Thank you so much for being here.
And welcome to this daily mindset meditation, which can be used at any point during your day.
As a simple and effective rest and reset.
Begin by finding a comfortable position, close your eyes, and gently take a deep breath in.
through your nose, feeling your lungs expand. Exhale all of the air out, slowly through your mouth.
Feel the rhythmic flow of your breath, bringing a sense of calm to your mind and body
as you continue with a few more deep breaths. With each breath becoming calm and centered,
feeling your heart rate slow down.
and feeling your thoughts begin to quiet themselves.
As you slowly come into the present moment,
shift your awareness to your body.
Allow your shoulders to drop,
softening your facial muscles and unclenching your jaw,
and just notice any areas of tension or tightness.
Breathe in deeply to those areas,
oxygen, releasing and relaxing them,
healing each breath, feeling the relaxation spreading through your body like a gentle wave.
Now bring to mind one powerful affirmation.
It could be a phrase like, I am capable and confident.
I attract success effortlessly.
Or it is okay for me to rest and relax.
Repeat this affirmation silently to yourself.
allowing its positive energy to resonate within you.
Visualize the energy from this affirmation materializing into an aura
which surrounds and protects you.
Now shift your focus to gratitude.
Bring to mind one thing that you're grateful for today.
It could be a small achievement, a positive interaction,
a laugh that you had or the simple beauty of the present moment and this very breath allow gratitude to fill your heart
recognizing the abundance in your life just take a moment to appreciate the stillness within
knowing that amidst the busyness of the day you are calm and centered within you are grounded and safe
You are confident and powerful.
You are ready.
Gently open your eyes, bringing this powerful mindset into the world around you.
Namaste.
