let us know what's going on with the Huskers and the Spartans out there in East Lansing. Sean, you just said we have folks who are listening some points of detail in the recruiting process. We've got about three minutes. What other information do we want to get out tonight to follow? that we may have missed. Yeah, so we have a great responsibility to make sure that we have, you know, keep young people safe and a couple details with the enrollment that I failed to mention. We do, of course, we have to do some background checks and reference checks. And the typical, you know, the average interview process takes around 30 days.

Okay. So I just wanted to make sure that I clarified that. So you go to our website, do the quick inquiry, staff calls back. That kind of kicks off the process, doing the background checks, interview, a little bit of an orientation, average 30 days to get a big ready to be matched. Okay. And then is there age limit? Is there an age preference?

Is there a group that if somebody feels more comfortable working with a certain age, is there a way to make sure that happens? Yeah, we're real intentional about, you know, Steve and talked about their little, like their applications. And we do our best on paper to match a big with a little, making sure we're pretty intentional because we want these relationships to last as long as possible. So we just don't do a warm body with a warm body. We want to make sure there's some similar interests there. So as far as age goes, though, you've got to be 18 and you can be 99. whatever, you know, any age over 18.

Now, I mean, is there a cost? Is there an expense? There is a small cost, $20 for the background check fee. We have been doing a little bit of waiving those when we need to, but yes, there is a $20 fee for that. Otherwise, that's all. It's your time after that. And then once again, let them know what website should they go to? to get information.
