Welcome to 100% Eat, the show where we try every fast food restaurant to let you know if you need it.
Nick didn't even say put the microphone in front of me because he called it.
It was over here.
He started the music.
I'm your host, Michael Jones.
Alongside Mike O's Jordan, Swares, Jordan.
How are you?
I'm hanging in there.
I think Nick has worked with you long enough to know that he just needs the volume set.
I felt like to arrange.
I felt like Nick has worked with me long enough to stop asking five years ago, but he still insisted.
But I'm glad he finally got there.
Yeah.
Sometimes.
I seem to remember like
conversations in this very
in this very room
where he's like
well you need to
you still
he's always on you about it
you drifted
you just talk Tokyo style
You do this?
Is it you or the mic
You just kind of do that?
Yeah
I go
That would sound better
Cool
If was it cool
Jerry?
Yeah
It sounds like shit
You're barking up the wrong tree
Yeah
Nick's gonna talk to me about
Don't make it cool in pose
If it wasn't cool and he doesn't
doesn't deserve it. Yeah, you're right. You should make it worse.
He's also not going to... Jordan, it can't be done.
Nick is not going to edit this to do cool things in it.
Nick sinks this and he goes, send it.
And then I go, how was it? He goes, from what I saw.
It was good. That was another thing.
He wasn't interested in it.
Yeah, he's not in it.
That kind of time?
Half an hour.
Yeah.
Yeah. Now, you know how much time he has.
Less than half an hour.
And also, it wasn't even just he wasn't in it.
It's like he's not gonna work on his replacement.
Yeah.
Yeah, yeah.
Don't make some other ass all look good.
Yeah.
He's,
yeah.
Taking his paycheck.
Instead of editing that,
taking his paycheck.
He was going to Taco Polenke with his dad and they were both just talking
each other up to get every dessert on the meal.
Oh, yeah.
He was telling us a story.
Oh, that's cool.
Yeah, there's not that many desserts.
There's five.
You might as well get them.
Uh-huh.
There was like a new one that.
No.
Did you just say there's five?
Yeah, there's five.
List them.
Okay.
There's the cheesecake, the chocolate cake, the rice pudding, the flounder
and the trisletches.
That's five.
And how many did you get?
Three.
Three.
He fucking said it at least five times now.
So which ones did you not get?
We didn't get the rice pudding or the flan.
Those are good too, but I understand you need to try the new ones.
Yeah.
Background noise.
One of these days, I'm going to fly to the back wall.
It'll be cool, dude.
It would be cool.
We found out Nick's dad is a sauce monkey, but for sweets.
He's a sweets monkey.
He was saying a lot of the same Nickisms that we hear.
Oh, really?
Some of these learned?
They're not created?
They went to the Taco Polenke and like,
dessert? We gotta try that.
It's his dad just saying the stuff.
He says to us to him.
Whoa.
It's learned behavior.
I wonder what you're kidding.
You can have like a little baby like salt monkey or something.
Like yeah.
You better figure out what he's going to get into.
It's a real nurture situation.
Yeah.
But it means like umami.
Yeah, that's what I was thinking.
Umami monkey?
Yeah.
I love MSG.
Uh-huh.
I love you.
Yeah.
And you should.
There's nothing wrong with it.
Yeah, it's fine.
That's a myth.
That is a myth.
It's a fucking miss.
It's fine.
MSG is good for you.
Well, it's not bad for you.
It's not bad for you.
Okay.
Be right.
So very excited to hear about...
It's not as bad for you as they would let you think.
I'm excited to hear about like China monkey, which is very good.
Yeah.
Which I'm not as bad for you as...
Right.
They want you to think.
But I can't get a poll star.
It matters which government is spying on you.
Yeah.
Well, it doesn't matter that you're being spied on.
Just don't worry about that part.
Right.
You're fine. You're fine. Yeah. You're welcome. Idiot. We're protecting you.
I feel protected. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. I'm licking the boot.
Oh, what's the, what's the flavor you said you had? Blue Raz Hubba. Nice. So does it taste like gum? What's up? Yeah. It's like blue raspberry, but gum style. It worked.
What an awful noise.
swallowed it. Yeah. Like it just went in. I didn't think I was gonna get that much. Do you need like a
Chlorox wipe or something for that? I don't care. I didn't put my lips on it. I was near it. Did you see
see me wipe a french fry on this paper in there? Yeah. I know you did. I thought you were
seasoning it. Jordan I can say that's what I'm doing here. It tastes like blue raspberry gum.
Wow. It's got like a bubble gum flavor at the end. It's pretty good. Oh look he's
getting upset. He's getting ideas. He's getting an leech. Nick, if you want blue raspberry gum.
Just go get blue raspberry gum. Just get blue raspberry gum.
gum I want. Yeah, he's addicted
to blue raspberry gum. Yeah, he's
itching for the gum. He thinks about
standing on the sill of his like kitchen
and the back patio chewing gum.
There's just something romantic about blowing a bubble
outside your old apartment.
I love sitting and talking and get to know to someone.
You drink coffee, you chew gum.
Coffee and gum. Yum, yum. Yum.
Morning treat.
Yum. Well, staying in your tea.
I wake up.
up before I'm out of bed.
I'm putting three things of gum in my mouth.
Easy.
Yum.
You put a couple in before you go to sleep.
You hope some are left over by the time you wake up and then you refill.
It's perfect.
You see those new gum pouches they're making?
Yeah.
I've got an upper decker of gum.
Just put it in my lip.
That's the next.
We were joking about how like Big League Chew was just teaching kids how to chew tobacco.
Yeah.
Yeah, as a gateway thing.
They're going to do gum pouches next.
They are.
I mean, like, for real.
They're going to, it'll be a little.
little pouch that'll like dissolve and then you chew the
glass. Is that not just a mint?
No, like is it something
that you would put up in like your life? Are you
packing it on your gum or not? Yeah, are you packing
a mint? You got to put the gum on your gum.
Altoids.
That is not how you eat altoyds and if it is
how I do. That's not the design
way to get a million tankers
sores or what? Your gum
should just run through? I got to make my
gum's so good. Hang on
he's putting it together. Jeremy
did that with like, Jeremy did that with like a
bunch of super sour balls and it like burned a bunch of
Yeah it's just like acid
Yeah yeah like horrifically mainly
Very funny
Waka Waka
He did it look as long as you got content
Out of it
Yeah I'm fucking about
Like I'm mad you drink that tea
And we weren't filming it
That was pretty funny
What happened with the tea?
So there was there was old sweet tea in the fridge
Mm-hmm
Wait for it
Buckle up the story takes a turn
It's in like a classic like gallon milk
like milk gallon container
and Jordan was in the kitchen
and I went huh
and it's like bulbous
oh no
you know
and Jordan was like
well the liquids
are supposed to do that
and I was like
seems gaseous
uh huh
like
something's trying to get out
I didn't know
sweet tea could do that
okay
so I took over the same
and I like shook it
just to be
and I opened it
and I got
it took up
it went nice and
oh it's which
oh no
and I went
it fermented
not supposed to do that
it fermented
so then I just took a little
drips
no
I did a little sip and it wasn't good.
When I touched Michael's lips or your tugging, you were like, nope, not good, not good.
I poured it out.
I almost took his swig right out of it.
And I was like, even that'll be too much.
Let me just pour a little bit in the cup.
Yeah, it started to for a minute.
Then I wiped the French fry on the paper.
So this is no problem.
Yeah.
Yeah, so this is actually...
I'll be honest.
He should be worried about what he pulled off of this.
Because I just had that, I just had that tea downstairs.
The tea, the ink.
And then they went to this.
Yeah.
You should be asking him that, not me.
Extra toxic stuff.
What do you see?
Oh no, I see it, I see it all now.
Let me see the words on the sheet.
No!
Yeah!
Holy shit.
That's a rocket ship.
It looks like it's warning you.
Well, yeah, because it turns orange,
but then when you pull it, it turns red.
No!
Oh no, it's the orange.
Oh, thank God.
Sorry, when I took a big hit earlier, it looked red.
Wait, you took a big hit earlier and it looked like your eyes were doing this.
Yeah, I mean, yep, that's what happens.
And so were Nicks.
Yeah.
Bicariously.
That was excitement.
His people dilated.
Yeah.
Like, yeah.
Clos his eyes.
Vicariously through the back porch.
It's just, it's so good that you got out before vaping, man.
Well, I was there for the beginning of it.
You would have been.
Yeah, but the beginning isn't like now.
No, it tastes like shit.
The beginning was still like, it was just like the, it was like a lack of,
the smoking.
Yeah.
It was like flavored.
Yeah, it's good for you.
It was, it was, it was flavored metals.
It was lack of like the, the, like, heavy tobacco.
Yeah.
The scent and taste and everything.
But it was like neutral or just still like menthol.
Yeah.
This is crazy.
This is crazy.
Yeah, and I remember
just before
I was like 19 years old
I'm gonna stop
19 or 20
I moved back to California
And I had a bunch of family
In Georgia where I was living
And I hadn't seen them for like three years
And I went back and like all of them were like
Vaping
Really?
Yeah
They all got into it
Early on it's like
I'm fucking doing that shit
Yeah it's like cigarettes
Give it a good 10 years
No nobody
Well it's great
Like none of them smoked or anything
But like
Oh really?
The vaping that got them.
Oh, I see.
Oh, wow.
I knew people that were like diehards.
And I'm like, I'm not switching.
And the cuts are like, okay, can I get a pool?
Damn.
Have you seen my vape?
Have you seen my vape?
It's just so much more convenient.
It tastes better.
I mean, there is a...
I think it's cheaper still.
Jesus.
Probably.
Yeah.
You don't have to grow it.
Grow it, cut it, toast it.
This vape, it's toast.
It's hot in here.
It is very warm.
It's getting hot.
It's hot in Austin.
It's cooler on average.
Yeah, we, okay.
It's hot in Austin.
It has not been 100 degrees yet.
Dude, it feels like it, though.
Holy shit.
It has not been 100 degrees yet.
It has felt like 108 almost every day.
I went out in my backyard the other day early in the morning.
Probably 9 a.m.
And I was just like, cool 80 degrees.
Fuck, it's hot.
I was like, I was convinced it had to be at least 95.
Yeah.
And it was like 87.
I just feel like it's, oh.
It's the humidity.
It's the humidity that's really killing us.
I think it's like, maybe he's scared.
Although I went to hit 100.
I went to.
Houston for that World Cup game.
Boy, howdy. It's crazy how much
a difference there is. It's only like
160 miles away. Yeah. But it's like
right there on the coast and like it's just
a swamp. It's like it is so much more
humid. Well, it's talking to Holly and she's like
it's not humid at Austin and I'm like, what are
you talking about? I'm just so dry here. Yeah, comparatively. It's not
I mean, again, you go to Jersey too. I'm from
the desert. But it's not a hundred degrees there.
I'm used to being dry. Yeah, I need
dry heat and it's fine. That's
all. I never really noticed the humidity in
until right after I moved here, we did a big trip to Vegas and then came back.
Oh yeah.
Left the airport and was like, I'm drowning.
You don't notice it until you go to a really dry place for the first time.
Then I've never been.
Yeah, right.
Then you come back and then you go-
So I came from a really humid place.
So it was just hot here.
It was just hot, hot, hot, hot.
But now I've been here long enough.
Terrible combo.
And it's catching up.
Yeah.
But it does the, like, overall it's not that bad, but when we get the bullshit
rains? Yeah, it'll rain for like 30 minutes just to ruin the next week. Yeah. Yeah. And it's like
it holds forever. It steams forever. Yeah. It just doesn't break. There's no wind. So like you don't get
anything to blow it. If it rains, it sucks. But if there's like a storm with high winds, it's nice the
next day. Yes. It blew everything. It blew everything out. That's all this is missing. If there was a
breeze here, it would be so livable and so easy. It was nothing. It's nice. We're waiting for the food at
the, at the chick filet. It was it was a great one that you can't go inside of. So we were just
just standing out in the hot hot heat.
I think out loud.
Doing nothing.
Out loud it was,
please don't stop.
Please just keep,
oh God,
there's a slight breeze
and it was so nice.
Yeah, it's rough.
But anyway,
we went to Chick-fil-A.
What do we get?
Oh,
you got a picture of a science
day if you dress up like a cow,
you get free food.
That's right.
That's on Tuesday.
That's next week.
So the day this episode comes out,
it's Cal Appreciation Day at Chick-fil-A.
Holy shit.
Dress up like a cow
and go get a free sandwich.
Go get this sandwich.
And they didn't specify like what
what is dressing up?
Yeah.
Where's the line? Does a funny hat count?
Could you, could you, like,
do you need at least like a top and a bottom? Could you cowbound?
Like, how much heffert? How much effort? How much effort? How much effort?
Oh, nice. It's good.
So I make the big bucks.
Is that what we're making?
Sometimes.
Sometimes.
We don't end.
We get a cuck or two. Yeah.
Around every May we make the big bucks.
Any cuck will do.
We get to chick filet. We're reviewing the chick-fil-a.
We're reviewing the chick-fellie honey pepper pimento sandwich.
Another pimento thing, which is interesting.
And honey, more honey.
Yeah, I don't know why.
Pimento is like real different than the honey.
Yeah, I don't know why you need to both.
Why? Did they see what Waterburger was doing?
Was like, why would they ever do that?
Because they're right next to each other.
Yeah, but I would think they'd see what Waterberg is doing.
They're spying.
Don't do that.
Yeah, it's like McDonald's trying to copy a burger game.
Yeah, it's the endemic of the hot honey stuff
making its weird, like, second revival
through fast food
where everyone goes, well, people want hot honey.
Well, now I'm thinking it's like the pimento is the thing.
Pimento is definitely the thing here.
Yeah, but they...
Which is a little more interesting than hot honey.
A lot more interesting.
And it actually called it pimento.
Mm-hmm.
Mm-hmm.
Yeah, it wasn't weird.
It's not red pepper cheese.
Yeah.
Yeah.
This is pimento and, boy, you fucking tasted it.
Yeah, you do.
It's background noise.
So rich.
Yeah, keep going background.
Yeah, background, man.
I feel like we've been apart longer than the last time.
It's weird, right?
That pimento cheese was like huge.
I know, you kept saying it over and over.
I could not believe how rich it was.
I could not believe it was there.
Man, fuck. Way better than a slight...
You were saying like this is better than a slice of cheese.
I totally agree.
Was Nick's uneven or yours?
Who's? Oh, his, okay.
Mine was, yeah, mine was like really...
I'm sorry, I was confused.
I thought that was Nick's because Nick was the one looking at it.
Right.
This is all fuck.
I was filming.
This is messed up.
He got in there with his tongue and everything.
You wish.
Yeah.
You wish you got his tongue in your soon.
Yeah, I see it.
This guy's nuts.
What does that mean?
What does that mean?
He sees it in his eyes, I guess.
Yeah, exactly.
Background noise.
Keep saying it.
Chick-fil-A, a place you guys frequent, or no?
I go there.
What?
No.
Yeah, I do.
Sorry.
You forgot.
You forgot where the show was.
It's got me fucked up.
Yeah.
It's all over.
I go when I can.
Although a lot of times I like to go on a Sunday.
I feel like that's most people where they go.
Oh, chick fall.
Oh, fuck.
Happens all the time.
Yeah.
What is your,
what do you usually get?
That's because of spicy chicken sandwich.
Yeah.
It's hard to beat, man.
It's hard to beat.
It's the best spicy chicken sandwich
of like fast food.
Their chicken is just so well done.
And like they do the same fry consistently on those little nuggets too,
which are so good.
Yeah.
Even when you want them grilled.
Even if you wanted them grilled.
Even if you are grilled and even if they say to you grilled.
I blame you though, you ordered it.
Yep.
They said grilled.
This is E-R-R-S fault, I think.
Yeah.
Electronic Rick.
E-R-I-C-K.
What?
I've never said an Eric's spelled that way.
I have and it just makes me go, what?
Why?
Like, it's Aaron with two A's.
It's like, we get the fucking point.
Like, you don't need to, like, twice?
What are you doing?
Twice?
Yeah.
Chick-fil-A to me for that chicken sandwich is the biggest gap between
disappointment when I see how it looks because I go
it's too small, it looks weak, like this is not the sandwich
that I want, and then I take a bite and I go, never mind.
It is so good. I don't know you judged it so heavily by looking at it.
It does not look like a, like, it looks like any other fast food chicken sandwich.
It does not look special for how good it is.
It is like head and shoulders above, like pretty much everyone else
in like chicken sandwich game.
Yeah, they got a commitment to quality.
You're talking about that, like, they keep the restaurant.
I mean, even the locations, dude.
The area outside the restaurant.
Even the locations, man, their drive-thrus, they're always fast.
They're never, like, back the fuck up.
People are always out there on their, on their iPads.
It'll get packed, but it's moving.
Right, exactly.
And it's like, I've never seen a Chick-Fillai, like, in disrepair.
I went to a sit-down Chick-fil-A once.
That was crazy.
They, like, took your order at the table?
Yeah.
Yeah, but it was still Chick-Fleye.
It was somewhere, it was, like, in, like, Peach Tree City or something in Georgia.
Yeah.
Well, that's like their place, right?
Like, they're like, they're like a Georgia makes company.
But there was also like, there's like a offshoot of Chick-fil-A, which, like, they call like, like, it's not like hobby house, but it's like something.
They have like another name for them.
But this one wasn't branded any other way.
It was just a Chick-fil-A that didn't have a drive-through.
You just sat down and they took your order and you got Chick-fil-A.
That's weird.
It was very strange.
It's like when you hear about old steak and shake and they're like, oh, yeah, you used to have table service.
I'm like, that steak and shake?
Like what the place fucking sucked
We ate there one time and it closed
Yeah it did
It's a
Cotton candy
Had a cotton candy shake or whatever
It was really good
Terrible
Nope
It was so far south
Ugh
Well now I hate it
Yeah see there you go
Fucking let them know
Fucking tell them
Might be the one I used to live next to
Yeah by the old office
Yeah that is that's it
That was the one
I called dwarf houses
What?
What?
Yeah
What's it called
Chick-Cifley dwarf
house.
Oh, I think we learned
about that on a previous episode
and we all just went
I don't think you can say that.
Yeah.
I don't think you can.
Yeah.
Well, you can.
Met a fan
and
was at a bar
about me a drink
and he was just like,
yeah, man, I don't like.
Fan of us?
You always, yeah.
And he's like,
everyone's like, oh, he's small,
whatever.
I think a normal size guy.
I'm like, right.
That's, yeah, don't worry about it.
Thanks.
Thanks, there's the beer, man.
See, yeah, world.
How different sizes?
Yeah, right.
That was four foot 11th.
It's weird.
He was 4-2?
I don't know, man.
You're giant.
I said high-five and he had to jump up there.
Pretty nice.
Did you feel good?
Yeah.
I loved it.
That is good.
You feel good sometimes.
Yeah, occasionally.
Not while I'm here.
Absolutely not.
You guys want to learn about Chick-fil-A?
I guess.
Is one of the facts what we had last time?
Yeah.
Yes.
Just checking.
That's a fact.
Just checking.
Our last Chick-fil-A episode was September 9th, 20205,
where we ate Chick-fil-A pretzel cheddar club with Gracie,
received an average rating of 94.
It came by the side of Gracie?
Yeah, probably why I got 94.
Yeah.
It was a, it was a very, like,
we ate it and went like, holy shit, like this.
And still in the pub drought.
Uh-huh.
Yeah, I think that would be.
The thing they're never going to make.
That pub's drop better fucking come to an end soon.
They're not going to make that thing.
God damn.
I pointed back there.
I don't know what's still up there.
It's around here somewhere.
Did it fall?
Probably fell. Yeah. I'm looking, I don't see it.
My know was up there.
I mean, like, foreboding.
Yep. Probably a sign.
It was a very
highly scored sandwich when we did that
last time. I remember getting it a bunch when it came out.
That was my regular at the time.
I usually get the spicy chicken deluxe
which is just lettuce and cheese.
I think tomato, but I get that out of here.
And then I switch to this?
I think so. It must.
It must. I think so. Because the standard does come with pickles.
So I can't imagine they get rid of it.
That's what makes it southern stuff.
This one didn't.
This one standard did not come to pickles, but I assume it's because of the jalapenos.
Yeah.
Yeah.
I thought the jalapenos were pickles.
Me too.
I didn't look at them and I went, why are these pickles so seedy?
Oh.
I was confused.
Speaking of which.
We got those cucumbers growing on that.
We do.
We do.
There's new cukes.
We had to crack into that soon.
Yeah.
Put one in the fridge.
We definitely know.
No.
No.
No.
No.
No.
No.
Get it hot, dude.
Yeah.
And unripened.
Yeah.
Or orange is great.
Yeah, orange was overripe.
Mix it with some of that sweet sweet tea.
Oh.
Dipping sauce?
Dipping sauce?
There might still be some in the drain.
We got some toilet hooch going.
Yum.
We're making bootleg pickles.
This is super exciting.
Chick-fil-A has a streaming service called Chick-fil-A-Play,
which claims to be quote...
I know.
That's why I stuttered because I thought that's what it was going to be.
You're like, okay, what's the fun play on this?
It's no. It's just Chick-fil-A with more play at the end of it.
Which claims to be your quote,
home for free, family-friendly shows, games, and activities,
designed to create more time with your favorite people.
Imagine being six and your recently divorced dad doesn't know what you like,
so he makes you watch the Chick-fil-A play app
because the Christian secretary at his office said,
her littles just love it.
We'd run away and join the circus,
and the gruff but lovable sauce monkey would be there to teach us a lesson about acceptance.
It would be a whole thing.
No thanks.
He wouldn't teach shit about acceptance.
What?
It would be acceptance about certain.
people.
No, I'm not saying you, Nick.
Wow, sauce monkey, are you saying that all of these people are the same and we shouldn't
judge the book by the cover?
No.
The important part of acceptance is knowing who to lay in.
We have doors for a reason.
Chick-fil-A-Play app.
What the fuck?
I, I can't.
them what Chick-fil-A is going to serve up as like content.
See, yeah.
That they think people who like Chick-fil-A-I.
I can't imagine just having the app in general.
But to pitch it as like, this is all you need.
This is like Netflix.
Get rid of TV.
That's crazy.
Tubey, what's that?
You got Chick-fil-A play on this thing?
Well, we don't have two-bees, so we might have to start using.
We've got all of your favorite Born Again, Hollywood stars.
A hundred percent.
Like, Zachary, Levi.
Yeah, right.
I tried to find videos or something that is.
is like showing the Chick-Fillet play app
so I can see what's on it.
And he did find him,
and then there his weekend win.
I blinked.
I spent so much time with all my favorite people.
You have to download the app.
Like, they have a YouTube channel,
but they have a YouTube channel
that when you vote,
when you rank by most popular,
the six most popular videos
have ad spend against them
and have comments turned off.
That's awesome.
And then you go,
huh, why do these all have 350,000?
views and the rest of these like 20,000?
Because people are getting too excited. Yeah, and it's
like, I'm switching accounts to search for this.
Yeah, it's, oh, good, I'm switching to our
account. Oh, no! We're going to get a lot
of recommended Chick-fil-A play.
No, next gonna watch it all. Turn off our viewing
history. Next guy's gonna...
You should download it for your kid. Well, you do that, I'll read the next
one. This is a good one. Speaking of good parents,
a Florida mother is facing a DUI after
deputies say a Chick-fil-A employee called 911
reporting she appeared to be slurring
her words in a drive-thru lane. When deputies
arrived and pulled the woman over, which I
think she was already pulled over in the driveway lane.
She had her two kids in the back seat
plus an open bottle of tequila in the front.
Lady, if you're going to have an open container,
give it to a six year old in the back.
His fucking dad is making them watch the goddamn
Chick-fil-A play app when you're not around
and he needs to dull his senses with a little
Cuevo. Come on, baby.
Have a drink.
There's body cam footage
and all this stuff. There's footage from inside the
Chick-fil-A, and it's this woman ordering
and she's fucked up.
She's fucked up.
They didn't,
I didn't,
they didn't show you the tequila.
What time of day?
She's middle of the fucking day.
Middle of the day.
And she's ordering and she's hammered.
And then it's body cam footage from the cop and is the cop going to day.
So,
uh,
had a call out of report today.
Oh,
and you're like,
oh no.
I'm just trying to get my chick filet.
Maybe she just came from church.
She just came from church.
Oh yeah.
A little too much.
A little too much the blood.
The blood of.
shots of Christ.
Maybe Mibing.
Yep.
It means Biman?
Yeah, that's it.
Damn, dude.
Did you find the Chick-Fillip?
Because we're going to Chick-fil-A, get in the car.
There's a lot of stuff that looks like it was animated by Blue Sky Studios.
Uh-huh.
Pretty cool.
That's just like 3D.
Legends of Evergreen Hills.
Episode 5, the Hidden Portals.
All right.
I wonder where they take you.
Did you sort by popular?
No, there's also some recipe remixes, which I assume is going to be live action, but
There's no thumbnail.
Recipe remixes?
Yeah.
Put,
they did not.
Open up your sandwich,
put fries on it.
I don't know if this is on the app,
but I did see at some point when I was ordering it.
They did have like,
like dad kid videos of like making food with chick filet food.
Like get chick filet nuggets and then order like a side of macaroni and cheese.
And then you can make it so your kid eat fucking chicken nuggets.
Like they might have that on there.
Slop it up.
You're beautiful white marble kitchen while the camera pans.
That's exactly what it was.
You're both wearing button up shirts.
And the kid was like,
I'm making it.
Yeah.
They have what seems to be
some sort of
Nickelodeon gut style show
called Play It Forward.
How are those views?
These are the most popular videos on here.
388,000.
Yeah, popular.
And then you drop off to
Legends of Evergreen Hills
Episode 1, 24,000 views.
That's pretty good.
That's pretty steep.
You go to those high view ones,
comments turned off.
Why?
Because people keep saying,
I'm so mad you haven't been more of these.
They said,
we heard your feedback.
We'll keep doing it.
What it is.
For now, we'll turn off these comments.
That's what it is.
Get the Cuervo.
Get to the drive through.
This is all I need.
Damn.
This is it.
This and Legends of Evergreen Hills?
I'm in my car.
I'm drinking my tequila.
I'm watching Chick-fil-A play.
I can see if I can get Iris to make some new Chick-fil-A animated.
Oh, you should.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Very, uh...
I'll give her, I'll give her like some subject in mines.
Yeah.
And she's like, this is not Sigma.
Pretty good.
She's going to spruce it up.
She's like, it needs more guns.
Yeah.
That sounds right.
She made this animated thing that I'd see.
It's the first thing I'd seen that she like fully animated.
But it wasn't even like, she's like, check this out.
I was just like looking at her over her shoulder.
I was like, what is that?
What are you doing?
She's like, do me alone, dude?
And I was just like, whoa, it's crazy.
I was like, can I post this?
And so I like posted it on my social media.
And I was like, what do you want me to put like, what do you want me to say on it?
And it was just like, I'm like, dude, shorten it.
Shorten it.
Like, she was just like singing and shit.
I was like, I'm not going to put all that.
I can't put.
It's like 17 paragraphs.
That's like, interesting.
For shadowing for the, um, for some of the shoutouts.
Right. Right. Oh, no. So, like, if you go and look on the post, even then, it's like, it's like, Sigma Sigma boy, Sigma Sigma Girl, Yas, Slag Queen, Danny's World, Yas.
That's the shortened version. She wanted to go, Sigma, Sigma Boy, Sigma Boy, Sigma Boy, Sigma, Sigma, Sigma, Sigma, which I guess is a song.
Why is it to the tune of? Because that's what it is.
It sounds like attack on Titans. It's not attack on Titans. It's another song.
What was that?
It's a song
And then, and then the song she had me pick
Because I was like, what song do you want to put on it?
She's like, there's no song
I'm like, I know, when I post it, it's better with music, what song?
She's like, I'll pick it!
And oh, she's been listening to this song
Like in the house, like her favorite song
I put, I'm like, oh, how about this?
And she's like, this doesn't go with that?
It doesn't go with that?
I'm like, okay, well, what do you want?
She goes, look up, call the doctor, I'll tell you which one.
And I was like, what?
And she's like, I'll tell you which one it is.
I'll tell you the good one.
So I pull it up.
She's like, it's that one.
I'm like, okay, I post it.
After I post it, I look, the artist is Piss Goplin.
And I was like, yeah, you do the one.
Piss, Doc, call the doctor by Piss Goblin.
So, if Chick-fil-I-Blay, 90-second, how do we get into,
crack the code on like, Gen Alpha, like, entertainment?
I don't know, dude, I'm trying.
I feel like my- I'm trying, dude.
My top line, like, knee-jerk reaction is like, well, it has to be well-thought-out.
It's all caps, one word.
But to compare it to Chick-fil-A, now, granted, this is my Instagram about it, 67,000 views.
Yeah.
That's good enough for the chick-flake.
Oh, man.
Play app right there.
Don't worry.
It's not the icedy.
No, now I'm going to sit in it.
It's going to be nice and cool.
It honestly is.
Yeah.
The fans go in a little bit.
Oh, thank God.
I was like, what's in my pocket?
Don't worry.
They were dry paper towel.
Wow.
Soft and the blow a little bit.
It's like.
It's like when Teddy Roosevelt got shot
in his big, thick speech, saved him.
Well, it wasn't that good.
But, but, I'm gonna be honest,
it was cooling.
Wow.
But back to the fact.
After 11 years as the reigning champion
of the customer satisfaction index,
Chick-fil-A is no longer America's
number one favorite restaurant.
The new king?
Jersey mics.
Oh, yeah, well, according to the sauce monkey,
there's only one jersey mic he respects,
and he's sitting in this very room,
probably wearing sunglasses,
and he won an Emmy.
Jordan?
Nick, are you, do you think we're the same guy?
Nick thinks he won the Emmy.
Yeah, he won the Emmy.
Yeah, all of us together.
We all did it.
That's what happened.
Jersey Mike's...
I'm trying to get Iriston winning Emmy.
Do you think that's what's going on, Mega 64 right now?
Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
By the way, I forgot to mention it last week.
Congratulations to Derek.
Yep, Derek 64 for joining the club.
Yeah, Derek.
Oh, really?
Mega 64 and Emmy Award winner.
podcast just like this. Pretty cool. Yep.
So way to go. Yeah, he won a local Emmy and everything. Very cool. Very good for him.
Yeah, pretty exclusive. Yeah, I mean, yeah, for our shows, great. Pretty good stuff.
Can you believe Jersey Mike's is number one? No, I can't believe it. I love it. How, but
according to who? It's this customer. Is it Danny DeVito?
Dude, I mean, when he kicks the bucket, I'm willing to take the, I'll take the reins, dude.
I think there's one opening right near me.
me soon. I check every goddamn day.
I check every day. That was me with so
so many. It's minutes away from my house
compared to like the closest one. There's like a
bunch. I'm like in a triangle but they're all like 16, 17
minutes away. And
first I check on like Google Maps
because it's on there now but it doesn't have hours listed
then I'll go over to the app itself
and it says coming soon.
Every time I'm in the shopping center I'll look through the window.
It reminds me of when
back in January being Eric
drove by the boat jangles to see if it was
open. We just drove by it and there were like
There's people going, oh, there's all people that work there.
That's me. That's a training day.
That's me doing that.
Because the building's done, and like the first thing they did was put the sign up.
Yeah.
Which I was like, damn you.
You've tricked me.
Putting the sign up should be the, well.
Close, close.
Not the last, but close.
But not when there's like open, like, construction equipment inside the building.
Like, I went up to the window once and there's like table saws.
And I'm like, come on.
They're not even done building it.
But like the counters and stuff.
Yeah.
Like the whole structure.
They're not even done building.
I mean, they're not done building.
That's what's happening to that killer burger.
It's the same thing.
They put the sign off.
Yeah, so you should stop fucking telling us about it.
Kyle.
We should have went there today.
Fuck you.
What else we got?
Final fact.
Final fact.
Attempting to expand across the pond,
Chick-fil-I opened its first London-based location,
which was met with protests.
In 2019, they attempted to open their first UK-based location
only for it to be met with similar protests.
Why does this keep happening to us?
It closes in eight days.
Oh, brother.
Imagine what Bob Mortimer, Dave Mitchell,
and Jimmy Carr are going to have to say
on a panel show. That's a joke for real
nerds out there. You like Taskmaster?
We get it. Calm down.
Two of those people haven't been on Taskmaster.
Two of them. Which one has been?
They were on what I lie to you.
Right. They were on the Big Fat New Year's Eve quiz show.
Or eight out of ten cats. And countdown.
He's got BBC. See how this
is sort of... But it's a taskmaster joke.
They were on Guy Montgomery's spelling bee.
They're going to make jokes on the panel show.
Right. You like Taskmaster.
All of them.
Right.
We get it.
Calm down.
All right, why don't you watch something better here?
Oh, my TikToks, ooh!
Now he's just, now I'm using...
Why did he do it in a British accent?
This doesn't nothing to do with us at all.
Keep going.
Yeah.
He's literally telling Nick, I wrote this for you.
I wrote this for you.
And Nick's going, fuck you!
And we're just sitting here.
Yeah.
I mean...
I see it in his eyes!
I mean, you don't have to.
I mean, you can see it on the paper.
Oh, shit.
Oh, shit.
those are facts I guess
Jesus Christ
Chigville like closer than eight days
I want another cup of water
What is the backlash there
Is it because of
Their like political beliefs or what?
Yeah
Yeah
Okay
Yep
Absolutely
That makes sense
That's crazy that they're like that much of the backlash
Yeah
They're already rude here
Eight
I mean they already had their
They already had their claws in us
Before they like
Yeah
They start their claws in me man
I don't tell you
Yeah
I think it's the Christian nation stuff
I think going over to the UK
And then going yeah
We're closed on Sunday
for church and then going, you're
what? Fuck off wanker? Yeah.
Yeah, yeah, yeah. I don't think it works.
So they're trying again? Yeah, yeah.
Just open another one. Well, we'll see how it goes.
Yep. And they should consider
like a rebrand where like they call it something else.
Like, chickie-doo.
Like chickie-do.
Oh, that's something else.
Is it? They should call it. They should call it taskmaster.
They should call it. They should call it. He loves it.
They should call it. Chick-fil-A. Yeah, that guy's dead now.
We're very sorry.
We love gay people.
The chicken's really fucking good.
That's what they should call it.
They got,
they were a sponsor for in Ottawa.
I think it was an Ottawa,
like art, public art show or whatever.
They were sponsored like,
$5,000 sponsor from like the local Chick-fil-A.
And then there was a huge backlash
on Chick-fil-A sponsoring like this art in the park thing or whatever.
And the guy who runs it was like,
all right, yeah,
like, as the franchisee, they're great, but we understand the backlash.
This was the only course was to like, hey, withdraw the sponsorship and it totally makes sense.
And he's like, they are just paying for the sins of the founder.
That is what this is.
And it was like, yeah, that's absolutely what it is.
Sorry.
That's a unique situation where it's like paying like the alms for like forgiveness and everyone be like, we don't want it.
Get out.
It's just like it.
It also makes sense because it's so like associated with it.
It really is.
I mean, it is.
Yes.
It's like they cannot shake it.
Yeah.
That's why I just try to surround myself
with as many gay people as possible.
Oh yeah.
So it's like people don't question what they can and they do.
But it's harder when I go to Chick-fil-A.
I try to wear my most-flying outfits.
I paint my nails before I go.
I show pictures.
I'm sorry.
I'm sorry.
I like the chicken.
That's really good.
And then I go home and I shop on Amazon.
Oh, hell yeah.
Now we're talking.
We tried to get grilled nuggets today
Didn't get grilled nuggets
I've never had the grilled nuggets
Me neither I was really looking forward to trying
But the regular nuggets
I literally just like because
They were still easier to eat than the
Because my stomach was a little upset
I will say
You asked you like am I getting anything different
They have nothing different of chicken
They have chicken
They have different kinds of chicken
Like different toppings
They're milkshakes
But like I didn't even think about that
Because you're the milkshake guy
But like I do like the peach milkshake
They have um
Like their mac and cheese
It's not that good
Their mac and cheese does not meet the standard of the chicken.
Did you try putting the nuggets in it?
No, I didn't make it.
It's good.
I mean, it's probably good because the nuggets are good.
The mac and cheese isn't bad, but it's like their waffle fries are fucking great.
Their chicken's fucking great.
Their mac and cheese is not fucking great.
Nobody in a fast food restaurant has good mac and cheese.
It's just like, it's not worth getting.
I never get it.
I just get the fries.
But they have nothing.
There's nothing like outside the box.
There's no like mozzarella sticks or there's nothing.
That's true.
It's real straightforward.
So I was just like, grilled nuggets.
because it's like no one ever gets them.
That's pretty outside the box.
And then we didn't get them.
Open it out.
We're like, oh yeah, we got grilled nuggets.
And Michael, open it.
Wait, no, you didn't.
Yeah, I was like, because as I'm opening,
I'm like, dude, they look so different.
Yep.
They're so different.
They're so completely different.
They're like, they're flat and squishy.
Meanwhile, they're like brown.
You can see like the sear marks on them.
They look just like it even says right there, dude.
Their regular fried nuggets just look like
a smaller version of their chicken.
It's like you took little pieces off of it.
Yeah.
The grilled nuggets, though, like, you gotta eat them with a fork.
Oh, really?
Because they're, like, wet.
Oh, yeah.
What?
They're wet.
They're, like, juicy.
Like, they're not dry at all, and they're actually, like, moist.
Oh.
They're good as shit.
You had these?
You had the grilled nuggets?
No, never had cheese.
Not from here.
Huh?
Not from here.
Do you have grilled nuggets before in your life?
Yeah.
Got it.
KFC.
Right.
What?
Really?
Yeah.
They used to have them.
I don't think they do anymore.
They grilled nuggets at KFC.
Yeah.
Good turkey.
KGF?
Wait, KGC?
They probably weren't wet, though.
KGF.
Never really thought about how that would change.
Yeah.
The thing that I learned this week is with Pizza Hut
getting sold to private equity.
Oh yeah.
They're dead.
Well,
they're bought by a company who like owns gyms and like farm equipment.
So I don't know, maybe.
The restaurant gyms?
No.
You can't really tell from this picture.
You can't tell from this picture.
But they're like wet.
Weird.
Because they're like juicy.
The fact that they're not,
because it's like really good.
chicken, the fact that they're not fried, they have juice.
So it's like if you touch them, you're like, oh, they're not, you can't eat them
with your fingers if you don't want to get a little bit juicy wet.
But they're good, you can just suck them down.
They're real good.
I get them like, every like, 10 times I go, I'll get like, grilled nuggets.
We'll have to remember again next time.
Yeah, next time you're feeling like you hate it.
The, uh, yeah, September.
Remember nine months from now.
Yeah, something like that.
Uh, why not 11?
Whoa.
Whoa. Never forget.
Yep.
Pizza gets sold.
It only made, it's profitable.
for like yum.
Any more water?
Yeah, go for it.
Was like...
Why, where to go?
I absorbed it.
Yep.
Pretty good.
It was like $68 million in profit and you're like, why you can't make that work?
That's crazy.
Yeah.
Taco Bell.
Just any profit is nice.
Taco Bell, $250 million.
KFC over $360 million.
I can see why Pizza Hut.
Pizza Hut is the lagging child here.
The Red-Head and Steppchild.
Is worldwide and really big in other countries where it's like kind of middling in the U.S.
I don't think it's like that else.
Parts of that sale was that like the, it was kind of split where like it was like the rest of the world versus just China.
China.
All the Pizza Hut China locations are kept by Yum Brands.
Yeah.
Because I bet that's probably the best performers.
Probably makes a lot of money.
So with that private equity and everything, it's really weird.
The crazy thing that, like, I learned all about that stuff,
and then I was looking into Chick-fil-A
because they're privately owned, but I wanted to see...
Family-owned, you could say.
You could say.
They are privately owned, and then are in the middle of...
What was the term that they used?
It's something like...
Oh, is that a nice business word?
It's something like debt restructure, consolidation,
certificate, acquisition, whatever.
Ebida.
Where they have sold...
something like 600 million to like other companies to refinance, reorganize and get money
working with Bank of America to expand their locations and everything.
So like they are a privately family-owned company that also has private equity investors and
they invest in private equity themselves.
So it's like all as much as it's a family-owned thing or whatever, there's a lot that
It's not.
I'm sure it's much more, yeah, everything has like a much more complex, especially something as big as Chick-fil-A.
Exactly.
It's not that simple.
But we should learn about what we ate.
Oh.
Because you guys don't know shit about it.
I do, actually.
No, you don't know anything.
I do, actually.
I mean, I ate it.
I don't think so.
The honey pepper pimento chicken sandwich, our original take on our original chick-fil-A chicken sandwich.
It's a lot of words.
Comes with one more.
Comes with an original or spicy filet.
served with pimento cheese, mild pickled jalapinos,
a drizzle of honey and a warm toasted bun,
and it's available for a limited time.
It really was a drizzle of honey.
Yeah, and I'm not complaining about it.
No, I'm not complaining because...
Don't eat it.
It doesn't even need it at all,
but besides, like, the honey craze,
this is enough of a different sandwich
with just the pimento cheese.
Yeah.
Because it's very, it's like very distinct.
Why combine them?
It doesn't need it.
Why we got a light one?
You could just call it the pimento chicken sandwich
and you didn't need the honey.
So I'm totally fine that it wasn't very noticeable.
Doing it with the jalapinos I really like.
Yeah.
I was not, I wasn't expecting to think it was going to, like, add much to it.
It did a really good job.
They were pretty good.
And they were mild.
The jalapenos, man, I never, because.
Yeah, a little crunch.
I like spice.
I like jalapeno flavor.
I never really eat actual jalpinos because it's just like,
it's kind of like the pickle thing.
I just don't like the consistency and the shape and the size.
Like on sandwiches.
Sometimes you get ones that are really bringing me.
It's more of that than the flavor.
But then on top of it,
like, halapeno means nothing as far as heat.
Right? It could be like mild as fuck or like,
fuck, that's actually really hot. And I just never know
what I'm going to get. Yep. It's like a Shishito pepper.
It's either the most mild thing you've ever had or
you die. It's Shishito summer.
Well, it's also, it's a thing
in something you're eating for 10 minutes and it's
mine and then also you're like, what the fuck was that?
No, yeah, that happened to me.
I remember I was at like home ate or
something and I was like, I know that
everyone is like a risk. Yeah. But they're so
good. Yeah. Like the way they prepare them
and season them is so good. And then I got
what is probably the hottest pepper I've ever eaten.
And I was just like, I might be done.
You took a bite, it was too hot, then you gave it to Holly,
and she went, yeah, crunch, and be stuck in your teeth a little bit,
and then you're dead.
Oh, yeah. Well, I took a bite, and I was like, oh, I got a spicy one.
And Holly went, oh.
I wanted it.
Oh, man. Holly loves spicy.
She turned me on some spicy stuff.
Ooh, it's always good. It's exciting.
The press material reads, read it.
Quote, this summer is a celebration of the fun,
flavors, and experiences, our guests with a capital,
Love the most and ask us to bring back year after year.
Go ahead.
Go ahead.
That's what our year of nostalgia is all about.
Nice.
Delivering timeless favorites with fresh new twists,
allowing a new generation of capital G guests
to experience our 80-year heritage in a way that feels new yet nostalgic
and unmistakably Chick-fil-A.
Kalila Cooper, vice president of brand strategy, advertising and media,
For Chick-fil-A, Inc.
What's you guys?
You guys into nostalgia?
No.
What?
No.
But it's new.
Yeah.
But it's old.
I get what they're going for here.
But like, have they ever had a pimento thing before?
Uh-huh.
Like, how is that new nostalgia?
You know, it's a new.
It's making you think about it.
It is thinking about something always nostalgia.
Like, I think about stuff all the time.
Oh, you're doing nostalgia?
I think, I guess.
Old stalgia?
Yeah.
Wow.
Regular stalgia?
We dip into nostalgia heavy on like retro reads.
Right, but that's like actual nostalgia.
But if I'm thinking about playing Golden Eye, I'm not like, ooh, nostalgia.
I'm just like, I just remember the game.
Right.
And if I'm thinking how much he pissed me off last week, it's not nostalgia.
Yeah.
Like when I'm watching an episode.
No, it's new nostalgia.
I'm watching like the quality control on an episode and I'm getting angry.
It's not nostalgia.
Newstalgia.
It's new.
It's different.
And again, just unmistakably, Chick-fil-A.
Unmistakable.
Wait, Jordan as a capital G guest, I really appreciate it.
My pleasure.
Yeah, that's, everyone at Chick-Fleys very nice, but you really don't interact with a lot of people.
Not allowed to say that.
Yeah, you can't say that.
You can't say you're welcome.
No-uh, it's my pleasure.
Oh, yeah.
I thought you were going to say the small person thing again.
That's his word.
You can say that if you work at Chick-fil-A.
We go to a Chick-fil-A that is only outdoor ordering.
There's no inside to this Chick-fil-A, Sonic burger-style.
Yeah, I wish it was a son-fellet.
We go inside.
It's Sonic burger style.
You can't go inside.
I like standing outside,
sweating for my sins.
I feel like that's what allows,
that allows me to eat there.
It's atonement.
It's absolutely.
It's exactly what it is.
That's the Christianity they're pushing on you.
It's the atonement that you need.
They're like, your sin is pride.
Staying in the sun.
You're being baptized.
Yeah.
When I,
whether you like it or not.
When I order it in one of us.
And I go through the drive-thru,
dude, their mobile drive-thru is also amazing.
Like, no one else does this either.
Chick-Flice is like the only goddamn restaurant
where everybody has a mobile app, right?
But they have two fucking lanes.
They have a regular drive-through and a mobile app drive-through.
So you don't get stuck behind the fuckers.
I just thought they were doing two lanes all the time.
No, no.
It's just mobile app.
You order it, you pull up.
They've got like a regular sign.
Then they also have like the digital sign, but both.
It's just a big fucking QR code and you just scan it.
And it's like, cool, move up because you already have your order in the app.
That's such a good level of organization.
It moves so insanely fast.
It's unbelievable.
And it's just like, finally, right?
Because it's like usually,
ordering in mobile doesn't make it faster
it's just I do it anyway because first of all that's where all
the coupons are yeah yeah yeah you just save more money
that's every place is like that now they just put coupons
in mobile apps um and then it's more just
I don't have to deal with it and I get to the window
you know what you don't have to be like oh who wants what
is it's just done already at Chick-fil-A it's fucking faster
like no one else does this it's crazy
well we have our review of Chick-fil-A but we need to hear
from you in a segment we call you review
who review
a day review a couple long ones on
on this one yeah speaking much give me that receipt
If you're done with it.
Over here.
Before Nick gets it.
Oh.
I'll take the
middle one if it means you read the long one.
I haven't called it.
He didn't even know he wanted it until you wanted it.
He doesn't want it. He can't go there. What would people think of him?
This is from Nathan T.
We live right by this Chick-fil-A.
So we were really excited when it opened.
But quite literally, every time
we've tried this Chick-fil-A, they have messed
something up. Oh, no. Most of the time,
it's a missing item that results in either my wife or
a child crying and leaves me wondering
why we continue to push our luck.
Oh, no.
Okay, one of those makes sense.
The wife.
The one time I had to return
to get the grilled chicken I asked for
and was on the receipt.
Oh, my God, this is crazy.
Did you write this?
The person at the window
put me through the ringer
on whether I was telling the truth or not.
I don't know why I got the questions
when I had been through
the drive-thru less than an hour before,
but I got my food and left.
This guy keeps going...
One star.
This guy keeps going to the Chick-fil-A
that makes his wife cry.
That's crazy, dude.
My sandwich!
Bro.
What happened to me?
Your wife or child cries
every time?
That's crazy.
Stop going to the Chick-fil-A.
Would you keep going to the Chick-fil-A
that makes your wife and child cry?
I feel like...
I want to go to the Chick-fil-A
that put me through the ringer.
Yeah, I also feel like it's not...
Like, yes, the Chick-fil-A,
if they're getting the food wrong,
I feel like she's going to cry anywhere he goes.
I think that's like a wife situation.
Yeah.
I think that's a wife situation.
It's not really a chick filet situation.
My grown
My grown up a home-cooked meal, but he insists on going to fast food restaurants.
The Cini Minis are wrong.
Can we please just go to a sit-down restaurant?
I know a very nice lot in Georgia we can go to.
Dwarf house.
What?
What the fuck?
Really like the, he's lured by the convenience of a close chick-fil-A that has never
been right or done him right.
That's also crazy to me because I'm dead serious.
Like of all the restaurants, of all the games is good.
I don't like, chick-fil-a never fucks it up for me.
Yeah.
Like, they're like, they are miles above every other fast food restaurant.
They put the effort in.
You must be going to the worst chick-fil-a if it's consistently bad.
I mean, I mean, today's maybe the first, one of the first things I've seen wrong
when this guy fucked up the order and didn't get the real nuggets.
That's true.
That's true.
I was going to say Nathan might be the problem.
I don't know.
Hard to say.
We got this crying wife situation.
I will say, if he figures that out.
Somehow still ends chickvillic style.
It was like, anyway, I got my food.
Yeah.
Yeah.
I got everything was resolved and it's fine.
Everything worked out.
No one cried.
Food is great.
One star.
You don't know that.
You don't know that.
Maybe she's crying because Nathan throws a fit.
Yeah.
Maybe she's crying because of Nathan.
Yeah.
And she's like, please stop.
Again, there's a wife situation.
Every time we come here, you never learn.
And then she cries and goes, look what chickful late.
Please stop.
There's before.
Made her do.
Chickful leg.
Biden!
Biden!
Oh, do you think Nathan's wife was going to the Chick-fil-A with the little quaver well?
Oh, yeah, yeah.
My husband said we.
He always gets it wrong.
I'm going to show Nathan's way.
He isn't wrong.
It's not that hard.
You go and you can get any of the food you want.
Kids get in the car.
Just send the kids.
I tell my kids all the time they're going to drive and they, like, like, to the point of it, they'll start to stress them out.
That's, because I always, like, continue the bit where the Irish, I was like, yeah, I mean, you can go.
She's like, I can't drive.
I was like, dude, you're almost.
I'm like, you're nine years old now.
You're practically an adult.
You got to learn to drive sometimes.
On my license, I'm like, how do you think you get it?
You have to learn.
It's not that far.
I'll write down.
I'll write down.
I can't give you my phone.
This is how instructions you used to work, dude.
Used to be a map.
You print them out.
Write it down.
Stick to the instructions, you'll be fine.
If you get lost, it's going to be a problem.
My dad used to do that when I was a kid too.
He would be like, all right, you're driving.
I'm like, and then it would just get further.
He'd be like, you're the keys.
And I'm like, I'm nine!
I was on the highway.
I was stopped at a light and there's a Taco Bell
like you hit the light, make a left
and it's like over there.
And I was like coming back
from picking them up from camp or something
and I was getting them Taco Bell
and Iris is in the back
talking to one of her friends like on FaceTime
she got her iPad and so I'm just like
making like a commotion
to cause a scene while she's talking to somebody
and I'm like all right Iris there's the
Taco Bell get out. It's like what? I was like
dude get out go get it. It's like four lanes
of traffic on the other side. And she's like
like, I can't get it?
What are you talking about?
I was like, hurry up before the light turns green!
And Luna's just sitting there doing,
Luna's sitting there doing nothing just playing up, right?
And I was like, oh my God, fine, all right, I'll get out.
And I opened the door, she's like, where are you open the door?
I was like, you're not going to go.
I'll get out.
I'm going to pick you up.
I'm going to carry you over my shoulder.
I'm going to run across.
Luna, you need to get in the car.
Drive at home.
We'll meet you at home.
And she goes, okay.
And then I was like, great, now it's green.
Now I just have to drive.
Fine.
You drove there, fine.
You happy?
That's awesome.
That's so funny.
It's a lot of fun.
Oh, man.
All right, next one.
All right, this is from Tito S.
Oh, no.
Worst customer service ever.
Eventuating was going fine.
I still don't know what he's trying to say.
I've read it 100 times.
Everything?
Everything?
Yeah, maybe it's everything.
But boy, talk about a swing and a miss.
I don't even think eventuating's a word.
It's like a weird typo to which she like made up a word that kind of makes sense.
It does.
Eventuating was going fine.
I was in the drive-thru.
Order was taken and was waiting to get my food one sentence.
As I'm waiting behind this sub, the man in the drive-thru hands my food to the lady in the sub.
No!
Stop her!
How did he know?
I work in a restaurant and know once the food touches out the prep's hand, it's dead food.
That's true.
It's is dead food.
and can no longer be given to others.
The lady handed him back my food.
Uh-oh.
And she got what I'm assuming is her food.
When I go to the drive window, he gave me the bag, which I asked, was this remade?
He said, no, because the lady only touched the bag and not the food.
Being sanitary, don't matter if the bag was touched or the food was touched.
The food has now been in someone else's hands beside the prep person.
the guy had attitude
when I asked this
tired around and spoke
to another guy
which I overheard
and then asked me
to move forward to the stop sign
not even a minute
and a half later
I was brought quote
my food
I didn't want to argue anymore
so I took the food
and went somewhere else to eat
I don't know what your protocol
is for food that leaves your window
and neither does your team
he is right that it is dead food
He's kind of got a point.
But here's the thing.
Uh-huh.
Here's the thing.
He's right.
When I'm that guy, I'm the one that doesn't argue because I know they won't give it to me.
Yep.
I wish they broke their rule and gave it to me.
You, look, I get it.
You want to be a cleanliness.
You yourself, as this person works in a restaurant, just said, you just saw.
Yeah.
They handed a lady, handed it back.
Yeah.
Just take the fucking food.
Yeah.
When they're offering it too late.
Right.
Especially if you've physically seen it.
You know.
Yeah.
You know.
Yep.
I'm just saying like.
Unless it disappeared in the car and maybe another bag and time.
Maybe.
I don't know.
I'm just saying like the way he describes it is its protocol.
Yeah.
Not personal preference.
It's letter of the law.
Exactly.
So I was like, that's when I went, oh.
Not extending.
I was waiting for it to go so they couldn't give it to me.
Ugh.
And I was disappointed.
Yeah.
But then he went and then they tried to give it to me.
And I was just like, oh, okay.
I would have absolutely taken it.
Yeah.
I do like them kind of like playing along with him and being like, all right.
We'll get you new food.
Yeah.
He probably pulled up.
And they went right out.
Like it took them a minute and have to walk out.
See, I'm just saying like, and I can see too if it's like they were looking for your food and it was missing for a while.
And then you kind of found out someone had it.
And you're like, what's the journey my food?
You lost sight of it.
You just went like, they gave it right back.
I'm not taking it now.
And it's like they touch the bag.
I'm like, there's so many layers that the food is inside of it.
I would have been like you want a new bag then?
Right.
I don't know.
I'm just saying like I'm not, I get fully fault them on it.
Like yes, that's policy.
but it just seems like
he didn't really compare
about contamination.
It's just going,
those are the rules!
You don't follow the rules.
The rules must be followed.
But you could have got your food.
Yeah.
I don't know.
Because I agree with what he's saying
with the protocol
and I get that he wanted the different food.
He ends up taking the food
and he knows it's the same food.
But I couldn't not have this review in this
because of eventuating.
Eventuating.
Eventuating?
Eventuating?
he tired to turn around.
What the fuck?
I also question that he took the food
and went somewhere else and he just, he did not
and he just wanted to leave the review anyway.
Right.
And he ate the food.
Yep.
Oh, he absolutely ate the food.
Because why wouldn't you just get a refund?
That makes no sense.
You got to pay for it, take it and not eat it?
That makes absolutely no sense.
Yeah, yeah.
And then he go buy something else?
Yeah.
I just think he wanted to complain about
they don't fall in the protocol.
Yeah.
And then, but then he ate the food.
I got to figure out how to work eventuating into a sentence,
but I don't know what it means.
I don't know what it means.
I think you'll feel.
figure it out eventuating. Is that what it means?
I don't know.
After eventuating on it, you'll probably figure it out.
That's a better... That's good. I really
like that. Vesuate on this guy's.
I got a lot of new things to consider. That's going to be like
a new business buzzword where it's like,
like guys, if we just get together and like,
you know, really work on it, like,
through the power of eventuating, we'll figure it out.
We were talking about this earlier. Maybe I could like throw that to
Iris. Oh! Yeah. Can you seed this in?
Yeah. Because it doesn't have... I'm trying to make this happen. She doesn't have to
know. Yeah. And then if I just, if I just, if, if,
a couple of like some time goes by I hear back like
their neighbors and friends across the street they come back and they're
saying eventuating yeah I was like oh shit damn
now we're eventuating
yeah my dad he doesn't know
all right perfect last one
Debbie B
I visited chick fillet on a Wednesday
September 16th
I placed my order and told the young gentleman
that I had a free market salad
on the manager's list
he asked me to wait since he needed
he needed to let another employee know about my order
he asked me to pay at the window since I had
ordered some other items. He stated that they could discount my salad and pay for the items at the
window. When I got to the window, I was charged for my free salad. I asked about my free salad,
and they did not know what I was talking about. They went and asked the manager, and they came
back to get my credit card to refund me the amount of $9.30. At that point, I was getting an
attitude from the employee that was helping me out, and he was very rude to me for asking about
my free salad. I had a friend in the car with me, and she even made a comment about how rude he was,
and how he had handled the situation.
My last experience with your location
has made me not want to go there anymore.
I enjoy the great food,
but will not go to your location again, ever.
I would prefer to drive out of my way
to another location to be treated with respect.
Debbie B.
She wrote her name at the end.
Debbie's signing off.
The thing in the middle that I really like
was over-explaining the window
and free salad situation.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
They want me to go to the window.
I go to the window.
At the window, I paid my free salad.
Where did this happen?
Jesus Christ.
Lady, I get it.
But also, I don't, they refunded you, you got the thing.
Yeah, but it was rude.
Yeah, attitude though.
What would, what do you?
I'm sorry, is this Denver?
Yeah, I also, again, lower that attitude.
I got to, like, question.
Every place is different, but, like, chick filet is the most, like, consistent.
Uh-huh.
Yeah.
I can't even fathom someone with an attitude.
No.
You know what I mean?
Like, most of you reviews, people like, they're in a fucking attitude.
and they're fucking liars.
But like a lot of fast food people,
like, I don't consider an attitude
to just apathetically do your job
and not care.
You know, just like, don't be rude.
And asking a question to clarify.
Chick-fil-A is like, they're like,
hello, how are you?
Oh, wonderful.
Oh, that's great.
My pleasure.
My pleasure.
All right, dial it down with the attitude.
Attitude to Denver.
I have never my life gone to Chick-fil-A
and had someone be like,
there you go.
I've never gotten that before.
Right, yeah, they don't even do that.
I can't even wrap my head around
thinking about this, like,
This is fucking jerk off.
Fuck this guy.
Fuck this guy.
My free salad.
They're giving me my money back.
They could have had an attitude.
You know, I don't know.
I wasn't there.
But also, here's the consider.
Do you think maybe?
Uh-huh.
This lady had an attitude?
No, not Debbie B.
You think Debbie B signing her name, Debbie B, maybe had an attitude?
Debbie B.
Could be.
No way, Debbie B.
Could be.
Come on, Debbie B.
Could be.
Debbie B wouldn't be doing that.
Where is this tweet?
What?
Hold on.
There was, like, the attitude thing was like,
in the build-up to the Mexico
versus England game.
Uh-huh.
Since they were playing in Mexico City, which is very high elevation.
England was talking a lot about how like this is an advantage for Mexico because like they're used to playing at altitude.
And there's this post in all the talking about it from Liam Gallagher.
It says every time I've been in Mexico, everyone's been lovely.
I don't get all this bad attitude nonsense.
It'll be fine.
Somebody replies, I think it's altitude.
Oh my God.
Not attitude.
Oh my God.
Are you sorry?
He replies, uh, okay, got you for fun.
It's like, I've been sitting here scratching my mouth.
Oh my God. That's awesome.
Everyone in Mexico City is actually fucking nice.
That's fucking funny.
And even funnier of him to go, ah.
Dude, I was lost.
That's really fucking funny.
Oh, man.
Well, no many texts I had it because Gus texted.
Jesus Christ.
It's just us talking about the World Cup.
And soon it will end.
It will.
And you have talked to you.
Get it for years.
I'm going to miss them.
Yep.
Well, those are you are reviews of Chick-fil-A,
but we have our reviews.
of the Chick-Villay, honey, pepper, pimento, sandwich.
Jordan, what do you think?
I feel like I was not in the right physical mindset
to enjoy this to its full potential.
But I will say this pimento cheese,
it comes through and it's rich,
and it's like you can taste that it's high quality.
It's way better whenever the fuck the neighbors
at Waterburger were slinging us,
drenching in and honey and making it a mess.
I do appreciate that there wasn't too much.
honey on this. You could taste it a little bit.
There was a sweet back, but almost a gun. It was sweetness. It wasn't even like the
honey texture or like the, you could tell both in the, in the, this, the light sweetness
and the lack of sticky hands. Yeah. Yeah. Oh man, it's not sticky. Thank God. Um, part of me also
wondered like if we didn't get it with, because you were saying you didn't get jalapeno's on some of the
I may have had this sandwich four or five times already. Yes. Yeah. And I, and this is the first
time I've had it with jalapenos.
Sometimes the jalapenos
made it too spicy or like
overpowered the flavor of the pimento
and kind of wanted to just enjoy that richness.
It's rich. And I'll say this too.
It was never been a situation
where sometimes they like skimp on sauce or cheese
or whatever. They've never done that.
But today I felt like it was like
they went ham. Oh really?
I was like well they were generous today.
Hell yeah. Yeah it was good. Except for their
yours that Nick was looking at. Well I had a lot
all on one side. It just had to even it up. It's weird.
Like Nick licked it and then half of it was gone
And he was like, where all of it go?
Monkey tongue in my sandwich.
Right on tip of his nose.
Get it.
Cool.
I did, I did, to Nick's credit, one of the times I got the sandwich, I got home, opened it, and then spread it.
Nice.
Because I wanted it to be perfect.
Yeah.
Even though I feel like I didn't enjoy its full potential, I could see and taste that this is a quality sandwich.
I'm going to give it an 82.
82
It's incredible
It's the best sandwich they've ever made
It's better than the last one we had
And today I think it was the best
I think I'm gonna get it with jalapenius now from now on
Like usually I take them off
I take the honey off
The dude the first one I got was a fucking egregious
The first sandwich I forgot I didn't take the honey off
I gave it but you got it again
It was so well because I meant to take the honey off
I just forgot when I ordered it
So it's like my own fault.
Gotcha.
I was never going to get it with the honey
because we were talking about it.
Like fucking honey, dude, we don't fucking eat it.
I wanted it for the cheese.
And I forgot.
My hands were so sticky.
It was like battling the cheese.
It was insane.
That's brutal.
Today, with the jalapenos and even with the honey,
which I won't get again,
but I get the jalapinos.
It's like it was the best one.
Sounds like they dialed in.
Dude.
Well, I hadn't been to that chick filet before,
so maybe they know what they're doing there.
98.
98.
It's fucking good, dude.
It's like I can't, I'm sitting there, I ate it in about seven seconds today.
And I'm just like, I don't know how, like, there's nothing more I can want from the sandwich.
It's an average score of 90.
It's a very high-scoring sandwich.
You should go get this sandwich.
I'm going to get this sandwich again.
I loved it.
It's so good.
It's so good.
It always is, but like the pomeo cheese spread is just so goddamn delicious.
I was saying that this was the first chick-fil-a sandwich I think that I've ever had that did not need chick-fil-a-sau-sto-go.
I love chick-fellie sauce.
I fucking love it.
Their sauce is good.
It did not need it at all.
It was such a good sandwich on its own.
I think more often than not for me.
If you get a plain one, it's always good to put it.
For sure. That's awesome.
More often than not for me, a cheese spread never holds up to a slice of cheese.
I'll try it.
Sure.
I like it.
Unless you get a real good like blue cheese burger.
Yeah.
But even then a lot of times like you got to do it right.
Otherwise it's like I like the flavor, but it's like it's not enough.
It's not of a tradeoff.
I kind of want a slice of cheese and the blue cheese on top of it.
This, not the case.
This, like, outperforms cheese.
It's kind of like the mac and cheese effect.
Like, it covers, like, all the surface area of the chicken.
It's so goddamn good.
And just enhances it.
The chick, and the cheese itself, like, it's very well made.
It's so rich.
It's good, dude.
I'm glad we did this one.
This was one I was where I was going to get, like, lost in the shuffle
because there's a bunch of things out right now.
Yeah, that's why I went myself.
Yeah.
Once we were, like, they got the laid.
I don't blame you because this was a fucking great.
I really, really, really like this sandwich.
I'm getting this again for sure.
Look at this coin.
Been in my pocket.
Hell yeah.
Homebrew.
Yeah.
These are cool.
I don't know we have these.
Ha, you got nah.
Yep.
We got the Homebrew Austin Challenge coin.

pretty soon, I think.
You've been saying that for about three weeks?
Well, yeah, we actually have time to do it
because he's back.
The cup is so big.
A couple of rim jobs.
What?
Huh?
Nick, thoughts?
He's eventuating on rim jobs?
All right, we don't have anything else to say.
That's the end of the things we have to say?
Yeah, what else do you have to say?
Rate subscribe and tell a friend about the show
where eat food and rate the food.
Oh, wow.
Oh, okay.
Goodbye.
Please do that.
Whoa.
Shit.
Hello and welcome.
Today we're doing something never before seen.
Because I feel like some injustices may have been made.
Uh-huh.
Jordan here, yesterday, unfortunately, had an upset tummy.
What?
And we may have had the greatest sandwich ever.
Taming?
Uh-huh.
That he couldn't properly review.
So I submit the potential for the first ever food reevaluation.
The day after?
We gotta catch it before the episode goes out.
That's right.
Just in case his opinion has changed.
Yep.
And also grilled nuggets.
Oh, those are way.
I got so much sauce.
Here's the thing.
Corrected it, no honey.
However, for the authenticity.
You got it without honey?
Jordan can put a dribble on his head.
I'm actually fine without it.
The thing that I was saying yesterday was that I thought the jalapinos were cheap.
Interesting.
Well, all right, Nick, Nick,
I guess he didn't listen to that.
All right, Jordan.
This is, this is unprecedented, you know?
Strike all the iron tied.
Yeah.
Also, this was very exciting because now we have one.
This one is great.
Definitely way more messy than yesterday.
Is it?
Oh yeah, look at this.
Look, maybe the score will go down.
Oh, no.
Honestly, you're risking it.
It's worth the risk.
It's worth the risk.
I'll risk it for this.
Yeah.
Nick doesn't mind.
I'm going to try to find a good bite here.
Find a good bite.
I'll put on a brave face.
Yeah.
So great.
Brave little boy.
The boy is.
Incredible.
Honestly, it tastes like there's honey on it.
It does.
Whoa.
I'm getting honey on this.
Like more than yesterday.
Oh my god, you know what?
It doesn't say no honey.
Oh my god!
He's risking it.
Why don't you give it an 82?
I don't know what you gave it.
It wasn't the 80s.
Wait, it wasn't it an 84?
No, it was in 82 because he gave it a 98.
Oh, 97.
You gave it a 98.
98.
Because the total combined score
was 90. It was yesterday. It was the average was 90.
But hang on, Jordan. It's not the sandwich, but maybe
a peach milkshap. He's doing everything to pat him. Now he's
trying to bribe. Jordan, he couldn't
have a milkshake yesterday. Well, the peach, I need a fork.
Michael is very specific about eating a fork. There's a fork there. I think
there's a fork there. I thought he was going to feed it to you.
No, no, no, no. He's going to feed it to you. It's going to feed it to you. Why am I
It's been wine and dine with Chick-fil-A to give the sandwich.
Like, there's nothing to do with the sandwich.
So I wanted to eat it again.
Yeah, but Michael is excited to have it one more time.
I don't know why.
I didn't want it.
I know.
I like it.
Nick likes it, everyone.
Wow.
We've got lots of sauce for the coffers.
They got sauce for the cup.
They're wet, though, right?
They're definitely wet.
They're super wet.
They're so wet.
Give it a squeeze.
Squeeze me.
Yeah, squeeze.
Oh, my God.
Oh, it's wet.
That's a wet.
It's got a good char.
Oh, good.
Mm-mm-mm.
I just got random sauce.
for the drawers.
Mm-hmm.
Thank you.
I thought bank it, baby.
Mm.
I gotta restock.
I'm gonna go back in for another bite of the same.
Oh, that's in a second.
I'm gonna join George just to remember.
I'm gonna let this stuff do, you know, let the bribe do its work.
Look, Wendy's ain't giving me shit, so.
Yeah.
Allegiance is much changed.
No, they still put honey on.
They're pushing the honey.
Yeah, they are.
These are...
It's not a ton, though, still.
The regular ones are way better with the chick-fil-a sauce.
I think these are too wet for sauce.
They're very wet.
I think these actually work without sauce.
They don't need them.
Yeah, I don't think so.
George, what do you think?
Oh, and he's going right.
Oh, he's tucking in.
I gotta go for the other stuff.
His mouth's getting dry.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Yeah.
He's the thirsty boy.
Oh, my gosh, you're drug your mouth.
Peach is like your favorite, too,
and I don't know how I actually ordered three.
Oh, cool.
Well, thank you.
There you go.
They don't know how to follow orders, I guess.
No honey?
Yes, honey.
Pretty sure that one's on me.
The milkshakes.
97.
That changes the score.
Average rating of 97.5.
Wait, I said the shake is it.
Oh, no.
Oh, my God.
What a roller-colle.
I know.
Is no one listening to me?
I was listening.
I don't know why you rated just a milkshake.
Now I'm going back into the sandwich.
Okay, okay, okay.
He's good.
No, I'm gonna pass out.
Oh, hold on.
Uh-oh.
Uh-oh.
Oh, that was close.
Before you may give a new score,
what's everybody doing tomorrow?
J-JJ's score.
You want to score more time?
Do you want to try one more time?
I do think this one's a little bit better.
Ooh, wow.
I'll give this one.
I'm gonna go 88.
88!
Wow!
All right, do quick maths.
Here we go.
You're not doing math.
Swipe down.
Okay, we'll just do this.
We should do a 98 plus 88.
He's dialing a number.
Yep.
He doesn't have the calculator open.
All right, you top 9888.
That raises it.
An average score, 93.
93!
Our first ever reevaluation.
Wow.
And Nick gets to put it back in the video.
We finished already.
Yeah, Nick, this was at the end of the video.
Thanks, guys.
I mean, is it worth it though?
Yeah, absolutely.
Just a little bit.
All right.
Well, thanks for watching.
Go check it out.
New score ranking.
Never before happened.
Ninety three.
Incredible Jordan.
And don't forget the shakes are thick.
These shakes are thick.
Thick shake.
Yeah, that's what he looks.
Oh, it was a bite of peach.
Okay.
That's why it's so good.
Oh, real peach.
Hey, good move.
