During this practice, we will focus on the powerful I am method.
As we move through our affirmations, which you can repeat after me or silently in your mind.
Before we begin this practice, I want to lovingly remind you that while we can't always control
what we are faced with in life, we can control how we respond.
We get to choose our perspective, we get to choose our attitude, our mindset, and we can
choose to move forward with a mindset that supports our high, our high, our mindset, and we can choose to move forward,
highest good and that's exactly what we'll do today so when you're ready gather all of your
awareness and let it gently land on your breath as we begin by welcoming a slow deep breath in
through the nose and a complete exhale out through the mouth again deep breath in
through the nose, filling the belly, moving the breath up to the ribs and the chest.
And exhale, letting it all go.
One more deep breath in and a complete exhale out, powerful creator of my reality.
I am responsible for the energy I bring into every situation.
I am capable of creating extraordinary.
I'm worthy of everything that is good, I'm becoming more than
success, abundance, and happiness.
I am becoming more confident every single day.
I am exactly where I need to be in this moment, in time.
I am at peace with where I am and excited about where I am going.
I am in control of the choices.
that shape my future. I am stronger than any challenge that comes my way.
I am deeply capable of achieving things beyond my current imagination.
I am connected to my intuition and my inner voice.
I am turning to trust myself more every day.
