And can you sense how your body and mind feel right now,
assuming the role of the kind and curious observer,
noting any sensations or emotions that may be present in your inner landscape.
Now if it feels comfortable, you may wish to place one hand on your belly and one on your chest.
Feeling this connection to yourself, to your own incredible body.
And just spend a few moments here connecting with all of the sensations of your breath.

I am safe in my mind.
I am safe in my heart.
