Yeah, every now they're in the break.
Bach gets an education.
I think Bach has learned over five years that there's certain corners you just don't go into.
There are things you don't, there are things that happen in sports and in life.
You just go, okay, the naïte is beautiful because you can't even imagine having to consider some of the things that go on in sports.
And there's the reality.
So we will finish this wonderful two hours.
And I appreciate all the text and all the input about, and it's a classroom for me to hear Husker fans speak about it rather than my perception of it,
to hear Husker fans tell you what and who is important to them.
whether standards matter, accountability, talent, et cetera.
Bach, you get to choose five Husker offensive line.
Five.
Any five.
Any era to win a national title.
Who are the five?
I think you've probably got to go for Nebraska.
There's a trophy named after Mr. Remington.
So I think Dave Remington probably has a pretty good argument.
Dean Steinculler, his running mate for a year or two there.
Certainly could be in the conversation.
I think Bob Brown, although predates maybe the championships.
Bob Robert.
Might be the best Huster NFL player of all time.
I think he's in that conversation.
Aaron Taylor, I think I won.
Was an All-American at two different positions.
So you got some versatility there.
And the fifth one, that's kind of interesting.
Because there's so many good guys to pick problems.
You are leaving.
The second team wins a Super Bowl.
They good, yeah.
The second five is good enough to win a Super Bowl.
But who's your fit?
There's a lot of good options.
I think I'll go Will Shields.
Another guy that had a lot of success in the NFL and just predated the 90, you know,
the 90s teams that won all those championships.
Who's going to defend them?
You get five defensive one.
You get five defensive one.
I'll get five of them.
Okay.
Yeah.
I think Sue and Whistram,
Sue and Whistram would
make a lot of sense here.
And they're going against your offensive five.
So I'm just letting you know.
Like that's,
they,
yeah,
got to have some meat,
potatoes there,
bro.
Sue and Whistram.
Yeah.
Does Treb make your list?
As a,
yeah,
as a rusher,
I think so.
Even though he was technically a linebacker.
Did the Peter Bros.
Bros.
Did the Peter Bros.
Does the Peter Bros.
Um, they could. I'm trying to think about through the years because I want, I don't want to
look past history here. Um, um, so I think, I'm missing. I just can't even think of his name from
the 70s team. That was so good. Glover. 22 tell you. Yeah, Rich Glover. Yeah, Glover's got to be in there.
Yep. Um, so I got Sue Glover, Whistram and Alberts. Uh, that's pretty good group. You get one more.
You get one more just to add to the.
party. The fact that you didn't choose one of the Peter
brothers is just astounding. Well, that's what I might. I might lean in for Jason
Peter here. Okay. And I don't know, and again, I don't know that you can be wrong.
John Dutton was an absolute fabulous. Ron McDowell, the Danted Bear.
My favorite. Yeah. One of my favorites. All right, Bach. Thank you,
kind, sir, for keeping me company for two hours. We'll do it again on Wednesday.
But coming up, Captain's show, we'll take you through from one until three. And then
and Eric Strickland, Jay Foreman, and Ellie, Ellie, manning the board and will be drawn into
conversation.
Fantastic.
Great couple of hours.
Appreciate y'all hanging out.
Be kind of yourselves and then be kind of everybody else simply because you're just that good.
