Hello and welcome to this guided meditation. Comfortable position either seated or lying down and gently closing your eyes. Noticing all of the ways in which your body is supported. by the surface beneath you as you gently shift your awareness from the outer world towards your inner experience and taking a moment to just notice yourself notice how you're feeling notice any sensations that are present in your body and noticing your breath and your own heart beating
Starting point is 00:02:12 and noticing how wonderful it is to be you and to be here and to be offering yourself such an intentional gift in these next few moments and when you feel ready gently welcome in a slow deep breath through the nose complete exhale out through the mouth perhaps with a sigh again deep breath in through the nose and a slow and controlled exhale out through them out one more deep breath in through the nose and a complete breath when your breath to return to its natural rhythm in its own time let's bring our awareness to the energy of closure in order to truly move into the next chapter of our lives and in order to open and expand into the next version of ourselves, we must first make peace with everything that has come and gone, offering our mind, body, and nervous system, the closure that it deserves.
Starting point is 00:04:28 releasing the stagnant energy, closing the open loops, the lessons and the growth that we moved through and honoring the experiences that we've had. And to do that, we don't need to re-engage or analyze them. And instead, we can just offer loving awareness to them and recognize them, thanking the good ones for what they're were and extending neutrality towards the ones that previously held a grip on us, a gesture of closure. Do it all. And so in the next few moments, allow yourself to do exactly this. Something that comes to mind is welcome here. See it objectively, extracting the lessons and the integration and allowing the energy of whatever is left over to gently loosen and flow away and if your heart feels called towards the mantra you may wish to repeat this silently to yourself i honor my endings and make way for new beginnings and make way beginnings
Starting point is 00:06:47 envision a wave of light beginning to form at the top of your head a golden mist that begins to move through you clearing away anything that remains feeling it melt into your scalp and your face down through your neck your shoulders and your chest into your belly and your hips down through your legs and your legs and your feet out of you anything that no longer serves you and your higher purpose creating space so much space within you replacing what was with what is filling yourself with your own energy your own truth only peace only positivity only the highest by vibrations, returning back to you.
Starting point is 00:10:30 I may wish to stay for a while longer in this space as the music continues onward, or you may wish to close your practice here with me. Returning your awareness to your breath and your body and opening your eyes when it feels right, carrying with you this energy of a clean slate. into everything that lies ahead.
