Hello and welcome to this guided meditation.
Let's begin this practice by taking a few moments to get really comfortable.
Not what you think you should do, maybe not even what you normally do.
but just allowing yourself to find a space where you can truly relax.
Maybe that looks like lying down, maybe going for a slow walk, maybe it's even drawing a bath.
If you need to pause and come back, just allow yourself to get really, really comfortable.
Letting yourself find a space that actually feels good for you.
you. There's no right or wrong here. And when you're ready, if you wish, you can allow your
eyes to close and just begin by noticing the space that's around you. Can you notice the space
around your forehead and the space around your jaw and your neck? Can you notice the space around
your shoulders and your chest and your belly?
and you notice the space around your arms and your legs and your feet just noticing how your body exists
within space no matter where your mind and your thoughts may have taken you right now you are here
and from here can you invite your body to relax just a little bit more perhaps wiggling your
jaw and releasing and unclenching it, letting your tongue rest heavy in your mouth. Can you shake out your
shoulders and drop them a little more and you soften your belly and release any muscles that don't
need to be used right now? So often we hold on without even realizing it. But right now you are safe,
you are so safe to let go.
Just invite yourself to let go a little bit more.
Even if nothing else changes, that's okay.
Just offering the invitation is more than enough.
And gently bring your awareness to your breath.
You don't need to change it right now.
You can just let your awareness rest on it.
Observe its rhythm right now.
If it wants to be shallow, let it be shallow.
be shallow. If it wants to be deep, let it be deep. Only if it feels comfortable for you,
can you slightly deep in the inhale and slightly lengthen the exhale. And if not, you can
just continue breathing naturally. Anything is okay. Your breath is constantly moving the energy
within you. And so just allow that to flow. Without it being forced or orchestrated, just
Stay curious, leaning into it, leaning into whatever feels good.
Noticing the freshness on your in-breath, how nourishing and rewarding this breath can truly
be and notice the softening on the exhale as you give yourself permission to be here and
only here.
Now dropping deeper into your body, if there's anywhere that feels good, even if you're
even slightly can you just allow your awareness to rest there for a few moments let
yourself focus on that space and let it expand not to replace anything not to
push anything out and not to judge its counterparts but just allowing it to grow
ever so slightly recognizing any part of your being that feel
good and offering it a bit of gratitude, letting yourself feel it in your heart.
And if just for a moment, can you focus on what's good and focus on what's working,
letting yourself remember what it feels like, to feel light, to feel at ease, to feel good?
that feeling is still available to you it is aligned with your greatest good with your natural state
and you deserve to feel that way you deserve to feel good to feel supported by yourself
you deserve to feel open to feel colorful and vibrant to feel joy and happiness and peace
you deserve it if there is a good
any energy in your body that wants to move let it maybe that looks like taking a deeper breath
maybe it's a shift in your physical body maybe it's an emotional release maybe it's
shaking your arms or your legs or maybe it's nothing at all just trust your body and listen
to your body and give yourself whatever it is that you need there is no right
or wrong. You don't have to keep pushing. You don't have to keep striving. You can take all of that
energy and gently turn it back to yourself and pour that care back into you. In the form of patience,
in the form of compassion and softness, in the form of unconditional love and acceptance for who you are,
And if it feels right for you, you may wish to place a hand on your chest and silently repeat to yourself.
I allow my body to relax, allow myself to listen to what I need.
I allow myself to slow down. I allow myself to set boundaries when I need to.
More than what I do on the outside. More than enough exactly as.
I am, that you are literally made of the same materials of the stars in the night sky.
You are infinite.
You are magic, you are limitless.
You are the highest vibration of love and peace.
Let yourself feel that.
There is nothing that you need to prove anymore because right now doing nothing is more is
more than enough. If it feels comfortable, take a slow, deep breath in, moving that breath
from the base of your body and gently rising up through your belly, through your ribs,
and through your chest, filling you completely with this fresh prana and letting it all go
with your out breath. As you exhale slowly,
and softly. You are your own path out of this. You always have been, and you always will be.
You have already done something so powerful, so beautiful, and so nourishing for your body,
for your mind and for your spirit. Just by being here today. You may continue to rest or
wiggle your fingers and your toes and slowly open your hands.
your eyes as you return to your day or night wishing you so much peace and so much love
