Ladies and gentlemen, two bears won cave and finally we have someone who can prove his ethnic background. Tom, yeah, Tom says he's Latino, but like, have you ever, you've been around that colonizer?
Starting point is 00:01:29 Yeah, it's okay. No, he's Latino in the same way that Christopher Columbus was an Inka. Like his dad colonized Peru met his mom. I think that's how it worked. Right, right, right, right, right, yeah. I mean, I'm not that much closer. I maybe probably just look closer.
Starting point is 00:01:42 You look a lot more ethnic than Tom. Yes, yes, for sure. He's so excited, he wanted to be here. I called him, I said, yo, Siphah, as a guest bear and he's like, fuck, yes. Was he not gonna be here? No, he's not. I thought you were there as you and him.
Starting point is 00:01:55 I know, you're a guest bear. Oh, I'll be a guest bear. Yeah, you're a guest bear. So, yeah, so you're filling in for Tom, thank God. Right, I don't speak Spanish though. No, he speaks Spanish. I know, that's what I'm saying. Wait, how do you not speak Spanish?
Starting point is 00:02:07 We just willfully not learn it. How much time do you have? Wait, is your mom speak Spanish? My mom is not the Puerto Rican when my dad was. Wait, what was your mom? Well, my mom is half Puerto Rican, half Irish, but didn't know her dad. You got it?
Starting point is 00:02:21 I don't know, how Puerto Rican, half Irish didn't know her dad. Right. Her dad was Puerto Rican. Yes. Okay. So that was horrible. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:02:28 No, that's right. He's the one, okay. Yeah. Barrett's guy sticks around. But Iris guy doesn't leave a Puerto Rican check. He can't. Never. Never.
Starting point is 00:02:35 Yeah. That's the, that, okay, keep going. Keep going. Right down the most perfect, beautiful children. What do you think the perfect mashup is? Because Irish, Irish doesn't come with a lot of great characteristics on my wrist. Yeah, but sometimes you throw in those green eyes.
Starting point is 00:02:51 So if you go ethnic, if you're Irish and you go super ethnic for the other person, they'll get like the brown skin and might get the green eyes. Then it's like, whoa, right? Did you know any of those dudes growing up? Yeah, there's a lot, and the Bronx is a lot of Puerto Rican Irish mix. Really? Yeah, it's like a thing.
Starting point is 00:03:09 Yeah. Oh, they should have a name for that. Like all I have six red-headed girl cousins, they all look, they are white girls with red hair with the ghettoest Puerto Rican accents. For real? Yes. That's fucking.
Starting point is 00:03:26 It's mind boggling. Do you think, what do you think? Do you think accents are, do you think accents are nature or nurture? Meaning, do you think you have more of a Bronx? Like, I listen to this dude try to fight a pro tennis player at the US Open. Did you see this? A black dude from from Long Island. Yes.
Starting point is 00:03:43 And I could sense a black Long Island accent. Yes, yes, yes. You know what I mean? You could you catch the, it's like a Metz accent? He said, he goes, I forget the exact line, but he's like, yo, we, this new York, bro. Yeah. I was like, oh, I know that.
Starting point is 00:03:57 I've said that. Yeah, I say that. And then he's fucking slamming him from being from Serbia. Yeah. He was like, yo, this New York, yo, not Serbia. I was like, wow. How did he, he's intelligent enough to know
Starting point is 00:04:09 or he knows the guy that he's Serbian. He's not a tennis match. Like, when he was just beautiful about that is like, I read the comments, horrifically inappropriate. Of course. As if he's just, as if he's a black dude who rolled off the N and R onto
Starting point is 00:04:26 Right into I don't even know what lines connect. We just play there As if he's a black guy at a US open right he clearly likes tennis. Yeah, he wasn't Working there. Right. He's a fan. He's a fan of He was met the fight was that the guy was, asked him to shut the fuck up. Right. Because he's from Serbia, who was, thankfully he's from Serbia
Starting point is 00:04:51 and he doesn't know how black people cheer. Black people celebrate. Dude, I saw one of the coolest things on hard knocks. On hard knocks, they brought a magician into the Jets training camp. Shut the fuck up. Wait, black people watch your magic? Oh, just Google that. to the Jets training camp. Shut the fuck up. Wait, black people watch your magic?
Starting point is 00:05:07 Oh, just Google that. It's the best. It's better. It might like black people excel in certain aspects of life all over the place, but watching magic is number one. Yeah, it's phenomenal. They do not play backsponsors, they watch magic. But here's the thing. I don't know how we got into this,
Starting point is 00:05:28 but fuck it. I was at an event once and there was two black ladies next to me and they were agreeing with what was being set on stage and the woman behind in front turns around and goes, can you please stop talking? And they both got confused. They were like, we're not talking, because that's what they say black people talking
Starting point is 00:05:50 to movie theater. That's not talking, it's reacting. But it's verbal. And people that don't know that don't get it. So you won't even think you're talking, because you were just like, I was just agreeing. But their agreeing is verbal, I was just agreeing. But their agreeing is verbal.
Starting point is 00:06:08 I studied this stuff. And the way she'll be, did you grow up, you grew up in a diverse neighborhood? Oh yeah, really. Really? Like what's the Bronx like? The Bronx is, that's, bro, I grew up, I'm Puerto Rican, but only because in New York,
Starting point is 00:06:24 you have to be something, right? All New Yorkers. Okay, here's the questions you asked in New York when you meet somebody. You say, what's your name? Yeah. Where you from means where you from in New York. And what are you?
Starting point is 00:06:39 Okay. And if you ask me, what are you? I say Puerto Rican, Puerto Irish. That's what I am. Everybody's something. The neighbor over here is Trinidadian. Jamaican upstairs, Jewish lady downstairs, Chinese lady next door. Guy needs across the hall.
Starting point is 00:06:54 Nobody, the only difference is because we like each other's food. Is why we know that you're something different. Yeah. But we're just all New Yorkers. I heard when I first moved to New York, I heard some dude, I wish I could give a guy credit, but a New Yorker, make a joke that I did not understand the punch line up, but I still laughed.
Starting point is 00:07:15 He goes, what's the difference between a Puerto Rican and a Dominican? And he goes, Dominican is where socks with their sandals. And I started laughing and I was, I'd never met a Dominican. And I never, I didn't know what, and we didn't even have Puerto Ricans in Florida. We each had Cubans.
Starting point is 00:07:30 Yeah. The both puns. Now there's Puerto Rican or Orlando. Not a, Orlando's the Bronx. I used to make a joke about, I knew so little about diversity that you just, like, because you had to, if you were a white guy going up in New York
Starting point is 00:07:43 and you didn't know anything about anything, you were fucking hung out to drive, especially at the Boston Army Club. So I would make a joke about like, how do Puerto Ricans get to New York? Like, is it as curious that like, New York's where all the Puerto Ricans landed? Like, it makes sense why Mexicans
Starting point is 00:07:59 were in Texas and California, and Cubans were in Tampa or Florida. But like, how did that get all the way to New York? That's why I used to make a joke like they just kept going keep going and Fuck it. That's a very Mexican. I know I know I can't do a Puerto Rican accent There really is what anymore no Puerto Rican accent. It's just a New York accent. Net well, Puerto Rican chicks have great I've never fucked a Puerto Rican chick. Oh, you gotta, you get the iPops.
Starting point is 00:08:28 What's that? The iPops? iPoppy. Oh, they got iPops? No, I've never got this iPops. Yeah, it'll make you a man. I've gotten the I hops, that's when you fuck a fat white chick. Who's gonna I hop after this, poppy?
Starting point is 00:08:42 I hop, I hop. Yeah, so you gotta be something in New York, Who's gonna I hop after this poppy? Yeah, so you got to be something in New York, but I Don't speak Spanish. I have no ties to the island of Puerto Rico. I've been there. Yeah, I went there twice three times Just regular vacation one time to meet all my dad's family because he died when I was young. He died when I was three. So I met all my dad's three. Three. Yeah. Like with like just heart attack or?
Starting point is 00:09:08 No, he died. He drowned. Yeah. Apparently he dropped this sad. My dad died on Dave Schmelz birthday. So every year I say, happy birthday, Dave. You know this is Dave, my dad died. He was fishing and the boat fell over and he lost his glasses.
Starting point is 00:09:27 And he couldn't, he was like legally blind almost. Well, he, he was fishing and the boat fell out like the boat tipped over. And he lost his glasses and couldn't. Yeah, and it just died. Like he's swimming for whatever. Didn't know where to, you know what I mean? Oh, that's so incredible. Yeah, sad, yeah.
Starting point is 00:09:42 But it's fine. It's fine. And he was young. Yeah, he had to be. It's sad, yeah. But it's fine. It's fine. And how he was young. Yeah, he had to be 22 maybe. Something like that. He was 22. Yeah. He had you when he was 18.
Starting point is 00:09:51 Yeah, my mom was only 15 or 16. For real? Yeah. My mom's like my big sister. She's annoying. Oh, my real sister told me to give you this. I understand how much stuff you probably have around here. Nope, this will live here forever.
Starting point is 00:10:10 Okay, my sister can't stop laughing at your cool laid clip. And I know, you know me rappers and people I know, my sister never give a shit. She's like, you know, Berk Kreischer. All right, this has a home forever on this set. Okay. We got it done. Thanks to Kathy Rico.
Starting point is 00:10:28 Kathy Rico? Different father. Different father. Yeah, my God, mine died. Oh, yeah, that would be. Yeah. Do you have any biological brothers and sisters? She's, what are you doing?
Starting point is 00:10:36 No, no, no, I meant like from the same dad, same mom. No. No. Just you. Yeah. What are you? Do you remember you're dad at all? I like four strong memories, but not it's very,
Starting point is 00:10:48 very foggy. So wait, so I'm curious. I know that Tom, I know that Tom is a legit fan of yours. And I think everyone's a fan now that you're doing stand up. Yeah. But like I'm always curious about your past life. As like your, your, I will, I'll like, I'll say hip hop royalty, but like I've seen you, you've worked with everyone.
Starting point is 00:11:10 Yeah, with hip hop? Yeah. Yeah, I mean, like how I started. Like I'm curious about that path. And then I'm curious about how you got, in a sense, I only know you, you actually told you the first time I met you, and we were on the Joker's cruise.
Starting point is 00:11:25 I packed two Joker's cruise here. And I was like, someone's got to tell him he's using his someone else's name. Yes, he is. And they're like, what? I go, there's like a DJ inside of the sounds. And I'm telling you, it's gonna catch him. It's gonna catch him.
Starting point is 00:11:37 Who would pick that name? It's the worst. And I went, wait, he's doing stand up. And they're like, yeah, I go, yeah, but he's funny. And they're like, it's the same guy. And I went, shut the fuck up. It's so many people tried it. T.I.S.T.I.S.T.I.S.T.I.S.T.I.S.T.I.S.T.I.S.T.I.S.T.I.S.T.I.S.T.I.S.T.I.S.T.I.S.T.I.S.T.I.S.T.I.S.T.I.S.T.I.S.T.I.S.T.I.S.T.I.S.T.I.S.T.I.S.T.I.S.T.I.S.T.I.S.T.I.S.T.I.S.T.I.S.T.I.S.T.I.S.T.I.S.T.I.S.T.I.S.T.I.S.T.I.S.T.I.S.T.I.S.T.I.S.T.I.S.T.I.S.T.I.S.T.I.S.T.I.S.T.I.S.T.I.S.T.I.S.T.I.S.T.I.S.T.I.S.T.I.S.T.I.S.T.I.S.T.I.S.T.I.S.T.I.S.T.I.S.T.I.S.T.I.S.T.I.S.T.I.S.T.I.S.T.I.S.T.I to like his relatability. Like the, you know, and I'm not saying you have to be a loser to stand up, you can have hot takes.
Starting point is 00:12:07 Like there's cool dudes, like Rogan's a cool dude, you gotta stand up. Like Burr's a cool dude who does stand up. Like they're like, and they're like cool stand-ups, you know? Like they're like, they're not the fool ever, you know?
Starting point is 00:12:17 And I'm not saying you have to be the fool. There's cool guys, but like TI's, like his life experience are so isolated. Yeah. Like he's like, you ever get pulled over with a bunch of machine guns in your car? Yeah, he's like Cleveland.
Starting point is 00:12:33 Right. And you're like, I don't. Ha ha ha Kodak black? No, he's he's wild. You know Kodak. No. Oh, are you fucking getting me slaughter right? Yeah, I would I think I get along with Kodak. I bet you you would. I feel like every Florida rapper I get along with really well. I ran into Uncle Luke
Starting point is 00:12:56 one night and fucking lost my shit. I was I was eating dinner with Gloria Stefan's husband. Love it. And yeah, and we're having, we're having, what's the, what's the Latin, Latino dish with all the seafood? Paya, we're having Paya and Uncle Luke walked by. And I was like, oh, Luke, and he was like, what's up?
Starting point is 00:13:21 And came over and I was like, dude, and then he was, I'm with Stephon. So he's like, oh, hey? And came over and I was like, dude, and then he was, I'm with a staff on, so he's like, oh, hey, so he don't have someone. But yeah, Tricked Addy, it made him hung out. Yeah. We get along so well. 100%.
Starting point is 00:13:34 Like there's some of our Florida rappers that like, flow rider. You know how to call it? You know how to call it? No, I haven't, but I think we'd, I love to play golf with him. You would 100% fight. Call it, call it was, was, so like there was a guy named DJ Lies out of, out of Miami that
Starting point is 00:13:51 I knew. And then Khaled was the same way. They were like just DJs in, in, in the scene, but we're making beats too. Yeah. Is that what you were doing? Yeah, I sucked up. My beats sucked. Really?
Starting point is 00:14:02 Yeah. All I wanted to do was make beats and they were terrible. Really? I had all I wanted to do was make beats and they were terrible. Really? I had to find another angle. So wait, how old were you when you started? Like what got you, like, are you ingratiated into hip hop because you grow up in the Bronx?
Starting point is 00:14:14 No, not at all. Because I left the Bronx when I was 15, my mom moved to Long Island. Okay. So that's why I was able to do fully loaded because I could speak white to the audience. That's why I was able to do fully loaded because I could speak white to the audience. So when I moved to Long Island, hip hop was just around me in the Bronx. And then when I moved to Long Island, I had to go find it.
Starting point is 00:14:34 And that's how I started my journey. So I just, we had to find it in Long Island. It wasn't just playing everywhere. You walk out of my building in the Bronx is just hip just hip-hop, hip-hop, hip-hop. Everyone had the latest albums, cassettes, boom-boxes, then I moved to the suburbs. Not that they didn't like it, but it wasn't just blasted. It was a Beastie boys, what year is this?
Starting point is 00:14:53 No, they like, like, it's 92. Oh, wait, how old are you, you're young? 47? Oh yeah, you're the same age, yeah. 92, yeah, so it was, yeah, that was 90. Like, why kids liked hip hop? I was in college then. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:15:09 I was in college in 91. It wasn't just like, like, like, white boy rap. Like, they liked all of it. I wish I was a little bit taller. I wish I wasn't taller. I was like that. Girl, who looked good. I would call her.
Starting point is 00:15:20 I wish I had a rabbit and a hat with a, a six foreign parlour. That song is a good song. Yeah. Yeah. What's your point? No, it's just, it's like, it didn't get the love that it deserved and it was like a MTV song.
Starting point is 00:15:34 It was a good song. Yeah, but it's a corny little poppy song. Yeah, it's still a really good song. It's good to play in a bar while you're drinking. Yeah. It's not a grimy hip hop. You can't, like, rice O'Neil, you just have a bit about songs you can bump to.
Starting point is 00:15:48 Right. And it was like, I love, I'm doing Patrice's bit, so it's not my bit, but I don't know if he ever did it somewhere, but he's like, I love the Beatles, but it's really hard to sit in my truck with the windows down, leaned over going. We all in there.
Starting point is 00:16:06 Yeah, let's up. What's up? Yeah, yeah. But so. It's time to place. Yeah. So, so what hip hop did you, where was your fit,
Starting point is 00:16:15 what was the first thing you remember going like, oh yeah, that's my shit. Peter Piper, Rundi MC, Peter Piper. You know what I mean? Rundi MC, Rundi MC and LL Cool J were my two like, yeah, what's happening here? Oh, yeah.
Starting point is 00:16:31 Dude, I remember I didn't know if you know, Aris Smith was a band. Really? I didn't, I never heard of Aris Smith, obviously. But I had heard of, walk this way. What is it? Yeah. And I made my mom go get that album. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:16:43 In Carolewood, we got it and I listened to it I had a boom box. I got the tape I had a boom box in my backs in the way back in the stage I'm hiking and I listened to it and that whole album was like is that Mary Mary? Why is tricky is Yeah, dude that was such an out great album is phenomenal phenomenal That's crazy. That and, uh, and I remember we went to the beach St. Petersburg Beach for the weekend.
Starting point is 00:17:12 And I got a little money that we can. I'm real. If you go up to Florida, everyone will end up at a beach. Someone had a time share that you were borrowing. And I listened to LL Cool J. The radio. I'm bad. Dump, dumb, dumb, dumb, dumb, dumb, fire. The radio one. I'm bad. Oh, I'm bad. It's fire. Oh, fire. I mean, really, like, I'm gonna say this and you crack me. I love cool J. Didn't like put out a ton of shit. But for the little he did, he cemented
Starting point is 00:17:40 himself in hip hop history. No, he's the, he was signed when he was like 16 years old. Yeah, he was 17 when he did that album, right? Yeah, he was super young. And then you got, mom said knock you out and- Well, I love how everything. I love how dope beats, dope rhymes, look good, great stage performance. You know, usually you can get two or three of the five.
Starting point is 00:18:02 Yeah. You know, you're lucky if you get great music by your stage performance is there. He had everything. He did. He learned from the best. So you implemented all of it and then he had the body. Come on, man.
Starting point is 00:18:15 What are we doing? What's his government name? Todd Shaw. Todd. I told you it's Todd Smith. Todd Smith? Who's Todd Shaw? Oh, that's too short.
Starting point is 00:18:23 Todd's too short, yeah. Yeah, yeah. I know government names. You know what, methamans Shaw? Oh, that's too short. That's too short, yeah. Yeah, yeah, yeah. I know government names. Yeah, you know what, methamans is? Is it Clarence or something? Clifford. Clifford, yeah. That's the ice name too.
Starting point is 00:18:32 Clifford, T.I. Are you serious? Oh, that's right, it is. That is DMX. DMX is Earl. Earl. Snoop is Calvin. Calvin, I Snoop called me one day.
Starting point is 00:18:41 All right, call it Snoop one day. I go Snoop, he didn't say anything. He answered, I go Snoop. You go All right, call it Snoop one day. I go Snoop, he didn't say anything. He answered, I go Snoop. You go Calvin, you go, excuse this. Ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha I don't know big boys. I do. I don't know big boys name. Big boys. Is that a solutions left for you? No, it's not, and it's not, it's not that. You sure?
Starting point is 00:19:10 It's not that. That's a fact. That's a fact. I said, I told him one time I was a fan, I did a show with him, and I was, I go, I'm a fan. I'm like a huge fan. He's like, okay, I bet he hears that a lot. So here's the thing is like, when it comes to meeting people,
Starting point is 00:19:23 you always are of the biggest fan that you've ever gotten So I'm certainly is here with a lot and then the next day we're at the airport and I went daddy fat sacks And I saw him again and he goes oh you really are a fan. Oh, yeah Yeah, and then the internet corrected me and said it's not daddy fat sacks sacks is daddy fat stacks and I went a panic And I was like and it's daddy fat sacks. Yeah What people like Juan Andre Patal is that he fat stacks and I went up and I was like, and it's that he fat stacks. Yeah. Yeah. What people like. And people like Twan Andre Patal.
Starting point is 00:19:50 Antwan Andre. Yes, I did. And Twan Patal. And Twan Patal. I could, man, I would love to have been able to deliver what hip hop delivers spiritually to a person. I think you do. I don't think I do. I think you do. I think you do. I'm not saying all comedians, but Bert, you touch people in a different way. Thank you. I think you do. What? Um,
Starting point is 00:20:20 bro, a lot of people that come to your shows aren't necessarily hardcore comedy fans. Really? A lot of them are. I think, you know, it's so funny is, that's still on. Okay, how do we turn that off? Are you using that for making sushi? Oh, no, no, for making scars. Yeah, I get a weird crossover of like,
Starting point is 00:20:40 I like, sometimes I'll say to people, who do you like, and then they'll name people that were on that show and they're like, oh, my favorite is Shane Gillis. Who else do you know? And they're like, you. And I go, you use no me and Shane Gillis and they're like, Mark Norman, I go, you use on the show too.
Starting point is 00:20:55 Yeah. I think you do touch people in a way you don't realize. Really? Yeah. Well, thank you. Because you have this thing about you with like, whatever comedy shows, all that shit is a given. That's all we all do right? We're trying to get up on stage, but you Taped into something that's I don't think I've ever been touched before Take that like a I don't know
Starting point is 00:21:19 Maybe die and your dice clay or something or Oh, these are great compliments. You know what I mean? I just laid these and put them in my fucking... Well, you probably don't realize it because you're living every day. You don't look at yourself. I do not. I'm not very introspective.
Starting point is 00:21:33 Yeah, because... I live a very unexamined life at times. Yeah. And I get it because this is what people tell me. And I'm like, what do you, I don't give a fuck. Anybody, it's not real. And then I get ciphere, you were on at a time when hip hop was crossing over into the mainstream
Starting point is 00:21:49 and you provided a lot of all that shit. I'm like, I'm just trying to work, you know what I mean? Sweet, tell me about that journey then. So let's, cause I keep, I said the time, I said, I said, I said, text, I said, cause we always text if we can have someone on. And he's like, fuck yeah. And and he's like I wish I could be there So I fucking love that guy's like you have talk about hip-hop though
Starting point is 00:22:09 Yeah, and I was like because Tom and I are both Equally obsessed with hip-hop, but Tom knows more. Yeah, he knows more than different genre to like whereas I think I know older stuff like I was talking to I was talking to I was talking to some people at the blue note when I did the Cheppel's thing up there. And I just went and visited. I didn't do anything with Chepell. But like, and they were like, what's your first hip hop memory? And I said, man, tronics. And they're like, well, I did not expect to hear that from you. And I was like, yeah, that was my first hip hop. It was a song called bassline. And I was like, that. And then, and then obviously like nucleus and, and jam on it. Like jam on it. I said, jam on it. And then they were like, Oh, so you wait, you, and I was like, well, I'm old
Starting point is 00:22:57 enough to be at the beginning of hip hop. Like rock, sand, shantay, I ran into her, she was doing a sway show one time at Seria Sex Am, and I was blown away that Roxanne Chante, a little girl I had listened to as a little boy was, and she was so badass, and I fucking flashed her. I ripped my shirt off, pressed my tents against the windows, I was like, I'm famous. I was fucking, yeah, I was my good, I don't know. I wouldn't even famous at the time but like those that and I don't think Tom knows as much of those older ones who's a child, but he's like like he knows every Big daddy Kane song he knows every Rock him like he's that's him the air be passway. No, okay. What I just honored be just wondering Recently like today. I saw rock him and DJ J. J. Jeff and I was like why wasn't Eric be there? No, he don't they don't really
Starting point is 00:23:52 Work together like that of real. Yeah, okay. Um, so wait, so talk me through your journey Okay, so I find him pop let me know island. I said okay. This is what I want to do. I Start DJing. I win. I say, okay, this is what I want to do. I start DJing. I'm like, I start rapping terrible. Like how bad? Give me a good freestyle. Remember, like, do you remember any of your...
Starting point is 00:24:13 No, there was nothing there, nothing. Really? So I was like, my name's Bert and I like to squirt. I don't wear a shirt. So I was like, okay, to me that feels like a God-given talent. How can I get a skill? So I'm thinking, like, DJing is like... You really put that much thought into it.
Starting point is 00:24:29 Yeah. Yeah. Wow. Because I was like, if this seems like something, if you practice enough, you'll get good, like, playing a guitar. And do you think, like, really great, like, someone like Snoop? Do you think that's just a God-given talent? Yes. Okay. That's interesting. I'm not saying you can't get good at it But snoop is effortless. Yeah, snoop is pretty fucking good. Yeah, these are this is like I've never seen Nas stress out about writing a rhyme and he just flows, you know, I'm saying biggie
Starting point is 00:25:02 The ultimate where he never even wrote stuff down. Like, well, he didn't begin, but he learned like JZ, they don't write stuff down, it just comes through them. That's crazy. But there's also people that sit and focus and write songs. They're not, it's not less talent. Yeah. It's just not, it feels like natural.
Starting point is 00:25:19 If, yeah, I would be, Eminem's a writer down guy, right? I mean, I'm sure he writes, but he's also one of the greatest, like, that's coming from somewhere else, bro. He really is pretty fucking good. No, Eminem is incredible. Yeah. Incredible.
Starting point is 00:25:36 I wonder what he's like as a human. Like, I wonder if he's like cool to be around. He's very, have you met him? Yeah. Oh, yeah, I started shave 45 the morning. Oh, really? He's like super laid back kind of weird. You got to know what to talk about with him or nothing happens.
Starting point is 00:25:54 Really? Yeah. Like what do you, like, uh, you got to talk about the greatest rappers. That's all he gives a fuck about. That's where you'll get the spark. Really? Yeah, because he loves like, like, he loves tre he gives a fuck about. That's where you'll get the spark. Really? Yeah, because he loves like, he loves trech from knowing my nature.
Starting point is 00:26:09 Dude, I, I saw trech at the baguette in one time. Yeah. With on Sunday nights, a talent and who was it talent and someone else would do, do like, urban night at the Boston Comedy Club. And I saw Tretch, I was there just hanging out as a comic, like just sitting in the back watching. Dude, there's some of the most insane sets I've ever seen in my entire fucking life.
Starting point is 00:26:36 And I saw Tretch down at the bag of the end. And if I'm not mistaken, I'm just saying this because I don't know, there were shots fired at that day of the bag of the end. And I was like, oh fucking naughty by nature's here. Tretches. Is Tretches, is Tretches good as Eminem thinks? Yes. Tretches, when Tretches first came out, he was doing things that no other rapper was doing. It was going above people's heads. And not M&M's heads though. M&M's studies that shit. Really? Yeah, like rhyme patterns, flows, the amount of words you fit in a bar, like all that shit. Really?
Starting point is 00:27:17 Yeah, but the thing is, Tretch and Nordie by nature also had hits. So you might not have been super captivated by the ill-rime structure. They also had great hooks, great beats. You down with OPP. Yeah, you know, everybody can see that, but he was saying some shit in there. Really? Yeah. Fuck, man. See, that's the kind of shit I sleep on. Yeah. It's like when, like Tom knows about cars, I don't understand anything about cars, but I liked one car and I liked the other one. And he goes, like, the way it sounded. No, it, yeah. It's like, yeah, you can get those different,
Starting point is 00:27:45 you can get an accessory to put on the one you want. They'll make it sound like that, but what you really love is that engine makes it sound like, and I went, yeah, how the fuck do you know? I was like, I didn't even realize I was what I liked. Right. They could break it down. Okay, so Eminem, so let's go back to you.
Starting point is 00:28:01 So there, so you decide, all right, if I can skill set this, then I got a weigh in. Right. So then from there, I went to a college radio station with my boys, some rapper kids, whatever. Went to this college radio station called BAU. They go up there and... Stretchin' and Bobbo.
Starting point is 00:28:17 No, not even that. Do you remember stretching Bobbo? Stretchin' Bobito. Bobito, is that it? I've only seen the one documentary's. Bobbo, is that it? I haven't only seen them on documentary's. Bobo! I don't know. No.
Starting point is 00:28:27 Oh, no. Stretching Bobito. Is there like, on every, Bob documentary? Stretching Bobito is amazing. Really? Yes. So this was like, they were on a college radio station too. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:28:39 This is the station Chuck D and Flavor Flavor on. It's called WBAU in Long Island. It's where like, if you watch the early public enemy video, they shoot it in that radio station. Really? Yeah, they were like on the radio first. Chuck was on the radio. I just saw a documentary about this.
Starting point is 00:28:56 About Chuck? About about about hip hop. I forget which one I watched. I watched it. Oh, it was about, oh fuck. Is? No, my wife and I started watching it. And it was, and they were talking about this.
Starting point is 00:29:11 Keep going, I'm sorry. My wife and I started watching about great DJs maybe or something or something. I forget what it was. About, it was about B, it was about DJs. It was about beats. Pull up a documentary on, it's gotta be on HBO or Amazon or it wasn't Netflix.
Starting point is 00:29:27 And they were talking about, oh fuck, who did it? DJ Red Alert was on it. What was the one about mixed tapes? It was mixed tapes. Oh, mixed tapes. Yeah, that just came out. We just started watching the beginning of it. Yeah, it's on Paramount.
Starting point is 00:29:42 On Paramount, mixed tapes. Yeah, keep going. I'm sorry. I'm hurt. Yeah. Please. No. Um, so I went up there and I saw the guy who ran the show had to keep running downstairs, keep running downstairs to open the door for people and that he was answering his phone. So I just go, Hey, do you do someone like run downstairs
Starting point is 00:30:03 and answer your phones? And he was like, Yeah, I would love that. I was like, Can, do you do someone to run downstairs and answer your phones? And he was like, yeah, I would love that. I was like, can I come back next week? And that's how I started my whole career. Like offering whatever service I could find for free to get my foot in the door. And I met every, like all the rappers, the alcoholics, Doss FX, DJ Premiere, Mr. C,
Starting point is 00:30:24 all these people mob deep, Q-tip from Tribe Called Quest, they would all go to that radio station. This before, hip hop was just all over the radio. You had to go to college stations also. Yeah. And from there, I met DJ Riz. He introduced me to Funkmaster Flex. I became his intern at Hot 97 and then,
Starting point is 00:30:42 Pfft. I was at Hot 97 for 17 years. Hot 97 was like the stamp. But you got to understand I was there when it became the stamp. Oh, you're right there. You mean like, not I was, I wasn't no one big at the time. No, yeah, yeah, yeah. But like that 97, 98, 99.
Starting point is 00:31:01 Wow, wow. That's when hip hop was so good. When every like, Nory like nori big pond DMX like it was that was when the fucking Oh boy. Yeah, fucking what is that camera? Dips quad dipset dipset That that that's a little bright before dipset. It was camera on though. Cameron, yeah. And all these guys were going platinum. And that was very new for us.
Starting point is 00:31:28 Hip hop, like. Really? DM, like grimy gutter hip hop going platinum. So everybody was like, oh shit, it's happening. It started to bubble. And high 97 was the police. You went for that. That was that in the box.
Starting point is 00:31:43 Do you remember the box? We didn't, some parts in New York didn't have the box. Really? Like the Bronx didn't, but Queens did for some reason. Yeah. So the body where you ordered videos, right?
Starting point is 00:31:54 Yeah, that shit. It's apparently the rumor was Fat Joe took out a home loan or whatever and just ordered all his songs on the box. Is that, do you you have you heard this? I have heard that, yes. And then there's the boxes like where they, it was like MTV, but it was by request. Yeah. So you paid like a dollar and ninety nine and you're sold.
Starting point is 00:32:15 Yeah. And so he just put all his songs and all the songs were insane. It was when big pump was a lot. Yeah. Do you ever meet big puns? Yeah. Of course. That's my guy. For real? What was he like? Funny.
Starting point is 00:32:25 Really? Funny, bro. I mean, but first time I got his, I said, you know, give me a number. He was like, he was like, come, come DJ for me for this thing. I was like, yeah, give me your number. So he writes one sheet of paper, nine,
Starting point is 00:32:37 next to you, one, seven, dash, and then throws them up in the air, he goes, figure it out. So I want a DJ for big pod. I got a So now I was seven I got I got that then I was like two three nine eight four three two three nine eight and I fucking I saw him right two first. Yeah, I know that was first and then I had to figure out the rest That's crazy. They was super cool. Funny as fuck, man. Really super funny. He was he overweight when you met him Yeah, but that's a dumb question, but did he gain weight the more famous he got
Starting point is 00:33:12 He lost some and then he gained a lot more. Yeah, yeah He gained a lot his I'm not a player. I just crush a lot Such a great. That reminds me, that reminds me of when I moved to New York. So I moved to New York in 97. Oh yeah, that's so.
Starting point is 00:33:31 And so that, I was telling. And I was playing when you got off the plane, like. Yeah. It had to be. There's a thing about New York that I don't know if it still exists because music isn't what it was. Yeah. But I remember walking around the village
Starting point is 00:33:45 and you would see nice convertibles playing loud, whatever was really hot at the time. Yeah, of course. So that's how you'd hear, that's how I got introduced to a lot of music, where I'd be like, what is that? Yeah. And then you'd go into tower records
Starting point is 00:33:58 and be like, hey yo, what's the, oh boy, boy, boy, boy. And they're like, oh, it's camera on. You're like, I 100% missed that era of people blasting me. Now everybody lists the music and headphones. Yeah. How did you just nobody, they share it digitally.
Starting point is 00:34:13 If you listed on TikTok and they'll share it with their friends, but nobody's playing it out loud. What's interesting to me is that, like, and I could be wrong about this, but I felt like Wu Tang was before that pop. And then after that pop. Like it wasn't like there was like a real authentic like, um, like moment of like New York hip hop where like it was just, it was just New York.
Starting point is 00:34:43 Yeah. It was like, it was and and but. Yeah. It was like, it was, and, and, and, but, Wu Tang was like when I was in college. Like Wu Tang was big when I was in college. Methamam was big when I was college. And then he was also big again when he put out the blackout album or whatever. Yeah. After I moved to out of New York.
Starting point is 00:34:58 But like, there was like a blind spot of like Wu Tang. So Wu Tang was a little bit before Wu Tang, what we say is Wu Tang took it back from the West because early 90s was all chronic. Oh wait, so you were there during that time, that transition period. Yes. And this was after two pocket biggie were dead.
Starting point is 00:35:24 No, no, no, no, no, yeah. What? 97. Oh, 97, I mean, when the transition, you know, when it started going platinum, everything was going, yes. This is after they passed away. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:35:33 Well, they were murdered. Yeah, but yeah. You say passed away? Yeah, right. I say passed away if your grandma falls asleep and never wakes up. Oh, I guess. I guess they wouldn't get me.
Starting point is 00:35:44 You say you used passed away for all death? Yeah, yeah, they passed away. No, they were gunned down, both of them. It's different. They were gunned in machine gun fire. So funny, why am I laughing? They were pass away as they... They were dumb with this coffee.
Starting point is 00:35:57 Yeah. They were shot. They were shot. Chris Rangu's talking joke about that. He goes assassinated by gunman's bulls Do you remember where you were when two pock died? Past way No two-pock no because well two-pock was shot and then he died a couple days later in the hospital
Starting point is 00:36:21 It's different than biggie cuz biggie died right then and I remember I was I woke up at like 7 a the hospital. It's different than Biggie, because Biggie died right then. And I remember, I woke up at like 7 a.m., and they were talking about it on high 97. I wasn't at high 97 yet. It was just listening to the radio. Really? And because he got shot in LA,
Starting point is 00:36:38 I guess two in the morning. So to us, it was like five in the morning. So they started talking about it right away. Man, I remember when two puck was shot, it came out on MTV news. That was at my sister's house in Tampa and I just, I think I had just graduated college, or I was about to leave to go to New York maybe. Or you guys know, I was still in college. I was still in college. I was still in college. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:37:06 He was still 96. Yeah, and we smoked, we took Bong hits and listened to Two-Pock the entire day. And Kackie's on. What was that the first time you ever did that? No. No, you've done it before. Can I tell you, you want to talk about my depth of cultural appropriation?
Starting point is 00:37:21 Yeah. When all eyes on me came out, I dressed and exactly like he did in the album and with like khakis and chucks and a wife-beater and then I covered myself in the same tattoos. I got highest fuck and we wrote with Magic Marker. And then we went out party and our dicks off to the best album I'd ever heard. Yeah. I love that. And then I only wore my do rags the way he wore it is in the Antimima style. My whole life, I've never wanted to do rag anyway other than that.
Starting point is 00:37:51 I was such a fan of Tupac. I can't tell you, he spoke to me in like, and I have nothing we have no way. With bandanas. Yeah, bandanas. That's not a do rag. Bandanas do rag your same thing. No, yeah, for white people, not for, okay guys. Like we don't, we don't use them to do-rag. Bandana and do-rag are the same thing. No, burnt. Yeah, for white people, not for,
Starting point is 00:38:05 I mean, guys, like we don't, we don't use them to do our hair. You don't, you don't, you don't get a do-rag and get your waves spinning? No, no, okay. And but I have subscribed to his channel. Have you seen the dude who, you gotta put like white shit on your hair
Starting point is 00:38:20 and then you put a do-rag on and you sleep in it. They sleep in it. Yeah, then you gotta brush it all day. You know, got the waves. Thank you. Yeah, bandana and do rag is different. Yeah. Do you have any, hey, someone downstairs, can they get me a bandana?
Starting point is 00:38:34 And I'll show you my bandana style. But dude, I was obsessed with Tupac. And then I was obsessed. Biggie, I came late to. So I bought junior mafia, I I bought his album Ready to Die. Yeah. And the Junior Mafia is at the same time. Okay. Yeah. Junior Mafia. Yes. Very different. Very different time apart. Yeah. But I bought him at the same time. That's how later I was to Biggie. And then I got on a bus from Tallahassee to Tampa to go home and a dude just got out of state prison, young
Starting point is 00:39:07 guy my age, black dude. And he sat next to me and he said, he said, what are you listening to? And I said, notorious B.I.G. and he was like, oh, for real? And I was like, yeah, he goes, can I listen for a sec? I was like, yeah. And he took, he took my headsets and then he listened to the whole boss, right? I didn't get him back.
Starting point is 00:39:28 At the very end, I was like, can you get my headsets back? He was like, yeah, yeah, yeah. And he was like, good man, you should listen to it. I was like, I would like to. Hopefully, hopefully later when you're not around, I'd listen to him. We bought a bottle of gin at a liquor store. We, cause you, if you ever take in the bus somewhere, what is it? It's stupid question and on bus, you, have you ever taken the bus somewhere?
Starting point is 00:39:46 Yeah. What is it stupid question, everyone has, right? Have you ever taken the bus somewhere? Yeah, everyone has, right? I thought I was special. You stopped like fucking seven times on a ride to Tampa. And one of the stops, there was a liquor store across the street.
Starting point is 00:40:01 And he was like, he was like, oh, we should get a bottle. And I'm like, yeah, we should. And he was like, you want to get it? And I was like, yeah, it looks like it'll be my job. So I ran across, I got a bottle of, uh, of gin. And I want to say I got grapefruit juice or something. Oh, that's good. Nice.
Starting point is 00:40:20 Might have been making cocktails on the bus. We drank gin and grapefruit juice, me and him just out of the bottle Just good juice and then kish kish and I was like, oh Hope you weren't sexually promiscuous in prison because I've got it now Yeah, okay, he goes I asked him what he went to jail for and he said stabbing a dude and he died And I went really goes yeah, but he wasn't my fault like I was self-defense, but I stabbed him and I was like cool Keep enjoying my headsets. But that's a real prison way of saying that.
Starting point is 00:40:50 What's that? I stabbed a guy and then he died. So that means he didn't go to jail for murder. Right. He went to jail for whatever aggravated assault or something. Yeah. And the guy died. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:41:03 You gotta watch the way they were things. So were you always funny with when all the rappers were around? Were you always funny? Always, bro. I didn't know. I was a DJ on the Chappelle show. Yeah. So Chappelle is the one who told me I should do stand up.
Starting point is 00:41:17 For real? Yeah, because we would fuck around with the audience while we were warming up. And I'd like play a song and he would like make fun of it or something. And he always said I had the timing. But at the 2002, I was like, the first thing for my mind was being a comic. Yeah. He's like, yo, you should do standard, think about doing it.
Starting point is 00:41:34 And I was like, shoot the fuck. Oh, let me see, I'll put on my duet right now. Yeah, please. The, um... And then all the time I was around all these raps, I would just dry humor. Really? And it was just like, it just led to...
Starting point is 00:41:49 I didn't even realize it, but people see my interviews. I was also on MTV. And they would see my interviews and they're like, yo, how can you talk to Nas that way? Oh, but you knew him as a regular dude. No, he was always Nas, but I knew that. What's happening? It's putting on my, my do rag. This is how I used to go ahead. You covered the whole head.
Starting point is 00:42:12 Yeah. Pock did that? This is what pocketed. My hold on. And then you got to tuck it in here. Right. Oh, it's tucked down. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:42:24 It's nice. Yeah. Do I look good? It's. Yeah. It's nice. Yeah. Do I look good? It's really good. It's a good look. Yeah, I'll keep it like this. And then if I was real gangster. Right.
Starting point is 00:42:31 Yeah. Yeah. Good thing you, I'm glad I came here. I was in Tallahassee. This is my look. This is the closest I ever got to blackface. I mean, I used to go to Aspen and we went to a warden. I wore a band-a.
Starting point is 00:42:48 Yeah, look, two pox wearing the same fucking thing. Like, do two-pot bandana. I felt like you did it across with the parts sticking up. I don't know. Oh, well, he did a bunch of different ways. Yeah. Like, that's the first one. That's the one.
Starting point is 00:43:02 Be it as much smaller than I do. You got to put those things. No, but he had as much smaller, he had a size size. You know, they're bigger bandana. No, he's a, he's the first one that's the one be it a much smaller than I do you got to put those No, but he had a much smaller head he had a size bigger bandana. No, he's a he's a very small dude You had you ever mean him? Oh, he was dead by the time you got into it. I never met past the His he had a much smaller head. He had probably like a six and seven eighths head. I have an eight Yeah, I got an eight you are you an eight? Yeah, I have a fucking eight. Wait put this on is this fit you? It's the worst Yeah, that's a little loose but eight? Yeah. I have a fucking eight. Wait, put this on. Is this fit you? It's the worst. Yeah. That's fucking.
Starting point is 00:43:27 Little loose but dipset style. I mean, dipset style. Dipset. I ran into Jim Jones and Cam, Cameron, at a next game. And I was like, she come out to my show and he was like, okay, and so I just, and random and I just DM them all the time I just raise back. Yeah camera. Yeah camera. It's pretty cool. And then he got in a ship with phase on love I guess and I stood I I've been stand up for my don't know phase on my no camera on yeah
Starting point is 00:43:55 So I was still up for camera on and and and I don't think I don't whatever I'm gonna fucking why am I getting myself into hip hop beef? I don't know yeah, I don't know Everyone comes around me. Was that tug of other hippo? I know't know. Yeah, I don't know. Because everyone comes around me and wants to talk all their hip hop shit. I know because it's such a, dude, it's like a, you know what you are? You're like a Jehovah's Witness. Like you live this crazy life that we all love to hear about.
Starting point is 00:44:17 And then now you're one of us. So we like to ask all our favorite questions. But what Jehovah's Witnesses do love? Kurt Metzger. He was Joe's witness. Oh yeah. He didn't get like vaccinated or have birthday parties. Oh yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
Starting point is 00:44:31 If he had sex, he had to do it poke a hole through a sheet. That's pro, that's Joe's witness. I think I was Jewish. I think it makes him up to Jays. Oh, I might be Mormon. Mormon is, Mormon is soaking. What do you think the, have you done that? Have you ever tried?
Starting point is 00:44:48 Have you ever tried, have you ever been as a woman? I'd be like, hang on, let's stop. And then you can't move. Yes, but what? That's the greatest feeling in the world. But we didn't know. It was like a soaking thing. It was more like being quiet.
Starting point is 00:44:58 Like somebody was coming in the room. I would rather go back to soaking than just having sex. Because having sex. Cause having sex, I've never had sex where you're like, you're taking forever and you're like, and it's, but if you went back to like 17 years old, and you knew soaking, yeah, I have the best orgasm you'll ever have.
Starting point is 00:45:16 But you're like, don't move, don't move, don't move. Oh God. Ha ha ha ha. How were you when you lost your virginity? 15. For real? How old was she? Would that be great to be like 10?
Starting point is 00:45:28 No, she was 16, but like very close. Couple more. I was almost 16. Okay. And girlfriend? No, it was on a washing machine. We paint the story. I don't watch.
Starting point is 00:45:42 Were you doing laundry? My boy who was already having tons of sex, he had some girl and he was in, they were like the two girls were friends and he was in my room. Yeah. Cause he was like, oh, he's not fucking, he don't need the room. Yeah. So right outside of my room was like the laundry room
Starting point is 00:45:58 of my house and we just got into it. And then we just went on top of the watch. That's crazy. And you weren't even dating her? Uh, no. That's insane. And you weren't even dating her? Uh, no. That's insane. No. Was she a virgin? Uh, I don't remember.
Starting point is 00:46:10 I think you know, I don't remember. Oh, that's a good question. Do you still know her? Is she on Facebook? No, I don't remember her name. My name was Dawn. I don't remember her last name. I don't remember.
Starting point is 00:46:21 She was like, come on, I don't wanna say it. She was like the practice girl. I mean, I didn't know what I was doing. Like, I missed those days, bro. What? Of like, your friend has, his girl has a friend, and you're just in the living room being awkward. Oh wow.
Starting point is 00:46:44 You know what I mean? Like teenage shit and like ages and they go in the other room and you're just like, Hey, what's up? What's going on? Dude, I miss those days. I miss. Can I tell you what I miss? I miss. I miss sex not being on the on the table. Meaning I miss trying to have to work for sex. Oh yeah. Like really earn it. Yes. And like, because that was the best, Yeah.
Starting point is 00:47:13 The best I ever was at any kissing at everything was when I was trying to get her to one half sex in the back of a car in a house that's being built, wherever the fuck it happened. Yeah, that's great. God. Yeah, because when you get older, you kind of know if it's gonna go down or not.
Starting point is 00:47:31 Yeah. Just by like the conversation you had or... Or if you're married, you just like, well, let's just get to it. Yeah, that's the worst. Leanne started playing the other hand where she was like, let's just fool around for a little bit. Like, randomly, when we were during this fully loaded
Starting point is 00:47:46 when it happened, we were in Savannah. And she was like, let's find a makeout song. And I was like, what? Let's just fuck it. And she was like, no, let's find a makeout song. So we opened a bottle of wine, how did you glass the wine, and then ended up making out.
Starting point is 00:47:59 And I was like, oh, this is old school. Yeah, that's great. You ever, have you had sex with every ethnicity? Ha! I'm only how white you are. I asked to be here. Yeah. A lot, a lot of different ones.
Starting point is 00:48:16 Really? Really. A lot of different ones. Yeah. A lot. But I'm also from New York. Yeah, I can travel a lot. And by the way, that New York sex is like,
Starting point is 00:48:25 I always felt like sex in New York was a little more accessible than sex in Florida. Yeah, I mean, we're all on top of each other, bro. We're all on top of each other. And especially when you're young and you're poor, and like, your moms are overnight nurse. So, you know, you might have that apartment or your mom works in the day, you might go cut school, go there in the daytime. Yeah, but I mean, I mean, I've said yeah, I've had a lot.
Starting point is 00:48:51 Really? You only had white? Just white. Really? Shit. Yeah, like it's 1956 and I'm a lifeguard. It was, you're proud of it though, 1956. Now you're a little ashamed. No, I know. I mean, I, uh, of it though, 1956, now you're a little ashamed. No, I know. I mean, I, I, I don't know, I, I didn't know that there's, I mean, I, I know, I just had sex with white chicks. Just white, the furthest out I got was Italian. Oh, well, there you go.
Starting point is 00:49:15 Yeah. Yeah. That's the Mexicans of Europe. I had Asian. Really? With black, put a, Latino Asian Middle Eastern Middle Eastern do I always want to have sex with Indian check Indian really yeah Who's the other kind of people are there well
Starting point is 00:49:39 Well Jewish Jewish Jewish Jewish check yeah blind not have a different sex someone with a disability uh no think about it I'll take stutter at this point stutter no no stutter pregnant you sex with a pregnant pregnant yeah your baby not mine. You're sex with a pregnant chick. Pregnant, yeah. Is your baby? Not mine, no. No, I had sex with a pregnant chick, but it was my kid. That's bad. Oh, it was your kid, that's bad.
Starting point is 00:50:09 Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. Wait, who's pregnant? What's it? I don't know. Some guy, a baby daddy. And she had another kid. She had a kid already. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:50:20 She had a kid and she was pregnant. That girl, I gotta get props off to her. That's fucking impressive. I was nice back then, no. Yeah. I was nice. Like, nice as in a nice guy or just nice like. No, a nice guy.
Starting point is 00:50:33 Oh, really? Yeah. Anything I've ever gotten was because I was nice guy. Like in this department. I think I would say if there's a life lesson to be learned in any aspect, that's the key to life. It's a long game though. I'll tell you, I'll tell you right now. I mean this sincerely. Yeah. The first thing everyone noticed about you was how nice you, how kind you were.
Starting point is 00:50:56 You're a kind guy and you're a friendly guy. That's the first thing anyone noticed, right? So by the time we got to, I forget where we were, I wish I no more on tour, on tour. By the time we got to like, what's a new hamster? It was still early. The first, Liam was the first person that says, have you seen what Siphon's doing? And I said, no, she goes, he is pulling the crowd together in like a crazy way. I said, what do you mean? Because a lot of it was for me, I would take a nap up until the show started. Yeah, because I'm first. Yeah, I wake up. I wake up as as Carter was getting off stage and you were getting on stage. And I was so taken
Starting point is 00:51:40 care of everything else about lineup, but whatever that like I wasn't dialed in. Yeah. Leanne said that to me in New Hampshire and then the next week we were in Traverse City and then Judy or someone else said it like someone started saying, but it was all about it started with like, God, I fucking love him. But have you seen how great he is? Like and that's the number one thing is like, oh, that's cool. If you because if you're difficult, people don't wanna, like, it's interesting to me because there,
Starting point is 00:52:09 people, so people, they crush though. They crush, they're difficult. There's a guy, I'll say his name off camera, but there's a guy that is one of the funniest dudes in the world, but he's very difficult to be around. And no one wants to work with them. I hate that. And so, yeah, and he's a, I mean, know him yeah, and he's a nice guy and nice enough by no
Starting point is 00:52:28 Everyone has a nightmare story about working with him. So no one works with the guy. Yeah, but he's fucking great And I mean, but it's it's true It's like I think the lot of the time the only reason I work as much as I do is especially in television Some are I am a nice guy. Yeah, I like to have a good time So I like to I like to bring everyone together. I like, hey, who was everyone doing for dinner? And so that's like big J, the nicest guy in the world. The night, any's how there is,
Starting point is 00:52:53 but like the fact that you hit him with the two punch of like being a great guy and then also being funny, people want you to be funny. Yeah, you know? It's good for you. But it's long game. want you to be funny. Yeah, you know? You know?
Starting point is 00:53:03 But it's long game. Everything I've got, I'm just now at 47 getting what I feel, I don't wanna say deserve but what I've been striving for. Yeah. But because it's years of relationships, it's years of being reliable. Everyone knows, if you call Scythe,
Starting point is 00:53:24 he's gonna be there early, he's gonna leave late. You can get the job done. You're gonna be sober. Everyone knows. If you call Syf, he's gonna be there early. He's gonna leave late. You can get the job done. You're gonna be sober. Sober. That's a big deal. But that also cancels me out of a lot of nobody hangs with me though. Yeah, but I didn't know you were sober until late until I don't get calls with a hangs. That was bothering me lately. Really? Yeah, I don't get call for the hangs. I don't come up. Like, you should pal parties. No, I should pal is different. That's like my brother. Yeah. But like, there's certain people like,
Starting point is 00:53:50 even Michael Che, who's a good friend of mine, I was the, Michael Che had never had an opener before me. I was the first guy to ever go on a road with Che. And we do all these shows together, but if he goes hang to go drink, I don't get called. Really? I think it's subconscious. Yeah. It's subconscious. Like, I don't get called really. I think it's subconscious Yeah, it's subconscious like I don't I don't drink so I don't
Starting point is 00:54:09 Who's who's his drinking guys? I've never met Michael Taylor. I don't think oh my I may have it I apologize in my heart. What he's who's he drink with like Sean Patton Yeah, Nemesh Patel then you got Reggie Conquist Kevin Iso, Sam Jay. I know Sam Jay, I know, I know, I know, I know a couple of those people. Yeah, they got a whole squad and yeah, but I don't get the call. That's well, but yeah, but do you want the call? I want the call and I want to say no, I'm not. I'm at a point, I just want the call.
Starting point is 00:54:46 I just want the call. So I want the call. I kind of want the call. I just want the invite. I would mind party with Michael Chase here. But it's not it's not in some big organized thing. It's just like that's who you text when you're gonna go. Hey, I'm gonna have your go to's like I don't really have anyone I call I don't really drink with anyone. I drink with people on tour. Yeah. And but I won't drink. I don't really drink in LA.
Starting point is 00:55:03 Like I'll drink by myself. Yeah. But like that's it. drink I don't really drink in LA like I'll drink by myself. Yeah, like that's it like I know and Really? Yeah, I don't really all the comics you know and guys you hang with no everyone sober. Oh Everyone so you go to the store. It's kind of depressing. Yeah, everyone's sober that age now their business mind Did like Theo's sober Theo's been sober. I never been party with him when he was partying. Yeah, he was a He's a fun He I wish I had gotten a little slice of but I guess his party was out of control I don't I never saw it. Yeah, I really never saw it. He I think he kept it kind of on the DL No, no, and no one really parties in LA. Yeah, it's horrible. I mean it
Starting point is 00:55:41 New York's a more party like well, again, everything's so close I mean, in New York, some more party like... Well, now again, everything's so close. Ari, he's a big drinker. Tom doesn't drink at all. Joe doesn't drink now. He used to party every now and then, but he had an incident with someone, and he just pulled it back.
Starting point is 00:55:57 Like last time I was with him, he had a drink, but he wasn't drinking it. He could tell that it was off the table for him. Yeah, I know I'm the boring guy. You smoke weed though? No. You never did any of that. So you're sitting in the fucking
Starting point is 00:56:11 in the booth with all these dudes. What do you mean, like DJ? When you, yeah, when you DJ like. I was, yeah, bro, everything. Everyone's smoking weed. I used to DJ for Little Kim. That was my first big job. It would be in a limo and like little seas
Starting point is 00:56:23 in junior mafia. Like the limo is like smoke. What do you call it? Hotbox. You're such a square. What are you calling it? Hotbox. Yeah, hotbox.
Starting point is 00:56:32 Hotbite. Hot rectangle. But I would get a, I know I would get secondhand when my stomachs are to hurt. That means that I've been around too much smoke. My stomachs are to hurt. Wait, so why did you never do drugs or alcohol? I've been around too much smoke. My stomach starts to hurt.
Starting point is 00:56:42 Wait, so why did you never do drugs or alcohol? So years of therapy later in life, it seems like I might have some control issues, but I didn't know that when I was young. I just like, I would see drunk family members. I remember I could vision my uncle trying to get into his apartment and couldn't get the key in the hole, right? And I was a kid that my mom would always be at work.
Starting point is 00:57:10 I had to go home for school by myself and I had a key, like a latch key, but it was my pocket. I never know, I'm tired of running your neck, you fucking idiot. But, and I was like, oh, I don't wanna be able to not get into my apartment, so don't do what he does. You know what I mean, wow. Yeah, it's fucking weird.
Starting point is 00:57:28 My uncle's rock Rolex and I just was like, I can't wait to die. Yeah. Like that looks so much fun. And I like the drinking high-end kids out by the pool. Listen in the hip hop 90s We're like, yo, my boy is brothers gonna, yo, Friday night. My brother's gonna buy us a 40. We're gonna get a 40, we're gonna go drink it. So he buys us a 40, and say not, not say not, say not, the old English, I took one sip, I was like, oh, why do you drink this disgusting? But like every rap video, 40s, every song, so I'm gonna 40, and I was like, this is disgusting.
Starting point is 00:58:01 That's crazy that you dodged 40s and blunts. 40s and blunts. 40s and blunts. There's like, they had to pressure you at times. Like come on. All the time, I'm the expert at the shot over the shoulder. Really? I always take the, you know when they bring a tray of shots, I grab the first one, dump it right away.
Starting point is 00:58:19 Because everybody's so excited to get there. Yeah. And I just cover it with my hand and everybody's like, ah, that's what I was faking and now I'm gonna fuck. Now I'm gonna be to get there. And I just covered with my hand and everybody's like, ah, that's what I was faking. And now I'm gonna be a fuck. I'm gonna be in my room, but I was faking it. That's fucking insane. No, I have like, I've had three drinks of my life.
Starting point is 00:58:35 Civil of 40, no five. Civil of 40, oh, you'll love this. Big pun, the only shot I ever took in my life for real. Big pun, we're at some club, and he goes, yo, let me get two shots of Hennessy. And I'm like, oh, no, thanks, but I don't drink. He's like, oh, I got you a shot of Hennessy. I was like, thank you, I don't drink.
Starting point is 00:58:56 And he pulls out a gun, cocks it, cocks it, and puts it in my stomach, and like, literally verbatim, I bought you a shot of Hennessy. I was like, thanks, Pud. I take the shot. And then, so now he knows I don't drink, so he's like, two more and I fucking run away. And I felt the dizziness.
Starting point is 00:59:17 I run away and I felt like, oh, like, and I was like, what's this? Like, this is what people want to get, this dizzy? And I was like, no more this? Like, this is what people wanna get, this dizzy? And I was like, no, no more. They should not get fucked. You realize I would, a big pump would have gotten my stomach. I'd be like, we're drinking until like, gone goes off. But that's why when I went on tour with you,
Starting point is 00:59:34 I was like, Bert's gonna hate me, because I don't drink. I don't give a shit if anyone drinks. Like, that I've never cared if you're sober or drunk. Like, I love Rosebud. Rosebud sober. Like, I've never had a problem. I don't want someone to judge my drinking. But do you think people that don't drink a judge in you?
Starting point is 00:59:52 Because that's what I heard. No, I don't. Like I said, I'm hyper non-inter respective about shit. I don't see how people perceive me. I didn't realize towards the end of fully loaded that everyone's like, he's drinking a lot. Like everyone was like, you're really bloated, you look like you're inflated,
Starting point is 01:00:11 like you should deflate, you're red as fuck. You need to slow down. Like that last night, the last show we did at the Gorge, I killed a beer on stage, and then I killed like four beers at the end of the show. And one of them was an IPA and I almost threw up. I was like, I go, who gave it to me in Georgia goes, that wasn't about light, my daughter.
Starting point is 01:00:28 And I was like, no, there was an IPA. And she was sorry, my bad. And I was like, well, we learned a valuable lesson. No one chugs IPAs. I don't, I don't know what that means. It's an Indian pale ale, there, there will be. No, I know what IPA is. I was like, you know, you didn't, you couldn't chuck it.
Starting point is 01:00:45 Uh-uh. Oh, you can't chuck it. It's so fucking aggressive. It's like blowing a shoe shine, boy. It's like just a lot of smelling your nose. And so, so we, we, uh, but at the end of fully loaded,
Starting point is 01:00:58 both my daughters and my wife were like, yo, you gotta slow down. And so I haven't had a drink since fully loaded. Really? Yeah, yeah. But I. And so I haven't had a drink since fully loaded. Really? Yeah, yeah. But I also don't, like, I know that I'm smoking more cigars. I don't know, I mean, I could also stop cigars,
Starting point is 01:01:14 but I know that I like, I like, I enjoy, I enjoy cigars, it kind of deflates me a little bit. Emotionally, I just go like calm down. But, um, I need that. I will, I've also been spoken a lot of weed lately. Like my daughter's like, you're so fucking grounded. And I was like, I'm not going to talk to them. I'm smoking weed a lot. And I love weed. Like I was being, I mean, liking getting on stage high and writing on, not, not to do like a tour, but when you do like a fuck around set, getting high and letting your brain spin is fun.
Starting point is 01:01:46 It's really fun. I wrote three new jokes on a final stage. Yeah, in the moment. It's great. In the moment, and I was, and good, like, one's, one, I, one was so good, I was like, all right, it has to be someone else's joke. Right.
Starting point is 01:02:03 So I texted a group of comedians, like, I was like, hey, I want to have this. And we'll have this. And one of I was like, all right, it has to be someone else's joke. Right. So I texted a group of comedians, like, I was like, I don't even have this. And one of them was like, no, that is absolutely fucking brilliant premise. And I was like, I'm gonna be hitting out the park. I can't wait, it's a good premise. So then, what was the progression for you to get to where you are today?
Starting point is 01:02:22 Because it's really impressive. It's not, not everyone can do it. To go from music to kind of. Was it, was it Chappelle? No, I mean, Chappelle gave me the initial spark. I've done so much shit. I know, I don't know how much time we've taken on this. I've did a DJ, I worked at record companies,
Starting point is 01:02:46 I managed some artists, I was a VJ on MTV. So I got, I have a rule. If you hear something from three people, it's something you should explore, right? Yeah. So, so, shepelle said it to me once, and then I was on MTV, Jamie Foxx said to, I used to host a rap show on MTV but then I would sometimes fill in on TRL. Yeah. So,
Starting point is 01:03:13 on TRL would be like, with big guests, like superstars, Jamie Foxx turned to me and goes, you're fucking funny. And I just, being normal, like, what I call a road trip funny, you know, with your boys and you just fucking throwing them and you got that laughter for an hour. Yeah, I call sleep awake camp funny. Yeah, sleep awake camp. When everyone's a sleep awake camp and your joke cannot end and everyone's awake and you're still fucking going.
Starting point is 01:03:35 Yeah, you're fucking killing. So is that. So he said I was funny and then Will Smith said I was funny. And then people would always say I was funny on the radio. Now I used to just be a DJ then and then I became a radio personality. And I would do like fucking little pranks like call two Chinese restaurants and put them on speaker phone with each other and like share like that. But hip hop in New York especially is so tough. People are funny behind the scenes like Hove, Jay Z
Starting point is 01:04:03 is very funny personally. Really? But from his records, you don't get it because he's such like a Brooklyn like, bravado, right? So people would always say, you're funny on the radio, you're funny on the radio. So I was like, I should try to like,
Starting point is 01:04:17 maybe I'll just produce a comedy show, make money because people think I'm funny. So I just started producing a show. and I get one laugh, two laughs. Oh, this is how it works and then just it just took off from there. And what year is that 2000? Oh, eight. Oh, really? Yeah, oh, eight.
Starting point is 01:04:37 And then at what point did you fucking go? Fuck it. I'm all in. I'm gonna go try to get. So, oh, eight was when I was producing the shows and I was getting a lot of good advice from a lot of good comics and then I would like Go to some hood rooms and try a joke and whatever bomb a lot a lot a lot But do you have like did you get would you get a pass when they're like oh shit this type of sounds? I would get on I'd be able to get on stage really, but that don't give you a pass with the audience
Starting point is 01:05:01 It gives you a second like you get a second of like a second. Yeah One night I did a show in this Puerto Rican bar and the guy before me, they put me last. I didn't know you weren't supposed to go last when you're so young, you know what I mean? But they had a name, I had a name. So they're like, oh, Hill headline. I didn't even know what that meant.
Starting point is 01:05:20 This guy went before me, he's talking his Spanish. Kaley, I don't even speak Spanish. Kaley, yeah. There's speak Spanish. Kaley, just people are stomping around yelling. I go up, I had one minute of like, oh shit, same for sale, oh shit. Oh, okay, okay. And the stage was on like behind the stage, the curtain was an emergency exit.
Starting point is 01:05:41 I just walked out that emergency exit. But then I started taking it seriously they're like a couple of people let me open up Joe Koei Was one of the first guys it for Louis right before the pandemic. Yeah, he Louis does not like my I love bro. I love Louie. I love Louie, I love Louis. I love Louis. I don't think he likes my neither. Bro, I love Louis. And I got, I think like five shows with him.
Starting point is 01:06:15 Yeah. His assistant liked me and I got somehow got on and he and I saw him at the seller, the comedy seller. He's like, we're doing a run, right? Bro, me and Adrian Apollucci. Yeah. He's watching her side stage. And what's the word?
Starting point is 01:06:31 Enammerated? What's the word? Enammered. Enammered. Watching her. Oh, bro, would I go on? And he's fucking gone. But, oh.
Starting point is 01:06:42 I worked with Louis, I work with Louis 19 years ago and I sat backstage with him and I loved Louis like I knew I knew Louis like I this 19 years before he popped Yeah, before he was doing anything. Yeah, and there's a guy Eric Fuck what was Eric? No Eric, he's passed away. He. Eric, he's passed away. He's a comic who's passed away. He got shot. No.
Starting point is 01:07:13 He got, I think he got hit by a car. Oh, fuck Eric. Uh, he was a, he was, he had, he had a drinking problem. But and he would, and at the time he was sober and he was eating Xanax like crazy. And we were sharing the condo. And he had a really high, his voice, hey, Eric Myers, pull him up Eric Myers. He's passed away. He's, he was so talented. He was so talented. But as, you know, happens in this business, he couldn't get out of his own way. I mean that like obviously, I think, I don't think I'm speaking ill, but this was him.
Starting point is 01:07:55 Oh, I see that guy. Yeah. Yeah, he was so fucking funny. And he was really like just a pure spirit, but man when he, he drank, he would take it to the next. Really? Not like, I'm talking, and the one's gone, I'm not speaking out of school, I'm not speaking ill, I think he'd want people to hear this to kind of warn people because he is past, but like he would, he would get drunk in between shows and not be able to perform right he would he really had a problem and That weekend it was me and him and he was sober and I was not sober. I was definitely not sober. I just had Georgia and Louis Watched him. I wasn't hammered. He was like this guy. It's fucking funny. Yeah, I'm getting ready to go on stage and lose like yeah
Starting point is 01:08:41 I'm gonna go take a walk and he just got up and left and I was like and then the last ready to go on stage and lose. I'm gonna go take a walk. And he just got up and left. And I was like, and then the last night of that show, or that week, there were rough shows. Pablo Francisco was supposed to headline, but he broke his leg. And so Louis filled in. And I was gonna open for Pablo. And which probably was gonna be a better fit. Louis, knowing, new Louis.
Starting point is 01:09:02 So the last night we had, there's a. But they were expecting Pablo. Oh, that's a crazy fit. No one knew Louis. Right. So the last night we had there's a, but they were expecting. Puff spacking. That's a crazy mix. Yeah. As a switcher. And then you don't know who Louis is. He's just a bald red headed dude who did not like his family.
Starting point is 01:09:15 That was his angle. Like my daughter's a cunt. Yeah. Is there anyone who sits at a front door and will put their shoes on as a fucking cunt? I'm paraphrasing Louise jokes. And the last night that we were at the bar before the show, we're talking to someone, one of the, someone had a magic book of like, they're like, okay, pick a color.
Starting point is 01:09:35 You're like, okay, pick a number, pick a number. Pick a country, awesome. Now pick an animal. And I was like, all right, and I go, you think I'm an elephant? I go, I am. And he goes, that's pretty cool, right? And I was like, how the, and then guy goes, are you thinking I'm an elephant? And I go, I am. And he goes, that's pretty cool, right? And I was like, how the fuck that happened?
Starting point is 01:09:47 So I brought that book on stage. I thought, if I start bombing, I'll just read. I'll just do this. So I'm bombing bad. And I go, I go, I fuck it. So I open the book. I go, all right, everyone. We just did this pretty cool.
Starting point is 01:09:59 Pick a number, pick a color, pick a country. I go on the count of three, everyone stay with their thinking. And I go, one, two, three in the whole room goes, elephant. And they're like, what the fuck? I go, pick a country. I go on the count of three, everyone say what they're thinking. I go one, two, three in the whole room, goes elephant, and they're like, what the fuck? I go, it's crazy. And so I flip through, I do another one. And I'm like, uh, pick a pick a pick a pick a pick a pick a pick.
Starting point is 01:10:13 And what's the girl's name? And then I look, Susan, and I'm like, shot the fuck up. I'm like, this is amazing. I do one more, and then I'm like, all right. Well, then they're like, nimbibia, and I'm like, yeah, that's my god, I'm like, thank you. That's my time. Good night. And Eric Myers goes up. like, yeah, that's my God, I'm like, thank you. That's my time, good night. And Eric Myers goes up,
Starting point is 01:10:26 he's like, that's fucking crazy man. That's holy shit, that's my brother, right here, brother, right here. Keepin' goin' for your next headliner, Louis CK. And Louis gets up, he tells like a fucking joke and it doesn't work. And he's like, what? And someone's like, do one of those magic tricks.
Starting point is 01:10:38 Oh fuck, he was like, give me the fucking book. So he had the book on there and he just was like, all right, he's like, I guess we're doing it. It was a book on there and he just was like, all right, and he was like, I guess we're doing that, it was a Sunday night show. He did not, he was not, but he were friends now, but like, Yeah, but still. But he was not a fan of my stay.
Starting point is 01:10:53 He's like, he said really nice to me, things to me sense like it's great to see where you're going with the career, doing great things. This night. The other thing he likes your comedy now? I don't think so. I don't, I bet.
Starting point is 01:11:02 He likes you. He likes me. He likes everything you're doing. I think he likes, I think he likes, yeah, I don't know if he likes everything I'm doing. But like, I think he likes me. I think he were friends, were peers, not peers, but like, you know, and so, you know, and we've had a lot of, you know, it's weird. I think you get into a group of people where you have similar life experiences that not a lot of the world shares. So you can connect. Yes. Really quick on those. Yeah, bro, in this game you connect with me. I'm
Starting point is 01:11:29 coming from a whole other world and I could connect with like almost racist comics because we guys. I love gillis. I love him. I think Shane Gillis is amazing. But yeah, he I think Louis likes me when he sees me at the seller around. And he's like, this guy's a good guy. But you got to understand what he's doing is what he's always done is so, you know, like I was, I've said this to other people, but like there's certain people, there's certain people who take chances because they know that sells or they think that's hot in the market right now. And you're like, yeah, that's cool.
Starting point is 01:12:09 But then there's people like Louie, who take sincere chances because his spirit tells him to. 100%. Like he would not be satiated if he didn't take a real chance. 100%. Same with a tell. I mean, those are guys that I don't think,
Starting point is 01:12:28 I don't think they cross lines on purpose. I think they cross lines because that's who they are. Yeah, it's what it is. Tommy's that way. Is like Tom, I don't think like he loves like a good uphill challenge. Whereas like, I don't know that I don't care about it that much. It's fun every now and then, but it's not what drives me. It drives me as like a, I like the riddle inside a joke. I like the, I like figuring out the wave. I like, I like pushing
Starting point is 01:12:53 boundaries, but like, I don't need to try to press everyone's buttons to get away. Like, it's not my thing, you know? Yeah, I'm with you, but I love what they do though. I love it. I love, I also love it. I was just telling some of this the other, but I love what they do though. I love it. I love it. I also love it. I was just telling something this the other day. I love, I love like really good clean wholesome comedy too. Like Jackie Cation is Jackie Cation Greg Warren. Chad Daniels pushes way a lot of buttons.
Starting point is 01:13:20 Like he's the, I used to think old school Chad Daniels is like, clean, do he fucking, do you see him on tour with this shit he was talking about? Yeah, he was fucked. Well, but does he not curse? He'll curse, but he'll take big chances on religion, politics. Yeah, that was, what was the thing that he kept having trouble with?
Starting point is 01:13:38 I forget there was a joke he kept having trouble with and I was like, oh, he probably won't do that tomorrow and just kept doing it, kept doing it. He goes, no, this is my joke. Yeah. It was Jesus related. Yeah. Something Jesus related. Because I have a Jesus joke and that's the only joke that was like kind of bombing on
Starting point is 01:13:54 tour. Or the, we're in the fucking red states. That's what I'm saying. They stay believing God. No, 100%. Yeah. I have a joke. The premise is there's no white people named Jesus.
Starting point is 01:14:04 And I, in the middle of the joke, I'm losing the crowd. This happens all the time and I go, you know I'm not talking about Jesus. I'm talking about white people. Yeah. But once you say that word, they just click off. Because we still believe Jesus is white. Funny. The idea that he was black is like, I don't, I think, I don't, I think I, I think,
Starting point is 01:14:22 but I'm not saying he's not I think why people go Okay Santa's white too Do you know there's a girl that got fired from a Megan fog Megan Fox Megan Megan Kelly Megan Kelly got fired for saying that Santa was white What? Why see why Megan Fox got let go.
Starting point is 01:14:45 No, Megan Kelly. No, I can't. She said, hold on, Santa's white. And someone's like, Santa's not real. Ha, ha, ha, ha, ha. It's the matter. Is she? But the image of Santa,
Starting point is 01:14:57 the image of Santa is white. Yeah, the image, but it's not, he's, yeah. No, Santa is just white, she yeah. No, she is just white. She said. No, she had to. Jesus was a white man too. This is Megan Kelly. By the way, Megan Kelly is hot as fuck. Yeah, all those fucks.
Starting point is 01:15:20 Who's girls are? I mean, and can you imagine? Can you imagine? Can you be imagine? I'm not saying Megan Kelly's, I'm not saying she's, I'm not saying she's racist, right? She's, I don't think she is. She's probably a regular good person.
Starting point is 01:15:33 But can you imagine being married to a white chick that talks wild shit about Santa like that? Like how fun that would be? I do. Like as usually, if I've always been the one talking wild shit in the end, like pulling me back, so what the fuck are you doing? I was like, well, I'm just if I've always been the one talking while shit in the end like pulling me back Yeah, what the fuck are you doing? I was like well, I'm just like what was the one she said the other day? What was the one I just I just talked about it? Oh
Starting point is 01:15:56 Fuck I was saying something and she's like hold on you can't talk like that. That's crazy talk You can't talk about it. I was like easy babe. I'm working on a bitch. She goes, well, I know, but it's just off basis. So like every check I've ever dated, you can't imagine dating a chick. It's like, I don't think you're going hard enough. Tell them what you think of them. That's Megan Kelly. Megan Kelly would be like you.
Starting point is 01:16:16 I would love, I want to date a racist chick. I would love that. I can find one for you. Yeah. I want to date a racist. Not like in a clan. Yeah, not two races, but just like says while says says off-color shit. Yeah, I've had that before. Like like I've been to girls from Staten Island. Oh, for real? Yeah. Where they're like I've dated an Italian girl. Oh, man, she's the one I got away. Really? She's like from Staten Island,
Starting point is 01:16:47 girl. Oh man, she's the one I got away. Really? She's like from Staten Island has black friends went to a school with black people, but still has certain opinions about certain black people. Really? Yeah, you never see this like New York races did the best. No, wait, describe. Like loves hip-hop, loves fucking whatever, black culture, black music, but then like, you know, four guys are walking slow across the street or the station found her and she'll drop the N word. Oh, shut up. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:17:18 Oh, I've never seen that. Yeah. Oh, I've never seen that. I only know one chick that used the N word and she was a stylist. Yeah. And she was, she was saying it as if she was allowed to say it. Yeah. She wasn't using it. She was saying it like, right. And I was like, easy. We were at a sushi restaurant. I was like, hey, drop the M bombs. Like you're killing me. I was like, I can't be around
Starting point is 01:17:41 you if you're talking like that. Well, Saki brings it out. She was like, I just worked for Puff Daddy yesterday. He's, he really never problem with it. And I was like, I don't be around you if you're talking like that. Well, Saki brings it out. She was like, I just worked for Puff Daddy yesterday. He was never problem with it. And I was like, I don't think you said it loud enough that you said, I'm certain if he said, if he heard it, he would have a problem with it. Especially the way you're saying it, you're not with the uh, uh, at the end. She was with a hard, like she was starting a motorcycle.
Starting point is 01:17:59 Oh. Oh. No, no, no, no. No. No, no, no, no chick was? Yeah, that I let it slide I sat with her at dinner at lunch. We were at lunch at a sushi restaurant on Beverly and I let it slide pull the picture over This is how I'll show you a picture of her. Okay. Yeah, this is her hang on Is there anything here this is her? She could she say the N word to you. But that around other people like privately. Yeah, privately.
Starting point is 01:18:32 Yeah, privately. I said, man, I don't care what people say. Is there racial surf or Puerto Ricans? Not a good one. What's the best one? Speak. Oh. Speak is coined. That's so 1982. No, I love, I love in the 80s. Are you fucking spicks? Are you like, I'm a Spanish person in control. Like, ah. Wait, that would have stands for?
Starting point is 01:18:55 No, I don't even know what speak means. Like, Mexicans got Christine, you know what it means. What does it mean? Christine, you use it. Google it and then read it out loud. No. I don't know what, I never knew what it means. What does it mean? Christine, you use it. Google it and then read it out loud. No. I don't know what's, I never knew what's going on. So, we have what, type in racial slurs for Puerto Rican.
Starting point is 01:19:13 Because what will happen is especially in other parts of the country, they just give us Mexican slurs, but they don't even affect us. I remember hearing racial slurs for Puerto Ricans from Cuban dads. Whoa, like in Spanish or something. No, no, no, in joke form. But they were, yeah, like.
Starting point is 01:19:33 It was a slur. It was a joke. Like all that mango eaters or something. No, no, no, no, it was a joke. I can't, I can't tell you the joke. I can't tell you the joke. Racial search report recon. Springer?
Starting point is 01:19:46 No. Brought, there's no good ones. There isn't any good ones. No. Wait, are Puerto Ricans exempt from racial slurs? We get the generic Latin ones. But we don't have like, there's no specific. Mexicans out of all the Latinos who's got the worst racial slurs.
Starting point is 01:20:04 Yeah, Mexicans for sure. They get all the bad ones. Yeah, Mex't have like, there's no specific. Max gets out of all the Latinos who's got the worst racial slurs. Yeah, Mexicans for sure. They get all the bad ones. Yeah, Mexicans are like, but are they that bad? It's always the intent behind it. Like, what's with Max Biner? What is that? Because they have beans and their, what is that?
Starting point is 01:20:20 Yeah, that's not, that's not, that's not. They were good. And that was so ingratiating so quickly into them, themselves saying it. Yeah, like, not that's not and that was and that was so ingratiating so quickly into the like them since themselves saying it yeah, like what does it mean? I've never really Racism I don't remember any Cuban ones That's crazy. There's a lot of Asian racial slurs like Jewish racial slurs. Yeah, I wish in in an Italian kind of phased out. Yeah, like Mick.
Starting point is 01:20:48 But even Mick is because their names have MC. Yeah. WAP was meant without papers. Is that what that's so for? Yeah, WOP was without papers. Did they not come here with papers? No, like this is like Ellis Island days. So there's no papers back then.
Starting point is 01:21:02 That's crazy. So like, oh, you without papers, like, what? And why would the M word have such lasting, it's got such a lasting imprint? Cause it's, I bet it's the oldest American racial sur. Oldest first and also it's so like, it hurts strong. It's just grrr.
Starting point is 01:21:22 It's got all the, it doesn't mean anything else, right? Yeah. Or what does it even come from? Is it come from Nigeria or Niger in Africa? Where did it come from? Because think about it. Where did it come from? Because all the racial slurs is because something you do
Starting point is 01:21:40 or something in your culture. Like wet back, what does that mean? Because they came in the water? I don't even know what that means. Like a penny pinch and Jew, you know what? Yeah, that's good. Like, they're all, yeah, hey, type in the etymology of the M word.
Starting point is 01:21:55 This is gone. I've been trying to promote a TV show here. How many of you mentioned the TV show? Wait, tell what's the TV show? I can't say it now. Now's when you should say it. Now's when everyone's gonna watch. I was showing A&E called hip hop treasures.
Starting point is 01:22:11 Where we go searching for hip hop collectibles. LL Cool J's the host. For real? Yeah. And the first episode was all about Biggie looking for the Biggie crown. It's for you, though. Oh, you fucking kidding me? Wait, hold on. Yeah, it's a great show. It's fucking kidding me. Don't wait, hold on.
Starting point is 01:22:25 Yeah, it's a great show. This podcast has gone left. Okay, no more racial slurs. Let's go back to the hip hop treasures. Okay. No more racial slurs. All right, we'll keep Googling and I'm curious. Look at that.
Starting point is 01:22:38 Oh. Yeah, iced tea is L.O. Cool J iced tea. Yo, yo, remember yo, yo, yo, and me. Shut the fuck up. So what are we? I was here. No, no, no, no, no, I now I'm fucking fascinating. Sorry. So we what other treasures are do we find? Oh, I don't want to give it away Oh, so we did hang on but is that the episodes type in go to episodes because the episodes only three three so far Let me see and then it started started an errand on it. Yeah Yeah, it's yeah, it's a third three weeks hip hop Treasurer's DMX DMX was the best one
Starting point is 01:23:10 DMX we found dope shate kiss jatakus is slick bro What was the what was the jatakus story on drink champs? Which one a jatakus episode on Drink Chaps was fucking awesome. Was it the... Norrie took the pound back? Was that... You guys know that? I think so.
Starting point is 01:23:31 Because this guy was standing next to Jada Kiss and his crew and Norrie was giving everybody a dip and then he goes, who's that guy? He goes, he's not with us and he goes... AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:23:49 Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:23:57 Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. We found his car which one the the fucking remote controls. No no real car with he had a
Starting point is 01:24:07 painting of a Lea on it and he had it on the cover of a magazine and The car was lost no one knew where it was this this guy mechanic in Westchester County in New York had the car all these years because DMX never paid the bill Of getting it fixed so the guy just kept it and because DMX never paid the bill of getting it fixed. So the guy just kept it. And in the car was like, rhyme books. No. Rime books, flyers, letters he wrote in prison.
Starting point is 01:24:34 It was great. That was the fine. Shut the fuck up. Yeah. So the first ones, notorious is crown. Yeah. Second one is Kool-Yah, what? Kool-Yio and I see.
Starting point is 01:24:46 What is it? Most episodes have two people, but notorious and DMX only just them. So Kulio had the bike from his first video. Yeah. He had, I forget what else he had. Then I see had the sample that he made the first albums on. And then, you know, because they're building a hip-hop museum in the Bronx,
Starting point is 01:25:05 it's called the Universal Hip-hop Museum. No. Yeah, it's huge. So this show is connected with the museum where we're trying to go find these artifacts collected. Holy shit. So what are there, like, okay, so what collectibles would I want to see?
Starting point is 01:25:19 Like I'm thinking right now, like, like, flip the clock. Yeah, the first thing I was gonna say, flip a flip clock. You got, okay, so I'm trying to think like, what was the, what, you have memorable chains on people? So, JMS is J's chain. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:25:38 With the Adidas, because Rundi MC was the first group ever to get like a brand endorsement by Adidas. So they all used toment by Adidas. So they all used to have these Adidas sneakers on their chain. But the story about JMSJ chain is that it was solid gold, no clasp. So if anyone that, a lot of people would try to rob them, and when you pull the chain, a lot of times it would break and they'd run away. But with JMSJ, you pull the chain,
Starting point is 01:26:05 you just bring him closer to you so you can clock him. So we would grab it and like you're pulling him close and he would just bam. Shot the five. Yeah, having a few times. Hold it. So it was solid. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:26:18 So that was in the rock and roll hall of fame. And we're trying to find it on the show. Can't tell you if we found it or not. And so how many episodes do we have? There's eight episodes. Eight episodes? Yeah. and we're trying to find it on the show. Can't tell you if we found it or not. We gotta watch it. And so how many episodes do we have? There's eight episodes. Eight episodes?
Starting point is 01:26:28 Yeah. Flavorful of clock's a big one. Flavorful of clock. What else do we do? I'm trying to think of like, what's up? What do we know? Like the things that are memorable,
Starting point is 01:26:41 like what would be two podcasts to be in there? Two podcasts so much stuff. Yeah, right? Two pocket always had like that leather vest, leather vest was bad. The vest from something I caught it from two pocket would be the vest from the California love video that like mad Max kind of looking thing. Kanye, the you have a so Kanye, the bear, the bear is being on stage with Kanye, we were trying to find that. the episode Kanye, the bear, the bear. At least we on stage with Kanye, we were trying to find that.
Starting point is 01:27:07 The, the rundium C. This is a great show. Where do you have to watch it only on A&E or the streaming? I think right now it's only on A&E. And it's Saturdays at 10. In the morning? At night. Okay.
Starting point is 01:27:20 So as far as me promoting the show, I believe Saturdays at attend is a great time. Thank you, A&E. Me as an individual who wants people to see the show. Horrible timeslot. I don't know who's none of people watching TV Saturday night. At 10. 10.
Starting point is 01:27:39 But yeah, but here's the thing is you can DVR it and it's got to be streamable. I bet A bet Annie's got a. Any discovery or something? There's an any something you could you can add a need to I think maybe prime. I should I should know this right. But I love a.n. bro. A.n. is one of my favorite. He's great. First 48 60 days in neighbor wars. I Love any so when they told me this show I was in Fuck and I collect a lot of stuff too. So really yeah, I have a lot of stuff. I would like to collect some comedy stuff
Starting point is 01:28:13 I don't think there's too much comedy stuff other than shirts people were on specials like Bobby Kelly's got Patrice's hat From the special from the one where he did In the room. Yeah, I was good. I was at the hat. Bobby Kelly has that. Yeah, wow. He's got a, you know, in like a box. Yeah, that's great. Right, but that'll be lost.
Starting point is 01:28:35 Like that'll be lost one day. Yeah. Like his butt, you know, because for Bob Beatrice was a friend, he'll hold on to it. Yeah. And then one day Bob, you'll pass and Max will have it. Max will be like, you know, this shit I didn't hear.
Starting point is 01:28:46 And be like, I got Voss's watch and Patrice's hat. Like I'm gonna get rid of this shit. Yeah. Well, he knows Voss, he doesn't know Patrice. Yeah. Like I would like, I would like, like Bob Sanger had Rodney Dangerfield's joint holder. He would have a bunch of joints rolled and put in a box
Starting point is 01:29:08 and then he'd smoke joints throughout the day. That would be badass. The shit with Communities, it have to be sentimental. I wouldn't mind one of the old, I'll tell you what I wouldn't mind for real. And you'll never get it. But one of the old paintings, or one of the old pictures from Rogan's old podcast studio,
Starting point is 01:29:29 like the Jimmy Hendrix or the... Why would you get it? Where is it? I'm sure he's gonna hold onto it. Oh yeah. I bet he's got him in. I bet they're up in his new studio somewhere. But like Rogan's got a great, he's got,
Starting point is 01:29:40 like that Jimmy Hendrix or the Rosa Parks one that Rogan had up in his studio. Oh, that'd be crazy. Yeah, and then I think he had, who else did he have? Like, something from Rogan's studio would be cool as like memorabilia for comedy. Well, now, now comedy is a lot more visual. So there'll be more things you remember that you want to get your hands on. But like, what comedy is what? Like Eddie Murphy's suit suit?
Starting point is 01:30:04 Oh, I would take one of those red suits of the purple suit or raw or delirious. I wouldn't mind wanting to cigarettes like triple XL shirts from his earlier specials. That's funny. Yeah, that's funny. When he had to like, he had to get him specially made. No, he didn't. Yeah, yeah, yeah, he'd buy a shirt and then they'd let it out here. So fit him and they'd make it longer in the front. I knew that. I would mind one of those. Yeah, who's that guy?
Starting point is 01:30:27 Yeah, that guy's the man. He was, he was, they called him the tent maker. He made Ralphie's suits and he made Tom's outfits. Yeah, he had to make Tom's shoes because Tom's feet would swell after hours standing on stage. He was so fat when he did those. So his feet would swell.
Starting point is 01:30:42 So the guy would put elastic in the sides of Tom's shoes. So he cuts slits in his shoes and then put elastic so Tom's feet could swell. Fuck. Yeah. I mean, the amount of stuff Tom did just to be comfortable when he was that size is really crazy.
Starting point is 01:30:57 Yeah, it's worse. Yeah. Man, I heard his belts were like two cows worth a bet. They couldn't do one cow. He was that big? I guess, I don't know. No, he was Who sunglasses like Elvis this sunglasses would be cool big sunglasses Biggy sunglasses really yeah, we got one pair from his son
Starting point is 01:31:17 You were just with this son, weren't you yeah, I just saw that video. Yeah, well that that was from when I shot it And then I just put it out. Yeah, uh great kid He's a man out here. He looks here. Yeah. He's from he's from here. What's he doing? I Don't know what he does. He's rich. Oh, is he yeah, big is a state. Oh, is there a lot of million that? Oh, yeah Hey, type in how much money is from big is a state. Oh, yeah, I want to see this. That's curious Because he doesn't crazy. She want to know some crazy shit? Yeah, my state goes away the second I die The second I die my daughters are like we'll put out a documentary about dad
Starting point is 01:31:53 Do one of those fucking right? But you know, hundred and sixty million dollars. I bet you it's more and will his mom get some Well, his mom his son and his daughter run the estate. Really? Yeah. But his thing, you ever heard Jay-Z says a lot of biggy lines? Yeah. This is what I fucking hate about people.
Starting point is 01:32:17 So Jay-Z, a lot of his songs he has aligned from Biggie, that he'll say. Yeah. And then people always like, oh, he's biting Biggie. He would not be the king of hip hop if Biggie was alive. Biggie was the best. You know, you always try to be Biggie. Every time Jay-Z says a Biggie line, Biggie's kids eat.
Starting point is 01:32:36 You have to clear that line. Really? Because Biggie's the writer. And that part of that money goes to his kids. Shut up. So by literally just by saying a rhyme on a record, he's taking care of these kids for however long. If you're on a, if you're,
Starting point is 01:32:53 if you're a biggie line is on a hit Jay-Z record, you get a piece of that? Jesus. But people are stupid. You ever notice? That's fucking. Then his kids, biggie, he takes care of his kids. Doesn't have to give him a dime.
Starting point is 01:33:09 This unseagate, that's crazy. No, my state's gone. The second I die. What do you mean, it's gone. What am I, like, you don't have some documents or something? No, no, no, like, they'll get like the houses and stuff and they'll get like, couple lease payments on cars,
Starting point is 01:33:22 but like, I don't have like, I don't have like a, an estate that's gonna be accruing wealth. Oh, I see what you're saying. Like once I'm dead, I'm dead. Like I'm not gonna do anymore. You only make money from touring and specials. So specials, you're investing in stuff. Well, yeah, I mean, like there'll be money at the laundry mat.
Starting point is 01:33:38 There'll be a laundry mat. There's like a car wash. Yeah. I'm opening a bar. No, I will, like I don't have a body of work that will keep paying. Right, yes, yes. I have, I'll tell you what I have.
Starting point is 01:33:52 You have life issues. Yeah, I got life issues. Yeah, but it's not the fucking trust. It's alright. We got a couple Rolexes. They've already claimed their Rolexes. Isn't that crazy? My daughter's like, can I get that one?
Starting point is 01:34:04 And I was like, wait, hold on, I'm still here. I try to honor her a bit. I'm watching you. I have roughly probably four years worth of footage that they could do a documentary about it. The documentary, yeah. That's good. Yeah. I mean, what's the word? Fuck yeah, we... I know, but it's nice to know that Biggie, when he dies, and he only had like what, two albums, three albums.
Starting point is 01:34:32 Yeah, two plus junior mafia. Yeah. But he wrote a lot. He gets publishing from other stuff too. Yeah, but it's 160 million. Do you think it would be worth that if he was still alive? Do you think there's a value that goes like, like when you look at like two-pox estate,
Starting point is 01:34:51 because you can't get it anymore? Do you think that can create, I wonder if that's an interesting question. For a lot of people, yes. So like look at Craig Mack, right? Craig Mack and Biggie were peers. They were like, they both came out at the same time on Bad Boy. Yeah. Craig Mack first. Craig Mack and Biggie were peers. They were like, they both came out at the same time on Bad Boy.
Starting point is 01:35:05 Yeah. Craig Mack first. Craig Mack first. Craig Mack was the first artist. And then you look at Craig Mack's estate versus Biggie's estate. And you wonder, had Craig, not as a horrible thing to say, but if someone had to happen to Craig Mack after his first album, he'd go down as a legend forever. I think
Starting point is 01:35:25 that's a weird thing about dying. He would have but no he didn't have the body of work that big. He was great though. Yeah. Craig Mack was great. Incredible but he didn't have what big he had. He didn't. You got to remember biggie wrote his albums. He wrote Junior Mafia albums. wrote Lil Kim's albums. Not all. Really? He wrote some. Not as much as junior Mafia albums. wrote Lil Kim's albums. Not all. Really? he wrote some. Not as much as junior. I was who played Lil Kim in the biggie movie.
Starting point is 01:35:51 I forgot her name. We've said that she is fucking. I know this shit. Something with an end. She is near Natasha. Not Natasha. What's Naya? Yeah, something.
Starting point is 01:35:59 Narcissist. Narcissist. Naya Narcissist. She played Lil Kim. She her naked in that movie. She played Lil Kim. She, her naked in that movie, she is the hottest fucking chick. That's one, that's what I really fucked up with. I never hooked up with a black chick.
Starting point is 01:36:13 But why not? That, that, that's a, that's it. It was happened in the Tury. But why, why didn't you? I just didn't have access. You were at the black shows in New York. I wasn't hooking up with anyone then. Cause I was like, I'm so fucked up with chicks.
Starting point is 01:36:31 I need to stay sober. I need to stay out of it single and get like and get a career in order to get a chick. But there's a lot of black people in Florida. Like you know when you watch cops. I gotta be. You watch cops? No, I was like, hey guys, can I do a ride along?
Starting point is 01:36:47 I'm looking at me to black check. Okay. Okay. Okay. Cool, cool. You got her husband in the car? Let me go talk to her. Hey, how you doing?
Starting point is 01:36:59 She was. Can you type in her naked? Oh, here we go. This, she was so, when she was naked and she was wrapping a biggie in that. Oh Oh, here we go. This, she was so, she was naked, and she was wrapping a biggie in that. Oh yeah, when she was on top of them. Yeah, she is, wait, she does a lot of naked scenes. There's a lot of nakedness to her.
Starting point is 01:37:14 Yeah, go back to, go to the, yeah, go to the, wait, she's naked with a lot of people. She was in other shows. But naked in all of them? To requirement. She is beautiful. Go to the one of them dead center, because no, no, to the right. Yeah, we know that you're on the right one. You're on the right one. Go left. Now go left. That one. Now wait, what is this?
Starting point is 01:37:35 What is this? That's not big. That's not big. That guy's very much a beautiful. Oh nude base.com. We go to the. No, that can't be her. Go to that one. We're just looking at her naked. Go to the left to the left of that to the left of that. There we go. That's her in the in the Toriz Guggie. God, she has a great fucking body. Yeah. I don't like it. You don't like it? I don't like when girls have great bodies. It makes me feel ashamed of mine. Oh.
Starting point is 01:38:13 I need a little insecurity. Can I tell you what happens? Whoa. That's an odd picture. That is very odd. Is she, is that real? She says there's titties out on the red carpet with Michael K Williams.
Starting point is 01:38:28 The boob and he would those things. I mean, you might as well. Newed singer from New Jersey. I guess that's her thing. She was like new 22 photos, keep scrolling. 22 photos. Shhh. Wait, what is this site?
Starting point is 01:38:44 Keep going. And then it is filled with. Wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait,'s, wait, what is this site? Keep going. And then it's filled with. Wait, hold on, why is she? No, this can't be real. Why is she just out here with her titties out on red carpet? Dude, I would like to say I'm a dea porn. That can't be real. No, this is something's off with this.
Starting point is 01:39:06 No. This is just two. That can't be real. Now this is something's off with this. Now. This is just to... Yeah, somebody's doing all that. You're doing it. I like having sex like, like, Lian's body is insane. I never wanna, you should do it. Thank you, I guess.
Starting point is 01:39:24 But I, every time I have sex with, I say to myself, I can't believe I get to do this. Not crazy, I feel like a child. I can't believe I get to do this. All right, so let's talk about the show. So the show's Saturday nights at 10 p.m. Yeah. Big East Crown DMX's car.
Starting point is 01:39:41 No DMX, we found the car by accident. We were looking for, by accident. Yeah, we were looking for his, the overalls he wore at Woodstock 99, the red jumpsuit. That's what we were looking for. Never found it. No, never found it. Find the car.
Starting point is 01:39:59 We found, he had a lot of other jumpsuits of different colors, but not the red ones. Was there any guns in the car? Did not when we got there though. Oh, yeah, I guess they would have pulled those up. 10 years. Oh, but his wife was like, oh, I think the mechanic might have had something to do whenever we went to go check it out and we fucking found it.
Starting point is 01:40:18 Like, because he showed us this rhyme book and why the guy from Rough Ride is going crazy. And then he goes, oh, I got something else. And we drive to another location and he pulls the tarp off. And we lost it. That one was not said, you're something I'm gonna set up for TV. The producers know they won't tell me, but the producers know what we're gonna find. And then if they want me to be surprised on camera, that one was like, holy shit, the producers didn't even know. And he posed the cover off and I remember the car instantly because it was like, it was on the cover of Vibe Magazine and it was amazing. DMX is, DMX is, I wanted to go visit him in prison when he was in Arizona just to like
Starting point is 01:41:02 meet DMX. So I was like, I was like, why not? Right. Yeah, why not? God, he was fucking so awesome. Oh, he's the best. He's of the realest dude ever. He doesn't seem like he ever had like to any, did the, the versus with him and Snoop was, I was with Snoop when that came out. Yeah. And I was like, I was, I remember one night, just all night talking Snoop about it. Like, bro, Snoop treated him.
Starting point is 01:41:27 Snoop is a gentleman, bro. Snoop's a bus. Snoop, Snoop treat, because you know, DMX, he had some hard times. Yeah. But Snoop treated him like a god that night. He just, Snoop just gave it to him. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:41:39 And it was just big in a month. Snoop is the best. Snoop really is the best. Snoop is the best. Man, what a career that guy's had. Snoop is the most. Snoop really is the best. Snoop is the best. Man, what a career that guy's had. Snoop is the most famous hip hop celebrity ever. Right? I think so.
Starting point is 01:41:51 He's hip hop royalty. Yeah, he's not like the most, he's not the richest. He's pretty fucking rich. No, I know he's rich. But he's not like, Jay-Z's like super, super rich. But there are people who do not know what Jay-Z looks like. No one doesn't know what Snoop looks like. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:42:05 Snoop's iconic. Yeah. Snoop is transcendent all the way. Is Snoop bigger than hip hop? Yes. For sure. For sure. There's people who, there's white people probably,
Starting point is 01:42:18 or middle of a country people who have seen Snoop, and don't even know. Like they know each other. My dad knows Snoop, but he couldn't tell you one of his songs. Not even one of his songs, but he knows who Snoop is. How do I get bigger than comedy? I think you're on your way. You see what you're on your way. I think there's people that know me
Starting point is 01:42:36 that don't know my stand up. They're like, oh, you're the shirtless guy. You're cool, you're the shirtless, cool, a guy. Anytime I say I want to talk with Berkretz, I just say you've seen the comic with a shirt off and the everyone goes, oh yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. That's crazy, that's crazy. They show time thought that was a big mistake
Starting point is 01:42:52 and it was at the time. It was no one watched my special and now it's kind of my thing but it's so funny it's like just, there was no thought into that. Yeah. And now I look back and I go, God man, I'm a brilliant marketer on accident.
