Hello and welcome to this guided meditation.
This gentle meditation is a space for you to honor yourself,
to recognize and validate the truth of your experiences, feelings, and existence.
rooted in self-compassion and inner kindness.
In a world that often asks us to seek validation from others,
this is your reminder that everything you feel,
everything you are, is already valid.
You are your own safe haven, your own support system,
and your greatest ally.
This time is for you to recognize your truth
and to offer yourself kindness, compassion, understanding, and validation.
So when you are ready, begin by settling into a comfortable position,
either seated or lying down,
and gently close your eyes,
beginning with a deep and a cleansing breath in,
filling your lungs completely and then exhale fully through your mouth
letting any tension melt away with the exhale take a few more deep and slow controlled breaths
in through your nose as you feel the cool air entering into your lungs
and out through your mouth as you feel the cool air entering into your lungs and out through your mouth as you feel
the warm air leaving your body. Notice the weight of your body as it connects with the surface beneath
you, holding you steady and secure. This is your time to simply be. Take one more deep breath in
and a full exhale out, perhaps with a sigh, and just allow your breath to return to its natural
rhythm. And let's begin by bringing your awareness inward. Imagine turning your focus to the deepest parts of
yourself, the parts that feel, the parts that wonder, the parts that are curious. Think about the way
that you would speak to a loved one, a best friend, or perhaps a child who needs comfort. How would
you support them? What words would you offer to let them know that they are enough? Now
gently shift that kindness towards yourself. Reflect on how you're feeling right now.
Whatever arises, whether it's peace, joy, frustration, sadness, or maybe something you just
can't quite name. Recognize it without judgment. Say to yourself,
This feeling is valid. My emotions are real and they matter. Repeat this again.
This feeling is valid. My emotions are real and they matter. Allow yourself to sit with this truth.
Your emotions are not something to fix or ignore. They are a wonderful part of your unique experience.
And they are worth acknowledging. They are real.
They are valid.
Now gently shift your attention to the way that you view yourself, how you see your reflection,
your body, your being.
Remind yourself, I am enough.
Just as I am.
I am worthy of love, care, and acceptance.
Repeating this one more time to yourself, I am enough just as I am, I am worthy of love, care,
and acceptance. Feel the power of these words sink into your heart. Let them fill the spaces where
doubt or insecurity may have lingered. Know that the way that you speak to yourself is setting the
standard for how you allow other people to speak to you. So speak to yourself with kindness and compassion.
Take a moment to imagine speaking to yourself as a younger version of you. If you've been feeling unsure,
offer reassurance. If you've been hard on yourself, offer forgiveness. If you've been striving for
perfection, remind yourself that you are already whole. Say to yourself, I see you, I hear you,
I validate all that you are, I see you, I hear you, I validate all that you are. You are the type of friend to
yourself that you have always deserved. Now let's just take a few moments to sit quietly in this
space of self-acceptance. Feel the warmth of your own support surrounding you. If it feels comfortable
for you, maybe wrap yourself in your own embrace giving yourself a gentle hug or envision
yourself giving your younger self or your own reflection a hug. Feel the warmth of your own embrace.
knowing that you are valid and you see your truth.
Take a deep breath in, feeling the fullness of this worth,
and exhale, letting go of any need for external validation.
Breathing in love and confidence and acceptance,
and exhaling anything that doesn't align with that.
Now, let's repeat these final affirmations,
one more time. I am valid in my feelings, my experiences, and my existence. I'm enough exactly
as I am. I am my own safe haven and greatest ally. I am valid in my feelings, my experiences,
and my existence. Enough exactly as I am. Am my own safe haven and greatest ally. Let these words
settle within you, becoming a part of your beautiful inner voice. When you feel ready,
begin to bring your awareness back to the space around you, wiggling your fingers and your toes,
perhaps rolling your shoulders and taking one final deep breath, opening your eyes slowly,
and carrying the sense of self-validation with you into
the rest of your day, knowing that you are enough, you are worthy, and you are valid in all that you are.
Wishing you peace and love, namaste.
