Taking another deep breath in, filling your lungs completely with the cool, fresh air, air in a long exhale releasing any leftover fatigue from the night before and one more deep breath in through the nose feeling your belly and your chest expand and a long and slow exhale out

Ask yourself how you're feeling this morning, how you're doing. If a word or a feeling comes to mind, just notice it. We often don't realize that each day we get to choose how we feel. We get to decide. We get to decide. what we want to hold on to or let go of. You may notice a few thoughts lingering from yesterday or perhaps your mind is already moving towards the tasks of the day ahead. Whatever you find, it's okay. Just take a moment to notice them. As you continue to breathe, imagine your mind as a fresh, open space. This space is calm and quiet, like a peaceful room at the start of the day.

Perhaps it's a lingering worry or something that doesn't need your attention right now. See yourself setting it aside, creating space for what's truly important today. Continue with this process, letting each exhale clear another thought or concern. Maybe it's a task you've been thinking about or a feeling that's been lingering.
