Welcome back, final segment.
We're yelling at quarterback projections.
No, it's not there.
Barry Thompson, we've got about four minutes, kind sir,
and it's almost that lunchtime space around here in Lincoln, Nebraska.
What are we eating or cooking, kind, sir?
Well, last week I went kind of foo-foo for, you know, the crowd that I'm talking to,
there's a dish called Sunanomo that I really like.
It's a cucumber salad with some seafood and stuff in it.
It's really refreshing.
So I had to come back strong with some, you know, some hardier stuff this week.
Okay.
We're eating. We're eating.
I'm a big fan from time to time of a completely fresh bagel.
Okay.
Luckily, we have a lot of bagel softs around.
They're really fresh.
I don't even get them toasted.
They're warm when they get to me.
I love it.
I'm a E.T.
or a Supreme Bagel-type guy.
And just before we got in the air, I had a half of a BLT bagel with, you know,
E.T.
Or everything on it.
And then had half of an E.T.
bagel with a bacon scalyne scalyam scrap.
Did I say bacon?
I did say bacon?
Mm-hmm.
I did say bacon?
Yes.
I said bacon.
Bacon.
It was really good.
Now, I'm going, I'm not eating this all at once.
It's just getting near lunchtime.
We've talked about burgers before.
I'm a big, big fan of that onion smash burger that I've made.
But there is one local burger that I like.
It's from dogfish.
Any IPA drinkers out there, there's a restaurant right now in a dogfish.
That's where they made the IPA, that ale.
And it's a hamburger with,
chorizo inside.
People have been putting a lot of stuff cheese.
I like my cheese on top.
But this is a combination of great
hamburger meat with the chorizo
sausage in there. It has great
flavor and great spices.
And they smack that thing on the grill.
So you get that little charcoal flavor there.
And then, of course, I'm always
a cheese and baking guy on top.
Put your pickle spear.
You know, right the bun that goes perfectly
with the burger.
So you're not biting too much. I'm just trying to make people
longer you think I'm I'm all the way like I had to I just had to push back from from from the microphone
yeah that that's that's one of my favorites if I go outside the house that Teresa
burger that they have a dogfish so that's what we're eating today didn't make anything but
we'll be back next week strong with some of summer that was strong bro that was strong
that that that's yeah I know there'll be some burgers devoured here in Lincoln because of that
just now.
So, all right, guys, sir, again, we are, we're just a couple of weeks out from August 4th,
and Raiders, Jacksonville.
Huskers go to camp.
