Hello and welcome to this guided breathwork meditation. During this practice, we will focus solely on our breath. A wonderful way to get out of our mind and into our body, into this present space, and using our breath to guide us into deeper levels of awareness of presence take a moment to find a nice comfortable position they're seated or lying down one where your body feels supported and open closing your eyes or focusing on a single point in the room as you take the next few moments
Starting point is 00:02:15 to fully arrive in this space, seeing the surface beneath you, noticing the temperature in the room, the touch and the texture of your clothing on your body, as it rests on your skin, of intentional gratitude for this practice, for this present moment, this body for this breath, as you gently let your awareness drift, drift towards your breath exactly as it is just noticing the rhythm noticing the sensation of your
Starting point is 00:03:42 inhale and your exhale you're ready in letting everything soften another inhale feeling this expansion within complete exhale of any tension or tightness noticing how your body begins to respond to these slower deeper breaths as you create more space within feeling deeply feeling fully feel deeply just a little deeper as we move into our 4 to 6 breathing pattern when you're ready inhale to the count of 4 to the count of 4 to the count of two exhale completely to the count of six inhale to the count of four hold to the count of two exhale to the count of six go deep into your belly into your body holding in that moment of stillness at complete capacity exhaling completely with these slow deep breaths
Starting point is 00:07:32 over the next few minutes as you inhale to the count of four hold to the count of two exhale to the count of six once you feel ready finish the cycle of your current breath releasing the counts allowing your breath to return to its natural easy rhythm and just Just notice how your body feels. Notice the space, a steady energy that is settled into your body. Notice the expansion and the clarity. Notice how stable and grounded you feel. All of this, a gift from deepening your breath, from slowing down and from returning to the present.
