Starting point is 00:00:00 I'm here we go It's Friday Friday Gotta get down on Friday Dee-D-D-D-D-D-D-D-D-D-D- Happy Friday fuckers How are you? That was triggering
Starting point is 00:00:21 Happy Friday Hope you're fabulous As ever I'm excited for the weekend ahead I just feel like you live for the weekend I was just saying to Zoe there I was like I've got to go home wash all my clothes
Starting point is 00:00:36 and take advantage of the good weather outside because how annoying is that they're washing your clothes indoors and it smells that horrible mouldy way I've got it washed yeah but you know and it's like smells damp and it's been hanging up for three days in your house and I've got one of the heated clothes horse things
Starting point is 00:00:56 and it's pointless it dries the actual bit it's hanging on just the bit that's touching the item all you've done is added like an extra radiate at your house and it's always roasting I know yeah anyway to celebrate G's birthday we thought we would ask you guys questions to ask him about us not really not really
Starting point is 00:01:21 instead of us for once so that is what we're going to do for this little bonus bonus Gee, someone has wrote Are you bold with Beard and Spex? Refuse to believe it otherwise until a hard launch Just keep believing that How would you describe Europeans
Starting point is 00:01:43 Me? Yeah Tall Dark and handsome No, that's bad He's G for gigantic like he's so tall and G for grey I'm kidding he's not at all
Starting point is 00:02:05 there's a lot of grey's until I get a haircut Graham what's the best city you've ever visited oh best city or favourite city oh what's the best well you do you both favourite city would be Las Vegas wow yeah absolutely for me and Jenna Jenna would say the same as well is that when you were in your party you
Starting point is 00:02:25 Actually not. We definitely drank when we were there for sure. But, me, Jenner just love, I don't know where it is about that city. I don't know. I used to love poker and gambling stuff. So it meant like I'm a bit of a sad, a Las Vegas nerd. Like I know everything about that city. I can see that for you.
Starting point is 00:02:42 Really, I couldn't see that for him at all. I can only tell you like that because I have listened to your tasting music. Yeah. And when you play things in the gym, I'm like, only people that love Vegas and like American sort of hearing. pop or that sort of Vegas music we went for well it was my birthday there
Starting point is 00:03:01 I was 30 I mean Jenna went for the first time together and it was amazing like we did the whole beach club we went to encore beach club and went to oh what was it we went to see Calvin Harris at his nightclub at the time went to see chain smokers the whole thing just proper
Starting point is 00:03:17 partied too far had a great time but then we went back the next year just because we loved it we see the second year we went back I think we drank one time Just love walking, walking around and looking at everything and being there. I just think it's so cool shows and all that. But, yeah, Vegas. Would you go back?
Starting point is 00:03:32 Absolutely. I'd go tomorrow. I love Vegas too. I've never been? Oh, it's fun. The first time we flew to Vegas, I think. But one of the times I had, like, the best holiday ever because I was living in Qatar at the time. Jenner was home.
Starting point is 00:03:46 And I was like, oh, I'll meet you there. So she was in Scotland, I was in Qatar. So we flew separately. But I flew, like, a few days early by myself. Did you? So I flew to L.A. And anyway, got from L.A. to Vegas. And I got there like two days before Jenna.
Starting point is 00:04:02 So I had like 40 hours alone in Vegas with zero responsibility. We had Jackson at the time too. So no child, no wife just... You're just gambling. It was the dream. I love that for you. So what's your favourite... Sorry, the best city you've ever been to?
Starting point is 00:04:19 Was that the... Which one did you just answer there? That's your favourite. Yeah. What's the best one? I think... I liked, I really liked the Middle East. I know we spoke about it before, but I like Dubai.
Starting point is 00:04:29 I think that's the best side. I think there's a lot going on now. I would go to Dubai and no bother. I would take Jackson to Dubai in a family holiday. Like I really like it. There's just getting around and things to do. But again, we're like that. I like hotels and branded hotels
Starting point is 00:04:42 and going to the mall and walking about and stuff like that. Yeah. A lot of people say that Dubai is perfect for family because you feel safe. There's so much you can do for the children and then the service in each hotel is exceptional. See if you go. around the big hotels
Starting point is 00:04:56 and the big chain hotels each one of them is like a resort in itself if you pick it or you want to stay and it's epic then you can just go and visit the other ones for the day do I mean we
Starting point is 00:05:05 I know you guys like to go and find all the wee hidden places and that but we just kind of stick to the mainstream stuff but because we spent so much time in the Middle East we like that culture as well
Starting point is 00:05:14 like I don't mind that way of life and stuff as well you're kind of more used to it yeah do you like cheesecake factory aye although the actual food the portions are ridiculous they're huge
Starting point is 00:05:24 like I like the cheesecake too And the actual food is decent But they're just too much Intent That's like so amazing No is it not Yeah but there's one in Dubai There's a couple in Dubai I think
Starting point is 00:05:33 But yeah they're huge Tell us about the new gym please Someone's wrote Got how long we got You took the word right That's the thing right It's your podcast And obviously I don't want to speak
Starting point is 00:05:47 And I don't want it to be about me But I have my own podcast Where I literally talk for hours on end About fitness stuff It's cool What is it called It's just the win fitness podcast fitness podcast you can go on there and listen to it and richard's on it as is jenna i know a lot of you guys
Starting point is 00:05:59 loved jenna when she came on and it's don't have been on it yet no no it's just the three of them so yeah go and listen to them it's actually quite good yeah and if we spoke about your new gem there yeah we had an episode specifically about building it which was all the richard's faffs oh it is so funny zohy you need to listen to it well maybe that can answer the question did you hear about the paint yes i heard oh my god yeah so go and listen to it it's it's brilliant The new gym, well, this is obviously where we are now but this is like the first time we moved so we started the whole business gym and all that in one spot
Starting point is 00:06:30 and this is like the big upgrade but this is it now this is like when we first decided to open a gym if there was like a vision or a dream or what would be the perfect facility this is it like this is it like it's everything we need and want for ever for as long as we do this this spot like it is amazing
Starting point is 00:06:47 and you got to your dream after only four years yeah which is unreal at 37 that's pretty sick. That is, congratulations to you. It's not just me though. It's not just me. It's a team effort like,
Starting point is 00:06:59 but Jenna as well, but anybody else who's involving this, but it's actually pretty awesome. I mean, we're only, we don't even finish that yet, but once we do, it'll be what we want. And you start on the outside bit now. That looks good.
Starting point is 00:07:09 If you come and visit, it still looks like a building site for the outside, but then when you walk in, you're pleasantly surprised, like, oh, it doesn't look like an industrial estate. No, not at all. But you're in, like, an industrial estate that loads of the place are like that.
Starting point is 00:07:20 It's not as if you've just get, like, this one building is the only one that needs like the outdoors done, do you know what I mean? That's a huge thing for us even in the last place you wouldn't think there was a gym in there as well but wasn't you really too concerned
Starting point is 00:07:32 about the outside or what people thought of the area as soon as you walked in the door you got this, oh, like your initial reaction is wow, can I believe this is here? That's what we'll always go for and I think we got that with this. Yeah, yeah. And you just celebrated your fourth birthday
Starting point is 00:07:46 and they had a big dodge ball competition at Saturday did you see the videos of that? Look fun. That is like, this is how sad it is right? even before I owned a gym hosting a dodge ball tournament is like a life goal I mean that is tough to it getting in the paper to be an
Starting point is 00:08:02 empire enthusiast and then dodge bowl you've picked some goals in a week see like organized activities like that like first of all you need to know enough people then you need to know enough people to convince to actually do it so they have nearly 60 people
Starting point is 00:08:15 take part in an organised structured dodgeball tournament to celebrate a birthday party was honestly You all had outfits. They had headbands on. I was so happy. It did look really good.
Starting point is 00:08:29 That's so American, isn't it? Yeah. You'll notice a lot of that about here. And if I want some inside information, even the colour scheme and the branding in here, a lot of it's taken, here's two things, right? I don't even think the members know this, right?
Starting point is 00:08:42 So the branding is from the university when I lived in America, we went to was Penn State. That's where all my friends and stuff went to. And the colour palette is dine. directly from them. And a lot of the branding comes from them. And it looks, if you go and look up Penn State University or Penn State football, it's all kind of from there. So you went to Union, Penn State? No, I went to high school, American, Pennsylvania. Did you?
Starting point is 00:09:06 What? So much behind this man. Yeah, I went to high school in America. Why? Because I played American football and got scoutie to go over and play there in a scholarship. What? Yeah. That's well cool. Did you know that? No. That's my fitness background. That's why I do cross-fitting coaching do all that what okay and then what's the second thing so anyway yeah that's where the branding of in here and the colour scheme comes from but we're called win fitness right and what i just said about Vegas there our favourite hotel in Vegas is the win is the win what's win's second hotel called encore yes wow oh my god never you thought of that but win is spelled like w y and and then encore works perfectly because encore's supposed to be like after so it's after fitness
Starting point is 00:09:49 that's like the extra workouts we do so it fits perfectly into the branding but it's winning encore which is the two hotels Jen and I's all stayed in in Vegas and in the branding so it's always American it's always comes to that
Starting point is 00:09:59 wow so there's some behind the scenes information and you've got cans of prime drink in the drink machine there love it
Starting point is 00:10:10 right we finished I feel as well I've spoken off already no we've not finished we've not finished gee faith story oh no someone's right here what does G look like lo in my head he's mousy brown short hair
Starting point is 00:10:24 tallish and not chub but not ripped either by the way the not chopped and not ripped is probably the perfect explanation how I look like kind of tell he works out but not really but also likes his food he's right can we see a picture with him who's your favourite G Jess or Zoe You have to pick one Just has to be an outright favourite
Starting point is 00:10:55 Jess Right well let's ask you this question Let me justify it though No you don't need to I need to You don't Because Jess does crossfoot You don't
Starting point is 00:11:08 Oh Right Well let's ask you this question Who's what harder to work with Absolutely Jess No question Yeah, I agree Gee, have you ever thought about walking out?
Starting point is 00:11:24 This podcast? Yes. No. I am far too much of a professional, even if I thought it, we'd never do it. So have you thought about it? Who's the biggest pain in the arse? I mean, I'll be just going to answer Jess for all of these. He's trying to suck up your ars now.
Starting point is 00:11:42 What is it like working alongside Jess and Zoe? I think it would be hilarious. one's right. I think it is too. And on a serious note, I actually really enjoy it because the types of conversations you have aren't the conversations I would normally have. And it's really, it's a nice change of pace for me considering what I do every day and stuff. So I actually enjoy seniors every week and see what I do think that about you, Graham. I've said that before, but there would never be a situation where you're almost forced to sit and have this sort of nah. It is stupid girl chat and it's probably a little bit lower at your
Starting point is 00:12:15 like intelligent level. I'm not saying like I'll learn astonishing facts, but I almost get like a view into a world that I'm not privy. I don't live in the world you live in. We live in completely different worlds. So it's nice to get a and then hear about different opinions or different takes on things, even if it's like current events or whatever,
Starting point is 00:12:33 but hearing what you guys think or your kind of friend group or your social circle thinking about different things. And I would never be exposed to that. Even though I see all types of people in the gym, we're not having, I don't sit and listen to them for an hour, like I listen to you. so that's cool I like that
Starting point is 00:12:46 I like that an hour and a half a week now good Lord what's the best purchase you've ever made hmm
Starting point is 00:12:54 we're saying it I buy a lot I'll buy a lot of shit so do you want to hear this is because this was a question in our podcast and it was like
Starting point is 00:13:02 I know I already know the answer but if you listen to Tim Ferriss podcast you don't even know that is no he interviews a lot
Starting point is 00:13:09 of people like kind of CEOs and business people and all that but he always finishes what's a purchase under
Starting point is 00:13:14 50 dollars that's changed your life. So it's like something really cheap that's had a big impact in your life. And this is the saddest thing ever, right? YouTube premium. Right? Bear with me. That's such a G-response. Baring with. YouTube's probably the main content I watch
Starting point is 00:13:32 on a daily basis in terms of like TV. I don't even have I don't watch normal TV in but I watch YouTube but see YouTube premium with no ads is the dream. It's like... I never thought about that. It's worth every penny to watch YouTube. How much is it? it's like 14 quidders of them and it's the best so not the big truck that's out outside or the big gym or the fancy cameras and microphones or the fridge I the full gym like all the crossback gear and all that my god or my house or that's actually a really good answer
Starting point is 00:14:03 to be fair when you think about it I love my 999 Spotify I think that is also the best yeah like in terms of like how much it just makes me happy that I don't need to because sometimes when Jackson watches YouTube it flexed back to it and as soon as you put a video and it's like two 15 setting it ads and I'm like I don't have that time by the way it's constant the ads on YouTube are constant yeah and they just get more and more I tell you as soon as I got that I was like wow refreshed what is
Starting point is 00:14:25 the most proudest thing you've ever achieved in life oh um not the proudest thing I've achieved but the thing I'm most proud of is Jenna oh I can't you're just the best and it's related to Jenna
Starting point is 00:14:41 and Jackson so if she's listening to this it's because of how difficult that can be to how awesome she is at it. Yeah. She is way better than I could ever hope to be, but the way we raise her son together, obviously, if you listen to podcasts, he's got autism, but what she does with that, like, I could
Starting point is 00:14:57 not, I'm proud of her every day for how she deals with that. She's a super mum, isn't she? She is. Jen is the best. She is. Oh, gee, you're so lovely. See, he's a big softie, isn't it? We always say that. No. It's a weak hard man.
Starting point is 00:15:13 We can end on a high. And the heart, yeah, because the rest of the questions really are just more like, who's the best and worst of the girls who annoys you the most, who's the biggest pain. Yeah, well, that was lovely, Graham, thank you. I hope you all feel you've got a more deeper background of G now, but if I will not see a picture of him. And it's probably the last you'll hear from me, because I've said enough words in that 20 minutes here the last the rest of the season.
Starting point is 00:15:36 No, gee, we're obsessed with you and everyone else's obsessed. Because a few of them were actually, can G turn his mic up? where G's G's might We want to be able to hear them better Yeah see People like You were in the article You were in the poem
Starting point is 00:15:50 I know No She said it She said it Poyom Oh fuck me Right am I Anyway
Starting point is 00:16:00 Anyway happy Friday Have a lovely day And send in all of your lovely comments About Graham Because we love it And we like to embarrass it And we'll see you next Tuesday
