A Zen Mind Guided Meditations - 10 Minute Breathwork Meditation: Deep Restorative Breathing for Realignment & Clarity

Episode Date: February 19, 2025

☁️ This meditation is a simple yet powerful practice in deep breathing, designed to bring realignment and clarity. Using a 5-10 breathing pattern—inhale for five, exhale for ten—you’ll slow ...down the nervous system, activate the parasympathetic response, and encourage a deep state of calm. But don’t worry if you can’t reach these counts—just do the best you can. This practice is equal parts guided and spacious. You’ll receive gentle cues and counting, but also have moments to settle into the breath on your own. Perfect for any time of day, this meditation was created to help you reset, breathe deeply, and return to balance.
