'm not necessarily even looking for Patrick Molls.
Starting point is 00:05:09 I don't care. I'm looking, where's Taylor Swift? I want to see her. Programming matters. The way your brain is programmed. And a lot of what we do on 101 is to deprogram. It is to deep program how people are thinking about things. Or at least to give them another option how to do it.
Starting point is 00:05:25 Actually, Foley says. I look at it this way. The last 10 years or so, we've been losing that game, 20 to 17 on an interception in the game. That is a statement of truth. Thomas Lik is, why would Nebraska fans lose it more if we performed like Iowa or had games like we did last night? Yeah, you have to be careful.
Starting point is 00:05:46 And again, if you're upset, be upset. I'm not telling me about how to feel. I'm, one, I'm saying I'm celebrating the win. And then everything else will fall in line after that. Gabe says, I don't know why everyone's so upset. Here's what I took out of the game last night. We stuck with running the ball. We ran the damn ball.
Starting point is 00:06:05 Two thumbs up. We did not celebrate after every little play. Two thumbs up. We got to win against a really decent team. Two thumbs up. Agree with you there, Gabe. Big Bird says, ask Iowa fans if they care how many games they win. Like, hey, hey, say it.
Starting point is 00:06:21 Say it. Say that. What does Matt rule? and my flag football team have in common. Both are undefeated in 2025. Two thumbs up. Well done, Ben. Well done, Ben. Greatly appreciate that good stuff as well.
Starting point is 00:06:34 With order to break, come back hour two. We'll reset the table for you. We'll get to more text and more tweets and more numbers, more stats by DP one-on-one. Watch live on Facebook, YouTube, or Twitch. You're listening to One-on-One-on-One with DP on 93-7 the Ticketfm.com.
