Starting point is 00:00:31 And as always, once the meditation begins, there will be no advertisements and no disruptions. Thank you so much for being here. Hello and welcome to this gentle, guided meditation. This meditation was curated with so much love and compassion for you. And is a tender invitation to pause, to breathe, to breathe, to come back to your center and to simply be to let go of the weight
Starting point is 00:01:25 that you're carrying. No matter what you are feeling, no matter what you are going through or experiencing, know that this time is completely yours. You are safe here. You are free to come exact, as you are.
Starting point is 00:01:53 This time is not about fixing anything or even changing anything. It's about tapping into the reservoir of calm and safety that you already have existing deep within you, bringing it back to the surface, resonating with it, surrendering to the wisdom, surrendering to the wisdom of stillness and creating space for peace, for ease, for calmness to expand within you. Just a few moments are all yours. Begin with settling your body into a comfortable position and take a deep breath in, slowly, filling your lungs completely. And as you exhale, allow the tension to begin its gentle release, like a balloon,
Starting point is 00:03:15 slowly letting out the air. Another deep inhale through your nose. As you turn inwards and a slow and controlled exhale, allowing any distractions to melt away. letting your body soften with each breath, letting go of everything that you've been holding on to. In this moment, there is nothing that you need to do. There is nowhere you need to go.
Starting point is 00:04:02 Just simply be here, stay here. Continue with these slow, deep, and intentional breaths. Feeling every part of your breath. Deep, rhythmic, and steady. Each hail is bringing you closer and closer into this very moment. Each exhale, you are releasing the grip on any worries or fears, anxieties, or frustrations that have led you here. Being the rhythm of your inhale and your exhale, there is no need to control it.
Starting point is 00:05:04 Just let it flow. Let it remind you that you are safe. safe. You are enough. Another deep breath in. And with this exhale, allow yourself to let go. Let go of the racing thoughts, of the worries, of the endless to-dos. Let them flow out of your mind and out of your body with your breath. You are here and you are enough. You are safe. You are doing exactly what you need to do. Envision that your mind is like a wheel that is spinning with all of these thoughts
Starting point is 00:06:15 and with every deep breath in the wheel begins to slow down and with every deep breath out the wheel slows down even more. Deep breath in filling your lungs as the wheel slows down. A full exhale out as the wheel in your mind slows down even more. Let's take a moment
Starting point is 00:07:13 to transition into a box breathing technique, which is incredibly beneficial in times where we might be experiencing feelings of heightened stress or anxiety. We'll begin by inhaling deeply through your nose for a slow count of four and then we'll hold the breath at the top to the count of four we'll exhale slowly through the mouth to the count of four and we'll hold at the very bottom to the count of four so finish the cycle of deep breathing that you're on now and when you're ready let's inhale one two three four hold one two three hold one two three four exhale slow one two three four let's Do that again, breathing in. One, two, three, four.
Starting point is 00:08:50 Hold. One, two, three, four. Exhale, one, two, three, four. Hold. One, two, three, four. Now continue with this gentle rhythm on your own. Using each cycle as a chance to reset, to release,
Starting point is 00:09:23 and to surrender deeper into the peace of this very present moment. And just feel the softness in your chest. With every exhale, as though your body is inviting you to let go just a little bit more. Take the next few moments to continue. With this breathing, inhaling to the count of four, holding to the count of four, exhaling to the count of four, and holding to the count of four. Feel the weight of your body, grounded and held. Allow the earth beneath you to cradle you, offering you its gentle and nurturing support. All as well,
Starting point is 00:11:51 in this moment you are being invited to surrender not to what's outside of you but to the present to the sacred quiet of just being in this moment the future doesn't exist and neither does the past feel the tightness and your body dissolving letting it melt away like ice under the warmth of the sun feel the soft release of your muscles the letting go of burdens that you've been carrying for far too long it is time to release your body is telling you that it is safe to rest it is safe to let go the only thing that you can control in this moment is your breath and how wonderful is that you can't control what has happened in the past and worrying about the future won't change the outcome. The only thing that you can do right now is exactly what you're doing.
Starting point is 00:13:36 Slowing down, being intentional with your breath and with your mind. Everything will fall into place according to divine plan. There is a deep, sacred power in surrender. Not as a weakness, but as a wise and compassionate choice. When you surrender, you stop fighting against the flow of life. You stop trying to control the uncontrollable. The world can wait. There is nothing that you need to fix right now.
Starting point is 00:14:30 And notice that power. Feel it. The quiet strength that comes from letting go of the need to be anywhere other than here. the gentle permission to just be right here right now this intimate moment with yourself and with your breath is so beautiful it is so pure now as you breathe in imagine filling your body with light with peace and with soft acceptance and as you breathe out feel the weight of the worries the stress and the over-th thinking, flowing away from you. You don't need to hold on to them anymore. They are not yours to carry. Feel your heart soften. Feel the expansion within. Feel the quiet pulse of your beautiful life force. Steady and calm. There is no space for fear here. Only acceptance, love and peace and passion for yourself only this present moment only your breath only your soul
Starting point is 00:16:32 breathing in the rhythm with the universe now let go of my voice and let the silence be your guide rest in it just breathe just be without expectations without demands just allow this moment to be what it is a moment of pure surrender, a moment of pure connection. If you wish to return to the box breathing, feel free to do so. Or maybe you just want to flow with your natural rhythm. This is your time and this is your practice. So just do whatever feels comfortable. And if your mind begins to wander or begins to overthink,
Starting point is 00:17:43 quietly bring yourself back to your breath and repeat to yourself I release what I cannot control begin to bring your awareness back feel your breath again steady and soft like a gentle tide notice how your body feels now perhaps lighter softer
Starting point is 00:18:54 more open and let this peaceful energy linger remembering that it's always available to you. Take one more deep and slow breath in and exhale fully, gently wiggling your fingers and your toes, letting the energy of this moment flow through you. There's no rush. Take your time. You are enough and you are safe.
Starting point is 00:19:47 You are held by the universe. When life feels heavy, you can always return to this moment. That power is always within you. And take a moment to thank yourself for showing up for yourself today. For choosing peace and love over fear and worry. You are an incredible being.
Starting point is 00:20:21 And you deserve love, light, happiness, and peace. Thank you for showing up for yourself. today. Wishing you peace and so much love.
