How many days was that first RTX? It was just two. I think it was like a Friday night thing, right? Like at the hotel, like a welcoming ceremony type deal. Kind of sorta, like in the registration. It was like a ballroom thing. And then people just stayed at the hotel and drank and shit. And I remember it was terrible

for anyone else staying at the hotel. There was like somebody, it was like either a prom or like someone got married or some shit. I remember seeing like some girl arguing with her date and she was in like a really fancy dress. And there was a bunch of just fucking nerds like getting drunk. Nerds that had like never left their house before

except to come to this convention. Pass out in the field. Myself included. I was at least drinking already. So I could hold myself together a little bit. Jesus Christ. I remember not being old enough to drink but somebody gave me an empty beer bottle to walk up to the bar. What do you want? Whoa. And I was like yeah go just get another one of these.
