Hi guys.
Welcome back.
Welcome back to your favourite podcast in the world.
We're so sorry for the huge delay.
A lot longer than expected.
Your favourite hour of escapism has returned.
It's returned.
And we have returned for good.
No more breaks.
No more breaks.
No more seasons.
We're just going to go with the flow every single week, every Tuesday in your logs.
For eternity.
For eternity.
Well, maybe we have the old week off here and there.
Until we're deed.
Really?
How exciting.
So if you don't know, whilst we were on the quote break, we were, of course, over on Patreon.
And we were vlogging every single week.
So vlogging video style content, if you're doing all that is.
And it was all, it was amazing.
What does vlog actually stand for?
Like video, like blogging, but your vlog.
Yeah.
Yeah.
So we did that every single week.
And your girlies loved it.
So if you are over on Patreon,
we are going to keep a bit of the vlog style stuff,
but also have side dish in the studio as well.
So we're going to mix it up.
Yeah.
This is your podcast.
At the end of the day,
we want to do what you want to do.
So that's going to be over there every single Friday.
You can check out our link in our bio.
And we also now have an email that you can send in your dilemmas.
What is it, Zoe?
We're very professional.
Yeah.
It's contact.
At a lot on your plate podcast.com.com.
Cute.
We're UK-based, so, you know.
Mm-hmm.
So you have that.
You can also DM us anytime.
You can also private DM us
if you're over on Patreon.
Yep.
Please like, subscribe on YouTube,
rate us on Spotify,
Apple Podcast,
whatever you listen to,
this wonderful podcast.
This wonderful jolly-wolly-holly podcast.
So what's on today's episode?
Quite a few things.
We're going to catch up
what you've been up to, what I've been up to.
We want to have a few dilemmas.
We had some juicy ones.
And then we're just going to have a fucking good time, I think.
A fucking great time.
I can't wait to be back.
She'll just do like a big hooray together.
If you're listening in your little air pods, just go,
hooray!
Yay!
Right, anyway, Zoe, she's golden and delicious.
Actually, this is the first time I've seen Zoe in three whole,
Weeks.
Three whole weeks.
Because she's been down under.
Down under.
I can't do that accent.
I will not attempt to.
How's it going?
Floating about.
Good day.
How's it going?
Yeah, they say how...
How's it going?
Yeah, how's it going and...
How do you go?
How do you go?
Instead of like, how are you?
Interesting.
Yeah, I was in Australia
and then I went to Singapore for two days on the way back.
Tell us.
It was a really enjoyable time.
She vlogged the whole trip, by the way.
So on Patreon.
Three vlogs were.
really put my heart and soul into that
because a lot of the days I wasn't really doing much
and I was like fuck like I was just chilling over there
anyway what I said was I just wanted to be
but in Australia that was what I wanted to chill
just live my life but over there a wee bit of different scenery
and that's what I did so I travelled with our friend Molly
and then we had separate apartments
and then she was meant through our road trip didn't do it
so then she stayed with me and then her friend Holly also lives there
so we met up
with her quite a lot and then one of my friends slash someone who did a bit of work for me
has moved there so I met up with Jen a couple of times too
gorgeous and then coincidentally a few of my friends from when I worked at bioma
were also going to Australia for a bioma pop up whilst I was there so I might out with them too
cool so you got loads of products as well loads of products but I got that new mask
have seen it well yeah they were going to send it to me but I never replied to them in time
standard yeah it's not used it yet but molly did and said it's unreal but I've
Did she?
Okay, maybe you have to get, let me have a little bash at that.
But yeah, we just basically got up early in the morning,
went for coastal walks,
did Pilates classes, did other gym classes, coffee, breakfast.
We went to the cinema one night and saw Weathering Heights.
Weathering Heights, we have to discuss this later in the pod.
Unbelievable, come back to it, remember.
And what else do?
Climbed the Sydney Harbour Bridge.
Cute.
Because basically you've got a big 30 before.
30 list. I do, which we will chat through. If you'd listen to our podcast last season. Also,
hello if you're new to this podcast, I hope you stick grand. But Zoe is going to do a 30 before 30,
30, 30, 30, 30, right? Yeah, well, I've got the 30 things. The list is complete. It's just that
it's not ticked off yet. And you ticked a fair few off already. I'm working through it. I need to
dedicate time to put timings against things, though. Do you know what I mean? Yeah. Because, for example,
one of them is make a lasagna from scratch. I could do that any night.
but I've still not done it.
So you've got all year.
No, you've got till September.
I've only really got six months.
Okay, okay.
We better get a move on then.
So I do need to
kind of put timings against things
and actually maybe arrange a few things,
book a few things, do you know what?
But do you know what?
We all want to hear what it is as well.
No, I will read it.
So we'll read it out when.
Next episode or today?
No, I'll do it the day.
Amazing, can't wait.
You're in luck.
Yeah, so climbed a Sydney Harbour Bridge.
Terrifying.
Was it?
Yeah, it was actually really scary.
I'm not scared of heights but my body is
do you know what I mean by that?
Yep, yep, yep.
Like jelly legs
and just
that fear that you feel
but you basically had to climb
a long which was like two wooden planks
obviously very sturdy
but you could see down to like underneath you
so you were already quite high
and then you had to go up four ladders
I felt like I was in Mario
you don't let you go up to scoot over
go up scoot over
and obviously you could see through
the ladders.
Holy shit.
But then once you got there,
if you've seen a picture of the bridge
to anyone who's trying to picture this,
it's then a big arch.
So essentially the first part you're climbing
to the arch. Right, and then once you get
there... Once you get the arch, you climb
halfway up the arch and then you cross over it
and back down the other side.
So when you're climbing the arch, that's not as
bad because it's wider. You can't see through.
You can only see over if you...
Like, you can see obviously in the distance,
but you only see down if you look
over. Okay. So that's, once I was on that, I was feeling a bit better. Once I got to the top,
I actually quite enjoyed it. I quite liked coming back down as well. Whereas at first I was
thinking you need to do this again, but obviously looking down maybe could be scarier. Yeah, yeah.
And the ladders run the way back or between a train line. Are you hooked in to everything?
You know, like, go ape.
Worst place on earth. It's like that.
Hate every second to make away. Like once you're hooked in, you're hooked in.
Yeah. So the guy who we had was really good. He spoke you through like everything you were
looking at and like told you loads of facts.
you could ask questions, blah, blah, blah.
But quite often I just thought,
why do you just shut up, keep walking?
Yeah, stop stopping.
We don't need to talk.
Every time we stop, I'm trembling.
And you had to do the ladders, like, one by one, obviously,
so it's not, nobody could fall on another person.
So when you were doing that, you were quite aware
that no one else was there.
Fuck.
But me, Molly and her brother Craig were at the front of the group,
which I liked,
because even though maybe we waited at times,
you weren't waiting on the people to move.
Yeah.
You were more just waiting on the guy
being like, right, let's go.
Whereas if you'd all these people in fronty
and maybe someone was quite slow or scared,
which was me, I would hate that.
But it was a good achievement.
I'm glad we done it.
And talk us a bit about Sydney.
Like, do you think you'll, do you want to go back?
Do you think you'd ever want to live there?
People that want to, like, what's your thoughts?
Did you, we excited to come back?
Yeah, I was excited to get home.
I think overall I was away for like two and a half weeks
and I think in reflection
it's a very like single person thing to do
what travel to Sydney on your own you mean
yeah when you've actually got like
a boyfriend a dog at home yeah
because in a week I was kind of like
where's my man of my dog
yeah and also at the time difference
you are so far away from room as well
I feel like at times I was really aware
how far away I was and sometimes you're about like
eat what if something happened yeah
and I'm not really a worry but obviously
for the first kind of week I was in an apartment on my own
Yeah, which I liked, but then when I was going back
and you're just kind of lying, you're like,
and it's a bit like why I'm in bed and my own
when I could have had my boyfriend here.
I know.
And you know, I'm not really like that.
No.
But it was just a bit of a...
It was just too long.
Two and a half weeks was too long.
I feel like a week's long enough.
And do you like Sydney itself?
Loved it, but what I was saying,
what I've said to everyone is,
to the naked eye, it's a bit of a shithole.
No offence to anyone.
I'm surprised by that, you know.
I've been, but I don't really remember an awful lot.
Because it's not a shithole.
It's just that...
Everything's a bit tired?
Yeah, everything's a bit tired
but maybe needs a wee power wash.
Like that kind of way.
Whereas like if you're...
He's a wee shower.
Yeah, wee shower.
Fucking shower.
I'll say that.
Did it?
Yeah, a lot.
So it's like the buildings themselves are shit
but then like the shop fronts at the bottom
are the amazing cafes.
And you got the best brunch spa or best gym classes.
Yeah.
So like the stuff there's amazing.
You've got endless options for all of the above.
And it's such a morning place, isn't it?
Like everyone's up at the same.
crack of dawn.
Honestly, it's down in Bondi Beach at 6 a.m.
It's busier than it is at like 6pm.
Now, I was thinking about this, right?
The culture of Australia, I think that's incredible.
I would probably love that.
Even though I'm not really a morning person,
but having a child has made me that.
Yeah.
But I do think, do you ever think people feel pressured, though,
to almost keep up this, like, fitness facade of,
I must be a 5am club person.
I think probably.
It probably feels quite intense.
I felt that I was there for two weeks.
Yeah.
Sometimes I just want to find.
I can have a lion and be a sob.
And everyone's out at the crack of dawn, like, shut up.
And especially when it's really good weather,
it's like, when it's good weather here,
you don't want to waste it indoors,
but you've got that.
That's because you don't have much of it.
But I think even if we move there,
because that's our mindset,
I don't think you would ever come out of that mindset.
Yeah.
Do you know what I mean?
Yeah, totally.
Like, I loved it, but I definitely,
I definitely don't want to move there.
Which is good.
But you know what, though, you are.
I was going to say you 35, no, not.
I'm old for that though
Wow you're not
You're never too old for it
But remember back in the day though
You actually couldn't go to Australia
It was very very difficult for you to get to Australia
Before you were 30
After you were 30 I think
So a lot of people push to do it in their early 20s
Or it was easier to get a working visa
You'd have to go and work on the farms and whatnot
And now they scrapped that after COVID
Because they wanted to get more X-PACs
I think that's the reason
And yeah I think now it's probably a bit easier
but the majority of people probably were about younger back then.
No, definitely.
And then they maybe come home around your age.
Yeah.
Or maybe stay.
Well, I think that.
I think a lot of people go younger, just live like a great life.
And then when they want you maybe settle down, let's say, you go home.
Whereas I'm settled down.
Yeah.
And you know what?
I've said this millions of times before as well.
And I know we've got a lot of people listening to this podcast who are over in Australia.
Which, by the way, I landed.
I forgot to say this.
Oh my God.
Tell me right now.
I landed and the first place I went was a place to get coffee and a pod pig.
It stopped me.
Fuck off.
Did she live there?
Yeah.
Just moved.
Was she like, what the hell?
I think because we'd spoke about me going, she knew I was kind of going to be there.
And it was honestly the first place I set foot in.
Baby, you're well-wired.
You're well-wired, baby.
And Molly and Craig were like, what the fuck I was that?
I know I'm just fucking famous.
Somebody messages like I hope Zoe's scouting some venues to do her alive in Australia.
I mean, I'm more than happy for that list.
No, I know.
just so far away.
Like I've scratched it it now.
I'm like fine to not go.
Yeah.
I would definitely like to go back.
Like I would never not like to see it again.
And I loved it like I would recommend to anyone.
It's not a shithole in terms of don't go.
Yeah, of course.
It's just like...
Everywhere you go has got shithole parts.
No, I know. I think I was just...
And also you were probably only...
You did really just stay in Bondi for a long time.
Pretty much.
You didn't explore the rest of Australia this time round.
No.
And I was also living right at, like the street that looks at Bondi,
beach so you're right in like the touristy bit, see.
Yeah, yeah, exactly.
Any sort of seafront is going to feel probably quite like a loofy.
Yeah, that is what we kept saying.
And Holly, who lives, you were like, stop saying that.
And I was like, but it is Holly.
But it doesn't take away from how amazing I also think it is.
Because then as soon as you step foot onto the beach or whatever, like it feels unreal.
So like, it doesn't, it's not actually a bad thing as such.
I just was a bit shocked at it.
And what I was going to say is, I know we've got a lot of,
listeners that are out there that listen to us. And I do find that Scottish people in general really
do miss Scotland. Like they love Australia, but there's something about Scotland that just
feels like whom? I have absolutely zero intention of never, I've ever living anyone else but here.
But you've said that for a while to be fair. But I used to when I was younger, want to move to
Australia. Did you? I said it for years. I'd love to live there. I'd love to live there. And I'm like,
I don't want to live anywhere but Glasgow. And I'm so fine with that. I'm fucking love Glasgow.
I do. And I just, I really felt, like I think it's lovely that everyone like piles together,
makes friends and everything over there, but I just could never shut off from the fact that I'm missing my full life at home.
Yeah. I just would really struggle with that.
And then you left Australia.
Yes, I went to Singapore.
On your own. Fully on your own.
Yeah, fully on your own solo trip. I loved Singapore.
Loved it. It was such a cool place.
Loved all the food. Loved like the activities you can do. Shops were amazing.
Loved it. 10 out of 10, no notes you'd recommend.
Really enjoyed.
Love that, Zoe.
But what I did say is, I've not been to Dubai, as you know.
Is it like Dubai?
Is it Dubai, but with a bit more culture?
Possibly.
I've never been, so I don't know.
That's kind of what I've taken from it.
Because as soon as I got to the kind of Marina part
and I was looking around at all the building,
high-rise buildings, like business-y kind of financial-looking buildings.
But then there was like the nice marina and all the big shops and,
I just thought I bet you this is what it feels like when you're standing in the
minute at Dubai.
You really gave me that from what I see in people's pictures and things.
I definitely said this to you guys before on here.
And this is no hate to Dubai right.
And I think I'm quite open about it.
And a lot of people feel this way.
You either really, really love it.
Or you just have this strong urge of zero connection to it.
And I am that.
I am the latter.
Like when I go there, I've been a few times.
But I have not really been there essentially by choice.
It's probably more to see my friends or used to travel a lot.
I used to go to the Far East a lot.
I had to stop there and had friends there.
And I had an amazing time.
The brunch, I was a lot younger.
Brunch aspect of it was so fun.
And I guess the active lifestyle, like Australia.
But there was something about it that I just didn't love.
And I just don't really ever have the desire.
And I just can't wait to come home when I'm there.
Yeah.
I mean, I've never been, but I've not got a connection.
of wanting to go as such.
And a few of my friends that live there have said
that it is very much like a single person solo sort of thing
to go out there and do.
And it's almost like you really struggle
to find true connections or true friendships
because people go there to go and really either excel
in really great careers.
A lot of people who are in like property.
Basically bank the cash for a few years.
Yeah.
Yeah.
It's a very hungry, people that are really hungry
and strive for bettering themselves essentially,
which is amazing.
But I, when I'm there, I do feel like,
sometimes it lacks something that I can't put my finger on.
I think it's just what is there more to do really apart from the branches and shopping?
Oh, there's loads, it is loads.
It doesn't look it though.
Like, where are these things?
Yeah, it's just one of those places I think when I come home, it's almost like I forget about it.
It's like it's not a real place and it's not a real place.
And Singapore feels that as well.
Does it?
But the amount of time I was there is the perfect amount of time.
So I think if you went to Singapore, for example, for a week,
you would maybe feel the same.
Right.
Because see, everything I'd done,
there's only a couple more things
that I didn't manage to do.
Yeah.
And then there's, that's it.
Everyone says a day or two is enough.
Interesting.
So maybe that's similar.
Yeah.
To the Dubai thing,
that you could go do things for a day or two,
but then what?
But that's just what it made me think of.
But had an amazing trip,
but glad to be home.
Glad you're back.
Really glad you're back.
But, you know,
I was saying this to the guys in the studio area.
Like, you know,
when we were on our break,
Why is it that everything happens?
There's so much shit went on.
So much.
Just up, just everything.
And I was like, I really want to fucking talk to the pubbics about this.
And we couldn't.
But like, the Beckham drama, I'm over it now, by the way, guys.
But that was gasp worthy.
It was gaspworthy.
We were all at a dinner party at mine at the time.
And I was like, girls, what the fuck?
We're all set in there.
Word for word.
Like, no way.
It was just great.
And then I just find them all very strange.
I would love to know everyone's opinions on who's.
side they're on. Personally,
I'm on Brooklyn's side.
Shoot me. Everyone is on Victoria.
No, I am too.
I just feel like...
I just refuse to...
It's kind of like Harry and Megan, right?
Not to get into that because I know it's very divided.
But I just kind of feel like why would they make it up?
He wouldn't make it up, Zoe.
Exactly.
I hate the fact that, and listen, it could be correct.
I hate the fact that now all the media are spinning it on his wife.
Of course, it's now his wife's problem.
Exactly.
I hate that.
And I also found the
the birthday post
that they shared
so in poor taste
and also exactly what he's saying
everything is for show with you.
He's blocked,
you couldn't tag him
because he's blocked you for a start.
But you're still posting about him.
But then my flip side is,
as we like to do,
they're damnedith to do,
the damned if they don't.
If they didn't do that
because they are quite vocal
about their kids' birthdays.
Yeah.
If they didn't do it,
they were like,
oh.
They're off to sell not speaking
and not to talk for the birthday.
Yeah, I do get that.
And at the same time,
most people's lives for sure when you're someone like them.
True.
So that it's just a...
Yeah, I say if you ask me the side, I would say his,
but then deep down I'm not, I don't know if I'm sure.
Yeah, because he wouldn't be wearing...
He probably wouldn't be marrying a billionaire.
Well, she wouldn't marry him as well if he wasn't a Beckham.
I highly doubt that for a fact.
But anyway, bored of it,
but I just wanted to just put my two-pence worth in there
because I've been...
I'm a bit, and I feel really sorry for, like,
as a mum now,
I'd be absolutely devastated if Jensen ever outed me like that.
I know, by the way.
Stop speaking to me.
And end of the day, that's her son.
That's their first baby.
God, that must be really, really hard.
And maybe she was just having a good time at the wedding.
You know what I mean?
That was fucking funny.
There is a video with that, and I want to see it.
We need to see it.
But the Brits was on.
That was amazing.
Did you watch the Brits?
Did you watch Harry Stiles' performance?
Sorry, I'm not into that
You're not into what?
His performance
Oh so you watched it
No, I've only watched his performance
I think that was when I was away
Or was I'd just go on or shut him
So I've not watched the whole thing
But I'm a Harry fan
And I wanted to go and see him
But that performance was just too far for me
Really, I really enjoyed it Zoe
I was all the good vibes
I was loving it
And the song, I think it made the song sound
10 times better
The song grew in me, I like it now
At first I thought what the fuck is this
Same
But that helps happens
been new songs.
But have you tried listening to it
whilst you're working out
because it is a belter.
No, but it would be actually.
It is so good.
Yeah.
He's in his running area now as well though, isn't he?
Marathons and show.
So maybe he's like,
I need a big banger to go and run this marathon too.
Do you want I will say I've not listened to any of these other new songs yet?
No.
Oh.
American girl one?
I bet all the American girls are loving it.
Is there not a few sad ones?
People are crying.
Oh.
Or maybe people are just emotionally's back.
I think that's like.
Oh.
Do you like Bruno Marr's new song?
Have you heard it?
New new song or the song that's quite popular
No it's a new one it's a slower one
No I haven't
Addreska all or something that's called
Oh yeah I have heard that yeah it's nice
Nice song
Livia Dean guys can someone get me a Livia Dean ticket
You're not going without me
No I know us
When I say me you're you're in that
Can please if somebody's selling an Olivia Dean ticket
Please send it us like oh I really want to go and see her
I know I really want to go and see her
But this is just typical me
She's kind of annoying me now.
Fuck off, Zoe!
She's everywhere.
Take a fucking day off.
She can't, she's thriving.
A wee day, one day.
One day without you on my screen for doing fucking stuff, I'm good.
I know.
She's only coming to Glasgow for one day though.
Every award.
Every new song's her.
She cleared up, the Brits.
Clear it up.
She did.
And also sings that males.
Don't you think she thinks that though?
She's probably like, I can't be fucked to sing this again.
Because actually it's one of my least favourites of hers.
I agree with him that, you know.
No, but in saying that, I do be like, I would love to see her.
She's just everywhere than I.
But that song saved me, saved my life with Jensen.
Oh, he loved it.
Yeah, Jensis basically loves Man I Need, right?
And when he goes to nursery now, we've got so much to chat about what the fuck.
And basically, in the notes that I had to hand over to the nursery,
it's like anything that we can do if we can't get him to sleep.
Yeah.
And I've told you all before that he loves that house music song.
But Man I Need was also the other one.
Put in the notes those two songs, picked him up that next day, that evening.
And they said to me, never in our time have we ever sat and played a 10-month-old, a house music song,
and him fall asleep instantly like that.
Like we've played like whale music, white noise.
Never did we have to play like a house banger.
And he's fast asleep.
I was like, yeah, that's my child.
But anyway, so Jim Carrey.
Is he Jim Carrey?
Yeah, but who, what's happening there?
That's a shame.
I love Jim.
So, I'm my gym fan.
But I, like, there's a few things here that's happening, right?
Either has had upper blefts.
It's giving up a bluffs.
It's giving up a blest.
We love it.
And it's either that or he is just having us all on.
He's like, I fucking hate being a celebrity.
I hate all this.
And he's like, I'm going to make everyone chat.
I think that.
The Illuminati's got him.
Oh, don't say that.
He, like her, Jim.
But he did out, is that, that's not AI, is it?
He did out someone on a talk show and said,
was it tonight with whatever he's called,
the American TV host and he said,
don't you, like, you'll see in the clip?
That's it, Jimmy Fallon, he was like,
you know what I'm talking about, you're one of them,
something like that.
And he was, I was like, what?
I'm not seen that.
What?
It was quite a while ago.
I'm talking like maybe a few years.
And since then, people have like all the conspiracy theorists are saying things like,
he's been taken.
And then that really big famous makeup artist Alexis Stone has been saying,
that was me.
The prosthetics were that good.
People believed it.
I hate all this.
Maybe he's just aging.
Maybe he's just found peace and he looks fucking fine out of good night kit.
Do you know what I mean?
I just like him.
I don't want to have any speculation about them.
I know.
Anyway.
What else?
Well, we've watched some good TV, Zoe.
I want to ask you two things.
Have you been watching Love Story?
No.
On Disney?
No.
Right.
Everyone listening to this right now.
Go and watch it.
It is about JFK Jr.
Oh, I've heard of this.
I didn't realize that's what it's called.
I'm going to watch that.
I've heard it's good.
and his wife, well, girlfriend.
Her name was, oh, of course, now it's lost,
it's coming out of my head, but it's Carolyn, something like that.
Anyway, why people are really loving it is because she worked at Kelvin Klein head office.
So a lot of it is it's giving a little bit, not Devil Wears Prada as such,
but it's giving that sort of really cool girl that lives in New York.
She works in a fashion head office.
She works a way up.
Kelvin Klein is in it as an actor, obviously.
He's gorgeous
And it was, I didn't know much about them at all
Do you know, I'm not going to say any spoilers
But do you know how it ended?
Do you know what happened to them?
As in JFK, the dad's.
Well, the dad's dead in it at this point
It doesn't follow that
He's dead by this point
He got assassinated
I know her story, I don't know anyone else's
Okay
I don't know any about this people
Okay, right, well I'm not going to say anything, right?
I will watch it though 100%
Yeah, but honestly like
And I quite
I never knew anything about it
But apparently at the time
because I think there was like a whirlwind,
well, maybe not whirlwind,
would you class seven years of whirlwind marriage, no.
But like that, it was all over the press.
And, yeah, I can't believe it, but you really enjoy it.
I actually really enjoyed everything about JFK and history at school.
Do you?
I really liked history.
I've said this, I like history, war.
Yeah, you love war, don't you?
Yeah.
Not at the moment, obviously.
No, of course not.
Previous wars.
Yeah.
Historic wars.
Historic wars.
What I was actually saying in the third and final Oz vlog
was when I was in Australia
and with Holly and Molly.
One day we had Holly Molly and a Broly and it was too much.
A brawley? Like an actual Umbroly?
In the sun. Umbroly?
It was a lot.
Too many Ollie's going on.
I realised that I know fuck all when.
No, honestly I don't know anything.
I don't know anything about anything.
Sometimes that's a nice way to be, Zaz.
And I did say, like, I think because I'm quite chilled.
I don't really engage in much.
I see online, as you know, you don't really much either.
No.
In terms of, like, conspiracy theories, one night of dinner,
what's your favourite one?
I was like, I couldn't tell you one.
Oh, Holly loves that shit.
But, like, I couldn't even really think of anything.
Because I don't know.
I don't really engage in stuff like that.
But I also realized that I don't really,
I'm not inquisitive at all.
Like, person to person, I'll know everything about you.
I'll ask everything about you.
like I'm interested in what you've been up to how you are
blah blah blah blah blah but in terms of like
just asking questions for fucking sake of asking questions
which obviously Molly does right yeah
but even between two of them I thought I know nothing about
the thing is I'm probably a good balance of that I'm very inquisitive
my issue is my brain's a sieve
so you'll tell me that information and it's sieve right out of me
yeah see ya when there's anything I ask you I will remember
yeah you're good at that but I do just so I've actually
got a bit of like a self
mission on just to be a bit more
not false ask questions
like and make sure I do it but learn more
like I want to watch more documentaries
like things like that. That's my least favourite type of
TV and non-fiction books
but I agree with you that's where you learn
yeah I don't know if I could read much about it but
I like a documentary I just don't ever
if I go to watch the TV I'm so
used to just putting on
an easy film that I've watched a million times
or I'll click on if there's a new love is blind
or like shit that just rots your brain
but equally I know it's the way I turn off from work
so I don't want everything to be heavy
but I would just like to be a bit more knowledgeable
about things that interest me
like war interests me but I would never put a warm film on
why not? I actually watched one on the way back
from Singapore on the flight
did you enjoy it? Loved it. Forget about it
called now.
Sorry, I watched a great rom-com
the day called Something's Got to Give.
You've ever seen it?
I've seen it.
Oh my God, I was howling.
Yeah, I've seen it.
Is it Jack Nicholson?
Yeah.
And oh my God, it was bloody brilliant.
See, I just love films like that.
See, when we were on the flight going
and I was with Molly
because we obviously flew separately home.
And I was, oh, look, like housemaid is on this
and she was like, shut up.
That is so shep.
It's not shite, though.
It's actually not shite.
I like the housemaid.
I like the housemaid.
But I did watch Remedy.
remembering you. No, regretting you, which is a new film. I think it's a book. Really enjoyed that.
I also watched The Roses. You've seen that? Oh, that's meant to be really funny.
I live at Coleman. Yeah, and then like a couple, but then they end up hating each other.
Yeah, really enjoyed, I'd recommend that as well. Was it good? Yeah. Can't think what else I watched.
Stuck Wicked on for the last half hour, obviously, because that was on. I thought, saw that and I thought, perfect.
Well, talking of not being in the loop, guys,
this marks now, what date are we today?
It's the 11th of March.
Four months I am without TikTok.
Can you believe it?
What the fuck?
You've really not had it because I've sent you things all things.
I know.
But it's always things about like how good an auntie am and things.
We don't need to see them.
It's more for self-worth.
I need to discuss this a little bit more
because I'm not a TikTok hater.
That's not why I do.
it. In fact, I actually did it because I was having really bad storage issues at the time. Do you remember?
Yes. It's exactly around the time I moved to house, which was November. And TikTok takes up a lot.
But I'm also in the new year, my biggest thing was to stop trying to doom scroll as much in the evening.
TikTok is, without a doubt, I am a huge consumer of that app rather than a creator on it. And my job is a content creator, essentially.
So I was thinking to myself, like, I just don't create enough. I consume to you.
much. But when you, I built my algorithm brick by brick on that thing, right? So it is,
it knows exactly what you want and that's how it works. So it sucks in. But it is rotting
people's brains, guys. I'm sorry, but I know you're probably sitting in this and say, I'll shut up,
but no, I'm sorry, but I feel so much lighter. And like, yes, I don't know all too much
about what's going on all, like, right at the time. But do you need to? No, I don't care about
impure in the know. I think if you're really, really into pop culture, it's an amazing app to be on
it. And also, like, I miss seeing some of my friends' contents. Like, I don't get to see
Jilly stuff anymore because you post different stuff. But apart from that, I genuinely, and I will
go back on it, of course, I just, I feel so much better not scrolling in it. It's the app that
sucks me in and most people in the most. And yeah, I'm, I feel great. Four months sober from
Tech Talk. Yeah. It sounds like a death because I wasn't pure addicted. At a
all actually. But I guess another part of it is I'm looking at Jensen, I'm like, this year's
gone so fast for me. And the last thing I want to do is in the spare time that I have when
he's either napping is sit and just scroll. I've got shit to do. I know. And also see, if you've
sat and scrolled, like, do you actually come away from that feeling like, vibrant and
full of life? You don't. So then what he wakes up from his nap and you're tired because
you've stayed at your screen. I feel horrendous. And it also goes so, time goes so quick. And
another thing that's really bothering me is AI. Like, everything's so.
fake now. I know. I think that's so fucking fake and I can't
all the videos I'm like oh I'm falling for some of them as well I'm like oh then I'm like
oh AI generated there needs to be some regulations put in place for that. That will
happen yeah that will 100% happen because it's also people are then using it instead of
someone having a job which again will go back around yeah actually what was I
listened to I think I was putting a Grace Beverly thing on but at the start she was talking about
it was an ad but it was saying how like everyone now wants to be like touching more grass.
I want to touch more grass.
No, I want to lie in the grass.
We all feel that way.
But I actually think, and we say this about everything right and we have said this a few times,
it will go backwards.
And I think it's us that will make it go backwards.
But it is because the way I'm bringing up Jensen though is so backwards.
Like, yeah.
I'm sorry, I'm not anti-screen.
I'm absolutely not.
It comes in a great place.
But honestly, I'm really.
conscious by it.
Like if we're doing a tape...
It really does have little screen though.
He's not, he's never really on it.
The way to calm him down or shetlems not to set the TV on.
No, no, not at all.
And he, like if we're at a restaurant, which by the way is really difficult and I
understand why people do it.
But I can't believe we're now 13 months in and it would just be so easy just to give him
an iPad.
I know.
But we don't and we're prevailing.
And I promise, I just think we can do this.
We can come together and change.
change it. But also even if you then gave him your phone for a bit, he knows that's yours.
Whereas if you get him an iPad, you know, in the robbery thing, that's his and he knows that.
So I bet you that's a bit of a difference as well on how they want it.
Are you seeing all these reals? I think I've sent you a few of people that have taken iPads
off their older kids now and they've gone cold turkey for like a week and they said that their
child has completely changed as a person. They have transformed and all they want to do is have
conversations they want to play, they want to do.
Really interesting that, isn't it?
I also think you're not asking people around you,
like, do you know how this works
or have you heard about this because you're just asking chat cheap-D?
Yeah.
You're not having to really speak to anyone
to find that information anymore
because you can just ask the bot.
And I guess as well, you know what is difficult?
Like this time of year,
and this is what I was going to say about the Australian thing
that I was going to forget about.
This time of year, for everybody in the UK,
pretty much, it feels you get sad,
you do get sad disorder.
You do feel sad.
The weather makes you feel down.
And then you look at people that are in sunnier climates.
You're like, oh, what a great life to live.
What you do have to remember is the UK is actually a beautiful place in the spring summer.
Yeah.
We're coming into that now.
It's lighter mornings.
It's lighter mornings.
Australia will then have their winter or other places around the world.
We just, it's just not our time right now.
No, no.
And I think the best, all you do then, it's easier then to, you look at the weather and you think,
oh, it's a shit hole.
Let's just go and sit and doomsk.
scroll and we're all bad for it.
Yeah. And there is more to do. It's just that we kind of lost our way, I think.
You just don't think outside the box anymore. You just choose your phone.
I saw someone share something another day and it was like, you don't hate where you live,
you're just on your phone too much. You don't hate how you look, you're just on the phone too
much. You don't hate all your clothes in your wardrobe, you just on your phone too much.
That's so true, by the way.
You don't blah, blah, blah, you're just on your phone too much. And it was like thing after
thing after thing. And I thought that is so true. And what I will say is,
When I went to Australia, I was looking for answers to my life.
And when I was there and Holly said this to me a lot,
in Australia, let's just say Bondi, Sydney, specifically,
because that's where we were and where she lives.
She was like, no one cares who you are, what you do, what you earn,
where you live, like, what you've done your past life,
what you're going to do in your future.
They just are, like, there to, like, have a good time.
Yeah.
And it actually does make you realise that I can be materialistic at times,
not overly.
I don't think I'm that bad with it.
But you definitely,
for the wrong things at times.
Yeah, for sure.
And it did make me realize that
in a really good way.
Yeah.
And then even when I've been back,
I've been like thinking about something,
I'm thinking, what the fuck does that even matter?
Yeah.
It was actually a really good
change of mindset, let's say.
I think having a baby makes you do that as well,
but in a different way.
Yeah, obviously you want to strive to,
you want to strive to still provide,
absolutely, but it's more different things matter.
Like quality time is kind of a bit more important.
But you know what?
What else I've noticed is well coming off TikTok and Instagram's just the same. I have spent a lot
less money because I'm less influenced by things. If you're on TikTok, everyone's always like,
oh, I've got this or these great jeans or this TikTok shop stuff and I would just be like,
to ting, to ting, that apple pay. And it's like, before I know it. Over consumption. I'm spending
money on shit that I do not need. Like, even in terms of skincare, right, I'm still using the same
moisturiser that I've used for ages. My skin's absolutely fine. I don't need to go and use a flipping
medibed,
Peel pad shite.
I know you would
but I would have
but sorry I would have as well
and then I thought to myself
I don't need to do this
Did I wake up with that glow?
No
Did you not?
No
What the fuck?
Some people are saying it's great though
So I'm not bashing it
I'm not trying it
But what I'm saying is
I would have bought that
No I know
I've only heard about it
because I see a few people
Yeah but it's not as much
No it's like intensely in my face
What's so funny though
was in Sydney, and you've seen the vlogs as well,
I did go shopping and I bought, like, a few tops,
like bits and bobs name before I went.
You saw how much I bought, right?
But then when I got to Singapore,
I went to loads of vintage shops.
One much was shut, which I was a few and a bit,
and I probably would have bought something there.
But there was, like, loads of, like,
the watch I want was there,
but, like, a second-hand one, half price,
loads of vintage, like, designer bags, whatever,
which is a good price.
So, like, if you're going to get something,
like that absolutely do it but everything I looked at I thought don't even want it don't need it
and I bought zilch and I bet you feel's fine I couldn't care less like I actually walked away like
you do you know what there was nothing I really really wanted it's not as if I stared at something
thought I really want you but I don't need you I wasn't there was nothing I loved but I just thought
the old me before my Sydney trip would have just been like just buy something because you're here
yeah or like because it's a good opportunity to buy something and I didn't also what I need to
is on the way back from Sydney, I was saying to myself,
when you get to Singapore, from Singapore to London, ask for an upgrade.
I was like, you've not bought anything, you were going to do it,
but then it would be up in price.
Well, that was also on your 30 before 30.
You just said that?
No.
No, but I would like to treat myself to a business class flight, right?
And I didn't book my return flight until like a few days before,
which was stupid because then it got far too expensive
and it was actually still expensive, obviously, when I first looked,
but a lot more affordable.
Yeah.
Too expensive, didn't do it.
I thought I'll ask at the airport.
Surely there'll be one fucking business seat.
And if it's too, if it's more expensive than I wanted,
it's fine because I've not bought anything.
And I thought I was going to spend a bit of money on like...
Girl, ma.
At its finest.
So got to the gate.
No, I went to the airport a wee bit early because I thought, well,
a few people might ask.
The flight's full.
I was like, right, okay.
Then I had to take some things out.
My bag was 10 kilograms over both ways, by the way.
10 kilograms over.
You have to pay?
Yeah, 10 kilograms.
Someone's put in invisible bricks
in my fucking suitcase every time
I'm over every single time
How much was that by the way?
Like 60 quids
Each way
Yeah it wasn't harsh
But just a pill I had to swallow
Which I'd swallow every time I travel with a suitcase
Anyway another lesson that I need to learn
But so I was doing my suitcase
Whatever and then I was like
Is the flight definitely full?
I asked about three times
But I was doing it a nice way
Because I thought I just don't fucking believe you
Yeah
You're telling me there's not a single seat
In business or premium economy
For me
There's not one single single
fucking seat
Anyway, I then go through
and I'm raging because when you go through
the main part of the airport, shite, like it was nothing to do
and it's all designer shops. Like, who's buying
a fucking Gucci bag in the airport? Don't get that?
Anyway, but they don't they get tax back, though?
Yeah, but I just think it's still a weird place to buy
like, on your way home from a holiday, I design a bag.
Anyway, so I'm just like, what can I do here?
So I just sat and did fuck all, so I was annoyed
because I thought I came here and I'm like, fucking getting upgrades.
Anyway, get to the gate, we go through security there
and she was like a boarding pass not working
and remember that time that happened to be
and we were coming back from London
Oh, that was awful.
I get the feed of that every time now
that my face hasn't registered on some barrier somewhere
and I thought here we fucking go, I'm not getting home.
Then she was like, I'll give you on your boarding pass,
you're not upgraded, and I got upgraded to premium economy for Zilch.
Zelch pennies, and it was such a difference, by the way.
Love that, Zoe.
We did that come back from Nashville
and it just escaped me that it was actually quite a difference.
I was pregnant, FYI, so I, that was worth,
I think it was a couple of hundred quid.
It did cost us a lot to do that.
And it was the best thing we ever did
because I was 22 weeks pregnant at that point
and it was the best thing.
But it also just, see, because it was in quite a short,
I had just been on the flight the morning before
from Sydney to Singapore
so I could freshly remember the difference that I was feeling.
Wider seats, foot rest, bit that comes up under your legs.
You can put your seat back further.
Gorgeous.
Hot towel when you come on the plane.
You get a real plate and real cutlery.
Stunning.
And it's just more spacious.
and you get more room above you to put all your bags and things.
Did you get to sleep?
I honestly think I slept for 10 hours.
The flight went like that.
It was amazing.
I wouldn't have done that in economy
because you've not got enough space.
Yeah, it's not as comfortable.
It's not as comfortable.
Yeah.
And on the way there, our tote bags were like,
obviously hundreds of shite in it you don't need to wear it at our feet.
So I literally couldn't even stretch my leg
on the way that was horrendous.
But you know what, though?
A lot of people would do that leg
because I used to fly business when I was through work
so it was never paid by me.
But I would collect the points.
we said this before
and the points then
would allow me
at future flights
to upgrade
for nothing
so
I would definitely
if you're looking
and there's not a huge
like a huge gap
between economy
and premium economy
I would go for
like now I think
I'll always do that
if it's affordable
if it was a long
whole flight
yeah
yeah
because even though it doesn't
to the eye
at first
it probably doesn't seem
that different
but it really was
and what about
getting an Amex
British Airways
Amex
they're quite good
to get
points as well aren't they and you get a companion voucher I'm sure where you can fly and then you get a free
flight yeah I think you just yeah I don't think you need to pay anything actually the companion voucher
you just need to spend 10,000 pounds a year on your card yeah but I know that sounds excessive when
you say it out loud but it's mean like if you are spending anything every single thing in your
day you would spend it on your card well what my mum does and I think one of my friends as well is
she uses a Ramex like her
day-to-day card
and then you just pay that off at the end of the month
so that everything you buy are getting points through
I do think the point thing
I'm speaking to my friend Abby about this
I think it takes a lot to rack up enough
to get anything
like I think it really
It used to be great back in the day
because her boyfriend gets loads of points
but he travels long haul with his work
like at least twice a month
so you're racking them up
like buying big flights
but I think it is difficult
but it's always worth a shot
I told you this, that when I flew to Australia with Future Beauty Labs,
my points got me my flight to Antigua for my 30th birthday.
Yeah, I think when you do your long hauls, that's how it reacts up.
Really good points, yeah.
Oh, sorry, sorry, it saved like £300 off it or something.
It wasn't very expensive.
It's like Avios points or something.
Yeah, that's it.
Right, so.
Yeah, you have not spoken about you at all.
Oh, fuck me.
Jensen turned one.
I've got a one-year-old.
We've got a one-year-old.
We've got a one-year-old.
We've got a one-year-old. He's amazing. He goes to nursery now.
I had a little bit of a wobble, I would say, around January-February time when I was stopping breastfeeding.
I'm not saying that was the reason. I think it is my hormones, for sure.
But I genuinely just felt really shit about myself. I think it was just January.
Felt like, again, probably comparison, but I'm coming over to a year.
If you're over on Patreon, you'll have known I was very, I did a vlog about it and I got quite upset.
and I got some really lovely messages to thank you to everyone
that was kind enough to reach out to me
but I genuinely just felt like
oh come on Jess it's been a year why you're not feeling back to yourself
and I was really being hard on myself I think
and actually I do feel much better
I've been consistent with the gym the past couple of weeks
I don't feel like I look any different but mentally
but it makes you feel a lot better
I've joined a gym where there's a crash so
Richard
I'll fling you in there son
and put Jensen in there.
My big learn how to read it in there.
Big bowl baby.
And then Jensen, so that's really good for me.
I've been trying to be consistent with holistic warehouse,
Pilates classes, which we absolutely love.
So that's been good for me as well.
Anyway, not just about fitness, just in general.
I moved house.
A lot of happened in that kind of like quite typically
depressed in time of year.
Yeah, 100%.
So I moved house, guys.
the last time you heard me on the main episode, I was moving that night.
And I love it.
It's amazing house.
I absolutely think it's beautiful.
But as we all know, moving house is so expensive.
To move house as well, it costs a lot of money.
Luckily, for us, we had equity in our old property, which enabled me to move house.
Else, who the hell can just save money in these times?
Like, it's really difficult.
I really do really think about people about trying to get the property added because it's fucking solid.
Solid, solid, right?
So that was the only reason that enabled us to move, right?
Then, once you're in the house, yes, it didn't technically need any work doing to it,
but there's loads of things that you don't notice when you look around the house for like 10 to 15 minutes,
and things I do need doing, things do break, and yeah, I want to change the kitchen.
The kitchen is ultimately going to be my hub for my work, my cooking's my passion,
it's going to be where Jensen grows up.
and to have a kitchen done is so expensive.
Why?
Like what is, is it like weddings
have just popped a fucking extra zero on?
I think it is.
It's a joke, Zoe, honestly.
And I'm getting quotes at the moment
and I will be really open and share all this stuff with you guys
because I know loads of you are asking me and stuff.
But basically I was toying with the idea
to paint the solid, I've got solid oak units.
It is beautiful, but it's just not my side of kitchen, right?
And I've said that.
And that's fine.
I'm not going to move into a house.
and yes, it's a beautiful kitchen, but it's just not what I love.
So I want to change it.
Financially, it would be better,
but I'm going to get my worktops from a really great stone place, by the way,
in Deniston, in Dormonet called Decre Stone.
Great place, by the way, if you're ever looking for like marble stone worktops, whatever,
they're so informative.
I'm going for a quartz worktop, and then I want to have new cupboards.
I'm keeping my aga for now.
I am finding it a little bit difficult.
I'm not going to lie with temperatures,
because you can't control temperatures on it.
Which is difficult for me when I'm creating recipe content
because it's not the same times as what 99.9% of people have.
So how can you recommend?
Yeah, and if you don't know what an Argo oven is,
you might have seen on my Instagram,
but it's basically a classic.
It's like Mary Berry has one.
Like it's an amazing oven,
but it's a gas one that I've got.
You can't get gas now.
You can only buy electric ones if they're new.
But it's always on.
So it's actually essentially,
my radiator for my kitchen as well.
An asshole, and it's boiling.
And it will always be on, even through the summer.
Problem is if I want to clean it properly,
clean under the hoods, I have to turn it off,
which takes about a whole day.
You can't control temperatures because it is just always on.
And what I love about it,
it's similar to like an air fry.
You know, an air fry cooks things rapid.
Yeah.
And it's just hot quick.
But it's a bit like that.
I'll put a pot of Jensen's milk on the thing,
and it will heat.
I'm not exaggerating it when I say three, four seconds.
It's bubbling.
That is good.
But it's a bit much.
It's about difficult to manage.
And there's a hot side and a simmering side
and there's a hot oven and a simmering oven
but they're not big.
You look at it and you think, wow, that's a huge oven.
Only the top right-hand door is the hot oven.
It's quite an idle.
Yeah.
So when I cook and hosting,
which is going to be a big thing in that house,
I really struggle with it.
Things don't get really crispy that much in it.
I have to finish some things off in the air fryer.
So it's got its pros and it's got its cons.
But I'm keeping that.
I'm keeping my sink.
I've got a Belfast.
which is beautiful, keeping the floor.
And like I said, I've got my worktop sorted.
So the quotes that I'm getting is eye-wateringly pants down, like, what the fuck you're
talking about, bro?
So I just, I'm honestly in a little bit of a slump with it where I'm in this gorgeous
house.
I'm not complaining, but it doesn't feel like my home yet.
I know it's going to take a long time.
I'm still sleeping on my mattress, which is fine.
I've got a gorgeous new mattress from Sleep Easy, by the way.
Wow, what fuck.
But I haven't got really lots of.
spare money to go and buy myself a bed frame
and then I'm a rushing to get one to then go and get
the bedside units to match and
it's a lot to think about it once as well
because even if you just do one room
before you know what you want to do the other one
and Jensen's in like a pink bedroom right now after that gorgeous
nursery that I did but it's beautiful
that is a cute room it is a really cute room
and I just think
these things take time and
like I say I was feeling all sorts of shit about myself
I was thinking this doesn't feel like my home
I haven't really got anywhere to sit
still and eat my dinner in the kitchen and all these silly little things that, like you say,
don't fucking matter.
No.
I've got a gorgeous house.
Shut the fuck up, your moony cow.
And yeah, I think that's just how I felt.
But that's just life.
Because to caveat all of us, you're allowed to feel like that.
Absolutely, Zoe.
Like, you don't need to be like, well, I've got a roof over my head so I can't moan about anything.
We're allowed to moan.
I do think I should practice gratitude a little bit more, though.
We're allowed to moan, but we're allowed to zoom out as well.
Zoom.
Because what I will tell you is when I was in Sydney there,
I've never felt more like a fat cow in my whole life.
So we.
Is that with ten packs.
Gorgeous, tanned.
Gorgeous, gorgeous, gorgeous, gorgeous.
You're gorgeous, Zoe.
How's the tits going?
Amazing, actually.
You, guys, if you've not seen,
if you've not seen the vlog,
vlog two of Zos and Oz,
go and look at the tits.
They're out.
I gasped.
Jensen was watching you, like,
his jaw was on the seat.
That's inappropriate.
You're my son.
Sorry, darling.
but even Jen's
like wow
and that we're
tiny 80 bit bikini I know
yeah so
let's not be harsh on ourselves
but I did just think
wow but they are so active
see if you weren't half naked all the time
you would care more
whereas I'm used to being covered up
that's my worst time
always has been on holiday
but I think
you know what it was
even though I was in a bikini
I think three days
bequeenie
I was in a bikini
I was in a bikini for about
three four days max out of like two weeks
because the weather wasn't great.
But even if you're not, you've made active wear
and it's so fucking hot that you want to wear
like you would wear cycling shorts to be precise.
It's just not for me that.
Really not for me.
And that's fine.
The short thing.
That's fine, sorry.
I think, like you say,
I think all these feelings can exist at the same time.
Yes, we should all be more body positive,
more bigger things matter,
but also it's really difficult
when you do feel like shit,
No, I know.
It's hard to not compare yourself sometimes.
Absolutely.
But everyone listens to show beautiful and gorgeous, so shut the fuck up.
I need to tell you my third before 30.
That's to hear it.
Get your phone it.
I maybe won't share some of them.
How about you do 15 now or do 15 next step?
Right, okay.
Yeah, love that.
Let me do the first 15 is fine.
Go to Kelvin Grove Museum.
We've still not done that yet.
Still not done it.
I might do it this weekend.
God.
Visit the Hebrides.
You're doing that with me, right?
Hopefully.
Yeah.
Skydive.
Cute.
Question that after the Sydney bridge climb.
Breast reduction, tick.
Get an office space.
Tick.
Visit Asia.
Tic.
Singapore's Asia.
For a minute.
I was like, wait a minute.
Australia's not Asia.
Got it.
Perfect.
And I've never been Asia before.
No, just shut the fuck up now.
No.
Go back to Australia.
Tick.
Read 30 books.
My 30 books is 30 books in total, by the way,
my reading journey which started last January.
And you're on a lot?
I'm on about 24 at the moment.
So we're going well.
So I mean, wow.
Yeah, I've read a good one in Australia.
What was it then?
Say it.
The locked door, Frieda McFadden.
I like her books.
It's a thriller but an easy read thriller.
That's my genre, I've decided.
And I also actually downloaded the app Goodreads,
which people, so I'm starting to rate my books on there because I forget about it.
I forget what they are.
That's really good.
And then I go to read it again and I've fucking read it.
buy a meaningful piece of jewelry
not done
hot air balloon ride
my wee sister's moving to Marrakesh for a job
so I might do it there
how cool is that
eating a Michelin Star restaurant
We can do that at Glen Ames
we can go and see Stevie
We will
Go to the cinema alone
That one I wish I didn't put on
because I'm fine to do it
It's just like why someone would go with you
Do you know what I mean?
No but apparently it's a great experience
to go to cinema on your own
I would have done it in Oz
but then Molly was back so we went to seat together.
Pottery painting, tick.
Loved that by the way.
Can't wait to get our plate that.
I forgot to get that off back of yesterday, damn it.
Get my colour analysis.
Nice.
I know people think...
Is it great, by the way?
Just that chat cheap tea, right?
But I don't want to do that.
I want to go and get it.
Yeah.
I'm not going to swear by it.
It's just, to me, it's just like a fun, interesting experience.
And do a cooking and baking class,
which we'll do at wheatberry as well.
Yes, yes, yes.
So that's my burst 15.
Okay, can't wait.
to hear the next 15 because they're bloody braille.
It's a good mix of efforts, I would say.
Some are like small winds, some are big things.
I love that, Zoe.
Right, so we've got some, we'll end on one dilemma
because we had so many.
And I've got some things I want to unpack over on side dish.
I've got something to tell you all that happened a few weeks ago,
which I would love to hear your opinions on because it's quite interesting.
and I also want to talk to you over on side dish
about a video that's going viral at the moment
of Montana from Love Island's thoughts on school dinners
so I want to, I've got some thoughts that I want to discuss.
I'm ready, I'm ready, we're.
Okay, but before we leave Zoe,
I just want to talk about grow gorgeous.
The amount of questions that I've had about my hair, by the way, is insane
and I've got nothing to tell you.
I don't know what the fuck, it's just grown insane.
But it's so long.
It's so long.
I don't know. I've done nothing. There's no miraculous little bills that I'm popping. I'm genuinely just...
You can't mine off and fucking...
Don't know. Don't know. What's going on with that. But Grow Gorgeous I still have always been consistent with. Guys, I think that's going under.
Because my mum went to her company shop. It's called Company Shop. And she bought me £60 worth of Grow Gorgeous, £2.50 a bottle.
What's happening on Instagram? Have you looked there?
No, I've not yet.
Grow Gorgeous hair care.
Like, I would have loved to have continued welcoming...
There's not been a post since the 18th of April, 2025.
Shut up.
They've not even said, like, we're going under.
That's appalling, by the way.
They must have actually, there's no way that's gone under those.
Everyone uses it.
So what a lot of people do.
I mean, the website's still up kicking.
Apparently you can buy it on eBay.
Maybe look fantastic.
If you have a company shop near, you're going because of all too fantastic.
I don't know what this is.
It looks fantastic that it's taking me to.
Oh.
Yeah.
but yeah
maybe someone's buying the formulation
and rebranding it
somebody DM us and tell us what's going on
someone tell us yeah someone tell us
I should be able to tell you that
because I've worked with them but I don't know
and we both had a Korean lash lift
recently
by a girl
First Beauty she's called
First Beauty yeah
Not interesting she was brilliant by the way
She did my brows unreal
my brows were really good as well
it was the first time
I feel like my brows have been
like perfect enough
from like the minute I walked out
the studio to like I didn't
need to do anything to them.
They were fucking unreal by the way.
Whereas sometimes I'm like these need a wee wash.
Like they need to die down a bit.
I didn't want them to die down.
Really shaped them.
And you know how Korean lash lift
she, sorry, a lash lift in general
usually goes a bit wispy and grows
a bit funny? I found that it's not.
Spiders legs. But I've been using, she was really
heavy on me like please condition them afterwards
like it's so important. Yeah.
So I have been doing that.
And me and you have both been going to
Emma at Project Skin. I've started my
first treatment of Lameka Laser, full
face. I share my mom's results
on my Instagram. We need to check it out. If anyone listen to
this has sun damage, it is. My mom's
results are actually... By the way, that is
unbelievable. Unbelievable. Unbelievable. I'm
actually shook to my car. Unbelievable, Jeff.
My mom is like, her life
has changed. That's nice.
But yeah, it's quite so I'm not going to lie.
So, actually,
how long we've been recording this now?
Over an hour. Yeah. So
what we should do, right, we'll get all the dilemmas together.
Our next week we'll do a big fuck-off
up of everyone's diaries.
Juicy dilemma episodes.
Yeah, yeah, perfect.
Okay.
You'll have to be.
And then I've got a dilemma to tell you inside dish right now.
Okay.
Let's do it.
Right.
Let's go.
Love you all so much.
And we also just wanted to say that we're saying that a big, big love to anybody who was affected by the fire, the devastating fires in Glasgow and all of the small businesses.
If you follow a girl on Instagram called food and gems, Sarah, she's called.
She's amazing.
She has collated a Google document of all the businesses and the Instagram handles as well as their GoFundMe pages that you could.
please kindly, if you are able to donate as little or as much as you'd like
to help people get back on their feet.
Absolutely.
But yeah, and just sending love to anybody anywhere in the world, listen to this.
We love you so much and thank you for being patient with us, but we are back for good.
It's worth the way, I think.
Yeah.
Look, thanks need ham for thanks to ham.
Do you know what I mean?
And please like, subscribe, comments, send us DMs.
Always anonymous.
Don't be shy.
and tell us what you want.
Yeah, tell us what you want.
And if you enjoyed this episode,
what you want us to discuss and unpack,
we will do that for you.
I'll do anything you wish.
You'll dance for us right now.
No, I'm not maiming either.
Get your tits out?
Yeah.
Oh, why not?
Right, love you.
See you on Friday.
Bye.
Bye.
Bye.
