Guys, we did two live two live shows, and they were fucking amazing, aren't they?
They were so good.
Happy Friday.
Today is going to be the last episode of the season, and we thought we would end it on a high.
although we may if you stay
if you stay tuned for the whole episode
we might have a little surprise for you at the end
we're ending on a high even though we're on a severe low
I'm not
no but we're on like a come down
yeah we're on a come down from a high if that makes sense
as you can tell we're a little bit hungover today
but we thought it would be perfect just to come straight back into the studio
get it done
Jay said we're like Phil and Holly on this morning
but yeah we are
I don't even know where to begin to tell you
we're really sad for all the poppig
is that didn't make it because I'm sure you've got
raging promo watching all the stories back.
I've got formal. I've not been in the audience.
Same.
But it was without a doubt the best
two days of probably our lives
and it was just exceeded
the expectations.
Would you say? Nothing will beat when we walked
out there on the first night and everyone was screaming.
Yeah, nothing. I don't think we spoke
for a good five minutes waiting on it like
calming down. That was
overwhelmed but it was a good overwhelming.
and then I think we obviously took it a bit too far
because every time we left the stage
people weren't giving a shot
so we had about 30 shots between us on the first night
so the next day we were a bit rough
and usually for me that takes the edge off
but I think it was actually bringing me down
because then the next day I think we had to really gear ourselves up
and I was like oh we're in the back
because we have to stay in the back stage bit
thinking we were some sort of mega superstar
hiding from you all for about 30 minutes
the anxiety was through the roof
and we kept moaning about that but actually
I mean we chose the timing structure
so we did that to ourselves
so no way
and then we thought right
the energy was just different day too
and I thought we've got to pack this up
and as soon as we came out the crowd
yesterday so the Wednesday night crowd
was just amazing
both days were great but I just felt like
Wednesday the girlies were
they were out to party
someone messes saying that their boyfriend
their husband had said it just looked at one big hen party
and I was like that's exactly what it was like
karaoke dancing
like dance of, the boyfriend who did the striptease.
Oh, we're going to go through all the highlights of the past few days
for you guys that missed out.
We're going to share some of the iconic moments of a lot on your plate live show.
Where shall we begin?
Where shall we begin?
Why don't we thank everyone that supported us and helped us along the way?
So let's start with the lovely G.
G's here, obviously.
Hi.
But G came to the live shows, guys, and...
we're a little bit jealous because it turns out
that we got a few of the podpiggies to come on stage
and I say their favourite thing about the podcast,
not only were they so excited to see G,
like they were chanting G, G, G, G, G, like non-stop,
screaming him to come on stage,
but they said that their favourite thing about the pub
was either G or his voice.
And you were like, oh.
Perfect.
That's good, thank you.
So we'll thank G, because G was our little superstar.
Filmed is we're going to have an amazing backstage
behind the scenes
when he can be asked to edit
you'll get that
at some point soon
I imagine you want to cut some of it
why's that then
yeah there's probably quite a lot
I'm actually scared
just like the wee clips are fine
but the larger
more professional clips are quite
concerning
daunting
yeah so
Jay's going to work on that for us
but he was a superstar
and we just love Jay
we just take this opportunity
to announce I'm leaving the podcast
shut up
I'm going to start my own
like no please don't
well I was actually
someone said to me I should do it solo as well
so maybe we just all split up
that's fine
splitting the band up
please don't
who the fuck told you to go on your own
how dare me
no I can't remember what we were saying
we were talking about someone on the stage
and I was like should I just do it on my own
then people were like yeah
Like, okay, come on then.
I don't dare they.
So, let's begin with our rest of our thank you.
So we obviously thanks, Jay.
We thank our glam squad.
We had our makeup and hair done both days.
Makeup was by the gorgeous Jade Pike both days.
I felt beautiful.
Me too.
And you looked 10 out of 10.
Do you know what's concerning?
We've said this.
The amount of people that either said,
A, Zoe looks so good.
Like, with makeup.
And she was like, right.
people were so shocked
like people were really passionate
about how I looked especially in the first night
and I was like did I really look that bad day to day
like is it that much of a transformation
like people were like shocked
like it wasn't just like ah you look nice
it was like whoa
yeah I was like I know I look good
like right now because I've been all done up
but how bad's the bad
I mean if you can see us what we look like now
it's pretty bad
and the people coming up to be saying
wow you're like you're so pretty
in the flesh and I'm like, what?
Like you're so gorgeous in person.
I'm like, so I'm minging online then?
I'm like, no, I take it as a compliment.
I thought, I'm unsure.
That's a backhanded compliment.
I also think if anyone listened to the Capitol, by the way,
which we forgot all about.
So we didn't listen.
To be fair, we were getting ready and getting organised.
But they put up a clip.
And it's the worst thing that I have ever seen in my entire life.
It's really not.
The camera is basically stuck.
to my cheek it's that close
and I only have half a face in it
it's like my side profile
which is the worst thing about myself
is my side profile one
one side is worse than the other
and that's the side
yeah so he made me
every single picture we had
I had to stand on the side that was
not well her good side
and then she made these scone stage
so she could be on a good side
but that's the way we sat here as well
that's angle but if anyone
did see that video and then saw me at the event
or saw pictures that's probably why they were so shot
Because what a contrast it was.
And then we had our make, sorry, our hair done.
The first night by Murray.
Molly Owens.
Murray Owens.
And then the second night we had the lovely Pam Doc do our hair.
Because can I just say, she is the fucking queen of curling her.
Like, she has.
I've never, ever, I've had my head by her a few times.
And every time it's, I always want it wandered by her because she can just curl hair.
It's like the perfect, like, Hollywood.
Hollywood.
Wave, isn't it?
Yeah, and Pam Dog, I mean, I'm not even going to put her for this
because she's probably booked out until 20, 28 for Bridal,
but she's the queen of Bridal if you're getting married.
She's who you probably want to do your hair, I'd say.
Absolutely.
So a big shout out to those three.
Thank you so much.
Jade Pite, you're just an amazing person inside and out.
Oh, I sheds.
Yeah.
Gorgeous girl.
And a big, massive, massive shout out to Wonderbar.
The hugest.
One for hosting us, but two.
who they were just so helpful
from start to finish, like really made it easy
for us. Even all the staff
are so helpful on the night. It just ran so
smoothly. Perfect.
Emma, a big shout out to you Emma. She
is the manager of the events for the whole group
of Kong, Wunderbar
and Chris, the owner,
Chris Lassani, we love you so much.
You've just been total angels to us and
Emma, you deserve a raise, baby.
Because you were just brilliant.
And like Zerri just said there, all the staff
as well, there was loads of staff there.
But they were just amazing.
We didn't lift a finger at all.
They didn't want us to and it was just seamless.
So if you ever did want to host an event down in the ballroom,
I would definitely recommend it.
Absolutely. It was just great.
Yeah.
Manifest and Toulos.
For Gifting us all our little cocktail toppers.
And we did see this on the night and obviously,
if you weren't near you won't obviously have this opportunity to scan the thing
and download our playlist
but we will share it to stories
and then you can all listen
to the music we were listening
Oh yeah well actually we need to tell the listeners
that didn't come to what we did we forgot
So basically it wasn't just a live podcast
We wanted it to be a party
And we created our own version of Bongo's Bingo
So you might have seen it on the stories
But we did a lot on your plate Piggy Bingo
And it was a musical bingo
So we put lots of our favourite songs on there
90s tunes, naughties
A bit of Christmas in there as well
A bit of Christmas
Some of Zoe's favourite songs
Some of my favourite songs
so there was certain things on the big book card.
And just getting that in there so that they know when the little murmur comes on
that it absolutely wasn't new.
It absolutely was not me.
So the questions were either the artist or the song
or it would say something like Zoe's favourite musical.
So if you were like a true pod pig, you would know.
And it was great.
It went on for quite a while because I think some people didn't know the answers.
So I was like, well, you don't deserve to win then.
Absolutely not.
But that was just iconic.
Like it became like a humongous
just karaoke show for us,
wouldn't it?
It was just great.
It was my stage.
I was up there performing.
It was your stage
and we were just all there to support you.
So anyway, yeah,
we gave everyone like a little
cocktail topper
that had the QR coat or playlist on it
but we will share that in stories
so anyone can download and listen.
Yep.
And we can just keep adding to it
as time goes on.
And then we had piggy cookies.
There were white chocolate and raspberry.
400 cookies they baked for us.
That is just amazing.
Thank you so much.
We appreciate you.
It was an abundance of cookies.
When they brought them and we were like,
whoa.
And when I'd just say like,
I know I'd just done bloody Hierox, by the way,
and I felt like a strong queen,
but I could not lift that box of cookies.
I think that weighed about 40KG.
I was like, oh my God.
So yeah, it was brilliant.
We did a little bit of a podcast chat at the start
where we caught up with what we've been up to.
As I say, I did Hierarchs, smashed it guys.
Great times.
I'll probably share more to that on my Instagram
because half of you peekies have already heard this story.
But yeah, it was great fun.
was amazing.
I was just a homed and fuck all, as usual.
She was putting up a Christmas tree,
having arguments with Jason.
Yeah, which caused many arguments.
But everyone would be happy to know we're happy families.
The tree is at a severe angle,
but you know what?
It's up. She's thriving.
A few years thriving.
All the, we had lots and lots of prizes to give away as well,
so we'll just say a few thanks to them.
Yeah.
Virgin Hotel, very generous gave us that.
This is for our charity raffle, by the way.
We did a charity raffle at the end for Win for Autism
and the Trussle Trust, which we raise
Dool-l-l-l-l-l-l-l-l-l-l-l-l-l-drum.
Three thousand two hundred pounds.
Ding-ding-ding-ding-ding-ding-ing-n-woo.
Maybe even a bit more than that, actually.
We'll have a final number at the end of today,
but Wednesday was £2,000.
We bought basically two raffle books for each night,
and the first night. What was it?
Well, we had five in total on the first night
because we had like two for each night
in one spare that I just picked up because I saw it.
But we went through all of them on the first night,
so we sold all five raffle ticket books on the first night
so in the second night we had to go out and do it all again
but I think we had six or seven on the Wednesday night
you know Heather was telling me you know last night
there was a table of girls all from Falkirk
remember they kept winning and Heather came up to the end she went
do you know what she went they spent over 200 pound on raffle tickets
that's why they kept winning
and I was like well fair fox to them then
I know you deserve it because I thought why are they getting picked out
I thought people going to think this is a fix but no they spent a lot of money
and we had like a big massive ice bucket
to like put all the raffle tickets
in. So when we were like
spinning around for one, it was like
piles. Piles. Like
it was like hard piles of paper
that had to keep lifting up and like
putting them on top because it wasn't just
there was no movement in it. Do you know what I mean?
Because it was so full. So we had, let's list
the prizes that we had then. So we had
Virgin Hotel, House of God's Hotel
overnight stays. They're opening next year
in Glasgow. Restaurant vouchers for
Ghost and El Perreoneggro.
Yep. Then we had
Wunderbark, Kong,
hide-and-seek vouchers,
fab, skin care
and aesthetics,
500 pounds she gave us for that,
plus 100 pound for skincare.
Hydrofacial and aesthetics club.
Hydrofacial aesthetics club.
Ishka vouchers.
By the way,
they've given us a discount code
for you guys to use
because the Iska girls
were in there on Tuesday.
Zoe's going to get that up for you right now.
Yep. It gives you 20% off
and it's podpigs 20
and it's valid until the 31st December.
Amazing.
Well good for Christmas presents by the way
Especially if your mum or mother-in-law
Whoever's or whoever is into organic skincare
Based on the Isle of Harrison Lewis
I actually went remember a few months ago
And it was brilliant
So and you've been using the marine cream
And I was using the marine cream a few months ago
And it's amazing
Yeah, it's so good, we'd recommend
Yeah
So definitely big shout out to them
Grow gorgeous bundle
Grow gorgeous bundle
I love Paradise bundles
There was just so much stuff we had
voucher for B-51 welded bracelets
charcutory voucher
Yep
Espa hamper
Oh yeah
Voucher for Jack Baxter
Oh Jack Baxter
Oh Jack Baxter did a haircut and colour
We had absolutely honours of stuff
It was so great
So great
So good luck to everyone
And also
If we haven't been in touch with you
By next week
Can you please get in touch with us
Because we may have lost
A couple of the raffle tickets
Like you wrote your names on
Tuesday night
Wednesday night we're all sound
We were a bit
We ironed out
The issues
But Tuesday night
If you haven't heard from us, please get in touch.
It's all a learning curve, you know.
Yeah.
And big thanks to my mother.
Yeah, she's next on my list.
Who was like the bloody events and stage manager.
She was an icon.
She was at the corner of my eye at every moment,
like doing like actions and all that
to try and send messages into my brain.
And then we were doing the bingo.
She was walking around doing like this for our hands
so that everyone knew they could do lines horizontal land vertical.
Yeah, not diagonal.
sort of actions.
The only thing Suzanne was missing was a wee headset.
Yeah.
I know. That's exactly what she needed.
I can I just say, in every single point,
she also had a glass of Proseca in her hand
and spilling it everywhere. She was wrecked.
I just loved it.
And also, a big shout out to your brother
and Richard at a point where the first night,
me and Zah, we obviously got a bit carried away.
We were taking so many shots
and we'd down a whole bottle of Proseca.
We drank a bit too much in the first night.
Oh, we didn't.
And Adam and Richard looked at us, pointed at us,
pointed at the drinks and then, like,
swipe their neck, like, that's enough booze now.
Yeah, there was.
We're trying to give signs of, come on, take it slow.
But then, in saying that, we didn't run out of Prosecco the first night.
I think we just, well, we did, we finished it,
but last night we ended up on bottle number two.
We did.
And also, yeah, because remember that barman come over?
I was like, why you bring this over?
He was like, not my problem.
I love me.
But to be fair, we drank, like, whilst getting ready,
a wee bit the first night to, you know, like,
gets in the mood.
Whereas yesterday, because we were a bit rough,
we felt a bit more rushed,
even though we were there at the same time yesterday.
Yeah.
So we didn't really drink.
drank before it.
But you, for our spit or swallow
on the first night, we did,
so my shot on a night out as a tequila
and Zoe's is a sambuca,
so we swapped and I think that went both
to our heads quite a bit.
Oh, right.
Especially for you, the tequila.
And then last night,
my friend Elsa gave me a bottle
of this salty liquorish stuff,
the stuff that G gave us
in sweet form, but in liqueur,
and it was rotten.
I was facing the back,
having a moment for at least 30 seconds.
It was rotten.
Big shout out to
Jason Jack
Hero
I forgot about him
for a sitting
how could I?
So on the first night
if you were lucky enough
to be there on the Tuesday
let's just reiterate
that Jason G as well
and Richard all said
well the boy said
they'll dump us
if we get them to come on stage
G was like
no way am I coming on stage
he didn't even want to be
like pointed out
at one point
and anyway
I got Richard up at some point
he came up
and I thought we've got to get Jason up
so Richard came on stage
and he was saying
he will only do a podcast episode if I wear that bondage gear.
If you know, you know.
If you know, you know.
And then anyway, Jason was like, so Zoe started asking the question.
She went, well, what have you got to say?
And he was like, well, what do you mean what we've got to say?
And she's like, well, were you saying for us?
And he was like, no.
And then Zoe just talked to the DJ, she went, put it on.
Last request.
Before we know it, Jason Jack is being the superstar that he is to the whole crowd.
Everyone's up singing.
Swinging the arms in the year.
His voice was amazing as well.
people, so many people missed us after that.
And then the next day, I will never forgive you.
Like, you owe me something for that. I'm traumatised.
I think he asked for a grand.
He did.
He was going to know and saying he deserves a grand for that,
which he will not be getting, by the way.
He might get, like, a kiss in the lips or something.
And then the next day, I'm traumatised.
I can't believe you've done that to me.
Even this morning, do you know, you've opened a can of worms for me.
Every time you do something, people expect me to be there.
I went, are you still trying to make out?
You didn't have the fucking time of your life?
I love it.
You're not traumatised.
You were desperate to get involved in some way, form, shape, whatever.
And you fucking loved it, so shut up.
He did.
He loves it.
I've not watched it back yet, but I know I got some really good video with him singing,
like to the point where it's going to look like a music video.
Because everybody had their hands off and cheering and shouting and all that,
and it looks awesome.
That is so funny, by the way.
And also, do you know what?
Let's make a clip out of it and see if you can get him a career change.
That would be brilliant for us.
He should be a wedding singer.
I'm not being dramatic, but he actually is really good.
Or he should sing in a pub or something.
I see this to him all the time.
Yeah.
And it's an entertainer as well.
Ah, like, he doesn't just stand, like, with the mic.
He'd dance around and all that.
Yeah.
I love him.
Also, a big shout out to our two friends,
Elsa and Heather, who came and supported us
with the raffle ticket.
Help on Wednesday.
They were great and on top form.
And Jenna, who helped us on Tuesday as well with a raffle.
Of course.
All her little, it was like a little Santa Zelle.
Yeah, perfect.
Couldn't have done it without you all.
So now let's talk about a few things that were just brilliant.
So Tuesday, I'm trying to think on this list here what we've got.
Well, can I just say that me and Zari right, we were planning on outfit change.
We were.
For both nights and it just, it didn't happen because...
It was a bit bigger than what we expected.
We wanted to dress up as two pigs, right?
we weren't going to go on ground
we were going to come out and do the raffle
anyway they arrived
and they weren't just like
pig costumes
they were inflatable
tents that had a fan
that inserted inside it
to keep it inflated at all times
we wouldn't have been able to have
on the stage let alone out of the door
when we got changed
no we actually wouldn't have
and do you know what
the bit that you put your head in
was like
a draw string bag
like it literally was to only go
from your forehead round your chin
and I just thought, one, I'm severely claustrophobic.
Yeah.
So I'll probably faint.
And secondly, we've just got all that glam on, do you know what I mean?
Yeah, we didn't want to ruin it, did we?
But anyway, maybe we can do that another time.
Yeah.
We also, at the end of the podcast, people could give us a Q&A
and people were asking about getting Zoe to try and dish the dirt
on who she was speaking about on the influencer episode
and asking me who was the drink that I spilled over on the celebrity episode.
but because you went there
we can't tell you
so sorry about that
even though you went through
blood, sweat and tears
get a ticket and failed
you still don't get the gossip
so unlucky for you
We also need to decide
what we're going to do next year
A summer party or
I mean if it was up to me
I can't believe I'm saying this
because I had a great time
absolutely
I'm traumatised slightly right
but anyway I think we should do
an end of summer party
Should we do like a festival?
Yeah like an end of her season
before summer stash
festival barbecue type deal that'd be so fun by the way and like a big courtyard food trucks
entertainment oh my god all small business counters selling their stuff the pieman a stage for us
the pie man needs to be there the pie man oh yeah a home food market but like a food market
festival piggy festival yeah we won't have a hog roast though that would be pretty savage
yeah that's about a second one of the pigs
like on the big sticks, spilling alone.
Fuck me.
Like honey dripped him off it.
Also, we had a couple of people
accidentally sneak in to the venue
over the past two days.
And last night I was on stage
and then I was looking at this woman
and she was like, giving me evils
and she was walking by the stage.
I was like, what is going on?
She was with a boyfriend.
So obviously everyone else has sat down
and then just walking by the stage
and I looked at her like,
oh, you're okay?
Because she was looking confused
and she just looked right through me like,
what are you talking to me for?
I know, and I was like,
oh, there's another boyfriend in the house
because we were kind of like,
there was one boyfriend
we were like slagging him all night basically
not slagging him,
hyping him up actually
the complete fucking opposite.
If you've seen the stories
his name was Corey,
wasn't it?
And he was the best human being on earth
and basically we've got a DM
just before to say
girls, my girlfriends have let me down
but I'm going to bring my boyfriend
is that a bad news?
Because did you see
he saw Jason on stage
and he said, I've only seen one man there
and are they going to make him go up and sing?
She never, she deliberately never told him
it was your boyfriend.
She was like, I don't know, maybe.
so anyway we got there
but at that point she would have been thinking
no he won't because that was
always boyfriend so like nothing will happen to him
or wasn't she fucking wrong no she was wrong
so anyway we spotted him because we knew he was coming
because he what he stuck out like a saw thumb
well at first we thought anyway we'll get to this bit
anyway we looked at him and we were like
oh my god pop piggy boyfriend and he was like yes
so we were just hyping him up the whole time
got to the point where there was a prize to give away
and we wanted to have a bit of a twerk off
with two girlies at the very front last night
who were just amazing on top form.
So those three did a, we got genuine pony on
and he stripped his, he was humping,
he was taking his top off, spinning it round,
absolutely thriving.
That was iconic, honestly.
It was so good.
We gave him the Chateaubriand for two.
For ghosts.
Yeah.
So he won't.
But anyway, back to, what was I saying before?
The people that came in.
Yeah.
Apparently, according to the people at the front,
they just walked in and they were like,
what the fuck is they just thought they were going down to the ballroom
and wonder bar for their Christmas little drinks
so that's why the dirty looks were there
because it wasn't dirty looks it was sheer confusion
of why there was these nutcases on the stage
chatting shy and then you say about the
another guy yeah so
the boyfriend was on the left hand side of the room
and then like a wee while later I noticed a boy in the right hand side of the room
and I was like fucking hell I've got another pod boyfriend over there
and he just stuck his hand up
and what would you even say that like dropped his wrist
sand his hand down like you know like if you say you were like camp or gay yeah and we were like
oh and the whole crowd just went nuts it was the fact that he just did that he didn't even say anything
he just stood up tall on his stool and just went ping I was like yes it was so it was just
wee things like that last night that just happened that were like so unintentional and like
not planned at all like not that most of it in wednesday was either but it was just
we things like that that just made it so funny yeah and we were quite
sad because we knew Jason wasn't going to be there last night
so we felt sad that the Wednesday
pub piggies wouldn't get to experience that
so instead we did our own and we did
Acapella Shallow
well we ended up doing it a few times
because any time the DJ ended up stopping the bingo
music quite early on some songs but I think he was doing it intentionally
so that you then hear the crowd sing
but like we kept singing and then we done shallow
and we stopped and then Jess thought
we kind of fucking ended there so she starts doing the
and everyone got their torches out
and it was just like a, it was like a concert, wasn't it?
It was so good.
And then, Zoe's old work friends were in.
Stetched me up a fucking belt her twice by the way.
And they came up and asked questions on stage
and were like, right, Zoe, at your Christmas party,
FBL, sing what you sang.
And it was a hymn.
And what was the hymn?
I'm not doing it again.
It was traumatic enough.
Okay, fine, I'll do it.
I made my performance mode
not went away, yeah.
She didn't even stand up,
she just sat on the table
and she started tapping the table
and I thought, oh, wonder what she's going to go here.
Get me oil in my lamp, keep me burning.
Give me oil in my lamp, I pray.
Give me oil in my lamp, keep me burning.
Keep me burning till the break of dead.
And the whole crowd was like, sing as Hannah.
Oh, everyone, the only person in the whole room
but didn't know what it was Richard Tate.
And he was like,
what is this song?
And I was like,
you clearly are such a bored as boy,
and he's just walked in at that point too.
And he'd walked in and he's like,
what is this?
Yeah.
I think he walked in when the guy was actually humping,
and he said to somebody,
he thought, oh my God,
if she thinks that I'm going to do that
because he just saw the only guy in the room
and he thought,
I'm not going to do that.
No fucking way.
Bless him.
Well, that was the first thing they stitched me up about.
So that was great.
And then next up,
another girl comes up
and wanted me to show,
everyone my best dance move.
Oh yes, this was the best.
And even my mum said to me,
she thought I was just going to do like,
because I dance just a bit like a granny,
like it's just a bit of a two-step.
Not much goes on, which you will have seen.
So she thought I was just going to go
to the front of the stage and do that
until she remembered that I do
quite like to do the worm across the floor
in any venue that I'm in.
And I was like, DJ, play Death on his Child,
booty-licious.
She flung her heels off.
Off they were.
Came off the stage on the floor.
Everyone got up the seats,
and round. Well I couldn't do it on the stage
because by this point we'd flung the raffle tickets all
over the stage. I forgot about that.
We flung them up in the air and the stage was covered
in there. We held the ice bucket each
handle at each other and just started spinning it
in the air like it was like loads of cash.
Who did the hell do we think
we were, honestly?
So I did the worm in one direction
and then that wasn't good enough so I had to do it
backwards as well. It was just iconic, Zoe.
And then we just want to
also say a huge shout out to all of
the single ticket holders on Tuesday. They were
so many of you and we managed to get two tables just reserved for you guys and top form and
at the end of the night lots of you guys came up to us and there was obviously we had to mingle
table so sometimes there was groups with groups or single ticket holders and lots of you made
friends it was really nice it was so nice and also last night on the Wednesday we had um the midwives
the midwife did anyone remember the story about the midwife to live on the baby yep and they were there
together and they'd been like out for drinks before it that's right like proper wee pals
And then there was a big girl group at the end
and then she said, oh, I came here with just my other friend
and I've met all these girls and we've had the best time together.
That's one thing I will say,
and a lot of people did come up to us and say that,
especially the people that worked at Wonderbire as well.
They said that we have such a lovely community.
Like all the girls are so supportive to each other,
so kind, friendly, great energy.
So I will say that.
I feel like we had such a good group,
we've got such a good group of girls and guys.
Sisters and brothers.
what else happened
gee came on stage
and he was lovely about us you know
we actually got him on stage both nights
and both nights he said lovely kind ones
gee would you like to tell the listeners that weren't there
what you said
I'll say it because it's true
okay blow smoke off an arsh one more time
one more time
I just said that was proud of him
because they've smashed it
that was a big deal to do that
and a live show with all those people
and it's pretty awesome
but also I don't think people understand how hard it is to come in here every single week
and create something that is somewhat entertaining
like sometimes you're up sometimes you're down left right up down
but to do it consistently is awesome and then to go there last night
and see kind of real people or real fans appreciate it
it was it was really cool to kind of put it all together and it was awesome
yay go on so there you go you didn't miss out that's what you said
because you smashed it thank you
we honestly
but I'm on fucking cloud nine
no dead feels so good
and I actually do just think
like I can't wait to do it again sometime
yeah same
and another thing that people kept saying to us
was and we got this a lot
so groups of girls have come up to us
and they go
oh my God so I'm Jess
and she's Zoe
that everyone was a duo
and one of them was the other
and then so many came up to us last night
and says well my friend missed in the group chat
went well I'm neither of them
I'm G
she didn't do that
And then I was kind of like
I actually feel like
Amgi
and a lot of group situations
or somebody voiced out in as well this morning
because when we got people to come on stage
we asked them where they're from
what's your favourite thing about the pod
and somebody says oh my favourite thing is I've got the knives
being delivered that you went
and so you turn around on the crowd
and she went loser
I was like
Bucket sandwich someone called you a cramick canvas
Someone came up to me
I'm a crabbit cunt
and that's why I like you
because you're a crab at cunt as well
so a crab at cunt's together
and then she came on stage
and you called her out about it
I was like
you're the girl that called me
a crab at cunt
but she came up to me later on
and she was like
I hope you know
like we've got that
like you know the banter
don't you know
I was like
don't worry about it
but also
I can take it right
but I actually don't think
I'm crabent
I know when you said that
I don't think you are either
do you know what it is
I'm dry and mellow
I'm not crabbit
there's such a contrast
between me and you
that you
You must seem that...
Seen, compared to me, but you're not...
Hey, what is crabbit being?
Like, moody, like I'm...
Mardy?
Like, just moody and like, ugh, like, I don't even know.
You are a bit like that, to be fair.
It's like the two extremes, that's the thing.
That's the problem, yeah.
Well, it's not a problem, this is what works.
Cabot's, like, moody and miserable.
And, like, just always huffing about,
but is actually, I'm not a moody person at all.
No.
She was on top, top form.
You were...
Seans are we excited is, like,
me being like extremely excited.
So seeing you're excited, I was like, she's buzzing at itself right now.
Also, the sound man, he was great blessing, right?
So I think his name was Adam.
It was.
And we were a bit stressed because we hadn't told him that it was going to be a bingo.
So we got there and he thought it was going to basically wires up to two microphones.
And then we were like, oh, by the way, just let you know, it's not only going to be that,
it's going to be bingo.
And we've given you time stamps for the song of when it actually gets good.
so you need to turn the music down and play it at that point.
So he took it in his strive, bless him.
So shout out to Adam.
I was really hoping that people would come in
and because he had like the microphones and the audio
that people would think that was me.
Yes.
And then when I see the venue, I was like,
I've got nowhere to hide here.
But everyone knew you were really tall.
And I think as well at the start,
you went out to record the queue.
Oh, that was the watch.
To get the content.
And he said the queue was wrapped round the building.
And he said, what was happening when you?
I was just trying to get.
a good shot of like how busy it was
and like as I walked past people
like I'd hear on my left ear
just all these little murmur and say
is that G I think that's G I think that's my first spot
that's my first G spotting
we were like oh
G spot
I was absolutely modified
I was like just keep walking
just keep on
fucking brilliant from whoever said that
and then we also had a pop piggy
come on this bit was iconic
so she won a prize
you say this Zoe because you know it better
the one that was skived
Oh, this was honestly one of the best stories of the night
So a girl
Had came and she had pretended to be sick at her work
Yesterday, so like on the day of the event
She told me she went in with like no makeup on
She was purely
I'm sick like doing all that typical
Went home about fiveish or something
She phoned her work to say I'm actually not very well
So I won't be in tomorrow either
So she was getting the day after the event off
She won a prize so she's up
stage, I'm Rachel or whatever,
I can't remember her name, I think it might be that,
and I'm from here, and this is my favourite thing,
like expose herself to the whole room,
and then the person that goes up after her,
as a colleague, at her work.
That she's phone in sick to,
and she's up there with a prize,
drinking the hand, she's screaming her name from the rooftops.
It's like, the HR manager comes up next winter prize.
She's like, oh, right.
Oh, fuck a doc.
I'm saying, you know what, you're just going to need to own it,
and maybe you can just bond over,
podpigs together just laugh about it i mean i hope that's happened please let us know how
you go on yeah please let us know we hope this hasn't done you dirty and all you get fired we'll
thank us something for you do you can work with us at the next one anyway all in all it was just an
amazing two days we're on a high we're going to get some good clips up for you i'm sure you've
seen them all now and just a big thanks to everyone that um came for a start and bought raffle tickets
it's going to two amazing causes we'll make sure that we share stuff about that for you as well
And hopefully you can come and get tickets for the next time
and you'll know that you need to be fastest finger first
because it was so good.
And it's going to be even better.
We hope.
I think it will.
I think we're only up from here, Jess.
Yep.
And this is going to be the last episode of season.
What season are we on?
Three.
Three.
Fuck me.
That's a little thing as well that I couldn't believe.
Like if you told us a year ago that I would stand there
or just from us having this discussion about starting a podcast
Or even making Zeri just
I cried twice as well
Oh yeah we've not mentioned that actually
Jessica cried both nights
Because of how proud she was of us
But me
Most importantly
Me
Yeah
That is massive though
Because if you think about it
I was going to say this last night
But it was a bit of a long winded story
But obviously I knew you before
Jess but
Like I had met Zoe for like three seconds before
But the little first time I met Zoe
Was when she walked in to do the first episode
Yeah
And that first 50 minute episode
to go from what that was
like your first time in front of her microphone
to you up fucking full on karaoke
in front of 250 people last night
it was actually awesome.
Like she's not doing anything like this before
and you just took it in your stride
and you were a natural honey.
Well I'm showbiz Quinn after all that's
that's what I used to get called at my work
for love in the musicals and all that.
So I just think it's so brave
because I'm a big love shite so.
You do get nervous as well though
which I think like people
probably don't expect
so like it's a big thing for you to do as well
like everyone was there to see us
like you've done stuff in the past but
it's been like representing a brand or whatever
we wear the brand so
it's much different so you should be proud of your shift
as well Jess yeah I'm actually
saying to G and Zoe I've actually got
the insides of my cheeks
are so bitten and I don't
really think I suffer from like anxiety
but the past few weeks I've been messaging Zoe like I'm
feeling really anxious
and all my cheeks are bitten so I'm obviously
like doing it in my sleep but now I woke up this morning today was the first one I've
woken up like big breath like wow I feel like a not a weight shift off from my shoulders
because I've really wanted to do this so much and I was so excited but I think I've really just
wanted us to do well and it'd be fun and the main the main goal of it was for everybody else to
have fun and they definitely did that yeah and it couldn't have gone any better to be
I agree.
But way better than I thought, which is weird,
because I knew it would be good, but it was just fucking better.
I know I'm running so into the rude with some of you, but...
But it was just such a buzz.
Like, everyone just was...
No one was just sitting.
Yeah.
Like, there, do you know what I mean?
Like, everyone was getting involved.
Like, chatting when everyone else was chatting,
and dancing when everyone else was dancing.
Yeah.
Coming up and asking questions.
Like, I've been at things before and it's like,
anyone got a question.
You just look around the room and it's like, oh.
It's like...
No.
I think half of that is though
people are not confident enough to
shout but the guarantees were
great on top form
I think it's because like
I think it's because it's because
from my very limited interaction
with people who come and say to me
is like that person's listening to you
for 70 hours and yet you've never
spoke to them before so they feel as though they know you
which gives you this kind of really weird but nice
kind of interaction because they're all there
to support you but it's not just like somebody for TV or something
that's true they know you
That's true.
Do I mean?
Which is just, it's a weird situation, but very cool.
A lot of people did say that.
They're like, oh, I feel like I know everything about you.
And I'm like, well, you do.
That's the thing you do.
And I do think that's why it was important for the first thing we do to be something intimate like that.
So then people could actually speak to us and like meet us and get pictures and whatever.
Because if we do keep doing things, like they're not necessarily always going to be as interactive or intimate as that.
And it's just good that we started on that note because then people probably be more supportive if we do get like,
bigger, do you know what I mean? Yeah, and we are really sorry if you were there
and you didn't get to come and speak to us afterwards, because we do realise that afterwards
it was quite crazy, wasn't it? Yeah. I had to get my pat pictures all over there. There was a
celebrity in the house. And another cute thing that we did actually, which we're going to share,
is we bought, cost us a fucking fortune, mind you, but we bought about 15 disposable use
cameras and we got you guys to take pictures around the table, so we'll get them
developed and put it in like a little slide or something. Yeah, we'll do that a little
Yeah, I thought that was really nice.
I think we got one pick on it.
Somebody took a picture of us with it on the stage.
Do you remember that?
On the first night.
So anyway,
should we fuck off?
Should we fuck off?
No, so as we said,
you guys wanted Jason and Richard on,
and we've made that happen.
And we're recorded next week,
so we're going to have a week off.
So this episode is coming out tomorrow.
Well, today's Friday.
You're listening today on Friday.
but we're recording on Thursday.
And next week we'll have it off.
So there won't be one on Tuesday and the Friday,
but the following Tuesday, I think it's the 16th.
16th to Saturday, so we'll be.
Sorry.
19th.
The 19th will be a special episode to wrap up season three.
Then we're going to have a few weeks off.
And then we're back with a bang.
And we're going to come back a little bit earlier.
We came back on Valentine's Day last year.
I'm going to try our best, hopefully, to come back in January
because we know that's when a lot of you guys have caught up
and you're right into your podcast phase,
new year, new you and all that bullshit.
Everyone's like going through sobriety and all that.
Like no one's out in about.
Everyone's saying they're not drinking ever again.
They're into the gym.
They're out of their walks.
They're spring cleaning and all that.
Yeah.
So we're going to try our best to come back for you for them
so we can be there for you sisters and brothers.
And let's just say this loud and clear so that G can't fail.
Oh, fucking hell.
Or not deliver on this.
We will be in our studio.
Yes.
We will because we've got sofas arriving.
We will be in our gorgeous studio
It'll be decorated all nice
It'll have all our personalised things in there
I'll say it now
Studio will be finished
And this little mini documentary will be out this year
Yes
Oh my God I'm buzzing
Fuck me
Right well let's go then
And we'll see if you tune in to the special
Then we'll see you then
And if not have a wonderful Christmas new year
Yeah have a fabulous Christmas new year guys
We hope all your dreams come true
Keep shining
Be happy
Oh, the health and happiness, no else.
All the positive vibes and all the good energy.
And we'll see you next year.
Love you.
Bye!
