Happy Tuesday guys, welcome back to a lot on your plate podcast.
Firstly, thanks so much for all the love on last week's episode.
So much love.
I feel like the topics really went from one contrast to our.
Like, when I listened back, I thought one minute we were talking about football,
the next minute we were talking about rugby,
then we were talking about being too old to go out.
Then we were talking about dating.
But I actually thought that was very educational.
informative. Yeah, it was a very good episode. Yeah, I loved it too. And we had a lot of feedback as well from people saying, oh, what about this place? What about that? So me and Zoe have said, right, we're going to do a vlog style special episode over on Patreon of us actually going out getting wasted, trying every single bar that you guys have suggested. And we're going to have like a rate card. And we're going to say, ambiance, music, cocktails at a 10. Clintail. Clientel. Men.
We could do like age range
Like what we think
The average age is in that place
Yeah
I would say more like a cocktail crawl
Yeah rather than a subcrow
Like a cocktail crawl
I mean we could have like a wee soul
Here in there like absolutely
I think we should go to a few karaoke bars as well
Just at the end of the night
But maybe we can go into a buff club
You don't need to ask me twice
To do karaoke
There's a couple of other places by the way
That people said Westside Tavern
We forgot to say that
And that is a good vibe in there actually
Very good.
a wee pizza, couple of nice drinks, a bit of music.
Hip-hop.
And then there was one called Mallow.
Have you seen that?
It's the wine bar, but down the stairs.
So I'll tell you something, my mum was there.
Was she?
Said it was great, mm-hmm.
She was like, it was very noisy, but I'm like that's what we would like.
But it's a Nogroni bar, and I love a Nogroney.
It's just down at like 60, 3rd and 1st, isn't it?
That's right, yeah.
Just around from central, good location.
Yep.
And then also, somebody messaged me saying,
the gay bar, merchant pride, apparently on a Saturday,
absolutely pops off it's just near merchant city i've never heard of it before but she said
everybody is welcome zero judgment everyone's having an amazing time just full of love and laughter
and i thought what an amazing day because yeah let's say you want to go out and you don't want to get
hit on or you just want to just have fun well you might get hit on you might get hit on i mean
sounds like my kind of heaven you'd love you'd love to get hit on in the gay bar
love it but yeah i think that was um a good shout out there and there was a couple of other
communities quassant run somebody sent us we wrote that in the chat it's where you go for
a run and you have a really nice pastry afterwards sounds a dream and then somebody else sent
as a new page called for the lassies and at the moment they're actually supporting women's aid
and doing a raffle on their page so please check them out as well which i think ties in nicely for
today's episode yeah so we thought we would go all about deep and inspirational yeah
since it is the week of international women's day and as women are just fucking away
in my opinion anyway like guys you are going to love this episode so much you don't understand how exciting this episode's going to be I feel like we've really brought treats I feel like we've really nailed it we have like this is perfect in my opinion and we advise that if you can listen to this all you like on your hot girl walk but please go and watch this on YouTube when you get home or in the bath tonight or whatever or guy if you're watching this we can't forget you lovely boysies
Remind you how amazing we are.
Yeah.
This is going to be an amazing episode to watch as well,
so please check it out on YouTube.
Yep.
I'm so excited.
We may as well start it with a spit or swallow,
which really ties in to the theme of today.
Yep.
So, we wanted to kind of go back a little bit
to the basics of why we ever started spit or swallow.
If you remember the time when I was putting
graily granules in your mouth blindfolded,
that's the kind of stuff that we were thinking of today.
I'd love to see I miss those times,
but with what you've just reminded.
giving me all of a dawn.
So I was on Instagram and I saw an amazing bakery that I'm sure loads of you guys
that are local, I've heard of is Three Sisters Bakes.
Three Sisters Bake, sorry, no S.
And they were putting on their story that they would really want taste testers for a Bookfast
flavored Empire biscuit.
Right?
Like who would, who thanks to put these things together?
And they don't like Bookfast basically, like a lot of people.
Can you see this on the cam?
Yeah.
And I mean, I love it.
Of course I do.
So I have messaged them like, oh my God, no, I genuinely would love to try this.
And they message back like, stop.
We are huge pod pigs.
And I was like, no, you're not.
Perfect, piden.
And I thought, this is amazing as well because it's a female-owned business in Scotland by three sisters.
And I thought this would be an amazing one to have today.
Absolutely.
So I saw that they work with Iron Brewing.
as well um this week an iron brew well what's that one i don't know if it it might be iron brew
because it might be well it's kind of looking apart isn't it oh i'm not actually sure right
let me read a little bit about them first do you want me to take that off your hands yeah that'd be
breaks of my fucking old though it feels like you're holding a weight by the way guys the
Botox is still frozen.
I can no longer.
This is me actually raising my eyebrows.
Like I'm really trying.
They're not a single thing's happened there.
And I'm not used to this really, but...
I mean, the forehead's shaney.
That's what you want.
That's the benefits.
Okay, so they wrote us a little message.
We are a female run bakery business based just outside of Glasgow,
founded by three sisters with a cake obsession,
Gillian, Nicola and Lindsay Wreath.
We started our business.
12 years ago and have constantly evolved to keep up the
changing trends, financial downturns
and upturns and the arrival of eight
kids between the three of us. Wow.
Oh, did it. Nowadays, we can
be found every weekend at farmers markets
in the greater Glasgow area, catches at
Partick Farmers Market on the second and fourth
Saturdays of the month, and Shoreland's Farmers Market
on the first and third Saturday of the month.
We also post our cakes and Empire Biscuits
across the UK, so anyone that's not local,
hit it up.
We are crazy
pod pigs, and
love a lot on your plate because it's the first time we've ever heard funny, relatable and
local content created and curated in a high quality production. Yeah. Go team. It's the podcast
we'd love to create if we had the time or the talent. Well done, girls. You are smatching it.
That is truly lovely by the way. Girl support girls. Yay. Right. Let's get in a bout.
Right. So shall I take a bite then you take a bite?
But you've got to be honest.
They said they do not mind you being honest.
They want the feedback because, by the way,
we've got a normal Empire Biscuit here,
which is obviously going to be gorgeous.
So, let's just fucking go for it, shall we?
Are we ready?
Scent, I would say, just smells normal.
Oh, okay.
Right?
Because she did say the icing sugar dims it down slightly, so.
Oh, the face says no.
see to be fair it's not the worst it's just a bit of a shock even though i was expecting it
you know what i mean is it i wouldn't choose to eat that oh yeah it's really it's quite it is quite
strong and it's definitely buckfast you can tell it's buck fast it'll hit you in a second
not hit me yet
not hit me at
not hit me at
not hit me at all
right take another bite
why is that
it's giving
mince pie type
you know mince pie has got brandy in it
it's giving the
the boozy element of that
oh okay
I would say that's kind of all it is
but I do understand
what they're saying about the ice and sugar
like in a way it's quite
It's kind of just like off-icing.
I like that, you know.
It's quite a hint of the old Bucky, isn't it?
By the way, their middle bit of the Empire Biscuit is well nice.
Like the actual filling.
It's quite, like, thick.
That's so good.
Let me try be a normal one.
Let me just test their...
Right, well, just a small bit of that.
We have a little swig of Alan's tea.
Alan makes us tea and coffee every time we come in here and honestly would probably make
them all day every day for us if we wanted it's really a treatin jam that's really
attractive hmm right give us a bite of that do you think we should start at Empire
Biscuit ratings page
Sorry, it's such a much ice in my mum
No, that's probably one
No, that's probably one of the best empire biscuits I've ever had
That's well good
No, that's really good
Well good, well good
I would really recommend that
Do I have a quite bite at this just to see what it is?
I'll get home
Sorry if you're listening to this on audio
I bet it sounds horrendous
I actually listened to our podcast last week on audio and YouTube
and I will well prefer it on YouTube now.
Do you?
She's still ingruss in this empire.
That is, I'm brew.
Is it?
Okay, well I'll have that afterwards.
We'll save everyone's ear holes.
Anyway, three sisters baked.
Yes, yes, yes.
Really like it.
I actually like the Bucky one.
Of course I do.
Scotland does no wrong thing.
I'm flying.
I'm trying to come over the place.
Right, then.
You get a wee hoover it.
No, can I just tell you that I would suspect.
I bet the Buckfest one if I'm being completely honest.
Okay.
We like it.
We're like an honest queen.
I just love an Empire Biscuit too much
and that was just a bit too much of like a different twang for me.
Right then.
Right.
Let's move on.
So what we're going to do is we want to try and keep this episode focused on the women.
So we're going to probably keep our usual update
what we've been up to the majority of it anyway for Friday's episode.
because we don't want to keep you too long, you know?
So what's been a lot on your plate?
Give me what you've been eating, something you've been eating
and something that's, you need to get off you.
This is an opportunity for me to boast, by the way.
Go on.
Is everyone ready for it?
I have cooked two things of yours.
Two?
One, two.
I mean, cooked maybe an overstatement for one of them.
I made just-jess food.
egg muffins
were they mine
they were yours
did you not think they were
no I just thought they were yours
they looked amazing
I'll tell you what I did
I put ham
wee wee bits of ham in it
yep just we
you know the ham packet thing
that we know it smells it farts
that's not ham
some grated cheese
pork again guys
can you not make me feel weird
grated cheese
yep
and some pepper
red pepper, as in
peppers, I also put salt
and pepper in it, and put
them in the oven and voila, 20 minutes,
20 minutes, maybe it was
15, no, I think it's 20, and when I brought them out, I thought,
are they cooked through? Because they were quite
bouncy, I would say.
I must admit, nothing like Starbucks, so what's the difference?
Did they have milk or cream or something in there?
Probably, and there'll be
additives in it as well. But even the
texture, I'm wondering, the difference.
Hmm. But also imagine if they've been packaged and sat in a fridge for ages.
No, I know, I know. Are you saying the Starbucks ones taste really good?
No, I think they're different. What I would describe it as, as Starbucks ones are more like scrambled egg put together, whereas your ones are maybe more like an omelette texture.
Yeah. Which is fine. It's two completely different things. But I was just thinking about that whilst eating.
Yeah, I'm not actually sure, to be honest with you. Interesting.
Second thing he made.
Second thing you made. Second thing.
I made was your honey and soy
cashew chicken
my friend Krista was over for dinner
and she's actually the one person
that I probably cook for
because she loves her food
no I know but I don't know why I put myself under the pressure
I think it's more because
I don't see it as often
and it's more like let's
when she comes over I'm more look at
as an opportunity to have something like Jason
wouldn't eat. Yeah. Do you know what I mean?
Yeah. Because if my family comes over
like I need to make something that she's easy for a lot of people
so anyway, it made that and she did tell her.
me a wee bit like she cut the spring onions and broccoli um because i was getting quite stressed in the
kitchen like it was i get quite uptight and she did actually say you do get quite nervous cooking
and i was i know because i don't know like i need to follow instructions i couldn't just tell
like i wouldn't know how we had cornflower i would have just poured the powder in oh no no no where
you put it in water obviously i knew because i followed your instructions but we had to add a wee bit
more and i just did that bit like a bit wrong i'm just it doesn't come naturally do you know what i mean
So anyway, I could both of them and I thoroughly enjoyed it and I felt quite a sense of achievement.
Yeah, you feel proud of it at the end, don't you need it?
So, and there were nice, no disasters.
Perfect.
So that's what I've had to eat.
Anything on your plate?
You want to get off your chest?
Well, actually I feel quite positive, I would say.
Wow, guys, have we heard that?
Does anyone ever heard me say that before?
Because I have not.
But at the weekend, I had like quite a deep chat with Jason on like,
I need to kind of overcome
this sort of like feeling like everything's in top of me with like work this
everything so I thought a new week I'm a new person
and I got a new system
it's just like a website that's also an app
but it's for like your to do list task management
all this thing right which I've been using
and I feel quite accomplished in that sense as well
and I feel like I've just been quite a productive queen so far in this week
good that's great to hear it and you also do something exciting yesterday did you didn't you
oh should we say that before yeah I'll just tell you um I was doing a wee social media
workshop with a like young person sort of like employment charity thing pretty and quite enjoyed it
and at the end I kind of stood at the front and they were asked me questions and I was about
nervous and it's quite hot in that room so I was a bit sweating that and um I did actually I was quite
honest with them and I said do you know what a couple years ago I couldn't have stood here and spoke
out like this progress sort of bit progress isn't it so I feel like my plate's full of good
recipes and meals from you and good cooking and good vibes an all rounder and all round of
goodness well mine's not I know we've kind of swapped yeah no I just feel like want to keep this
episode very positive but I've had a bit of a shit weak guys I'm not gonna lie my knees I've injured
myself so that's fantastic I've got the half marathon next Sunday so I'm not so happy about that
I don't know what I've done but I'm seeing the physio today at five and I genuinely can't run on
it I'm quite sad so it is hurting me a little bit but it should be fine I'm icing it every night
so that's probably set me back slightly I think I haven't been able to do much exercise at all this
week so I think I've just felt a bit sluggish it's the time of the month you know one of them
you just feel hellish, I feel sluggish,
feel heavy, I'm tired.
See, to be fair, though,
you have been getting your positive endorphins
for my exercise recently?
A million percent, and I think that's maybe
why I feel that way, is not, I just,
because I've not been able to do anything,
it must be so hard for people that have injuries
or are unable to do this sort of stuff
because I feel quite like a setback,
especially because it's next week,
I think that's why I'm feeling a bit of pressure.
I'm like, oh my God, 10 days.
Yeah, would I be able to do it?
I've only ever ran 16.
K. I've not ran 21 and I know I can do it. I just was hoping that I could run practice and run a bit
longer beforehand. But anyway, that's not going to happen. So I might actually have to rest until
the day and just take it at a steady pace. I wanted to try and push for a really good time,
but I genuinely don't think that's going to happen. But you know what? Rame wasn't built in a day
and just even doing it and signing up for it is an achievement in itself. Absolutely 100%.
Um, so yeah, this week's just been a bit crazy.
I've, positive.
I've been nominated for Influencer of the year.
You have indeed.
For the food category, the Scottish Influencer Awards, which is on Sunday.
So on Friday I need to go find an outfit for that.
And you're coming with me, aren't you?
That is quite an outfit, stress situation.
But I feel that we've nailed it.
As long as your hair and makeup's nice and you feel nice in that department.
The rest of the bit, who gives it?
yeah so that's on Sunday so we'll give you some updates on that next week and a quick
boob update a lot of you guys messaged really kind and you pushed you said to me to push for
a scan and I went from a doctor's appointment last week and I didn't even need to push for it she
said to me she had a little fondle again and she just said no um I think you should we should go for
a scan so I was like I don't know if that's a good or bad thing obviously in my head I'm thinking
a good thing definitely yeah so anyway my scans tomorrow
The next day, Friday.
Fucking, I don't know what the day of the week is.
So I'll keep you updated on that as well.
But I thought that was important because, you know what?
It was women.
We do, don't half go through it, don't we?
It's never an ending, Jessica, honestly.
So I hope it's just a little cyst, and I'm pretty certain it will be.
100% nothing to worry about.
It's just better getting checked, doesn't it?
For sure.
Anyway, shall we move on to our treat of the week?
Let's get to the treat of the week.
We're not making that a thing, because we've already.
to get too much to think about right so means that we're having a bit of a brainstorm getting those
the brain sales working you know we thought we love women we have a lot of female listeners we are
all about positivity and helping you guys be the best version of yourselves maybe we can be hard on
ourselves as our producers like to remind us every single week but we pretend that everything is
fine because we want you guys to feel fantastic and we just felt like we should recognize
women in business and we would like to for sure recognize 10 women in Scotland specifically
for this episode in business that we look up to that we admire and we know that you guys
love to and we ask them and we'll intro each and every one of them to you'll intro each and every one of
them to you in a second. To record us a little video so you can see them on the YouTube
or you can listen to them of what inspires them, two women, one or two women that inspires them
and to give us a quote or something that inspires them that they live by to get to where
they've got today. Yeah. And we hope that this really helps you guys and inspires you too.
And we are going to watch all these videos now for the first time. So you're listening to it
And we are also listening to it for the first time.
So you'll get our initial reaction.
Yeah.
I just think this is going to make everyone feel great
and I'm really happy we're doing this.
Same.
So let's intro each one.
So first I've got Jane Lasley,
who you have met before.
She was on our podcast.
Yes.
So go give the donors.
Jane Lazri is the founder of Fairly Curved,
who was on our podcast
and she's all about the big,
tiddy committee and the little bitty-titty committee as well.
But she wanted to,
she found it really difficult.
when she was growing up finding clothes that fitted her small waist but her
naturally big bust and she went off and created this incredible brand now which
has changed a lot of women's lives actually a properly fitted bra is life changing more than
you will ever believe well we found that it really changed the way I looked 100%
especially in clothes so we love her so much and we also found her so empowering and
motivational and also what I love about Jane is she's so for women doing well. She's a big
supporter in that and I thought she would be perfect for us to kick off this video today. So
let's watch it. Roll the tapes, Murray. Happy International Women's Day, Jess and Zoe. I hope you're
good and hello to all your gorgeous podpiggies. I'm Jane Lasley from Fairly Curved and two women
that have inspired me. Number one's got to be my mum. My mum is an absolutely gorgeous
full or bust girl taught me a very early age to get the right brass eyes on makes a huge difference
if you're wearing the right brass eyes especially if you are full or bust and still in her 70s now is the
most gorgeous glamorous stylish lady i know so number one's got to be my mom number two i would say is probably
madonna madonna really because she was never really that good a singer was she she was never the best
vocalist but she knew how to work hard and get what she wanted in life and i think that's
always got to be a good lesson. Make good with what you've got, work hard and never give up.
So I'd say that's pretty true of Madonna. And a little bit of advice that I would give to women
in business. Never take no for an answer. Keep pushing those boundaries. Girls, you know we're good
at that. Keep at it. And also truly believe that women can have it all. We might just not be
able to have it all at the same time. And I think that's a good lesson to live.
learn as a busy working mum of two I know that I can't do everything and I think that's
once you accept that I think it makes things a bit easier and it makes you be easier on yourself
so definitely aspire to have it all and to do it all but just be kind enough to yourself to know
that sometimes you can't do it all at the same time I hope that helps and I hope you all have
a fabulous day oh I love her I just think she speaks so well she's got a beautiful voice
She says it's like quite soothing.
Yeah.
Like I could just listen to it all day.
And I do feel like she mentioned that on the podcast,
like spinning all the plates at the one time.
It just can't happen.
And coming to terms with that you're not going to be able to be that super woman
that you compare yourselves to.
Just do what you can.
Yep.
And do your best.
100%.
Well, I love you, Jane.
Thank you.
Thank you, Jane.
Next up we've got Amy Hill.
Amy Hill.
Amy is the co-founder of Space Glass.
go and personal trainer.
She's absolutely killing the game right now, isn't she?
Like we're big fan girls of her.
She's also a friend of ours as well, but we love everything that she does.
Her space is amazing.
And I just think she's an all-round amazing person and a fantastic advocate for females in
the fitness space.
For sure.
And I just think she's an absolute good time.
She is as well, isn't she?
You know what I mean?
So she gave us a little video.
Hi, Jess and Zoe.
Happy International Women's Day.
I've really struggled to
pictures two women in my life
as I'm constantly
surrounded by influential
women from clients
to friends that have open businesses
such as Olivia who has aesthetics
Kirsty who has
geeky nails these are women
that have opened their own businesses yet can still
support one another
even in the same industry
Caitlin
who has homemade she's a mum
but she's still able to run a business
and I'm completely all of that
and then my best friend,
Rosna, who's an immigration lawyer
and she's just put in the world to write.
But there's so many.
But if I could give any tip for women in business,
it would be feed into the anxiousness
and the scared feeling
because that's when you're out your comfort zone
and the magic really does happen.
So yeah.
Yay!
That was lovely.
By the way, all those women she shouted out,
we love them all so much.
I know we do.
Olivia's just amazing and her
facials look unreal by the way.
No, Zerri, I text Zerri about this often.
I think she's the most beautiful girl
in the world.
She is. She's so gorgeous.
She is.
I've never seen a face so perfect.
It actually takes my breath away.
She looks like that actress
and I forget who it is
every time.
Yeah.
Oh God, what she was, she was in the
Ibiza white, white lines?
White lines in Netflix.
She is the spitting image
of her. Anyway, she's just beautiful. We love
Kirsty so much and Caitlin
gorgeous woman. Hershey does my nails
gorgeous every single time. Yep.
Right, next. Next up we've got Artie
Joshy. Artie Joshy.
I just love this woman so much. She is an
actual ray of sunshine
and if anyone knows who she is
she's just a beautiful soul. But Artie is a presenter
at Go Radio and Out Out Pod which we love
so much. We love all the ladies at
are on our out out but artie in particular she um i went on go radio so i've met her quite a few
times as well she's also a life coach at hello freedom and joy and whenever i've had conversations
with her or anyone she just really again uplifts women she wants everyone to do well around her
and i felt like it was so important that she was part of this today because she's just
gorgeous i also think like i've met her a couple times through you but see when you
meet people and you ask
who's in common, like even we met
our new producers and they know artics
like everyone's just getting really positive things
to say about her. Do you know what I mean? I don't know how
you couldn't. And
she just wants to see everybody do
well and that is a really nice
trait to have. Yes, absolutely.
So here go.
The first woman that inspires me is my friend
Gillian McCormack. She's a writer
and the inspiration is just that I've never
met somebody who lives life to the
full as much. She's also
the most determined, most passionate,
most imaginative person I have
ever met. But in terms of
just the way she lives life, she
always packs everything in. She sees
the world, she sees life.
And it's just so brilliant to watch
and be a part of the other women I
am inspired by is my friend
Sharon Stephen. She's also my business partner
at Freedom and Joy. And
as a coach, I just
love coaching with her. I love
I think she asks some of the most incredible insightful questions.
She's also the biggest empath I've ever met and the most driven, hard-working,
just lovely person. I love them both.
My bit of advice is it's a quote that I really love and it is comparison as the Thief of Joy.
I've always had it in my mind.
I just think like you're on your journey.
Don't think about anyone else's journey because it just takes the shine of yours.
viewers do what you're doing focus on what you're doing and do what look at what other people are
doing take inspiration take advice but comparison is a thief of joy don't look over there too much
we've actually spoken about this when i've seen her before because i've said it um on one of my stories
and she responded to me and was like this is what i live by and it is so true especially in the world
of social media it's so difficult to not tear yourself down and compare yourself to other people
in their career path or their life or where they are in their life and their journey whether
their married children, career, how they look, everything.
Everston?
Yeah.
And I think you start, you forget who you are,
a loose sight of that and what your journey is.
And I think it's so important to just stay in your own name.
But like she says, take inspiration,
watch that content if it makes you feel good.
But if it's negative, then yeah.
God, this is so gorgeous and wholesome.
I'm absolutely a loving life.
Next up, we've got Jamie Genevieve.
Jamie Genevieve, makeup artist, content creator and YouTube guru, guru, guru, c-co and founder of VIV.
We love VIV, which we love so much.
Hey girls, hope the podcast's going well.
Okay, two women that inspire me.
I'm going to choose business women just because that's where my head's been out in the last few years.
Jen Atkin, the founder of Way and Maine addicts, and also Emma Greed, who is the
co-founder of Skims and Good American, I'm obsessed with them both. They are two women that are
mothers that have the most incredible businesses. I think they kind of have paved the way
in a lot of ways, but they're also very honest and I feel like they're very vulnerable as well
and open to sharing their story. So I love listening to podcasts with either of those women. I'm obsessed
that I find that they light a fire in my belly. Now one bit of advice that I would give, I think
this is really hard but I think just to not let any negative opinions of others or fear of that
get in the way of what you want to do. I remember back in the day, you know, when I first started
uploading pictures of my makeup to Instagram or, you know, posting my first YouTube video,
I definitely felt some negative opinions and mostly from the people that I knew, which is so
sad. But I'm, you know, I think all the time about what would have happened, what my life would
have looked like if I hadn't done those things. It definitely takes a bit of bravery, but I think
you just need to go for it. I also think in the world of social media, this is really important,
to take what you want from it. So things that you learn, things that you like, take that and
leave the rest. If you see something that you know, doesn't resonate with you or isn't helpful
to you, then just leave it. Like just let that sit where it is, scroll past. Don't take it on.
Don't let it get in your brain. Take what you need and leave what you don't. Happy international
women's day. Let's continue to love each other. Forehead kisses.
For me too.
Gorgeous, gorgeous.
Jamie, another one, someone I've met a few times now and lights up the room.
When you're with her and in her presence, she makes you feel like she knows you really well.
She took the time to know so much about my life and you already feel like you know quite a bit about her.
And she's everything, she's everything like she is on camera as she is in person.
So like approachable and friendly.
Yeah.
And extremely wise.
we did an event with her actually
the So House event at
Acid by SWBG3
and I was presenting the panel
and she was on the panel
and lots of questions about
just how she started Vieve
and honestly guys
she knows so much
she takes such an amazing interest
in the makeup artist world
and just the background
and all the science behind
skincare and makeup
well I think that's the thing
a lot of people
with her sort of like job
and like that can influence her world
their brands aren't necessarily always their brands
it's more like they're just like the face of
whereas that day I was quite like
really impressed with how much it's actually her brand
I knew it was but I just mean in terms of like as you said
talking about like lab samples and being like right in about the background
and I'm like that's so like impressive do you know what I mean?
Definitely inspiring and she went out and got it and made sure it was right before she launched it
yeah she's got an amazing team around her as well and yeah big fans love her so
much she's a really great person couldn't i get you more next up we've got cloy money wow gorgeous
girl chloe honestly is extremely inspiring the reason we wanted in their her involving this today is
because she is the owner of mud flowers founder owner of mud if you haven't heard of mud then where
the hell have you been but i personally feel like they are the o gs in the flower delivery game
where they just changed the way um everybody could identify what you know
what a mudflower, bunch of mudflowers look like.
Can you agree?
It took it from, you know, interflora and sort of box
into like a kind of more, I don't know, like, trendy way
like of just in the brown wrapper or the brown little box,
just changed it.
And then, listen, there was a lot of other businesses
that came on board around the similar time that came in
and not so much copied, but it was very similar.
It felt a little bit, maybe saturated at one point.
and I always still felt like they were the OGs
and she's come through the other side
and I still think she's now delivering all across the UK
and I personally think she's the best in the business.
I also think with you saying that
a few other businesses like starting to do the same thing
which is absolutely fine just for everyone.
But I think they did well on like almost just still staying true
to what their brand was.
Like I think adapting in the right ways
but not taking away like what they...
Because it's those brown sort of boxes
because you get delivery, and that's what you know them for.
So, like, not getting rid of that
because everyone else was just doing, like, rapping and stuff.
Do you what I mean?
Love it.
But, yeah, we love her so much.
So she's put us a little video.
My top tips for women in business are, first of all,
try not to think too much about what other people are thinking of you
or care too much.
I know that's tricky.
But you can't change their opinion anyway.
So just stay focused and stay in your own lane.
And secondly, it does get easier with time.
And that can apply to loads of things,
whether it's a bad day,
managing your workload, or trying to balance work and life,
it does get easier with time.
Two women that really inspire me are, first of all, my mum, Jamie Milligan,
because not only is she an incredible mum, but she's also an incredible businesswoman.
She was the first female chairperson of the RICS and is a leading female adjudicator in the UK.
Secondly is Grace Beverly
Because I think she's achieved so much already
And I just love watching her journey
And watching her grow
I also think she's just so clever
Very aware of her customers
The environment and she's also always championing women
And speaking up for women in business
Gorgeous answers
Her mum sounds incredible
I know, I want to know more about her
Same next
Next up we've got our lovely Fiona Ross
so you guys will remember Fiona from our safety in aesthetics episode she was so incredible and blessed her she was really nervous about coming on but I said there is absolutely nothing to be nervous about because you are the queen of this game of aesthetics and extremely educational she is amazing at business she has a clinic down in Notting Hill and one in Glasgow and I believe she is expanding as well so big all
Fiona we love her so much. Just love it. I just think she makes she feel so comfortable at ease as
well. Yeah and she just knows of stuff. For sure. Absolutely. Let's go Fiona. Hi, Jess and Zoe. Happy
International Women's Day. So you guys asked me to think of some women who have really inspired
me in business so I have got a few good ones for you. So my first one is Tiffany Masterson.
She is the founder and CCO of Drunk Elephant and she began that business just six years ago,
with no beauty background, no real experience in skincare, she just wanted to help solve people's
skincare problems and make them feel really, really good in their own skin. And she has just
sold that business for over 800 million. So a really incredible story and such an inspiring
person to listen to. She is amazing. And my other ones, I'm kind of cheating, are my two big
sisters. So they both have their own businesses and have been so, so helpful to me over the past
couple years and have taught me so much about building a company and growing a team and what's
important and what's not important and yeah I owe them so much and I'm so so proud to call my
big sisters and their amazing businesses they've built as well and then for my quote for women in
business it would be tough times don't last but tough people do so I think if you've got grit
and you've got determination and you're ready to work hard then the success will definitely
follow. Thanks so much. Bye.
Tough times don't last but tough people do.
Yes. God, we love you and can I just say Fiona is without a doubt one of the funniest
people you will ever meet in your entire life. Remember when we were in London with her in
January and she was fucking hilarious. I can't even put a finger on it. Do you know what it is?
She doesn't realize she's being funny. Not at all. But oh my God. It's not even a dry sense
of humour. It's like almost like quite ditsy but not.
Like she's not, she's not, she's so smart and turned on everything.
But it is quite like, ooh.
That sort of, she was really funny, aren't you?
I couldn't breathe.
Just, whenever I'm, whenever I'm in with her, I just love hearing her stories.
Yeah.
You look forward to seeing her, don't you?
Yeah, love her so much.
Next up, we've got our one and only bezzie, Bezzie, Jilly Isabella.
Need we say more?
This is the first time we've probably said a name in the new season.
By the way, I think.
I think it is.
Jilly, we love you so much.
We're so proud of everything that you've achieved.
Not only is Jilly just the TikTok queen.
I actually think TikTok is her thing.
She's absolutely killing it.
She's also incredible on Instagram content creators.
She's just amazing on social media space.
But she really thinks outside the box content,
like see those videos and stuff she puts together.
They're amazing.
She's just beyond creation.
She's so funny. She's a great friend to us and we couldn't not include her in today because
we know a lot of you guys love her so much. But she's also the founder and director of Dula Label
which we've watched this journey with her so many ups and downs and it's still a relatively new
business and we are certain it's going to be huge. For sure. And she's just finding the way
with Dula and there's incredible things to come and we're so excited to watch the journey grow even
beggar. Hi podpiggies. I've recorded this 5,000 times. My name's Jill Isabella. I own
women's wear label Dula for those of you who don't know and I'm very honored and excited to be
invited by our main pigs themselves, Jess and Zoe, to speak about some women that I find inspirational
and some advice that I've been given in business on this wonderful holiday we call International
Women's Day. Very obvious one but my biggest inspiration for a woman in business is Connor Walker.
She owns a house of CB and I just respect everything that she's did to be.
to build her brand to where it is today. She had no investors, no debt, and just relied on a
clear vision for her brand and hard work. And then my next biggest inspiration is my mum,
I know how cheesy, but I grew up watching her build her business and although she did
have me in her salon washing hair at the age of 12, which is questionable by law, it did definitely
drill into me, work ethic. She's a very stereotypical Scottish mum who taught me nothing in life
comes for free, so if you want something, you need to work for it. My favourite bit of advice that I've ever
received came straight from a TikTok video and it is hard work beats talent when talent
doesn't work hard so anytime I'm doubting myself in my abilities I don't feel
clever enough I've not got experience in something I'd be a mental shift and I think
okay how can I overcome this I can try my best I don't need to be the best but if I try my
best then that's enough often those who think that they can and those who think they can
are right it's all about having belief in yourself k bye okay bye god love you jenny thank you so
much very inspirational so it's great as well she did look amazing
she said to me, I had my makeup done. I was like, gosh, you did, sis. Next up, we've got our
lovely manager from Thread Becky White. Becky White is the founder of Thread Talent and Salad
and obviously like Zoe just said, our lovely manager. Love her. Hi, I'm Becky from Thread
talent and I have the pleasure of representing and managing both Jess and Zoe and a lot on
your plate podcast, which is amazing fun and so proud to be an official.
pod pick. Women I admire. I mean, it's so hard to pick just one. I am so, so lucky that I have
an incredible roster of women, female talent, at thread talent. So I'm surrounded by all these
amazing women who motivate and inspire me on a daily basis who are exceeding and excelling
in their fields and just doing amazing things. So it's just incredible to be surrounded by that
female community and have that support around you and yeah it's just it's amazing so all of them
inspire me on a daily basis for sure um a piece of business advice that never steers me wrong is just to
follow your gut and i feel like your gut is always right if you if there's a nically feeling there
somewhere you know it'll transpire somewhere down the line that you were right if you don't
follow it and also in the same way if you just have that gut feeling that something's right for you as
it's something excites you, you're attracted to it.
Really just go for it.
But yeah, I think just if you fall your gut, you can't go wrong.
Oh, thanks, Becky. That was lovely.
Yay.
Next. Next up, we've got Julie Lynn.
Julie Lynn, she is a chef, writer and broadcaster for the BBC.
She regularly features on the Saturday Kitchen, I believe.
But she's also bringing out a cookbook.
So I'm so excited to see big things happen for her.
Again, another complete ray of sunshine.
She has, what I love about Julie is she's one of those people that shouts your name in a room of people that would benefit you, if that makes sense.
I don't know what the correct quote is, but there's a quote that it says that surround yourself with people that will shout your name in a room of people.
And she's one of them for me personally.
I've met her quite a lot now and she'd always come up to me saying, oh, speaking about you to X, Y, Z.
And it's always somebody where she's bigging me up.
wanting to push me further in something or an opportunity has risen and she's like oh i know the
right person for that and i think you are an amazing especially where we're in the same sort of
space when it comes to food and a little bit of media and social like she could really just keep
pushing herself but she's she's pushing other people as well that is really nice and i think that's
an amazing trait to have and she's just really encouraging and she's absolutely smashing it and i'm
excited to see where things go for her because it's just the beginning absolutely so i think she's
actually out in Malaysia at the moment so this video might be from Malaysia so enjoy hello a lot on
your plate pod thank you so much for asking me onto this and happy international women's day to all
of you as well so two women who really inspire me would be number one would be my mum so she has
such an inspirational journey which has really inspired my entire career and it's from her kind of
moving over to the UK from the age of she was 18, actually, without the language.
I just think that's so brave.
And she's really created like a community for herself here and brought her food somewhere
where everything is so different and she's made loads of friends by also sharing the
love through food as well.
So I'm always inspired by her.
That's the main person who inspired my entire career.
So it's to you will.
And number two would be Laurie McMillan, who was my first.
first ever boss actually when I came into the industry. Now I think she was just so kind with me when
I didn't really have a clue how to work in a professional kitchen. She took the time to show me how to
do things and was patient and very inclusive but also like pushed people up to their own thing.
Quite a lot of people who have worked for Laurie in Glasgow. She owns that brilliant cafe,
Kathy Strangefrew and it is so good if you haven't been, please go. I'm the south side of Glasgow.
But quite a lot of people who have worked for Laurie actually end up opening their own place.
which I think is just quite indicative of her nature where she just wants to kind of push people up
and keep that ball rolling. And then one of my tips that I would give people or give women
in the industry or kind of doing your own thing is actually to push up other women. So no matter
what stage you feel like you're at of your career if you feel like her at the top of it or even
if you're at the beginning, it's always important to like share these opportunities amongst women
and we never gatekeep. I think that's like a working trait that we should move away.
from never gatekeep and always include women and include those who are kind of less fortunate
at you and include people so we have a really diverse I guess kind of representation of women
in all of our industries so yeah that would be a top tip keep on pushing up others happy
international women's day oh thanks Julie thanks Julie lovely she's also got the restaurant
Gaga by the way great food which is really nice and it's also nice for drinks as well I would say
Like a wee cocky.
We're cocky, cocky, cocky, and it's a, like we were saying earlier in the episode,
it's a great place to go for people that are a little bit older.
The elderly.
Because it's got really good cocktails.
Thanks, Julie.
Love it.
And last but absolutely not least, we've got Nicole Campbell-Watson,
the creator and founder of FaceSpace, which we spoke about in a few episodes ago.
She also has a, she does a facials at Glen Eagles, a townhouse, and down in London as well at
Liberty.
Correct? I forgot about that.
Sorry, my brain is not braining today,
but she is, again, very inspirational woman.
I went for a facial with her a few weeks back,
and it was meant to be really lovely and relaxing,
and she wanted me to have that relaxing,
but I just couldn't stop asking her so many questions
because she was so clued up on so many things
when it came to gut health, skin health,
again, women in business,
how far she's gone,
and I just think she was really inspiring
and it was like an hour sort of therapy session
of just listening to her
and I was in awe of her, honestly
and you're going to go for a facial with her soon, aren't you?
Yeah, I can't wait.
I love her branding,
I love what she's done with the place
and I think she's somebody that I would love to have
on this podcast, I think.
I think we should definitely get on.
Yeah, because, yeah,
she's really clued up when it comes to things like the gut
and the mind and how it's all interlinked with one another.
She's also got ADHD and we spoke a lot about that
and I thought it was really interesting
because she
noticed it in me straight away
which I thought was quite hilarious
I said I hadn't been diagnosed
but she has
and yeah
we spoke a lot about that as well
and I thought it was really interesting
she did say that she would feel quite nervous
coming on something like this
which seems strange
because she was so confident
but I understand
that's like her space
like she knows what she's talking about
whereas she feels kind of
yeah
on the spotlight
so our goal is to get her
on this podcast
to feel confident enough
because honestly
you guys all be in
or of the information that she can give.
So let's hear from Nicole.
Hey Jess, hey Zoe.
So two women in business that inspire me.
First up, we have Kirsty Wark,
the TV journalist and very dear client of mine.
Kirsty has presented Newsnight now for 30 years
and has a very long-standing working relationship with the BBC.
At 69 years old,
she still commutes to London to work hard through the week
and makes it back up to Scotland
just in time for the weekend
to spend it with her family,
or to work more or to attend working events because she's a very, very busy woman.
She was recently awarded the Lifetime Achievement Award by the Royal Television Society
and that just speaks huge volume on how dedicated she is to her work.
And even as a very important television journalist, she remains so humble and kind and engaging.
She's just very interested in anyone she meets.
She has the respect of everyone, not just as a journalist, but as a person.
She's great and she's a huge role model.
My second aspiring women in business is Mary Owens, the founder of Location Scotland Productions, Ellis Productions.
I was only made aware of her as of yesterday as I went to an event and she won an award there.
We got to see this flash imagery of all the work she's ever produced and she's worked with the lights of beer grills,
Farts and a Machine, Harry Stiles, she's worked on huge commercials, music videos, you name it, she's worked with them.
was probably the first time I have ever felt truly wowed by someone.
The work that she's produced is incredible
and she's grown her business into being the UK's largest production service company.
Very, very cool.
So my first tip and the most important tip,
one you are most likely to hear repeatedly,
is not to compare yourself to others.
We're all very guilty of it.
The more you compare your business to others,
the less space you're going to have to focus on yourself.
It's draining. Let's stop comparing ourselves to others. We all have our own speed. We all have our own visuals, our own goals. And what do they say? Comparison is the thief of joy. I think that's the right saying. And it's true. My second tip is to always make sure your goals are overly ambitious. The more ambitious the goal, the better. It means that you've got something to work towards and it'll keep you motivated. So dream big.
well thanks to all of our guests who joined us for international women's day
we really hope you all loved that because that felt super inspiring and very wholesome
I know I hope we loved it as much as we did because I just think that was great
and do you know what it makes you think didn't it yeah it's quite inspiring
you're about like I'm motivated to you know be the best version of myself yeah I'm a new
woman this week me too well I will be next week from Monday from Monday
Right, so we also asked you guys
What and who you loved?
Who inspires you?
Who inspires you and why?
Let me just read a few of these out, shall we?

And then we're going to go into a really funny bit.
Someone put Stacey Solomon, how she puts up with all them kids and Joe Swash.
Is that his name?
Joe Squash.
Are you seen squash?
Is it squash?
I think it's just swash.
Joe Swash.
I swear it's squash.
I thought it was like Swash.
Joe Swash.
Anyway, that seems like an absolute handful.
I need to tell you something about Stacey Solomon, right.
My mum and my nan refer to her as Stacey.
So when I'm ever, obviously, when I'm ever seeing them both, they go,
oh did you see Stacey went to so and so
and I'm like, who the fuck is Stacey?
People love her.
They, that target audience reached.
My nan and mother are obsessed with Stacey Solomon.
Everything she does, the same as Mrs. Hinch.
Obsessed, obsessed of sense.
They're a bit of like a cult, I would say.
Yeah.
There's a bit of cult going on with like these sort of like
mummy, homie influencers, but like I'm here for it.
Absolutely.
Absolutely smash it, by the way.
I've actually came across randomly on TikTok
recently a few Stacey Solomon.
videos and it's just her
saying like
it's basically her trying to do things to make her
things to make her shelf look nice and that
but she's just shit at it
and it's just quite good you know what I mean like
everyone's the same yeah she seems really nice
I like a
right let's see
Leanne
maiden this woman just rode solo
across the Atlantic
ocean in 66 days
it was 3,000 miles
what
that was
Laura Porter who I go to for
my laser which match against day
she was sponsoring her
boat
oh my god
no I know who that is
do you know who that is
yeah because she was meant to do it with the other
instructor at Align Pilates but
maybe she dropped out if she did it alone because it was meant to be two
of them doing it that's right
because Alain were sponsoring as well I don't know
but she did it on her own oh god I wonder what happened
well incredible that she did it on her own then
and the boat was sponsored by tonnex as well as that an absolute good aft by the way
yeah i remember actually uh i'm speaking to me about it and they had to eat so much things
like beef jerky packaged food dried dehydrated foods for that 66 days
it's a huge huge boat how are you how are you like cooking in that you're not i know exactly
so yeah that's a dream of me to be fair i wonder if she's got a youtube or anything that you can
watch i wonder she like vlogged it or anything i would love to watch that i know
into that after that. Anyway, amazing.
Someone has put Tia Toomey.
Tia Toomey, yeah, she's a crossfitter.
I don't know who that is. Is that why?
Yeah, which is obsessed with her.
Well, they'd put absolute queen of fitness and seems very down to air.
Yeah, she's gorgeous. She's just been on a podcast actually recently.
Yeah, she's really cool.
Lucy Davis fit?
Obsessed.
Look at her in her lifestyle. I don't need to say it anymore.
Tia Toomey was actually on Lucy Davis Fit's podcast.
So Lucy Davis fit is somebody, Lucy Davis.
I actually saw her at Manchester Heart.
but she is superwoman she runs ultramarathons marathons she also is like a hybrid athlete she's incredible
she's got this unbelievable app called my coach app um that i think people can invest in now as well
her and her boyfriend have it she's just an amazing woman in business as well as fitness very
inspiring interesting okay dolly parton oh read a bit about dolly's imagination library it's incredible
her as the singer, do you know what I mean?
Dolly Parton?
You don't know,
you don't actually know much about these people's lives
even though you think you know everything.
Yeah.
I imagine a lot of famous people
that have got a lot of cash monies
do so much good stuff for charity
if you just don't hear about it
because they will.
They will.
Because yeah, the good ones don't shout about it.
Yeah.
And you hear, you mostly hear about it once they die.
Yeah. Incredible.
Not to bring that.
Love it, down.
And to be honest, most people have said their mum
people are really big enough their mom
and I'm absolutely here for it
I do think being a mum must be really fucking hard
and I think that's an inspiration in itself
I genuinely feel like I will appreciate my mother a lot more
even though I do
but I think I would appreciate her way more
when I become or if I ever become a mum myself
I think a lot of people say that
that they realise what they've gone through
especially like being if you know
them being a single parent
and let's say I was still with my partner
then you'd think
if I imagine doing this alone
no I know you would really appreciate
I know a few people have said that
brought us up on our own working full time
and ensured we didn't miss out in anything
a few of people who've
lost their grandparent or
dad and mum have really looked
after them, cared for them
and still goes above and beyond for us
my grand
if I turn out to be half as strong a woman as she is
I'll be damn proud
grands are great
big up the grands as well because I mean they're just a mum
but older do you know what I mean? Of course
they're just like a double mum
yeah
do you know I saw this quote the other day and it broke my heart and it was saying um it was like
a video of people's parents and it was like don't be so harsh on your parents this is the first
time they're living life too and I was like oh my god that actually upsets me when you think
about it and you're like oh shut up why why you're doing that it's sad there isn't it's like this is
their first time too living life and I'm like oh fucking else so it is yeah like it's still
their first time being 50 odd yeah it's still their first time like and I just think about like
my mum's on her own so like she's went through like heartbreak and all that but like I don't remember
really being knowing that was going on it's probably because I didn't yeah but it's like how could
I not if that was me I'd be like crying on the floor and like do you know what I mean yeah like they just
kind of do it behind closed doors for the sake of their children which angels shout out to the
mums big up mums a few people have actually said us jesska what
which I was not sure yeah I know like mixed play
that a little more.
Yeah, that's really nice. Thank you so much.
We inspired someone to run 3K
when she'd never ran before.
Yeah.
Someone just said you guys
with like the wee smile and love heart,
like a wee hole suit emoji.
And
both of you, you're very
successful and down to earth girlies.
Aw, that's lovely. Thanks, guys.
I think we finish on that one.
Save the best till last.
Absolutely.
Right, let's go into a
funny bit now. So I thought this would be so flipping funny to ask anybody's men in their
life what they thought about women and wanted the first thing that came to their head, tell us what
they say. Don't be shocked as the first thing we'll say about the answers to this. What do you
genuinely think the answers were? Say it out loud with me. Tits, tits, tits, tits, tits, ass. Boobbies.
Tiddies, tiris, tis, tis, ass, bum, boobs, boobs, tibis.
Viginal passage.
Yeah.
Like, she's not even joking, by the way.
There was their vaginas.
Like, boys, men.
And you know what?
Actually, I'm going to get quite serious here.
That is so insulting.
It's disgusting.
If you ask me what the best thing about a man was,
do you think I'm saying a willie?
We think we're saying, oh, they're dick.
Like, ew.
Ew.
Absolutely is not.
Not that.
Anyway.
Did anyone actually say anything worth?
No, they did.
Listen, there was, I asked Richard and he said,
boobs in ass.
I was like, oh, I actually thought better of you.
And we asked our group chat,
and they all said the same thing as well.
And I thought, you know what?
I can't even text my dad and ask because I would be mortared.
I'm actually.
I replied, like, to text in ours.
Okay, so.
There was some nice men out there.
My boyfriend said confidence and their smell.
Oh.
What do we smell like as a whole?
And a lot of men misunderstood the question, of course.
So they were like, what is that question about or about what?
How big your heart is was someone's response to her when she asked her boyfriend?
My boyfriend loves how women disagree with men because it opens his eyes to other, in brackets, correct opinions.
True.
Another man.
They are 100% better at everything.
and also
boobies
someone put nothing
their vagina
boobies tits ass fanny
he said don't know nothing
fiance answered
zero why
good at washing
tidying up and having babies
I'm sorry
but that's actually out of their
swaddle just like you let's
dump him
really struggle to answer because so many
things and everything. So boobs. So everything, they're soft. Is this a trick question?
My boyfriend says they're patience, kindness and sensibility. They're cooking. How strong we are
during and after pregnancy. This is a good one. You stand up for what you believe in. Nice. He sighed
and struggled to respond.
This is a nice one.
Their strong determination.
Scrolling past all the boobs and tits here.
Beside the obvious two melon emojis,
a caring and attentive nature.
I'm losing the will to live.
Do you know what I do think though, right?
Like see when you really make it a deep thought.
Like obviously not.
all men are the same like men are obviously really good parents as well right but there's just a touch
that comes from the mum yeah and i do think men appreciate that yeah and i do think most people do
get their soft care and like sense of side from their mum yeah the fact our bodies go through
so much but just get on with it that's another thing like men when men have flu it's the end of the
world.
Yeah.
And we just
crack on with it.
I know.
I like to say
that when I'm on
map he did so is Jason.
Like I think
he also goes on
has at the same time.
Yeah.
They just think
we're just going to match
this energy.
Yeah.
My boyfriend
said because they make me
food, they
fascinate me and they
are different to men.
There's been a few of them,
a few of them saying
like they are different
to us and they like that.
It really is
so interesting.
The more I've got older,
Men are from Mars and women are from Venus.
Like, it couldn't be more true.
We are completely wired differently.
And I do think we give both sexes a bit of a hard time.
Genuinely, I'm not trying to stand up for men here
because I think these answers are just hilarious.
But I do think they are wired completely differently.
Thoughts that we have wouldn't even be in a man's brain ever,
not one day in their life.
I genuinely think we are two completely different species.
Like one should be human and one should be called something else?
Million percent.
I agree.
Because it's actually different.
You, just you.
That's a cute one.
Boyfriend, their thoughtfulness and sexiness.
There's always a sex appeal.
Yeah.
There's always something to do with fucking sex.
No one cares.
My partner said, the smell and presence of a woman and their touch.
Kindness.
Women in general, not much, but you lots.
I don't love any woman.
I only love you.
there's actually so many by the way
my boyfriend says he loves how women are so naturally caring
and their maternal instincts
I don't think I've got a material born in my body
no me neither
flatmate they have the ability to bring children into the world
no shit Sherlock their emotional warmth
and their physical touch
my brother said they are caring
and organisation skills
the unpredictability
I don't love woman
just you
another one again
how organised and clean they are
they smell nice
guys it just goes on and on
but also everyone's saying
like anyone who has actually answered
it's all the same shirt
well a guy's answered here
an actual guy himself
and he's put they're often more emotionally
intelligent
and genuinely more compassionate
and loving than men
totally agree with you on that one
yeah that's truth truth
nothing but the truss.
Boo, hiss.
Shh.
Not really.
We hate men.
We hate men.
We don't really.
I actually love all the men in my life.
Same.
Like, I don't read any of that and think,
like, whatever.
There's so much.
You know how good we don't need you.
Yes.
If you're just born my juicy boobs and nice ass, that's fine.
And you know what?
We do have flipping great tits and ass.
So fair fox to us.
You know what I mean?
You know what?
Would probably be pissed off about it.
If none of them ever mentioned our gorgeous tits and ass,
I'd be like, what about my tinnies?
But that's just the bottom line, men can't win.
And they're all wrong.
They can't. But anyway, back to us.
Back to us, how great we are.
Thank you so much for that wonderful episode
and everyone that sent us in some videos
and all of your answers.
That was gorgeous and wholesome,
and I hope it helped uplift the mood and the positivity.
For sure.
And catch us on Patreon for a little catch-up this week.
Patreoni-one.
We're going to have a catch-up, yeah,
because we haven't had a time.
We have.
Well, really have.
Okay, well, enjoy and we will see you next Tuesday.
Bye!
Big love.
