Starting point is 00:00:00 You're listening to One-on-One with DP, sponsored by Beatrice Bakery, on 937 The Ticket and the Ticketfm.com. The time is up. The time is now. Rico, so what I need for you to do is to find the version where they actually say what they're going to say during the song. My time is now. Right? But there's a word that he says at the very beginning that he kind of screams. What is that word?
Starting point is 00:00:42 I actually don't know. I've always said, like, Rapado. Yeah. Is that what it is? It's something, right? But I don't know what that is.
Starting point is 00:00:51 I don't know what language that is. I will provide. Because it's not rapido. I will. Because that is Spanish. No, I will provide a care package to Beatrice Bakery to the first person that Texas is in. So the John Cena theme song,
Starting point is 00:01:07 as soon as it happened, there's a word that's kind of screaming. and then it gets into the rap and that sort of thing. I can find it real quick. Well, go get to it, Rico. You can do that. Like, those are... Not the word, but the song.
Starting point is 00:01:21 Yeah, you can find the song, but I need to... You know, you can find the word. Just don't tell the word. Just don't say the word. And whatever text or gets it, we can do that. 4-2, 464, 5, 685, Honda Lincoln Hotline, Starter Haven text line.
Starting point is 00:01:36 I'm really, like, I need to figure out, Hey, so RICO. Yes. As we enter, like somebody tells us what name they want us to use. Can we put, like, is there a way to put in the name and then put like a star or a check, a blue check or something next to the name? I'm sure I can put a star, like a plus sign or something. Right. So can we announce like we can put the texture in standing like based on what they text?
Starting point is 00:02:08 what they text in. Like a star for top level, right? We can do that. If you want to. I think I found it. Hold on. It's got the actual. Right.
Starting point is 00:02:27 Right. See what it says. Abadu. Abadu? Is that what does it say? I don't know. I don't know. There are a couple of textures that are lining this things up.
Starting point is 00:02:40 But I'm just trying to figure it out, right? A textor says, I'm going to do a spongy substance made from a certain fungi. That doesn't make sense. That seems wrong. I don't know. I don't believe you. I don't know.
Starting point is 00:03:00 This doesn't even have it. Play it again. Play it again. Okay, I don't I'm going to go back. Spudge? Like, like, that's a person. Like, that's, that would make this the greatest interest of the history of wrestling. Rapadoo.
Starting point is 00:03:25 Which, which apparently means can't see. me. I don't believe any of you. Mark, what do you, does that, well, but is that what the word means? Well, you're sitting there with a coffee bug. Can you help us? I just wanted Rico to make the sound before that. Right. He's got to roll your tongue. Yeah, but see, somebody says, like, like, if you, if you go to answers and you go to what is the first word of the John sing a, sing, uh, seen a song, some says avenue. Avenue. Oh, here we go. Amadu. Yeah, Google said Amadu, but like you said, that's that spongy fungus.
Starting point is 00:04:12 But that's not what that sounds like. I can't imagine that's what John Cena's yelling when he comes out of the tunnel. So Cheeseburger says Abadu means move aside in Spanish. Play it again, Rico. I'm just trying to. There was an R in there. No. No. Listen, listen. It's like Abadu.
Starting point is 00:04:40 What's that mean? I don't know. You know, like I am childish when it comes to pro wrestling themes. Can we call him? Can we ask him what says? I think that needs to be done. Actually, we would have to call Stephanie McMahon, who's the president of WW Music. And she can tell us what that is.
Starting point is 00:05:00 I'm fine with that. But, yeah, no, you don't want me on the phone with Stephanie. Hi, Stephanie. Hey, Stephanie. Where are your man? Where are you man at? Let me make sure. I want him spitting water at me.
Starting point is 00:05:15 What's going on? Make sure you by yourself. So the text line has 900 different responses. You're all wrong. I have no idea what's right. Fruitcake for everybody. Right. Like, I don't know.
Starting point is 00:05:27 So cheeseburger, no, it's lemon. Lemon put Rappadoo, which is what we think it is. Grabado, which is what the time is now. He growls. He growls. So I guess the. That is not. And then, and then, and then.
Starting point is 00:05:48 What kind of animal growls like that? He growls and then he says, Can you imagine walking through the woods? You're just having a fun time. You're just backpacking along the way. And all of a sudden you just here, grr, oh, run. So they're saying that, you know, that Amadu,
Starting point is 00:06:02 which is a reference to the 1999 shooting of Amadu Diallo. But is there any reference online to Cina speaking to this? Right? Is there any, is there any? No. Zero anything. So this is what, so. I mean, have you heard up, have you heard the reason he does that you can't, you can't see anything?
Starting point is 00:06:23 Okay. So Pekan Pye says this. The part of seen his entrance song was sampled from the beginning of the song, Antiet up by M.O.P. Okay. Okay. Now we're cooking. So then it says the word said is Amadu, which was the first name of Amadu Diyalo, an unarmed immigrant who was shot by the cops in the Bronx around that time the song came out. and he says my guess is that
Starting point is 00:06:47 when they made Tina's interest music they wanted that noise as a way to kick off the song the same way the band took legal action against Sina for sampling that part of the song without permission and if it's Annie up like
Starting point is 00:07:05 well that was that was that was Cina's I mean that was Conner's old open that was Thomas Tom Right? Was that me and Tom's? There was me and Tom's.
Starting point is 00:07:18 That was me and Tom that had Annie up as the open. My bad, Tom. I apologize. Sorry. I don't care what you say. It does not sound like I'm going to tell. Tyler, Tyler,
Starting point is 00:07:36 I'm going to give you fruitcake just for your text. Because Tyler says it's Fred Flintstone yelling yabadoo. Yabadoo. And for the comedy behind that one, Tyler, there's fruitcake waiting for you at the station. Like that's exceptional. Now I want John Cena coming out of the tunnel like Fred Flintstone getting ready to bowl up on his tiptoes. Right. Like like like you know that would be special.
Starting point is 00:08:01 Well he did have. I can get behind that. Sina did a Halloween costume as Bam Bam or Fred Flintstone. One of the two. There's a connection there. Yeah. So he actually did that. Boom.
Starting point is 00:08:13 So that limit. I apologize for providing the correct answer. Lemon, there will be a care package here waiting for you at the station. No, you know what, Lemon? Comprehence of Beatrice Bakery. Beatrice Baker, you can come in. Fruitcake will be here waiting for you. And if you haven't had it, it's a great reason to sample it because it won't cost you anything.
Starting point is 00:08:31 And if you don't like it, you can share it. You can share it. Other people will like it. Just trust me. We're going to take the snacks. We're going to put some snacks together. Snacks. Chocolate fruit cake.
Starting point is 00:08:39 And then the regular fruit cake, you can take, share it, give it to people who will appreciate it if you want. And you know what, Lemon, you should apologize. Thank you for apologizing. Don't apologize for being right. No, thank you for apologizing. I accept your apology. Do not apologize for being right. I've already accepted it.
Starting point is 00:08:54 You can't take it back. Those are the rules. No take back. Seas. Right. So, yeah, Lemon was the first. Don't look at me like that, Mark. Look at Mark.
Starting point is 00:09:03 Trouble maker. As a matter of fact, Mark, in the last segment, what we were talking about, you know, somebody said, give Jake a raise. Hashtag Jake Ray's. Give Jake a raise. Which I support. Right?
Starting point is 00:09:16 and then, right, fully in, right? Yeah, Jake making money means we all make money. Right. So I support that. Just go and do business with Jake. Like, which number should we use for them to reach out to Jake to make money, to give Jake a raise? Oh, thank you. 402, 464-5-6-1-1.
Starting point is 00:09:34 And we'll direct you. We'll direct your call. And then we're working on like a tip jar for the talent. Like, even if, like, you mentioned Jake, but the head. Heavy lifting around here goes strictly and firmly on the shoulders of Mark Arnwild. So it should be hashtag give Mark a raise. It's why I slouch so much actually. Shout out Mark.
Starting point is 00:09:56 It's tough carrying the station. It's tough carrying the station. I'm having this whole station on your back. Strong shoulders. Right. Like, you know. He might actually shrink in the future. He's carrying so much.
Starting point is 00:10:06 He's no. He was six five. Man, I tell you, the first time I went to the doctor and they said, you're six one and a half. I said, you're lying. Take that back right now. His spine is compressing. Six to. Right, carrying the burden of this thing.
Starting point is 00:10:18 This is crazy. So, you know, you guys can give Mark a raise. You know how to, we can have NIL. We can have, you know. NIL for Mark Onweiler. There are NIL, which is radio name, image, like this. And you could do that, or you can do it for Rico. And you could just simply hit Rico's Vimmo and he'll set you up.
Starting point is 00:10:37 You know, he's growl out of him a little. I have been on air. I have been quoted on air as saying, I will say almost anything on air if you pay me enough. No, you won't. Almost. No. Almost. That's the thing. You did sign an affidavit saying you wouldn't do that. No, no. Well, okay. You literally. You know what I mean. It's notarized
Starting point is 00:10:56 and everything, all right? Literally can't. No free shoutouts. Vershan Jackson. But the shoutouts can be paid. Veshawn Jackson texted and said Rapido is in Spanish is for quick. He says that like I don't know that. Right. Like, he said that to you. Like, hey.
Starting point is 00:11:12 Versan, you know what my first name is, right? Steve. Steve is your actual name. So Claytonia, John, you just did a thing that will set me off. Oh, goodness gracious. Well, he asked the question. Yeah, I see it. DP, what is your Mount Rushmore of WWE wrestlers?
Starting point is 00:11:34 Now, the fact that you preface that by saying W.W.E means I have to stay limited to WWE, not WWF, not WWF, not NWA, not AWA, not anything other than WWE. I think you should text back in and ask me about Mount Rushmore or professional wrestlers, period. And I will give you the answer. I want WCW only. Oh, that's big.
Starting point is 00:12:01 Well, that's a four horseman and we can stop. Just, just there? Four horsemen. Problem solved. That's four. What if I just say WWF? Bruno. Hulk.
Starting point is 00:12:13 We don't talk about Bruno. We love Bruno. We love Bruce. Text line. I will also give away a Beatrice Bakery care package to the best pro wrestling Mount Rushmore between now and when we come back from break. There's the challenge. Get your happy fingers going. You have five minutes.
Starting point is 00:12:32 The best wrestling Rushmore will receive a care package from Beatrice's bakery. I will give mine, my best, my top four, my favorite four, and it's my favorite four. It's not the best, but it's my Rushmore. We'll do that when we come back. Watch live on Facebook, YouTube, or Twitch. You're listening to One-on-One with DP on 937 The Ticket and The Ticketfm.com.
