with an 8-5 extra inning win over South Dakota State and they will take on Oklahoma State and that's it's going to be a brawl that's going to be a brawl Jordy Pitt, Jordy ball pitched two innings in the previous matchup, two innings. She pitched the seventh, got to hold, and then got the win as the Huskers put up,

put up three runs in extra in the eighth inning. They have had first pitch against Oklahoma State. I'm waiting for a reboot and refresh to get that 0-0 second inning. Yeah, this is going to be a brawl. It's a pretty good game. Oklahoma State is ranked 16. Nebraska 18. Men's tennis being around, again, if you're looking for something to do,

all, all Husker tennis events are free admission. Free admission. So you can do that. Also in that, I mean, for women's tennis, the same. And again, have you been over to Dylan yet? Have you been over to- Not yet? I would put it on the list.

Women's tennis, they come back to Dylan March 7th. to take on Michigan. Michigan's top five in the country. So if you haven't supported that, find a way to do that, and then bowling heads into their national level play as well. And, of course, the wrestlers travel to Evanston. We will find out tomorrow a little bit more

because the men got an opportunity. And then the women, I can't overstate. From the outside looking at how important it is for Nebraska women, for Amy Williams and this crew to figure out how to go to Evanston and handle business. And you're not asking them to do anything that they haven't done already. You're not asking them to do anything that they're not capable. But a 10 and 8 big 10 season going into the tournament, that's just big.

That's just, it's just huge, different perspective, different swagger. Going into the tournament. Yeah. And I'm going to be in indie for the women's big 10 tournament and the men's big 10 tournament. We'll be fried and call-ins. And, of course, at the same time back here, the Nebraska Girls State tournament will go on.

We'll check in with that. That'll cover the airwaves, especially from noon on or 10 a.m. on. I don't think they're playing any early games. I think early break will be fine. But we'll be fluid in that coverage for the next couple of weeks. And we'll bring you, of course, we'll imagine we're going to be somewhere on the first Thursday of March Madness. Yeah, I think we've locked that up, beat down the wings and rings.

We'll do the balls where we give them out, ping pong balls for the first, what are we doing? 70, 68? Yeah, 68. 68. So we'll do that there. So make plans on spending that Thursday with us. Although by then the first four might be done. So is it 64?

Bach, I'll ask you one final question before we go because it's sitting on me. And I always think it's interesting. If I asked you the greatest sports movie speech, greatest sports movie. And again, you can go through the line, Hoosiers, Remember the Titans, Rudy, Chariots of Fire, the program, you know, whatever. Whatever. Brian Song, Miracle on Ice. It came to my head that in being fair, if I came up with a real answer, my answer actually surprised me. Because I thought it was going to be, you know, Vision Quest, right?

I thought that was going to be the thing. but no, there's a, there's a, there's a, there's a speech that was given in the mooch, in the, uh, coach Carter movie where the young folks kind of recognize why he's been so hard of him, why he's demanded and asked so much. What he wants for them is all love. He wants them to succeed. He wants to knock down barriers. They keep them from being great.

And one of the young men, uh, at a moment of friction, stands up as they gather themselves and begin to rally around the idea and concepts of why he loves on them the way he does. And he gives this speech, and I'll read it, and it's just, our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness, that most frightens us. Your playing small does not serve the world. There's nothing enlightened about shrinking. so that other people won't feel insecure around you.

We were all meant to shine as children do. It is not just in some of us. It's in everyone. And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates us and others. Pretty cool.

Pretty cool. Whatever your sports, whether it's Miracle on Ice, whether it's Rudy, you're five foot nothing, 100, nothing, you weigh 100 and nothing.
