Oh, man.
Yeah, Bach, that's a real thing.
Shout out.
We're thankful for the Hall of Fame, Hall of Fame black shirt to Relfare.
Yeah, absolutely.
He just came in to offer to buy lunch.
We are, we are grateful.
You know what, and I'm grateful for him, especially.
Because, again, I'm not supposed to have favorite.
people who work here.
But I don't know anybody that shows
of work just in absolute joy
every day. Like, what an honor
to have a good human being
just show up and want to do this. And that's an important
thing here. Bach, what's my favorite thing
about people who work here?
What's the first thing I require?
We at least need attendance, I guess.
That you want to do.
That you show up to work like you
want to be here. I don't want anybody to come in and feel like, oh, I got to go to work.
Come and do this thing we get to do. I don't want it to feel like work. And we try to,
you know, kind of create that environment. So I'll ask the textures just because I just
asked Bach this, there's a thing that when we were, when we were kids, so in Virginia,
when we were kids playing little league basketball. So it's ages 9 to 12. And so they had a 9 to 10
league in an 11 to 12 league, but if you were a really good 10-year-old, you could play with the 11
and 12. But if you were also on those teams and you weren't one of the five best players,
they did a thing at halftime, and they literally called it the halftime game, which
meant you weren't very good, quite frankly, or you weren't good enough. And our leagues
were very super competitive. But if you, you know, that could be.
your time shine, Bach, you know,
like those halftime games
were meaningful.
But on the other hand,
the moment you graduate
from the halftime games
and the coach is going to put you
in the regular rotation,
oh,
oh, Bach.
Oh, it brings a tear to my eye.
It's just the day that,
you know, they, he would call out
the halftime game, right?
Because I think our games are pretty competitive
and it's like, well, here's the five or six.
And God forbid there were six.
Like, because if you're number 11 or 12, right,
which means even in the halftime game,
you didn't get to play.
So some coaches would just go, no, we're going to,
we're going to cut the line at seven.
And in the back five, you go play in a halftime game
because that means you're probably not going to play in the game.
But it was a mark of shame.
because if your if your friends saw you playing in the halftime game it's like did you play today
yeah i played at halftime oh oh bach
