Thank you so much for being here.
To this short and effective guided meditation, this meditation is for anyone who is experiencing any type of busyness.
You are ready. Find a comfortable and quiet space who are free from distractions.
Begin by taking a deep breath in through.
your nose, exhale slowly through your mouth. As thoughts pop into your mind, try to control them,
just observe them from afar without attaching any emotion or belief to them.
With your breath in these next few moments, every breath your focus is shifting inwards
from the busyness of the day. Noticing the sensation of the moment, noticing the sensation of
the air, lowing in and out of your nostrils,
ways and fall of your chest and belly,
going your breath to become the gentle anchor within.
Imagine roots extending
from the soles of your feet or from your sit bones,
going deep into the earth,
like the roots of a tree,
providing stability and a strong connection to the earth.
shift your awareness to your physical body beginning from the top of your head slowly scan down
through your body of tension or discomfort and breathing into these areas as you continue to breathe
bring to mind one thing that you are grateful for in this very moment felt the warmth and expansive
sensation of gratitude that fills your heart space. Focus your attention back onto your breath.
Epley to the count of four. McBriefing pattern, letting each breath guide you deeper
into a state of relaxation. Gradually shift your attention back to your physical surroundings.
Self to be fully present in the moment. Take one last deep, deep,
breath in, filling your lungs, dress, and carry this sense of calm and presence with you
throughout your day. Knowing that you can return to this practice whenever you need a moment of
grounding in your busy day. Namaste.
